Disclaimer: This Post had originally been posted on June 20, 2018 at 7:17 AM. I'm reposting this Chapter along with Fairy Legion Chapters 1-26 because of a massive plot change. If you've read this story before, not much will have changed except Zane's reason for going to the Fairy Tail Dimension. The Author Note and whatever I talk about in them may or will be extremely outdated today or I'm somehow seeing the future so just ignore if you want.
A/N: A stupid title yes but for me, this is normal. I like stupid titles because they're way more memorable. So last chapter had a long story and rather short Author Note. This one also may be the same case but like I mention that I will be talking the latest chapter of One Piece and as you may know by now, I talk a lot about that series in great depth. I need to talk about Fairy Legion before heading into One Piece. This is the last chapter of the Lullaby Arc.
We're heading into the Galuna Island Arc for the Fairy Tail Gang and Zane and after that, he and Sly are heading into an exclusive .for them, filler arc. I'm doing this because while I don't like the Galuna Island arc due it being boring for me, I'm going to do my best to try and fit Zane in there. I can easily find a way to add him into that arc. The filler arc will be right after Galuna Island so Phantom Lord will be a long ways away.
That's just a weird thing. Just expect that I'll be mentioning a lot of Nalu and Natza moments mainly the former. That's right. I'm teasing you being that it's either A and B but once we do a certain episode and omake chapter, we'll be teasing C as well. You'll see what I mean by that. The main thing what I wanted to talk about. It's about how Zane is stealing the show from the rest of the cast mainly shown in his fight against Lullaby plus stopping Kage from using Lullaby.
I'm going to say that Zane will be stealing the show a lot but I will be showing every fight that isn't the big bad so like in Phantom Lord, we'll have Natsu vs Totomaru aka the most forgettable member of the Element 4, Elfman vs Sol aka a goof character growth for Elfman and Mirajane, and Gray vs Juvia aka the start of Gruvia. If you want to see balance, read either that Ben 10/Fairy Tail story I mention in Chapter 1 or the source material.
I would say the former rather than the latter. I have said before but Zane is going to be extremely overpowered and won't be defeated. His fights may take a long time but like he said against Erigor, he was playing with him. If he was serious, Erigor would have died. This will be shown often. There will be points where Zane kills a character in cold blood being that I was going to kill off Byard and Karcaka.
This is due to after Lullaby, the former doesn't appear again and the latter appears in the Battle of Fairy Tail Arc in the anime. I mean both of them are in jail and minor characters. I know that I've said this before and since I love to repeat myself, Zane will kill characters only if they're minor and add NOTHING to the or minor shit that can be replaced by another character. So expect some death and people hating him for it.
Zane ,in the main series, is a character who won't kill like a psychopath because he believes in giving people second chance such as with Malik and Walter with the former being the one who ripped out his Essence and burned his arm. He grew to trust them being that this includes Carlos. Carlos may be forgiven in Zane's eyes but he still hurt Kristen and Rachel back then. He cares a deep amount for both of her girls.
This may chance but I won't say it here. Anyway, lets talk about the new One Piece Chapter aka the start of Reverie and a break next week. I know why he does that but why does he keep leaving us on clifhangers?! It's so annoying but I can't see One Piece without breaks. I do like that Mjosgard is going to be protecting Shirahoshi during her time here. We hear that Cobra was talking with Fujitora and Riku so we won't be seeing that for a while just like with the big reveal the last two chapter.
I would say that the biggest reveal of this chapter for me is Queen Conney of the Sorube Kingdom. I do like seeing Charlos injured. It's oddly satisfying and I really want to see him injured permanently but we also see Kuma being used as a slave by Charlos's awful father and he was a KING before being a pirate. He's also the king of Sorube Kingdom. He's currently being used as a slave and I feel bad for Kuma.
We also see the return of Jewelry Bonney being that she sneaked into Reverie. She may have the lowest bounty of the eleven Supernovas but don't doubt her. She's one of my favorite and not just because of her looks. She's also sad for Kuma. I wonder if they're related. Who really knows? We also see the group of Karasu, Lindbergh. Morley, and Sabo. Sabo wants to save Kuma but he's already given his soul to the World Government.
They turned him into a robot and a slave for Celestial Dragons being that it showed that even royalty can be slaves to gods. They can't mess up. We also see all the kings and ques sitting at the round table being that we have a lot to talk about aka Luffy. I'm expecting him to come up a lot due to a good king and queens knowing him personally or his rep. King Neptune sticks out because everyone likes normal humans.
I really like the British looking guy whose panel is the right of Riku. We need to learn his name. We also learn that the main guy that was looking at the Straw Hat is the king of the world and if you're a fan of Nartuo, you may remember its eyes. It was also stabbing Luffy, Blackbeard, and Shirahoshi's picture being that it may know about Shirahoshi's secret. We don't know its name but we may know the Five Elders names but thanks to the break, we only have theories. So sad about that.
Lets begin with the introduction of my "favorite" male character Siegrain. If his design doesn't appear in some way in Edens Zero, I'll be shocked because Hiro has already used so many old designs so why not a design that he has used before. If you're not expecting, I'm impressed but for some one whose a fan of his works for the art, you know when Hiro repeats himself. Plus Early Fairy Tail is so different than later Fairy Tail like Erza's sleeves in the manga. I added them because why not.
Narrator P.O.V.
At the magic council building Era, the council itself were discussed recent events mainly about a certain immortal superhero. All nine of them were standing onto a magic seal which seems really cool just like the chairs of Organization 13 but you wonder how did they get up. Neither the high chairs or the magic seal will never be answered I hope. They all had thoughtful expression on their face and their thoughts were against each other.
Like with most of their discussions, it was about Fairy Tail being that they constantly debated on if the guild is a problem, if they're being too rowdy, or they are a guild of animals who could be used against the dark guilds. They were brought up a LOT. Today's main topic is the defeat of the dark guild Eisenwald being that the council owed Fairy Tail ,or more specifically Zane, for saving the guild masters and taking down a group of criminals.
They also obtained the death flute Lullaby ,which had been crackled by Zane who threw the item to the ground, and sealed inside of a magic container. However, the guild still brought a lot of damage mainly in the Oshibana train station and the canyon railway bridge. It was a joy to hear the Clover conference hall wasn't destroyed thanks to a wizard. "The Eisenwald Guild may have been defeated but this is one small step in ending the darkness of our magic world." said a deep, powerful voice.
This voice belongs to Org, the owner of the 2nd seat of the Magic Council. He is a tall, gray-haired elderly man with a considerably long beard, as well as a mustache. He has pointy ears and has a habit of keeping only one of his dark-colored eyes open at a time. Org also wears multiple layers of robes in the same vein much like the other members of the Magic Council and on top of his head he wears a small bat-shaped ornament.
A higher, but still masculine voice said,'The number of dark guild have been growing at alarming rate.". This voice belonged to Michello, the owner of the 3rd seat of the Magic Council plus possible cat person. Michello is a short, old man with oddly flat brown hair, which tapers to a point in three places: on both sides of his face and in the center of his forehead. He also has tufts of hair on either side of his head that resemble ears like a kitty cat.
They are most likely not functional due to him having a set of regular ears and what appears to be a light-yellow tail growing out of his backside. These two attributes give him a strong cat human vibe to him. He has a bristle-edged mustache, along with tiny, dark-colored eyes and eyebrows that resemble musical notes. He's wearing a light-colored robe that bore stripe-like markings on both sleeves, down his sides, and on his back.
He has a wooden cane, which he's leaning on. "We have to do something. We need to stop this thorn before it grows too big." said a third male. This one belong to Leiji, seat unknown but looks to be the most normal one compared to Michello and Org. Leiji is a tall middle-aged man, who always wears small, round, dark shaded glasses. He wears a white and blue Magic Council cloak, always with the hood up. Leiji has large thin lips and tan skin.
He has black hair and huge sideburns that almost hit his lips. On his chin are small chin hairs. Leiji also has small eyebrows that always point down, making him look angry and serious. "But how would we do that Leiji?" said an elderly woman. This voice belong to Belno, seat unknown but the older female of the group. Belno is a tall elderly woman. She usually wears a cloak like other council members, and has on a purple turtle-neck.
Her most noticeable trait is her long nose, which gives her more of a witch-like appearance. She has sandy blonde hair, which she ties up into a large ponytail that seem to fan out into a series of spiky tear-dropped shapped tufts of hair. "It doesn't matter how its done but the fact that concerns me the most is that Zeref's magic has been destroyed being that it can never play its death song unless Zeref comes back from the dead." said Org, holding up the cracked Lullaby.
An elderly man stood next to a young woman with him saying,"But how did a guild like Eisenwald even get their hands on such a powerful form of dark magic in the first place?". This is Yajima, aka a former member of Fairy Tail and avid supporter of the Guild much to the other members's dismay at times. Yajima is a short, old man with thick light-brown eyebrows and a small toothbrush mustache that reaches halfway to his mouth.
He wears a brown long sleeve shirt with black vertical stripes and a black three-spiked hat. "I hate to say it but the blame may came from the higher ups." said Michello. "They may be a thorn in our side but Fairy Tail was quite helpful so we should thank them or should I say one of them." said a younger male voice. This voice belongs to Siegrain, who is a blue haired prick and Zane will be calling him that so get used to it Jellal fangirls!
Sieg is a young man whose most prominent features are his blue hair and a red tattoo above and under his right eye, which he says is a birthmark. He dress himself in elegant yet simple robes being a long white frock-coat with black stripes across the edges and on the upper part of the arms. It has a decorated standing collar, large straps connected to decorated buckles closing the inducement on the front over a dark shirt, and matching pants and shoes.
He also sported a ring on his right middle finger and has a medallion around his neck, hidden by his jacket's collar. His disposition, however, was rather arrogant or at the very least a more smugly oriented sense of calmness. "Sieg is correct. This one wizard took down an entire guild by himself and Lullaby with the rest of his guild as backup dancers. He's also quite the looker." said the young woman, bringing a sleeve to cover her mouth as she spoke.
This lovely woman is Ultear with her being quite the beauty but in a world where most women are models, it's saying a lot if she's called out for it. Ultear is a pale-skinned woman with dark purple hair and brown eyes. She has red lipstick lightly coating her lips. She had a noticeably voluptuous figure with long and perfect legs. She has unblemished skin and slender shoulders. She currently wore a unique and sexy variation of the council's uniform.
This consisting of a rather bland white garb that covered her upper and lower body. It has a rather deep v-neck that revealed a good amount of her chest but not too much to be considered slutty. This also includes a dark-yellow sash that tied around her waist. The sash proves how perfect her curves really are. Her legs are shown thanks to the large slit on the leg of her dress. She also has a red collar-like object around her neck.
For some strange reason, the left sleeve is rather long and the right having no sleeve whatsoever. The idea of what's fashionable. She appeared to be rather playful in nature, but simultaneously had the capability of being serious when the time called for it. "You may not want to accept it but this one young man saved several lives. He's a Fairy Tail wizard and none of us had to give up our hard earned positions on this council to save face." said Siegrain.
Leiji said,"Are you saying that the council is to blame for this child?!". Org stoked his beard as he said,"He does have a point somewhat. The wizard may have done us a good dead but he's too much of a mystery and hindrance to be trusted! He was able to defeat one of Zeref's demon by himself with no help, fight alongside the Salamander against Erigor, and defeated a large group of Eisenwald thugs by himself again.".
Beleno said,"His magic is always interesting being that the thugs say that he used several different type of magic and look at his final attack on Lullaby.". The council soon saw Zane fighting Bond Zenith Sphere down on Lullaby. "Do we have any records on him or where he came from? The mystery of him is tearing my hair out!" said Michello. "But you don't have that much hair to begin with so what's the lost?" said Siegrain.
Ultear said,"We do Michello. He appeared in Hargeon not too long ago being that in a short time, he has defeated some members of Ruined Emerald alongside Dante of Lamia Scale, saving the town of Crystal Peaks from Valiant Wraiths, and now this. He's much stronger than Titania Erza in my honest opinion.". Siegrain soon smiled with this catching Ultear's eyes. "Does he interest you Siegrain?" said Ultear with a smile.
Siegrain said putting his arms behind his back,"I'm just happy to have someone like him on our side rather than against us.". "Those crystals that were found nearby the thugs of Eisenwald are worth a lot of money being that this young man created them. Isn't this fun Belno?" said Ultear. "He may be different from his fellow fairies but he was under the magic council's radar for so long." said Belno with her nodding.
Siegrain soon got everyone's attention as he said,"I have an idea. We need to speak with this young man and also a scapegoat so lets kill two birds with stone. He told the army and the guild masters that he would take responsibility for the actions of his guild members so lets do that.". This idea seemed to sit very well with the other members of the council being that to obtain this wizard, they send one of their strongest to collect him.
Due to the fight on the Clover railway and Erigor using his Emera Baram, there was going to be no trains available for up to a week while the employees got back to Oshibana and fixed it. Zane and the others had to walk their way back to Magnolia and the guild hall being that they had to go through the Clover Canyon. Most of them did encountered a small problem being that they had run out of food and water being very hungry and thirsty.
This is also due to the fact that they didn't rationed their food properly. It also never rained thanks to the sun. Sly and Zane wasn't feeling this being that they had an unlimited supply of food and water aka Zane's bag. He also didn't share it being that he didn't want to. It taken them almost a week to return being that they were stopped by something. This is due to a group of bizarre looking monsters being that they were originally a village home to a dark guild.
They brought the destruction of their town alongside them. Makarov soon managed to get rid of the monsters bring them back to life. Despite Erza's persistent questioning, Makarov remained cryptic about it and decided to drop it in order to convince Zane to join Natsu's team being that he'll be the one to make sure they don't cause too much destruction. He was getting sick of him and Natsu asking being that he was very tempted to throw them both into Clover Canyon.
Upon arriving in Magnolia Town, most of the group's spirits were lifted being that most of them were going faster to the guild hall. Lucy headed back to her apartment. "So why did you let Lucy go back to her place Erza?" said Natsu with him sounding confused. "Yeah. She's been away for a week and she needs to freshen up idiot." said Gray. "Are you saying that she stunk?!" said Erza, glaring at Gray and Natsu. "He did not me Erza." said Natsu, pointing to Gray.
The former was shaken and the latter smiled. "Not really to me Erza." said Sly. "Got to agree." said Zane. "You're being nice to her?" said Erza. "If I can get some peace and quiet, I don't really care right now. I'll be mean to her in time." said Zane as he rubbed his temples. "We have to return back to the guild hall. There will mostly likely be a message for the Magic Council." said Erza, looking at Zane who soon put on his headphones, humming a tune that none of them but Sly knew.
Inside of the guild hall, Mira was at the bar .cleaning a glass like your typical bartender, being that she heard a high pitch, feminine voice,"Hey Mira! We finally found that book you were looking for in the archives.". "It was a major pain Mira but we finally did it after two days." said a western sounding yet seductive, feminine voice. She soon turned to see Bisca Mulan and Levy Mcgarden being that the former is known for her sharp shooting and the latter is the leader of Team Shadow Gear.
Team Shadow Gear is Fairy Tail's ,second, strongest team. This three man team is the backbone of Fairy Tail. Very little is known about them except for both male members of the team ,Droy and Jet aka Sarusuke, are in love with their leader Levy being that she either doesn't reciprocate their feelings or doesn't noticed. They also have identical guild mark colors and positions, white on the left part of their upper back.
Levy is a rather young, petite teenage girl of a slender build who stands at a rather below-average height for her age being 17. She has a decent sized chest but thanks to her smaller frame, she looked stacked. However, it's a small chest compared to all of the other women in the dimension. She has wavy, wild shoulder-length blue hair. Her bangs are held up by a patterned, orange bandanna. She's wearing a short, blue vest that left her midriff exposed, with a yellow bikini top underneath it.
She's also wearing white knee-length shorts, held up by a brown belt and brown ankle strap high heel sandals. I could be wrong about that fact. Bisca is a young woman with long, straight green hair that reaches down to her lower back, and a set of long bangs framing her face. She's about 18. She has brownish purple eyes, a pair of large breasts, and is always seen wearing red lipstick. Her outfit mirrored a fictional cowgirl.
She's always with her western-style hat and visible on her head, a light, polka-dotted neck scarf, and a pair of reddish brown boots. Her body was covered by a short, strapless black one-piece dress decorated by white spiraling motifs and striped edges. She's wearing brown cowgirl boots. Mira smiled as she said,"Thanks you two. I owe you both one.". Levy noticed a stack of papers with her saying,"So is that from the council?". "Yeah. It's about Zane." said Mira as she smiled.
Bisca said,"Ah. He's that new guy right? He's making a name for himself because he knocked out Erza without a single touch, defeated a dark guild by himself, and charmed you Mira. This guy is something else.". Mira blushed as she said,"We're just friends Bisca! I mean Zane is a nice guy but we're friends I swear.". "Yeah right Mira. You liking Zane is just Droy and Jet liking Levy but far less pathetic." said Bisca, sitting down at the bar with a smirk.
Levy rolled her eyes as Elfman watched up to them. He said hi to the two girls being that he noticed that his sister was reading a book. "So what's are you doing Mira?" said Elfman. "Oh. It's a book that I asked Bisca and Levy to look for." said Mira. "Yeah. It was really fun. I do feel a little bad for Droy and Jet." said Levy. "They had Alzack with them so what's the big deal?" said Bisca, sipping her beer as Cana joined them.
Cana said,"So what's the book about?". "It's about dragons and dragon slayer." said Mira, flipping a page. "Huh?" said Cana and Elfman. Bisca leaned over the bar to take a look at the book being that she soon raised an eyebrow. "Dragon mating and its relations to dragon slayers? Why would you be reading about that?" said Bisca. "I was just curious. I really want Erza, Lucy, and Natsu to be happy so I need to have a chat with Lucy when she gets back." said Mira.
Before the four could ask why, the doors to the guildhall opened suddenly, drawing the attention of the members sitting inside of it. Among the group was the master, Erza, Gray, Happy, Natsu, and Sly being that they were deathly quiet. Gray and Natsu were glaring at one another with Happy sitting on Erza's shoulder. Their respective looks gave away nothing, but the remaining three seemed to give off the impression something had happened.
Makarov looked like he had received a rather extensive damage report. Erza looked annoyed, being that Mira expected that it involved Zane in some way, and Sly was floating there tired. Mira noticed that Zane was missing from their group being that she heard someone sipping. She turned to see Zane with her sipping from a flask. It's a black flask with a small silver dragon wearing a gold crown on the top of it. "Hey guys." said Zane with his headphones playing some music.
Mira greeted them cheerfully as she said,"Welcome back Master, you're back later than I expected. I should tell you that you got this from the council.". She pointed to the stack of papers being that she hid the book about dragons with Zane noticing it. The master groaned being that he took the sheets of paper and began looking through it, muttering something about Zane and Natsu's team. Mirajane soon saw Erza sitting down next to Zane being that she was ignoring him.
Cana said,"So what happened on your quest Erza?". "Yeah. The paper says that Zane was the one who defeated Eisenwald and saved the guild masters which is totally manly!" said Elfman. Bisca and Levy also knew about what happened as well. "Yeah. It was all me Elfman" said Zane. He could still hear them despite playing his music with Sly flying over to him, sitting on his head. Erza coughed as she said,"I hate to say it but yes.".
She looked at Zane with her saying,"However, I have some questions for you Zane and I won't stop until you answer them all.". She knew clearly that someone was up with Sly and Zane being that he was different from other wizards. "Seriously? I hate answering annoying reporters." said Zane with a tired sigh. He stretched his arms out. Someone was trying not to be sneaky being that Natsu launched himself toward Zane with his fist flaming. Zane sighed with him closing his eyes.
Natsu was soon floating in the air, being unable to move. Zane soon made his alcohol go over the pink haired Dragon Slayer, dousing his flames. "Seriously man?!" said Natsu, being that the scent of the alcohol had a high amount of calories in it. "Well if you've tried and attacked him for our entire journey, he's getting better at sensing you." said Erza. "But I want to fight! It's time to fight!" said Natsu, letting up a slight chuckle.
The guild hall went quiet being that they looked at the scene that was unfolding at the bar being that they wanted to see Zane fight. "I'm happy that you're enjoying yourself Natsu." said Sly. "I do owe him a fight and since he did a good job, he gets his fight. Lets fight in about an hour and wait for your blond ...." said Zane. A armored hand soon thrust itself between the two boys, belonged to Erza. "Do you mind waiting a second Natsu?" said Erza.
Natsu smiled as he said,"Sure! You need to talk to Zane right?". "Yes. There is something that I want to know about you Zane. Where did you come from?" said Erza. "I guess she's going to make you talk and she may think that with the crowd, you'll talk." said Sivarth. "Remember what Scott told you about lying. Believe the lie. You remember how to fool a lie detector and your right eye doesn't twitch anymore." said Kane. "That's due to me." said Twilight.
Zane sighed as he said,"Well, I come from a northern country of Fiore known as Columbia being a couple of months away from Fiore by boat. The journey wasn't...". Crisis Judgement went off as a sword appeared in the air and Erza thrust it down onto the ground beneath Zane, causing Natsu to jump in the air. At the same time, Gray and Lucy were also present, being that the latter brought the Celestial Spirit wizard from her apartment not too long ago. We'll see a similar scene later.
Zane said,"Again with the sword?! You've tried this before and it didn't work so try something else like an axe or hammer. Actually, scratch the former. I've faced against a lot of hammers in my life so that isn't original.". "That isn't what I'm talking about Zane. You said that you're from somewhere but I think you're not." said Erza. "So do you have any proof Officer Erza?" said Zane, smirking and pissing off Erza, "Thanks to my star witness, I do." said Erza. "Oh boy. You're in trouble." said Cole.
Erza ,who held a notebook, soon began listing off several clues/hints being that Zane knew that he was being lectured. "So are you going to listen to her or what?" said Athena. "Sly and Zane weren't exactly being the best at being hidden. I think she has 50+ notes against you." said Twilight. "So do you have a plan Zane?" said Sivarth. "Yeah I do. Don't worry." said Zane with him putting his hands behind his back and ignoring Erza with his music.
After the lecture, Erza soon calmly picked up the sword and pointing it toward Zane's neck, with the immortal being putting down his headphones. "Talk now." said Erza. There was only silence being all of them began to look at Zane one by one, with Natsu didn't seem to get it. Makarov was observing the events keenly and stood up on top of the bar with a simple look on his face, deciding to wait patiently for the answer.
He soon knew that Zane and his partner were hiding secrets from their family and he knew that Zane would tell them in time. During his one on one fight against Lullaby, Makarov could tell that Zane's attacks weren't at all magic. Zane looked calm and collected with Sly whispering,"So are you going to do?". Zane nodded as he said,"Yep. Just watch.". He grabbed the sword and he said,"Fuck off Ginger Knight.". He broke the sword, much to everyone's shock.
Zane's hand was cut being that it wasn't bleeding at all. "I did come from Columbia being that it's a different name for it." said Zane. "Then what's its name?" said Gray, being scared of Erza as Natsu had to drag her out upon Zane swearing to her and breaking her sword. He didn't feel bad for him whatsoever. "Its name is the United States of America." said Zane. "Or just America or the New World." said Sly. "So where is that on Earthland?" said Levy.
Zane turned to the bluenette as he said,"Well, my president doesn't like maps. To this day, we still don't get the reason. The reason why we're here is to start a new. I was lying about that. My country has a different form of Magic alongside different types of energy. I have my reasons for keeping my secrets. It's because I don't trust a single person in this guild with the burdens and responsibility that I carry on my back.". "But we......" said Mira.
Zane looked at her as he said,"No. We're COWORKERS. My family died a long time ago but while their memories are in my Essence and mind, I have trouble trusting people. Now, leave me the hell alone or else, you'll die.". Makarov looked at Zane with him putting on his headphones. "Sorry about him master but he speaks for me too. We don't trust you and one day, we will. Just be patient and try to convince Erza not to kill Zane. Use Natsu. She'll die if she makes Zane truly mad." said Sly.
Makarov sighed as he said,"Fine. Everyone, just wait for Zane to talk." The crowd dispersed being that they had some more answers about Zane but the fact that he didn't considered them to be family was the biggest blow to them. Everyone that was at the bar moved being that Zane's negativity was turning them off. Sly sighed being that she knew that he was pushing everyone away in order to protect them from danger or make attachments mainly the former.
She remember what happened to Zane when he was around their age. She knew that he didn't want them to be hurt but pushing them away will only brings problem with him knowing that. She sighed as she worried about her partner. Levy .who stayed behind much to the shock of the guild, tapped his shoulder with Zane looking at her. Zane looked at her with him saying,"What?". "Um. I'm sorry for telling Erza that I've never seen your Take Overs before." said Levy.
Zane sighed as he said while he took his headphones being that Levy heard some rock music,"It's fine Levy. I just hate when people question me. I just have a hard time caring about things. Levy said,"Oh wow. That doesn't sound like fun. Me and my team usually picks jobs involving research and stuff that doesn't cause too much destruction.". "That sounds like fun. I'm jealous of Mira's job to be honest. She doesn't have to travel too far plus she doesn't cause too much destruction on her path." said Zane. "You should have seen her a couple of years ago." said Levy. "Ah. I wish I was there to see it." said Zane.
Mira ,who was nearby, was slightly jealous of the two being that from she gathered, she was the only one who could talk with Zane without him getting annoyed and hurting them. Their conversation was soon stopped for a few seconds thanks to a collective bout of giggling that sounded off from a nearby table. Zane soon turned and saw a group of five women starting right at him, continuing with their girlish laughter. "Great. We're back in high school." said Athena.
It took a few seconds for them to noticed that he was looking right at them with a look of apathy being that one of the female wizards silenced her friends being that they stopped looking at him. The immortal being was used to people staring at him so he brushed it off. "So was that not weird to you Zane?" said Levy. "It really was." said Mira. with her continuing to wash cups. Zane smirked as he soon blew them a kiss, causing them to faint on the spot.
The two girls looked at him with Sly saying,"It's better not asking. Zane's mind is an enigma". Cana soon walked up to the bar with a smirk clearly etched onto her face. "I can help you girls out." said Cana. "So what happened?" said Levy. "I'm sure that Zane has read my mind or see the future so let me SHOW them." said Cana, chuckling. The two girls were confused by their friend being she wasn't telling what's going on.
Zane expected this so when the brunette placed a magazine and directly in front of him on the wooden surface of the bar. "Oh. That." said Zane. "Yeah. It just come out this morning. Go to page seven and you'll understand completely." said Cana. The magazine's pages were soon moving thanks to telekinesis being Zane smiled. "Wow. He got it out faster than I thought." said Zane. "So what's going on?" said Mira.
The two women soon looked at the page being that it was the picture that Zane took with the models and Dante after the two saved them from Ruined Emerald without trying. Mira was blushing being that she didn't notice how close Yuki was to Dante being that she said,"Oh my.". She had a hand up to cover one of her cheek mainly to prevent Cana from teasing her. "Oh. Nice abs Zaney." said Cana with a wicked smirk.
Zane said,"Thanks Cana. I worked really hard on them. If you like them so much, I may just do these photo shoots more. It beats cleaning up after Natsu and his gang of destruction idiots. This isn't the first time I've posed with models but with another guy, it's a first. They practically begged me and Dante to do as thanks plus the extra pay. So does this issue have my interview?". "It does. So why did Mira do that?" said Cana, with a playful tone. "Cana." said Mira warningly.
Lucy's voice said,"Oh, is this the latest issue of Sorcerer's Magazine?". Despite him being there, she wanted to see the new issue. Mira sighed as she thanked Lucy for showing when she did being that she wasn't going to be teased relentlessly by Cana since her threats can only go so far to quell the woman's desire to tease people. "I really hate to say this but you have nice abs. So why did you get your chest pierced?" said Lucy. "You know Zane and his secrets Lucy." said Cana.
Zane rolled his eyes as he said,"I don't have that many secrets Cana. I actually explain why I got it pieced but some other juicy facts about me.". Once again, the group of female were likely close enough to hear their conversation began to giggle, but it sounded more perverted. Zane rolled his eyes with Kane saying,"Zane. As a bro, let me take control and I can rip them to shreds. Their squeals are driving me insane! Please Zane!". Zane once again rolled his eyes.
Erza's voice soon echoed,"What are all of you looking at?". Zane turned to see her and Natsu being that the former was holding a plate containing a slice of strawberry cake on it. She also looked more tranquil being that Zane made a mental note to feed her strawberry cake if he pissed her off which he was going to do soon, knowing him. Zane heard the distinct sound of the magazine being taken into her metal-covered hands, being that Zane smirked. He had a good snark ready.
The strongest Fairy Tail female just blushed before placing the magazine on the bar once more as Natsu looked at her confused. "I didn't expected that from you Zane." said Erza. "Yeah Erza. I posed au natural once. Man, that was a weird day." said Zane. All of the girls there blushed as Sly said,"You all should know that he had to do it to save Colombia.". "And it was from some extremely pent-up conquerors. It was a weird but interesting day." said Zane. "Let me see!" said Natsu.
The pink haired took the magazine being that he turned it to the page that Erza kindly laid flat against the surface. He chuckled as he said,"Wow. So is this how you got payed double?". "Yeah but I was think it was because me and Dante saved the models. If I met Dante again, he's going to kill me for this." said Zane. "So you don't mind that girls all over Fiore will be look at you like a piece of meat Zaney?" said Cana, "It is not the first time and it certainly wouldn't be the last." said Zane.
Cana said with a smirk,"Girls read this stuff just like the guys for the exact same visual pleasures so yeah.". "Oh I know. I've had female and male fans being that the former ones are crazy. I really do hope this picture is popular. I asked Blair to get me a percent of the profits. I'm going to be rolling in it soon." said Zane, with him imagining all of the Jewels he'll be making. "Oh, is that the latest issue of Sorcerer Weekly?" said Makarov, heading over. "Go nuts old geezer." said Zane.
In a few seconds, Makarov began laughing at the picture. "I know that you're laughing at me but I don't care." said Zane. "You as a model is funny Zane since you're a major prude." said Makarov, as he wiped away a tear from his eye. "At least I'm getting some unlike you." said Zane, with the girls and Natsu around him laughing. Makarov sulked as Gray said,"He may be keeping secrets but he makes things interesting.".
Makarov jumped up to the railing on the top floor to address everyone. "Listen up everyone! I've got something to say about what really happened at the conference. I'm very happy to hear that all of the damages will be payed for thanks to those crystals from our favorite model. He and the rest of Natsu's team took down a dark guild and a demon from the book of Zeref tore them to shreds! Lets celebrate their success!". The guild erupted in cheers being that a fight soon began.
Zane rolled his eyes as Cole said,"So why are they always fighting?". Zane nodded being that he had his headphones around his ears being that Cana joined him mainly to drink. Cana and Zane respected each other being that they didn't like to cause fights being that Cana liked him for his cool nature and not at all in a romantic fashion. Her heart has been taken by another and it isn't the obvious answer of alcohol. So who is it?
Sly soon saw a dust cloud of smoke with fists and feet swinging all around and within it with her thinking aloud,"Okay. I should have seen that coming.". Makarov ,jumping down from his position of the railing, stood nearby the two as he said,"They're just letting loose. Do me a favor and let them enjoy themselves. I'm looking at you Erza.". "I won't do that." said Erza being that she doesn't like when her family goes overboard which for them. It's obvious when they do.
Erza just sat down on a nearby barstool, being that she didn't want anything to do in the fight. She was calm being that it was getting louder by the second. The trio of Levy, Lucy, and Mira went off to their thing, leaving Natsu to stare at Zane. "So why are you here still? I thought you and Gray would be brawling." said Zane. "You know me so well. I have to introduce you to a couple of people that you haven't met you." said Natsu, smiling.
Zane sighed as he said,"Would you believe me if I already knew them?". "Nope! Lets go!" said Natsu as he dragged Zane away from the bar. Sly sat there with her resting for a bit. After making Natsu let go of him with a powerful glare, the two were at a nearby table. They sat down with four individuals that he had seen before around the guild being that he spoke to one of them a few moments ago, knew his elder sister, and the other two. The group is Droy, Elfman, Jet, and Levy.
Zane could tell that they're cheerful being that they were smiling at him despite Zane being rather unapproachable. Jet is a slim young-looking man with orange hair, kept jutting backwards at the sides of his head. He has a very sharp face, a prominent, flat and defined nose pointing downwards, and quite distinctive teeth. It's a very protruding, sharp, triangular-shaped upper molar complemented by a chipped portion on the low row.
It's something which allows him to close his teeth completely despite such a peculiar physical irregularity. He's wearing an open light-brown coat that had yellowish fur trimmings on its edges and sleeves, which reached down below his elbows. He's wearing a high-collared purple shirt ,being that the collar is left mostly open, which it left hanging over his checkered belt with a rectangular buckles to it.
He's wears black pants inside brown boots. He's wearing a bracelet composed of thin ropes around his right wrist, and a watch around his left. His most noticeable article of clothing is his fancy and very tall brown and white striped hat that has a large brim and fur trimmings over its entire length plus a furry ball on its top. Droy is a tall, slim young man with black hair kept in an unusual, and distinctive hairstyle.
A tuft of his hair on top of his head was jutting upwards and then it was curving frontwards, being reminiscent of a plant’s stem. His hair extends in a rounded form on his forehead, and was cut on both sides of Droy’s head in a spiraling motif. Droy has dark eyes and thin dark eyebrows pointing downwards at their outer edges; his rectangular-shaped face sported sharp features, with prominent cheekbones.
He's wearing a simple white shirt, green checkered pants, and dark shoes with lighter soles. He also sported a pair of distinctive belts crossing his chest, each passing over one of his shoulders. These belts were reminiscent of bandoliers, sporting rectangular cases on them, which contain special "secret seeds" used for his magic. Levy was reading the magazine being that she wasn't looking at the picture but Zane's article. "So we finally get to meet the man that defeated a dark guild." said Jet.
Levy said with a gentle scolding,"Be nice Jet.". "Yeah because I'll make you unable to run if you piss me off." thought Zane. "It's okay to meet the other two members of Team Shadow Gear. I already met your lovely leader earlier. So what is your team name Natsu?" said Zane with Levy blushing. "You mean our team right Zane?" said Natsu. "Not until you beat me." said Zane, with a blunt tone. "So how do you like being a member of Fairy Tail Zane?" said Levy.
Zane said,"It beats prison. I've been there and trust me, you don't want to go. It's too loud for my ears but I lived.". "You've been to prison?" said Elfman. "Yeah. It says that he went into prison in order to save his older brother being that he was wrongfully arrested. I'm not one for rushing into a fight being that I love a good book." said Levy. "You seem smarter than the rest of the neanderthals. I'm sure that you met Triple B because she's writing a novel." said Zane.
Levy said,"Natsu already did. It's so cool how she's writing a novel. I guess we share something in common Zane.". "Yeah. Sly joins us being that I'm shocked that Natsu introduced Triple B to you before me. His best buddy." said Zane with a fake pout. "Hey, you were sleeping and you told me not to wake you up!" said Natsu. "Smart." said Zane. The boys except for Zane were soon gone being that Natsu went to go fight a shirtless Gray and the others boys went to fight the rest of the guild.
Zane sighed as Levy said,"So tell me about your watch. In the article, it says that you can turn into over 100 different forms. I've never heard of something like that before. Is it from Columbia? And can I go see it? I've never been outside of Fiore before.". "Well, you can go see Columbia but I'll have to take you. It's a long journey. And to the answer of my watch, lets let Cana join us." said Zane as Levy soon turned to see the drunk behind Zane.
Cana said,"Wow. Your hearing is really good even with those headphones on.". She sat down next to Zane with her saying,"So Zane, how did you get your body to look that? All girls want to know.". "It says how he got in the article." said Levy. "Yeah but I really want to see him blush. I mean he has this serious look on him." said Cana. "Ha. You can't trick me like those girls back home. I've learned how to read women and preventing the blush." said Zane.
Cana smiled as she said,"It's going to be fun breaking you.". "You can try but you'll fail harder than Natsu at a spelling bee." said Zane. "Hey!" yelled Natsu's voice as the two girls giggled. "So do you mind if I ask you a couple of questions? Your article didn't do it for me." said Levy, with her eyes sparkling. "Sure. You are cuter than most reporters that ask me questions." said Zane. Levy soon sported a pen and notepad in hand with a small blush.
Most of the guild ,except for Gray and Natsu, stopped their fighting in order of listening to Zane. This included Erza being that she wondered why he would talk to Levy and not her. It should be obvious to her but well, she can be rather oblivious sometimes. Mira was currently "serving" the tables in the nearby area. Before they could start, something had to happen. "Bring it on you flaming lizard!" said Gray.
Natsu lit up his flames in fire, with him saying,"I'm all fired up since I'm going to be fighting Zane so bring it Frosty!". The two soon started to thrash about being that Gray was sent flying into Zane, who hit the wall. Sly woke up as she looked over to see Zane throwing Gray off him. However, Zane soon noticed that his Eagle necklace was off him being that it laid on the floor in front of Gray. Zane soon reached toward them, only to watch Gray step on them without him knowing.
The necklace was unbreakable because it was built by a loving son for his father but Gray didn't know the origin of the necklace. He shouted at Natsu before getting back into the fight. Sly knew that Gray was a dead man being that Zane treasured that necklace because Atem made it. Zane soon had a death-like aura around him with Sly shudder. "I hope this doesn't release the demon." said Sly with Zane slowly waked toward the fight.
He was breathing in and out with Sly saying,"And everyone is going to let what happens when you even think of messing with Zane's stuff or something made by Atem.". Zane stomped loudly on the ground as he roared,"GRAY FULLBUSTER!". Everyone in the guild stopped what they were doing to look at the insane Zane, who was angry. Gray and Natsu stopped fighting with them looking at Zane. "Can't this wait? I need to deal with....." said Gray.
Gray didn't get to finish being that Zane turned into Thunder Form and warped in front of him in a blink of an eye. Zane's body look to be more ape/Sasquatch like. He looks to be about 12 feet with a muscular figure. His body ,feet, hands, neck, and shoulders are covered in black fur that looks to be extremely spiky and ruffled. The area around his knees, neck, and wrists are covered in white fur that looks to be extremely spiky and ruffled.
A/N: A stupid title yes but for me, this is normal. I like stupid titles because they're way more memorable. So last chapter had a long story and rather short Author Note. This one also may be the same case but like I mention that I will be talking the latest chapter of One Piece and as you may know by now, I talk a lot about that series in great depth. I need to talk about Fairy Legion before heading into One Piece. This is the last chapter of the Lullaby Arc.
We're heading into the Galuna Island Arc for the Fairy Tail Gang and Zane and after that, he and Sly are heading into an exclusive .for them, filler arc. I'm doing this because while I don't like the Galuna Island arc due it being boring for me, I'm going to do my best to try and fit Zane in there. I can easily find a way to add him into that arc. The filler arc will be right after Galuna Island so Phantom Lord will be a long ways away.
That's just a weird thing. Just expect that I'll be mentioning a lot of Nalu and Natza moments mainly the former. That's right. I'm teasing you being that it's either A and B but once we do a certain episode and omake chapter, we'll be teasing C as well. You'll see what I mean by that. The main thing what I wanted to talk about. It's about how Zane is stealing the show from the rest of the cast mainly shown in his fight against Lullaby plus stopping Kage from using Lullaby.
I'm going to say that Zane will be stealing the show a lot but I will be showing every fight that isn't the big bad so like in Phantom Lord, we'll have Natsu vs Totomaru aka the most forgettable member of the Element 4, Elfman vs Sol aka a goof character growth for Elfman and Mirajane, and Gray vs Juvia aka the start of Gruvia. If you want to see balance, read either that Ben 10/Fairy Tail story I mention in Chapter 1 or the source material.
I would say the former rather than the latter. I have said before but Zane is going to be extremely overpowered and won't be defeated. His fights may take a long time but like he said against Erigor, he was playing with him. If he was serious, Erigor would have died. This will be shown often. There will be points where Zane kills a character in cold blood being that I was going to kill off Byard and Karcaka.
This is due to after Lullaby, the former doesn't appear again and the latter appears in the Battle of Fairy Tail Arc in the anime. I mean both of them are in jail and minor characters. I know that I've said this before and since I love to repeat myself, Zane will kill characters only if they're minor and add NOTHING to the or minor shit that can be replaced by another character. So expect some death and people hating him for it.
Zane ,in the main series, is a character who won't kill like a psychopath because he believes in giving people second chance such as with Malik and Walter with the former being the one who ripped out his Essence and burned his arm. He grew to trust them being that this includes Carlos. Carlos may be forgiven in Zane's eyes but he still hurt Kristen and Rachel back then. He cares a deep amount for both of her girls.
This may chance but I won't say it here. Anyway, lets talk about the new One Piece Chapter aka the start of Reverie and a break next week. I know why he does that but why does he keep leaving us on clifhangers?! It's so annoying but I can't see One Piece without breaks. I do like that Mjosgard is going to be protecting Shirahoshi during her time here. We hear that Cobra was talking with Fujitora and Riku so we won't be seeing that for a while just like with the big reveal the last two chapter.
I would say that the biggest reveal of this chapter for me is Queen Conney of the Sorube Kingdom. I do like seeing Charlos injured. It's oddly satisfying and I really want to see him injured permanently but we also see Kuma being used as a slave by Charlos's awful father and he was a KING before being a pirate. He's also the king of Sorube Kingdom. He's currently being used as a slave and I feel bad for Kuma.
We also see the return of Jewelry Bonney being that she sneaked into Reverie. She may have the lowest bounty of the eleven Supernovas but don't doubt her. She's one of my favorite and not just because of her looks. She's also sad for Kuma. I wonder if they're related. Who really knows? We also see the group of Karasu, Lindbergh. Morley, and Sabo. Sabo wants to save Kuma but he's already given his soul to the World Government.
They turned him into a robot and a slave for Celestial Dragons being that it showed that even royalty can be slaves to gods. They can't mess up. We also see all the kings and ques sitting at the round table being that we have a lot to talk about aka Luffy. I'm expecting him to come up a lot due to a good king and queens knowing him personally or his rep. King Neptune sticks out because everyone likes normal humans.
I really like the British looking guy whose panel is the right of Riku. We need to learn his name. We also learn that the main guy that was looking at the Straw Hat is the king of the world and if you're a fan of Nartuo, you may remember its eyes. It was also stabbing Luffy, Blackbeard, and Shirahoshi's picture being that it may know about Shirahoshi's secret. We don't know its name but we may know the Five Elders names but thanks to the break, we only have theories. So sad about that.
Lets begin with the introduction of my "favorite" male character Siegrain. If his design doesn't appear in some way in Edens Zero, I'll be shocked because Hiro has already used so many old designs so why not a design that he has used before. If you're not expecting, I'm impressed but for some one whose a fan of his works for the art, you know when Hiro repeats himself. Plus Early Fairy Tail is so different than later Fairy Tail like Erza's sleeves in the manga. I added them because why not.
Narrator P.O.V.
At the magic council building Era, the council itself were discussed recent events mainly about a certain immortal superhero. All nine of them were standing onto a magic seal which seems really cool just like the chairs of Organization 13 but you wonder how did they get up. Neither the high chairs or the magic seal will never be answered I hope. They all had thoughtful expression on their face and their thoughts were against each other.
Like with most of their discussions, it was about Fairy Tail being that they constantly debated on if the guild is a problem, if they're being too rowdy, or they are a guild of animals who could be used against the dark guilds. They were brought up a LOT. Today's main topic is the defeat of the dark guild Eisenwald being that the council owed Fairy Tail ,or more specifically Zane, for saving the guild masters and taking down a group of criminals.
They also obtained the death flute Lullaby ,which had been crackled by Zane who threw the item to the ground, and sealed inside of a magic container. However, the guild still brought a lot of damage mainly in the Oshibana train station and the canyon railway bridge. It was a joy to hear the Clover conference hall wasn't destroyed thanks to a wizard. "The Eisenwald Guild may have been defeated but this is one small step in ending the darkness of our magic world." said a deep, powerful voice.
This voice belongs to Org, the owner of the 2nd seat of the Magic Council. He is a tall, gray-haired elderly man with a considerably long beard, as well as a mustache. He has pointy ears and has a habit of keeping only one of his dark-colored eyes open at a time. Org also wears multiple layers of robes in the same vein much like the other members of the Magic Council and on top of his head he wears a small bat-shaped ornament.
A higher, but still masculine voice said,'The number of dark guild have been growing at alarming rate.". This voice belonged to Michello, the owner of the 3rd seat of the Magic Council plus possible cat person. Michello is a short, old man with oddly flat brown hair, which tapers to a point in three places: on both sides of his face and in the center of his forehead. He also has tufts of hair on either side of his head that resemble ears like a kitty cat.
They are most likely not functional due to him having a set of regular ears and what appears to be a light-yellow tail growing out of his backside. These two attributes give him a strong cat human vibe to him. He has a bristle-edged mustache, along with tiny, dark-colored eyes and eyebrows that resemble musical notes. He's wearing a light-colored robe that bore stripe-like markings on both sleeves, down his sides, and on his back.
He has a wooden cane, which he's leaning on. "We have to do something. We need to stop this thorn before it grows too big." said a third male. This one belong to Leiji, seat unknown but looks to be the most normal one compared to Michello and Org. Leiji is a tall middle-aged man, who always wears small, round, dark shaded glasses. He wears a white and blue Magic Council cloak, always with the hood up. Leiji has large thin lips and tan skin.
He has black hair and huge sideburns that almost hit his lips. On his chin are small chin hairs. Leiji also has small eyebrows that always point down, making him look angry and serious. "But how would we do that Leiji?" said an elderly woman. This voice belong to Belno, seat unknown but the older female of the group. Belno is a tall elderly woman. She usually wears a cloak like other council members, and has on a purple turtle-neck.
Her most noticeable trait is her long nose, which gives her more of a witch-like appearance. She has sandy blonde hair, which she ties up into a large ponytail that seem to fan out into a series of spiky tear-dropped shapped tufts of hair. "It doesn't matter how its done but the fact that concerns me the most is that Zeref's magic has been destroyed being that it can never play its death song unless Zeref comes back from the dead." said Org, holding up the cracked Lullaby.
An elderly man stood next to a young woman with him saying,"But how did a guild like Eisenwald even get their hands on such a powerful form of dark magic in the first place?". This is Yajima, aka a former member of Fairy Tail and avid supporter of the Guild much to the other members's dismay at times. Yajima is a short, old man with thick light-brown eyebrows and a small toothbrush mustache that reaches halfway to his mouth.
He wears a brown long sleeve shirt with black vertical stripes and a black three-spiked hat. "I hate to say it but the blame may came from the higher ups." said Michello. "They may be a thorn in our side but Fairy Tail was quite helpful so we should thank them or should I say one of them." said a younger male voice. This voice belongs to Siegrain, who is a blue haired prick and Zane will be calling him that so get used to it Jellal fangirls!
Sieg is a young man whose most prominent features are his blue hair and a red tattoo above and under his right eye, which he says is a birthmark. He dress himself in elegant yet simple robes being a long white frock-coat with black stripes across the edges and on the upper part of the arms. It has a decorated standing collar, large straps connected to decorated buckles closing the inducement on the front over a dark shirt, and matching pants and shoes.
He also sported a ring on his right middle finger and has a medallion around his neck, hidden by his jacket's collar. His disposition, however, was rather arrogant or at the very least a more smugly oriented sense of calmness. "Sieg is correct. This one wizard took down an entire guild by himself and Lullaby with the rest of his guild as backup dancers. He's also quite the looker." said the young woman, bringing a sleeve to cover her mouth as she spoke.
This lovely woman is Ultear with her being quite the beauty but in a world where most women are models, it's saying a lot if she's called out for it. Ultear is a pale-skinned woman with dark purple hair and brown eyes. She has red lipstick lightly coating her lips. She had a noticeably voluptuous figure with long and perfect legs. She has unblemished skin and slender shoulders. She currently wore a unique and sexy variation of the council's uniform.
This consisting of a rather bland white garb that covered her upper and lower body. It has a rather deep v-neck that revealed a good amount of her chest but not too much to be considered slutty. This also includes a dark-yellow sash that tied around her waist. The sash proves how perfect her curves really are. Her legs are shown thanks to the large slit on the leg of her dress. She also has a red collar-like object around her neck.
For some strange reason, the left sleeve is rather long and the right having no sleeve whatsoever. The idea of what's fashionable. She appeared to be rather playful in nature, but simultaneously had the capability of being serious when the time called for it. "You may not want to accept it but this one young man saved several lives. He's a Fairy Tail wizard and none of us had to give up our hard earned positions on this council to save face." said Siegrain.
Leiji said,"Are you saying that the council is to blame for this child?!". Org stoked his beard as he said,"He does have a point somewhat. The wizard may have done us a good dead but he's too much of a mystery and hindrance to be trusted! He was able to defeat one of Zeref's demon by himself with no help, fight alongside the Salamander against Erigor, and defeated a large group of Eisenwald thugs by himself again.".
Beleno said,"His magic is always interesting being that the thugs say that he used several different type of magic and look at his final attack on Lullaby.". The council soon saw Zane fighting Bond Zenith Sphere down on Lullaby. "Do we have any records on him or where he came from? The mystery of him is tearing my hair out!" said Michello. Ultear said,"We do Michello. He appeared in Hargeon not too long ago being that in a short time, he has defeated some members of Ruined Emerald alongside Dante of Lamia Scale, saving the town of Crystal Peaks from Valiant Wraiths, and now this. He's much stronger than Titania Erza in my honest opinion.". Siegrain soon smiled with this catching Ultear's eyes. "Does he interest you Siegrain?" said Ultear with a smile.
Siegrain said putting his arms behind his back,"I'm just happy to have someone like him on our side rather than against us.". "Those crystals that were found nearby the thugs of Eisenwald are worth a lot of money being that this young man created them. Isn't this fun Belno?" said Ultear. "He may be different from his fellow fairies but he was under the magic council's radar for so long." said Belno with her nodding.
Siegrain soon got everyone's attention as he said,"I have an idea. We need to speak with this young man and also a scapegoat so lets kill two birds with stone. He told the army and the guild masters that he would take responsibility for the actions of his guild members so lets do that.". This idea seemed to sit very well with the other members of the council being that to obtain this wizard, they send one of their strongest to collect him.
Due to the fight on the Clover railway and Erigor using his Emera Baram, there was going to be no trains available for up to a week while the employees got back to Oshibana and fixed it. Zane and the others had to walk their way back to Magnolia and the guild hall being that they had to go through the Clover Canyon. Most of them did encountered a small problem being that they had run out of food and water being very hungry and thirsty.
This is also due to the fact that they didn't rationed their food properly. It also never rained thanks to the sun. Sly and Zane wasn't feeling this being that they had an unlimited supply of food and water aka Zane's bag. He also didn't share it being that he didn't want to. It taken them almost a week to return being that they were stopped by something. This is due to a group of bizarre looking monsters being that they were originally a village home to a dark guild.
They brought the destruction of their town alongside them. Makarov soon managed to get rid of the monsters bring them back to life. Despite Erza's persistent questioning, Makarov remained cryptic about it and decided to drop it in order to convince Zane to join Natsu's team being that he'll be the one to make sure they don't cause too much destruction. He was getting sick of him and Natsu asking being that he was very tempted to throw them both into Clover Canyon.
Upon arriving in Magnolia Town, most of the group's spirits were lifted being that most of them were going faster to the guild hall. Lucy headed back to her apartment. "So why did you let Lucy go back to her place Erza?" said Natsu with him sounding confused. "Yeah. She's been away for a week and she needs to freshen up idiot." said Gray. "Are you saying that she stunk?!" said Erza, glaring at Gray and Natsu. "He did not me Erza." said Natsu, pointing to Gray.
The former was shaken and the latter smiled. "Not really to me Erza." said Sly. "Got to agree." said Zane. "You're being nice to her?" said Erza. "If I can get some peace and quiet, I don't really care right now. I'll be mean to her in time." said Zane as he rubbed his temples. "We have to return back to the guild hall. There will mostly likely be a message for the Magic Council." said Erza, looking at Zane who soon put on his headphones, humming a tune that none of them but Sly knew.
Inside of the guild hall, Mira was at the bar .cleaning a glass like your typical bartender, being that she heard a high pitch, feminine voice,"Hey Mira! We finally found that book you were looking for in the archives.". "It was a major pain Mira but we finally did it after two days." said a western sounding yet seductive, feminine voice. She soon turned to see Bisca Mulan and Levy Mcgarden being that the former is known for her sharp shooting and the latter is the leader of Team Shadow Gear.
Team Shadow Gear is Fairy Tail's ,second, strongest team. This three man team is the backbone of Fairy Tail. Very little is known about them except for both male members of the team ,Droy and Jet aka Sarusuke, are in love with their leader Levy being that she either doesn't reciprocate their feelings or doesn't noticed. They also have identical guild mark colors and positions, white on the left part of their upper back.
Levy is a rather young, petite teenage girl of a slender build who stands at a rather below-average height for her age being 17. She has a decent sized chest but thanks to her smaller frame, she looked stacked. However, it's a small chest compared to all of the other women in the dimension. She has wavy, wild shoulder-length blue hair. Her bangs are held up by a patterned, orange bandanna. She's wearing a short, blue vest that left her midriff exposed, with a yellow bikini top underneath it.
She's also wearing white knee-length shorts, held up by a brown belt and brown ankle strap high heel sandals. I could be wrong about that fact. Bisca is a young woman with long, straight green hair that reaches down to her lower back, and a set of long bangs framing her face. She's about 18. She has brownish purple eyes, a pair of large breasts, and is always seen wearing red lipstick. Her outfit mirrored a fictional cowgirl.
She's always with her western-style hat and visible on her head, a light, polka-dotted neck scarf, and a pair of reddish brown boots. Her body was covered by a short, strapless black one-piece dress decorated by white spiraling motifs and striped edges. She's wearing brown cowgirl boots. Mira smiled as she said,"Thanks you two. I owe you both one.". Levy noticed a stack of papers with her saying,"So is that from the council?". "Yeah. It's about Zane." said Mira as she smiled.
Bisca said,"Ah. He's that new guy right? He's making a name for himself because he knocked out Erza without a single touch, defeated a dark guild by himself, and charmed you Mira. This guy is something else.". Mira blushed as she said,"We're just friends Bisca! I mean Zane is a nice guy but we're friends I swear.". "Yeah right Mira. You liking Zane is just Droy and Jet liking Levy but far less pathetic." said Bisca, sitting down at the bar with a smirk.
Levy rolled her eyes as Elfman watched up to them. He said hi to the two girls being that he noticed that his sister was reading a book. "So what's are you doing Mira?" said Elfman. "Oh. It's a book that I asked Bisca and Levy to look for." said Mira. "Yeah. It was really fun. I do feel a little bad for Droy and Jet." said Levy. "They had Alzack with them so what's the big deal?" said Bisca, sipping her beer as Cana joined them.
Cana said,"So what's the book about?". "It's about dragons and dragon slayer." said Mira, flipping a page. "Huh?" said Cana and Elfman. Bisca leaned over the bar to take a look at the book being that she soon raised an eyebrow. "Dragon mating and its relations to dragon slayers? Why would you be reading about that?" said Bisca. "I was just curious. I really want Erza, Lucy, and Natsu to be happy so I need to have a chat with Lucy when she gets back." said Mira.
Before the four could ask why, the doors to the guildhall opened suddenly, drawing the attention of the members sitting inside of it. Among the group was the master, Erza, Gray, Happy, Natsu, and Sly being that they were deathly quiet. Gray and Natsu were glaring at one another with Happy sitting on Erza's shoulder. Their respective looks gave away nothing, but the remaining three seemed to give off the impression something had happened.
Makarov looked like he had received a rather extensive damage report. Erza looked annoyed, being that Mira expected that it involved Zane in some way, and Sly was floating there tired. Mira noticed that Zane was missing from their group being that she heard someone sipping. She turned to see Zane with her sipping from a flask. It's a black flask with a small silver dragon wearing a gold crown on the top of it. "Hey guys." said Zane with his headphones playing some music.
Mira greeted them cheerfully as she said,"Welcome back Master, you're back later than I expected. I should tell you that you got this from the council.". She pointed to the stack of papers being that she hid the book about dragons with Zane noticing it. The master groaned being that he took the sheets of paper and began looking through it, muttering something about Zane and Natsu's team. Mirajane soon saw Erza sitting down next to Zane being that she was ignoring him.
Cana said,"So what happened on your quest Erza?". "Yeah. The paper says that Zane was the one who defeated Eisenwald and saved the guild masters which is totally manly!" said Elfman. Bisca and Levy also knew about what happened as well. "Yeah. It was all me Elfman" said Zane. He could still hear them despite playing his music with Sly flying over to him, sitting on his head. Erza coughed as she said,"I hate to say it but yes.".
She looked at Zane with her saying,"However, I have some questions for you Zane and I won't stop until you answer them all.". She knew clearly that someone was up with Sly and Zane being that he was different from other wizards. "Seriously? I hate answering annoying reporters." said Zane with a tired sigh. He stretched his arms out. Someone was trying not to be sneaky being that Natsu launched himself toward Zane with his fist flaming. Zane sighed with him closing his eyes.
Natsu was soon floating in the air, being unable to move. Zane soon made his alcohol go over the pink haired Dragon Slayer, dousing his flames. "Seriously man?!" said Natsu, being that the scent of the alcohol had a high amount of calories in it. "Well if you've tried and attacked him for our entire journey, he's getting better at sensing you." said Erza. "But I want to fight! It's time to fight!" said Natsu, letting up a slight chuckle.
The guild hall went quiet being that they looked at the scene that was unfolding at the bar being that they wanted to see Zane fight. "I'm happy that you're enjoying yourself Natsu." said Sly. "I do owe him a fight and since he did a good job, he gets his fight. Lets fight in about an hour and wait for your blond ...." said Zane. A armored hand soon thrust itself between the two boys, belonged to Erza. "Do you mind waiting a second Natsu?" said Erza.
Natsu smiled as he said,"Sure! You need to talk to Zane right?". "Yes. There is something that I want to know about you Zane. Where did you come from?" said Erza. "I guess she's going to make you talk and she may think that with the crowd, you'll talk." said Sivarth. "Remember what Scott told you about lying. Believe the lie. You remember how to fool a lie detector and your right eye doesn't twitch anymore." said Kane. "That's due to me." said Twilight.
Zane sighed as he said,"Well, I come from a northern country of Fiore known as Columbia being a couple of months away from Fiore by boat. The journey wasn't...". Crisis Judgement went off as a sword appeared in the air and Erza thrust it down onto the ground beneath Zane, causing Natsu to jump in the air. At the same time, Gray and Lucy were also present, being that the latter brought the Celestial Spirit wizard from her apartment not too long ago. We'll see a similar scene later.
Zane said,"Again with the sword?! You've tried this before and it didn't work so try something else like an axe or hammer. Actually, scratch the former. I've faced against a lot of hammers in my life so that isn't original.". "That isn't what I'm talking about Zane. You said that you're from somewhere but I think you're not." said Erza. "So do you have any proof Officer Erza?" said Zane, smirking and pissing off Erza, "Thanks to my star witness, I do." said Erza. "Oh boy. You're in trouble." said Cole.
Erza ,who held a notebook, soon began listing off several clues/hints being that Zane knew that he was being lectured. "So are you going to listen to her or what?" said Athena. "Sly and Zane weren't exactly being the best at being hidden. I think she has 50+ notes against you." said Twilight. "So do you have a plan Zane?" said Sivarth. "Yeah I do. Don't worry." said Zane with him putting his hands behind his back and ignoring Erza with his music.
After the lecture, Erza soon calmly picked up the sword and pointing it toward Zane's neck, with the immortal being putting down his headphones. "Talk now." said Erza. There was only silence being all of them began to look at Zane one by one, with Natsu didn't seem to get it. Makarov was observing the events keenly and stood up on top of the bar with a simple look on his face, deciding to wait patiently for the answer.
He soon knew that Zane and his partner were hiding secrets from their family and he knew that Zane would tell them in time. During his one on one fight against Lullaby, Makarov could tell that Zane's attacks weren't at all magic. Zane looked calm and collected with Sly whispering,"So are you going to do?". Zane nodded as he said,"Yep. Just watch.". He grabbed the sword and he said,"Fuck off Ginger Knight.". He broke the sword, much to everyone's shock.
Zane's hand was cut being that it wasn't bleeding at all. "I did come from Columbia being that it's a different name for it." said Zane. "Then what's its name?" said Gray, being scared of Erza as Natsu had to drag her out upon Zane swearing to her and breaking her sword. He didn't feel bad for him whatsoever. "Its name is the United States of America." said Zane. "Or just America or the New World." said Sly. "So where is that on Earthland?" said Levy.
Zane turned to the bluenette as he said,"Well, my president doesn't like maps. To this day, we still don't get the reason. The reason why we're here is to start a new. I was lying about that. My country has a different form of Magic alongside different types of energy. I have my reasons for keeping my secrets. It's because I don't trust a single person in this guild with the burdens and responsibility that I carry on my back.". "But we......" said Mira.
Zane looked at her as he said,"No. We're COWORKERS. My family died a long time ago but while their memories are in my Essence and mind, I have trouble trusting people. Now, leave me the hell alone or else, you'll die.". Makarov looked at Zane with him putting on his headphones. "Sorry about him master but he speaks for me too. We don't trust you and one day, we will. Just be patient and try to convince Erza not to kill Zane. Use Natsu. She'll die if she makes Zane truly mad." said Sly.
Makarov sighed as he said,"Fine. Everyone, just wait for Zane to talk." The crowd dispersed being that they had some more answers about Zane but the fact that he didn't considered them to be family was the biggest blow to them. Everyone that was at the bar moved being that Zane's negativity was turning them off. Sly sighed being that she knew that he was pushing everyone away in order to protect them from danger or make attachments mainly the former.
She remember what happened to Zane when he was around their age. She knew that he didn't want them to be hurt but pushing them away will only brings problem with him knowing that. She sighed as she worried about her partner. Levy .who stayed behind much to the shock of the guild, tapped his shoulder with Zane looking at her. Zane looked at her with him saying,"What?". "Um. I'm sorry for telling Erza that I've never seen your Take Overs before." said Levy.
Zane sighed as he said while he took his headphones being that Levy heard some rock music,"It's fine Levy. I just hate when people question me. I just have a hard time caring about things. It's nothing personal.". "So nothing has gone to plan." said Levy. "Yeah. I'm happy to be back because that trip was too long. The train tracks was broken thanks to mine and Natsu's fight with that Windbag Bastard so we had to WALK back. Old geezer tried to convince me to join Natsu's team a lot." said Zane.
Levy said,"Oh wow. That doesn't sound like fun. Me and my team usually picks jobs involving research and stuff that doesn't cause too much destruction.". "That sounds like fun. I'm jealous of Mira's job to be honest. She doesn't have to travel too far plus she doesn't cause too much destruction on her path." said Zane. "You should have seen her a couple of years ago." said Levy. "Ah. I wish I was there to see it." said Zane.
Mira ,who was nearby, was slightly jealous of the two being that from she gathered, she was the only one who could talk with Zane without him getting annoyed and hurting them. Their conversation was soon stopped for a few seconds thanks to a collective bout of giggling that sounded off from a nearby table. Zane soon turned and saw a group of five women starting right at him, continuing with their girlish laughter. "Great. We're back in high school." said Athena.
It took a few seconds for them to noticed that he was looking right at them with a look of apathy being that one of the female wizards silenced her friends being that they stopped looking at him. The immortal being was used to people staring at him so he brushed it off. "So was that not weird to you Zane?" said Levy. "It really was." said Mira. with her continuing to wash cups. Zane smirked as he soon blew them a kiss, causing them to faint on the spot.
The two girls looked at him with Sly saying,"It's better not asking. Zane's mind is an enigma". Cana soon walked up to the bar with a smirk clearly etched onto her face. "I can help you girls out." said Cana. "So what happened?" said Levy. "I'm sure that Zane has read my mind or see the future so let me SHOW them." said Cana, chuckling. The two girls were confused by their friend being she wasn't telling what's going on.
Zane expected this so when the brunette placed a magazine and directly in front of him on the wooden surface of the bar. "Oh. That." said Zane. "Yeah. It just come out this morning. Go to page seven and you'll understand completely." said Cana. The magazine's pages were soon moving thanks to telekinesis being Zane smiled. "Wow. He got it out faster than I thought." said Zane. "So what's going on?" said Mira.
The two women soon looked at the page being that it was the picture that Zane took with the models and Dante after the two saved them from Ruined Emerald without trying. Mira was blushing being that she didn't notice how close Yuki was to Dante being that she said,"Oh my.". She had a hand up to cover one of her cheek mainly to prevent Cana from teasing her. "Oh. Nice abs Zaney." said Cana with a wicked smirk.
Zane said,"Thanks Cana. I worked really hard on them. If you like them so much, I may just do these photo shoots more. It beats cleaning up after Natsu and his gang of destruction idiots. This isn't the first time I've posed with models but with another guy, it's a first. They practically begged me and Dante to do as thanks plus the extra pay. So does this issue have my interview?". "It does. So why did Mira do that?" said Cana, with a playful tone. "Cana." said Mira warningly.
Lucy's voice said,"Oh, is this the latest issue of Sorcerer's Magazine?". Despite him being there, she wanted to see the new issue. Mira sighed as she thanked Lucy for showing when she did being that she wasn't going to be teased relentlessly by Cana since her threats can only go so far to quell the woman's desire to tease people. "I really hate to say this but you have nice abs. So why did you get your chest pierced?" said Lucy. "You know Zane and his secrets Lucy." said Cana.
Zane rolled his eyes as he said,"I don't have that many secrets Cana. I actually explain why I got it pieced but some other juicy facts about me.". Once again, the group of female were likely close enough to hear their conversation began to giggle, but it sounded more perverted. Zane rolled his eyes with Kane saying,"Zane. As a bro, let me take control and I can rip them to shreds. Their squeals are driving me insane! Please Zane!". Zane once again rolled his eyes.
Erza's voice soon echoed,"What are all of you looking at?". Zane turned to see her and Natsu being that the former was holding a plate containing a slice of strawberry cake on it. She also looked more tranquil being that Zane made a mental note to feed her strawberry cake if he pissed her off which he was going to do soon, knowing him. Zane heard the distinct sound of the magazine being taken into her metal-covered hands, being that Zane smirked. He had a good snark ready.
The strongest Fairy Tail female just blushed before placing the magazine on the bar once more as Natsu looked at her confused. "I didn't expected that from you Zane." said Erza. "Yeah Erza. I posed au natural once. Man, that was a weird day." said Zane. All of the girls there blushed as Sly said,"You all should know that he had to do it to save Colombia.". "And it was from some extremely pent-up conquerors. It was a weird but interesting day." said Zane. "Let me see!" said Natsu.
The pink haired took the magazine being that he turned it to the page that Erza kindly laid flat against the surface. He chuckled as he said,"Wow. So is this how you got payed double?". "Yeah but I was think it was because me and Dante saved the models. If I met Dante again, he's going to kill me for this." said Zane. "So you don't mind that girls all over Fiore will be look at you like a piece of meat Zaney?" said Cana, "It is not the first time and it certainly wouldn't be the last." said Zane.
Cana said with a smirk,"Girls read this stuff just like the guys for the exact same visual pleasures so yeah.". "Oh I know. I've had female and male fans being that the former ones are crazy. I really do hope this picture is popular. I asked Blair to get me a percent of the profits. I'm going to be rolling in it soon." said Zane, with him imagining all of the Jewels he'll be making. "Oh, is that the latest issue of Sorcerer Weekly?" said Makarov, heading over. "Go nuts old geezer." said Zane.
In a few seconds, Makarov began laughing at the picture. "I know that you're laughing at me but I don't care." said Zane. "You as a model is funny Zane since you're a major prude." said Makarov, as he wiped away a tear from his eye. "At least I'm getting some unlike you." said Zane, with the girls and Natsu around him laughing. Makarov sulked as Gray said,"He may be keeping secrets but he makes things interesting.".
Makarov jumped up to the railing on the top floor to address everyone. "Listen up everyone! I've got something to say about what really happened at the conference. I'm very happy to hear that all of the damages will be payed for thanks to those crystals from our favorite model. He and the rest of Natsu's team took down a dark guild and a demon from the book of Zeref tore them to shreds! Lets celebrate their success!". The guild erupted in cheers being that a fight soon began.
Zane rolled his eyes as Cole said,"So why are they always fighting?". Zane nodded being that he had his headphones around his ears being that Cana joined him mainly to drink. Cana and Zane respected each other being that they didn't like to cause fights being that Cana liked him for his cool nature and not at all in a romantic fashion. Her heart has been taken by another and it isn't the obvious answer of alcohol. So who is it?
Sly soon saw a dust cloud of smoke with fists and feet swinging all around and within it with her thinking aloud,"Okay. I should have seen that coming.". Makarov ,jumping down from his position of the railing, stood nearby the two as he said,"They're just letting loose. Do me a favor and let them enjoy themselves. I'm looking at you Erza.". "I won't do that." said Erza being that she doesn't like when her family goes overboard which for them. It's obvious when they do.
Erza just sat down on a nearby barstool, being that she didn't want anything to do in the fight. She was calm being that it was getting louder by the second. The trio of Levy, Lucy, and Mira went off to their thing, leaving Natsu to stare at Zane. "So why are you here still? I thought you and Gray would be brawling." said Zane. "You know me so well. I have to introduce you to a couple of people that you haven't met you." said Natsu, smiling.
Zane sighed as he said,"Would you believe me if I already knew them?". "Nope! Lets go!" said Natsu as he dragged Zane away from the bar. Sly sat there with her resting for a bit. After making Natsu let go of him with a powerful glare, the two were at a nearby table. They sat down with four individuals that he had seen before around the guild being that he spoke to one of them a few moments ago, knew his elder sister, and the other two. The group is Droy, Elfman, Jet, and Levy.
Zane could tell that they're cheerful being that they were smiling at him despite Zane being rather unapproachable. Jet is a slim young-looking man with orange hair, kept jutting backwards at the sides of his head. He has a very sharp face, a prominent, flat and defined nose pointing downwards, and quite distinctive teeth. It's a very protruding, sharp, triangular-shaped upper molar complemented by a chipped portion on the low row.
It's something which allows him to close his teeth completely despite such a peculiar physical irregularity. He's wearing an open light-brown coat that had yellowish fur trimmings on its edges and sleeves, which reached down below his elbows. He's wearing a high-collared purple shirt ,being that the collar is left mostly open, which it left hanging over his checkered belt with a rectangular buckles to it.
He's wears black pants inside brown boots. He's wearing a bracelet composed of thin ropes around his right wrist, and a watch around his left. His most noticeable article of clothing is his fancy and very tall brown and white striped hat that has a large brim and fur trimmings over its entire length plus a furry ball on its top. Droy is a tall, slim young man with black hair kept in an unusual, and distinctive hairstyle.
A tuft of his hair on top of his head was jutting upwards and then it was curving frontwards, being reminiscent of a plant’s stem. His hair extends in a rounded form on his forehead, and was cut on both sides of Droy’s head in a spiraling motif. Droy has dark eyes and thin dark eyebrows pointing downwards at their outer edges; his rectangular-shaped face sported sharp features, with prominent cheekbones.
He's wearing a simple white shirt, green checkered pants, and dark shoes with lighter soles. He also sported a pair of distinctive belts crossing his chest, each passing over one of his shoulders. These belts were reminiscent of bandoliers, sporting rectangular cases on them, which contain special "secret seeds" used for his magic. Levy was reading the magazine being that she wasn't looking at the picture but Zane's article. "So we finally get to meet the man that defeated a dark guild." said Jet.
Levy said with a gentle scolding,"Be nice Jet.". "Yeah because I'll make you unable to run if you piss me off." thought Zane. "It's okay to meet the other two members of Team Shadow Gear. I already met your lovely leader earlier. So what is your team name Natsu?" said Zane with Levy blushing. "You mean our team right Zane?" said Natsu. "Not until you beat me." said Zane, with a blunt tone. "So how do you like being a member of Fairy Tail Zane?" said Levy.
Zane said,"It beats prison. I've been there and trust me, you don't want to go. It's too loud for my ears but I lived.". "You've been to prison?" said Elfman. "Yeah. It says that he went into prison in order to save his older brother being that he was wrongfully arrested. I'm not one for rushing into a fight being that I love a good book." said Levy. "You seem smarter than the rest of the neanderthals. I'm sure that you met Triple B because she's writing a novel." said Zane.
Levy said,"Natsu already did. It's so cool how she's writing a novel. I guess we share something in common Zane.". "Yeah. Sly joins us being that I'm shocked that Natsu introduced Triple B to you before me. His best buddy." said Zane with a fake pout. "Hey, you were sleeping and you told me not to wake you up!" said Natsu. "Smart." said Zane. The boys except for Zane were soon gone being that Natsu went to go fight a shirtless Gray and the others boys went to fight the rest of the guild.
Zane sighed as Levy said,"So tell me about your watch. In the article, it says that you can turn into over 100 different forms. I've never heard of something like that before. Is it from Columbia? And can I go see it? I've never been outside of Fiore before.". "Well, you can go see Columbia but I'll have to take you. It's a long journey. And to the answer of my watch, lets let Cana join us." said Zane as Levy soon turned to see the drunk behind Zane.
Cana said,"Wow. Your hearing is really good even with those headphones on.". She sat down next to Zane with her saying,"So Zane, how did you get your body to look that? All girls want to know.". "It says how he got in the article." said Levy. "Yeah but I really want to see him blush. I mean he has this serious look on him." said Cana. "Ha. You can't trick me like those girls back home. I've learned how to read women and preventing the blush." said Zane.
Cana smiled as she said,"It's going to be fun breaking you.". "You can try but you'll fail harder than Natsu at a spelling bee." said Zane. "Hey!" yelled Natsu's voice as the two girls giggled. "So do you mind if I ask you a couple of questions? Your article didn't do it for me." said Levy, with her eyes sparkling. "Sure. You are cuter than most reporters that ask me questions." said Zane. Levy soon sported a pen and notepad in hand with a small blush.
Most of the guild ,except for Gray and Natsu, stopped their fighting in order of listening to Zane. This included Erza being that she wondered why he would talk to Levy and not her. It should be obvious to her but well, she can be rather oblivious sometimes. Mira was currently "serving" the tables in the nearby area. Before they could start, something had to happen. "Bring it on you flaming lizard!" said Gray.
Natsu lit up his flames in fire, with him saying,"I'm all fired up since I'm going to be fighting Zane so bring it Frosty!". The two soon started to thrash about being that Gray was sent flying into Zane, who hit the wall. Sly woke up as she looked over to see Zane throwing Gray off him. However, Zane soon noticed that his Eagle necklace was off him being that it laid on the floor in front of Gray. Zane soon reached toward them, only to watch Gray step on them without him knowing.
The necklace was unbreakable because it was built by a loving son for his father but Gray didn't know the origin of the necklace. He shouted at Natsu before getting back into the fight. Sly knew that Gray was a dead man being that Zane treasured that necklace because Atem made it. Zane soon had a death-like aura around him with Sly shudder. "I hope this doesn't release the demon." said Sly with Zane slowly waked toward the fight.
He was breathing in and out with Sly saying,"And everyone is going to let what happens when you even think of messing with Zane's stuff or something made by Atem.". Zane stomped loudly on the ground as he roared,"GRAY FULLBUSTER!". Everyone in the guild stopped what they were doing to look at the insane Zane, who was angry. Gray and Natsu stopped fighting with them looking at Zane. "Can't this wait? I need to deal with....." said Gray.
Gray didn't get to finish being that Zane turned into Thunder Form and warped in front of him in a blink of an eye. Zane's body look to be more ape/Sasquatch like. He looks to be about 12 feet with a muscular figure. His body ,feet, hands, neck, and shoulders are covered in black fur that looks to be extremely spiky and ruffled. The area around his knees, neck, and wrists are covered in white fur that looks to be extremely spiky and ruffled.
The fur around his arms, chest, and legs expose his gray skin. He has a large, narrow oval shaped head. He has two green eyes with black pupils and white sclera. He has a small rounded black nose. He has two gray metallic horns growing out of the top of his head. His horns are in the shape of lightning bolts and are covered by bright yellow electricity but the horns still stuck among the electricity. He has two large jagged fangs.
These fangs come out of his wide mouth whenever it's closed. The inside of his mouth is a red color and his tongue resemble a wire with a spear-like tip. His tongue is a gray color. He has five clawed fingers and toes with his claws being a copper color. Coming out of his ankles and wrists, he has four metallic gray triangular bolts coming out of them. All of the bolts are constantly producing bright yellow electricity.
He doesn't wear any kind of clothing over the upper half of his pants or over his feet. He does wear pants and his pants color are black. He has a tail coming out of his back and looks to resemble a cat of nine tails. The ends of his tail resemble a three-pronged plug and the prong is colored red.Nobody saw this coming being that Zane gave Gray a punch across the face. This sent him crashing into a table nearby being that Zane roared,"Thunder Emperor Discharging Tackle!".
In this form, Zane's voice having a booming echo to it alongside a distinctive buzzing sound. Zane had his thunder exploding right off his body and he smashed right into Gray. This caused a giant thunder bolt to exploded on top of him. There was a crater around the two with the ape saying without taking a breath,"Thunder Emperor Galvanism Shattering!". He landed a single punch on Gray but it slowly turned into a barrage of ultra-high speed punches.
The ground below them was slowly breaking with each punch. Natsu and the other guild members looked on as Zane had an insane look. Zane had his moments of anger but nothing like this. This one act makes Erza look like a bunny compared to Zane. Natsu couldn't even move as he watched his rival getting beat down. Zane soon pulled Gray up and looked at him dead in the eye. He was covered in static, multiple bruises, a few broken bones, and fear of Zane.
Gray stuttered out,"What did I do?". Zane turned back to normal and he stomped over to get back his necklace. He had it back on as he said,"NO ONE WILL TOUCH MY STUFF OR I'LL MAKE YOU LIKE GRAY BUT MUCH WORSE. UNDERSTOOD?!". Sly took a breath of relief as she knew that Gray got off lucky. Over time, Zane's anger ,which was pretty bad to begin with, had gotten even worse according to others. The teen soon sat on the second floor, mainly to escape the idiots.
Normally, Zane wouldn't be allowed up there but no one could move due to the fear that Zane gave them. He broke a table, completely shattered the floor, made everyone in the guild scared including Erza, and tore Gray up like he was nothing. All of this destruction happen just because he stepped on his necklace. A new guild rule was written that day being that if you want to live and survive in Fairy Tail, don't mess with either Erza's cheesecake or any of Zane's stuff mainly the latter of the two.
About an hour later, things in the boisterous guild was still deathly quiet. The repairs were done, Gray was bandaged up, and Zane ,who came down to the main floor, was sitting at the bar with his music blaring out of his headphones, being that it was Jazz. Sly woke up being that she was resting on the top of Zane's head. She knows how her partner acts being that Zane has calmed down being that Zane has his moments of intense anger and calmness.
To calm himself down, Zane either listened to his music for a long period of time ,being thirty plus minutes, or meditates with the former being the most comment. Zane was now relaxed being that all of the rage had flown off his body. Zane opened his eyes and sighed, being that sigh sounded like something that was bothered him. Mira notice this and looked at Zane. "So are you feeling better now Zane?' said Mira.
Zane turned his head to the innocent bar maiden and took in a deep breath. "I think I need something to eat. I'm getting hangry." said Zane. "So what can I get you?" said Mira. Zane soon noticed that Lucy was gone with Kane saying,"She went home to go write a letter.". Zane nodded as he said,"So what is the spiciest thing you have?'. Cana ,who sat nearby Zane, almost fell out of her seat with Mira looking at him. "Are you serious?" said Cana. Mira went to go make it as Zane said,"So what is it?".
Cana said,"It's a normal platter of Chicken and Fries covered in this incredible spicy pepper. Not even Natsu can eat because to him, it's too hot.". "Here you go. I think you're rather brave. So do you need some food?" said Mira as Zane looked at the food. Zane started eating with the two girls flinch being that he didn't show any of the normal signs of eating the dish. Zane stopped as Cana said,"So does someone need water?".
Zane said,"Actually, it's pretty mild. So is Levy still here? I need to answer her questions. I promised her an interview and I tried not to go back on my promises.". Mira frowned for a bit being that Cana could tell that Mira ,the model, was slightly jealous of how close Levy and Zane gotten in such a short time. "Yeah. She's currently with her bodyguards." said Cana. "Thanks for the update. Oh, can you give me that pepper so I can make this spicy?" said Zane.
After getting that, Zane devoured the food being that he burped out some fire much to the shock of the girls. Zane needed to finish something that he has been holding off for some time now. He got up and stretched being that he walked over to Happy and Natsu who were sitting at a nearby table. Zane looked down to see Natsu who was eating his special menu (Fire Chicken, Fire Drink, and Fire Pasta) and Happy was devouring the large fish that Lucy promised him during the Lullaby ordeal.
Zane said,"Hey, Natsu.". This got the dragon slayer's attention being that he was slightly still freaked out by Zane but he soon saw that Zane had no intention to break Natsu's bones like he did with Gray using Thunder Form which is one of the scariest thing he's even seen. "Oh, hey Zane." said Natsu as he stopped eating. "So can we talk for a minute?" said Zane. Natsu could tell that it was something important being that he wolfed down his food in a second.
Happy ,despite being nearby, wasn't at all listening because he had his full attention on his beloved fish. "What's up Zane?" said Natsu in a curious tone. He soon watched Zane walked outside being that Natsu followed him. Sly smiled with her saying,"I better go find Levy.". She soon flew off with Cana looked at the scene being that she wasn't interested and resumed to drinking. Right outside of the guild hall. Zane stopped and turned towards Natsu, who stopped right behind him.
Natsu was curious about what Zane was doing. "Natsu. Is there a nearby area where someone could fight and without causing too much property damage?" said Zane. "Yeah. Why do......" said Natsu. He soon crossed his arms, with him trying to figure it out. "Remember how we going to fight when we got back to the guild hall but we got stopped by Erza's interrogation method, Gray being an idiot, and well other shit." said Zane. Natsu's eyes widened and he was about to breath fire.
Before he could do that, Zane said,"Before you do that, you should get Lucy to come and watch you losing.". "Okay! I finally get my match and you're going down!" yelled Natsu. Everyone inside of the guild could hear Natsu's roaring being that everyone made their way outside to watch this fight but Zane said,"I'm not fighting him here. Pick somewhere without people. I refuse to cause any kind of property damage or hurt innocents.".
After a disappointed sigh from the guild, Zane said,"So is there an empty area where Natsu and I could fight without causing property damage or hurt innocents?". "We do. Follow me kids! We get to see Zane getting his ass kicked!" said Makarov. The group was gone with Natsu leading the pack and Zane chuckled. "Natsu really reminds you of you doesn't he Zane?" said Twilight. Natsu's fists were alight with his head was on fire. Zane nodded as he heard,"So you wanted to talk with me?".
Zane turned to see Levy and Sly with him saying,"Yeah. I owe you an interview despite you and Blair asking me the same questions.". "How did you?" said Levy. Zane touched his head with him saying,"I can read minds and I can't turn it off.". "Ah. So do you want to head there with me?" said Levy. "Sure Levy. You can ask your questions while we walk." said Zane. Sly ,who was resting on Zane's head, said,"It's nice to see you actually answering questions without boldly lying.".
Levy soon giggled as Zane rolled his eyes. "I answered Selena's questions with like 70% honestly. I have learned a lot of on my journey being that everything that I've learned is important." said Zane with him being his arms behind his back. The trio was heading through the bustling city being that people were out shopping, children were running around in a random manner, and people ,mainly couples old and young, walking around together.
Sly said,"Before you start your interview Levy, could I borrow some money Zane and the power detecting device?". "Why do you need the latter of the two?" said Zane. "You're not mad about her asking for money. Lucy would do the same thing if she didn't hate your guts for being a pervert. You aren't one right?" said Levy. "Nope. I just guarded some models and I didn't do anything that they didn't want me to do. Scouts honor." said Zane.
Sly said,"Yeah. Zane may be a ladies man but he won't hurt a women or make them do something that they wouldn't do. He's a chivalrous guy.". "Okay but make sure to get me a lot of cash." said Zane as he opened his bag. Levy soon saw Sly holding some Jewels alongside a device which looked like a normal pen to her. Levy saw the dragon fly off as Zane said,"I read Cana's mind and she going to take bets mainly to pay her tab.".
Levy sighed as she said,"That isn't different from normal Zane. So, can we begin?". "Yeah. Ask away Levy." said Zane. "Okay. So how easy is this fight for you and why don't you trust us?" said Levy. "It will be easy because Natsu has two rather exploitable weakness. I said this earlier. I don't trust anyone in the guild with the burdens and responsibility that I carry. It's nothing personal but all of you need to wait. You'll know soon enough." said Zane. Levy sighed as she said,"Okay. I believe you.".
Zane soon looked at her with Levy saying,"Well, you really don't seem like a bad guy to me except someone touches you or your stuff.". "Yeah. I have a big anger problem. I've been therapists and they couldn't help me." said Zane. "So what is Columbia like?" said Levy. "It's more advanced that Fiore is for sure. We speak many different languages because of the fact that many different species live there in harmony. We still have race arguments and violence but it's better than it was before." said Zane.
Levy said,"So can you tell me about one of the languages?". "Sure. It's called Uwaric being that it's the language of Terrarune. It's the home of the Phantoms. They're like ghosts and they can manipulate an natural energy known as Nether. It's very powerful and explosive against Animus which is what we call magic over there. Uwaric was the inspiration behind Latin." said Zane. "Could you speak a little bit to me?" said Levy.
Zane took a deep breath as he said,"Haec quoque de amore language or in English, This is also the language of love.". "Oh wow. So Erza and Master mentioned that you don't use magic being that your attacks don't use Ethernano." said Levy. "My magic or Animus is a part of me being as a sorcerer or wizard grows older, your Animus grows with you. I have several different types of energy inside of me so I can swap them out with a single thought." said Zane, tapping his chest.
Zane said with a sign,"The strongest energy I have is Mojo.". "Ha! Take that! Zane says that I'm the strongest." said Kane, with him looking smug. Zane sighed as Levy said,"Mojo?". "Yeah. It's a long story on how I got it so let me just say this. The species that used it are well extinct and how I was given this power was due to my mother's kindness." said Zane. "So I remember that you have some father problems." said Levy.
Zane sighed as he said,"My relationship with my family is complicated. I love all of them but man, I got a lot of my powers from them and to be honest, I always wanted to be a normal human. If I didn't have my powers, I couldn't protect them from my enemies and my Essence would be broken.". Levy saw that Zane had a pained expression being that it caused her to panic. She hoped that she didn't cross some sort of line being that question was very personal.
If Erza asked him this, she would think that it wasn't personal being that she really hates any type of secrets between family members. Zane sensed this as he said,"I'm not mad of you asking me that. It's something that I have to deal with it.". Levy took a sigh of relief being that she hadn't known him for too long being that she didn't want to be rude and intrusive. "I love my powers because I made some lifelong friends with them and I can protect them." said Zane.
Levy said,"I know that you may hate to hear this but you sound like Erza.". "Really? How do I sound like Ginger Knight?" said Zane. "She likes her magic being that it allows her to protect Fairy Tail and she's always been training in order, so she can protect us from our enemies." said Levy. "That really does sound like me. I guess I can respect her in that way but Ginger Knight forcing me to do shit that I don't want to do really piss me off." said Zane.
Levy said,"Lets switch subjects. So do you have family?". "I do Levy. I have a younger sister and two older brothers being all three of them are adopted. My dad may be a pain in my ass but he's someone that I truly care about. My mom is a beautiful and smart woman being that she's a true role model for my three kids." said Zane. "You're married?!" said Levy. "I was married. It's been a long time since I have been in a relationship. I didn't tell the magazine that." said Zane, looking happy.
Levy knew that Zane was the prime definition of an enigma being that he seemingly acts randomly being happy to angry, his abilities which she had heard and seen, and he seemed like he wasn't from this world. "So can you answer me a question Levy?" said Zane. "Sure." said Levy. "So why doesn't Erza ask for someone to hit her if she makes a mistake?" said Zane. "I think it's her way of learning from her mistake. I don't think anyone has ever done it." said Levy, in a confused tone.
Zane said with a smile,"I have.". "Wasn't it Kane?" said Cole. "To them, it was him." said Athena with a nod of her head. "Really?" said Levy. "Yeah." said Zane. The bookworm wanted to keep talking with Fairy Tail's most interesting member being that despite his attitude, he worked well with the rest of Natsu's team. "So any more questions for little old me?" said Zane. The two were about to reach the fighting area as she said,"Nope. Good luck. I'll be rooting for you.".
Meanwhile, Lucy was currently in her apartment writing a letter. "Eisenwald's failed attempt to attack the guild masters with Lullaby being big news. It made all of the papers being that all of Fiore heard about it within in days." wrote Lucy. She stopped for a moment to tied her hair in a sideways ponytail on the right side of her head. "Before joining Fairy Tail, I never thought I would be in such a big event. It's awesome but I won't let it go to my head." wrote Lucy.
She was currently wearing her blue and white blouse and skirt aka the first outfit that we see Lucy in during the series. "It makes my heart skip a beat just thinking about it. I heard that most of Eisenwald was arrested by the royal army being that Kage went without any hesitation. The only one who wasn't caught was Erigor. I'm worried that he might show up at Fairy Tail, seeking revenge. However, I'll be fine since I'm a member of Fairy Tail's strongest team." said Lucy.
She smiled as she wrote,"I'm sure that Erza, Gray, and Natsu have my back and despite the cat being there, it's a perfect team. Sly and Zane are another story being that according to Sly, Zane wasn't even using a part of his power against Eisenwald, Erigor, and Lullaby. I've seen him mad and trust me, it makes his anger seem small. Fairy Tail is the best guild and I'm also excluding Zane at various points, all of them are good people mainly Natsu.".
The girl had a very small blush on her face as she wrote,"I'm really sad that you never got to meet him mom because well, I've fallen for him hard. I just need to find the right time to tell him so don't worry mom. I'm fine. Oh and P.S. don't tell dad about this okay?". She stopped writing and leaned back into her chair. "It's nice being an amazing, suspense-filled adventure but nothing beats a relaxing day at home." said Lucy, stretching her arms.
Lucy said,"I'll probably do some shopping later. I can probably convince Natsu to come along if I tell him we'll get something afterwards.". "Wow. Mira was right. 70,000 Jewels a month is a total steal for a place like this." said a voice. She turned around to see Gray sitting behind her being that he was in his boxers and covered in bandages. "You may talk a lot Lucy but you really know how to find good places to live." said Gray. "Intruder alert!" yelled Lucy.
She soon kicked Gray in the face, being that he was sent flying across the room and into a wall. "And keeping your fucking clothes on!" said Lucy. "Hey Lucy! Give me a minute to explain myself and you were there when Master Zane fucked me up so why did you kick me?! My clothes were already off before I came to get you for Pinkie." said Gray, groaning a bit. "Get out right now Gray." said Lucy, pointing to the door.
Gray sighed as he said,"Wow. I guess you've forgotten about what's going down. You weren't there so I don't blame. Master Zane asked me to come and get you because he expected this plus pinkie was so focused on it that he forgot about you only for a second.". "Huh?" said Lucy. "How should I say this? It's what Natsu asked Zane and him to do after they finished the mission." said Gray. Lucy's eyes widened as she said,"The fight!".
She raced to her front door as she said,"Lets go down to the guild so I can watch Natsu kick Zane's pompous but!". She slammed the door, racing out of her apartment. "Why does pinkie always attract the hyper ones? Her kick is strong though. I should go tell her that it isn't at the guild hall." said Gray as he left the apartment. After catching up with Lucy, the two soon head over to the area being that Lucy could hearing cheering.
The two soon saw a large crowd gathering in a large circular formation being that Zane told them that they'll need to stay back with everyone listening to him. Lucy was soon pushing her way through the crowd as the crowd chanted,"Fight! Fight! Fight! Show him, Natsu! Kick his but, Zane!". Upon her reaching the front, by pushing Wakaba out of the way, she soon saw Natsu ,with his energetic yet lovable grin, and Zane who was stretching.
Zane turned his head to see the blonde and black haired stripper being that the latter was scared upon seeing him looking at him. "Good job. You've scared the kid." said Sivarth. "Are those two actually doing this?" said Lucy, as she stood next to Mira who had Elfman and Macao. "If those two value their manhood, they will because real men never go back on their promises." said Elfman with him clenching his fist. "Zane is more monster than man though." said Max.
When Zane heard this, he looked at Max, scaring him. Lucy sighed as she said,"Wow. I'm impressed he heard that. If two people from Fairy Tail's strongest team fight.....". "Strongest team?" said Gray with an eyebrow raised. "I'm talking about you, Erza, Natsu, and Zane idiot! You're the strongest four wizards in the guild right?" said Lucy. "Seriously? I mean Master Zane is stronger than all of us put together. What kinds of moron fed you that lie?" said Gray.
Mira soon started to cry being that Gray said,"Oh. You're not an idiot Mira!". "Smooth move there Gray." said Lucy. Gray soon felt a hand on his shoulder being that it belonged to Zane. Gray shivered as Zane said with a smile with a demonic aura around him,"Gray. Why did you call one of my friends an idiot? After I crush Natsu today, I'm giving you a good punishment because of that little comment of yours". Gray soon bowed as he said,"Please don't do that Master Zane!".
Lucy said with a sweatdrop,"Wow. He's really whipped.". "Yeah. Getting beaten up by a manly man like Zane is something else. I think they are people stronger than even him though." said Elfman with him shivering after seeing Zane smile at him. "And now we have another one scared of Zane. Erza is the strongest woman in Fairy Tail Lucy." said Levy. She stood there with Droy and Jet with the latter saying,"If you're talking about the guys. I have my money on either Laxus and Mystogan.".
Droy looked at his friend as he said,"Did you seriously forget about the old man?". "Oh right. Totally forgot about Gildarts." said Jet with Zane having an idea on who this guy was and he was pretty sure that he could take him down with no problem. "I was just saying that they were the best team because they have the best team chemistry in all of Fairy Tail," said Mira, with her crying and wiping away her tears.
Zane soon put her head into his chest, causing her to blush. "Easy Mira. You do remember that Natsu has to beat me first right?" said Zane. He soon walked back over to his spot with Elfman said,"This is a fight that's going to be good since we don't know a thing about how Zane fights.". "Really? I'm sure that Master Zane will totally win." said Gray. Natsu was stronger but his opponent was a monster and on a way different level as he learned earlier.
Zane said,"If you seriously think that I can defeat him without trying? You're wrong Gray. Natsu has something that I don't have. Determination and love for the guild. His magic gets stronger when he's feeling strongly about something. I may get burned but I have more than enough tricks up my sleeves to handle a forest fire.". His watch was noticeable being that Erza ,who was cheering for Natsu due to their bond, said,"Zane. Why doesn't your watch appear on your Take Overs but that robe does?".
Zane soon smiled as he said,"I'll answer that. This watch here is the Zenith Ectoplasm Ranged Omega (Z.E.R.O.) Watch. This little baby here allows me to access a bunch of different forms for different reasons. It's like your magic Erza.". "So how many forms do you have?" said Levy. "I'll have Athena explain it since well, I kinda forgot." said Zane with him touching his watch. "Who's Athena?" said the guild in unison. "One of my two A.I. or Artificial Intelligence. They help me." said Zane
Athena voice projected from the watch,"Current User Zane Alvarez has one hundred and forty forms plus seventy Prime forms readily available alongside the Armor. The max number of forms ,on this watch, available are infinite due to the creator Parker adding a form every hour. I'm Athena being one of two A.I.s. Nice to meet you all.". The crowd was speechless being that most Take Over wizards don't have anything close to that.
Wakaba said,"So how long have you had this thing for?". Zane soon began mentally counting as he said,"Let me see. I have two answers for you all. I've had this watch since I was sixteen and that was nine hundred and eighty two years ago. If we're going by time spending on the Plocylst Archipelago where every month in the Omniverse is fifty years there, we're talking 589,200 years give or take a few years.". "WHAT?!" yelled everyone except for Makarov and Sly.
Zane covered his ears for a moment being that everyone yelling did hurt his eardrums. He did know that this watch was a very powerful device, with the abilities and strengths of several forms being that it's the prime example of a Swiss Army knife. "Well, I've been kicking but with it since then because it can range from fighting a living water man, stopping a robbery from a group of thugs, or whatever comes in my way." said Zane.
Upon saying that, Elfman walked over to Zane with a smile on his face. He was about to touch Zane but he was stopped. "Don't touch me Elfman." said Zane. "You're so manly!" said Elfman. "So Master Zane, I've seen a couple of your forms but what can do they do?" said Gray. Zane soon thought about it being that all of his forms had a wide array of abilities. "All of them have something that makes them special. I think the most common ones are Super Strength and Elemental abilities." said Zane.
Sly said,"One of my favorites are the one that can regenerate from any wound but there are also ones that can grant him the ability to combine elements.". "No way." said Gray. "Zane! Come on and fight me already!" roared Natsu, with him shooting a stream of fire into the air. "I will Natsu but there are some things that I need to address." said Zane. "What?!" said Natsu, being that he was about to burst from excitement.
Zane soon sighed as he said,"If you win, me and Sly will join your team alongside Ginger Knight and Triple B. You better not half-assed this fight with me. If someone gets seriously injured, I'll heal them but we're done fighting. I'll fight you again if I've seen that you've grown stronger. If I win, you have to stop pussyfooting around your relationship with Triple B and Ginger Knight. It's fucking annoying so I'm going to make sure you pick one of them. I really don't care.".
The girls and Natsu's face went red as Mira squealed at the proclamation. Cana sat next to the floating Sly being that she was currently running the bets. It was mainly Natsu being that Happy had placed his money on Natsu. Cana also pitched in on the betting being that she, Bisca, Gray, Levy, and Mira were the only ones to bet on Zane even though the guild saw him beating the crap out of Gray and all the stuff that Zane has done since he arrived here.
Sly said,"So do you want me to tell them about the device Zane?". "Sure." said Zane. Levy soon saw Sly placing the pen into the ground as a giant ,holographic, computer monitor appeared with Zane's name and a percent meter under it. "This is the Zane Power Measuring Device. Even though I hate Zane, I don't want either of them to lost plus I need all the money I can get if I'm going to pay my rent!" said Lucy. "Wow Lucy. You really need to get into the fighting spirit. I mean Master Zane is going to win. I never expected someone so pure to be left." said Gray. "Hey. Lucy, can I speak with you in private after all of this is done?" whispered Mira. "Um sure." said Lucy.
Twilight said,"I bet she's going through it after your declaration.". Zane nodded with everyone taking a fair distance away from the fight, mainly because of Zane's rules. "So are you ready for this public beatdown Natsu? I won't be mad if you backed out but I'll be calling you a Chicken." said Zane, with him making chicken sounds. He may not liking fighting at seemingly random times but he does enjoy a good fight that's planned out.
Natsu said with his fists literally on fire,"Are you kidding Zane?! I have a really good reason to beat you up now! I'm FIRED UP!". He soon raised his head and exhaled a plume of fire. He screamed joy being that he got to fight Zane. Zane sighed,"Stubborn bastard but I cant say that I'm not going to like this!". He got into his fighting stance with his knuckles cracking. Makarov stepped in the middle of the two, having bet on Natsu.
Despite Zane being much stronger, Makarov had faith in his child to surpass expectations mainly due to the fact that Zane had basically told Natsu to stop being a little bitch and get with one of the most beautiful women in the guild. He soon held up an arm, getting everyone's attention within seconds of doing it. "The battle between Natsu and Zane will now begin!" said Makarov. He soon retook his spot in the crowd being that the two fighters got ready.
Zane smiled being that he had a form perfect to go up against Natsu after figuring out how Natsu works and that took an couple of minutes. Zane soon turned into a form that made Sly sigh with the others being shocked at this. He's twelve feet tall with him having a muscular build. He looked to be a liger ,a hybrid of a lion and tiger, and he doesn't have a tail unlike more felines. He has shaggy black fur that covered his entire body with white stripes on his forearms, legs, shoulders and upper half of his body.
His chest and mouth/muzzle is a white color with two of his sharp teeth coming out of his mouth. He has a tiny snout with a small orange nose. His eyes are bright blue with red sclera. He has a belt formed of energy that looked to be a championship belt. In the center of the belt, he has his superhero logo aka Updated Superhero Logo. His ears are the same color as his nose but they're slightly bigger than his nose. He has large hands and feet with five fingers and toes respectively.
For clothing, Zane is wearing a dark red gi with a black mark on the right chest of the gi that has the word LZ there, a pair of black fingerless gloves, a pair of dark red pants with a white tiger-like stripes pattern, and three large retractable black claws on his feet and wrists. "You're going down brother! Nobody stupid picks a fight with me brother because I'm stronger than all of you combined!" said Zane with him flexing.
In the crowd, Happy was jumping up and down, being that he was bursting with excitement at the sight of Zane's cat-like form being that this was the coolest thing ever. Lucy was shocked. "So what happened to Zane? He's a totally different person now." said Lucy. "Some of Zane's transformations do change his personality." said Sly. "Who cares?! This is the most awesome thing ever!" yelled Happy with him giggling.
Natsu was the only one who wasn't effected by Zane's change being that he was only more fired up as he soon jumped toward Zane, the flame growing stronger. "Fire Dragon Iron Fist!" said Natsu being that he swung his fist at Zane. Zane rose his hand toward the attack mainly to block it. Upon contact with the fist, it soon erupted in a bonfire of fire and smoke. The dragon child landed on the ground being that he jumped back and out of the smoke.
He wanted to see his handiwork being that upon the smoke clearing, everyone was shocked. Zane wasn't unaffected by the attack with Zane wiping off the dust off his fur. "Your flames are nothing compared to mine brother!" said Zane. "What did you say?!" said Natsu with Zane smiling. He soon pounced toward Natsu being that before Natsu could do anything about Zane's attack. "You can't escape from me Natsu." said Zane.
He soon shoulder-checked Natsu, being that the dragon slayer was knocked back several feet. The teen was sent rolling across the ground, but he managed to catch himself and landed in a crouching position. A second later, the pink-haired wizard rubbed his chest in slight pain, much to everyone's shock. Zane smiled being that he knew that despite Liger Form not being the smartest tool in the shed, he's a powerhouse in terms of physical force.
Natsu wasn't done yet being that he quickly picked himself up and puff out his cheeks. "Fire Dragon Roar!" said Natsu. Instead of Zane normally dodging, Zane instead ran through the stream of flames with him saying,"Legendary Kick!". Zane grabbed Natsu being that he kicked Natsu in the rear, which sent the dragon slayer tumbling forward and onto his face. Zane soon grabbed Natsu with him jumping into the air,"Nuclear Drop!".
He soon threw Natsu toward the ground with his elbows aimed down on a target, causing the cracks in the ground. Some of the wizards in the crowd to wince. "Wow. Natsu is durable and well, we get to cut loose!" said Kane, crackling his knuckles. Zane soon saw that Natsu struggling back to his feet being that he turned to Zane with the exact same grin that he been wearing for the entire fight. Gray soon looked at the detector being that he wonder how much magic power Zane has.
Natsu soon let another powerful stream of fire at Zane being that he soon dodged it by rolling out of the way. Natsu soon go out on all fours being that the roar soon followed Zane. Zane soon punch it which brought the flames to died down. Zane knew that Natsu may not be the smartest but he was a fighter rather than a thinker. Zane knew that Liger Form could beat Natsu but it would take a long time and more power than he's willing to use. He soon turned into a new form aka Ninja Form.
He looked to be 6 feet tall. He looks to be a humanoid frog with a slightly muscular and toned figure to him. His body is navy blue ,with his chest being a white color, with his eyes looked to be very wide with black pupils, gold irises, and white sclera. His eyes are covered by a dark purple stripe looking like a mask. His mouth looked to very wide and he has a long tongue inside of his mouth. His ears looked to be hidden by his natural looking mask due to their small size.
He's wearing silver armor over a black ninja like jumpsuit that covers his body. The armor consists of arm braces, boots, chest piece, elbow braces, glove like gauntlets, knee braces, hip braces, and shoulder braces. Both his feet and hands are webbed. His arms and legs had white katana tattoos on them. He's wearing a white scarf around his neck. "Ninja Form!" said Zane. "Wow. That's a huge difference in terms of appearance but I'm not saying that it's weak." said Gray with Elfman agreeing.
Natsu ,hiding his awe since he likes ninjas, being that he puffed his cheeks and exhaled yet another stream of fire. "Fire Dragon Roar!" yelled Natsu. Zane shrugged being that he placed his hands on the ground with it seeming strange. However much to everyone's surprise, a powerful eruption of water soon stopped the raging flames with the entire arena covered in smoke, with Natsu and Zane disappearing. "That was Zane's Ocean Emperor Hot Spring Spell." said Sly.
After a few moments, Zane soon jumped out of the steam and right toward Natsu. His fists were soon covered in giant gauntlets ,made out of water, with spikes added onto them. The water was moving in a fast pattern. He moved so fast being that Natsu was soon punched hard in the gut being that there was a explosion of water upon contact. Natsu was soon sent toward the ground being that Gray said at Natsu,"Watch where you're going idiot pyro!". "Screw you!" said Natsu.
Zane sighed with him quickly moving in and deliver another punch right toward Natsu's face with the fire dragon slayer blocked it with his fist, causing steam to cover the two. Natsu jumped back being that he began to look for Zane. "Come on out Zane!" said Natsu. "Now why would I do that when I can make you stupid which by the way, it isn't hard to do." said Zane's voice. Natsu soon ignited his leg in fire with him saying,"I'll draw you out! Fire Dragon Talon!".
He soon created a whip of fire, being that it cut the smoke in half with Zane not being that as Natsu heard,"Good idea Natsu but you can't catch me. Ocean Emperor Impact Submersion!". The crowd soon saw Zane appear in the sky above them ,covered in water, with him crashing down on Natsu with a great speed, causing the ground to break below them. It would have been a much bigger crater if Natsu didn't block it or something else.
He landed a kick into Zane's chest but much to everyone's shock, it was a clone being that the real one appeared in front of Natsu. "Man. you're really good Zane!" said Natsu. "Thanks." said Zane with a smirk. Zane knew that he had to keep Natsu busy for a while so he could test out a more agile form against Natsu. He smiled as he said,"Try and find the real man Natsu!". The frog soon put his hands together with several puffs of smoke surrounding him.
Everyone soon saw several copies of the frog with the copies soon running toward Natsu being that he either lunged at them, dodged their water construct weapons, or just getting annoyed. Cana saw Zane's water weapons being that she looked depressed for a moment. Zane ,who was hiding in the mob of frogs, sensed this being that he thought,"I'll worried about that later.". "Ocean Emperor Bubble Precipitation!" said Zane.
Zane soon aimed his arm toward Natsu being that Natsu barely dodged the deadly stream of bubbles being that each bubble could destroy a building. "Fire Dragon Sword Horn!" said Natsu being that the fire dragon slayer ,encased in fire, came toward him like a missile. "Time for me to send you away! Ocean Emperor Cyclone Dropkick!" said Zane. His left leg soon turned into water with him kicking the air right in front of Natsu.
The crowd soon saw a giant foot construct of water with it hitting Natsu. Natsu's flames pushed right through it, with Natsu still on course. Zane soon jumped over it being that he slammed both of his feet into Natsu's back and he went into the ground. Zane soon made a giant ball of water appear him with it looking filled to the brim with water. Below them, the crowd didn't noticed that the water was heated up. "Ocean Emperor Rapids! Ocean Emperor Scald!" said Zane.
He soon threw the ball downwards being that Natsu was soon completely soaked and the battlefield was covered in an area of steam. If Gray had a shirt on, he would have taken it off being that the steam felt like a sauna. "Man, what are those two doing?" said Gray. As Zane was falling, he was disappearing from Natsu's sight. "Where did you go Zane?!" said Natsu with him looking around for the superhero.
Gray sighed as he said,"Does he really think that Zane is going to tell him that?". Erza smiled being that she thought,"Natsu may be a powerful fighter but Zane is more sneaker. Lets see if Natsu can counter this.". There was a flash of fire from within the steam cloud and it was soon gone. Natsu soon looked for Zane being that he couldn't find the frog. "Can't find me Natsu? I thought you were a worthy fighter." echoed Zane's voice.
Natsu punched the air to his right with Zane's voice saying,"So close but yet so far. Time to come out and well, win this.". Natsu was punched into the ground being that the crowd and Natsu saw a new form ,aka Illusion Form, standing there with a smile. He looks to be 7 feet tall but has the ability to become any size thanks to the power of his illusions. His base form is humanoid with a slender yet muscular frame. He’s covered in dark blue fur.
His head is in the shape of a metallic yet organic knight helmet. He has wild black ,with grayish-white streaks, hair that goes to his neck. He has a very pronounced chin. He has two horns that can either curved backwards or forward pretty much like an ibex or ram. He has a long, forked tongue with it being able to use it as a weapon. He has pointed ears and snout. He has two almond-shaped green eyes and slitted pupils. The area around his eyes are covered in a golden light, looking like a domino mask.
Zane wears a dark purple magician vest over his body. He wears a strange black belt ,very much like a sash, over it with a strange red pentagon shaped belt buckle. He wears a grayish maroon cape which is living, ripped, and always move even without wind. He wears gold armor that completely covers his entire arm with it having spikes on its shoulder pads. He wears long, black gloves which cover his pinkies and ring fingers. He wears grayish brown boots.
Everyone was impressed yet confused being that this one didn't look like a fighter. Zane and Natsu glared each other down, waiting to see who would make the first name. Natsu soon rushed over to Zane being that he was about to land a punch right toward Zane's face but his attack went right through Zane. He turned back around being that he was soon punched in the chest thanks to Zane's cape, being that it formed a fist and sent Natsu tumbling on his back.
Crisis Judgement went off as Natsu soon started to spin on his back, using his hands to do so. His feet were ignited in flames, growing bigger as he was spinning. He was soon shooting streams of fire out of his feet. "If I didn't see Zane do this once, I would be impressed." said Kane. The crowd soon that Zane's body was soon cut in half by the streams of flames. The crowd watched his body turned into a cloud with Zane's voice echoed,"That may be cool but it's time to cool you off.".
The area was soon covered in rain being that it was pouring down on the crowd. "Is this a illusion or is reality? Who really knows?" echoed Zane's voice. "Oh dear, I forgot to bring my umbrella." said Mira as everyone was getting drenched. Lucy was trying to cover herself, but Erza and Gray didn't bother being that they were focused on Zane's strategy. Natsu's fire were dwindling into embers due to the rain weakening his fire. "So this Form can make clouds?" said Natsu.
Zane's voice said,"Are you sure about that Natsu? You can never be too sure when it comes to one who can bend reality to his will.". Everyone was confused by that being that they soon saw an small army of Zane ,all in different poses, appear with all of them saying,"Which one is real and which one are fake?". Natsu growled with him unable to tell which one was real thanks to the rain dulling his senses. He soon went with the obvious response.
Natsu soon sucked into his breath with him saying,"Fire Dragon Roar!". The stream of fire was much smaller than normal being that it was half as powerful. The flames only destroyed half of the clones being that the crowd was slightly singed by the flames. "So where is the real one?" said Lucy with her hating the rain. "He's mostly likely hiding in the cloud." said Erza. "Why?" said the crowd very much confused. "This form is trying to trick Natsu." said Erza.
She may not like Zane but she'll admit that he's clever and wondered how he would do in a battle with her. She was soon proven corrected being that the clones were soon gone in a puff of smoke with Natsu soon hearing,"Sucker. Ocean Emperor Torrent.". Natsu was soon blasted by a powerful jet of water, with Natsu sending soaring back. He soon rolled a few times before he face planted into the ground. When he slowly got back up, his eyes were wide and screamed at the top of his lungs.
Zane soon reappeared with him saying,"Oh right. I was using salt water. My bad.". "YOU SON OF A BITCH! I'LL KILL YOU!" said Natsu with his eyes red. Zane smiled as he said,"I'll help you feel better Natsu. Ocean Emperor Monsoon.". The rain was soon gone with all of the water leaving the crowd and arena being that it formed into a sphere of water above Natsu. He soon broke the sphere over Natsu, soaking him to the bone.
He was still standing but he was getting sick of the water being that his eyes felt better. He gasped for air being that he couldn't breath for a bit. "Okay! I'm really getting sick of this water!" said Natsu as he roared fire. "Okay. He's more stubborn than I thought. Time for Plan B." said Zane with him turning into a new form aka Swamp Form. He looks to be a tall and muscular humanoid plant, being eight feet tall.
His skin color is a emerald green color with black patches around his ankles, knees, shoulders, and waist. His body is covered in brown roots which end around his ankles and wrists. He has five blackish red wooden fingers which are in the shape of claws and in the center of his palm, there is a hole. He has five blackish red wooden toes being more like vines rather than claws. The five toes are wrapped around a silver rock.
At the bottom of the rock and in the center of the rock, there is a hole. this hole is also in the center of his palms. He has a black and green collar around his neck, resembling a blossoming flower. His head is very much like a flame with his face being a yellow color and his forehead is black. His hair is red with the tips of them being orange. He wears a black mask over his eyes. He has green eyes and they’re an oval shape. He has black pupils.
He has two long and flowing petals coming out of his shoulders, which resembling flames. He has fire colored horns on his ankles and kneecaps. He has three orange, red, and yellow orbs ,which resembles flames, running down each of his arms. "Hello there Natsu. I hope you're ready for a beatdown by me or nature to be more precise." said Zane with him having a nasally and stuffy voice due to him having no nose.
He threw something toward Natsu being that everyone was confused by this but Natsu noticed that they were yellow seeds. Upon hitting the ground, the seeds burrow themselves into the ground and Natsu was trapped in a bundle of vines. He was trying to break out. Droy was shocked by this with him saying,"He can control plants too?!". "At least he doesn't have any form like me." said Jet. "Well, I do have SWIFT FORM and I can repair a town in a few seconds with it." said Zane.
This caused Jet to sulk. Natsu tried to break out of the vines but it wasn't work. Zane put his hands on his hips with him saying,"So give up? I'm getting bored and I thought you REALLY wanted me on your team.". "You seriously think that you can't break out of these?!" yelled Natsu as the vines were burned by his flames with them turned into ashes. "Well, fuck." said Zane. Natsu grinned being that he didn't waste a single second at rushing Zane with his fists aflame.
Natsu said,"Fire Dragon Iron Fist!". The crowd was soon confused why Zane wasn't doing anything to stop Natsu. Everyone ,except for Sly, was shocked to see that Natsu's fiery fist had knocked Zane's head clean off. The head was soon on the ground being that they were scared of this being that it looked like Zane was dead. Natsu was freaking out with him saying,"Crap! I'm sorry man!". He soon felt something touching his shoulder being that it was Zane's body.
He soon delivered a powerful punch directly toward Natsu's face. Natsu was soon sent back several feet being that he looked at Zane's body with confusion. His eyes soon widened being that he soon watched several vines grabbed Zane's head and reconnected itself right back to his body. "Oh. I get it now." said Natsu, with him narrowing his eyes. "Huh. I really thought that I would have to explain it to you. Color me impressed. I'm not done fighting with you so get a load of this." said Zane.
Natsu was soon confused being that Zane soon had two balls of fire appear in his palms. He soon threw them toward the ground nearby Natsu with him smiling. "Thanks Zane!" said Natsu. He soon absorbed the flames by eating them. "Good. I hope you're worthy of my time." said Zane, crossing his arms. Over in the crowd, Happy smiled but he was confused. He was pretty sure that Zane knew that Natsu could absorb/eat fire so why did he do that.
Natsu soon let out a loud burp with him saying,"Thanks Zane but now, I think I should show you what it means to make a dragon slayer look stupid!". "But it's way too easy." said Zane. Natsu's cheeks soon puffed out more than before with him saying,"Fire Dragon Roar!". There was a giant stream of fire being that Zane soon saw that the fire was approaching him fast. Zane smiled as he said under his breath,"Time for you to chill out.". The fire soon engulfed him.
The flames were soon gone being that Natsu looked for Zane. He couldn't find him but he soon felt a shiver behind him. He turned around as the crowd heard a chilling voice say,"Don't think that a little ember was able to stop me Natsu. It's nothing to the flames of hell that I produce to kill my enemies. Permafrost Emperor Rumbling Stomp.". The fire dragon slayer's legs were frozen to the ground being that there was a trail of ice, leading up to Zane in Frost Form with his arms crossed.
Frost Form is a slender, yet muscular humanoid insect like creature. He's eight feet tall and has four black ,with snow white edges, wings being that they're able to wrap around his body, covering it except for his head and looking like an assassin or ninja. He has a third eye which was placed vertically between both of his normal eyes and it was closed. It can open upon Zane wants. His eyes are red ,with noticeable pupils, and has his rosy red cheeks.
This is noticeable thanks to his skull like face. His body was naturally creating frost, which was primarily focused on his forearms and shins. He has naturally snow white teeth. His body ,his abdomen, chest, face, and neck, are now black. This doesn't count whatsoever since his ankles, armpits, legs, shoulders, and upper arms being a navy blue color. He has five pointed dark cyan fingers ,missing his thumbs with one finger working as his thumb, and toes.
The palms of his hands, soles of his feet, and both sides of his neck have a strange snow white icicle shaped marking on them. His torso still has his body armor/plates but he's missing the marking on his right chest plate. Natsu soon freed himself using his fire and he said,"So is that like a giant walking bug or what? I mean it's pretty weird.". "Seriously? He didn't find all of your other ones weird." said Cole. "Just don't question it." said Twilight.
Natsu's body was soon engulfed in flames with him lunging right toward Zane. "Fire Dragon Sword Horn!" said Natsu with him heading toward Natsu. Once again, Zane didn't do anything being that the crowd soon expected the damage to heal itself. Natsu soon went right through Zane, being that he crashed into the ground. Natsu turned back and he said,"Huh?! I swear I.....". "You did but you fell for the old intangibility trick." said Zane, with a smirk as Natsu rushed toward him.
Natsu soon began trying to punch and kick Zane but all of his attacks went right through the bug due to his intangibility. "Seriously?! Fight me!" said Natsu. "I'm doing just that Natsu. You just can't hit me because you can't touch a ghost. Time for you to chill out." said Zane. Sly groaned as she said,"Even though you make a good joke, it just had to be a pun Zane. You know how bad your puns are.". "Meh. I try." said Zane.
Natsu looked seriously confused by Zane's statement with him saying,"What are you?". "Permafrost Emperor Glacial Howl." said Zane. He soon opened his mouth with him howling a blizzard right at Natsu's head. His head was soon encased in ice. Gray's eyes widened being that he said,"Wow. He's a jack of all trades isn't he?". "I'm wondering what power Zane doesn't have at this point." said Lucy as she thought about it.
Levy said,"Well, I don't think his ice is very stronger like your magic Gray.". "Well, he could be just hiding it from us like he did that sweet cat form!" said Happy. The ice around Natsu's head was soon melted as the dragon slayer glared at Zane. "Did you seriously think ice was going to work? Come on, man! I thought you were smart!" said Natsu. Zane's eyes twitched as he said,"Okay. I'll show you what it means to piss me off.".
He soon jumped back with him saying,"Twilight. Switch my arms for Thunder Form if you please.". "Will do!" said Twilight. Everyone was soon shocked to see Zane's bug like arms turn into the ape like arms from before being that Gray shivered upon seeing them. "Thunder Emperor Impact Wave." said Zane with him pressing both of his arms toward the ground. A huge amount of thunder went toward Natsu being that he dodged it.
However, he didn't expect it to chase after him. Natsu soon ran away from it with Droy saying,"So is he doing that or what? I mean he reminds me of Laxus.". Jet nodded as Erza said,"So what is he doing Sly?". "That spell can never miss so once Natsu lands, he's going to get shocked." said Sly with her arms crossed. Natsu was soon shocked being that rock deposits were flying around him. Zane knew that he wasn't doing being that he rushed toward Zane.
Both fists and feet were engulfed in flames being that he was going to try back to back Fire Dragon Iron Fists and Claws. Zane turned intangibility with him standing there. "Natsu. I have to say that you're not bad. Stronger than I thought." said Zane. "Thanks man! You're way better than the pervert princess but I'm not holding back anymore!" said Natsu. "Good me neither." said Zane with him flying into the air.
Zane soon flew back down to the ground with him deactivating Frost Form. "Okay Natsu. I'll give you a way out. If you give up, I'll make sure not to make your defeat super embarrassing." said Zane with a smirk. "No way man! This is a great fight!" said Natsu. "Well, I did warn him so don't hold this against me." said Zane. Erza looked up and noticed that Zane was planning something being that she knew very well that Natsu improvises in fights.
Natsu jumped into the air ,right above Zane, with his arms covered in flames. He swung them around in circles a few times before hurling them at the teen. "Fire Dragon Wing Attack!" said Natsu as the flames rushed toward Zane. The teen was soon in the epicenter of a fiery explosion with Natsu soon landing on the other side of where he once stood, being a few feet away from the smoke plume. He soon waited for Zane to come out being that everyone wanted to see this as well.
Sly said,"This fight is done.". "Huh? What do you mean?" said Gray, angered that he would lose his betting money thanks to Natsu. "Zane knew about Natsu's certain weakness and Zane just loves to exploit the weakness of his enemies. He likes to do this a lot." said Sly. The smoke soon cleared as Zane stood there in Orb Form. Zane now looked to be twelve feet tall. His body looks very bulky with very broad arms, legs, and shoulders.
His chest and face form one part of his body. He has two gray eyes with noticeable black outlines and has a wide, serrated ,jack-o-lantern looking, mouth filled with large white shark like teeth. His body is a navy blue color with him wearing a black jumpsuit over it. He has four claws on both of his palm like hands and feet. The claws on his feet are shorter than his finger claws but they are still there and they hurt.
Zane's arms, back, chest, legs, and shoulders are protected by completely natural, crimson red armor like plating. While everyone wondered what this form could do, Zane gave Natsu a large bear hug and this confused everyone. They thought that Zane was going to crush Natsu to but they were proven wrong as Zane turned into a giant crimson red ball which is about twelve feet tall. His backplates and the plates on his hands cover him.
His ball form/mode has noticeable black stripes across his body and the circular plates. His side plates are the plates that were protecting his shoulders. "Hey! Let me out of here!" said Natsu whose voice was muffled. No one on the outside could hear Natsu's voice but they could see the ball rumbling due to Natsu trying to break out of him. "Sorry Natsu but not really. Time to take you for a ride with Orb Form!" said Zane.
Zane began driving around the battle area, very much like a race car. A few seconds later. he is making a noticeable groove in the ground. "What is he doing to Natsu?!" said Erza and Lucy with the latter worried about her not so secret crush. "Isn't it obvious?" said Sly. "No?" said Happy. "Master Zane is using flame for brain's motion sickness against him. I guess he's one smart guy." said Gray, smirking at his rival's pain. "Yep. Stripper got it." said Sly.
The Cross Species stopped and tossed a motion sickness Natsu into the air. His face looked like he was about to vomit within moments and very green. "Time to make this really hurt. Bounce!" said Zane with a smirk. The ball jumped into the air and slammed Natsu right into the ground, breaking the earth slightly. He went out of his ball form with everyone shocked to see Natsu with his eyes rolling around from the dizziness and about to puke his guts out.
Zane deactivated Orb Form with Zane saying,"And this match is over. I figured out your fatal flaw and that was your undoing.". "And the fight is over, Zane is the winner!" said Makarov. Most of the crowd was still in shock being that Natsu being defeated wasn't new for them but how Zane did it was something else. No one else used Natsu's motion sickness against him. "So none of you genius used his Fatal Flaw against him?" said Zane, turning toward the group of wizards.
He soon heard them cheering as he heard,"Way to go Zane! You defeated him with ease. You're really crafty aren't you kid? Good job Zane!". Zane smiled being that he was used to getting praise for things so this was nothing new to him. Some of the wizards were mad at Natsu being that they bet on him. As the fight was over being that that those who made money ,which was a few, were soon gathered around Cana to make sure that they got their share, a crowd was soon gathered around him.
Erza stood in front of him smiling being that despite her knowing how strong Natsu really is, his weakness toward motion sickness is his biggest flaw. She was also impressed that Zane was already so strong despite being in Fiore for a short period of time. "Using Natsu's weakness against him was a very clever move." said Erza. She was about to smack Zane's head against her breastplate being that Zane said,"No thanks needed Erza. Having such a weakness was his downfall.".
Gray walked over to Zane with him smiling. "Thanks man. I just made a killing! It's also so amazing to see flame brain getting his butt whooped." said Gray. "Thanks but your clothes." said Zane. Gray soon looked down to see that he was missing his clothes, being stripped down to his boxers. "Why does this keep happening?" said Gray. As Gray scrambled to collect his clothing, Zane sighed as the dragon slayer was slowing coming back to his senses, still motion sick.
Zane said,"I should say sorry but well, all's fair in a fight.". He held out his hand to help Natsu up with Natsu saying,"Fine but next time, you're going down.". Zane smiled as he said,"Oh? You want to fight again? Okay. Sly. How much power did I use?". Sly tapped the machine being that the screen soon showed,"0.99999999% used.". The crowd was shocked as Natsu's jaw dropped. "Yeah. You and I are on two VERY different levels plus I think Orb Form wants to go for another ride." said Zane.
Natsu soon had his cheeks puffed off with his face turning green. "Is it sad that just the thought of it makes him sick?" said Kane. "A lit but Zane pukes when he goes into portals that he doesn't create." said Sivarth. Zane mentally rolled his eyes being that Makarov soon walked toward Zane with him standing in front of him. Zane read his mind with him saying under his breath,"This is going to be good.".
Everyone ,beside Bisca, Cana, Gray, Levy, and Mira, were frustrated. "That was a good fight being that it showed that you could be stronger than even I but....." said Makarov. He soon turned to Natsu with him having a blank face. His face soon enlarged with him saying,"I LOST MY WINNINGS ON YOU NATSU! 1000 JEWELS WASTED! SO DID YOU REALLY WANT TO KISS LUCY OR ERZA?!". The three soon blushed as Zane chuckled.
All of them soon heard a gong like sound being that it got everyone's attention. They all soon turned to see a humanoid ,green skinned with dark patches, frog standing there. It's wearing a wide-collared dark jacket, with wide sleeves and edges and cuffs adorned by a series of light stripes, over a light shirt, held closed on the front by a multitude of laces ending in a bow knot in the upper part, and a long, light skirt-like cloth covering the legs.
The outfit is completed by a small, elongated dark hat matching the jacket, which gets larger near its top, and has a flat, round object on the front, reminiscent of a medal. "May I have your attention? I've come here on behalf of the Magic Council." said the frog in a rather feminine voice. "No way." said Droy. "Seriously? Why would the council sent her here?" said Jet. "You guys seriously don't noticed that she's a talking frog?" cried out Lucy, freaking out.
Zane looked at her with him saying,"You know a talking cat Lucy. Anyway, who is this Magic Council?". "They govern all guilds and their actions. They make laws and they're very good about making sure that those rules are followed. Our guild is well known for causing a lot of damage so we're held accountable for it." said Levy. "Ah. So your typical government putting their foot down on your fun. Fantastic. Better than the World Government." said Zane, with Sly agreeing.
The frog pulled out a scroll with it began to read aloud its contents. "With charges of property damage and eleven other crimes including Eisenwald, a member of your guild has been selected by the council to pay for these crimes since he offered to take the blame for them. Zane Alvarez, you're under arrested!" said the frog, shocking the guild. "Huh?! You're talking Zane away!" said Natsu, not keeping his cool with Zane sighing.
The frog looked at Natsu with it saying,"Please don't do anything stupid Natsu Dragneel. I'll have his sentence doubled if you do anything.". It soon held its hand, getting ready to fire a spell with Natsu's fists flaming red. A ball of energy was there. "Screw you! Zane is our Nakama! I'm the one who caused all of the damage!" said Natsu. The ball was about to hit Natsu being that the fire dragon slayer was about to punch it. However, it was stopped.
Zane stood there with him holding Lazarus Soul ,still in sheath, cutting in clean in half with the attack falling harmlessly to the side. "That was fast." said Elfman. "You do know that spell wouldn't have done a thing to him right?" said Makarov. "Yeah but I need to show how much of a better swordsman I am compared to Ginger Knight. Got an ego the size of a moon after all." said Zane, crossing his arms. "Are you not going to come with me?" said the frog. "I sure am Hopper." said Zane.
He soon placed his sword back in its normal spot as Natsu stood in front of him. "Are you seriously going through with this man?!" said Natsu. "Yeah. I need to have a word with the council and since I know you...." said Zane. He soon nodded his head toward Sly with her giving him a thumbs up. The fire dragon slayer was impulsive like he was back in the day. Zane's cheeks and stomach soon puffed up ,like a balloon, with him saying,"Just to make sure. Sweet Breath + Vulcan Force.".
The guild and the frog soon watched a huge wave of syrup coming out of his mouth. It soon held Natsu in it being that instead of the turquoise color, it was dark purple metallic scales with a spiral pattern. Natsu tried to break out of it with Zane saying,"You're not leaving for a while so just stay there and be a good guy okay. I'll be fine.". Zane soon walked away with the frog, being that all of Fairy Tail didn't like this one bit.
Next time,
Zane is arrested for the crimes that he took the blame for. Fairy Tail is pissed because of this but why isn't Zane mad about this? What is he going to talk about with the council? What else will happen? This and more next time on Fairy Legion!
Classic Cards/Forms that were introduced in Zero:
Thunder Form. This card has a black frame with a giant bolt of thunder crashing into the ground with an ape like creature standing in front of it. This Form was introduced in Zero Episode 32 and its Prime Form hasn't been introduced yet. This form is a master of electricity, being also one of Zane's powerhouse in terms of physical combat.
Liger Form. This card has a black frame with a tiger in the center of it. This Form was introduced in Zero Episode 16 and it's Prime Form was introduced in Zero Episode 51. This form is very much like a wrestler.
Ninja Form. This card has a black frame with a frog like creature and the background is covered by several puffs of smoke oddly in the shapes of kunais. This Form was introduced in Zero Episode 49 and it's Prime Form was introduced in Zero Episode 107. This form is a master of stealth being a ninja and also he's a frog. His arm's tattoos glow bright blue if he uses his powers.
Swamp Form. This card has a black frame with a swamp in the background and a creature standing in front of the swamp with a cocky smirk on his face. This Form was introduced in Zero Episode 27 and it's Prime Form was introduced in Zero Episode 92. This form is rather strong being able to combine the power of Mother Nature and Fire to create a powerful combination of plants and flame.
Frost Form. This card has a black frame with a blizzard going through the card and an insect like creature standing there in the blizzard waiting to strike. This Form is special being that it went through a metamorphosis, becoming stronger in the process. This Form was introduced in Zero Episode 15, the Metamorphosis was introduced in Zero Shorts Episode 4, and its Prime Form was introduced in Zero Episode 87. This form can generate a large amount of cold, being able to freeze anything in its way.
Orb Form. This card has a black frame with a bowling ball in the center of the card. This Form was introduced in Zero Episode 38 and its Prime Form hasn't been introduced yet. This form is one of Zane's fastest when he's in his ball form being able to travel. It has the ability to gather up speed and launch himself toward a target. He's also a living bounce ball and can generate flames when he's going fast enough.
New Cards/Forms that haven't been seen in Zero yet:
Illusion Form. This card has a black frame with a creature appearing from an extremely thick fog aka the background. This Form hasn't been introduced in Zero yet and it doesn't have a Prime Form. This form is a master of the art of illusion being that they can affect anyone around him being either a physical or emotional pain. This form is the most lonely because it can blend so well into the background being that it has personal issues.
Erza's Clues to Sly and Zane not being from Earthland/Fiore in particular order. I may be missing a couple of them but this is more than enough. Some of them are important to her case while some are not important to her case. The word Comment ,except for this one, is mentioned sixty times. Important items are Underlined and I could be wrong about:
- Zane's Forms being a mixture of Requip and Takeover Magic being that she has never seen these creatures before with Levy agreeing with her.
- Lucy's testimony about Zane saying that he's met worse wizard than Bora.
- Zane calling Lucy a summoner,
- Zane knowing Aquarius, Horologuim, Plue, and Virgo personally.
- Zane's comment about Aquarius growing up but that's most of the girls here for some strange yet marketable reason.
- Sly and Zane knowing about Natsu being a member of Fairy Tail before he figure it out and Bora's true identity.

She was a person who hates secrets between her Nakama so Zane's secrecy along with his mouth weren't helping her curiosity and dislike being equal.
