Fairy Legion Chapter 9 Zero Questioning

Disclaimer: This Post had originally been posted on June 22, 2018 at 9:21 AM. I'm reposting this Chapter along with Fairy Legion Chapters 1-26 because of a massive plot change. If you've read this story before, not much will have changed except Zane's reason for going to the Fairy Tail Dimension. The Author Note and whatever I talk about in them may or will be extremely outdated today or I'm somehow seeing the future so just ignore if you want.

A/N: Yeah. That was a long chapter being that this and Chapter 8 were going to be one chapter but I saw how long last chapter was and I was like screw that. So the Lullaby Arc will end and Galuna Island shall begin. You may be asking yourself,"Why am I doing that arc when I've said countless times that I don't like the arc?". I decided to do this because I already skipped over one arc. I'm going to do all of the arcs except for Fairy Tail Zero.

I'm not sure if I want to do it before the second time skip or not yet. That may or not happen. I do have an idea on how to include Zane now and it just took some time to figure out. This is the main reason between the break of Chapter 7 and 8. It's also because of some editing of future characters for Fairy Legion and Zero. Lets talk about how Zane didn't use that much power against Natsu in their first of many fights they are going to have.

This is because Zane is much stronger than Natsu and also at this point in the series, Natsu isn't too strong. I would say that he's close to Erza's level but she's low S-Class. You may think that I'm hating on Erza ,which I tend to do often, but this is the truth. Compared to Laxus and Mystogan, she's weak and this is due to her reliance on her armor. This won't change until after the Tower of Heaven but that's a long ways away given my update schedule of this series and Zero.

I will be exploiting that armor weakness in his fight with Erza which is also later down the road. I'm going to be saying that a lot. Will Zane use more than 1% of his power? I did the Galuna Island Arc back in December of 2016 and January of 2017  being that Zane fought against a demon. He won't be fighting the big bad aka Zeref in this story but you'll see what fight I have in store. Lets begin because I bet for a while of posts, I'm not going to have much to talk about meaning longer posts.

Narrator P.O.V. 
Zane was currently reliving an old memory being that he remembered Scott driving him to the police station in the back of his squad car. He had a girlfriend ,whose dad was the police chief, which made it really awkward especially if he knew you as Legion Zero aka the town hero. He was sitting in a carriage with the messenger as it looked at him. Despite being handcuffed with magic sealing stone cuffs, he was still listening to his music and could easily break out of them but didn't.

His handcuffs are made out of a smooth gray metal with a red orb in the middle and currently had an enchantment transcribed into them that prevented magic. This partially effected Zane being that he still had a but load of tools at his disposal. The frog was impressed being that unlike Natsu, he didn't try and fight back. The ride there was rather quiet being neither of them were talking. The inside of the carriage was rather plan and rather dark.

There was a single source of light coming from the door being rather hazy due to the thin cloud cover of the carriage. Zane enjoyed the silence being that he liked peace and quiet. He was also currently in Elysian being that the frog didn't noticed that. He was talking with Kane and Sivarth being that the later was in his Vulcorian mode. Kane has long white hair being that it went down to his knees. His skin is a pure white color. He has two silver horns protruding from the sides of his head.

His irises were bright gold and they stuck out. His pupils were white and silt shaped like snakes with his sclera being black. His cheekbones were still high. It had a broad red line coming from the lower part of his eyes and green lines below them as they made a skull shape. His teeth looked rather jagged and sharp. His nails were long being that they could be called claws. He had blades sprouted from his calves and forearms. His body had a gold outline.

He's wearing a robe that's closed at the top of his chest. It's open and in turn, it was showing off his broad upper torso and muscular body. He had a giant hole in the center of his torso. His arms were covered in gray fur. He's wearing dark gold pants with black combat boots. He had a katana sheathed on his right side. He's wearing silver ,natural, pauldrons. Sivarth looks the same as the construct that Zane made in Chapter 6.

Sivarth said,"So why didn't you say anything to stop them? I mean I know that you told the old man that you'll take the blame but I thought they would pick Erza to come with you.". "Really gecko? I can't stand her. So what do you think is going to happen to us?" said Kane. "From what I read from the old geezer's mind, they won't be there in the flesh exactly. They are currently using a magic known as Thought Projection." said Zane.

Kane said,"Wow they're either lazy or asshole. Take your pick.". "Beats me but from what I read from Erza, she knows one of them personally." said Zane. "You better go back. We're about to head to head onto a train. We'll talk soon." said Sivarth. Zane nodded with him being that the carriage had soon stopped. Zane was soon escorted to the train being that he said,"So Hopper, can I have a booth to myself? I like having some leg room.".

Zane was soon enjoying a booth to himself with him thinking,"Wow. I must be different from other Fairy Tail wizards being that they're giving me special treatment. So I have a dumb question for you guys.". "What's up man?" said Cole. "Should I tell them about who I really am? You guys are part of Legion Zero because we're a group so I want your opinion." said Zane. "I'm not sure Zane. Is there anyone in the dimension that you would trust?" said Athena. "Levy or Mira?" said Twilight.

Kane said,"I have to agree. Levy reminds me of Karen and Mira reminds me of Sierra being that they aren't them reincarnated but have some nice traits.". "Yeah. Both of the girls are really nice and I like having female friends who see me as a person rather than an object." said Zane. He sighed as he said,"To be honest, I rather have some company that isn't you guys. I love all of you but here's the thing. It's nice to talk with a real person sometimes.".

Kane said in a sarcastic tone,"Wow. I'm so hurt Zane.". "I may be a psychic but it's pretty obvious that he's crossing his arms Sivarth." said Zane. "That's rather obvious Zane. Lets go back to the hypothetical question we were talking about earlier. What if Erza joined you?" said Sivarth as Zane pondered it. "I would probably say something stupid like,"You may strike me down if you wish."." said Zane.

Kane said,"And to keep your powers a secret, you would get slapped by Ginger Knight's glove due to her not getting a fucking joke. I mean I would laugh for a while but then I would ask you to strike her down because of that.". "Wow. Kane is the direct source of your anger isn't he?" said Twilight. "I guess so Twilight but we love Kane regardless of his temper and he's a valued member of this team." said Zane, with a smile.    

Kane said,"So Zane, how does it feel to be the strongest in the land?". "It's nice. I mean the only person who could compete with me is Erza. I mean she's the strongest Fairy Tail Female after all and well if I wasn't here, I bet Erza would be blamed for the crimes of the guild." said Zane. "So do you see them as family yet?" said Sivarth. "Honestly, I don't. They're trying to replace the family that I "lost" but they truly can't. They shouldn't do that because that's pushing me further away." said Zane.

Twilight said,"Changing subjects. So are you going to visit the Garden any time soon?". "I hope so Twilight. It's been a while. I mean I do owe them that much. I mean I had too much pressure on me when I was a teen but growing up, I kinda miss it. I still have my responsibilities now but it's kinda weird having free time. So when should I fight Erza? After I crushed her not so secret love interest earlier, she may want some revenge." said Zane, chuckling a bit.

Cole said,"Yeah. She may not have a big ego like yours but she has greater pride in Fairy Tail than you could ever havr.". "That may change but first, I need to test them on their loyalty." said Zane with him hearing that they were approaching the building. "And how will you do that?" said Athena. "I got a couple of ideas. You'll see soon Athena. So are you ready to face the music?" said Zane. "Lets do this." said Twilight as Zane stood up.

Back at Fairy Tail, the mood there was sullen being that all of the members sat around quietly with most of them laying their heads on the tables. Everyone was upset about Zane's arrest except for Sly being that she was counting her money. Natsu ,who was still trapped in his candy prison being that he was moved here, tried to break out of it being that he was currently looking like a salamander or a little lizard. He was yelling his mouth off as per normal.

Natsu said,"You guys! This isn't fair! Hey Frostbite, let me out of here!". Mira sharply turned her head toward the dragon slayer as she said,"Natsu! Be quiet! There is nothing we can do! Zane went on his own terms and we should respect that!". "Come on Mira! Let me out! I'll be the best dragon slayer in the world! Just let me out of this prison and turn me back!" said Natsu being that if he wasn't trapped in a candy prison, he would be waving his arms around frantically in a glass bottle.

Sly sighed as she floated toward Natsu. Erza watched this along with Lucy with Sly saying,"No one is going to break you out Natsu. I've known Zane my entire life and if you broke out, I would be breaking his trust. I could never forgive myself if I did that. You would also likely go rampaging at the council plus go try and save Zane from them! He doesn't need your help right now! He's a grown up and you should act like one!". "Screw that! I don't care about him." said Natsu.

Gray sighed as he said,"Master Zane wasn't taken by some dark guild morons Natsu. This is the Council we're dealing with.". "Don't those jerks in the Council understand that Zane had to do what he did to save the lives of the guild masters and stop Lullaby for good?!" said Natsu. "If they said something, they're right 100% no question. Them's the break. We don't have a say in the matter." said Gray. Elfman had his hands in his arms and was frowning.

Elfman said,"I don't understand. Out of everything we've down, why not?". Laki ,who sat nearby the hulking wizard, said,"Yeah. It doesn't make any sense.". "There must be another reason for this." said Lucy with her lying the top half of her body down on the table with one arm and starting at the walls of the guild. Natsu was getting angrier by the second, seeing that no one was doing anything to save their Nakama despite him not wanted to be saved.

Outside of the Magic Council Fiore Branch Building's train station. Zane was soon escorted by some Rune Knights toward the building. Despite Zane seeing a lot of buildings, this one was up there in terms of what the heck was the architect thinking when he/she was making this. It reminded him of Timmy's lobby except worst. I mean I know that this is a magic world but why is this building so out of the way and why don't we see this place in more detail.

The building itself sits in an extremely rocky area ,mostly surrounded by lush foliage, consisting of a multitude of large boulders, with a narrow gorge leading to the building itself. A series of small hills is visible not far from the place. The building, living up to its owners, has an outlandish appearance to it. Topping the lower structure is a series of smaller structures that were very much suspended in the air at various heights, which compose the rest of the headquarters.

The base itself starts out as simple, seemingly hexagonal or octagonal building composed of bricks, with large, square windows or double doors adorning many of its faces. On top of such part, the structure grows drastically larger, extending outwards and taking the shape of a large, round and flat capsized dome, highly reminiscent of a bowl. Such dome is intricately decorated with dark, geometrical motifs.

A series of rhombus is present in its central part, with the large ones being alternated with slightly smaller ones, and above them are numerous, sharp triangles pointing upwards, to the dome's largest part, which has a wavy decoration just below the flat top, with the structure's parts jutting outwards and creating angles Several meters above the bowl-like structure, floating on its edges, are ten slightly curved panels.

The panels' sides facing outwards are divided into nine square sections, with each of the section being adorned by a simple motif, with three circles, placed one on top of another, flanked by some vertical lines. The inner, curved sides are bare. Another final structure is shown floating above the panels, in correspondence to the center of the capsized dome: sitting on a round platform, adorned with a simple motif, consisting of dark triangles alternated with light capsized triangles.

Its sporting large railings diagonally jutting outwards on the top, is a palace, which seems to consist of three main sections. The central one is an hexagonal or octagonal tower, with its faces adorned by a multitude of high, arched windows, topped by a very massive, round dome, which starts out as small from the tower's top, grows larger near its own center and then reverts to its starting size near its summit, which has a decorative structure on top, seemingly circled by a wide, floating halo.

To such part's right is another, smaller tower highly reminiscent of it; on the left sits instead a shorter building, with a roof seemingly made of elongated tiles. After being guided for almost an hour, the Rune Knights left him and the messenger ,being that it was making croaking noises driving Zane insane, alone to head toward the court room. The building's interiors seem to be monumental like the external appearance.

Given access to by a double door, topped by a high window with an arched summit, is a long, extremely high corridor with an arched ceiling. To the entrance's right is a highly elaborated wall, with square, hollow sections marked by massive, rectangular pillars, composed of stone in their lower and central part, with the central one taking on a spherical form, and of bricks in the upper part. Some elaborated double doors appear along such wall.

The carpet covering most of the floor's central part extending sideways to reach them; the floor, left exposed, is shown to be composed of large, mildly rounded flat stones. To the wall's front, to the entrance's left, is a colonnade consisting of elongated, majestic pillars. Each of them possesses a round, decorated base, which grows slightly thinner as it goes up just to subsequently return to its original size.

It's topped by an oval section, which sustains the rest of the pillar, intricately decorated in the lower part.  The frog stopped as Zane said,"So why did we stop? I mean I'm not looking forward to this trial but I'm just happy you stopped croaking.". "Look forward Zane." said Twilight. Siegrain ,who looked rather smug, stood there and leaning against a pillar. "It's nice to finally see you in person. My name is Siegrain and I'm your judge today." said Siegrain.

Zane said,"Fuck off okay prick? I don't care who you are.". He watched the frog lady bow before him as Zane clenched his fist. "I'm hurt Zane. You should relax." said Sieg. He soon extended his hand as Zane smirked. He grabbed it and he was likely real. Zane soon crushed his hand with Sieg saying,"I guess you have a pretty strong grip.". "Screw you prick. Why is it that most blue hair guys I've met are pricks? I going to guess that the other members of the council here are projections." said Zane.

Sieg let go as he said,"Yes. Most of the time, they wouldn't waste a single second but you're a very powerful wizard.". "You're behind this aren't you? This entire thing would be a farce if it was any other Fairy Tail wizard but nope, you're scared of me aren't you?" said Zane. "Not at all, the plan would have been a slap on the wrist mainly to blame you and punish Fairy Tail for their destruction they often cause. It would have been a win win for both." said Sieg.

He got up close to Zane as he whispered,"To be honest, you're an interesting wizard. You seem to have more than one magic type plus made it that Lullaby can never be played again. You also seem to have never existed before arriving in Hargeon just a couple weeks ago. We're going to ask you some questions and then we'll send you back to your Fairies. You're our scapegoat. Me and Yajima are stronger supporters of Fairy Tail plus the older ones hate taking responsibility.".

Zane was clenching his fists hard being that he hated people like Sieg more than anything being that his rage was building up and he needed to vent it before he exploded. "I'll see you real soon. Good bye for now." said Sieg. He soon stomped his foot on the ground with him saying,"Screw you!". The blue haired man's eyes widened upon feeling this sudden burst of emotions with the frog jumping in fear. 

Zane said,"I don't give a flying fuck about Fairy Tail right now prick. If you keep pissing me off which you're doing a great job at all, I'll destroy you.". "Anger isn't a good color on you and it would be wise not to make enemies with the council." said Sieg. Zane soon grabbed Sieg by his collar ,with him handcuffed, and slammed him into his pillar. They made eye contact with Sieg seeing the rage building in his eyes.

Sieg thought,"How is he doing this?! I thought he was just a idiot like the rest of Erza's guild! How is he?". "I really hate repeating myself so listen to my advice." said Zane. He let go as Sieg was soon gone, leaving behind a broken pillar. "You really shouldn't have don't that." said the frog. "Can it Hopper. I despise people like him and if you berate me, I'll kill you and serve your legs." said Zane as he gave off a deathly chill that could freeze even the strongest fire.

Zane was soon led into the courtroom being that it reminded Zane of any other courtroom being that he was used to seeing. There were several empty rows being that there was a stand that could fit him and another person easily. The room is covered in decorative motifs, and leaning against a wall is a large, majestic structure acting as a podium for the Council members (or, more often, their Thought Projections), complete with armchairs for them to sit on.

The lower part of such podium is the most intricately decorated, with highly elaborated bas-reliefs adorning the square pillars on its frontal part, with a pair of similarly adorned, rectangular concave parts, with rectangular, horizontal niches on top, held up by small columns, visible in the back, each housing what looks like a rectangular window. Such lower part seems to house two scribes during trials, sitting one in front of the other.

Above this first level is a second, stage-like level, housing the Council members themselves. This section is given access to by a pair of staircases placed at its sides of the first level. The wall behind the seats for the Council members is split into various sections by thin structures going up to the wall's top, which slightly protrudes outwards; each section is decorated by a large rhomb flanked by a pair of smaller arcs, complete with more, intricate motifs around them.

On top of the whole structure appears to be the place for the Chairman, complete with an armchair reminiscent of a throne, larger than those for the rest of the Council members. Behind it, attached to the wall, is an enormous painting with an intricately decorated frame, which portrays several waterfalls flowing down a cliff into the water below. A few mountains are also visible in the background.

In front of the entire assembly is where the accused Mage must stand during a trial. It consists of a small, rectangular area marked by a massive, decorative balustrade open on the back, on the part facing towards the large, double door giving access to the court, at whose sides are several stands for the trials' possible public to sit in. A gavel soon banged as a woman's voice said,"This courtroom will now come to order!".

Zane soon turned to see the nine council members being that he was pissed. He despite being forced to do something that he didn't want to do. He also hated cowards more than anything as well. These people were both of them and then soon. "Before us, we have the defendant Zane Alvarez. Please take the stand." said the woman with Zane growling. He was about to explode being that a couple of words or an action would make him explode.

Back at Fairy Tail, Lucy soon stood up. "This is wrong! I may not like the guy but why the hell is Zane acting like a freaking martyr?! We're his Nakama regardless of what he say! Lets go testify for him." said Lucy. "Lucy." said Nab. "We're not going Lucy and that's final." said Makarov. "Why the hell not Master?! This is wrong! We can't just sit here and let him get locked up! He may be a jerk but he's still our Nakama!" said Lucy.

Makarov sighed as he said,"You're right Lucy. We can't make it in time for the trial. Jet ,who is our fastest, wouldn't make it there.". "But...." said Lucy.  "Come on guys! I've been stuck in this freaking candy all day and it's getting really hard to move!" said Natsu. "Okay. Something's wrong. If Zane didn't trap him in candy syrup, he would be furious and Gray would have to hold him down." thought Mira with her eyes widening.

Lucy soon looked at Natsu with her thinking,"I thought Zane was his best friend second to Happy so he isn't freaking out more? And why hasn't Erza done anything? And Happy isn't here. He would have been around to make comments.". Erza was sitting at the bar quiet with Sly thinking,"Erza and Natsu would have been agreeing with Lucy all the way. This can't be good. Better test a theory.". She flew over to Natsu with her saying,"Hey Natsu. Want me to free you?".

Natsu looked at her being that he said,"Seriously Sly?! That's awesome!". "Okay. So what do you call Mira and Lucy?" said Sly. Everyone was confused by the dragon with Natsu saying,"I call Mira Mira and Lucy Luce. What's wrong Sly? You girls have been give me looks.". "Fine. Time for the good and old fashioned way of doing things." said Sly. She soon blasted Natsu with electricity, being that the dragon slayer was gone in a puff of smoke.

Macao was soon in his place with him saying,"Tada?". "It's Macao!" said Levy. Everyone was soon shocked as he said,"Sorry but I owe both Natsu and Zane a favor so I turned into Natsu. Zane was one of the people who saved my life plus Romeo likes him so why the hell would I let him go to jail.". "What about Erza?" said Mira. "I don't know." said Macao with him rubbing the back of his head. Gray soon touched Erza as she turned into dust. "They both went after Zane?!" yelled Gray.

Macao sighed as he said,"Yeah. Those two are really stubborn fools aren't they? I mean well, Erza had forced me to let her and Natsu go plus Happy went with them I think.". He chuckled with a noticeable nervous tone as Elfman said,"That idiot is going to try and fight the magic council and Erza will help him!". "Everyone. Shut up. We have no other choice except wait for their choice and it won't be good." said Makarov, with everyone looking at him.

Sly ,who had been stunned silent upon seeing Macao, soon screamed, shocking everyone in the guild hall and anyone nearby. "What's wrong Sly?!" said Mira. "Erza and Natsu went to go "save" Zane right?" said Sly. "Yeah. We can't do anything now but wait." said Bisca, crossing her arms. "This is fucking bad." said Sly, shivering with everyone seriously concerned for the bone dragon. "Why is that?" said Loke.

Sly said,"From what I gathered, the council are basically Fiore's government right?". "Yeah. You are right." said Levy. "And do they force people to do things that they don't normally want to do?" said Sly. "Yes Sly. Where are you going with this?" said Makarov. "Um. Zane is going to pissed off because he REALLY hates being forced to do things that he doesn't want to do. That's why Zane didn't like you volunteered him for that job Mira." said Sly.

Mira remembered Zane telling her that the other day being that she was wondering where Sly was going with this. "By my guess, Zane isn't happy about this and the littlest thing is going to make Zane erupt. Trust me, you REALLY don't want that to happen. . He destroyed an entire city once because of his rage. It also wasn't very pretty. All of you seen him more before being that what he did to Gray is nothing." said Sly.

The guild was silent as Makarov said,"So what are you thinking?". "If I know that trio right, I bet they are going to do something that are going to break the camel's back. They have good reasons but to a supernova Zane, I really hope that the Council doesn't blame this on us for whatever happens at the meeting." said Sly. The guild hall was stunned silence being that they saw what Zane did when Gray touched his stuff and well, I don't think you want to know to happen.

Mira soon walked up to Lucy with her saying,"So since Sly drop that bad news on us, do you want to go have our private chat Lucy?". "Um sure." said Lucy.  "Good. Follow me. Sly'll be joining us due to her and Zane being part of this." said Mira. Lucy shrugged being that the blond followed the white haired barmaid into a storage room nearby the back of the guild. Mira soon flickered on the lights as the two human girls sat there with a slightly calmed down dragon.

Lucy said while getting comfortable in her seat,"So what did you want to talk about Mira?". "This little beauty." said Mira. She placed a book on the table with Lucy soon picking it up. "Dragons and Dragon Slayers? What's going on here?" said Lucy, placing the book down. "Lucy. I need you to tell us the truth. Do you love Natsu?" said Sly. Lucy's face turned entirely red being that her palms were sweating under their gaze despite one of them not having eyes. "What?!" squeaked Lucy.

Sly said,"I'll ask again. Do you love Natsu?". Lucy squeaked again as she stuttered up,"Why would you two want to know if I love Natsu?". Her face was heating up. "You may think I love him but he's a precious member of my family just like you. Erza most likely loves him too. You'll also have to share him but I found a way for the three of you to be happy." said Mira. "So what are you talking about?" said Lucy as she was clearly confused.

Sly said,"Mira found a way for both of you plus two others which we don't know but will soon enough mostly likely to be happy with Natsu. We first need to know if you love him. We're the gentle ones compared to Zane. If you don't say anything, we'll see how you react to Natsu KISSING you when they get back hopefully in one or more pieces. Not really sure what Zane will do but just tell us okay?". She placed her claw on the book.

Lucy took a deep breath with her saying,"I love him Mira and Sly. I know that I haven't known him for as long as Erza and you Mira but I still love him. My mama says that once you find the one, you can never stop thinking about him and that's Natsu for me!". Her voice was sincere being that Mira smiled. "Good. I think you should look at this." said Mira. She soon flipped through the book being that she turned to a certain page. "Read this." said Mira.

Lucy took the book and began reading. "Dragon mating and its relations to dragon slayers?" said Lucy. "Yep. This page explains that most dragon take a single mate." said Mira with a deep blush on her face upon mentioning the word Mate. "Anyway, this traits passes on to dragon slayers as well. So to give you an example, a normal dragon slayer ,who was taught by a single dragon, will only have a mate for their entire life." said Sly.

Mira said,"Meaning that they can't and will not love any other person, beside their mate. They can have friends but that's really it.". "Okay. So how does that help us?" said Lucy, flipping another page being that she saw the title of the next section. "Dragon kings?" said Lucy. "Yep. Dragon matting changes slightly when it comes to dragon royalty. A dragon royal is different being that they have two to three mates to ensure that their magic is passed down to the next generation." said Mira.

Lucy said,"And Natsu was raised by Igneel, the fire dragon king. This means that Natsu could have up to three potential mates.". "Yeah. I'm guessing that Natsu doesn't naturally pick his mates because his magic does that instead. It drives him to claim mates. A dragon royal picks a mate upon first sight and this applies to their student as well. Upon selecting a mate, they will do anything to please the mate and keep them happy." said Mira. 

Lucy said,"Just like Natsu has been doing with me and Erza. So do you think I'm a potential mate to him?". "Mostly likely. I'm sure that if I get you on board with the idea, the four of us can convince Erza about the relationship since Erza is how Zane puts it,"A woman who can't sharing her Natsu for reasons." said Mira. "Well if everything I read is true, I'm in. It won't be bad to share him but how are we going to convince Erza and why is Zane so on board with this?" said Lucy. 

Sly said,"You're going to have mate with him first Lucy. I know that it sounds embarrassing but it's the truth. Once that happens, Erza will be forced to share Natsu or lose him forever which she doesn't want. Zane doesn't like cowards and well, he hates pussyfooting around stuff. He just wants Natsu to be happy since he sees a younger him in Natsu. Also, you need Natsu make the first move. You can't seduce him being that he has to be the one in charge for reasons. So for now, we wait.".

She flew into the air as Lucy said,"How long will that take?". "Not sure but soon according to Zane being that he can obviously see that Natsu is just like other guys his age." said Mira. The three were soon gone as Lucy said,"So what else does the book say?". They stopped as Mira said,"When Natsu mates with you, you'll get a special mark to show that he's "claimed" you. You also gain some of his dragon like characteristics.". "Like what?" said Lucy.

Sly said,"Heightened senses. It won't be on his level or Zane but it will be much better than what you have now.". "Thanks for telling me about this. I guess Zane is a big softie after all. I wouldn't want to share Natsu." said Lucy. "Zane really is Lucy. There will be one more after you two so expect some resistance or not." said Mira. "Yeah." said Lucy with a chuckle. "Now head back to the others you two. I'll join you girls in a second." said Sly.

The two went back to the main guild hall as Sly floated there. "I'm sure that Zane will be pissed off at them for trying to help him but this should make him feel slightly better I hope. I just hope that she's the final one. According to Mira's memories that she has locked up. Zane won't pry but he knows that he'll try to help you regain back your magic one day. I hope that time will give us the answer that we are seeking." thought Sly as she flew to rejoin the others.

Back at the magic council, Zane stood there at the stand. "Before we begin at the trail, we have some questions for you." said Org in a authoritatively voice. "Whatever old man. I'm prepared to take the blame since I said that I would. I'm not a coward like you lot of cowards." said Zane, looking at his hand. "You dare to show disrespect in the presence of the council?!" said Org. "Oh just shut up you reject Gandalf." said Zane, cracking his knuckles and in an uncaring tone.

Org growled openly at the open defiance at the teen was showing being that his anger was amusing a couple of the council. "At least some of you cowards know how to take a joke. There is no reason for all of you to have a stick up your ass. Just calm your tits and let me hear what I'm being "punished" for and I'll answer your questions." said Zane. Yajima had to fight back a small chuckle since in his time on the council, he had never seen someone defy them like that.

Org's face was priceless. "If this is your attitude, I think we'll be talking in a prison cell. How does that sound child?" said Org, with him believing that this will show him up. "Is Gandalf trying to scare me into becoming his bitch? Sorry old man but you aren't the first coward to threaten to put me in jail so tell me what my crimes are okay?" said Zane. He knows how to threaten someone being that they have to be smart or stubborn to ignore one of his threats.

Ultear had a smirk gracing her features with her saying,"You have quite the rebellious spirit don't you?". She didn't want to come here but this wizard interested her and someone else. "You seem to be rather cocky for someone in your position." said Michello. "I am because I've told you what I wanted to do but some of the more stubborn ones just don't listen. I guess old age makes you very selective about your hearing." said Zane. Both Michello and Org really hated this kid.

A booming voice said,"Silence! Zane Alvarez, you have decided to take the blame of eleven counts of property damage being that we're thankful for you saving the Guild Masters Conference Hall and destroying Lullaby forever. However, there is still the extensive damage down that happened at the Oshibana Station and Clover Canyon railway bridge. According to your testimony alongside the guild masters and Eisenwald wizards, you are the ring leader behind the whole ordeal.". 

The man who is reading this is Crawford Seam whose physical appearance we don't see until several chapters later unlike the rest of the magic council. I'll only be describing his shadow appearance but once he appears later on, he'll get a full reveal. He's a broad, tall man with a bushy beard that looked to cover the upper half of his body. He's wearing a hat being that his eye had a slightly drop to them as Zane could tell that this was the head honcho because of that hat.

Crawford said,"We're quite aware of Erza Scarlet, Gray Fullbuster, and Natsu Dragneel being on your team and the latter of the three has a serious destruction causing problem. You on the other hand are a mystery. Care to explain Zane?". "Thanks bushy beard. So I have to ask, can you and Gandalf hold birds in your beard? I've never been able to grow mine that long because apparently, it's an ugly look on me but who really knows?" said Zane. The council was soon stunned silent with Zane sighing.

Zane said,"Okay. I know that Fairy Tail has a strong tendency or desire to destroy things while trying to do the right thing. I can't promise that I'll be there to stop them from doing it but I'll try my very best to make sure that I can help pay for their damages using those crystals. If you want to break them, use sounds. I know that most of you are cowards but I can see that you care about the common man so I respect that.".

Zane crossed his arms as Org said,"Okay Zane. Tell us why the Conference Hall was destroy. We have reports saying that......". "Because I had a hunch so I had a clone place up a magic barrier. It's simple as that Gandalf. If you need a guy killed or dark guild crushed, I'm the guy since I won't be making a big deal out of it." said Zane. "It seems we have a wizard who can help us out on jobs that we don't normally want Fairy Tail to take." said Yajima. "What are you saying?" said Belno.

Sieg said,"He's correct Belno. We don't want any more bad press right? I think having a scapegoat like Zane here will be perfect. I also doubt threats will work on him.". Ultear nod as Zane glared at the blue haired man. Crawford sighed as he said,"Fine. You'll be called upon to help on jobs that we need you to handle in a discreet manner. I doubt Lamia Scale would give us this much trouble but Fairy Tail is known for giving us a headache.". "So what about you and your magic?" said Org.

Zane could tell that Crawford was up to something but for right now, he need to be in favor with them for now. "Perhaps Ultear should question him. She's the best at convincing the stubborn to listen to her demands." said Sieg, much to the annoyance of Craword, Michello, and Org. "Okay. Ultear will be questioning you young man." said Crawford. "He's much younger than you and he's calling you old Zane! This dimension is hilarious." said Kane.

Ultear soon stood on the same level as Zane with her saying,"I'm guessing that you already know my name since Siegrain said it earlier. I hope you can talk with me since we're around the same age and it's much easier for two people the same age rather than two different generations. I'll start with your name and magic is.". "Okay. I like this. I may hate harsh and imposing cowards like your pals but a sexy woman like you, I'll talk for days." said Zane.

His attitude and tone astonished and slightly irritated the Magic Council. "You're quite the interesting young man so how about we started the investigation?" said Ultear in a sultry tone. "Sure. My name is Zane Vincent Alvarez also know as Void Knight. My magic is know as Zenith being that it goes by different names being Chaotic or Zero being the more infamous names. It's not a common magic here in Fiore so if you have questions Ultear, ask away." said Zane.

Ultear said,"Indeed, we don't have your magic on record. We should take off those cuffs and see a demonstrations. We have footage of it but well, it's quite diverse.". Crawford got the hint being that one of the guards took it off. Zane stretched for a bit as he said,"Okay. Let me show you one of my favorite forms.". He soon turned into a form also known as Thermal Form. He looks to be eight feet tall. His body is made out of dark red and gray volcanic rocks in the shape of armor.

He wears shoulder plates with mini volcanoes that are currently active. Any part of his body ,that wasn’t covered by his armor, reveals his skin being a light blue/white liquid. His head was covered in flames with his skull sticking out. His skull is made out of ice with large curved horns and sharp fangs. His left wrist is covered in fire and his right wrist is covered by ice with large blades protruding from his elbows.

He’s wearing a sleeveless black motorcycle vest which revealed his ice like ribs. It has spikes on his shoulders. He wears black gloves, pants, and boots  He soon made some fireworks with some snow covering him and Ultear. "Wow. He can use both ice and fire at the same time." said Belno. Zane soon deactivated the form with the handcuffs going back on him. "And here I thought we were friends." said Zane.

Crawford said,"That's well and good but how did you get this magic?". The other council members sighed as it seemed that Crawford was very much getting there in years due to it being Ultear who was questioning him. Ultear smiled as she said,"Chairman Crawford is correct. We have no record except for your article in Sorcerer Weekly which is quite juicy I may say. You first appeared in Hargeon so please tell us more about you Zane.".

Zane smiled as he said,"Well Ultear. I have to say thanks for calling my article juicy. I worked real hard on it by the way. Before I began my story, let me take a deep breath.". Zane soon took a deep breath with Athena saying,"It's a good thing that we have a plan in place for the moment. Thank the gods for the long train ride.". "Yeah. Zane would be nothing without us!" said Cole. This earned him a hit from everyone except Zane.

Zane said,"I came from a country called Columbia. Don't trying looking for it since our leader hates map with a burning passion. Don't ask why, not even we know why she does that. Anyway, I was born with my magic going to kill me. Luckily for me that one of my mom's old friends gave up their life so I could live mine. We lived a happy life being that my father went missing when I was six years with my elder brothers ,adopted, left as well to become stronger.".

He took a deep breath with him saying,"I honestly forgot about my magic for ten years being that me and my mother moved to a town called Cypress Park. I then regained my magic thanks to my friends being in grave danger. To make a long story short, Zenith magic is the culmination of several types of magic. I came here, searching for a brand new life. I didn't leave my old home on bad terms but I just wanted to leave here so I came here to start a new.".

Zane said,"So I found myself in Hargeon with my partner Sly being that I decided to join Fairy Tail in order to find it.". The Magic Council bought this with Sieg smirking. "Why can't things ever go your way?" said Sivarth, rubbing his temples. "We're aware of what Natsu Dragneel did in Hargeon but we also have footage of you fixing his mess." said Crawford. "Yeah. I feel like I'm going to be Fairy Tail's janitor for a while so why not start by cleaning up their biggest mess?" said Zane.

Ultear said with her being very curious of this young man,"Well, that was something else. We should informed you that your fellow members will be punished for their crimes because we can't have our precious scapegoat being punished too much.". "That much is given Ultear. Try and keep your oh so precious Nakama from stepping out of line Zane Alvarez, understand?" said Org in a threatening tone as Zane smirked.

Zane said with a smirk larger than a planet,"I'll try but they're not exactly the rules following type of idiots. You cowards know that right?". Org soon stood up in rage with him saying,"Quit the attitude of yours young man! You're making this harder than it needs to be!". He was soon irritated which Zane just shrugging his shoulders. "That's what she said and trust me. Oh you don't want to make me mad Gandalf." said Zane.

The two were having a stare off, with sparks flying between the two. "Org. I don't believe that your staring contest is going to work." said Sieg with Org sitting back down and glaring at Zane. "We'll be talking a recess so....." said Crawford. Crisis Judgement went off as Zane said,"Fuck me.". He was pissed as a large explosion went off behind being that the doors to the courtroom soon busted open a second later, catching everyone's attention. Zane soon face palmed as he said,"Gods dam it!".

The council couldn't believe what they were seeing. At the doorway stood two individuals, or three individuals if you could the flying cat. Natsu stood there with a determined smile on his face being that he wearing a black ,with red tips, wig that didn't cover all of his pink hair and he was dressed like Zane poorly. Happy ,flying by his side, looking like a bad cosplay of Sly and Erza stood there with her arms crossed. "This is going to end badly. I know it." said Twilight. 

Natsu roared with breathing fire and flailing his limbs all about,"I'm the black haired pain in the ass that you old bastards have been looking for! If you have a problem with how me and Fairy Tail do things, you guys are more stupider than Triple B is!". "Aye Zane Sama!" said Happy. Natsu was spewing fire in random directions with him saying approaching the stand,"And you can't arrest me without a fight because I beat that powerful Natsu Dragneel but Natsu didn't make it easy for me!".

Zane's forehead was covered with tick marks with him breathing heavily. "Aye! I just got lucky that Natsu's motion sickness got the better of him!" said Happy. Erza knew that this is Natsu's genius plan upon her freeing him from his candy prison and Macao taking his place. She just smiled and giggled at Natsu's actions. The Magic Council members themselves were shocked and gawked at this stupid stunt.

Natsu roared,"I'm the all powerful Void Knight! I'm the most destructive member of Fairy Tail so be prepared!". He soon began destroyed things with bursts of flames as Happy cheered him on. The council members were all in shock being that Sieg was amused. Zane was royally pissed off and like Sly said before, you don't want to make him too mad. Their attempt at rescuing him, dressing like him and Zane badly in his opinion, and just being idiots tipped Zane over the edge.

Natsu soon pointed at the council members with him saying,"Do you really think some stupid stuff maters more than people's lives!". He was stopped mid rampage by Zane smashing both of his fists into Natsu's head, and buried him into the ground. His cuffs were also broken upon impact with the head being that the council, Erza, and Happy soon saw that Zane was pissed off royally. His eyes were glowing gold with his pupils slit. His text will now be bold and all capital until he calms down.

Zane yelled,"WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU MORONS DOING HERE WHEN I TOLD YOU TO STAY BACK AT FAIRY TAIL!!!!!! HOW FUCKING DUMB ARE YOU PINKIE?! DID YOUR MOTHER DROP YOU A LOT WHEN YOU WERE A FUCKING CHILD?! I MEAN WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING HERE?! I WANTED TO COME HERE, CHAT WITH THESE DAM COWARDS, AND YOU RUINED IT!".

As he yelled, everyone was scared. "AND YOUR COSPLAY OF ME AND SLY IS JUST THE WORST! YOUR PINK LOCKS ARE SHOWING PLUS SLY DOESN'T CALL ME MASTER YOU FUCKING CAT!" yelled Zane. Happy and Natsu were shaking in fear with Zane's fist coming down on both of them causing a massive bruise on their head, a minor concussion, and they were both knocked out.

Zane was breathing heavily being that he didn't realize that the Council and Erza had watched him freak out on Erza being that Erza was frozen solid. "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU COWARDS LOOKING AT?! GINGER KNIGHT ANSWER ME! WHAT ARE YOU BAND OF IDIOTS DOING HERE?! AND NO! I CAN'T STOPPED YELLING SINCE YOU THREE AND SOME OTHER SHIT HAS PISSED ME OFF!" yelled Zane.

Erza said with a noticeable stutter,"It was Natsu's idea. He said that you didn't want you to take the blame for the stuff that he mostly likely did. I agree with him on that part. Kinda wish he didn't go with this plan though.". "I DON'T GIVE A FUCK ABOUT YOUR KINDNESS! I'M HERE ON A MISSION NOT A FUCKING SOCIAL CALL! JUST SHUT THE HELL UP BEFORE I MAKE YOU SHUT UP!" said Zane, with his anger flowing throughout the room.

Erza soon grabbed the unconscious Happy and Natsu ,who were sweating bullets despite being unconscious, with her bowing. "Sorry about this your honor." said Erza, making them bow. "Please take these fools away to the jail cells at once!" said Crawford. The four guards walked toward them with them shaking because well, Zane scared them. Before they got close enough to the angry beast who would kill them upon contact, Sieg decided to offer up a better solution.

Sieg said,"How about instead of sending them into different cells, we make them all share a cell to save on space.". "That's a good idea." said Belno and Leiji. "FUCK OFF YOU BLUE HAIRED PRICK!" yelled Zane, flipping him off. "Lets try another idea. I rather not have the guards clean up any blood." said Ultear. "Okay fine. If our beast here talks to us, we'll give them separate cells. Does that sound fair?" said Sieg. "What say you Zane?" said Org.

He may have not like Zane before but his rage moment on Fairy Tail pleased him. "If this gets me peace and quiet, fine." said Zane. Natsu ,who had woken up, said,"Hey. I was just.....". He soon got a very angry glare from Zane being that Sivarth was behind him, ready to eat him. "Okay. We're out of here........" said Natsu. "No way in hell you're leaving pinkie!" said Zane. He soon held the fire dragon slayer in his candy prison with him groaning in annoyance.

Org ,while rubbing his temples, said,"Wow. This is giving me a migraine.". Today was certainly a day being that he was getting tired for Fairy Tail's antics more than normal. "It doesn't bother me but does it you?" said Ultear, looking at the rage filled Zane. "I'm fine but if anyone does anything that I find stupider than Triple B sometimes, I'LL KILL YOU ALL GOT IT?!" said Zane. Everyone slowly nodded as Zane smiled. "Good. Lets get this shit show on the road." said Zane.

Ultear soon reached into her pockets, pulling out a small crystal-like object. Natsu didn't know what it was but the duo of Erza and Zane knew that it was a Lacrima of some kind. A moment later, the crystal floated toward the area halfway between Zane and the council members, being that the three Fairy Tail Wizards that interrupted Zane's hearing sat on a nearby bench or Natsu on the floor due to him being stuck there. It soon gave off an ethereal glow, working its magic.

Natsu said,"So what's that?". "It's a Memory Lacrima. It allows us to view the memories of a certain individual to be presented in a very clear way." said Ultear. "Such a clever name." said Zane with his eyes turning red but still slit. Before everyone's eyes, a circular projection took form. It was from a random perspective, but everyone could tell what it was. Zane was above Lullaby being that he had slammed Bond Zenith Sphere into Lullaby, destroying it.

After the projection vanished, the Lacrima deactivated and floated back to its owner, giving the floor to the council members once more. "That was an amazing attack." said Sieg with a smirk presented on his face causing Zane to flip him off with both hands. "Yes it was. So what was that attack of yours?" said Ultear, ignoring the very much disrespect toward Sieg. "Well Ultear, it's name is Bond Zenith Sphere. It's a variation of Zenith Sphere." said Zane.

Org said in a respectful tone,"Please show us Zane.". "Sure thing Gandalf." said Zane. He soon held out his right hand with him focusing his energy into his hand. The council soon saw that a sphere of pure energy was there, being the size of a medium sized watermelon, with it being a pure purple color to it. "So can we go now?" said Zane. "Getting back on track. Tell us how your spell works and how it stopped Lullaby forever." said Sieg.

Zane said,"I just slammed it down on him. It isn't that fucking hard to understand or do I need to explain it slowly for you blue haired prick?". Sieg didn't like this guy being that the feeling was very much mutual but very much more worse on Zane's end. "This wouldn't be a problem Zane but you were lucky to have done so. We have no record of you being around until Bora the Prominence was arrested by the royal army." said Yajima.

Michello chimed in with,"Yes and a wizard of your power shouldn't have remand hidden being that you're in Fairy Tail.". His tone pissed Natsu off being that pinkie was going to say something before he got a death glare from Zane, shutting him up. "To be honest, I'm really good at hiding things from the pesky government." said Zane. "Oh really then why are you here?" said Ultear. "Because you need a real man in this room." said Zane with Ultear smiling.

Belno sighed as she said,"Focus. I know that you mentioned a place called Columbia. Where is it on Earthland?". "A few months from Fiore on boat. I should mentioned that the boat travel is very dangerous due to the seemingly random change in weather." said Zane. "Do you take us for fools child?!" said Michello. "And here I thought that cats were smart animals. So don't you have those memory showing Lacrimas that can show you shit." said Zane.

The council just looked at him being that in the short time they've known him, Zane was a wild card by every definition in the book. "Okay then Zane. Lets do that." said Ultear. "If this meeting is over with, I'm fine with it." said Org. "Ah but Gandalf. I thought we were BFFs." said Zane with a pout on his face. Ultear soon got up from her seat being that she walked toward the stand.  She soon held out a Memory Lacrima crystal within her palm. "Please hold this Zane." said Ultear.

Zane smiled as he said,"Sure.". He soon placed a finger on it being that the green Lacrima was soon broken into a million tiny shards thanks to him putting Nether to a magic item. "You did that on purpose? Nice job." said Kane. "Oh. I didn't expect that." said Ultear. "You really shouldn't expect the normal from me sweetheart. I got really strong magic power so I guess your Lacrima can't handle it" said Zane. "So how are we going to do this?" said Ultear.

Zane said,"You guys are the glorious Magic Council so figure it out.". "How about allowing my magic to flow through you by extension." said Ultear. "I'm going to be a battery. This isn't the weirdest thing I've done in my life." said Zane, shrugging his shoulders. "Okay then. How about you stand directly in front of me." said Ultear. Zane soon stood in front of her being an normal's arm length away from him.

Ultear placed another Lacrima directly in front of them on the ground. "Hold my hands." said Ultear with her extending her own. Zane did this with him sighing. "So is this going to do anything? I do like holding your hands Ms. Councilwoman but well, I got people to yell at." said Zane, with the duo of Happy and Natsu shivering. "If two people aren't familiar with each other, it takes some time Zane." said Ultear. "Sounds like bullshit but whatever." said Zane.

Ultear said with a playful tone,"You should know that I normally don't like it when men stare at my body so redirect your hunky eyes somewhere else. It's like you're trying to stare into my mind which is totally uncomfortable.". "Really? You're scared of little old me. I'm gentle like a fly." said Zane with Ultear giggling. "Oh, you're a real lady killer aren't you?" said Ultear. "Does she really need to be that close to him?" thought Erza.

Erza didn't trust her because her personality seemed playful but she was close to Sieg being that she doesn't like him so she didn't trust Ultear. "If you want, I can move closer." said Ultear. She soon got closer to him by raising to her tiptoes just enough to cause her breasts to bounce. Zane just smiled as the council was confused by his actions more. "I would just LOVE that." said Zane. "How about a kiss?" said Ultear, her smirk forming into a devilish grin.

Zane said in mock annoyance,"A kiss on our first date? That's a bit presumptuous for a prude like Ginger Knight.". The two were about to kiss being that Erza coughed out loudly. "If you don't like it, don't look Prude Knight.  Oh and don't think I've forgotten about our bet Natsu." said Zane, causing Erza and Natsu's face to blush red. The Lacrima activated with Ultear thinking,"Why did she have to ruin our fun?".

The green Lacrima floated in the air between the two, forming the same type of projection that had been seen before. Everyone stared directly into the practical video, curiosity driving them. Firstly, the image of a prison seem to take center stage. There was fire on the right and ice on the left with a bridge in the middle. It was missing a few pieces being that only two figures stood there, being that this scene was from Zero Episode 58 aka Zane's first fight with Xiadur.

Sieg thought,"Interesting.". The image was gone being that a new one took its place. It was soon different being that it was a destroyed city like area. Several people stood there with them all being different in terms of appearance. The only thing that really stuck out was a monster aka Zane in Wrath. This scene is from Zero Episode 77. "This must be a fight that Zane once fought back home in his country." thought Erza.

The next scene soon showed a rather straightforward passageway being that it was plastered with the Hidari Gomon ,blood red, plastered all over it. Several torches were lit up and there were several portraits. Their pictures were ripped out. At the end of the hallway/passageway, there was a massive sarcophagus being that it had two massive stone dragons in front of it. They have protruding glowing crimson red eyes with them placed in front of the sarcophagus.

They were looking like they were going to fight each other being ready for combat. Kane and Sivarth stood there with them smiling. This scene is a picture of Elysian but without the skeletons and dead bodies littered everywhere. "What are those beasts?" thought Yajima. The image soon showed an very disturbing set of images that shocked everyone in the room except for Zane. It was Kane and Zane, batting in their Vulcorian Form and Wrath respectively.

Both of these creatures let off a bone-chilling roar with them rushing toward each other. The memory Lacrima cut off after that image being that it floated between the two. Everyone there was dead quiet as it was a sense of awe. "So can we get this shit moving? I got some sleep to catch up on and yelling to stop." said Zane, tapping his foot. "That was interesting." said Sieg. "Yes. You've been a lot young man." said Org. "Ha. He calls you young. That's still funny." said Cole, wiping away a tear.

Athena hit him as Ultear said,"Indeed Org.". "If that is all, can you stop that Zane?" said Erza. Zane soon looked down to see his hands on top of her breasts being that he said,"You're more of a Prude Knight than Ginger Knight. So how do we stop the light show?". "Close your eyes." said Ultear. Zane shrugged with him knowing what's going on. He heard,"Lean forward and relax.". "Sorry but you have to get me drunk before that happens. I'll go for a kiss though." said Zane.

Ultear snapped her fingers as she said,"Can you not be tricked into doing something stupid? You can be such a killjoy.". "I'm a realist honey." said Zane. "So how about a reward instead?" said Ultear in a clearly sweet and sultry tone. "I like that but will Grandpa Gandalf?" said Zane. "He is correct Ultear. If you've had your fun, please allow the boy to take a seat nearby his Nakama." said Org as he rolled his eyes.

Zane said,"So could I stand instead? I rather be sitting with swine right now.". He was still pissed so no one could blame him too much. "Fine." said Belno. Zane soon looked at the green crystal with Ultear saying,"Keep it. It's like memorabilia of your trip to the Council.". Zane shrugged as he soon placed the orb in his bag. "So is your country that interesting?" said Ultear. "We don't need to know that since Zane promised to be a good ally of ours." said Org.       

The three Fairy Tail Wizards looked at Zane with him saying,"You can ask me later once I don't feel like killing all of you. So can we go? I'll only attack someone who piss me off.". The teen was soon gone with Erza saying,"What about Natsu?!". "If you care about him so much, figure it the hell out yourself! I'm not your butler!" echoed Zane's voice. The Fairy Tail Wizards were soon gone as the Magic Council was interested in Zane.

Crawford ,who had been oddly quiet, said,"So what should we do about him?". "I don't think he is going to be a threat since he promised to help clean up Fairy Tail's act somewhat. The members of the council soon left their respective benches, each having thoughts on what just happened.

Everyone did think that it was interesting to say the very least. "Oh wow. Zane is so much fun due to him actually playing with me." thought Ultear. She smirked evilly as she left the courtroom with Sieg following her. "Erza Scarlet, Natsu Dragneel, and Zane Alvarez. All three are you are powerful with all of you having a mystery past being that all of you will be pawns in my game." thought Sieg. The prick was soon gone.

On a train being that Natsu was still alive thanks to Erza, the four Fairy Tail Wizards sat there with it being dead quiet expect for Zane's music. Zane was happy to have it being that Erza was giving him a glare being that she was using her eyes as a very sharp weapon against him. She also crossed her arms under her breasts to make sure that her disposition was well known. "She may be mad at your actions toward her and the council." said Athena.

Zane sighed as he said under his breath,"Time to act like the grownup here.". He looked at Erza being that her expression wasn't waver in the slightest. She seemed angrier upon seeing his eyes being directed at her once again. "So are you mad at little old me?" said Zane, acting stupid. "What do you think?" said Erza in a agitated tone, scaring Happy. "Yeah. You totally are but fuck off, I acted like normal. Those cowards are just annoying." said Zane.

Zane also said,"You should be lucky that I'm even talking right now. I'm still mad by the way or can't you tell by my red eyes?". "Why are you upset about us saving you? We're your Nakama Zane and despite Natsu clearly knowing that it was just a facade, he came here to help you out." said Erza with her stopping to see Zane glaring at Natsu who shivered in her lap. "He did? Oh, I was furious at him before but now, I'm royally pissed off." said Zane.  

Natsu mumbled out,"I don't care Zane. You don't deserve all of the blame Zane. I've caused more destruction that you Zane so why did they only punish you?". Erza sighed as she said,"Because of your actions, you've brought unwanted attention and your brazen attitude can only do nothing but attracting the wrong kind of people on the council. I know that there is a member who you should be avoiding.".

She soon looked at Natsu with her saying,"Natsu is a pure guy so he doesn't get the evil of the world Zane like you do. I couldn't see my life with the light of my life.". She hugged him as Zane smiled. "I couldn't see my life without you Erza. You're my best friend so I would do anything for you okay." said Natsu. "Don't worry Natsu. I'll protect you too." thought Erza. "You should get some rest. We have a long way to go." said Erza. Happy and Natsu were out like lights.

Zane sighed as he put on his headphones. He soon began playing one of his rock songs being that he wasn't tired. He slept for an hour during the train ride so he was recharged. He was slightly hungry but he could ignore the hunger. He soon turned over to Erza being that her comment earlier confused him. He had a good idea on who it is but well, he need to conform the data before submitting it. "So you were talking about that blue haired prick Siegrain right?" said Zane.

Erza looked at him in shock being that she said,"Yes, but how did you....". "Telepathic and I'm also good at reading at the real person that they try and hide under their mask that they put up to hide their true feelings. It's a curse since I have a hard as hell trouble trusting people. I don't like Sieg and I even tried to kill him before the trial since well, he piss me off. I can't stand that type of bastard so we share that in common Prude Knight." said Zane.

Erza frowned and averted her gaze being that Zane was such a mystery to her. He seemed to be a free spirit, doing whatever he wants regardless of the consequences good or bad. He has a mouth on him but you can really count on him in a fight. His temper is deadly being that it even scared her and hates following the rules. From what she guessed, the friends and family that he had back home are his most valuable treasure.

She also wondered why he wasn't scared of her but when she saw those demons ,aka Kane, Sivarth, and Zane in Wrath, that he has fought against, it made sense I guess. He's a wild card already. "You would be correct Zane. Siegrain is someone who you can't trust with your life. He isn't an scheming mastermind if I were to say what I honestly believe." said Erza, speaking the truth due to her knowing his "brother". Not spoiling it here but if you know Fairy Tail, this reveal is special.

Zane said,"So how do you know him? Old lover?". Erza glared at him with her saying,"I don't want to speak of such things.". Her expression became sullen when she said that. Zane sighed as he could tell that the topic of Sieg was filled with emotional pain. "I was just joking Prude Knight. I know that you, Mira, Triple B, and everyone in Fairy Tail is hiding secrets so I won't pry but if the time calls for it, I will." said Zane, with a smile.

Erza looked away as she said,"It's fine Zane. I guess you're not truly a jerk.". "I take that as a true compliment." said Zane. The silence took over the two being that Zane was listening to his music but the silence was broken again but by the redhaired knight. "Can I ask you a question and it won't be like before?" said Erza. "Sure but you just did." said Zane, with a smirk. She soon glared at Zane as Zane said,"You're really no fun are you? So what's up?".

Erza said,"Those memories. What are they? Are they from Columbia?". She soon shivered as she soon remembered that most of them had those demons. "And here I thought you were going to ask me about Ultear. She reminds me of someone I knew back in the day. Good times. I may like her but I don't sell my body like that. I don't mind modeling but I like a girl who can like both sides of me, the good and the bad. She may only like my good traits but not the bad." said Zane.

Erza thought,"At least he isn't like Loke somewhat.". Her guild had enough perverts and according to what Lucy said, she thought Zane was like them and the master. He's like them somewhat but he isn't going to jump on a poor girl. "The first place was the prison Blacktomb Detention Center. I went there when I was sixteen in order to save my brother due to him being wrongfully convicted. I made some friends that I keep in contact with to this day. They're interesting." said Zane.

Zane thought of Daryl, Henry, Ivan, Liv, Marco, and Trunk being that those six helped him out in his rescue mission and later revenge mission on Xiadur for covering him in his acid. He'll keep that part a secret for now. "Those monsters. Are they from Columbia?" said Erza. "Not exactly. The two that look like demons or brothers are Vulcorians. They aren't around more Erza due to their species being extinct pretty much." said Zane.

Kane smiled as he said,"Yeah. That was an amazing fight. It was during our training back in the day. Good times.". "Old man." said Cole. Twilight slapped him as Erza said,"What about the one that you showed at the train station?". "His name is Sivarth and I just call upon him to scare people. I guess he was there for some reason. We should get some sleep. We got a long ride ahead of us." said Zane with Erza nodding. She didn't want to pry too much mainly in fear.

Next time,
Two days have passed since then and well Zane is still mad. He has a hard time getting rid of his anger. We also meet two of the strongest candidates for male wizard in Fairy Tail being that one is mysterious and looks like a prick and one is awesome but an asshole to people that he finds weak. Zane is going to like one of them and take you pick. This and more next time on Fairy Legion!

Classic Cards/Forms that were introduced in Zero:
Thermal Form. This card has a black frame with a giant flame and glacier hybrid in the center of the card with a human like figure standing there.
