A/N: Yeah. Last part was something. You may be thinking,"Why was Zane effected by Kirk and seeing Shawn died?". In my opinion, there are two ways to win a battle. There is the simple way being physical force and the more complicated but effective way mental. Even the strongest person has something that they're scared of. It could be seeing a spider, mouse, or seeing someone close to you died.
Kirk knew that he couldn't win by physical force being that he isn't an idiot so he decided to fight Zane by using his mind. Zane may be extremely powerful but he has his weakness. Zane's hearing is impressive being that he can hear people from a far distance so a large enough sound based attack can be defeated. His Galaxy Phones ,which are like hearing aids, help him but it doesn't work. His biggest weakness ,in my opinion, is his emotions and loyalty toward others.
As seen many times through this arc, Zane's emotions can be used against him. He's also very loyal due to him going through Blacktomb Detention Center because Kurt was there. He survived but he didn't come out without any scratches aka his chest scar. His enemies know that Zane's emotions can be used against or for him being that a smart opponent can use that against him. Lets begin with Zane who just saw his father died.
Narrator P.O.V.
The battle between Warrior and his group vs Chimera was raging on as Zane couldn't move. His anger was on a whole other level being that his pupils were exploding with rage. He couldn't move his body being that he just stood in place. He stood there with a blank look in his eyes being that most of the group was clearly worried about him being that he was unable to do anything. "Kill him now! I demand it Chimera!" yelled Kirk's voice from one of the nearby TEDs.
Zane was soon hit by a massive beam of Nether being that Zane was soon covered by a large amount of smoke and dust. "Zane!" yelled Kevin. Zane was soon covered in a opaque cloud being that Liv said,"We can only hope that his injuries are minor.". Zane stood there being that Daryl was shocked to see Zane standing there without showing signs of injury. "Kill him!" yelled Kirk's voice. Chimera fired another attack at Zane.
Daryl rushed toward Zane but the attack was blocked by black and white flames. Kurt stood there in front of Zane with him looking serious. "You're not killing my baby brother! I won't lose him too! Take Zane away if he can't move himself! Lets destroy the Chimera for Zane! He's our brother! Friend! Lover! Keep on fighting no matter the pain! Follow Zane's influence!" yelled Kurt. Daryl grabbed Zane as Zane howled in pain ,sounding more like a monster, being that it was heard all over the city.
He was soon covered in black, purple, steel gray, and turquoise colored energy being that caused Daryl to drop him on the ground. "Why did you do that?!" yelled Nova. "Sorry! Normally, any kind of energy doesn't bother me but right now, it's something else like I've never seen." said Daryl. The four energies soon slowly move around Zane's body as it was like a tornado heading toward the sky. It soon hit the nuke being that it was destroyed before it could reach its target.
Henry's mouth went wide open as he said,"Did he just destroy that nuke with that storm? I mean that shouldn't be possible. I mean he's only sixteen years old and he did something that not even his old man could do.". "Zane isn't like his father being that in his tiny body, he has Animus, Nether, and Primordial Energy inside of him. The colors purple, steel gray, and turquoise are the color of those elements respectively. It's a sight to behold." said Liv. Trunk was wondering about the black color.
The tornado hit the ground being that Zane was soon covered in the black, purple, steel gray, and turquoise colored rain being that it completely hid him. "What's happening?" said Reid. Halphas's eyes soon widened being that he said,"He's beginning to transform into a creature that was considered extinct.". "Do you know what's going on?" said Ray. "I do you dam kid. Zane is showing off this creature's power before but how did he get the power of the Vulcorian inside of him?" said Halphas.
Inside of the rain storm, Zane soon had a mask fused over his bead being that his head was now a fusion of the two being a white skull. It was white being that he had two slitted eye holes. Around his head, he has seven pipe like extensions sticking out of it. The mask has two thick dark purple stripes seemingly making it into an "X" shape but it didn't cover his eye hole. His black hair grew down to his waist being that it was now silver.
His irises turned steel gray being that his pupils and sclera turned molten gold. His body ,except for his head, is covered in the crimson web like pattern. The mask has a small heart in the middle of his eyebrows being that his calves and forearms soon sprout blades from them. His skin turns obsidian black. His fingers and toes had long retractable claws over them. From his hair, it sprouts out to make two long forward-pointing horns ,on the left and right side of his head, that are purple at the end.
He has a pair of large wings coming out of his back being that they're obsidian black on the outside and they have a indigo interior. He's wearing a ripped black cloak over his body with his shoulder covered in white bandages being living pauldrons. He has a long ,reptile like, tail being that the horn's color scheme matched his horn. It moved back and forth as the tip of the tail is an arrow-headed spade at the end.
The group was shocked to see Zane like them being that he had an evil and sadistic smile, being that he gazed at them with him screaming evil. "Zane." said Rachel. She wasn't sure if this was one of his forms or not since he hasn't shown most of them off much to the annoyance of Parker. "What the hell is that thing?! Are you that idiot?" said Kirk's voice. "You're going to die Kirk and I'm going to enjoy this." said Zane in a warped and twisted voice.
He soon vanished from everyone's sight being that Kurt said,"That thing must be Zane. No one can move that fast.". "You do know that most people here are faster than normal right?" said Lucius as Kurt shrugged. "So where did he go?" said Lauren. Zane soon reappeared being that he was far above the Chimera in outer space. He soon clasp his hands being that he was flying down being that he was soon covered in heat from reentry. He crashed into the Chimera causing a massive explosion.
In front of Champion Tech, the trio of Gwen, Luke, and Reggie stood there. "So this is where they are right?" said Gwen. "Yeah. We only have half an hour before the nuke drops. We also have that beast to deal with." said Luke. "You heard that roar too? That wasn't human." said Gwen. "It was." said a voice. The three looked up to see Daemon as Reggie said,"What are you doing here?!". "I'm here to help Zane because he defeated me before turning into that." said Daemon.
Gwen said,"What do you mean?". "Kirk knows because that he killed Shawn right in front of Zane. It may have been a hologram but to Zane's mind, it was real." said Daemon. "That bastard. I'm going to kill him." said Reggie. "Get in line and go around the block." said Daemon. "Fine. You better not be tricking us." said Luke. "I'm going to stop the idiot after this and you'll need my help." said Daemon with the four walking toward the entrance as the four soon tore through every defense system.
Inside the lab, the Phantom and seven watchers watched them rip through every heavy metal door that soon blocked his path. Upon the sentry coming online and fired at them, Reggie fired out a large vibration destroying them. The trapped people watched in horror being that the small group had made short work of the lab's defenses. Marilyn saw that Daemon was part of the group being that she wanted to kill this one.
Natasha smiled at Kirk who was freaking out. He was shocked and amazed at his former leader being very powerful. "He shouldn't be this powerful! He should be weaker than normal!" said Kirk. He and the others saw that the steel doors ,that blocked entry, had a massive dent. It was soon blasted by an energy beam being that Luke stood there with Daemon, Gwen, and Reggie by his side. "Get out of our way now or else Kirk." said Daemon.
He glared at his fellow Phantom being that Gwen, Luke, and Reggie went over to the cage. "Auntie Gwen!" said Atem. "Hey Atem. I missed you two. We're getting you out of here." said Gwen. She soon sliced the cage being that they were free. Reggie hugged Ed and Natasha with Reggie said,"You guys are safe.". "Reggie. So where's Zane? Is he fighting that monster right now?" said Natasha. "It's complicated Natasha. We'll give you an answer once we're out of here." said Daemon.
Ana said,"Why are you helping us humans?". "You should know that I was once human and I still am right?" said Daemon. "We need to get out of here now." said Gwen. "You heard her. Lets go." said Ed as Lilith went to grabbed Marilyn. "Screw you Phantom. I refuse." said Marilyn. "Seriously? Can't you let it go for five minutes?" said Arturo. Atem nodded as Marilyn said,"I rather die here than let one of you.....".
She was soon punched in the gut by a cloaked person. "Meh. She has always been a bit of a bitch to be honest. Lets go already." said the cloaked person. Daemon grabbed the one handed woman as he said,"Burn in hell!". He threw a massive ring of purple fire toward Kirk being that it caused a massive explosion. The lab was destroyed around him as Kirk said,"Fuck you Malik. I'll go kill Zane myself being that I want to see him dead but first.". He pressed a button as it activated something.
Back on the battlefield, the Chimera was soon kicked in its jaw by Zane in his beast like state that wasn't a form. He soon roared as the Chimera threw its left fist toward him but it was stopped by Zane's claws. "Vulcorian Storm!" said Zane. Zane disappeared being that the Chimera looked for him only to be hit in the back by Zane. He punched him several times and fast being that his back was pretty much destroyed causing the Chimera to go on its feet.
Two random Phantoms suddenly flew out of it and they dropped to the ground. Zane was about to attack once again but he was soon grabbed by its left hand. "Zane!" said Sierra. The Chimera tried to crush Zane with its hand and it was working. However, Zane soon broke free using his blades and the hand was ripped clean off. Zane was soon gathering up black energy in his mouth as he said,"Karmic Limbo!". A beam soon came out of Zane's mouth and it destroyed the other hand.
Several Phantoms appeared around the beast. Zane smiled as he walked toward Carnage's head and he said,"Vulcorian Opening!". His claws were covered black being that they were slowly glowing as he grabbed the Chimera. It soon ripped in half being that he saw the Essence in front of him. He smiled as he ran toward it crushing it into pieces. The Chimera was soon gone as Zane stood in a wreckage of Teds and several Phantoms flew away upon seeing Zane in this state.
Taylor said,"Did Zane just destroy that thing in minutes?". "That's Zane for you. I guess that form must be more brutal than anything else." said Darren. Soon, Zane was cornered by the half robot and half Phantom girls as they were ordered by Kirk to attack and kill Kirk. "Before you two ask, blame Kirk. He's fucked up." said Halphas. "Ain't that the truth." said Reid. Aurel and Scarlet nodded with Jennifer seeing the fake her rushed toward Zane.
However, Zane caught her by the throat and he ripped in half with little effort. "I know that Zane has no control right now but that was just wow." said Bane. The body dropped onto the ground as Zane crushed it into the pavement using his tail. Iris flew toward Zane but she was caught by Zane's horns. It went right through her as Zane threw it into the air and blasting it with a black beam from his mouth area with it causing a massive explosion.
The fake Celeste tried to do something with her guitar but Zane's tail grabbed it and he threw her in front of him. Zane roared as he twisted her body and crushed it. "Again. I really hope that Zane isn't doing this on purpose." said Celeste. Kirk ,from above, watched the whole thing in terror as he thought,"That thing is a monster but that's Zane right? I know that my plan shouldn't have failed by an over emotional teenager!".
Zane was soon trapped in a large container ,that came from the ground, and Zane roared. He tried to get out but it failed horribly. The group heard a sinister laugh as he walked toward the container. "I really like the new look Zane. You'll never get out of there being that you're going to be dead and hanged on my wall." said Kirk as he stood in front of the container. "Kirk!" yelled Kevin. The Phantom turned to Kevin as he said,"I'll be with you in a minute so wait your turn.".
Zane soon punched right through the container, missing Kirk by an inch. The Phantom was soon freaked out but he soon regained himself glaring at the creature. "You're so interesting Zane. You should have died by my Chimera but I can always make a new one. I think this electroshock therapy will be nice on you just like it was for Malik." said Kirk. The container was shocking him as Zane roared louder by the minute.
Outside of the wreckage, the group plus the cloaked figure and Vicky stood there. "So what about the other survivors?" said Luke. "They're with the others. We still have someone to thank for saving us from that awful Phantom." said Natasha. "I'm humbled Natasha." said the figure. "Why do you sound so familiar?" said Reggie. "Reggie. I can't believe that you forgot about me. I'm very much hurt." said the figure. Daemon removed the cloak as he said,"I'm not in the mood for this with you.".
The figure turned out to be a tall man ,with him being 6 foot 2 or 188 CM/74 IN, being that he look to be in his twenties with an average, yet well-built figure. He has light skin but it isn't place. He has golden hair with him having silver bangs. His bangs frame the side of his face with locks of hair hang in front of him. It also looks wavy. He has a black goatee. He has sky blue eyes. He wears a dark purple v-neck long coat.
It has a wide, open high-collar which opens up at the hem. It sported an interesting pattern being that it looked like a fruit shape. The pattern was mainly around the bottom half of the coat and the end of sleeves. The trim of the jacket is a gray color. He wears a knee-length dark green blazer with a white dress shirt and black waist coat with a red tie. He wears dark gray cargo pants, and black Japanese wooden sandals also known as Geta sandals. He had a red diamond earring in his left ear.
The man shrugged as he said,"Wow. You really are no fun. You make Zane look nice.". Daemon soon shrugged as he said,"Whatever.". "Conner! I haven't seen you in forever. Did you come here to save Zane?!" said Natasha. "Of course. He's my favorite godson after all. Don't tell Kurt and Lucius." said Conner. She soon hugged him as Ed said,"I honestly thought that you were dead.". "We all know that it's really hard to kill or even hurt Conner." said Reggie with Ed agreeing.
Atem said as he tilt his head to the right,"I'm really confused.". "You're not alone." said Gwen. "Oh. I guess you never told them about Zane's godfather. I'm hurt Natasha." said Conner as he was crying. "I think I know when you're fake crying." said Natasha. "Harsh sister." said Conner. "Why are you here? You usually have a reason for showing up." said Lilith. "And Lilith wins! So why am I here? His name is four letters, he has dual-colored hair, and a major if not major anger problem." said Conner.
Luke said,"Zane. You came here to see him.". "Yep. He even defeated Kirk's fucked up monster. I'm sure those Phantoms are happy to be out of him but we have a bigger problem." said Conner. "We won right?" said Ana. "Nope Ana. We still have Zane in Wrath thanks to our friend Xazzaran and Zane having the same soul. I heard the rent there is pretty expensive." said Conner. "Xazzaran. So what can we do Conner?" said Natasha. "Follow me." said Conner as the group followed him.
Back on the battlefield, Kirk shouted in anger as Zane broke out of the container. "Impossible! You were shocked with over 1,000,000,000,000 volts! What the hell are you!?" said Kirk. Zane slowly stomped toward Kirk being that he was nervously laughing. He was soon shocked to see that his neck was grabbed by Zane's right claw. The Phantom tried to escape it but Zane's grip was tight like iron as Zane said,"You're not leaving my grip bastard. Life's a real bitch Kirk.".
The crowd was soon shocked to see that Zane had impaled Kirk being that his left hand held Kirk's Essence aka a gear. Zane soon crushed being that Kirk's body began breaking away in pieces causing him to scream. "You bastard! I did nothing to you! Malik ripped out your Essence and burned your right hand not me! You should be killing him!" yelled Kirk. Zane went back as he had a black beam in front of his mouth. "Karmic Limbo." said Zane.
The beam completely destroyed the Phantom. Zane looked up at the group and he tilted his head. "Is this over with?" said Aster. Zane vanished once again being that he appeared in front of Halphas and he firmly grabbed his face within the palm of his own hand. He soon threw the man directly across the battlefield with him suddenly laughing. "What the hell? I thought we were on the same side with those guys." said Henry.
Zane suddenly looked at Aurel being that in a split second, he moved his right bladed appendage in front of him and sliced the Phantom across his body from hip to shoulder. There was a large amount of blood pouring from the Phantom's wound as he said,"Son of a bitch! Take this monster down now!". However, most of the group there were stunned being that they never saw Zane this brutal before now. "Hahahaha..." said Zane being he charged toward them covering in blood.
However, he was stopped by a group of soldiers. They are wearing heavy, segmented silver steel plate like steel armor that covered their chest, lower back, lower sides, shoulders, stomach, thighs, and upper back. They're wearing gauntlets, shin guards, and helmets that covered their faces. They suddenly made energy swords appeared from thin air. "Zane Vincent Alvarez! We order you to stop right now by the heads of the Alliance!" said one of the soldiers. However, Zane didn't.
He went past them being that half of them were currently laying in a pool of their own blood being that their armor was destroyed in a matter of seconds. The injured men were lucky to have survived being that they knew about this creatures's true strength. "What the hell?" said Ray. He had knew Zane for a long time and he had never seen Zane like this ever. Zane roared as Marco thought,"This along with that armor from earlier isn't normal being a power that's unmatched.".
Zane was blasted by a huge stream of ice and magma being that Halphas and Reid stood there. "If you're not willing to fight that monster, stay back." said Halphas. "That monster has a name and it's Zane!" said Taylor. "We know that doll but right now, that thing isn't your pal. It's a creature of chaos and destruction even more than the Qlakrik. It's a Vulcorian." said Reid. Zane glared at the two as he was soon belted with several beams of light hitting several parts of his body.
Aurel stood there as he said,"I'll be fine. Halphas and Reid are right though. That thing is a monster and well, it's a deadly one. This one loves souls mainly the human kind being that they're so flesh and good according to rumors. I see that Zane here has a dark side that not a single one of us knew about. I'm shocked really.". Zane didn't respond to his words being that he just stared at the trio with him taking raspy breaths being that was it.
Halphas said,"Not going to talk then? Fine. You're dead.". He threw a massive stream of ice toward Zane being that he was caught in it. Both Aurel and Reid jumped toward him as they blasted Zane with magma and light Nether respectively. Their attack left somewhat sizable holes in Zane as the teens yelled,"Zane!". "Get them Henry. You know a teleportation spell? They don't need to see this carnage." said Frank. "You're right." said Henry.
In a single second, a magic circled appeared from both the ground and air as it slowly took most of the group which consisted of Aster, Bane, Buster, Celeste, Danny, Darren, Ether, Erin, Felicia, Henry, Jasmine, Jennifer, Kevin, Lauren, Lynette, Marcia, Nazar, Nova, Rachel, Ray, Sierra, Smog, Sonya, Tara, Taylor, Tomas, Travis, and Walter were gone in a second. The ones that were left being only 16 saw Zane's wounds were healing at a much faster rate being that the holes were gone.
The clothing was torn but Zane didn't seem to care. "What the hell? He just healed himself in a matter of minutes! What is he now?" said Trunk. The group of Aurel, Daryl, Frank, Griffin, Halphas, Keith, Kurt, Liv, Lucius, Marco, Marissa, Outburst, Reid, Sharia, Trunk, and Tyler soon heard a roar being that it came from Zane. It sent a chill through the bones despite all of them are hardened veterans in their own way.
She said,"Zane has been pushing himself to his limits. He may die if we don't turn him back to his normal self. I owe his mother and father a lot and as their friend of both theirs and Zane, I won't let him down!". "You're right Mistress Liv. We in Freedom World owe Zane a great debt to him." said Marissa. The ice broke as Liv said,"You're still the same fiesty man from back in Blacktomb despite looking like a rejected Qlakrik. I'll make sure you come back to your precious Liv!".
The ice crackled more as Liv said,"We bought you guys some time! Get out of here! Zane isn't going to stop until he kills everyone! Go!". Marissa was soon blasted by a black beam being that she was sent flying. Zane roared as Liv said,"You're an annoying one aren't you Zane? I'll finish you that we can enjoy the dinner between friends! Omniverse Laser Point Storm!". She soon fired several lasers at Zane, slicing him and the entire area being that she smiled.
Zane healed as he roared. "Fine! I knew that wouldn't work but time for a good old fashion boot to the face! Meteor Kick!" said Liv. Zane was soon kicked square in the face as Liv heard,"Move out of the way!". After her kick, she jumped into the air being that Zane was soon blasted by magma to the left, a explosion in the center, and ice to the right. Daryl joined them as he said,"I'm sorry Shawn and Zane. I promise to protect you from anything that may happen in this fight.".
Daryl fired another explosion from his weapon as he said,"Zane's the savior of the Omniverse and I won't let him die by this.". Zane was soon sliced in half by darkness as Marco stood there. "Fly now Zane." said Marco as Zane was seen flying due to the darkness tornado. "I agree with you Daryl so we need to make sure that Zane goes back to normal. We can deal with the angry mom and grandma later." said Marco as Zane soon went crashing into the ground making a noticeable crater.
Zane soon walked out of it as he heard,"Eat this!". He was soon hit by a huge burst of electricity as Outburst said,"Zane's tenacity and power is nothing to scoff at and this Omniverse may need it in dark times.". "Everyone here is willing to fight for a kid whom we just met. If the Alliance sends its troop to detain him, we'll help." said Keith. "Zane! I'm not sure if you can hear me in that thing but listen up, your friends are here to bring you back!" said Kurt as his fists were on fire.
Marco said,"I rather hurt the monster who made Zane into this but he's dead now. I guess I'll just turn Zane back to normal. Lets fight.". Zane roared as the ground suddenly erupted. A black drill like vehicle came from the ground as Aurel said,"Please for the love of the gods, I hope that they're here to help and not kill us.". "Not in your lifetime Phantom." said a voice. From the vehicle, Darin stood there with Lucas as Lucas sighed.
Darin said,"It isn't your fault. We didn't know this would happen when we sent him here.". "Yes but I just don't want any more of my soldiers dying." said Lucas. "So who are they?" said Griffin. "They're two of the strongest members of the Alliance Darin Alvarez and Lucas Hammond." said Warrior as he trapped Zane in a crystal prison. Zane turned to look at the newcomers being that he couldn't be read by anyone and his posture screamed violence.
Darin said,"Despite him looking like a monster, that's Zane. I still can't believe that we have to admit that Conner was right. It makes me sick to my stomach.". Zane slowly sneaked out of his makeshift prison being that he didn't make any sign of aggression. However, Darin soon rushed to smack his grandson into the ground being that Zane roared out,"Get out of my way! I have to kill the man who murdered my father!". Darin's eyes widened as Lucas joined the others.
Frank said,"Aurel and Trunk. Help me take Liv, Marissa, and the soldiers to safety. The others will be fine. I promise.". "Right!" said Trunk. The three went off to go help as Darin punched Zane and sent him flying. "Come back to your grandpa Zane!" yelled Darin. Zane rushed toward him and his horns soon glowed black. He fired them out of his body being that they were heading toward Darin being that the duo were spinning like drills.
Darin's eyes widened being that he slammed the ground hard. He made a large piece of rock appear in front of him and the drill soon implanted themselves into it with them almost hitting him. Zane's two horns soon regrew as Darin said,"He's not kidding around Lucas! Hurry!". Lucas nodded as he threw a massive stream of sand at him. "Anyone with pyrokinetic abilities, you know what to do right? We will talk later." said Lucas.
Reid nodded as he said,"Lavageddon!". Zane was soon pelted by several balls of lava being that the sand was soon turned into glass. Daryl blasted Zane back being that Griffin, Keith, and Outburst hit the glass using a big rack of meat, fist, and weapon respectively. He was soon sent flying toward Kurt and Lucius being that the two said,"Sorry about this little brother!". Lucius's muscles expanded and he grabbed the glass throwing into the air.
Kurt ,after creating fire wings, flew after him and he kicked Zane into the ground. The glass was breaking and it was soon replaced by Warrior. Zane was soon surrounded by a void of darkness as Marco made Zane sink into the ground. The group took a break as Lucas said,"Explain one of you right now.". "Kirk showed a hologram of Shawn being killed to Zane and the Phantom was soon killed by Zane himself. Zane has left the building." said Halphas, with Darin clenching his fist.
The group heard,"We can learn why he's doing this later.". They soon turned to see Daemon with Conner as the group soon heard cracking as Zane soon jumped out of the void. "Hellfire Emperor Hellion Paroxysm!" said Zane. Zane threw his arms right in front of him as fire covered them. He clasped his hands being that the fire turned into a dragon's head and he threw it toward the group. The dragon was flying toward them as Keith blocked it with his sword.
However, he was soon sent flying back with him covered in burns. Outburst soon blocked Zane's blade being that she was pushed back and into the ground hard The ground was destroy upon their impact being that Halphas attacked Zane from his right. However, Zane blocked his attack with his tail. "Hellfire Emperor Pulverizing Claw!" said Zane. His right hand ignited being that he swiped at Halphas being that he was burned. His chest was disfigured from Zane's attack.
Griffin said,"His senses are still active so we should attack him as a group!". He along with Kurt and Lucius rushed toward Zane as Conner said,"Don't move!". The three stopped as Zane looked at them with a curious look. "Do you know why the Vulcorians were considered to be a threat by two species that could wipe out all other species with just a single thought?" said Conner. They were silent as the man said,"Guess why.".
Daemon soon sighed as he said,"They were attacked after one of them attacked both an Eazairvian and Qlakirk. This started a war wiping out their species beside for Zane and one other.". "So how did he become one?" said Kurt. Before Conner could answer, Zane roared and rushed toward them. "I'm so sorry about this Zane. Seven Adamantine Pressure." said Conner. Seven small orbs ,being the seven colors of the rainbow, flew around him.
They slowly went around Zane being that they turned into a ring around him. Zane tried to hit them but they slowly turned into a massive steel obelisk. The seven obelisk kept Zane trapped as his body was soon wrapped in chains being that he couldn't move a single inch. "Okay. We're done. To explain your question Kurt. This story starts sixteen years ago and as we speak, Zane is currently fighting someone right now." said Conner.
Frank ,from the sub, saw that the chains holding down his friend break as he yelled,"You guys! He's breaking out!". "That's impossible Steel Garden. That spell is able to hold down Darin here when he is in a bad mood." said Conner. The chains and obelisk were broken as Zane roared. "Well, it's time to fight boys and girl. Lets go." said Conner. The group there rushed toward Zane as the teen roared and ran toward them.
During Zane's rampage, Zane was currently in Elysian. He was watching all of this happen as Zane said in fear,"How and why am I doing this?! What I should do.". "How about you let me have full reign of you?" said a voice. Zane looked around as he said,"Sivarth? Is that you?". "That overgrown lizard isn't here right now but I can take a message." said a voice. Zane soon saw something in front of him as Zane was confused. He looked to be an older version of Zane but maybe in his twenties. He had white hair which is an invent color of his own.
It looked to be both messy, straight, and soft to the touch. He however didn't have any streaks in his hair. His hair went down to his waist being that his bangs fell between his eyes. His skin is chalk white being that it was noticeable. He has two short ,which have the ability to grow longer, silver horns that were protruding from the sides of his head. He has high cheekbones and pronounced fangs. His pupils are white and silt shaped like snakes, irises are dark gold, and sclera are black.
He has red lines that comes from the lower part of his eyes and black lines below them. Zane saw that his body had a gold outline being that it was fading in and out. He has a marking on his right arm being that it was a large black serpentine dragon ,very much like a Chinese Dragon, that goes completely around his entire arm stopping at the hand. He's wearing a ragged black jacket with the collar upturned being that inner lining of the jacket is black and both sleeves are missing.
The outline of the jacket is gold. The jacket was open being that it was showing off his muscular chest. He has a large "X" scar across his torso. He's wearing gray cloth like material ,being that it looked like bandages, around his wrist and stomach. He's wearing dark gold pants with black combat boots. He had a katana sheathed on his right side. Overall, Kane looked like a demon being that the horns were a dead give away.
Zane looked at him as he said,"Who the hell are you and what did you do with that gecko who lives in here?". "I'm hurt that you don't remember me. We're partners after all and take a look at this. It's you." said the older him. Zane saw his friends fighting against him with his eyes widening. "No. That can't be me." said Zane. "You're destroying the people that you sworn to protect. You're really savage Zane. Let me show you power to make you pay for keeping me in here!" said the older him.
He unsheathed his blade being that it's hilt is white like his skin, the guard is sharp like a rectangle and it's silver, and the silver blade is sharp. Zane couldn't counter him being that he was soon sliced in the stomach with the older him returned the blade back to its metallic gold sheath. Zane was bleeding in Elysian as the older him said,"Yes. Feel the pain.". Outside, Conner saw that Zane's stomach was bleeding with him thinking,"What the hell?". Back inside, Zane said,"Stop me please!".
The older him slammed Zane into his own blood as he said,"Don't you get it yet? You became this monster on your choice seeing your old man die. We both know that Shawn is too strong to die by that walking microwave. Those two are friends like you and Danny are. Don't let your fear control you! Death happens.". Something pushed the older looking Zane as the teen heard,"Stop it Kane. He gets the point okay.". "Finally. You show up Shawn." said Kane. "Dad?" said Zane.
He saw a man in his early forties .with a muscular yet thin build, standing there. He has spiky black hair with a silver streak along his temples and the front of his hair. His eyes are blue. He has a faint five o'clock shadow with him being 7 inches taller than his son making him 6 foot 3. He's wearing a long sleeved ankle length black coat with gold lining and the inside of the jacket is red. It's closed off at his chest with the ends of his jackets flared out.
He's wearing mesh armor under the jacket, black jeans, and black combat boots. On his knee and wrists, he has knee and wrist guards with a strange sphere in the center of them. He has a normal shield ,being a round one, with five gems inside of the shield. "Zane. I'm not truly here being that I placed a bit of Animus inside Elysian upon your first activation of your Vulcorian Powers. I'm a tad late but I'm happy to see my son grown up." said Shawn.
Kane said,"This is cute but should I get Sivarth so he can rip you to shreds? I mean you may not be the real one but I really don't give a fuck. You hurt my friend Natasha by leaving her and your family, your friends, and this kid here.". Zane was shocked by what was going on. "No Kane. That doesn't sound very fun. Just sit there. I remember giving you your middle name and your mother gave you your first name. You remember that right?" said Shawn.
Zane nodded as he was wiping away his tears,"Mom's told me that story so many times but hearing it from you dad is something else.". "Lets go somewhere else. We need to have a father to son chat so no Kane." said Shawn snapping his fingers. Kane stood there as he said to himself,"So what should I do now? I mean I could go watch Zane's body misuse those new powers of his or go talk with Sivarth. I'll do the latter.".
The two were in an empty white void as Shawn said,"So Natasha kept most of your past a secret from you upon moving to Cypress? You and Danny were former agents of the Alliance when you were just children mainly to protect you both.". "Dad." said Zane. "Yes my son?" said Shawn. He was soon hit hard in the stomach as Shawn coughed up blood. "Why the hell did you leave us?! Do you know how much pain I went through?! I'm happy to see you here but I'm pissed off! God dam it!" yelled Zane.
Zane said through his tears of anger,"I have friends and allies who really like me, I had a girlfriend, and I'm a father now! Why the hell do I have this much power in me?! It has brought me nothing but problems in the past sixteen years!". He punched himself as Shawn said,"Stop it son!". He hugged Zane as he said,"How old are you now?". "Sixteen." said Zane. "You really take after the both of us especially in the hair and stubborness department." said Shawn. "Ha." said Zane in a dead tone.
Shawn said,"Zane. I'm sorry that my blood gave you Animus, your mother being related to the king of Arturo, and so much other stuff. If you want, I can answer any questions you may have.". "I'm fine dad. Just tell me two things. Where are you in the Infinite Void and how can I stop hurting the people I care about." said Zane. "Well, I'm in the Infinite Void but soon, I'll be out I promise. I really wished that I could have been here for you in person but I've seen you in action." said Shawn.
Zane said,"Okay. I'll hold to you that but if you're lying, I'll hurt you more.". Shawn tussled his hair as he said,"I promise Zane. I need to tell you this. You're an Alvarez and a strong one. You'll push through any limits to protect those you care about just like me and my old man.". "Do you honestly think that?" said Zane. "With all my heart Zane. Your mother thinks the same. We're proud of you so don't forget that." said Shawn.
Shawn looked at his body seeing that it was fading out of existence, as he said,"It's time for me to go now. Let me do something to help with the 10 plus years of abandonment.". He healed Zane's wound as he said,"You're a good man Zane Vincent Alvarez. I hope I can see my grandson in person some day and that's something I want.". The man was gone as Zane wiped away his tears. "I guess I should get going but how do I do that? I really hope that it isn't a pain in the ass." said Zane.
Back outside, the group was batter, bruised, and unconscious while Zane's body showed no sign of injury. It was impressive being that he was able to do defeat them but the area around them was very much destroyed. The only ones who remained were Conner, Daemon, Darin, and Lucas but they were still injured. They moved the fight away toward Cypress High. "Okay. Stay safe and careful." said Lucas. He fired a massive stream of water at Zane who punched it away from him.
Darin soon jumped into the air above Zane as he landed a punch on his grandson. "Wake up you dam fool! Crying will get you nowhere Zane!" yelled Darin. A black light was in front of Zane's mouth as he said,"Karmic Limb..". The light was gone as Zane looked right at Darin. "Is he back?" said Daemon. He soon started randomly punching and kicking around him as Conner said,"Zane is fighting back against his anger. Stay back.". Zane roared out in pain as he brought his right hand up.
Zane said in his normal voice,"I want my body back! Give it back Zenith Sphere!". The four saw that an turquoise colored sphere ,with streaks of crimson red, steel gray, and purple, appearing in there. It looked to be a solid. He soon thrust the sphere into his face being that it looked painful. The mask soon began to crack around the impact of the sphere being that a massive amount of energy flooded the area being that it slowly formed a massive storm with Zane in the epicenter of it.
Zane ,in his human guise, stood there being that the shell around his body along with the hair and tail were gone. He stood there as Daemon said,"Zane. Are you in there?". Zane looked at him as he said with a smile,"I told you that I could take care of him.". "You dam fool!" yelled Darin. Zane dodged his attack as he said,"You seriously can't blame me. I mean I let my emotions get the better of me so many times now. It isn't even funny anymore.". "So what happened?" said Lucas.
Zane said,"To be honest, it's complicated. I'm just happy that this is all over. I could really use a nap but I need to do something.". He disappeared as Conner said,"It's a shock to see that he can still move and at that speed. His power is nothing to scoff at that's for sure.". Zane returned being that he held several bouquets of flowers and he said,"Winning and losing doesn't matter to anyone. I may have defeated Daemon but so many people died. How many people did you kill Malik?".
Darin was about to say something as Zane said,"I'll never forgive you and your cronies for what you have done to my home and family. I won't live in the past because you can't change it even if you have the ability to reverse time.". "Killing the thing that hurts you never truly makes you feel the same. I know that too well. So tell me Zane, what are you going to do?" said Daemon. "Malik. I'm sorry for killing Kirk." said Zane.
Lucas said,"He was going to die eventually Zane.". "I know but killing never feels good. Even if a Phantom dies, they return to Terrarune except if the Essence was destroyed. To be honest, I want to end your life to make justice for Vicky and all of the people that Malik killed back then. People will never truly understand each other but I can only hope. People will kill each other." said Zane. "You are a strange kid." said Daemon as he looked at his Prime Self seeing a very mature child.
Zane said,"You were right in what you did even though it makes me sick to my stomach. I understand but I'll never forgive you. However, I'll kill someone if they hurt my sunshine.". "Sunshine? I heard the former assassin Victor say that." said Lucas. The rain was gone as Zane said,"Sunshine can get rid of a storm and to me the storm is my anger, the sunshine is the bonds that I made with my family and friends. It'll keep me going when they're long dead and I'll never forget them no matter what.".
Darin smiled as he said,"Well said my boy! Give you grandpa a hug!". "Not in the mood gramps. I'll find peace in this Omniverse and I won't give up. I promise you and all of the people who died. I'm going to honor the deceased." said Zane placing the flowers down. He soon ,firmly, pressed both of his palms together with his fingertips ,evenly. aimed toward the sky.. "In the honor of the deceased, I hope you can rest in peace. I promise to honor your names for the rest of my life." said Zane.
Zane said,"This is for the people of Daemon's Dimension and the people who died in Blacktomb during my raid good or bad.". "Despite being under the control of that worm for a week, I had some control like you did with that monster. I kept my army from killing humans being that none of them died. I'm sure that they will never forgive me just because of my blood. Lock me and throw up the key. I wish to spend my entire life in prison and this is the end to my story." said Daemon.
Conner said,"Can we stop with this sappy stuff? It's like I'm watching a romantic comedy.". "You're a pain you know that?" said Daemon. "Who is that guy by the way?" said Zane. "I was around when you were born so you can call me your first godfather Zane." said Conner. "I don't get it." said Zane as he looked around to see his destroyed town "The town and your friends will be fine. I do promise that the Alliance will heal them Zane. You know what you can no need to do Zane." said Lucas.
Zane looked at his silver bracelet as he said,"I know but I need to wait. These past two weeks have taught me to truly treasure life and death. Pain only creates more pain. I'm not sure if I'm going to be the same when I get older but I promise to be a man that my father, my family, and my friends can truly respect no matter what.". Darin slapped his grandson on the back very hard as he said,"You're become a great man my boy!".Lucas and Zane looked at him as they said,"Stop doing that!".
As Darin got yelled at by both Lucas and Zane, Daemon laughed as Conner said,"So are you going to leave? I mean your three aces left.". He pointed to the sub as Daemon said,"No. I'm going to pay for my crimes like I said that I would.". He sat down as Zane said,"Can I?". "Yes. Follow us." said Lucas as Zane fell to the ground. The four walked away as Darin carried him on his back as he said with a smile,"Just like old times huh Zane.". "Yeah. Just be quiet old man." said Zane.
The four soon reached their location as Conner said,"Listen Zane.". "Welcome back kid!" said a man's voice. "I knew that he wasn't dead!" said a girl's voice. Zane soon looked up to see a huge crowd ,of former prisoners, the townspeople, and soldiers, there as Darin said,"They've been waiting for their savior. Go greet them Zane.". Zane got off his back as Lucas said,"Well done.". Atem crashed into Zane and he fell to the ground as Atem said while crying,"Daddy! You're alive!".
Zane looked at Conner who said,"Your secret is blown wide open. You saved them all and I'm sure that they're happy you're alive.". "So what happened to you? I mean you were here but that was actually Daemon and then you came back!" said Atem. Zane hugged him and he said,"I miss you. As a dad, I will always be there for you Atem Josh Alvarez.". Atem cried into Zane's shirt as Zane said,"Same old Atem. Don't change for anyone okay.". Karen cried as she said,"Zane. You're okay.".
Natasha walked up to Zane as he slowly got up placing Atem to the side of him. "Mom. I'm so sorry that I'm really late for dinner like two weeks late." said Zane. She punched him on the head harder than normal as Natasha said,"You and your father always make me so worried!". She hugged him as she said,"Don't dare you do anything that reckless again! You're injured and went overboard! I don't want to lose you too!".
Zane returned the hug as he said,"You know that I can't promise that at all. I'm always with you in your heart just like my dad. We're always going to be together and I promise to visit you every day that I can. I also have to tell you something about Dad. He's coming back to us and if he doesn't want to come back, I'm going to bring him back no matter what.". "You will but don't leave me for at least for a while." said Natasha with a smile "Sure thing mom." said Zane.
Danny smiled as he said,"That's my best friend! Facing the odds to win no matter what!". Brad was being held by Austin ,due to his injuries from earlier, as Brad said,"Still can't believe he saved our ass more times than I count and we tried to make his life hell.". Roxy stood nearby them as she said,"I'm really in love with that idiot aren't I?". Austin and Brad soon looked at her as Austin said,"Lets go say thanks personally.". "Right." said Brad and Roxy.
Zane soon saw his friends heading toward him as Natasha soon let him go. "Ready guys? Just like we planned." said Ray as the group got closer to him. "Please tell me that it doesn't any more hitting. I so don't think I can handle being punched anymore. I really can't." said Zane. He was soon tossed into the air as Danny said,"Everyone! Ready?!". "Yeah! Thank you Zane!" yelled the crowd. Zane smiled as he said,"No problem! You can rely on me!". The crowd tossed him as the Worst Future ended.
