A/N: Yep. After I finished that last chapter, I took a bit of a break from Fairy Legion. There are many factors behind this. This Author Notes is going to be taking about the factors for the break and some other stuff. I really enjoyed writing a good body swap being that it may happen in Zero but don't quote me on that. I would have written the planned gender swap but well, I don't think you would like everything to involve sexism.
I'm not a fan of sexism being that I believe that if two fighters had the exact same training, the outcome of the fight doesn't matter on the gender. I truly don't think men should beat ,physically or mentally, women or vise versa for any reason. That's just my thoughts on that matter. The next reason for the delay was because I wanted to work on Zero. You think that I would do an episode of Zero and then Fairy Legion but I don't.
I tend to written in session rather than doing it a chapter at a time. I also had to rewrite elements that I was going to use Fairy Legion being that I honestly had no clear idea what to do with it. These elements were a member of Basalt's species appearing and magic plates that give Zane even more strength. Fairy Legion is supposed to be Zane on vacation and enjoying life rather than dealing the Odium Society and the Omniverse's wacky antics.
Those are the factors behind Fairy Legion's delay and expect another one either after the Phantom Lord Arc or Loke Arc. I may do Tower of Heaven but not a hundred percent sure. It depends on how focused I am. I don't want to ignore Zero because man, I've introduced a lot of things and hopefully I succeed with them like the updated forms. As of this episode if a Form being given an upgrade, it will be that version but the old one will stay if its appeared in Fairy Legion.
Lets begins with the Anime and Manga stuff being that this Author Note will be about Fairy Tail Sequel Chapter 14 and One Piece Chapter 927 to talk about. Yeah. I'm really far behind because I wrote most of this stuff last year. The next time I plan to talk about My Hero Academia and Edens Zero will be much later. I also will talk about what will happen with Fairy Legion after I talk about these two chapters. Lets begin with One Piece and its cover page.
I mean Garp is fighting against a bear for food and that's just manly. So this chapter mainly has the trio of Franky, Robin, and Usopp reunite with Sanji. So everyone other than Zoro had reunite with Sanji being that I'm pretty sure once those two characters reunite, it will be amazing. We also see that the crew is worried about Luffy kinda. I mean their captain is the guy who broke into the world government's three main location within the first year of being a pirate plus many other things.
I don't think they should worry too much but well, we get to see Sanji living out his dream of having women coming to his stand but not the men. Huh, I wonder why that could be. Some men do come in line being that they're not here for Sanji's food but to shake the stand down. These three are part of a gang involving the pompadour samurai which is unique in Wano since you know, it's very much Japan before the modern day.
I'm also hoping that his hair can be used as a weapon. The three mooks piss off Sanji by making some food spill on the floor and also from a girl who is laughing while crying. Very strange. Alongside Sanji, we get to see Franky doing something manly being that it's a suplex from a rooftop and well, he's probably dead. I mean serving a suplex is already impossible but when the manly Franky doing it to you, you're dead. One of the grunts is forced to eat the Soba that touched the ground.
We also met a character by the name of Toko and her laughter is contagious. I'm not sure if she has a devil fruit but lets just say that it's very familiar. I mean it reminds me of Belo Betty's Cheer Cheer Fruit where it could manipulate others instead of themselves. Also Oda did a pun with Toko being that if you add o to the front of her name, it's O-Toko which in Japanese means male/boy. I mean I get it but well, some jokes are lost to me.
We also learn about the courtesan being that it's a woman of pleasure aka prostitutes which isn't a geisha who just dance for guys and women. In Wano, they're considered a top idol. We also learn about Komurasaki being that she's very much Wano's Boa Hancock and according to Robin's teacher, she's more dignified than a goddess. I mean I'm curious but we won't learn about her appearance for a while.
We also learn that a kamuro aka Toko is a young girl who serve a courtesan and Robin is able to go see Orochi. We also see a little about the courtesan being that her beauty is so dazzling that you can't even look at her. She's also the highest rank for courtesan. We also learn that unlike Hancock, many people will fall unconscious after losing too much blood or being blinded. Hancock would pretty much turn people into stone which is slightly better than Komurasaki who knows them out cold.
The chapter ends with the pompadour samurai going to Orochi's house and also that he knows Queen so we get to learn more about him. We also see the silhouette of Orochi being that he has a Dragon devil fruit maybe. I mean I'm not too sure about this myself because of the Smile Devil Fruits being a thing for Wano and his crew so I'm not letting my hopes get to high. So my hopes for this next chapter is that we get to see Orochi and the Komursaki.
We'll maybe learn about what happened to Kid's old crew and perhaps the return of Jimbei being that we still don't know what happened to him and the rest of the people who fought Big Mom and her crew. I mean the characters of One Piece but we don't. Now, lets go onto Fairy Tail. I know that I talked about the cover cards in the recap I did for the series but I like this one a lot since well, I'm a sucker for Christmas stuff. I mean I know that Zane doesn't but I do.
I enjoy listening to Christmas music and seeing images of characters enjoying the holiday. I also like how it's done around the time rather than a month earlier aka what I did. I don't regret doing that but man, I couldn't just wait until December. This chapter begins between Erza and Kyria being that it's round two for the sword maidens and we learn a bit more about how Fairy Tail never run or hide plus they make their enemies pay for the shame the member have endured.
I mean it makes sense but what if the odds are stacked again? Oh wait. I know the answer. They have the power of friendship and that wins every fight. We also get confirmed about Erza's eye being that like I said before, I honestly forgot about that. I mean I'm a fanboy but you can't ask me to remember every little detail. So Kyria brings up that Erza should have taken care of her in her sleep, Erza says that it wouldn't be good enough punishment.
Like I said before in Fairy Legion, she just wants someone to punish her because it's her kink. I mean I could be wrong about that but hey, it's my interruption and if you don't like it, suck it up and deal with it. I found a picture showing that and it could be a meme. I may not like memes because they're fine and first before they get annoying. Picture of Erza liking to be punished. I still like Ashy because well, he just makes me smile despite him the edgiest of lords.
I also will be calling the magic sealing stones sealstone because well, I'm a fan of One Piece and I like saying seastone. So we learn that Ashy ,I know that isn't his real name but I really like calling him that a lot, isn't so good against Wendy's air/wind magic being that well, Natsu and Wendy are teaming up to fight Ashy and Armor who isn't in his pajamas. We also get a funny face of Armor on Page 11 so look for it.
We also got back to Magnolia and Touka is thanking Laxus for what he did two chapters ago and despite him thanking him. neither Bickslow, Cana, and Evergreen believe him. I also like how not even Freed will defend Laxus being that Freed is well Laxus's number one supporter. Touka also smirk in a creepy way which gets Gajeel curious. I also like how Levy calls him out for it being that Levy is always going to be my favorite character along with Laxus.
Touka also insults Juvia because well, Juvia once had her emotions connected to the rain being that she hasn't done that ,I think, since she joined Fairy Tail. I mean I may be a Laxus and Levy fanboy but man, Laxus gets some awesome moments in the sequel series. I mean he says that he'll protect Touka since she's a member of the guild but doesn't treat her special. I mean it's just amazing to see as a fan of Laxus.
I mean I love the line,"Everyone's got a few secrets, I understand and I won't force you to say anything you don't want to but if you're hiding something that's a danger to this guild. You can't be part of our family any more.". While everyone is confused about this statement except for Gajeel, Touka actually goes to Jellal about this. We then got back to the Erza vs Kyria fight which is just another Erza fight so I was like meh since I don't like Erza too much as you can tell by now.
Kyria's hypnosis spell doesn't work on Erza anymore since like with the Charm Spell, it doesn't work on those who knows its coming. I mean I would have been upset by this but I recently had done edits for all Fairy Legion parts so I wasn't too mad. I was mad about the Jerza ship tease being that is one of my biggest problems with Fairy Tail as a whole. I mean Fairy Tail has this problem of teasing us with ships being that the big three Gruvia, Jerza, and Nalu all suffer from this.
It's like holding a carrot or items in front of someone while they're running on a track. I enjoy a good romance because to me, it feels well earned. I think We Can't Study is one of my favorites because it makes me care for the characters as characters rather than shipping material which I have done for Harems many times. When I say that my favorite pairing is Gajeel and Levy, it isn't because I think it's a good pairing. It just the best one in the series to me.
I mean their relationship started out with the guy basically beating the crap out of her and her friends and well, I'm not expert on relationship but that sounds like a bad thing. I mean Gajeel gets better but the fact that he did what he did to Levy is still in my mind. The chapter review is over being that I want to talk about shipping. I think shipping can be fine being that it shows life in a fandom but there is a point where it takes the entire story.
Fairy Tail is like that because well, I can only see shipping moments and not execution to this. That's one of my big problems. I rather have a yes or no rather than a maybe which takes up the entire story. I have mentioned that I love My Hero Academia but one of my problems with it is the shipping. I mean its rather minor but like my complaints with Attack on Titan having naked giants walking around and Hunter X Hunter with its delay, they can keep appearing in my mind.
I let little things bother me sometimes and the shipping in My Hero can be annoying but I'm more interesting in the world rather than who Deku gets with. I will say that My Hero does have the best main character ship I've seen in Anime since they follow what I like in a fictional relationship. I like in my fictional relationship that the characters are more than just the other's one true love, has good chemistry with each other, and can shine without the other.
The first and third one sound the same but it applies for a lot of things. I know that I may just sound weird but sometimes, I just need to speak my mind and this is the best way to do since I'm not a fan of social media. I mean I do use it to look up when videos get uploaded but that's really it. I also wanted to say one more thing. I may love Laxus and Levy in the sequel series but if you like how Jellal being in done in this series, good for you.
You should be proud of what you like and don't let other people dictate your opinion. So Fairy Legion has been fun and all but I need to get back to Zero so Fairy Legion will not be my main focus. It'll be like Zero and Fairy Legion. The plan is to go back and forth. I'm about to start the Phantom Lord Arc with Chapter 30 so I feel like this will be a good starting point. This is also going to be really long one because why not and it's also being like three months since the last one.
I will also be doing a different take on the episode in the title because well, I like changing things and well these characters are not normal their normal selves. I mean in a fanfiction, the author has the right to change the character but they can change them too much. We all have our limits being that I can't stand stories that are pretentious because they make it so hard to read. Anyway, characters will be change because of my thoughts so lets begin inside of the guild hall.
Narrator P.O.V.
It had been a couple of days ,nine days exactly, since the whole Soul Swap fiasco being that it was a day that the members of Fairy Tail wouldn't be forgetting for a long time even thought they have short term memory loss. It was utter panic being that everyone had gone nuts at the changes in their bodies and poor Levy had a lot of pressure put upon her to fix her. This was due to her being the only one who can understand Zane's native language decently.
While she hit the books again to try and fix everyone at once, they had gone through some embarrassing moments and it made great blackmail material since Zane ,even though he had left earlier using Swift Form, had ways of getting it. Makarov ,who was in Mira's body, got to cope a feel of her breasts and butt being that Mira ,who was in Makarov's body, had whispered a very threatening punishment that she would inflict on him if she saw him do it again.
It reminded the elderly master of the demon of Fairy Tail who had retired after an incident two years ago. After this, Makarov kept his hands to himself. I mean if you have the chance of body swapping into an attractive woman, a real man would do it. Sanji would do it and who wouldn't be a pervert like Sanji? This makes me no sense but meh. You may think that I would be writing it like I did in the previous chapter but meh.
Elfman ,who was in Cana's body, had suffered a mental breakdown while in her body being that it was well known that Elfman often proclaimed that he was a man but for a while, he wasn't one and Elfman is a very proud individual. Cana ,who was in Elfman's body, remained out cold for the whole time being that Elfman couldn't hold his liquor. I mean he could handle a good amount of liquor but Cana had a very strong love of the devil's nectar after all.
Droy ,who is Jet's body, and Jet ,who is in Droy's body, just kept arguing with each other and fighting with each other in a good old fashioned fist fight. I'm still saying that this was the hardest bodyswap for me because while writing it, I could easily do every other swap but this one. It could be to me, the two are very similar even in the future of the series, you'll be seeing what I'm going to be doing with the team in due time.
Thankfully for everyone, Levy came through and switched everyone back to normal being that they weren't going to forgot their experience. Once things had returned to normal, Sly told everyone that Zane wasn't going to be showing up to the guild hall for about a week because of prior arrangements aka him finally going to the Garden and also his mating season was about to begin. Zane did have some control over it but he was a cautious person.
He liked women but in a dimension of goddess like women, he didn't want to be drained by them and the guys would be more of a pain to take care of. The others didn't know why Zane wasn't showing up being that Sly kept it a secret. Kaida knew it but she didn't exactly understand why because she's only four years old. Erza tried her best to get Sly to tell her why Zane wasn't showing up being that despite Zane being a major pain, he's still a member of her family.
Zane however didn't see it like that being that he honestly found her to be rather noisy. This was mainly because Zane could see past the seemingly confident persona of Erza. She was still a pretty insecure girl being that it was hidden under her layers of armor. Erza knew about Zane having gone through countless nightmares scenarios in almost one thousand years being that she wanted to help him despite him not needing or wanting her from her.
To Erza, it looked like he was going down the path of darkness. However, she didn't exactly have the confidence to do it being that she was still haunted by her past. She wasn't aware of him knowing her full past and how she's unable to move past it. Zane was well aware of how if you don't move on from it, it will come back and destroy whatever you have in the offer was going to come back. Don't forget the past or it'll come back to haunt you.
This flashback won't be pleasant so skip if you aren't too keen on drama and fighting between two people, don't read it. Think of this as the result of the tension between Erza and Zane. It's like the one between Rachel and Zane except this won't result in the two kissing it. These two aren't and will not get together. These two don't like each other for reasons that were stated before so this is just one of their fights being that fights don't always have to be physical to inflict pain.
Flashback P.O.V.
Things were tense in the guild hall being that the eyes of the regulars were nervously glancing at the bar where the scarlet haired woman sat. She had a visible scow on her face being that her anger had been bubbling inside of her. This made anyone nearby her cower toward the entrance being that they may need to make a quick escape to escape Titania's wrath. She had been like this for the last two days, coming in everyday and sitting at the bar, glaring at the door.
She stopped taking jobs and didn't leave the guild until it closed. It was obvious that she was waiting for a certain guild member being that no one envy poor Zane at this moment. Her foul mood only worsened the longer she had to wait. It got to a point where the others were pretty sure that she would gain an ability to rapidly age someone with just her frightening glare alone aka a penance stare. Gray was ,mentally, cursing out Natsu ,who could calm her down, who wasn't here.
He along with Happy, Lucy, Sly, and Stacey being asked by the master to handle a job that would have them back in Magnolia later today and not right now. He was sure that blood would be shed being that he hoped that Zane didn't destroy her too badly because he rather not deal with an angry dragonslayer. Mira was also anxious not just because of Erza' rising temper but also the thought of seeing Zane ,her not so secret crush at least to Cana, again.
She hadn't seen him since she was in the body of the master who had been punished for groping her by not getting any beers from her personally which doesn't sound like a bad punishment but to an not so secret pervert, it was. She had fallen for Zane being that at first, she thought that he was just a good person to talk to. A normal friend at first but thanks to getting to know him through their long and kinda romantic talks, she fell for the man despite his unique personality and mouth.
Erza was quietly stewing in her seat being that she had waiting for days for the Cross-Species super hero to return back from his arrangements. He had been gone for over a week being that for someone of Zane's strength, he should have return within a day. Like with many things involving Zane, he didn't give her or anyone other than Kaida and Sly about him leaving being that he often showed them no forms of courtesy whenever he did anything.
Erza wasn't a very happy camper right now. Her worries were often increased whenever she had looked into Zane's eyes but not in the romantic fashion since she liked Natsu. Despite acting like a jovial person, his eyes screamed anger and hatred toward everyone. She wouldn't say it being that she was scared of him. She wouldn't be scared of Zane but after hearing about everything that he's been through and done, she was.
She didn't tell Natsu this but she was still haunted by the nightmares of the days when her entire world fell apart in front of her. When her friend and someone that she admired greatly, Jellal fell into the darkness and let the madness consume him. He gave off a vile and evil feeling being that it made her skin crawl just thinking about it. She failed to see him that day being that in the process, she lost all of the people that she came to care about in that tower.
She was forced to live with the torment that her inaction caused being that she regretted making that mistake and vowed herself never to repeat it. This is the reason why she was scared about seeing Zane once again. She had a flashback of Jellal when Zane released his anger upon her, Natsu, Happy, and the council when he was arrested aka Fairy Legion Chapter 9. Because of how he scared her back then, she didn't get the proper chance to confront him.
He also left for Galuna Island so she couldn't nip the issue in the bud. She refused to let anyone ,who she considered to be family, to give into his dark side. According to Sly, Zane was someone who was a symbol for hope and courage just like Natsu was for her. She refused to lose another person that she cared about to the darkness. Yes, this does sound like something straight out of Kingdom Hearts but with way less Disney characters and teenage angst.
She would do everything in her power to drag him out of it being that she'll even beat her half to death and drag him out of it. She may make Kaida mad being that she didn't like when anyone didn't like her papa but she didn't want that little girl lose her parent. She was a woman on a mission and she refused to fail, never again. The door of the guild slowly creaked open as the guild heard,"So how was your sleepover with Levy and the other girls at Fairy Hills Peanut.".
Zane drifted his way through the doors with his little girls sitting on his shoulders. "It was so much fun! They're so nice! I got to draw so much stuff! Want to see it?" said Kaida. "Sure and once we're done, we need to go thank Levy for letting you stay with her and the others for the past week." said Zane, with Kaida nodding. Zane ,on purpose, didn't take noticed of the situation or greet any one of the members since he was focused on his little girl.
Zane walked over to the request board being that Kaida said,"So are we going to ask her to hang out with with us?". "Yep and hopefully, she'll say yes. This will be your first job so we need to make it perfectly safe for you." said Zane, with Kaida nodding. She asked him to let her down with Zane doing that using two tendrils. Mira looked on in pure joy being that she hear from Sly that Zane was really good with kids being that it showed with Kaida.
She admired this caring side of him being that it was rare being that he had quite the mouth on him but according to Sly, he cared but just in his own special way. Erza didn't feel the same being that upon seeing him, she was ready to go. She gazed him like a piece of meat as he walked across the guild hall, talking with his daughter like he did nothing wrong. She waited to see if he was going to approach anyone but it was made clear that he wasn't going to do that.
She marched over to him being that she was going to give him a piece of mind. As her boot covered feet drew closer to him, Zane made no intention of acknowledging her being that this only made her anger worsen. As she soon got within a few feet of him, her right arm soon held her standard double sided blade and aimed it at Zane, holding it just under his chin. The tension in the guild skyrocketed at the move being that they were a lot of murmurs going on.
Even with a sword at his throat held by the fearsome Titania, Zane showed no reaction to this. "So Kaida, mind leaving me and the Prude Knight some private time? Ask Mira for some juice." said Zane. "Sure!" said Kaida, running off. Zane turned back to see the angry twitch of Erza's eyebrow told everyone that this wasn't going to end good for Zane. "Enough of this!" yelled Erza with her arm trembling in anger.
Erza yelled,"I've had it with your dam childish behavior Zane! You have gone through a lot of tough times but that doesn't give you the reason to shut out everyone else! Your nakama are here to help you but if you're going to constantly walk in and act like they don't really matter, I'll take drastic actions to remind you of what Fairy Tail is all about.". She finished her speech in a threatening tone of voice that send shivers down the spines of the others, knowing the danger of triggering Titania.
Zane shrugged his shoulders as he said,"Okay then. So did you finally get some private time with your Natsu? I mean that's the only reason that you would have some pretty big cojones in trying to intimidate little old me.". Erza was planning on berating him but Zane sighed. "You're calling me a child. It's cute to see someone who can't get over what happened to her several years old calling me childish. How ironic." said Zane with a dead tone.
This made a few people cringe uncomfortably being that Zane gave her an intense growl, causing her to take a step back. "And you holding a sword toward the threat of her "nakama" threatening them to talk instead of asking politely. I get that you have trouble talking to people but here's some friendly advice. Don't force people to talk using force because you're acting more like an enemy rather than a friend. You would probably let me die pal." said Zane in a dry tone, causing Erza to wince.
Erza was left in a shocked state being that most people usually yield to her being that her forceful nature caused people to cease all forms of resistance. Most people in the guild knew better than to argue with her being that Zane was the only person to do this. Erza was always confused on what she was going to do, resulting in Zane teasing her. Unlike the previous times, Zane hate so much hate in his voice when he said nakama and friends.
Her worries seem to have been well founded in terms of him changing and not for the better. "How could you say something like that?! We are all nakama here being that we always have each other's back! That's the way of Fairy Tail! How dare you imply that we would let you die! I can tolerate your rude way of speaking but I'll not allow you to besmirch the honor of Fairy Tail!" thundered Erza in an anger tone as her magic increased.
Zane ,who was ignoring the sword who still at his throat, smiled. Unlike his normal smile, his smile was evil and horrible at least to her. His eyes glared hatefully at Zane being that she could almost feel the prickly sensations stabbing her skin. It was uncomfortable and unpleasant being that she would never have imagined that she would imagined that she was forced to endure someone like Zane. "So are you going to do something?" said Zane.
She looked uncertain being that he sighed. "Look. I know that you're into punishing others but I'm not. I may be evil or totally a bastard for not telling you where I went. Sometimes, I just need to be alone. I feel good being that I went back home. I got rid of some stress that had been bothering me for a while now. I don't like that you always follow some stupid notion that you can up with in that thick and stubborn head of yours." said Zane.
Zane smiled as he said,"After all, the great and mighty Erza Scarlet can only solve her problems through physical force and beating them into submission. For all of your talk of protecting, the only thing that you seem to be doing is causing pain.". Erza wasn't showing it but thanks to Zane, she was currently having flashbacks to her past on how she was forced to abandoned her friends aka family plus the sense of hopelessness she felt reached her once again.
Zane sighed as he said,"Come to think about it. We're not so different. I mean we're both good at causing destruction but unlike you, I can restore any damage I make and I can talk with people without restoring to physical violence.". Erza was currently trembling with unbridled rage being that she directed at Zane being that she couldn't believe that he would force her to bring up such horrible memories. His comments only fueled her fury.
The other guild members of the guild were scrambling to get out of the way, fearful of the bloodbath that they were sure about to come. "Oh. I can sense that you're mad at little old me because that glare of yours is making me feel so hurt. How about you throw a good hit on me. I won't defend myself but it'll do nothing to me. I mean you're barely worth my time and I could easily destroy you. Would you like if I let you stab me in the back? I mean you're a backstabbing type of girl right?" said Zane.
He turned around and offered his back to Erza which took the wind out of her sails being that she looked at him in shock at his insinuations. Mira watched this being that she wondered what was going through his head. Kaida was blissfully unaware of the whole thing since she was currently drawing a picture of Zane wrestling against a giant crocodile. Erza's eyes widened as she looked at Zane in shock.
She couldn't believe that Zane would imply that she was the kind of person who would stab him in the back being that she knew that she wasn't the easiest person to be around but she would never betray his friends. Zane ,despite being someone who actively pissed her off, would imply such a thing cut her deeply. The worst part of the whole thing being that Zane was fully aware of what his words were doing to her being that words were more damaging compared to physical injuries.
The hatred in Zane's eyes brought out her deepest fears being that she saw the faces of her old friends looking at her with similar looks in their eyes, coupled with the stinging feeling of betray. This was her darkest fears being that it haunted her nightmares. She had to leave them with a clearly mentally unstable Jellal being that he was feeding them lies about what to think of her. Her mind shook as her mind was assaulted by these images.
She pushed them to the back of her mind however, forcing them away and to be deal when she's all alone. She focused on trying to reach out to another friend being that he was right in front of her and was slowly slipping away into the darkness. "Zane. Why are you acting like this? Are we not your family? I'm sure that you've been through a lot. I can empathize with you being that it's important that you open up to us." said Erza, staring at him in disbelief.
It was like she was looking at a completely different person. "We're your friends, your family. We want to help you get through what you're deal with but we can't if you shut us out. Zane. Let us help you." said Erza with her pleading desperately. The others looked on with bated breath, being that all of them were feeling different emotions. Zane blinked with him saying,"Family. You're a real class act there Scarlet.".
Zane smiled as he said,"I used to be like you. I preached the idea and the power of friendship when I was your age being that I still do. I just have trouble making friends and to be honest, I'm having a real hard time troubling with you. Whenever I saw someone who letting their past get the better of them, I did whatever I could to help them. You say that you've empathize me then tell me something Pride Knight.".
He looked at her with him saying,"Have you ever been to the graveyard of your friends and family who died several hundred years ago. It isn't fucking fun because all I can do is cry thanks to me being unable to forget the joy and laughter they brought me. That's where I was for the past week and trust me, I've moved on. Zane sighed as he said,"You dish out daily beating to your oh so precious family for the minor of shit being that you act like a god damn dictator. I love destroying dictators. I'm happy that you're able to connect with people being that if you came into the guild hall every day and sit at the counter eating strawberry cheesecake alone without any form of interaction with your family, I would be mad that the fucking loner hypocrite is giving me fucking shit.".
Zane stretched his arms with him saying,"If you want to go around preaching to me about family and nakama, you should start by shedding that suit of armor that you have around yourself. I mean you're really weak by relying on that armor. You're weaker than Triple B and she's pretty weak.". Erza was stricken at his words, mainly because of how right he is. She could see that some of the others were looking at each other and murmuring to themselves in agreement at what he was saying.
She couldn't argue against him being that it was the truth. She had some trust issues being that for a good while, she kept to herself to spare herself the pain of betrayal should it happen again. Thanks to Natsu, she was working on it being that she had friends other than Natsu aka Mira. Natsu tried to convince everyone that Erza was just trying to be their friends but well, she was really scary but her title of the most scary member of Fairy Tail has been taken without question.
Zane grabbed a request off the board and walked toward the counter, stopped beside Erza. "You may hate me for how I act Pride Knight but here's the thing. This is how I grieve and do things. Strength can't be found alone but with friends. If you truly want to talk with the Omniverse's most blunt counselor/therapist, I'll help you but admitting your problem is the first step to recover." said Zane as he walked away from the frozen Erza.
After saying his piece, Zane walked toward Mira and Kaida at the bar. "Hey there Zane." said Mira with a sweet smile and nervous tone in my voice. Zane shook his head with him saying,"Mira. You don't need to be scared around me. I mean all of us have problems and we just push them down so if you want to talk, I'm up for listening.". Mira looked at Zane with Kaida said,"So are you ready to go now papa?".
Zane smiled as he said,"Yep Peanut. We just have to go get Levy from the dreaded duo of Fanboy and Chumchum.". "You're still calling them that?" said Mira, recovering. "Yep. It'll make sense in time so don't worry and be prepared to be shocked." said Zane. Mira stamped his mission for approval as she said,"So how are you going to get away from Droy and Jet?". Zane smiled as he said,"If they come complaining, you'll figure it out.". Both him and Kaida were gone, leaving the guild in shock.
Narrator P.O.V.
Anyway back in the present day, it was a normal day in Magnolia. People everywhere were roaming and talking through the streets. Families were playing in the local park, going out to eat at one of the local restaurant, and shopping. Friends were hanging out at the usual spots. It was a normal day for Magnolia being that Fairy Tail was currently not having one. Inside of the guild hall, there was a clear tension in the air.
You would think that it would be because of Erza and Zane fighting again but it wasn't. There wasn't a single fight going on being that there was no arguing going on being that there was no bad new. So why in the nine realms is everyone so quiet? Did something or someone finally calm Fiore's most rambunctious guild? Everyone was looking toward a certain area of the guild being that in a corner of the guild, there were four beings.
This wouldn't be a bad thing but it sure as hell wasn't normal. "So sis, mind tell me what's going on here?" said Elfman who was sitting at the bar. "Well, I kinda know what's going on but at the same time I really don't know." said Mira, being that she was trying her best to hide her jealously at the scene in front of her. Cana sat there as she said,"What do you mean by that? I mean it's kinda obvious.". "So what are you two talking about?" said Elfman.
Mira soon sighed as she said,"Well, I understand what's going on but I don't understand when or how it happened.". "Okay. I'm totally lost then. I mean I know that he isn't dense since he's a man but how did he get a girlfriend? I mean she and him. They don't mix. He may have a mouth on him and foul attitude but I'm sure that he won't do anything to hurt her because well, he'll have to deal with a very angry guild." said Cana, giving Elfman a small glare.
Mira soon began sulking with her saying,"Yeah. He's really sweet and he cares about very few but the few that he does, he's so nice. I could totally got how she would like him being that it was obvious that she liked him. I wish he could like me instead.". "Don't beat yourself up Mira. Despite his teasing off her, I doubt that he's going to ignore you." said Cana, trying to cheer her up. "You're right." said Mira as Elfman nodded. "Yep. We'll just have to get use to it." said Elfman. "Yep." said Cana.
Over with the four that was rocking the guild hall, two of them were sitting there. They were reading a book, enjoying the peace and quiet. "The staring is starting to annoy me. Could I blast them away Zane?" said Sly. Zane shook his head as he said,"Nah. I'm good. I promised Levy that I would sit with her and enjoy our day.". Levy nodded with her saying,"Yep. I'm sure you get your revenge on them later through a prank. It's weird though.".
Zane raised an eyebrow with him saying,"What's up?". "It's like they've never seen a couple before in their lives." said Levy. Zane shrugged as he said,"Honestly, I'm used to the staring and whispers. I've gone on a date with seven women at once before and with my impressive hearing, I can hear them even with my headphones and music blasting.". Levy pinched him as she said,"Zane. I'm pretty sure that you know not to mention your exs in front of your current girlfriend right?".
Zane shrugged as Sly said,"He isn't gloating about them to you Levy.". "Well, it sounds like it to me Sly." said Levy, pouting. "Don't worry Levy. I love you so don't spend an ounce of worrying about me cheating on you. Remember that okay?" said Zane. Levy smiled as she turned into his embrace a little more. They were sitting at a table with Zane's back currently against the all. Levy ,thanks to her being smaller than more girls, was sitting in between his legs and her back was pressed up against his chest.
Zane currently had his head looking over her shoulder, reading the book with her. Kaida and Sly were nearby with the former drawing a picture and the latter was sleeping in her dragon form. Levy soon pressed his lips against Zane's for a kiss being that Zane smirked upon seeing and hearing the gasps going around the room. He returned the kiss to know that he loves her. She turned back around and went back to reading with Zane. Lets go back to just after the confrontation between Erza and Zane.
Flashback P.O.V.
Team Shadow Gear had just got back from a mission/job being the duo of Droy and Jet were talking about random stuff with their bookworm leader currently well into her book and not paying attention to anything around her. You would think that she would be crashing into people and things but she hasn't down it yet. However, she didn't noticed that a certain person was coming toward her and was about to shock her in a few seconds. "Hi Levy!" shouted a voice.
Levy jumped and screamed a bit in fear with both Droy and Jet ready to beat the ever living snot out of the person who scared their Levy but soon realizing that it wasn't someone who could they beat up without pissing off the person's papa. It was Kaida being that the little girl looked down at her shoes being that she made someone mad at her. "Sorry for scaring you Levy." said Kaida, "It's fine. I wasn't paying attention. So why are you here?" said Levy.
She knew that her dad aka her crush was coming back from his arrangements today being that Levy and the other girls at Fairy Hills were watching them for her. Levy tried her best to keep the young girl away from the others being that Kaida usually spend time drawing in the dorm's library or Levy's personal library plus she wanted to play with the animals that lived in Bisca's room. "To ask you to come hang out with me and papa!" said Kaida.
Levy looked around as she said,"And where is your papa?". "I've been here the whole time Levy and you've ignored me. How mean." said a voice. She turned around to see Zane standing there with his smile plastered on his face. "So what do you guys want to do?" said Levy. "We can't exactly tell you due to those two being here. So lets go back to my place." said Zane, picking Levy and Kaida up with the former resting in his arms, bridal carry.
Her face was red as Droy and Jet shouted,"Hey! Put her down!". Zane shrugged as he said,"Nah. I'm good. Lets go Peanut.". Kaida nodded as she found herself sitting on Zane's shoulders. The Cross Species soon ran off, leaving both Droy and Jet in a stunned state. The trio of Kaida, Levy, and Zane were in Zane's home being that much to the jealously of Natsu, she got to visit Zane's new house due to him being quite the jealous person.
As Levy watched Kaida reading a picture book, she thought about Zane. According to Lucy, Zane didn't want to lift a finger to help them but when Levy showed up, he did. He also kissed her on the cheeks much to her embarrassment. Levy know about Zane being a player like Loke but Levy was well aware of Loke's conquest of females. According to master Makarov, Zane was looking for a serious relationship with her much to her embarrassment.
She was well aware of Mira and Stella liking Zane being that both of them are both not so subtle about it. Levy thought Stella's crush on Zane was due to the silverette's dragon slayer magic selecting him as a powerful mate. Levy also enjoyed spending time Zane in his library. She was one of the few members of the guild who loves to read more than fighting being that according to him, he got over his fighting phase a long time ago.
He owned several different books from different dimensions that he's been too and she enjoyed this part of the house along with the baths which were heavenly. Kaida was also nice to be around since she also enjoyed reading as well but mainly the ones with pictures rather than the text books. This is due to her not being able to read most of them yet. "Hey Kaida. So what do you think of your papa dating?" said Levy with a bright red face.
She didn't want to keep denying her feelings toward Zane being that she knew that she had some very strong competition in the form of the beauties Mira and Stella. Remember how I mentioned how the characters are going to be OOC (Out of Character), this is going to be one of those moments. Levy didn't show it often but she often judged herself with the other girls because she's the only girl who doesn't have curves for miles.
Kaida looked at her with her saying,"Well, I don't mind. As long she makes him happy, I'm okay with it since Papa helped me. "Really?" said Levy. Kaida wasn't the type to lie being that Levy soon got her answer. "So why are you asking me that? Do you want to date me?" said Zane's voice. Levy's face ignited as she turned to Zane, sitting next to her. "No. I was just curious since you've been single for so many years." said Levy. "I see." said Zane.
Levy looked away as she said,"So would you ask me out? I mean I'm not super pretty compared to someone like Mira.". "Don't doubt yourself like that. You're pretty to me right Kaida?" said Zane with Kaida nodding. "Yeah! You and Papa have been teaching me how to read. It's so much fun and I've made so many awesome pictures." said Kaida. "I'll have to get a bigger fridge or maybe a gallery. I'm sure both of them will take me a while." said Zane.
Levy smiled as she said,"So why do you want me to be your girlfriend?". "Because I kinda feel bad about the whole Soul Swap thing and also you taking care Kaida for me. I really appreciate you so during the date, we can do WHATEVER you want and I owe you one favor. No questions asked on my part." said Zane. Like in last chapter, take that statement in whatever direction you want. I won't judge you out loud. "So is Kaida going to be joining us on our date?" said Levy.
She didn't mind going on a date with Zane being that she liked him for being different from the other guys she knows. "She will but to keep an eye for our noisy guildmates. She'll be our guardian angel right Peanut?" said Zane, with Kaida nodding. "Okay then. You ready to go? I mean I got the perfect place to go for lunch." said Levy. "I could always eat." said Zane. "Then let's go! It's my favorite place to eat in all of Magnolia being that not even Droy and Jet don't co with me!" said Levy.
The three soon left Zane's house with Zane saying,"Really? I thought those two would follow you anywhere except to the ladies room because they're gentlemen.". "Ha ha. Very funny but they don't like the food. I mean I know that you must had amazing food for different dimensions." said Levy with Kaida ahead of them. "You're right but food is food wherever you go and it's always better with the one you love." said Zane.
As the three were heading toward town, Team Legion Zero were having a conversation inside of Elysian being that Zane didn't know about it and all of them were there including the two new members of the team which were revealed in Zero Episode 112 Lucifer the Chirotirian and Zero Episode 117 Azalea Rezarod the Akostar Queen and Sivarth's wife. Kane ,who looked like his version of Zane that was shown in Chapter 23, was standing there.
He had Athena, Cole, and Twilight on him as well so they could enter the conversation inside of Elysian with Azalea, Lucifer, and Sivarth. Azalea is a huge or gigantic dragon being slightly smaller than Sivarth who is about ten meters tall or maybe bigger. She looks like a Western Dragon. Her body is covered in ocean blue scales with her belly and the inner portions of her long tail being pink. Her back has maroon covered spines.
It goes down her back to the end of her tail which is a long spade-tipped prehensile tail. Her head is triangular shape with two platinum horns and large and round turquoise eyes being that her pupil is bigger than a tall human. She has large and sharp canine teeth coming out of her mouth and razor-shaped diamond claws. She has two fairy like dragon wings with rippled tips and smooth edges being that there is a sharp claw at the end of each wing with four hind legs.
Lucifer is a dark indigo large and muscular humanoid masculine demon being about twelve feet tall but can be pretty much any height. He has two devilish horns sticking out of its head alongside his long black hair with several strands of hair hanging in front of its face and crimson red eyes with an slit pupil. In the center of his forehead, he has a fluorescent white marking resembles a single spiral. He has Zane’s Akostar wings and two elf shaped ears.
He has elongated canine teeth coming out of his jagged and sharp mouth. He has three-finger clawed hands and three toed feet which stand upon very powerful swirling vortexes of black/red/yellow energy which he uses to move around. In the center of his chest, there a black heart with the foreground that looks like a spiderweb and broken/cracked glass fusion. It has four lavender tomoe around it with a black jagged line going through all four of them.
He has flame tribal tattoos that covers the entire left side of his body and lightning tribal tattoos that covers the right side of his body. All of the tattoos were black. "So why are we here again?" said Kane. "Isn't it totally obvious by now Kaney? We're gossiping about Zane's relationships which is something we've done whenever he's serious about a relationship." said Cole with six images appears. The images showed Bisca, Cana, Levy, Mira, Stella, and Ultear.
Cole soon said,"So are we putting a hit on them or what?". Athena hit him as she said,"No. I think all of here are worried in some regard about Zane dating again. It's been a very long time since Zane decided to be in a serious relationship.". "Well, I'm all for it. Zane deserves to be happy and I think all of these girls would be a good fit for him." said Twilight. "Well, I want Cana because she can drink and I love a good woman who can drink." said Lucifer.
Azalea placed a claw on the demon with her saying,"I hate to be the bearing of bad news but she likes Zane as a friend.". "So? Rae liked Zane as a friend at first and look how that turned out. I mean that fight was epic and poor Blaze. He's still scarred by Zane to this day." said Lucifer with a smile. "Focus. We can sense emotions and Bisca likes Zane being that she wants to talk with him being that she's scared of a relationship." said Sivarth.
Kane shrugged as he said,"You're right. I'm sure that Zane being quite the intimating guy is the main reason or maybe the cowboy girl liking her well. So are you sure that this is a good idea? I mean he just came back from the Garden and his mating season. Do you think right now is a good time to start a relationship?". "Yes. Zane knows that he needs to move and he is rather with one girl of the six girls here." said Sivarth. "Aka Levy." said Cole.
The seven soon saw an image of Zane kissing Levy on the cheek being that it soon scrolled through memories of Zane talking with her, mainly teasing her. "It's been so long since I've seen him kiss a girl like that in a long time." said Twilight. "True. If he wants to get with her, I support her even though she's flat." said Lucifer. eating a slap for Azalea. "That isn't her fault. Genetics are the enemy of all beings and you know it. Lets be there for him." said Azalea.
Meanwhile, Levy and Zane were walking around Magnolia being that they were currently heading toward the cafe that Levy was gushing about. Kaida was watching them being that Zane had a clone of himself ,looking like Malik from Fairy Legion Chapter 23, with her just in case. He had a lot of enemies after all. Zane looked at Levy with him thinking,"I really do like her. I'm sure that they would want me to be happy. Time to see if she feels the same way.".
He soon sent a message to his clone to stop by the nearest book store with a plan in mind being that the clone informed Kaida of the plan, with the little girl getting excited. Zane wondered why no one had claimed Levy yet being that she's super pretty and nice, two qualities that Zane looked for in a women. He knew that Droy and Jet like her but in his words, they were too clingy. "So Zane, have you even been to a cafe back in Cypress Park?" said Levy, getting his attention.
Zane nodded as he said,"Yep. I always enjoyed a quiet place compared to a busy place.". "Well in that case, you'll like this place for sure." said Levy. The two soon stopped in front of a cafe being that it was rather small. It had a cute little blue roof and a sign hanging over the door which said,"Heaven's Paradise.". "Oh. I think I see the bakery where Erza loves to get strawberry cheesecakes." said Zane with him looking around. "And how do you know that? Did you read her mind?" said Levy.
Zane shook his head as he said,"Nope. Look over there.". He pointed over to the knight's signature cart of luggage nearby. "Oh that makes sense." said Levy. "I guess Natsu came back and he's trying to comfort her after I confront her." thought Zane. The cafe had a few tables outside, so Zane took the liberty to step inside and the doorbell rang. The waitress looked at the duo of Levy and Zane with the latter holding the door for the latter.
One of them was a recurring customer, walking into the cafe with her thinking that they were on a date. She looked to be in her early twenties with brown eyes and green hair in a bun being that she turned toward their direction to serve them. I would mentioned that she's quite curvy but like ninety nine percent of the women in Fairy Tail, having a goddess like figure is just the norm. You may be sick of me bringing this up all the time but this is something that Fairy Tail does and I'm not stopping.
One Piece does this as well being that their curvy figure last for a good time. I mean some characters in One Piece are not the hourglass figure but most of them are. From my reason, I found some Flat Chester or Average Size ,Named and Canon, girls who don't fix the norm being around the age where puberty is still going on. I didn't count any girls being puberty long since past then and I was pretty sure that they were curvy back in their youth.
These girls are Beth Vanderwood, Coco (Edolas), Lamy, Levy Mcgarden, Levy (Edolas), Lyra, Mary (Avatar), Mavis Vermilion, Wakaba's Daughter, and Wendy Marvell. I don't count Beletokia, Carla, and Mari since I'm not a furry. I don't hate people who like humanoid animals but you're still lusting over an fictional animal. I also would have counted Aries (Eclipse) but she ain't canon. Anyway, lets get back to the story being body image would come into play.
The waitress said,"Hi. Welcome to Heaven's Paradise. How may we help you two lovebirds?". As Levy blushed at the waitress's statement, Zane looked around the cafe being that it had very few people that were being served. According to Levy, this little cafe was well known for some delicious and reasonably priced breakfast and lunch specials. When he lived in Ruth's apartment building, she mentioned that it was much nicer to sitting outside rather than inside when living in Magnolia.
Zane said,"We'll sit outside thank you very much.". He soon left the cafe being that the waitress and Levy followed. Zane took a right outside being that he sat at the closest table that was about ten feet away from the door. He sat there with Levy sitting across from him as the waitress pulled out a piece of paper and a pen. "What would you two like to drink?" said the woman. Zane looked over the menu and said,"I'll take some black coffee with sugar, no cream if you don't mind.".
Levy said,"And I'll go for some water.". The waitress soon went back inside and came out in less than thirty seconds. She was holding a piping cup of coffee and full glass of water. "Okay then. You're so much faster than Jet." said Zane. Levy looked at him as she said,"Zane. Why don't you like Jet or Droy?". "I hate people who don't try and fight their fate. It's the same reason why I don't like Triple B other than her being weak." said Zane with Levy wondering what he meant by that.
Before she could ask him about it, the waitress smiled and she said,"You're just being nice. Here we're trained to react rather fast being that this time of day, it's super busy.". Zane nodded being that he had some experience in the service industry after graduating high school and it was a rewarding experience to say the least. "What would you like to order? I'm pretty sure that I know what your date wants like since she's a recurring customer." said the waitress.
Zane examined the menu rather fast being that he found a section dedicated just to bacon being that all food taste good to him but you can never go wrong with bacon. "Bacon please." said Zane. "And the usually for me." said Levy. "So an good old fashioned western styled omelet with tomato, red peppers, cheese, mushroom, and ham." said the waitress. Levy nodded as the waitress took a few seconds to write down their order and nodded.
The waitress said,"Okay. I'll be right back you two lovebirds.". She soon went back inside mainly to tend to the other customers that were inside and to leave the lovebirds alone. "So Zane, it's been about a month since you've been here. How are you liking Fiore?" said Levy. "I like it Levy. It brings back memories of Cypress Park before we really modernize the place." said Zane. "Ah. After lunch, do you mind if we going by the bookstore?" said Levy.
Zane shrugged as he said,"It's no problem to me. We have to look like we're a happy couple and going where my girlfriend wants makes us look happy to me.". After a few minutes of quiet, Zane wanted to get to know her more being that he look at her right in the eye with her blushing. "So what do you want to get at the bookstore?" said Zane. "Well, I wanted to get it for you." said Levy, earning an eyebrow raised from Zane.
Levy smiled as she said,"I know that your watch can auto translate our written languages but I'm sure that you would like to know how to read and write it right Zane? I mean I know that you had to do this report but you did return the books right?". "I did but thank you for the future gift. So is all of this just a thank you for the weapon that I crafted for you?" said Zane with a smirk. Levy blushed as she said,"Maybe a little. I really do it like Zane. It's really handy.".
Zane smiled as he said,"That's kinda the point of it but I'll tell the creator that you're very happy with this custom version of her signature invention aka my mom.". Before Levy could ask him for some calcification, the waitress had the duo's meal served on a plate and had set it in front of them. "There you go. Is there anything else I can get you?" said the waitress. "We'll be good for now. Thank you ma'am." said Zane as the woman turned and went back inside to serve the other customers.
Levy said,"So your mom invented the Swiss Army Ethernano Knife or was it called the Swiss Army Plasma Knife.". "It's either or. She wanted an invention that could be carried around like a pen and powerful enough to blow a hole through the hall. She's very worried about me being that I tended to attract trouble and women like moths to a flame according to my friend Kevin." said Zane. The two soon started eating.
Levy watched Zane eat. He looked happy being that from what he told her, his powers required a lot of food to keep him at his full strength. She was slightly thankful that he had more manners than Natsu being she soon got his attention with a light cough. Zane stopped eating to look at the petite but beautiful wizard sitting in front of him as he said,"What's up? Am I being rude?". "No. I'm just happy that you stayed with Fairy Tail." said Levy. "Really? I thought that you hated me." said Zane.
Levy shook her head as she said,"Nope. I mean you're making things interesting and don't tell Erza this but it's kinda funny to see her get so embarrassed when it comes to you. I mean I haven't seen her like this in a while.". "Well, I'm happy to oblige. So is it good?" said Zane. "Yeah but I've better that you've had better. I mean you have an really big palate and..." said Levy. She soon began mumbling as Zane overheard two ,goddess like, girls talking.
He heard,"Wow. Look at that hunk over there. He's way too good for that pipsqueak and should be with a woman like me.". Zane rolled his eyes as he soon sprouted a hand from the right side of the neck and he soon charged up Primordial energy. He fired it toward the two girls who were making fun of Levy and erased their clothing. They squealed out in embarrassment with Levy getting out of her mumbling to see it. "Huh. That's rather weird." said Levy.
The hand soon disappeared with Zane saying,"Ignore them Levy. They're streakers. So can I try some of your meal?'. "Um sure." said Levy. She slid her plate to the middle of the table as she said,"I hope you like it and if you hate it, I'll understand.". She soon passed him a knife being that Zane didn't use his for bacon since it's a finger food, fight me. He grasped the fork and dug right into the half-eaten omelet. He got a small piece and then brought it into his mouth.
After chewing it up and tasting it, he couldn't help but raise a brow. "Wow. This is really good Levy and I'm being honest." said Zane. After he finished swallowing it, he handed the food back to her. "I know right?! Droy and Jet apparently don't think so. So do you eat stuff like this on a daily basis while being a member of the Alliance?" said Levy. "Somewhat Levy. I mean I've been around the Omniverse, trying different foods." said Zane.
He smiled as he said,"I wanted to improved my palette being that I got to both the big and small places being that the latter is always better in my opinion. I mean I always like to try a dimension's best food being that I'm not like Prude Knight with her cheesecakes.". "Yeah but to her, it's the foods of the gods or something like that. Not even Natsu knows why she thinks that but it may have to do with them joining the guild around the same time and him giving it to her." said Levy.
The two talked being that Levy offered him some of her meal once in a while being that Zane devour his meal without question since Levy wasn't a fan of bacon without anything else to go with being that Zane could understand that. The food was eventually finished being that the waitress came out with the bill with Zane payed for it much to Levy wanting to pay it. "Call it my treat for a real good meal Levy." said Zane.
He also left a tip being that the waitress said,"Thank you, come again especially you two. You make a cute couple.". She walked back inside as Levy couldn't help but blush being that whenever she was around Zane, butterflies were fluttering in her stomach. "Does she think me and Zane are on a date? I mean I wouldn't be against it but I'm not his type. Or am I? He kissed me after all." thought Levy as steam was soon rising from her head.
Zane smiled being that he looked at the red and steaming Levy being that he had an idea. An awful idea. He leaned in very slightly and he said,"Hey Levy.". Levy soon turned toward Zane with him saying,"So what are you thinking about? Is it about little old me? I mean I look good with or without my shirt.". Levy soon remembered that Zane was a well known telepath being that she looked down and trying to hide her steaming red and heavily embarrassed face.

It was atop a grassy hill that wasn't too far from Fairy Tail. The exterior design wasn't bad. It was large and mildly imposing being that it looked like it was made bricks in Zane's opinion. It consisted of a central, elongated section at which the sides sat two wings protruding outwards, much like a sideways capital I.
One of the center's right acted as the main entrance ,which looks like a double door with a pyramid shape part topped by a similar pyramid-shaped roof, which was held by wooden beams. Some lighter bricks lined up vertically to enforce the edging of the standard bricks, with light beams that went horizontally. The front had a porch in front of the central part, with a steep tiled roofing split by beams held by wooden pillars.
All of the windows had arches in them. The entrance had a sign that was held by two pillars that was stone and brick. It had Fairy Tail's symbol and there was a large arch saying "Fairy Hills" in dark letters. Zane nodded as he said,"Wow. This is a really nice dormitory.". He only walked up to the overhead sign being that Levy stopped him. "Sorry Zane but Fairy Hills is a female only dormitory and Erza is pretty strict." said Levy.
Levy shivered as she said,"I think Droy and Jet learned that lesson the hard when they wanted to help me with some books I bought.". "Okay. I'll follow her rules this time. If a guy can't enter the dorm, a girl will." said Zane. Levy looked confused as Zane said,"Let me just show you and be amazed at my change.". Levy soon looked confused as Zane soon turned into a different person being that Levy's mouth was agape in shock at what Zane transformed into.
Zane was now a beautiful teenager girl with her being nineteen years old and look to be a rather tall woman being 5 foot 9. She has fair skin with her looking like a human goddess. She's Japanese American with her looking more American. She has waist length and wavy teal ombre hair and dark indigo eyes. Her bangs were covering her forehead. Her skin is so white being able to make the moon or snow jealous of her skin. Her face screams both youth and maturity to it.
It would also make any one fall in love with her upon contact with it. This would better if she was pouting or smiling being equal in their power. Her head is in the shape of a heart with her having a slim chin. She also has a light smattering of freckles along and under her small, slim nose. She has long and noticeable eyelashes with large almond shaped eyes. She also has arched eyebrows, looking rather thin. She has soft, full lips with it being a natural pink color and a natural looking pout.
She has a slim neck to her that still held up her head. Her body had an hourglass figure with it being athletic, shapely, and slender. She has a S-Line which is a thing. She has thin shoulders, a flat but tight stomach and small waist, a noticeable and big heart shaped butt with thick and soft thighs with muscles, and a nice rack. Her chest looked filled with dreams. Over all, she's the perfect woman being not too big or thin.
Her body measurements are B102-W58-H100 CM or B40-W23-H39 inches. Yes. Her body is very unrealistic. As Goldilocks would say,"She's just right.". She's wearing a white ,off-the shoulder, jacket that exposed her shoulders and it was currently open, wearing her undershirt. She's wearing a black ,spaghetti strap, tank top with a gold stylized cute bat symbol in the center that shows off her midriff slightly but not her navel. It has a V-plunge line ,in the front, that exposed a bit of her chest.
She's wearing bluish black ankle length skinny jeans ,that didn't feel tight on her, with a cure white belt. She's wearing brown high heeled boots with a gold crescent moon design toward the top of the boot and according to some people, the heel hurts a lot. For accessories, she's wearing the Z.E.R.O. watch and Enigma Talisman but they fit her feminine body. She also has on her signature pair of silver grenade earrings.
She also wears a gold magatama necklace around her neck. She wears coral pink lipstick and nail polish. She's also wearing Zane's glasses being that like the Z.E.R.O. watch and Enigma Talisman fit her feminine frame. She also has Zane's little brown bag on her person. The girl soon looked at the shocked bookworm as she said with her voice was high pitched ,not glass breaking, yet seductive sounding soprano,"Me thinks that you're shocked.". "Is that you Zane?" said Levy.
The girl shook her head as she said,"Yes and no. You can call me Zara Vienna. This is a different dimension version of myself but it works. You're not ready for that level of sexy that Zara gives. This is how I'm sneaking into the girls dorm.". She walked toward the door being that Zara said,"Come on Levy. You should know that time stops for no one.". Levy recovered as the mystery of Zane Alvarez continued on. The two girls were in the lobby as Zara said,"This place is pretty nice.".

To the entrance's right sits the wooden counter complete with a flowerpot, a lamp, and some stationery aka pencils. Behind it, a door is visible and leading to an unknown room or a closet. Not far from the door, a small picture is secured to the wall.
It was paired with a large door without shutters leading to an unspecified room to the right. In front of the counter is a carpet with intricately decorated edges, over which sits a short table with round edges to it. The central part covered by a rhomboidal ornamental tablecloth. Flanking such table are a sofa and an armchair, complete with extra, small matching pillows. Behind the armchair and farther into the room, are small, elongated shelves that were housing books.
It was topped by various objects ,among of which is a flowerpot, and a large window with double curtains faces outwards; adorning its inner ledge are a flowerpot, a cartoonish plushie or statue, and an elongated vase. The rest of the room seems to be pretty bare. A staircase is located on the other side of the lobby from the entrance, and at its left is a door. Lighting up the room is a simple yet elegant wooden chandelier. "So who owns this place?" said Zara.
Levy said,"Ruchio. She's the father of Chico.". Zara looked at her as she said,"Um. Who in the nine realms is that? I've never hear of her.". "She's a member of our guild and you seriously don't know her Zara right?" said Levy. "I really don't care about minor characters in the grand scheme of life. I guess it's kinda lucky that I even remember Fanboy and Chum Chum to begin with because they're rather minor in the grand scheme of things. And you got my name right." said Zara.
Levy said,"Well anyway, Erza is the current matron being that it's been a long time since the last one.". Zara could tell that what happened to the previous matron was rather personal so she decided not to ask more. This may be seen later. Don't quote me on that. "So what else does Fairy Hills have Levy? I mean I'm kinda curious. Kaida told me that this place was pretty awesome and I take her word as law." said Zara. "Lets look around. I mean I don't mind giving you a tour." said Levy. "Sweet." said Zara.
The girls soon walked around the dorm being that they went past the bathroom aka the open and big bath. According to Levy, each room in Fairy Hills comes with its own private bathroom being that Zara wondered how they were able to afford all of this with her answer coming in the form of the girl's rent being 100,000 jewels a month. Zara made a joke about Lucy not being able to afford rent here being that Levy punched her since she's good friends with Lucy.
I'll be showing off the open bath area along with the resource room because at the time of writing this chapter, I don't know if I'm doing the Welcome to Fairy Hills!! Omake yet. We may do it later on once Wendy shows up but don't quote me on that. The bathroom is majestic with horizontal panels decorated by intricate motifs topping the various, rectangular mirrors lined up the walls of the section to the entrance's right, each possessing a basin and a matching small decorative seat.
Such section has a tiled roof and bears a large, square-shaped and intricately decorated pillar on its left edge, holding up the ceiling up. The room's left part is completely occupied by a very large and rectangular pool full of water. It has an incredible amount of lather being that it was obscuring the former from sight. Such part is thought to bear resemblance to the outside world ,as shown from its walls, on which a light sky adorned here.
There is also some painted clouds and from a large, ornamental rocky formation occupying the pool's right part. The next stop was the resource room ,which was in the basement of the dormitory, being that it was quite big. According to Levy, it wasn't as good as the one in the guild hall. Zara soon rushed around the room being that Levy told her that this room holds all of the current and previous tenant's record of work.
Such room is highly decorative with the ceiling currently protruding on the walls below in arched section, creating vaults, and the arched staircase leading down to the resource room being flanked by a balustrade. It's a protruding, semicircular section being that it's somehow reminiscent of a church's pulpit. Another staircase is visible on the other side of the room, leading down from a mezzanine held up by beams.
The walls' upper part seems to be covered in lamps, while pictures are visible on the lower part of the wall flanking the arched staircase. Lined up against most walls are large shelves that were packed full of books which can be consulted on the large, decorated table sitting in the center of the room. It was always covered in books and documents, and flanked by two sofas. A small piece of furniture again housing books is visible nearby.
The duo was soon in the residential section of the dorms being that Levy said,"So are you going to be alright?". "Yeah. Why do you ask?" said Zara. "I thought all guys would have a heart attack if they get this far without being spotted by Erza." said Levy. "Silly Levy. I'm an Eazairvian. Our species is genderless." said Zara. "Which means?" said Levy. "I'm neither a male or female. I just tend to do be male because I was born a male." said Zara.
Levy looked at Zara with her saying,"So what can an Eazairvian do?". "Pretty much anything that you can think of it. So I can see your room now?" said Zara. "So is that the reason why you wanted to come here?" said Levy. "Maybe but knowing me, it's probably for messing with Prude Knight since she makes it so easy. I'm like most people being that I have my kinks and one of them is messing with people. You know that don't you?" said Zara.

One of the plain walls were topped ,near the ceiling, by a wooden, carved decorative structure. It was not unlike that structure that would be found in Levy's room which we'll see real soon. There are trees and other outside plants growing in the room with branch like trunks being alternated with ferns. This is likely to accommodate the dozens of animals that lived inside of her room which include exotic and intrusive ones like elephants or camels.
They lived alongside carnivorous beasts such as tigers, lions, and crocodiles. No, she doesn't have bears oh my. The more carnivorous beasts didn't appear to be savage. Animals were there normally prohibited in the dormitory. However, Bisca has been allowed by Erza Scarlet to keep such a large number which she described as tolerable. Some of the feed for such animals seems to be found in a container hanging from the lower part of a wall.
It was secured to it by flat metal parts and bolts, and in a bucket lying on the wooden floor, on which hay is also scattered. In a corner, next to a window obscured by double curtains, is hung a large banner in the shape of a capsized pyramid. It had a multitude of thin strips hanging down from its lower edges adorned by a tribal-looking motif and below it ,secured to the wall, are various small pictures. A hammock is also present, passing near a trunk.
Outside of the room, the duo of Bisca and Levy heard,"She has a freaking horse in her room! So cool!". "So you're telling me that's Zane? The same guy who really like to piss Erza off like nothing else." said Bisca. Levy nodded as she said,"Yeah. I was shocked when he transformed.". "That guy is just full of surprises isn't he?" said Bisca, shaking her head. "You don't know the half of it. So what are you doing here? I thought you were a job with Alzack." said Levy.
Bisca nodded as she said,"We finished it being that I came back here to relax after what happened at the guild hall. I mean Erza and Zane hate each other but he tore into her.". Levy nodded as Bisca said,"So to change subjects away from that hot mess, mind if I take a look at the custom weapon that Zane made for you?'. I just need to think about it and it'll...." said Levy as the pen turned into a rifle much to the shock of Bisca.
Bisca admired the gun as Levy said,"According to Zane, this weapon is based off a weapon from his dimension known as the Plasma Swiss Army Knife/Swiss Army Plasma Knife that was made by his mom. It's called the Ethernano Swiss Army Knife/Swiss Army Ethernano Knife.". Bisca looked at Levy as she said,"So do you think he could make me one too?". "Maybe but first, we should get Zane out of your room." said Levy.

It's like a mini library in here!". Levy's room is cluttered from wall to wall with large shelves untidily and filled to the brim with books. More books are visible on the ground being laid in large piles throughout the length of the room with a little ladder composed of both wood and metal which can be moved around.
This allows Levy to reach the books placed on top of the shelves because she's tiny. To the left from the entrance, there is a desk paired with a stuffed and decorated chair; a similar chair is found to the entrance's right. Lighting the room up is a chandelier hanging from the wooden ceiling. The ceiling itself toward the right from the entrance has an edge adorned by an intricately decorated, carved part with spiraling ends, topping the rightmost wall.
This very same wall houses ,high above the floor, some hanging cases secured to it being that they contain individual books. "Yep! This is only half of them though. I threw the other half away." said Levy. "I think all of us gets the books that she doesn't want anymore or she donates them to the local orphanage." said Bisca, thinking about it. Zara soon began reading all of the books as she said,"I'm a big fan of reading or gaining knowledge since knowledge is power.".

She's at the guild hall with the rest of Team Natsu being that Lucy and Natsu are trying to comfort from her after I told her the cold hard truth. Almost like rich girls I knew growing up except for her." said Zara, with her nose deep in a book.

Zane said,"If I do say yes, I'm going to get half of any profit gained being that my image was used in any form or manner. I have that Omniversal copyright and all of that jazz. So are you enjoying our date Levy?". Bisca noticed a light blush on Levy's face as the bluenette's crush on Zane was very well known among the girls in Fairy Hills. It was also well known the female Dragon Slayer of Fairy Tail and their bar maiden liked him as well.
This was because of Cana telling them about it much to the embarrassment of Levy and Stella being that the female Dragon Slayer decided to live in the girls dorm because it was close to the guild. Erza is the only one who doesn't know about the love square that Fairy Tail has being that she and Zane get along so well like fire or ice. She'll eventually find out someday but it's very obvious. I mean you have to be blind not to see the love square.
Levy said with a light blush on her face,"I'm liking it a lot. You may have a extremely foul mouth but you're a really nice guy.". "Except if your name is Erza and for some reason, Droy or Jet. I hope that you know that I'm going to make you proud for giving me my new tool." said Levy, with her sounding very determined.
Zara smiled as she said,"Okay! I'm sure that you will. So have anything else to tell me about your library before we leave?". "Well, I'm sure that Erza will hate me for saying this but since she isn't here, I don't think she'll find out about me telling you her dirty secret Zane." said Levy. Bisca and Zara looked interested as Levy said,"Erza is a fan of the more naughty books being that she secretly asks them from me.".
Zara began laughing as she said,"Okay! This is too good.". "Levy. While this may be funny, you just gave Zane more fuel to tease Erza." said Bisca, smiling. "Yeah but I doubt that Zane is going to rat me out." said Levy. Zara nodded as she said,"Yep. You're one of my close friends Levy and I don't rat out my friends.". At the guild hall, Erza sneezed being that she didn't know why she was sneezing but she presumed that someone was talking about her in a positive light.
Later, Zane ,was back to be his male self after leaving the girls, was waiting outside for Levy being that the Cross-Species was practically dozing off. "Hey Papa!" said a voice. Zane soon woke up to see Kaida waving to him being that she was standing there with Malik who was holding a bag in his grip. Kaida ran up to Zane being that she hugged him. "Hey there Peanut. So you and Malik complete your goal for me?" said Zane, tussling his head. Kaida nodded as she said,"Yep!".
Zane took the bag from his clone before making it disappear. "So how long have you been here?" said Kaida, sitting on Zane's shoulders. "About ten minutes but to an impatient person, it's been like an hour." said Zane. "And her I thought that you were the patient type. Are you ready you two?" said a voice. The two Alvarez soon turned to see Levy standing there with her wearing a new outfit. It's the one she wears during the Battle of Fairy Tail Arc.
Like I've said before, I'm no expert on fashion. She's wearing an orange tank top like dress that ended at her mid-thighs. It has two red lines going up the back and sleeves that covered her lower arms and her dress exposed her guild mark. She's wearing black tights/pantyhose stocking and brown boots that ended at her ankles. "Yep. I'm a impatient person. Oh by the way, you look real cute." said Zane with Levy blushing.
Levy soon noticed the bag with her saying,"So what's in the bag?". "It's for you!" said Kaida. Levy looked at Zane with him saying,"Well, I got it for you. See lets see what's in our bag.". Zane soon pulled out a rectangular package and a bouquet of flowers. "I had to get you something because you are just so cute." said Zane. She took the package Zane handed to her being that she opened it with her eyes widened even more.
Levy smiled as she said,"This is the book that I was looking for! It was sold out!". "Me and Malik bought it for you. Papa thought that someone would snatched it up before someone else could get it and he gave me the money to do it." said Kaida. "Yep. I also told her to pick up some flowers for you." said Zane. "Why are you doing all of this for me?" said Levy. "Isn't it obvious? I like you a lot Levy and I want to show it through gifts plus love." said Zane, putting Kaida down onto the ground.
Levy's mind was currently short circuiting being that she stood there for a minute trying to register what Zane just said. "You're not joking are you?" said Levy. "Nope. I like you Levy. When you get to be my age, you find love and act on it fast. I think I've liked you since you interview me before my first fight with Natsu. You're really pretty and I don't care about how you look. I always look at inner beauty and girl you have in spades." said Zane.
Levy couldn't comprehend what was going on. The guy that she had known for less than a month actually liked her back being that all thoughts involved him in some manner being that upon hearing his honesty, she couldn't take it and began crying. You may be thinking that this is rather fast but that's love for it. You can either fall for someone in a moment or it takes some time. Love is something that you can't really explain or try to figure out.
Kaida looked at Levy with Levy saying,"Zane!". "Please don't cry Levy. I'm sorry if you're shocked by me but I'm a very blunt person when it comes to things like my feelings. I could have go much more extravagant but sometimes, the simple method works." said Zane. Levy couldn't take it anymore being that she jumped toward him. Zane instinctively caught her being that he pressed his lips right against hers. Kaida watched this scene with a smile.
Zane soon returned the kiss with vigor being that Levy said after breaking away the kiss,"I'm pretty sure that you already know this Zane but I like you too.". "Called it. I thought I was pretty obvious that I liked you. I made it pretty obvious when I kissed your cheek in front of the guild. So do you want the guild to know about us?" said Zane, placing her down. "I think they should know because they are our family. So how should we tell them?" said Levy.
Kaida said,"You two should kiss each other in front of everyone!". The couple looked at her with Zane saying,"Peanut. You're quite the smart one. I always have a flair toward the dramatic.". "Are you okay with that Levy?" said Kaida. "I don't mind. You make Papa happy and that's what matter but will they mind?" said Levy. "Who? You mean Fanboy and Chumchum? I don't really care plus they'll have to get used to it." said Zane. "I guess so. So do you want to do for the rest of the day?" said Levy.
The trio ,with the bookworm and Cross-Species holding hands, were heading over to the guild hall as Zane said,"Levy. I got a question for you since I know Prude Knight won't answer for me so maybe you know the answer since you've been in the guild longer than me.". "What is it?" said Levy. "So does Erza ever not wear armor? I mean I've only see her in it except for the Soul Swap Fiasco but that's a unique situation rather than the norm." said Zane.
Levy looked at him as she said,"Why would you ask me instead of her?". "Because whenever I see her walking around, I just get annoyed and make her hate little old me. She's just weak to me. She seems to rely on her armor heavily and because of that, I can take her down with ease being that her reliance on her armor is her biggest weakness but that's just my warrior's mind talking.". "Yeah and to answer your question, I think only Natsu knows." said Levy.
Zane soon smiled as he said,"You know Levy. The waitress was right. We do make a pretty cute no really cute couple in my opinion.". Levy looked at him with a pout. "So are you sure that you're okay with me Zane? I mean I'm not like the other girls." said Levy. Zane shook his head as he said,"Look Levy. I could change you to match everyone else. Eazairvian have that power but like I tell anyone who wants to change their bodies, your outer beauty is less important than your inner beauty.".
Levy looked at him as she said,"Um.". "My point is that I like you for you. You don't need to change yourself to look like Mira and Stella. Your beauty is in your mind and to be honest, I find you just adorable. Right Peanut?" said Zane. Kaida nodded with Levy soon punching her boyfriend in his right arm and having a bright red face from Zane's compliments. Their walk to Fairy Tail was rather pleasant being that the couple chatted with Kaida adding stuff in over time.
Zane knew perfectly well about Erza's past and her wearing armor is to protect herself but he wanted to hear it from her rather than something else. That's why he constantly antagonize her. He wanted to help her but like most of the guild and their troubled past, he couldn't exact get them to talk without pushing his luck aka pissing them off. He could always read their minds or memories being that he has done them.
He clenched his fist being that he swore to get revenge on the person who did this to a young girl and that was going to a long but totally worth the wait. He did respect her somewhat being that she's a great warrior being that she could easily fight off numerous people and come out of the brawl without a single scratch on her. However, it was her attitude that Zane wasn't a fan of. It was also made apparent to him that she cared very deeply for her comrades.
Like Natsu, Erza reminded Zane of himself at that age being that she would die for her family and Zane was going to make sure that didn't happen since that never ends up good in the long run being that he'll do it through his snark. The trio were soon by the South Gate Park. It's a cute little park being that it had a large tree in the middle. It had a playground that looked like a castle and quite a few people were there.
The couple both sat on a bench, where they'd decided to take in some peace and quiet while Kaida played nearby. Both of them laid their heads back as Zane was thankful that his powers prevent the sun's deadly rays. They were both completely still being they just plopped on the bench. About half an hour later, the Cross-Species turned toward Levy. He noticed her blue hair reflecting off the light and how she looked at peace on him.
Zane soon smiled at this picture being that he knew that he was scared of moving one with another woman but he knew that the women who loved would want to be happy and if that's with another woman, that's fine. That's why he went to the Garden being that he wanted to start dating again and Levy was his first choice. Eventually, the two arose from the bench and stretched with Levy soon apologize for resting on him and Zane teased her about it.
They soon continue on their journey to Fairy Tail being that on the way there, Zane was thinking about something. The group soon reached the guild as Zane said with a smile and smirk,"So how was your date with me Levy? I mean would you rank me from one to ten? And be honest.". Levy blushed as she said,"I would say a ten.". "That's good right?" said Kaida. Zane nodded with him saying,"Okay before we kiss, shocking the guild. I need to tell you something so listen up.".
Levy looked at him as Zane said,"Levy. I like you a lot in fact. You're a very beautiful girl and you shouldn't let others people's perception of beauty judge your self worth. I really don't care about what you look like on the outside being that I care about the inside. Oh and when you want your favor done by me, just ask. I'm good for whenever. If you want to really shock someone, I'm the guy for the job because pranking is my game.". Levy nodded as she said,"Okay.".
Narrator P.O.V.
And now, we're back to the present. Expect maybe one/two more flashbacks but don't quote me on that. I'm not sure just yet. When Zane came into the guild today this morning, he found his way over to Levy who was sitting with Kaida and Sly being that he picked the bluenette right up ,much to the anger of Droy and Jet, and sat her in his lap. This was a shock to everyone being that no one thought that was actually being that everyone had to a double take at what was going on.
Zane soon got very annoyed with their staring with him saying,"Hey Levy. Sorry but I have to do something about them.". "Sure but don't be hard on them." said Levy. "No promises." said Zane with him kissing her forehead and placing her on the seat without him. "So do you guys have something to say about me dating my bookworm? If you have a problem with it, say it directly right toward my handsome as hell face." said Zane. "Ego much Zane?" said Sly. "You know it's the truth." said Zane.
Sly rolled her eyes with Elfman said,"It's just weird to see you two together. I mean I know that you tease her like crazy but I thought you wouldn't date anyone again.". "Yeah. I've been single for way too long so I decided to go with my Essence says and it picked Levy. Simple and clean which is a pretty good song if you ask me." said Zane, sitting back down with Levy in his lap. "Wow. He seems really happy with her." said Cana.
Mira sighed as she said,"Yeah. I mean those two were always friendly but I'm kinda happy that Stella isn't here.". "Why?" said Elfman. "Lets just say that they have trouble accepting that their partner is with someone else." said Mira. "Ah. That's going to be interesting to watch. She should be getting back soon." said Cana. "Yep. I'll be out of the guild when that happens." said Elfman. "Zane, guess what I'm thinking without reading your mind?" said Levy.
Zane looked at her with him saying,"What? I mean I'm useless without my mind reading.". "I'll give you a hint. It's a four letter word." said Levy. "Is it taco?" said Zane. "No. I love you." said Levy with her smiling up at him. "Me too but remember that I love you first." said Zane. "Really? Do you have to make it a competition Zane?" said Sly. "Meh." said Zane, kissing Levy on the lips. Droy and Jet saw this and well, they got a awful sight.
A few minutes later, Zane soon had Makarov looking at him being that Kaida, Levy, and Sly who abandoned him. "So are you going to judge me for dating Levy too? I mean I know that you're jealous of me being with such a cutie but I'm not in the mood for persecution." said Zane. "Nope. I have a question for you and this question is of great importance." said Makarov. Zane looked at the senior citizen with him saying,"So how did Erza's breasts feel in your grasp?".
Zane looked at him with an look that said,"Are you serious?" being that Makrov said," Don't give me that look. I bet that in your time as a super famous hero, you've fondle a lot of breasts in your time haven't you?!". If Erza was here, her face would be blushed a deep crimson. She wasn't here and not because she's afraid of Zane. She's actually with Natsu being Team Natsu and Stella are currently on a job. "You should probably answer truthfully." said Lucifer.
Zane sighed as he said,"If you want the truth, they felt amazing like all breasts. Big or small, it don't matter to a breast guy which I am not. I'm an inner beauty type of guy.". "I can't believe that you used a Rico saying." said Athena, being that any girls in the guild who just happened to overheard the two oldest member of the guild's conversation soon blushed "Hey. He wants me to use at least one every couple of years and it makes happy when I do use one." said Zane.
He also slammed his left closed fist into his right open palm as he said,"Oh and since I didn't get to answer this before we were rudely interrupted by Prude Knight and Natsu, Stella does indeed have bigger breasts than Erza.". "Wow. I'm shocked that you actually answered my joke honestly." said Makarov with a chuckle. "I take the strangest things seriously." said Zane. He did planned on heading to the Garden every other year rather than every five years. Baby steps.
Makarov said,"That's right. I didn't get a chance to tell you this because you were busy with the whole report thing for the Alliance. Erza mentioned that you were able to handle yourself quite well on the job and you were able to complete the village's request like they asked. I was impressed with all of you being that if Erza didn't come to retrieve you all, it seems to me that you would have finished the job including fighting Deliora.". "Thanks for your compliments old man." said Zane.
Makarov said with a joking tone,"You do know that you're the older one between the two of us right Zane?". "Yeah but who in their right mind is going to believe that I'm older than you? I mean if I didn't have signature proof, you wouldn't believe me because I'm crazy." said Zane. "I'm sure that one day Zane, we'll finally figure out what makes you tick." said Makarov. "It's cute for you to think that being that my mind is an enigma. Hell, I barely understand it." sad Zane.
Makarov looked at Zane with him saying,"Zane. Do you mind if we have a talk?". "Sure. I was kinda expecting this being that I'm dating your daughter." said Zane. The duo of old man and Cross-Species went to Makarov's office being that Zane knew that this dimension had be reminding him of his days as a youthful teenager. He was hoping that his time in this dimension would last for a very long time since he really likes Levy.
Zane soon saw the guild master sitting at his chair being that he motioned the Cross-Species to take a seat. Once they were both comfortable, Zane said,"So what do you want to talk about? Got any juicy gossip?". "No. Ultear contacted me and I don't want my children hearing this. The council contacted me and Ultear asked for you specifically." said Makarov, stoking his beard. "Yeah. We have a thing going on. I tease her and she tease me. I'll have to break off since I'm dating Levy." said Zane.
Makarov sighed as he said,"Focus Zane.". "True. So what's up? I mean I doubt that you're the type of guy to keep secrets from your precious kids." said Zane. "I don't want my children to hear about this monster of a human. Ever heard of someone called the Doppelganger." said Makarov. "Yeah. The Doppelganger's true gender being unknown and is a member of Death Heads Caucus. Doppelganger was captured after the attempted assassination of that Duke Everlue guy." said Zane.
Makarov nodded as he said,"I see. Did you know that it was actually Happy, Lucy, and Natsu who brought in that monster?". "I think I remember reading that. Duke Everlue may have been a monster but hey, I respect the man being that he sees the beauty in girls which society labels as ugly. I told Triple B this and well, she reacted to this in a hilarious manner. So how did it break out of its prison convoy?" said Zane. "The "elite" Rosewood Squadron messed up." said Makarov.
Zane sank deep in his chair with him feeling a strong amount of annoyance being that Makarov easily noticed this from the Cross-Species. "Is this a joke to you Zane? I know that you act like a very rude person but I know that you're far from heartless." said Makarov. "Kinda. The council should have more people guarding it given its magic. It makes the Reaper look like a freaking child being that its kill count is infamous even inside of the assassin guild." said Zane.
Makarov sighed as he said,"I hate to say but you're kinda right. It did killed a couple of members of the squadron before reinforcement arrived. The Squadron is currently going through the area where its convoy was attacked.". Makarov hopped in his chair as he said,"That's good. Doppelganger sounds like a megalomanic but the wizard is just a load of hot air. It thinks that it's invincible being that if it comes to Fairy Tail, we'll give it a well needed wake up call!".
Zane sweatdropped at the man's lack of concern as he said,"Total offense here but you and I both know how dangerous it is. Its magic makes quick work of people who would take it lightly. I think that is how those members of the council died.". Makarov was silent being that Zane was actually serious. "So do you think you can take care of it?" said Makarov. "Yeah. If I didn't have to do research on this dimension, I would still be able too but there would be causality." said Zane.
Zane sighed as he said,"It's a vicious monster who isn't a pushover who waste time trash talking and fooling around like an idiot. It would take great joy in destroying the weaklings in the guild aka most of them in my book. I'm sounding like a total asshole but Fairy Tail isn't invincible. Nothing is in this Omniverse. Got it?". Suddenly Makarov's eyes became narrowed with conviction that would startled a normal person at how fierce he suddenly looked despite not growing any bigger.
Zane has seen worse so he wasn't started. "I won't let that happen Zane. I won't allow any of my precious children to be killed by a person who kills for sport." said Makarov. Kane chuckled as he said,"That's cute Zane. I mean he isn't that strong to begin with. I mean maybe if he was in his prime, I think he would be a worthy opponent.". "And now, you sound like an idiot whose going to his death but I can admire that kind of stupidity." said Zane.
He smiled as he said,"All of the offense to you and the rest of the guild, I'll be facing off against it in due time. I'll be keeping my ear open to any news involving it and its signs. Despite its gender being a unknown, I won't spare it mercy. It's basically up against someone who never lets his guard down despite acting like a total asshole most of the time.". Makarov said nothing for a moment as he just took in what Zane said.
His mind flashed back to whenever Zane showed off his power against Natsu and everyone. Natsu lost to Zane twice being that he pretty much Natsu ,who is one of Fairy Tail's best A-Class wizard and this isn't me being a dick, look like a newbie. Zane wasn't joking around being that he was sure that Doppelganger destroyed entire village in search of its target being that it did leave survivors behind but in incredible amounts of pain.
Makarov said,"While I can agree somewhat in keeping Natsu and the others away from it. What about Erza and the other S-Class? Could they stand a better chance in taking it down?". "If it didn't its research on them, yes. If it did, no. They wouldn't stand a snowball's chance in hell against it. From what I've gathered through research, Laxus is the only one who could have a chance against it and I could be wrong." said Zane.
Zane sighed as he said,"And Prude Knight ,even with her armor for any situations imaginable, would be the first to fall. Her weakness will be used by Doppelganger as its plaything.". Makarov pretty much begrudgingly accepted that assessment as he said with a serious look,"I know that you've told all of us your origins after the Osmdroid showed up but you should know this. We don't tattle on others or sending them to the wolves. We're like a family here.".
Zane said,"True. I don't think that the Prude Knight likes too much being that she and I get along terrible since I'll keep reminding her about her weakness until she admits it to it. You heard about me going off on her right? I wasn't pleasant to her in the slightest." said Zane. "I heard. She really thinks that you could bring trouble to the guild or thinks you'll going to the darkness. She doesn't want her new family after what happened to her as you already know." said Makarov.
Makarov soon sighed as he said,"Look, I know that she may be hard on you but try to be nice to be her.". "I can't believe him. Zane being nice to Prude Knight? That's never going to happen unless she grows up." said Cole. He was soon hit by Zane with Makarov looking confused. "One of the A.Is aka Cole said something stupid. This is normal. I'll try master but teasing is my way of coping with my losses and to be honest, she makes it too easy for me." said Zane, shrugging.
Makarov said,"At least, you said that you're going to try and that's all that matters. In time, Erza will like you I can promise but not in that way since her heart has been taken by Natsu. Despite your foul mouth, you're a good person.". "Thanks. I guess I should get back to teasing Levy. We may be dating now but me stopping my teasing will never stop." said Zane. "So what was it like holding Erza in a way that Natsu wouldn't be doing in a long time giving his denseness?" said Makarov.
Zane smirked as he said,"Like I tell Cana constantly, a gentleman never tells. I mean you could try it but then you'll punched by Erza and then sliced by her. If you somehow survive that, you'll be burned by a dragon. Dragons in this dimension are weaker than say a normal Akostar but the anger to them is still pretty bad. I mean it's part of the reason why I have such a bad temper.". The two soon left the office being that Zane went toward the bar.
Zane could sense that his daughter was drawing nearby Levy being that Zane was happy that he finally moved on with his romantic life. "They would be happy for you Zane so don't worry about you cheating on them." said Twilight. "I know that partner but still." said Zane. Zane soon took a seat directly in front of Mira with the barmaiden shocked to see her. She was still trying to get over the fact that Zane was dating Levy but she had a job to do.
Mira smiled friendly at him being that she said,"Hello Zane.". Zane could tell that she was straining herself to be cheerful. "Don't blame yourself for this. You know that you could tell her that she still has a chance with you but Levy has to approve of the harem." said Azalea. "And I'm pretty sure that most women aren't that sharing like that one pirate captain whose bigger than a blimp or a mountain." said Athena. "Wow. Savage Athena returns." said Cole.
Before Zane could say anything, the door to the guild hall was opened with a flame enhanced foot being that there was a few cheers and responses, some panicking upon the destructive entrance, or annoyance in case of the Cross-Species. Natsu stood there with the rest of his team being that both Lucy and Stella looked exhausted. "We're back! And I'm starving." said Natsu. "Mira, get us some meat!" said Gray, too hungry to really do anything.
However, he still had the energy to strip down to his underwear again. Mira soon throw the two of them giant pieces of meat to which they caught in their mouths as they leaped up into the air. It was very much like she was treated the boys like dogs being that Zane noticed that the barmaiden had an expression that he used when he fed Wolfram back in the duo. Lucy and Stella sweat dropped as the girls witnessed the two beginning to greedily chomp down the juicy substance.
Mira smiled with her soon pouring him a drink of beer being that Zane knew that this current facade of her was rather recent. From his research, it had been only two years since the Demon disappeared and the Angel aka Mira appeared. It didn't take a detective to connect the dots on what happened but like with most of the guild, he didn't pry on their past but would have to soon. He knew quite well that Mira once had a smirk of superiority or a cruel tinge to her glare.
It would make most people fearful for their well-being if they pissed her off. In its place, there is a warm, welcoming expression that only served to enhanced Mira's beauty even more than her beauty does normally. "Still can't believe that her and Erza used to fight like Gray and Natsu plus insult members like you do currently." said Athena. "Which you should be doing less off. I mean you're going to run out insults eventually." said Twilight.
Zane sighed as he said,"Wow. You really have no faith in me Twilight. I've had decades to come up with insults. She does do a good job of being a barmaiden being that she's always willing to lend a hand and serve the others drink and food." said Zane, sipping his beer. "Shame that it came at such a cost. I know that you feel empathy toward her because of your close bonds with your family but I'm pretty sure that she's struggling with her internal demons." said Sivarth.
Lucifer said,"Aka the ones not like me and the ones she uses for her brand of Take Over even those demons aren't exactly devils but that's all semantics at the point. It's also really petty so it's something you would do Zane.". "You can just feel the guilt eating away at her heart being that behind those warm eyes that she currently had, you can see crippling pain that she has been hiding." said Sivarth.
Cole said,"So do you guys think the guild know why she's working at the bar rather than doing work like everyone but Triple B. I mean according to our research, she hasn't done a job since except for you know modeling which you like a lot don't you Zane?". He was hit by Athena as she said,"Even after all of this time, you're still an idiot Cole. She lost her magic or would lost not be the right word for it?". "Kinda." said Cole.
Twilight said,"It's her current state of mind making her unable to call upon her magic like the good old days. As we know, magic is a very fickle mistress. In this dimension, it's tied to emotions and mental fortitude. Poor Mira. I mean she's lost her confidence in herself but her magic as well. That kind of thinking is nothing more than a major cripple to wizards of this dimension after all, she is subconsciously rejecting her own magic which is putting a mental block on her ability to use it.".
Zane nodded as he said,"Yeah but it's a hard hurdle for anyone to overcome. Depression can really mess you up. I know all too well. Mira mostly likely gave up on magic and her wanting to use it like the good old days. Even being a barmaid has a steady source of income especially if you're pretty which she is. These scars are going to be on her for a long period of time being that it would take something real drastic if she were to regain her ability to use magic once again.".
Kane sighed as he said,"I remember back when you were like this Zane. You were doing mission after mission, completing them with alarming efficiency. You were able to do all of the missions without causing too much destruction unlike your grandpa. If he completes a mission with very little collateral damage, it's a good day for the Alliance since your grandpa and Theron do a lot of damage. You also spent very little time talking with others.".
Sivarth nodded as he said,"You barely even talk with us Zane. We're your partners through all of the bullshit. You only talk to us when you felt like it being that you barely spend any time back in Cypress Park being that Sly was very worried for your health but you bounced back. It took your stubborn ass much longer than normal but you did it.". "Yeah. So do you think we can help Mira out with her problems?" said Zane.
Cole smiled as he said,"Sure! I don't mind at all.". "Same here but we should get Levy's approval before then since she's your girlfriend and your methods of helping people ,mainly females, are quite romantic in nature." said Athena. "Yes mom." said Zane. "I've always enjoyed your somewhat witty banter Zane. Despite your blunt nature, people like you. I'm just happy that the murderous glares are things of the past." said Twilight.
Zane chuckled as he said,"Yeah. I was kinda different back then being that well, I was mute and that is so not me. I mean it's not exactly healthy to be doing all of those jobs back and forth like that.". "It's fine Zane because it was very funny to watch that show. I mean that armor is really durable but well, it's kinda very tight around a certain area." said Stella.
Erza ,from her spot in the guild hall, could heat this as she thought with a blush on her face,"I'll keep that in mind.". "So she's talking about her breasts right Twilight?" said Cole. "Yep. You're right." said Twilight. "So Zane, what do you think of S-Class jobs?" said a cheerful Mira. "Well if I'm going to be honest with you, I'm kinda on the fence about it. It does keep me busy because well, I kinda like having a challenge." said Zane. "What do you mean?" said Stacey.
Zane smiled as he said,"Well when you have enough power to destroy a planet, you'll need something to keep growing stronger and busy. The village on Galuna Island wasn't fixed by me but someone else.". "Are you serious Zane?" said Erza as she joined them being that she had wondered about that. However she asked during the party that the village was holding for the Fairy Tail wizards being her question was left unanswered until now. she asked them on who rebuilt the village.
Zane smiled as he said,"Yeah. I think it was that weird old man. His name was Zalty and he was able to use time manipulation based magic. I'm sure that he knows the basic rules when it comes to time manipulation. Restoring a village from the ground up is perfectly fine but going back in time to say change a bad event is impossible and would piss off Hourglass a lot. She's the ruler of all time and don't make her mad. Trust me. I wonder why he did that but humans can be so confusing at times.".
Zane knew that the masked man was Ultear being that he reminded her of a previous lover who was a villain but had a heart of gold and a rocking body according to Cole. Zane often never cared about how a person looks on the outside but he cares about the inside. "I see. You should be proud of what you have done on the Galuna Island job. I doubt capturing this Zalty person was part of the mission so don't worry about it. " said Erza.
Mira said,"I've got to agree with Erza on this one Zane.". "Yeah. I mean you took down all of Dark Outriders." said Stacey. "I did being that I actually had real assistance being the Galuna Island job, I have Triple B and Happy which were quite the liability being that they only provided commentary and one of them annoyed the crap of me. Hint, it's Triple B but her defeating rat lady does earn her some praise from me." said Zane, trying to be nice.
Mira smiled as she said,"Well, I think you're worthy of the title of S-Class being that you complete both of this jobs with seemingly no problems and no property damage. I'm just shocked you are being nice to Lucy.". "Yeah. I decided to be slightly less of my lovable self but well, I'm still going to be a dick. It's a coping mechanism because I've been through so much." said Zane. "Anyway Erza, would you like anything?" said Mira. "Let me see. I'll have...." said Erza.
The redhead didn't even get to finish her sentence as Mira answered her with a piece of food. It has a slice of strawberry cheesecake was presented before her on a silver platter. A glint soon appeared in her eyes, and a slight amount of drool began to drip from the corner of her mouth. "So did I get it right?" said Mira with her giggling at the reaction the dish elicited from the scarlet-haired woman. It took about half a second before she began to eat the desert with a tiny fork.

Strawberry cheesecake is your most favorite food or something like that?" said Zane being that he already knew the answer but like to hear it from the source being that the female stopped eating to answer him since he was being kinda nice to her for once. This kinda of a repeat of the flashback so if you didn't read the flashback, read this instead.
She often tried to get him to open up to them being that he usually had a strong amount of hatred or disdain toward others in his eyes and his insults which were quite blunt like taking a sword right to the stomach. It made even the great Titania shrink a little into herself. Despite her having a rather confident personality, Erza was still pretty and insecure girl under her armor. Seeing someone so angry looking at her with that much disdain brought back nightmares from her past.
It was about one of her old and closest friends. She was lucky to have someone like Natsu in her life being that he was often the light that drove her to get stronger and harbored strong feelings toward him being that she worries about him. Like how Natsu helped her, Erza wanted to help Zane being that she truly thought that he would steered down the path of darkness that she honestly thought that he was going down.
However, she didn't have enough confidence in herself to confront him about herself being that she didn't know on how to do it. She knew that Zane had an idea on how what was still haunting her and she was thankful that he never mentioned it. "Earth to Erza." said Zane, waving a picture of Natsu in front of her. "So where did he get that from?" said Stella as she sat next to the right of Erza being that the knight in question sat nearby Zane. "Who knows?" said Mira.
Erza recovered as she said,"Yes Zane. It's absolutely delicious. I'm guilty to having dreams of using Natsu to make a very large cheesecake.". After saying that, all of the girls there blushed as Erza herself was quite bashful and embarrassed being that she didn't know why she said that but it was soon made apparent on why she said that she took a look at the Zane being that he did nothing but smirk.
He knew that she was going to say that it was just delicious and leave it at that but he wanted to have some fun with her and her no subtle crush on Natsu. "Do you always have to be so annoying? And how did you make me say that?" said Erza, hoping that no one heard her mainly Natsu despite him not paying attention to her at the moment. "Yes because it's so much fun teasing people about their crushes." said Zane.
Athena said,"You did that a lot with Danny and Gwen but I like when you did that to Kevin being that man has a lot of love interests.". "True that." said Zane. "He may be real annoying sometimes Erza but he has his moments of kindness." said Mira with her mumbling out,"And looks really good without a shirt.". It was under her breath and a slight blush on her cheeks. Stacey heard this being that she had some tough competition for Zane's Essence.
The main competition ,at least to Stacey, was Levy and Mira being that the former has gotten a kiss from Zane and the latter being the first person Zane was really talked with. She wasn't the underdog in the competition being that was Bisca. This claim is thanks to Kaida liking Bisca the most since she has a horse. It may not like seem like but having the daughter's affections gets you bonus points with the father. Stacey also didn't know about Levy and Zane dating just yet. She will soon.
Do note quote me on that. I'm no expert on that kind of stuff. Zane heard this being that he couldn't stop the teasing despite having a girlfriend. Zane knew that despite Levy being his girlfriend, she still scared of his teasing being that she has some body issues. Zane knew that someone like him giving someone like her the time of day is a real big shock being that she often didn't see herself as beautiful compared to Mira and Stella despite the duo of Droy and Jet telling her otherwise.
Zane smirked as he said,"So Mira, did you say something about me without a shirt? I mean I know that you and Levy are of similar mindsets when it comes to me.". Mira looked at him with a massive blush on her face as she said,"Nope! Nope! I think you're hearing someone demanding something of me. I better go take care of that.". Her smile was soon twisted into a nervous one as she waved her hands defensively before walking away.
Kane said with a teasing tone,"Wow. You really love teasing people don't you and your mastery of flirting hasn't changed.". "Ha ha. Very funny Kane." said Zane. Erza left them with them walking over to her team as Stella shook her head. "She isn't going to change isn't she?" said Stella. "Probably not but that makes her unique." said Zane. The two who currently sat at the bar continued to converse in a friendly manner, mostly discussing a few things that occurred in Blossom Village.
Their conversation were stopped by Makarov with him saying,"So are you two getting used to life around the guild?". "I guess but as a member of the Alliance, it's like this except without my drunk grandpa and battle crazy sword teacher. They cause poor Lucas so much property damage. It makes the property damage you get from the kids look small in comparison." said Zane. "You can't be serious can you?" said Makarov, taking another gulp of his drink.
Zane slowly nodded ,much to Makarov's shock, with Stella saying,"And those two are immortal like you right?". "Yep. You only get the immortality if you're a high ranked agent being extremely high ranked. It would take a lot of hard work to get on the same level as Theron." said Zane. "I'm sure that you know this but guilds aren't just for groups of people to fight." said Makarov. "Are you sure about that old man?" said Zane.
Stella slowly punched him as Makarov said,"We're a family and families help other people. I'm sure that being payed for your action is pretty nice right?". "Not really. I spent most of my life helping people because they couldn't handle a giant walking around the city. This changed over time but I'm not a hero for hire. Don't judge people who do but that ain't me." said Zane. Their conversation was stopped for now by Natsu shouting,"Laxus!".
The trio of Makarov, Stella, and Zane looked up to the smug lightning S-Class wizard leaning over the railing over the balcony that looked over the first floor. "Huh. You're a rarity around here." said Macao. "He's one of the S-Class wizard and I think he's much stronger than say Prude Knight and that cloaked member. I mean I like him but most people don't being that well, he is like me but I would argue worse." said Zane.
Laxus chuckled being that Stella noticed that laughter didn't sound friendly in the slightly being that it was filled with arrogance. "My pal Zaney here is right. I mean he's the only one that I respect in this guild of weaklings!" said Laxus in an extremely arrogant tone. "Wow. You're not wrong." said Stella with Zane nodding. Natsu grinned as he saw the lightning wizard. He jumped onto a table as he looked up at Laxus while lighting his fists on fire. "Fight me Laxus!" said Natsu.
Gray grumbled out,"Dude. You've never beaten Laxus ever and you've gotten you butt whopped since Zane joined and I'm pretty sure that he'll stop you.". Natsu ignoed him being that he leapt from the first floor and soon igniting his right fist in flames. He aimed himself toward Laxus being that he said,"Fire Dragon......". Before he could finish casting his spell, Laxus only smiled as he sent off a single punch directly to the boy's face from what he sat.
Cole said,"Wow. He didn't even have to use magic to send him flying. That's either impressive on his part or it's really sad that Natsu is so weak.". The Dragon Slayer crashed into the wall right next to the front door, which caused Zane to sighed. Zane looked at Laxus with a half-interested glare. Zane looked at Natsu being that he was being looked over by Erza and Lucy. "Wow. That was brutal. I'm sure that you've only made him pissed." said Zane.
Laxus soon glanced down at Zane with him saying,"Oh? You're actually defending him? I guess you've softened up thanks to her haven't you?". Stella looked at Zane being that she wondered what Laxus meant by that but Natsu soon rose from the ground. He wiped the blood from his face as he looked up to the man who slammed him down. "Come on! Round two!" said Natsu. "Oh wow. I guess I broke that already tiny brain of yours." said Laxus.
He pointed to his thumb toward Erza with him saying,"If you couldn't beat Pride Knight which by the way is an hilarious name Zane, you can't beat me and our superhero over here beats you without even wasting a single percent of his vast power on you. You're totally making you weaklings look even weaker than you already do!". Natsu flinched at his words being that Erza had a different reaction to Laxus's statement.
She growled at him being her face had noticeable rage toward the obviously stronger ,which is my personal opinion being that I don't factor in the power of friendship, wizard who arrogantly sat above everyone else. She was about to step there and give him a piece of her mind aka preaching/nagging but she was stopped by Zane who easily blocked her with his stretched out right arm. "Sorry but I'm not a fan of watching fools marching to their death aka what you're doing." said Zane.
Before Erza could say anything, Makarov spoke out,"That's enough Laxus!". "If you want him to stop being right, do something about it. I mean I know that you're a coward when it comes to punishing anyone but he's going to keep talking." said Zane, shrugging. Laxus smirked with him getting up from the table as he said,"He's right old man. Later Zane. You and I should go on a job because you're not one of these dam suckers.". "I'll keep my schedule open." said Zane.
He soon walked out of the guild hall with Zane smiling. Lucy helped Natsu off being that Zane could feel the annoyance, shock, sadness, and the obvious rage in the building with Prude Knight looking like she was going to kill someone. Makarov was sitting at the bar counter being that Zane wanted to break the tension. "So are you going to do something about him? I mean he is your grandson after all old man." said Zane.
Stella's eyes bugged out with her saying,"You're serious aren't you?". "Zane. I need you to keep your opinions to yourself this time. This isn't your problem at all because like you, he wasn't always like this." said Makarov. "Not going to happen since I'm a member of this guild and arrogant folks like Laxus usually have a reason for their arrogance. I mean I'm feeling the hate he has toward you and the weaklings." said Zane. "You're calling us weaklings too?" said Stella.
Zane shook his head as he said,"Nope. Most of you are but for different reasons than Laxus sees you so could you just tell me why Laxus hates you or should I should read your mind for the info?". "It's because I excommunicated his father from the guild. He conducted several actions using sensitive information that would have threatened the guild." said Makarov. "Huh. So beside being a terrible punisher, you're also a terrible father." said Zane.
Makarov looked at him with Stella said,"Ignore him Master.". "Anyway, Laxus's father and my son Ivan. He may be family to me but if anyone threatens to damage the guild or set in danger, I shall place the safety of my family that I have here first without questions." said Makarov. "Wow. He's a fucking moron." said Lucifer. Zane really wanted to punch Makarov but he was going to wait until a little big later. The guild's atmosphere was soon back to its cheerful demeanor.
Later, Kaida and Zane were sitting together with Levy, Sly, and Stella nearby them at the bar with Makarov nearby the. Erza soon dragged Gray and Natsu by their collars with Happy floating nearby them. The four soon glanced over to see the redhead being that she looked angry. "Master. I plan to give these two a "supplementary" lesson." said Erza. "Seriously? I know that you're into giving your punishments as a kink but what did they exactly do?" said Zane.
He was ignored with Makarov chuckling and looked at the Ice Make wizard and Fire Dragon Slayer with a sympathizing look. "Don't hurt them too much Erza but I guess that's the annoying way for them to learn." said Makarov. "So what did they do?" said Kaida. Sly got the young girl's attention being that there were fire and ice everywhere along with destruction. "Oh wow. You guys really need to learn some self-control." said Zane,
He soon felt Crisis Judgement going off. "God dam it. Why the hell did it have to come now?" said Zane under his breath. Erza and everyone else in the guild soon watched Zane's face soon turning bright red being it looked like it did whenever he blushes. He soon began painting as his nose soon became highly congested and his voice getting extremely sore. "Papa. Are you okay?" said Kaida with her looking at her parent in concern.
Zane soon sneezed out fire with him saying in a highly gravelly voice,"I'm fine Peanut. I'm just going through my common cold. I should be back to normal in due time.". "So what's going on with our favorite superhero?" said Cana, chugging down a barrel like it was nothing. "He has the common cold Cana. Everyone, get away from him." said Sly. "And why is that a bad thing?" said Lucy, with her sweatdropping at Sly's statement.
She soon looked at the Cross-Species with Zane's body soon releasing sparks of his electricity. He soon tumbled onto the floor with the group of Bisca, Levy, Mira, and Stella shouting,"Zane!". Levy soon went over to his side with her placing her hand on his forehead. She soon removed it as she said to the guild,"He's both burning up and freezing.". Droy was soon hit by a giant bolt of lightning being that everyone in the guild presumed that it was Laxus.
However it wasn't him being that the lightning wizard wasn't in Magnolia. "And that's the reason why the Ethereal Mania is considered to be one of the worse diseases in the Omniverse being that it only affects the Eazairvians." said Sly. "So why did Droy just get shocked?" said Mira. "Right now, my partner has no control over his powers. Everyone in this guild is now a target of Zane's wrath being that he's currently in a hallucinatory state." said Sly, earned a gulp in fear.
While everyone's attention was focused on Zane, Gray and Natsu attempted to sneak away from being punished. Their hopes were soon dashed being that they could sense two death glares coming from right behind them. They slowly turned around in fear with both Erza and Stella glaring at them with the former using her infamous stare and Stella cracking her knuckles. This caused the two of them to huddled together in fear. "You two." said Erza in an empowering voice.
The two squealed out in terror,"Yes Mistress Erza!". "Both of you will watch over Zane until we get back!" ordered Stella. The two saluted the girls as Stella walked over to Levy "Don't worry. Zane will be back to normal. I mean you two just got together right?" said Stella. Levy's eyes widened as Stella said with sadness in her voice,"You can't fool a dragon slayer's nose. His scent is all over you and I'm kinda jealous.".
She soon picked Zane with her placing the Cross-Species on the table. However, the table was soon ash thanks to Zane being really hot. "Sorry not sorry." groaned Zane. Stella shook her head with her soon gesturing the two (Gray and Natsu) with an earth dragon themed battle axe that she made using her magic and this impressed Erza. She knew that Stella had a very similar magic like Gray's Ice Make magic and Laki's Wood Make magic.
However, it was much faster than both Gray and Laki being that she used it with just one hand being that according to Gray, one-handed molding magic is easier but more less stable and easy to break upon contact with anything. The earth constructed weapon looked rather durable. She wondered if Stella had a lot of practice. The male dragon slayer and ice wizard soon nervously scrambled over to them being that she was on the same level of scariness as Erza and oddly Lucy when she gets mad.
Stella turned toward Sly with her saying,"Sly. Zane's sickness. It can be cured right?". "Yep. It's just like the common cold except more destructive." said Sly. Zane soon sneezed, causing a giant eruption of water to erupt from his body and hitting Droy directly into a table, breaking it. "Please make him stop hitting me." groaned Droy. "Screw you Jungle Legs. Susan doesn't belong to you at all." said Zane, with everyone wondered what Zane was talking about.
If you're curious, Zane is currently in a drunk like state being that he's hallucinating. "I'll be going out to buy some things for Zane. Me and him may never get along but he's still part of my family. So could you come with me Sly? You know him better than I do." said Erza. "Sure. You better come along with us Stella. Mind watching over Zane for me Master Makarov and Levy. Kaida, please keep an eye on your papa for me." said Sly with Kaida, Levy, Makarov, and Stella nodding.
The trio of Erza, Sly, and Stella were walking out of the guild hall with Lucy saying with a nervous chuckle,"Wow. That was frightening.". "Yeah. I never expected Erza to go out of her way to help Zane after what he did to her." said Cana. Gray and Natsu finally separated from each other. They didn't dare try to defy either Erza or Stella being that both of them were rather scary. It was quite interesting to see Zane in this state.
Zane was currently half awake and sleep with him mumbling,"Stay away from me you dam veggie monsters. I'll end you faster than you can say Pterodactyl.". "Wow. Even when drunk, he has a mouth on him." said Makarov with a cheeky expression. Droy was soon hit in the face by a mug being that Zane threw it at him using his telekinesis. "Shut up Jungle Legs!" said Zane. "Wow. Droy is just unlucky today." said Wakaba.
Kaida soon walked up to her drunk like dad with her saying,"Don't worry Papa. You'll be okay I promise.". The girls awed at this cute scene with Gray saying while smiling,"Ah. That's cute unlike anything you do with Lucy flame brain.". Lucy blushed as Natsu's face soon twitched. His head soon collided with Gray as he said,"What the hell did you say Elsa?". "You heard me lizard breath! Kaida and Zane are cuter than you and Lucy! Want to fight about it?!" yelled Gray.
The two soon began bickering once again with everyone else around them sighing in defeat. The fight was soon over as it began being that the two soon went off to a different part of the guild. Gray went to go look for another job to do being that Natsu went to go hang out with Lucy which soon brought the duo to the request board. However, Gray and Natsu soon started another fight on which job they should do which caused everyone to sweat dropped at the scene.
Happy soon noticed that Zane was all alone being that the dazed Cross-Species was currently talking about something called Fantasia. His eyes spotted a certain piece of technology that had peeked the feline's interest. The cat soon had an awful idea. He soon looked around him being that he flew over to Zane slowly. He landed nearby him with him pushing Zane downwards. Before Zane fell, Zane soon froze Droy being that it wasn't the young man's day.
Happy soon brought his paws toward the device on the Cross-Species's left wrist. "Okay. Lets bring out the best form." whispered Happy being that he remembered how Zane used it before. He also remember how it didn't work when Erza ,in Stella's body, touched it so he need Zane's assistance within this. Happy soon grabbed Zane's right hand with the hand lightly pressed down on the gray band and then the light purple holographic screen some came out of the watch.
Happy soon looked for the right icon with him picking the card shaped icon and had Zane's hand pick it. All of the cards soon appeared with Happy smiling. He soon began looking for the certain form that he wanted Zane to become. It was then that Mira noticed him with her frowning. She may not be a big fan of Zane dating Levy like Stella was to an extent but she still care for Zane a great deal like a lot.
Happy was playing around with the Z.E.R.O. watch being that its owner was in a drunk like state and had a pretty nasty temper if annoyed just enough. Makarov also noticed this being that he didn't do anything about it. He wanted Zane to get his just desserts for all that he's has done by mocking the guild and Makarov himself. Mira soon stood behind the feline with her giving him a stern look and she said,"Happy. What are you doing?".
Happy turned around as Mira said,"You shouldn't be messing with Zane right now because he'll find out and he won't be happy.". Happy soon squeaked out in surprise at being caught with Makarov soon taking another sip from his cup. "Turn off that light. I'm trying to sleep Uncle Vamp so let me do that or I'll break you." mumbled Zane, touching a form's card. Upon doing this, he was soon covered in a flash of light, causing the nearby Happy and Mira to shield their eyes from the light.
The flash brought up the attention of Gray and Natsu as well as a few other members of the guild as they walked toward the light. The sleeping Zane was replaced a large seven feet tall fox. This fox is known Kitsune Form. The fox's body is covered in thick gold fur except around his chest. His chest is a large, mane-like puff of white fur. His chest, palms of his hands, stomach, the bottom of his feet, and tip of his tail and ears are a white color along with his paws.
He has five fingers and toes with sharp claws attached to them. Like Werewolf Form, he has sharp teeth but they're hidden. He has long arms and legs along with three long bushy tails. The tips of each one of his tail is covered by a large burning mass of orange and red flames dancing in the wind. He has black tribal like tattoos on his arms, chest, and face. He has two penetrating green eyes ,with no pupils, which can make him seem quite intimidating. Zane's eyes were currently closed at the moment.
Zane said,"If I do say yes, I'm going to get half of any profit gained being that my image was used in any form or manner. I have that Omniversal copyright and all of that jazz. So are you enjoying our date Levy?". Bisca noticed a light blush on Levy's face as the bluenette's crush on Zane was very well known among the girls in Fairy Hills. It was also well known the female Dragon Slayer of Fairy Tail and their bar maiden liked him as well.
This was because of Cana telling them about it much to the embarrassment of Levy and Stella being that the female Dragon Slayer decided to live in the girls dorm because it was close to the guild. Erza is the only one who doesn't know about the love square that Fairy Tail has being that she and Zane get along so well like fire or ice. She'll eventually find out someday but it's very obvious. I mean you have to be blind not to see the love square.
Levy said with a light blush on her face,"I'm liking it a lot. You may have a extremely foul mouth but you're a really nice guy.". "Except if your name is Erza and for some reason, Droy or Jet. I mean you froze those two during the Soul Swap fiasco which was hilarious." said Bisca. "Okay. I hope that you know that I'm going to make you proud for giving me my new tool." said Levy, with her sounding very determined.
Zara smiled as she said,"Okay! I'm sure that you will. So have anything else to tell me about your library before we leave?". "Well, I'm sure that Erza will hate me for saying this but since she isn't here, I don't think she'll find out about me telling you her dirty secret Zane." said Levy. Bisca and Zara looked interested as Levy said,"Erza is a fan of the more naughty books being that she secretly asks them from me.".
Zara began laughing as she said,"Okay! This is too good.". "Levy. While this may be funny, you just gave Zane more fuel to tease Erza." said Bisca, smiling. "Yeah but I doubt that Zane is going to rat me out." said Levy. Zara nodded as she said,"Yep. You're one of my close friends Levy and I don't rat out my friends.". At the guild hall, Erza sneezed being that she didn't know why she was sneezing but she presumed that someone was talking about her in a positive light.
Later, Zane ,was back to be his male self after leaving the girls, was waiting outside for Levy being that the Cross-Species was practically dozing off. "Hey Papa!" said a voice. Zane soon woke up to see Kaida waving to him being that she was standing there with Malik who was holding a bag in his grip. Kaida ran up to Zane being that she hugged him. "Hey there Peanut. So you and Malik complete your goal for me?" said Zane, tussling his head. Kaida nodded as she said,"Yep!".
Zane took the bag from his clone before making it disappear. "So how long have you been here?" said Kaida, sitting on Zane's shoulders. "About ten minutes but to an impatient person, it's been like an hour." said Zane. "And her I thought that you were the patient type. Are you ready you two?" said a voice. The two Alvarez soon turned to see Levy standing there with her wearing a new outfit. It's the one she wears during the Battle of Fairy Tail Arc.
Like I've said before, I'm no expert on fashion. She's wearing an orange tank top like dress that ended at her mid-thighs. It has two red lines going up the back and sleeves that covered her lower arms and her dress exposed her guild mark. She's wearing black tights/pantyhose stocking and brown boots that ended at her ankles. "Yep. I'm a impatient person. Oh by the way, you look real cute." said Zane with Levy blushing.
Levy soon noticed the bag with her saying,"So what's in the bag?". "It's for you!" said Kaida. Levy looked at Zane with him saying,"Well, I got it for you. See lets see what's in our bag.". Zane soon pulled out a rectangular package and a bouquet of flowers. "I had to get you something because you are just so cute." said Zane. She took the package Zane handed to her being that she opened it with her eyes widened even more.
Levy smiled as she said,"This is the book that I was looking for! It was sold out!". "Me and Malik bought it for you. Papa thought that someone would snatched it up before someone else could get it and he gave me the money to do it." said Kaida. "Yep. I also told her to pick up some flowers for you." said Zane. "Why are you doing all of this for me?" said Levy. "Isn't it obvious? I like you a lot Levy and I want to show it through gifts plus love." said Zane, putting Kaida down onto the ground.
Levy's mind was currently short circuiting being that she stood there for a minute trying to register what Zane just said. "You're not joking are you?" said Levy. "Nope. I like you Levy. When you get to be my age, you find love and act on it fast. I think I've liked you since you interview me before my first fight with Natsu. You're really pretty and I don't care about how you look. I always look at inner beauty and girl you have in spades." said Zane.
Levy couldn't comprehend what was going on. The guy that she had known for less than a month actually liked her back being that all thoughts involved him in some manner being that upon hearing his honesty, she couldn't take it and began crying. You may be thinking that this is rather fast but that's love for it. You can either fall for someone in a moment or it takes some time. Love is something that you can't really explain or try to figure out.
Kaida looked at Levy with Levy saying,"Zane!". "Please don't cry Levy. I'm sorry if you're shocked by me but I'm a very blunt person when it comes to things like my feelings. I could have go much more extravagant but sometimes, the simple method works." said Zane. Levy couldn't take it anymore being that she jumped toward him. Zane instinctively caught her being that he pressed his lips right against hers. Kaida watched this scene with a smile.
Zane soon returned the kiss with vigor being that Levy said after breaking away the kiss,"I'm pretty sure that you already know this Zane but I like you too.". "Called it. I thought I was pretty obvious that I liked you. I made it pretty obvious when I kissed your cheek in front of the guild. So do you want the guild to know about us?" said Zane, placing her down. "I think they should know because they are our family. So how should we tell them?" said Levy.
Kaida said,"You two should kiss each other in front of everyone!". The couple looked at her with Zane saying,"Peanut. You're quite the smart one. I always have a flair toward the dramatic.". "Are you okay with that Levy?" said Kaida. "I don't mind. You make Papa happy and that's what matter but will they mind?" said Levy. "Who? You mean Fanboy and Chumchum? I don't really care plus they'll have to get used to it." said Zane. "I guess so. So do you want to do for the rest of the day?" said Levy.
The trio ,with the bookworm and Cross-Species holding hands, were heading over to the guild hall as Zane said,"Levy. I got a question for you since I know Prude Knight won't answer for me so maybe you know the answer since you've been in the guild longer than me.". "What is it?" said Levy. "So does Erza ever not wear armor? I mean I've only see her in it except for the Soul Swap Fiasco but that's a unique situation rather than the norm." said Zane.
Levy looked at him as she said,"Why would you ask me instead of her?". "Because whenever I see her walking around, I just get annoyed and make her hate little old me. She's just weak to me. She seems to rely on her armor heavily and because of that, I can take her down with ease being that her reliance on her armor is her biggest weakness but that's just my warrior's mind talking.". "Yeah and to answer your question, I think only Natsu knows." said Levy.
Zane soon smiled as he said,"You know Levy. The waitress was right. We do make a pretty cute no really cute couple in my opinion.". Levy looked at him with a pout. "So are you sure that you're okay with me Zane? I mean I'm not like the other girls." said Levy. Zane shook his head as he said,"Look Levy. I could change you to match everyone else. Eazairvian have that power but like I tell anyone who wants to change their bodies, your outer beauty is less important than your inner beauty.".
Levy looked at him as she said,"Um.". "My point is that I like you for you. You don't need to change yourself to look like Mira and Stella. Your beauty is in your mind and to be honest, I find you just adorable. Right Peanut?" said Zane. Kaida nodded with Levy soon punching her boyfriend in his right arm and having a bright red face from Zane's compliments. Their walk to Fairy Tail was rather pleasant being that the couple chatted with Kaida adding stuff in over time.
Zane knew perfectly well about Erza's past and her wearing armor is to protect herself but he wanted to hear it from her rather than something else. That's why he constantly antagonize her. He wanted to help her but like most of the guild and their troubled past, he couldn't exact get them to talk without pushing his luck aka pissing them off. He could always read their minds or memories being that he has done them.
He clenched his fist being that he swore to get revenge on the person who did this to a young girl and that was going to a long but totally worth the wait. He did respect her somewhat being that she's a great warrior being that she could easily fight off numerous people and come out of the brawl without a single scratch on her. However, it was her attitude that Zane wasn't a fan of. It was also made apparent to him that she cared very deeply for her comrades.
Like Natsu, Erza reminded Zane of himself at that age being that she would die for her family and Zane was going to make sure that didn't happen since that never ends up good in the long run being that he'll do it through his snark. The trio were soon by the South Gate Park. It's a cute little park being that it had a large tree in the middle. It had a playground that looked like a castle and quite a few people were there.
The couple both sat on a bench, where they'd decided to take in some peace and quiet while Kaida played nearby. Both of them laid their heads back as Zane was thankful that his powers prevent the sun's deadly rays. They were both completely still being they just plopped on the bench. About half an hour later, the Cross-Species turned toward Levy. He noticed her blue hair reflecting off the light and how she looked at peace on him.
Zane soon smiled at this picture being that he knew that he was scared of moving one with another woman but he knew that the women who loved would want to be happy and if that's with another woman, that's fine. That's why he went to the Garden being that he wanted to start dating again and Levy was his first choice. Eventually, the two arose from the bench and stretched with Levy soon apologize for resting on him and Zane teased her about it.
They soon continue on their journey to Fairy Tail being that on the way there, Zane was thinking about something. The group soon reached the guild as Zane said with a smile and smirk,"So how was your date with me Levy? I mean would you rank me from one to ten? And be honest.". Levy blushed as she said,"I would say a ten.". "That's good right?" said Kaida. Zane nodded with him saying,"Okay before we kiss, shocking the guild. I need to tell you something so listen up.".
Levy looked at him as Zane said,"Levy. I like you a lot in fact. You're a very beautiful girl and you shouldn't let others people's perception of beauty judge your self worth. I really don't care about what you look like on the outside being that I care about the inside. Oh and when you want your favor done by me, just ask. I'm good for whenever. If you want to really shock someone, I'm the guy for the job because pranking is my game.". Levy nodded as she said,"Okay.".
Narrator P.O.V.
And now, we're back to the present. Expect maybe one/two more flashbacks but don't quote me on that. I'm not sure just yet. When Zane came into the guild today this morning, he found his way over to Levy who was sitting with Kaida and Sly being that he picked the bluenette right up ,much to the anger of Droy and Jet, and sat her in his lap. This was a shock to everyone being that no one thought that was actually being that everyone had to a double take at what was going on.
Zane soon got very annoyed with their staring with him saying,"Hey Levy. Sorry but I have to do something about them.". "Sure but don't be hard on them." said Levy. "No promises." said Zane with him kissing her forehead and placing her on the seat without him. "So do you guys have something to say about me dating my bookworm? If you have a problem with it, say it directly right toward my handsome as hell face." said Zane. "Ego much Zane?" said Sly. "You know it's the truth." said Zane.
Sly rolled her eyes with Elfman said,"It's just weird to see you two together. I mean I know that you tease her like crazy but I thought you wouldn't date anyone again.". "Yeah. I've been single for way too long so I decided to go with my Essence says and it picked Levy. Simple and clean which is a pretty good song if you ask me." said Zane, sitting back down with Levy in his lap. "Wow. He seems really happy with her." said Cana.
Mira sighed as she said,"Yeah. I mean those two were always friendly but I'm kinda happy that Stella isn't here.". "Why?" said Elfman. "Lets just say that they have trouble accepting that their partner is with someone else." said Mira. "Ah. That's going to be interesting to watch. She should be getting back soon." said Cana. "Yep. I'll be out of the guild when that happens." said Elfman. "Zane, guess what I'm thinking without reading your mind?" said Levy.
Zane looked at her with him saying,"What? I mean I'm useless without my mind reading.". "I'll give you a hint. It's a four letter word." said Levy. "Is it taco?" said Zane. "No. I love you." said Levy with her smiling up at him. "Me too but remember that I love you first." said Zane. "Really? Do you have to make it a competition Zane?" said Sly. "Meh." said Zane, kissing Levy on the lips. Droy and Jet saw this and well, they got a awful sight.
A few minutes later, Zane soon had Makarov looking at him being that Kaida, Levy, and Sly who abandoned him. "So are you going to judge me for dating Levy too? I mean I know that you're jealous of me being with such a cutie but I'm not in the mood for persecution." said Zane. "Nope. I have a question for you and this question is of great importance." said Makarov. Zane looked at the senior citizen with him saying,"So how did Erza's breasts feel in your grasp?".
Zane looked at him with an look that said,"Are you serious?" being that Makrov said," Don't give me that look. I bet that in your time as a super famous hero, you've fondle a lot of breasts in your time haven't you?!". If Erza was here, her face would be blushed a deep crimson. She wasn't here and not because she's afraid of Zane. She's actually with Natsu being Team Natsu and Stella are currently on a job. "You should probably answer truthfully." said Lucifer.
Zane sighed as he said,"If you want the truth, they felt amazing like all breasts. Big or small, it don't matter to a breast guy which I am not. I'm an inner beauty type of guy.". "I can't believe that you used a Rico saying." said Athena, being that any girls in the guild who just happened to overheard the two oldest member of the guild's conversation soon blushed "Hey. He wants me to use at least one every couple of years and it makes happy when I do use one." said Zane.
He also slammed his left closed fist into his right open palm as he said,"Oh and since I didn't get to answer this before we were rudely interrupted by Prude Knight and Natsu, Stella does indeed have bigger breasts than Erza.". "Wow. I'm shocked that you actually answered my joke honestly." said Makarov with a chuckle. "I take the strangest things seriously." said Zane. He did planned on heading to the Garden every other year rather than every five years. Baby steps.
Makarov said,"That's right. I didn't get a chance to tell you this because you were busy with the whole report thing for the Alliance. Erza mentioned that you were able to handle yourself quite well on the job and you were able to complete the village's request like they asked. I was impressed with all of you being that if Erza didn't come to retrieve you all, it seems to me that you would have finished the job including fighting Deliora.". "Thanks for your compliments old man." said Zane.
Makarov said with a joking tone,"You do know that you're the older one between the two of us right Zane?". "Yeah but who in their right mind is going to believe that I'm older than you? I mean if I didn't have signature proof, you wouldn't believe me because I'm crazy." said Zane. "I'm sure that one day Zane, we'll finally figure out what makes you tick." said Makarov. "It's cute for you to think that being that my mind is an enigma. Hell, I barely understand it." sad Zane.
Makarov looked at Zane with him saying,"Zane. Do you mind if we have a talk?". "Sure. I was kinda expecting this being that I'm dating your daughter." said Zane. The duo of old man and Cross-Species went to Makarov's office being that Zane knew that this dimension had be reminding him of his days as a youthful teenager. He was hoping that his time in this dimension would last for a very long time since he really likes Levy.
Zane soon saw the guild master sitting at his chair being that he motioned the Cross-Species to take a seat. Once they were both comfortable, Zane said,"So what do you want to talk about? Got any juicy gossip?". "No. Ultear contacted me and I don't want my children hearing this. The council contacted me and Ultear asked for you specifically." said Makarov, stoking his beard. "Yeah. We have a thing going on. I tease her and she tease me. I'll have to break off since I'm dating Levy." said Zane.
Makarov sighed as he said,"Focus Zane.". "True. So what's up? I mean I doubt that you're the type of guy to keep secrets from your precious kids." said Zane. "I don't want my children to hear about this monster of a human. Ever heard of someone called the Doppelganger." said Makarov. "Yeah. The Doppelganger's true gender being unknown and is a member of Death Heads Caucus. Doppelganger was captured after the attempted assassination of that Duke Everlue guy." said Zane.
Makarov nodded as he said,"I see. Did you know that it was actually Happy, Lucy, and Natsu who brought in that monster?". "I think I remember reading that. Duke Everlue may have been a monster but hey, I respect the man being that he sees the beauty in girls which society labels as ugly. I told Triple B this and well, she reacted to this in a hilarious manner. So how did it break out of its prison convoy?" said Zane. "The "elite" Rosewood Squadron messed up." said Makarov.
Zane sank deep in his chair with him feeling a strong amount of annoyance being that Makarov easily noticed this from the Cross-Species. "Is this a joke to you Zane? I know that you act like a very rude person but I know that you're far from heartless." said Makarov. "Kinda. The council should have more people guarding it given its magic. It makes the Reaper look like a freaking child being that its kill count is infamous even inside of the assassin guild." said Zane.
Makarov sighed as he said,"I hate to say but you're kinda right. It did killed a couple of members of the squadron before reinforcement arrived. The Squadron is currently going through the area where its convoy was attacked.". Makarov hopped in his chair as he said,"That's good. Doppelganger sounds like a megalomanic but the wizard is just a load of hot air. It thinks that it's invincible being that if it comes to Fairy Tail, we'll give it a well needed wake up call!".
Zane sweatdropped at the man's lack of concern as he said,"Total offense here but you and I both know how dangerous it is. Its magic makes quick work of people who would take it lightly. I think that is how those members of the council died.". Makarov was silent being that Zane was actually serious. "So do you think you can take care of it?" said Makarov. "Yeah. If I didn't have to do research on this dimension, I would still be able too but there would be causality." said Zane.
Zane sighed as he said,"It's a vicious monster who isn't a pushover who waste time trash talking and fooling around like an idiot. It would take great joy in destroying the weaklings in the guild aka most of them in my book. I'm sounding like a total asshole but Fairy Tail isn't invincible. Nothing is in this Omniverse. Got it?". Suddenly Makarov's eyes became narrowed with conviction that would startled a normal person at how fierce he suddenly looked despite not growing any bigger.
Zane has seen worse so he wasn't started. "I won't let that happen Zane. I won't allow any of my precious children to be killed by a person who kills for sport." said Makarov. Kane chuckled as he said,"That's cute Zane. I mean he isn't that strong to begin with. I mean maybe if he was in his prime, I think he would be a worthy opponent.". "And now, you sound like an idiot whose going to his death but I can admire that kind of stupidity." said Zane.
He smiled as he said,"All of the offense to you and the rest of the guild, I'll be facing off against it in due time. I'll be keeping my ear open to any news involving it and its signs. Despite its gender being a unknown, I won't spare it mercy. It's basically up against someone who never lets his guard down despite acting like a total asshole most of the time.". Makarov said nothing for a moment as he just took in what Zane said.
His mind flashed back to whenever Zane showed off his power against Natsu and everyone. Natsu lost to Zane twice being that he pretty much Natsu ,who is one of Fairy Tail's best A-Class wizard and this isn't me being a dick, look like a newbie. Zane wasn't joking around being that he was sure that Doppelganger destroyed entire village in search of its target being that it did leave survivors behind but in incredible amounts of pain.
Makarov said,"While I can agree somewhat in keeping Natsu and the others away from it. What about Erza and the other S-Class? Could they stand a better chance in taking it down?". "If it didn't its research on them, yes. If it did, no. They wouldn't stand a snowball's chance in hell against it. From what I've gathered through research, Laxus is the only one who could have a chance against it and I could be wrong." said Zane.
Zane sighed as he said,"And Prude Knight ,even with her armor for any situations imaginable, would be the first to fall. Her weakness will be used by Doppelganger as its plaything.". Makarov pretty much begrudgingly accepted that assessment as he said with a serious look,"I know that you've told all of us your origins after the Osmdroid showed up but you should know this. We don't tattle on others or sending them to the wolves. We're like a family here.".
Zane said,"True. I don't think that the Prude Knight likes too much being that she and I get along terrible since I'll keep reminding her about her weakness until she admits it to it. You heard about me going off on her right? I wasn't pleasant to her in the slightest." said Zane. "I heard. She really thinks that you could bring trouble to the guild or thinks you'll going to the darkness. She doesn't want her new family after what happened to her as you already know." said Makarov.
Makarov soon sighed as he said,"Look, I know that she may be hard on you but try to be nice to be her.". "I can't believe him. Zane being nice to Prude Knight? That's never going to happen unless she grows up." said Cole. He was soon hit by Zane with Makarov looking confused. "One of the A.Is aka Cole said something stupid. This is normal. I'll try master but teasing is my way of coping with my losses and to be honest, she makes it too easy for me." said Zane, shrugging.
Makarov said,"At least, you said that you're going to try and that's all that matters. In time, Erza will like you I can promise but not in that way since her heart has been taken by Natsu. Despite your foul mouth, you're a good person.". "Thanks. I guess I should get back to teasing Levy. We may be dating now but me stopping my teasing will never stop." said Zane. "So what was it like holding Erza in a way that Natsu wouldn't be doing in a long time giving his denseness?" said Makarov.
Zane smirked as he said,"Like I tell Cana constantly, a gentleman never tells. I mean you could try it but then you'll punched by Erza and then sliced by her. If you somehow survive that, you'll be burned by a dragon. Dragons in this dimension are weaker than say a normal Akostar but the anger to them is still pretty bad. I mean it's part of the reason why I have such a bad temper.". The two soon left the office being that Zane went toward the bar.
Zane could sense that his daughter was drawing nearby Levy being that Zane was happy that he finally moved on with his romantic life. "They would be happy for you Zane so don't worry about you cheating on them." said Twilight. "I know that partner but still." said Zane. Zane soon took a seat directly in front of Mira with the barmaiden shocked to see her. She was still trying to get over the fact that Zane was dating Levy but she had a job to do.
Mira smiled friendly at him being that she said,"Hello Zane.". Zane could tell that she was straining herself to be cheerful. "Don't blame yourself for this. You know that you could tell her that she still has a chance with you but Levy has to approve of the harem." said Azalea. "And I'm pretty sure that most women aren't that sharing like that one pirate captain whose bigger than a blimp or a mountain." said Athena. "Wow. Savage Athena returns." said Cole.
Before Zane could say anything, the door to the guild hall was opened with a flame enhanced foot being that there was a few cheers and responses, some panicking upon the destructive entrance, or annoyance in case of the Cross-Species. Natsu stood there with the rest of his team being that both Lucy and Stella looked exhausted. "We're back! And I'm starving." said Natsu. "Mira, get us some meat!" said Gray, too hungry to really do anything.
However, he still had the energy to strip down to his underwear again. Mira soon throw the two of them giant pieces of meat to which they caught in their mouths as they leaped up into the air. It was very much like she was treated the boys like dogs being that Zane noticed that the barmaiden had an expression that he used when he fed Wolfram back in the duo. Lucy and Stella sweat dropped as the girls witnessed the two beginning to greedily chomp down the juicy substance.
Mira smiled with her soon pouring him a drink of beer being that Zane knew that this current facade of her was rather recent. From his research, it had been only two years since the Demon disappeared and the Angel aka Mira appeared. It didn't take a detective to connect the dots on what happened but like with most of the guild, he didn't pry on their past but would have to soon. He knew quite well that Mira once had a smirk of superiority or a cruel tinge to her glare.
It would make most people fearful for their well-being if they pissed her off. In its place, there is a warm, welcoming expression that only served to enhanced Mira's beauty even more than her beauty does normally. "Still can't believe that her and Erza used to fight like Gray and Natsu plus insult members like you do currently." said Athena. "Which you should be doing less off. I mean you're going to run out insults eventually." said Twilight.
Zane sighed as he said,"Wow. You really have no faith in me Twilight. I've had decades to come up with insults. She does do a good job of being a barmaiden being that she's always willing to lend a hand and serve the others drink and food." said Zane, sipping his beer. "Shame that it came at such a cost. I know that you feel empathy toward her because of your close bonds with your family but I'm pretty sure that she's struggling with her internal demons." said Sivarth.
Lucifer said,"Aka the ones not like me and the ones she uses for her brand of Take Over even those demons aren't exactly devils but that's all semantics at the point. It's also really petty so it's something you would do Zane.". "You can just feel the guilt eating away at her heart being that behind those warm eyes that she currently had, you can see crippling pain that she has been hiding." said Sivarth.
Cole said,"So do you guys think the guild know why she's working at the bar rather than doing work like everyone but Triple B. I mean according to our research, she hasn't done a job since except for you know modeling which you like a lot don't you Zane?". He was hit by Athena as she said,"Even after all of this time, you're still an idiot Cole. She lost her magic or would lost not be the right word for it?". "Kinda." said Cole.
Twilight said,"It's her current state of mind making her unable to call upon her magic like the good old days. As we know, magic is a very fickle mistress. In this dimension, it's tied to emotions and mental fortitude. Poor Mira. I mean she's lost her confidence in herself but her magic as well. That kind of thinking is nothing more than a major cripple to wizards of this dimension after all, she is subconsciously rejecting her own magic which is putting a mental block on her ability to use it.".
Zane nodded as he said,"Yeah but it's a hard hurdle for anyone to overcome. Depression can really mess you up. I know all too well. Mira mostly likely gave up on magic and her wanting to use it like the good old days. Even being a barmaid has a steady source of income especially if you're pretty which she is. These scars are going to be on her for a long period of time being that it would take something real drastic if she were to regain her ability to use magic once again.".
Kane sighed as he said,"I remember back when you were like this Zane. You were doing mission after mission, completing them with alarming efficiency. You were able to do all of the missions without causing too much destruction unlike your grandpa. If he completes a mission with very little collateral damage, it's a good day for the Alliance since your grandpa and Theron do a lot of damage. You also spent very little time talking with others.".
Sivarth nodded as he said,"You barely even talk with us Zane. We're your partners through all of the bullshit. You only talk to us when you felt like it being that you barely spend any time back in Cypress Park being that Sly was very worried for your health but you bounced back. It took your stubborn ass much longer than normal but you did it.". "Yeah. So do you think we can help Mira out with her problems?" said Zane.
Cole smiled as he said,"Sure! I don't mind at all.". "Same here but we should get Levy's approval before then since she's your girlfriend and your methods of helping people ,mainly females, are quite romantic in nature." said Athena. "Yes mom." said Zane. "I've always enjoyed your somewhat witty banter Zane. Despite your blunt nature, people like you. I'm just happy that the murderous glares are things of the past." said Twilight.
Zane chuckled as he said,"Yeah. I was kinda different back then being that well, I was mute and that is so not me. I mean it's not exactly healthy to be doing all of those jobs back and forth like that.". If you are wondering, the six of them are having this conversation within seconds of each other as Zane had been talking to Mira the whole time. The power of multi-tasking is really great. "It went fine. So Mira, I've got to know. What was it like in the old man's body?" said Zane with a joking tone.
Mira shivered as she said,"I'm just happy to be back. I like Master a lot but well, I don't think I could be in his body forever and what he did to mine is unforgivable.". "Well, you know how men get when they reach past 50. Their perversion sky rockets." said Zane, thinking about his paternal grandpa and Rico as clear examples of this. "So are you like this Zane?" said Mira. "Sometimes as you have seen but most of the time, I'm the same cool and collected teen from way back in the day." said Zane.
Stacey came up to the bar and took a seat directly next to the multi-haired teen as she said,"At least you guys weren't in Erza's body.". "Yeah. I'm sorry about that but I really enjoyed seeing Lucy in Happy's body because well, she's useless on the battlefield." said Zane, earning him a punch from Mira. "It's fine Zane because it was very funny to watch that show. I mean that armor is really durable but well, it's kinda very tight around a certain area." said Stella.
Erza ,from her spot in the guild hall, could heat this as she thought with a blush on her face,"I'll keep that in mind.". "So she's talking about her breasts right Twilight?" said Cole. "Yep. You're right." said Twilight. "So Zane, what do you think of S-Class jobs?" said a cheerful Mira. "Well if I'm going to be honest with you, I'm kinda on the fence about it. It does keep me busy because well, I kinda like having a challenge." said Zane. "What do you mean?" said Stacey.
Zane smiled as he said,"Well when you have enough power to destroy a planet, you'll need something to keep growing stronger and busy. The village on Galuna Island wasn't fixed by me but someone else.". "Are you serious Zane?" said Erza as she joined them being that she had wondered about that. However she asked during the party that the village was holding for the Fairy Tail wizards being her question was left unanswered until now. she asked them on who rebuilt the village.
Zane smiled as he said,"Yeah. I think it was that weird old man. His name was Zalty and he was able to use time manipulation based magic. I'm sure that he knows the basic rules when it comes to time manipulation. Restoring a village from the ground up is perfectly fine but going back in time to say change a bad event is impossible and would piss off Hourglass a lot. She's the ruler of all time and don't make her mad. Trust me. I wonder why he did that but humans can be so confusing at times.".
Zane knew that the masked man was Ultear being that he reminded her of a previous lover who was a villain but had a heart of gold and a rocking body according to Cole. Zane often never cared about how a person looks on the outside but he cares about the inside. "I see. You should be proud of what you have done on the Galuna Island job. I doubt capturing this Zalty person was part of the mission so don't worry about it. " said Erza.
Mira said,"I've got to agree with Erza on this one Zane.". "Yeah. I mean you took down all of Dark Outriders." said Stacey. "I did being that I actually had real assistance being the Galuna Island job, I have Triple B and Happy which were quite the liability being that they only provided commentary and one of them annoyed the crap of me. Hint, it's Triple B but her defeating rat lady does earn her some praise from me." said Zane, trying to be nice.
Mira smiled as she said,"Well, I think you're worthy of the title of S-Class being that you complete both of this jobs with seemingly no problems and no property damage. I'm just shocked you are being nice to Lucy.". "Yeah. I decided to be slightly less of my lovable self but well, I'm still going to be a dick. It's a coping mechanism because I've been through so much." said Zane. "Anyway Erza, would you like anything?" said Mira. "Let me see. I'll have...." said Erza.
The redhead didn't even get to finish her sentence as Mira answered her with a piece of food. It has a slice of strawberry cheesecake was presented before her on a silver platter. A glint soon appeared in her eyes, and a slight amount of drool began to drip from the corner of her mouth. "So did I get it right?" said Mira with her giggling at the reaction the dish elicited from the scarlet-haired woman. It took about half a second before she began to eat the desert with a tiny fork.
She moaned the instant that her mouth was hit by the taste of her favorite food, a small blush gracing her features as she did so. "Let me take a guess. Strawberry cheesecake is your most favorite food or something like that?" said Zane being that he already knew the answer but like to hear it from the source being that the female stopped eating to answer him since he was being kinda nice to her for once. This kinda of a repeat of the flashback so if you didn't read the flashback, read this instead.
She often tried to get him to open up to them being that he usually had a strong amount of hatred or disdain toward others in his eyes and his insults which were quite blunt like taking a sword right to the stomach. It made even the great Titania shrink a little into herself. Despite her having a rather confident personality, Erza was still pretty and insecure girl under her armor. Seeing someone so angry looking at her with that much disdain brought back nightmares from her past.
It was about one of her old and closest friends. She was lucky to have someone like Natsu in her life being that he was often the light that drove her to get stronger and harbored strong feelings toward him being that she worries about him. Like how Natsu helped her, Erza wanted to help Zane being that she truly thought that he would steered down the path of darkness that she honestly thought that he was going down.
However, she didn't have enough confidence in herself to confront him about herself being that she didn't know on how to do it. She knew that Zane had an idea on how what was still haunting her and she was thankful that he never mentioned it. "Earth to Erza." said Zane, waving a picture of Natsu in front of her. "So where did he get that from?" said Stella as she sat next to the right of Erza being that the knight in question sat nearby Zane. "Who knows?" said Mira.
Erza recovered as she said,"Yes Zane. It's absolutely delicious. I'm guilty to having dreams of using Natsu to make a very large cheesecake.". After saying that, all of the girls there blushed as Erza herself was quite bashful and embarrassed being that she didn't know why she said that but it was soon made apparent on why she said that she took a look at the Zane being that he did nothing but smirk.
He knew that she was going to say that it was just delicious and leave it at that but he wanted to have some fun with her and her no subtle crush on Natsu. "Do you always have to be so annoying? And how did you make me say that?" said Erza, hoping that no one heard her mainly Natsu despite him not paying attention to her at the moment. "Yes because it's so much fun teasing people about their crushes." said Zane.
Athena said,"You did that a lot with Danny and Gwen but I like when you did that to Kevin being that man has a lot of love interests.". "True that." said Zane. "He may be real annoying sometimes Erza but he has his moments of kindness." said Mira with her mumbling out,"And looks really good without a shirt.". It was under her breath and a slight blush on her cheeks. Stacey heard this being that she had some tough competition for Zane's Essence.
The main competition ,at least to Stacey, was Levy and Mira being that the former has gotten a kiss from Zane and the latter being the first person Zane was really talked with. She wasn't the underdog in the competition being that was Bisca. This claim is thanks to Kaida liking Bisca the most since she has a horse. It may not like seem like but having the daughter's affections gets you bonus points with the father. Stacey also didn't know about Levy and Zane dating just yet. She will soon.
Do note quote me on that. I'm no expert on that kind of stuff. Zane heard this being that he couldn't stop the teasing despite having a girlfriend. Zane knew that despite Levy being his girlfriend, she still scared of his teasing being that she has some body issues. Zane knew that someone like him giving someone like her the time of day is a real big shock being that she often didn't see herself as beautiful compared to Mira and Stella despite the duo of Droy and Jet telling her otherwise.
Zane smirked as he said,"So Mira, did you say something about me without a shirt? I mean I know that you and Levy are of similar mindsets when it comes to me.". Mira looked at him with a massive blush on her face as she said,"Nope! Nope! I think you're hearing someone demanding something of me. I better go take care of that.". Her smile was soon twisted into a nervous one as she waved her hands defensively before walking away.
Kane said with a teasing tone,"Wow. You really love teasing people don't you and your mastery of flirting hasn't changed.". "Ha ha. Very funny Kane." said Zane. Erza left them with them walking over to her team as Stella shook her head. "She isn't going to change isn't she?" said Stella. "Probably not but that makes her unique." said Zane. The two who currently sat at the bar continued to converse in a friendly manner, mostly discussing a few things that occurred in Blossom Village.
Their conversation were stopped by Makarov with him saying,"So are you two getting used to life around the guild?". "I guess but as a member of the Alliance, it's like this except without my drunk grandpa and battle crazy sword teacher. They cause poor Lucas so much property damage. It makes the property damage you get from the kids look small in comparison." said Zane. "You can't be serious can you?" said Makarov, taking another gulp of his drink.
Zane slowly nodded ,much to Makarov's shock, with Stella saying,"And those two are immortal like you right?". "Yep. You only get the immortality if you're a high ranked agent being extremely high ranked. It would take a lot of hard work to get on the same level as Theron." said Zane. "I'm sure that you know this but guilds aren't just for groups of people to fight." said Makarov. "Are you sure about that old man?" said Zane.
Stella slowly punched him as Makarov said,"We're a family and families help other people. I'm sure that being payed for your action is pretty nice right?". "Not really. I spent most of my life helping people because they couldn't handle a giant walking around the city. This changed over time but I'm not a hero for hire. Don't judge people who do but that ain't me." said Zane. Their conversation was stopped for now by Natsu shouting,"Laxus!".
The trio of Makarov, Stella, and Zane looked up to the smug lightning S-Class wizard leaning over the railing over the balcony that looked over the first floor. "Huh. You're a rarity around here." said Macao. "He's one of the S-Class wizard and I think he's much stronger than say Prude Knight and that cloaked member. I mean I like him but most people don't being that well, he is like me but I would argue worse." said Zane.
Laxus chuckled being that Stella noticed that laughter didn't sound friendly in the slightly being that it was filled with arrogance. "My pal Zaney here is right. I mean he's the only one that I respect in this guild of weaklings!" said Laxus in an extremely arrogant tone. "Wow. You're not wrong." said Stella with Zane nodding. Natsu grinned as he saw the lightning wizard. He jumped onto a table as he looked up at Laxus while lighting his fists on fire. "Fight me Laxus!" said Natsu.
Gray grumbled out,"Dude. You've never beaten Laxus ever and you've gotten you butt whopped since Zane joined and I'm pretty sure that he'll stop you.". Natsu ignoed him being that he leapt from the first floor and soon igniting his right fist in flames. He aimed himself toward Laxus being that he said,"Fire Dragon......". Before he could finish casting his spell, Laxus only smiled as he sent off a single punch directly to the boy's face from what he sat.
Cole said,"Wow. He didn't even have to use magic to send him flying. That's either impressive on his part or it's really sad that Natsu is so weak.". The Dragon Slayer crashed into the wall right next to the front door, which caused Zane to sighed. Zane looked at Laxus with a half-interested glare. Zane looked at Natsu being that he was being looked over by Erza and Lucy. "Wow. That was brutal. I'm sure that you've only made him pissed." said Zane.
Laxus soon glanced down at Zane with him saying,"Oh? You're actually defending him? I guess you've softened up thanks to her haven't you?". Stella looked at Zane being that she wondered what Laxus meant by that but Natsu soon rose from the ground. He wiped the blood from his face as he looked up to the man who slammed him down. "Come on! Round two!" said Natsu. "Oh wow. I guess I broke that already tiny brain of yours." said Laxus.
He pointed to his thumb toward Erza with him saying,"If you couldn't beat Pride Knight which by the way is an hilarious name Zane, you can't beat me and our superhero over here beats you without even wasting a single percent of his vast power on you. You're totally making you weaklings look even weaker than you already do!". Natsu flinched at his words being that Erza had a different reaction to Laxus's statement.
She growled at him being her face had noticeable rage toward the obviously stronger ,which is my personal opinion being that I don't factor in the power of friendship, wizard who arrogantly sat above everyone else. She was about to step there and give him a piece of her mind aka preaching/nagging but she was stopped by Zane who easily blocked her with his stretched out right arm. "Sorry but I'm not a fan of watching fools marching to their death aka what you're doing." said Zane.
Before Erza could say anything, Makarov spoke out,"That's enough Laxus!". "If you want him to stop being right, do something about it. I mean I know that you're a coward when it comes to punishing anyone but he's going to keep talking." said Zane, shrugging. Laxus smirked with him getting up from the table as he said,"He's right old man. Later Zane. You and I should go on a job because you're not one of these dam suckers.". "I'll keep my schedule open." said Zane.
He soon walked out of the guild hall with Zane smiling. Lucy helped Natsu off being that Zane could feel the annoyance, shock, sadness, and the obvious rage in the building with Prude Knight looking like she was going to kill someone. Makarov was sitting at the bar counter being that Zane wanted to break the tension. "So are you going to do something about him? I mean he is your grandson after all old man." said Zane.
Stella's eyes bugged out with her saying,"You're serious aren't you?". "Zane. I need you to keep your opinions to yourself this time. This isn't your problem at all because like you, he wasn't always like this." said Makarov. "Not going to happen since I'm a member of this guild and arrogant folks like Laxus usually have a reason for their arrogance. I mean I'm feeling the hate he has toward you and the weaklings." said Zane. "You're calling us weaklings too?" said Stella.
Zane shook his head as he said,"Nope. Most of you are but for different reasons than Laxus sees you so could you just tell me why Laxus hates you or should I should read your mind for the info?". "It's because I excommunicated his father from the guild. He conducted several actions using sensitive information that would have threatened the guild." said Makarov. "Huh. So beside being a terrible punisher, you're also a terrible father." said Zane.
Makarov looked at him with Stella said,"Ignore him Master.". "Anyway, Laxus's father and my son Ivan. He may be family to me but if anyone threatens to damage the guild or set in danger, I shall place the safety of my family that I have here first without questions." said Makarov. "Wow. He's a fucking moron." said Lucifer. Zane really wanted to punch Makarov but he was going to wait until a little big later. The guild's atmosphere was soon back to its cheerful demeanor.
Later, Kaida and Zane were sitting together with Levy, Sly, and Stella nearby them at the bar with Makarov nearby the. Erza soon dragged Gray and Natsu by their collars with Happy floating nearby them. The four soon glanced over to see the redhead being that she looked angry. "Master. I plan to give these two a "supplementary" lesson." said Erza. "Seriously? I know that you're into giving your punishments as a kink but what did they exactly do?" said Zane.
He was ignored with Makarov chuckling and looked at the Ice Make wizard and Fire Dragon Slayer with a sympathizing look. "Don't hurt them too much Erza but I guess that's the annoying way for them to learn." said Makarov. "So what did they do?" said Kaida. Sly got the young girl's attention being that there were fire and ice everywhere along with destruction. "Oh wow. You guys really need to learn some self-control." said Zane,
He soon felt Crisis Judgement going off. "God dam it. Why the hell did it have to come now?" said Zane under his breath. Erza and everyone else in the guild soon watched Zane's face soon turning bright red being it looked like it did whenever he blushes. He soon began painting as his nose soon became highly congested and his voice getting extremely sore. "Papa. Are you okay?" said Kaida with her looking at her parent in concern.
Zane soon sneezed out fire with him saying in a highly gravelly voice,"I'm fine Peanut. I'm just going through my common cold. I should be back to normal in due time.". "So what's going on with our favorite superhero?" said Cana, chugging down a barrel like it was nothing. "He has the common cold Cana. Everyone, get away from him." said Sly. "And why is that a bad thing?" said Lucy, with her sweatdropping at Sly's statement.
She soon looked at the Cross-Species with Zane's body soon releasing sparks of his electricity. He soon tumbled onto the floor with the group of Bisca, Levy, Mira, and Stella shouting,"Zane!". Levy soon went over to his side with her placing her hand on his forehead. She soon removed it as she said to the guild,"He's both burning up and freezing.". Droy was soon hit by a giant bolt of lightning being that everyone in the guild presumed that it was Laxus.
However it wasn't him being that the lightning wizard wasn't in Magnolia. "And that's the reason why the Ethereal Mania is considered to be one of the worse diseases in the Omniverse being that it only affects the Eazairvians." said Sly. "So why did Droy just get shocked?" said Mira. "Right now, my partner has no control over his powers. Everyone in this guild is now a target of Zane's wrath being that he's currently in a hallucinatory state." said Sly, earned a gulp in fear.
While everyone's attention was focused on Zane, Gray and Natsu attempted to sneak away from being punished. Their hopes were soon dashed being that they could sense two death glares coming from right behind them. They slowly turned around in fear with both Erza and Stella glaring at them with the former using her infamous stare and Stella cracking her knuckles. This caused the two of them to huddled together in fear. "You two." said Erza in an empowering voice.
The two squealed out in terror,"Yes Mistress Erza!". "Both of you will watch over Zane until we get back!" ordered Stella. The two saluted the girls as Stella walked over to Levy "Don't worry. Zane will be back to normal. I mean you two just got together right?" said Stella. Levy's eyes widened as Stella said with sadness in her voice,"You can't fool a dragon slayer's nose. His scent is all over you and I'm kinda jealous.".
She soon picked Zane with her placing the Cross-Species on the table. However, the table was soon ash thanks to Zane being really hot. "Sorry not sorry." groaned Zane. Stella shook her head with her soon gesturing the two (Gray and Natsu) with an earth dragon themed battle axe that she made using her magic and this impressed Erza. She knew that Stella had a very similar magic like Gray's Ice Make magic and Laki's Wood Make magic.
However, it was much faster than both Gray and Laki being that she used it with just one hand being that according to Gray, one-handed molding magic is easier but more less stable and easy to break upon contact with anything. The earth constructed weapon looked rather durable. She wondered if Stella had a lot of practice. The male dragon slayer and ice wizard soon nervously scrambled over to them being that she was on the same level of scariness as Erza and oddly Lucy when she gets mad.
Stella turned toward Sly with her saying,"Sly. Zane's sickness. It can be cured right?". "Yep. It's just like the common cold except more destructive." said Sly. Zane soon sneezed, causing a giant eruption of water to erupt from his body and hitting Droy directly into a table, breaking it. "Please make him stop hitting me." groaned Droy. "Screw you Jungle Legs. Susan doesn't belong to you at all." said Zane, with everyone wondered what Zane was talking about.
If you're curious, Zane is currently in a drunk like state being that he's hallucinating. "I'll be going out to buy some things for Zane. Me and him may never get along but he's still part of my family. So could you come with me Sly? You know him better than I do." said Erza. "Sure. You better come along with us Stella. Mind watching over Zane for me Master Makarov and Levy. Kaida, please keep an eye on your papa for me." said Sly with Kaida, Levy, Makarov, and Stella nodding.
The trio of Erza, Sly, and Stella were walking out of the guild hall with Lucy saying with a nervous chuckle,"Wow. That was frightening.". "Yeah. I never expected Erza to go out of her way to help Zane after what he did to her." said Cana. Gray and Natsu finally separated from each other. They didn't dare try to defy either Erza or Stella being that both of them were rather scary. It was quite interesting to see Zane in this state.
Zane was currently half awake and sleep with him mumbling,"Stay away from me you dam veggie monsters. I'll end you faster than you can say Pterodactyl.". "Wow. Even when drunk, he has a mouth on him." said Makarov with a cheeky expression. Droy was soon hit in the face by a mug being that Zane threw it at him using his telekinesis. "Shut up Jungle Legs!" said Zane. "Wow. Droy is just unlucky today." said Wakaba.
Kaida soon walked up to her drunk like dad with her saying,"Don't worry Papa. You'll be okay I promise.". The girls awed at this cute scene with Gray saying while smiling,"Ah. That's cute unlike anything you do with Lucy flame brain.". Lucy blushed as Natsu's face soon twitched. His head soon collided with Gray as he said,"What the hell did you say Elsa?". "You heard me lizard breath! Kaida and Zane are cuter than you and Lucy! Want to fight about it?!" yelled Gray.
The two soon began bickering once again with everyone else around them sighing in defeat. The fight was soon over as it began being that the two soon went off to a different part of the guild. Gray went to go look for another job to do being that Natsu went to go hang out with Lucy which soon brought the duo to the request board. However, Gray and Natsu soon started another fight on which job they should do which caused everyone to sweat dropped at the scene.
Happy soon noticed that Zane was all alone being that the dazed Cross-Species was currently talking about something called Fantasia. His eyes spotted a certain piece of technology that had peeked the feline's interest. The cat soon had an awful idea. He soon looked around him being that he flew over to Zane slowly. He landed nearby him with him pushing Zane downwards. Before Zane fell, Zane soon froze Droy being that it wasn't the young man's day.
Happy soon brought his paws toward the device on the Cross-Species's left wrist. "Okay. Lets bring out the best form." whispered Happy being that he remembered how Zane used it before. He also remember how it didn't work when Erza ,in Stella's body, touched it so he need Zane's assistance within this. Happy soon grabbed Zane's right hand with the hand lightly pressed down on the gray band and then the light purple holographic screen some came out of the watch.
Happy soon looked for the right icon with him picking the card shaped icon and had Zane's hand pick it. All of the cards soon appeared with Happy smiling. He soon began looking for the certain form that he wanted Zane to become. It was then that Mira noticed him with her frowning. She may not be a big fan of Zane dating Levy like Stella was to an extent but she still care for Zane a great deal like a lot.
Happy was playing around with the Z.E.R.O. watch being that its owner was in a drunk like state and had a pretty nasty temper if annoyed just enough. Makarov also noticed this being that he didn't do anything about it. He wanted Zane to get his just desserts for all that he's has done by mocking the guild and Makarov himself. Mira soon stood behind the feline with her giving him a stern look and she said,"Happy. What are you doing?".
Happy turned around as Mira said,"You shouldn't be messing with Zane right now because he'll find out and he won't be happy.". Happy soon squeaked out in surprise at being caught with Makarov soon taking another sip from his cup. "Turn off that light. I'm trying to sleep Uncle Vamp so let me do that or I'll break you." mumbled Zane, touching a form's card. Upon doing this, he was soon covered in a flash of light, causing the nearby Happy and Mira to shield their eyes from the light.
The flash brought up the attention of Gray and Natsu as well as a few other members of the guild as they walked toward the light. The sleeping Zane was replaced a large seven feet tall fox. This fox is known Kitsune Form. The fox's body is covered in thick gold fur except around his chest. His chest is a large, mane-like puff of white fur. His chest, palms of his hands, stomach, the bottom of his feet, and tip of his tail and ears are a white color along with his paws.
He has five fingers and toes with sharp claws attached to them. Like Werewolf Form, he has sharp teeth but they're hidden. He has long arms and legs along with three long bushy tails. The tips of each one of his tail is covered by a large burning mass of orange and red flames dancing in the wind. He has black tribal like tattoos on his arms, chest, and face. He has two penetrating green eyes ,with no pupils, which can make him seem quite intimidating. Zane's eyes were currently closed at the moment.
Zane's ears are pointed with it aimed upward and like his tails, they have a flame covered tip but much smaller than the flames covering his tail. He wears strange silver gauntlets that still have his claws sticking out of them. He wears thin silver metal suit of armor and it has a strange flame symbol etched on the shoulder plates and gauntlets. He wields a katana usually kept in its sheath to the right side of his body.
Happy jumped back in surprise with him squealing in fear at the side of him. "A big dog? That isn't Liger Form!" exclaimed Happy. The others tried to shush him with the fox's eyes slowly open. He sat up and had a groggy expression on him . Zane looked around with his face looking red. Thanks to Ethereal Mania, all of his forms were in a drunk like state. His primary emotion right now is anger. Lets just say that things weren't going to be good for anyone who pisses him off.
Zane growled with him saying,"Who was the idiot who challenged me to a fight?". His voice sounded like he had smoking from the day he was born and it echoed. Natsu walked up, looking at Zane with a cautious look. "So are you doing alright man?" said Natsu with Zane's sharp eyes turning right toward him. Natsu froze up being that he felt Zane's anger once again affect him. Erza may be one of his closest friends but her anger scared him just like the others in the guild.
However, Zane's anger scared him even more than her anger did. Gray shivered as well along with others around him. Happy was currently hovering behind Lucy. "You challenged me to a fight didn't you pinkie?!" said Zane. The fox was right in front of him being that Natsu was held up in the air by his collar using a single hand. No one tried to stop him due to the flames coming from his body. They were used to the heat thanks to Natsu but the heat coming from Zane was intense.
The floorboards under Zane was burning away with everyone nearby them moved away from the dragon slayer and Zane. With his other hand, Zane grabbed his katana. "I may care not for you being the son of a dragon for a reason. The dragons of this dimension are nothing compared to the real Akostars. I'll make you regret the fact that you challenged me because those who challenge me die." said Zane.
Natsu's eyes widened in fear as he said,"Huh?!". Zane soon threw Natsu across the guild hall, with the fire dragon slayer heading right toward a table. However, Zane's punishment toward Natsu wasn't over at all. His sword was soon covered in a frost aura being that Zane soon rushes toward Natsu being that he slash down onto him. Natsu was soon froze as he crashed into a table. Levy and Lucy soon lunged and cowered behind a counter, with their heads slightly looking over it.
Happy cringed at the damage that was down as he flew over toward Makarov. "So what's wrong with him? It's like his character changed!" yelled Lucy. Levy looked at her boyfriend ,who was breathing heavily, with her saying,"Zane did tell me that some of his transformations changes his personality but I'm guessing that Ethereal Mania changes his personality even more than normal. I must take note of this side of him.".
Lucy sweat dropped at this scene as she watched her friend take out a notepad, jotting down notes of this transformation. Kaida was also doing the same thing being that she wanted to draw her father's new form. Zane turned toward Levy and Lucy with him saying,"Whore! Get over here and die by the edge of my blade.". Do note that Kitsune Form hates loose women regardless of their allegiance to him being that right now, Lucy looked like a loose woman.
Before Zane could grab her, Natsu barged out of the wreckage being that he grinned brightly at the large fox. "Finally Zane! Time for round three!" said Natsu with his fists lighting on fire. Natsu didn't get mad at Zane's comment about Lucy due to him wanting to fight instead. Zane looked at him and glared. "Fine. I'll enjoy killing you before I take care of the whore." said Zane. "So aren't you going to try and stop him?" said Gray to Makarov.
He soon shrugged as he said,"Honestly, I rather not mess with him in his current state. That seems very stupid to me. You can do it if you want.". "Nope. I'm good. I want to live. Natsu on the other hand doesn't." said Gray. "And we'll miss him." said Makarov, shaking his head. Lucy looked at the two with her thinking,"Why is this normal to me now?". Zane soon charged right at Natsu being that the guild expected him to get hurt in one way.
Natsu charged at Zane being that the fox swing a fist at him, the teen dodged his attack and delivered a powerful punch right toward Zane's face. However, Natsu's fist was soon grabbed by one of Zane's tail before it could make contact with Zane's snout. "Cute but you're weaker than dirt!" said Zane. Natsu was soon thrown right into the air, shrieking in terror as a response to this action. Zane jumped into the air and he soon roundhouse kicked Natsu.
The teen soon yelled hilariously as he was sent flying a few feet in the air and had a crash landing with a table. Before Natsu could escape, he was soon grabbed by two of Zane's tails. The tail soon buried the upper half of Natsu's body into the ground. The dragon slayer squirmed his lowered body as he hopelessly tried to get out, everyone in the guild thought that this scene was funny. "Hey! Help me out!" yelled Natsu but his cry couldn't be heard thanks to his voice being muffled by the ground.
Gray then walked up to Zane with him taking off his shirt. He really didn't want to get involved with this. However, he knew that Zane was going to do more damage than all of their mischief combined in this state. "Zane. You need to calm down. We don't want to cause any more damage to the guild. I mean we don't want to piss off Erza right?" said Gray. "And I here thought Triple B was the only whore in the guild but there is you!" said Zane.
He grinned with him saying,"The one who is showing off her breasts to everyone. You shall die first before I take her out.". Gray backed up slightly, confused at his words. "What the hell are you talking about? I'm a guy and I guess there is only one way to stop you." said Gray with cold air soon gathering around him. "Ice Make: Lance!" said Gray. Several ice lances soon appeared with they stretching and curving around Zane as the fox only grinned.
He soon held his sword with him only unsheathing the blade from the sheath, being that the ice was soon sliced in half. "Wow! That was so cool! I mean he's still a dog but that was cool." said Happy with him begrudgingly accepting this. "Now isn't the time to admire stuff, you dumb furball! He easily sliced through those things!" snapped Lucy. "And those lances were reinforced by magic. It seems that Zane can easily slice through anything even when he's sick." said Levy.
Gray said,"Fine. How about this! Ice Make: Shield!". He soon slammed his palms onto the ground and made a gigantic hexagonal ice shield in front of him. Zane slowly walked toward it and slammed the hilt of his blade into it, breaking it. Zane crackled his knuckles with Gray muttering out,"Sorry Zane?". Zane only smiled with him soon grabbed the ice wizard. He tossed Gray high into the air being that Zane soon grabbed the ice wizard with his tails.
The tail were soon wrapped around Gray's body unable to escape. The ice wizard was soon heading toward the ground with him screaming like a little girl being that he was bawling comical looking tears. He soon went head-first into the wooden floor very much like his fire wielding rival, who was still trying to get out of the ground. Gray was soon half buried into the ground with Zane saying,"If you challenge me boys, you'll always lose if you don't have the heart to win!".
The entire guild was silent throughout the fight but they soon erupted into laughter with Lucy and Mira laughing like maniacs. Levy snickered as she was taking notes of Zane's form. Makarov had began rolling off the counter with him holding his stomach is gleeful agony. As the laughter festival went on, Erza, Sly, and Stella had returned with the latter holding a small bag of medicine and other miscellaneous goods.
Erza looked around to see what all of the commotion was about being that she soon noticed the wreckage that Zane and company created, darkened her expression. "Gray. Natsu." muttered Erza with the two in question squirming from within in the ground. Sly soon turned toward Makarov with her saying,"So what happened?". "Oh Erza and company! Happy was messing around with Zane's watch when Mira called him out on it." said Makarov.
Stella looked at the giant fox with her saying,"And that's Zane right?". "Yep and he kicked the crap out of both Gray and Natsu! You should had seen it!" said Makarov with him slapping the ground beside him. Erza looked back, now looking at Zane. The fox soon roared with him getting ready to fight once again. Erza soon summoned a sword being that Zane had many forms which she hadn't seen yet but right now, Zane was in a drunken anger.
He was a dangerous entity right now. "Zane. Do you recognize me?" said a hesitantly Erza as Stella placed her bag down next to Kaida, who was drawing Kitsune Form. Zane turned around to see both Erza standing there. The fox grinned savagely as he said,"Prude Knight. I've wanting to hurt you because you're weak.". "Are those two seriously going to fight?" said Droy. "Hey! This is going to be fun! The battle of the century!" said Happy.
Lucy rolled her eyes as she said,"Not really. I'm more worried about the damage that those two are going to do.". "After I handle you Prude Knight, I'm going to be playing around with the weak ones who watch this battle." said Zane. "Wow. Even when he's drunk, his mouth isn't stopped for a single moment." said Lucy. She was soon hit with a fireball ,which came from Zane's left most tail, as Zane roared,"SHUT THE HELL UP TRIPLE B! I'M SICK OF YOUR WHORE MOUTH!".
Erza arched a brow being that she wondered what this form could do being that from what she knew about it, it could use fire and his tails. However Erza soon got her answer with Zane's eyes glowing as he rushed toward her being that he was going to tackle her. She quickly leap back to avoid the attack as Zane stabbed one of the counters nearby the bar. Everyone was shocked by this being that Zane's attack wasn't aimed at Erza but Lucy being that she was almost skewered by Zane's claws.
Zane glared at the blonde with him saying,"You're weak and I'm sick of your weakness! Admit it and I'll end your life swift and painless.". As Erza's feet touched the ground, she quickly looked back to see Zane charging at her again. She was soon in her Heaven's Wheel Armor with Zane soon looking at her. "Your armor is nothing compared to my power!" roared Zane. "I do feel bad for doing this but you need to calm down Zane." said Erza, narrowing her eyes.
She soon held out two blades in front of her, pointing them at the fox. Several more swords soon appeared around her as she hovered in the air. "Dance, my swords! Circle Sword!" said Erza as she swiped her blades out. They soon spin rapidly around her being that she sent them flying toward Zane in a disc formation. Zane easily dodged them being that the blades had sliced apart the space where he once stood.
Zane dodged wherever Erza aimed her blades being that she summoned waves of swords and firing more volleys of her swords at her "friend". Zane soon created a giant wall of ice, blocking the disk with ice. "What?!" said Erza with her eyes widening slightly being that she didn't expect Zane to have the ability to manipulate ice. "Thunder Emperor Crashing Punch!" said Zane. Zane covers his fist in thunder with him jumping into the air.
She tried to blocking it with her sword being that upon contact with the metal, there was soon a giant explosion of thunder. Zane soon landed onto a table with him soon watching that Erza had barely dodged the explosion. He soon rushed toward him with his sword being that Erza held out her swords outwards and fired off toward Zane. The two clashed with their weapons with Zane pushing her back as he laughed,"You're actually worth my time! Prepare to die!".
Zane soon launched himself into the air with him descending toward the knight being that his fist was soon ready to strike. Anyone who was watching noticed that Zane's fist was soon covered in a light blue area and frost coming off it. Erza unconsciously hopped back being that the fist soon slammed into the guild hall's flooring, freezing anything around it which included some nearby guild members nearby them.
Zane soon ran at her once again with him throwing a left jab and right hook at Erza, barely missing her being that despite being drunk, Zane's attack had incredible accuracy. You may be wondering how that is possible but Zane is the overpowered main protagonist of this and Zero. If you expect him to be hampered by something like this, you don't understand my bias at all. She soon counterattacked Zane by hopping into the air, going to kick him in the chest.
She was able to add a little more force to her attack thanks to her metallic wings moving her forward being that Zane growled as he slid back. He glared at Erza who leap back into the air and hovered there. Several blades soon swiped them back being that she swiped the circles to create an energy projectile in the formation of a delta formation. "Trinity Sword!" said Erza. Zane's body was soon hit at point black, causing a cloud of dust and rock was thrown up.
Wakaba winced as he said,"Ouch. That had to hurt. Think he survived that?". Macao shrugged with him saying,"I think Romeo told me that he survived worse but we'll have to let the dust settle and find out.". Erza looked into the dust cloud, searching for any sign of Zane but the dust was blocking her vision. She was sure that Zane was hit directly by her attack but she felt uneasy. The cloud of smoke soon cleared up for Erza, showing that Zane was an illusion.
Zane soon slammed his fist into her armored protected chest as he said,"You think that your attack worked but it failed! Luminous Emperor Steel Punch!". His fist was soon covered in pure light with the impact of the punch causing blindness. Erza flew into the air and then bounced off the pillars that supported the guild hall. She shook off the pain and flew back before requipping into her Black Wing Armor. She leapt into the air and flew toward Zane with her silver and purple blade in her hair.
Zane knew ,thanks to Natsu telling him, that this armor had the ability to increase Erza's sword strikes with each swing regardless if they connected or not. Zane soon made several electricity, fire, ice, and light sword constructs with him hurling them toward the knight. Erza counter each of the items that was thrown at her being that she either dodged them or smashed them out the way. However as Erza was busy counteracting the smaller objects in her way, Zane soon went over to Cana.
He soon took her giant barrel of alcohol out of her hands. "Hey! Give that back!" said Cana. "Sorry but I want to try something." said Zane as Cana sulked for a bit. Zane soon cocked his arms back and throwing the giant barrel of alcohol right at Erza. The object was much larger than the stuff that she had been slicing up being that she kicked it away with her right foot. Zane tch as Erza soon her body around the guild and building up speed.
She soon went straight down toward Zane with Erza holding out her sword and slashed twice in a cross pattern. "Moon Flash!" yelled Erza as a powerful silver energy wave appeared from her blade and slammed into Zane's face first. It exploded upon contact with Zane being that there was soon another dust cloud. "Ouch. Is he down?" said Lucy. "Wow. She's really showing no mercy to him but Zane is really durable in most of his forms." noted Levy.
Erza hovered above the loud with her sword at the ready being that she was waiting for any sign of movement being that she knew that even in this state, Zane was a crafty opponent. The dust cloud was soon gone as Zane glared at Erza with him growling. "Your energy waves are nothing to the one who survived being slammed into a giant mountain ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND times in a row by his master to increase his durability!" said Zane.
The guild looked at Sly with her saying,"Yeah. Rico and Theron didn't go easy on Zane being that they wanted him to be the strongest even if an entire island had to be destroyed in the process.". The knight had a different thought at seeing Zane being that he had no visible damage on him being that he was only getting more angry. "Huh. I didn't expect this form to be so strong. At this rate, they're going to wreck the entire guild!" said Macao.
Lucy turned to the old man who was chuckling. "Yeah! Master, you have to stop this!" said Lucy. "I want to see how Erza fairs against her being that she's never faced a foe who can easily switch up tactics and forms like her before." said Makarov. "I get what you're trying to say but Zane's only using one form so far and he's sick." said Levy. "Aye sir." said Happy which caused Makarov to fall over in response. "Round two Prude Knight!" said Zane.
He soon deactivated Kitsune Form with him standing there in a fighting pose. "I don't need to be in a form to kick your ass from here to New Jersey!" said Zane. Erza sighed as she said,"If I can't beat him with brute force, I shall do so with speed.". She soon landed with her saying,"Requip: Flight Armor!". A second later, everyone eyed the new armor she was wearing being that Lucy hadn't seen this one yet.
Despite being armor, it feature very few parts that were armored, It's more like a fancy attire bearing reminiscence to a cheetah. Its breastplate was a very revealing, armored cheetah-patterned top. There was some bare armor protruding from the upper part of it ,in correspondence to Erza's breasts, and some fur lining the lower edges, exposing her stomach and some cleavage. There is no form of waistguard.
The armor instead sports a pair of revealing black shorts being there is a belt holding a cloth hanging over Erza's left leg attached to them. The arms are covered by dark armbands reaching up just below Erza's shoulders with Erza's left arm being protected by cheetah-patterned armor, consisting of a single pauldron and a wide arm guard. Her legs are covered in similar stockings reaching up to her thighs, with armored, asymmetric high-heeled boots over them.
Her left leg is the more armored with the boot reaching up to the knee and protected by a cheetah-patterned knee guard. The right leg ,on the other hand, is covered by a boot only reaching up to part of Erza's calf. The outfit is completed by a large collar around Erza's neck and by a tail hanging from the back of her shorts, both made of bushy fur, plus a pair of large cheetah’s ears adorning both sides of Erza’s head. She was wearing the pair of black gauntlets on her armor.
They seem to look like the ones from her Black Wing Armor. Now, I may be in the minority on this but what kind of person thinks that this is armor. My definition of armor is that it's supposed to protect you,not show off how curvy you are. This armor does have elements of that but not enough to be considered armor by my books. This armor along with Celestial Armor and Rabbit Armor are my least favorites in the series because of that.
I don't like how the former one is a nod toward her relationship with Jellal which is one of the worse relationships in the series and a toxic one in my opinion. The latter one is straight up fanservice. I mean bunny girls are fanservice materials nine times out of ten but I think I despise bunny girls in fiction because I don't care kindly for Carrot from One Piece and Mirko from My Hero. That will be explained later but I'll admit that I do dig the swords on the bunny armor. It's being nice I guess.
Lucy eyed the armor as she said,"So what armor is that? It looks more brash to me.". "That's Erza's Flight Armor. It increases her agility and the speed of her actions to levels that are beyond normal capacity!" said Happy. "I think that's her plan for dealing with Zane's durability and strength. She's also using her gauntlets from her Black Wing Armor to compensate for the armor's lack of attack power." said Levy.
Sly gulped as she said aloud,"Uh oh. I feel bad for her.". "Why?" said Stella. "Zane has a love toward mech like most guys but he also like armor. He hates when things aren't called what they are and it gets him triggered fast." said Sly. Zane's eyes were soon covered by his hair with his power and anger coming out of his body. This soon caused everyone in the room to back away from him. He had a cruciform shaped vein above his eyes with them twitching.
He soon smiled dangerous giving everyone in the room feeling a shiver going down their spine. "You dare to call that bikini armor? Prepare to die!" yelled Zane. He rushed toward her being that he went to her face with a left hook. She darts forward with him lifting his arm up as she dodged. She soon punched him in the stomach with Zane smiling. "You're not on my level bitch!" roared Zane with him soon throwing her toward a nearby table.
As she recovered, she rubbed her head. Zane charged toward her being she was soon kicking through several counters and into a pile of storage barrels, sending them scattering across the floor. "Please try to keep the guild clean, you two!" said Mira. "Kind of hard to Mira since there is a huge stain that I need to clean!" said Zane, with him soon brushing the dust off him. He looked perfectly fine which only increased Zane's anger.
This only proved Erza being that she soon heaped several barrels up into the air with her kicking them at him. Zane easily dodged most of them with him soon kicking them right into Droy and Jet as he said,"Strike!". Zane soon jumped toward Erza, looking like he was going to tackle her but she soon easily dodged his attack. She used her armor's enchantment to boost over toward Zane's back as she grabbed his head and pushed it forward.
She soon knocked him away with a barrage of punches and kicks. "Go down already Zane! How long does it take for a god to get over a cold?!" growled Erza. "Once you actually make feel your weak attacks." said Zane. He soon got up with her quickly summoning a pair of swords into her hands with them being a pair of shortswords with elaborate handguards similar to a rapier's, shaped like rose's thorns.
Zane soon knocked them away with him saying,"Steel Macrocosm.". His arms and legs were soon covered in Vulcan Emperor being that he wanted to make Erza feel his wrath and he knew that she could handle a little punishment. He soon lets loose a barrage of high-speed punches and kicks that looks to be a hundred a minute. The speed of the punch is so high that the normal human eye cannot catch each hit. Zane ends the barrage off with a uppercut, launching her into the air.
Zane soon kicked her neck, sending her crashing down into the counter next to Makarov and Mira as Erza had grunted each time one of Zane's attacks hit head. As she landed, she rubbed her neck with her shooting Zane a scary glare. Zane smirked upon seeing it with him flipping her off. "Okay. Now you're making me mad." said Erza. "Oh no. I made the great Prude Knight at little old me. Whatever should I do?" said Zane in a mocking tone.
Erza growled with her sending her blades to their pocket dimension with her shooting toward him like a bullet. She rammed her fist into his get being that there was a loud bam and small shockwave upon contact with Zane's gut but Erza was hit in the back by Zane's fist. The two were soon fighting hand to hand with such speed and intensity being that Natsu ,who was still in the ground, would be impressed at Erza and scared for her.
The Cross-Species and knight tried to hit, kick, and slug at each other but their attacks were blocked and parried by blows of equal speed. Their scuffle was stopped being that Erza threw a right hook at him but Zane dodged it by going intangible. "Alligator Rudder." said Zane as he kicked Erza in the gut, with her hunching over as she was launched back. Zane rushed toward her by jumping through the air.
He slowly starts to spin around ,very much like a drill, and slams both feet into her head. Like before, Erza's face was kicked down so hard being that her head smashed into the flooring of the guild hall just like Gray and Natsu did earlier. However unlike them, Erza recovered being that she lift herself out of it. She glared at Zane being that she soon recovered and shot forward. Erza picked him and threw him into the ground so hard.
This made a small crater that stretched for a dozen meters. "Wow. Those two are really getting into this and I thought those two wouldn't be the type to destroy the guild!" whined Lucy. "Shut the hell up Triple B!" roared Zane, scaring her. He soon did the same thing that Erza did to him earlier but much harder. "Aye." said Happy. "This fight is so manly but maybe too manly." said Elfman. "You think?" retorted the blond.
Erza groaned as she laid on the guild hall's flooring being that she was hurting all around being that pain was floating through her like she had been pierced by needles. She sat up from the trench being that she growled lowly. Her body was covered in bruises, cuts, and dirt with her Flight Armor looked quite ragged. She was shocked to see that Zane's face had lost all of its red being that he looked back to normal.
She soon saw him diving toward her with his arms raised up being that she rolled out of the way just as Zane's cupped fist landed in the trench he made, making the ground shake for a bit. "And here I thought that you weren't the dodging type you masochist." said Zane. "This will be the final blow and I shall be the victor!" said Erza, standing up straight. "And here I thought that you weren't the joking type." said Zane, cracking his neck.
Erza was soon in her Giant Armor being that Makarov said with narrowed eyes."She's going to end this in a single blow then.". "Huh? Is that armor that strong?" said Lucy. "Yep! It makes her super strong being that brute force is the only way to get through to Zane." said Happy, snickering. "Yeah right." scoffed Sly. "What do you mean Sly?" said Kaida, finally out of her drawing. "Zane has been toying with her the whole fight. He recovered a long time ago." said Sly, shocking the guild.
Erza stomped her foot with her yelling,"Come!". Zane smiled with him rushed toward Erza being that she cocked her left fist being that it was slowly accumulate magic power as Zane drew closer. Zane's right fist was soon charging energy with him making a straight fist. "That's his Zenith Punch!" said Kaida as she remembered seeing Zane using once during his training. It destroyed a really big rock so it was really strong.
Sly said,"Not exactly. Look at his arm young one. It's a combo move.". His right arm was stretched behind him and was covered in energy which had been amplified. Upon Zane reaching the front of his face, Erza's attack has finished powered up. Zane soon cocked his fist back with his arms soon ignited in flames. "Zenith Punch + Zenith Smash!" yelled Zane. He soon slams his fist into Erza's fist.
This caused a flurry of flames on Erza's side and a explosion of flames of Zane's side. Zane had an advantage at first being that the force from their blows began to scatter apart in the form of waves of magic being that Zane noticed that he was being pushed back. Zane roared with Erza released the full magic power that she built up, causing the gauntlet to release a powerful rocket-like blast. "Fall now Zane!" roared Erza, pushing back Zane.
Zane only smiled as his face met the gauntlets. He soon began pushing against the fist with him saying,"You think that you're all that and a bag of chips but I've met stronger folks like you when I was only four! Eat this. Galactic Punch!". He roared loud as he covered his left fist ,in steel gray energy aka his soul's energy, slamming his fist right into Erza, sending her flying back a good distance.
This sent her all the way back across the guild hall by her attack being that she was soon crashed through a bunch of the guild hall's until he was sent nearly crashing out through the guild hall itself being that she landed in a pile of rubble as she crackled the building's walls. She soon reverted back to her causal clothing as she moaned in discomfort as she laid on the floor. She was bruised all over the place with her out cold.
Zane soon stretched with him saying,"And that's what happens when you fuck with your superiors Pride Knight. Learn your place.". He soon walked out of the guild with Sly saying,"So I'm guessing that he got over Ethereal Mania around the time we returned back to the guild hall.". "So why did we get the medicine then?" said Stella. Sly soon pointed to the damage around them as Stella nodded with Kaida giggling. "Papa is so cool!" said Kaida, with the guild sweatdropping at that.
It had been two days since the Ethereal Madness. Zane ,who had returned, taking pictures of a grounded Gray and Natsu plus a defeated Erza for blackmail purposes. Zane looked over at Happy being that Zane was told on how he showed the trio of Erza, Gray, and Natsu their place being that the cat only cowered behind Natsu who did the same but was still in the ground. Gray sweat dropped being that he knew that pissing off Zane would be a bad idea.
He defeated both him and Gray while in a drunk like state and Erza without trying being that he got over it around when Erza showed up. He was easily their strongest member that he had a very short fuse. Erza looked at Zane being that she knew that Zane was enjoying his victory over her being that she knew that she would fight him seriously and maybe the result may differ but I highly doubt it since the bias is strong with this series and usually involving Zane.
Zane was going to head out on a job with Stella being that he owe her for helping out the trio of wizards which he destroyed and by Kaida's puppy dog eyes, Zane repaired the damage he had caused using Chronos Form. The battleground to their fight was long gone but the memory of it was still in the heart of the wizards of Fairy Tail being that the rest of Fiore would soon know about this thanks to Sorcerer Weekly and pictures of it from Zane for a joke later on.
The group of Erza, Gray, and Natsu were still feeling the effect of Zane's beatdown while Zane was perfectly fine. This was a good thing being that Team Natsu wasn't going to follow the trio of Earth Dragon Slayer, Akostar, and Cross-Species being that they were going to take a job involving a dark guild. It was supposed to be a simple job. "So Zane." said Stella. Zane looked at her with him saying with a smile,"Yes.". "Is Kitsune Form always like that?" said Stella.
Sly shook her head as she said,"Most of the time, he's like a samurai but when Zane is a drunk which is rare for him, he's a very professional, violent, and touchy feely drunk being that all forms get more violent in the process.". "Yep. I tend not to hold back when I'm drunk since I have no grievance when it comes to my insulting powers." said Zane. After several minutes of walking, the team arrive at the usual station.
Sly smiled as she said,"I'm kinda happy that you don't have motion sickness Stella.". "Yep. My magic is on a higher level than Natsu being that I'm of a later generation." said Stella. "Aka an woman." said Zane with him dodging Stella's punch. "How does Levy deal with you?" said Stella. "Love can be a blinding thing." said Zane. The trio soon boarded the train with someone big about to go down when they return back being that it won't at all be pleasant and bonds will be tested.

We have a few more things to take care of before the start of the Phantom Lord Arc including the reunion of mother and daughter, the bond of a past love, and how far Zane will go to help out those he cares about. This is a cocktease for the Phantom Lord Arc but who cares? This and more next time on Fairy Legion!
New Cards/Forms that haven't been seen in Zero yet:
Kitsune Form. This card has a black frame with a fox ,with nine tails, standing in the center of the card with a red moon behind it. This Form hasn't been introduced in Zero yet and it does have a Prime Form.
