A/N: This is a weird title but for Zero, this is still pretty weird but this episode is the start of an arc which will last for four to five episodes, counting this one. I could be wrong about but that's my goal for this arc. It won't be a Worst Future Ever or Galuna Island but it's still an arc regardless. This arc's main focus will be on a certain relationship being that their relationship will be tested upon by an outside force to either strength it or destroy it.
If it isn't obvious by now, Rachel and Zane are more than just friends. You probably have seen two people who say that they're just friends but they aren't. Most love stories do this between two childhood friends and the liking. They'll be going to a level where you can't go back from aka having relations in the bedroom. If you don't like that stuff, it won't be a full on scene of lovemaking because I'm not going to be writing it.
I don't mind kissing but that level, I'm just not ready for that yet. It will be rather ecchi though so enjoy that. I can do that but writing scenes involving lovemaking is something I rather not write. If I ever do, the blog will be 18+ even though I'll only do it one time plus I just find writing those scenes just born. I like a simple kiss because it makes the point go across. This arc ,once it's finished, will be the return of Fairy Legion after I post the updated version of Zane's stuff.
I wanted to post it once I've gotten everything down and over with before I got started on since I have a couple of things to introduce in Zero before I give the full details on it. It involves a certain ability of Twilight. This author note will also go a little more in depth on what those pills were there that Toxic took in order to become much stronger. Comparing Darth to Toxic, Toxic is the stronger Vordlarin slightly due to her and Megan bonding.
Darth didn't bond with Bryan being that Bryan was just used a puppet being that a Vordlarin who bonds with their partner/host has a better chance for more power and some special abilities to the Vordlarins that have bonded. The drug that Toxic took was a drug very much like Chemical PX and Cosmic Phenomenon. Its name is Reaper Powder. You may wonder why I'm telling you about it in the author notes. Like I how forgot about Airon, I tend to forget about things often.
I know that I'll go in-depth about it in the arc after this one but that will be a long time away since I'm going to be working on Fairy Legion. I had to do some major retooling of a couple of elements that I saw going nowhere and trust me, I was thinking about not doing Nalu. Before I spoil what I'm going to do here, lets begin. We're going to have more training but this time, Zane isn't the one doing the training being that it's his team.
Like I've shown before, Zane is pretty much the person who keeps on training even though he's pretty strong and he's a sadist when it comes to training people. It's a genetic thing just like how cats hate his family mainly the males. I could also say that it's a result of him being trained like that and he does know what limits are but he tends to ignore the limits to push past them. This applies to his teaching as well. Lets just say that he would make an awful drill instructor. Lets begin.
Narrator P.O.V.
Team Maelstrom was currently doing some training being that the school was still closed due to the fight between Toxic and Zero doing some serious damage. Zane wasn't allowed to train anyone after the torture that Zane went through. They weren't in Cypress Park but a Dimension that had no signs of life and could be accessed by any member of the Alliance for training purpose since it self repairs itself. It's known as the Stadium.
The team was currently on an endless beach with white sandy beaches that were being grazed by the ocean and that was shining thanks to the setting sun. Nearby them, there is a stone-encircled fire pit that was perfect for a cookout and there was a waterfall that had created a pool, feeding into the vast ocean. The team instructor was Conner being that Conner had his arms crossed. He was asked by Zane to train his team being Zane himself was currently doing some private training.
It was to discover what his potential was being that Lucifer basically told him that the Predator State wasn't that at all. The group of Allen, Danny, Gwen, Heidi, Kevin, Rachel, Sly, and Wolfram stood there with the teens wearing tracksuits. The boys were wearing black and white ones and girls ,except for Rachel, were wearing blue and white ones. This is because Rachel is wearing the tracksuit that she wore in the previous episode.
Upon seeing them ready, Conner nodded. "Okay. I know that you kids were excited for your break but you can't slack off on the training. I mean who knows what the Odium Society has planned in the future but to make sure that you're ready for anything, I have something in mind to help us out." said Conner. Allen looked around the area to see that they were the only ones here. "So what is that exactly Mr. Pierce?" said Allen. "Just wait a minute pretty boy." said Conner.
He smirked as he snapped his fingers. A gold magic circle appeared before them with all of them soon seeing eight sleek looking robots. They looked like silver, expressionless mannequins. "Let me introduce you the robots that the Alliance uses to train with. They're known as the Revised." said Conner with him patting the one closet to him. "So why are we using robots? I mean I'm not sure why the Alliance would even use them." said Rachel, sounding both arrogance and confused.
Conner smirked with him patting the robot to the left of him twice. Before she could do anything about it, she was on the ground with the robot positioned on top of her. It looked ready to rip her head off as Conner said,"Yeah. They're no joke. This one here trains with Zane when he's using Wrath and lets just say that the fights with Wrath are no joke. Don't worry. You won't be fighting a Revised that's fought against Wrath because I'm not that sadistic like Zane is.".
Heidi helped the red head up being that Conner said,"I had Zane give them an upgrade. They're going to make your weakness your strength.". "Really? And where is Zane? I though he would be here with us." said Kevin. "He's been heavily focused on finding out what the Omni-Door gave him. Once he finds that out hopefully, he'll be here and fighting his own Revised. He also asked me to help you with your training since he's very much like his family when it comes to training." said Conner.
He shook his head as he said,"They go above and beyond to get stronger plus the boy tends to find his weakness himself and makes them no longer a weakness or a strength.". He soon looked right at Rachel with him saying,"From what I can tell your devilness, you have great potential when it comes to energy manipulation. Heck, you're more advanced than most devils I've met in my life but you suffer a major weakness.".
Rachel looked away as Conner said,"I know you're listening but you have trouble controlling how much power to use at once. That's something all technique type fighters suffer from so don't worry to much. You're still worried but don't over think it. If you fire an attack at them and they dodge it, you are left wide open. You need to fight up close and dirty with the enemy so get ready to get your nails dirty honey.". Rachel nodded as Conner smiled.
He soon turned to Kevin with him saying,"You're the same way Kev. You got the brains but not the brawn. You're not a weakling like the devil but you're not winning any strength contests. You're going to have to learn some reinforcement magic from your magic incline friends. When your leader is off doing something stupid, you'll mostly like be the second in command if Danny is busy. You also need to improve your powers but that comes in times. Can't rush things.".
Conner turned to Allen with him saying,"Allen. You two may be decent at taking hits but Allen. You have the mindset of a knight. There is nothing wrong but your chivalry, dignity, honor, and pride will do you nothing but death in a real battle. There is no really honor on the battlefield. Victory is the only thing that matters. You either kill your opponent or you get killed. That sounds messed up but that just the Omniverse and we can't do anything to change it.".
He said all of this with a grim face being that he's met people like Allen who held honor like they did and they were eventually killed by their opponents. The British teen nodded at that being that he has heard it from his father many times. "Next up is Gwen. You've shown both attributes of Power and Support type fighters being that you tend to use your sword as a blunt weapon rather than a slashing weapon like it was intended for." said Conner.
Conner said,"I'm sure that I want you to work on your magic being that your sword can be taken away from you in a fight. Having more option is better than a single option.". Gwen nodded with her soon getting ready to improve on her weakness. "Danny. Your powers give you incredible strength and durability but you're rather slow. I'm not saying that you're like a snail or turtle but you can easily be overwhelmed by someone faster than you. Work on ones speed today." said Conner.
Danny understood being that he trained with Zane once being that while Zane's faster than most people even people with enhanced speed, he was still really slow as Zane proved to him. Conner soon turned to Sly and Wolfram. "I won't say that you three aren't timid being that two of you are still really young mainly in Sly's case but like I said to Allen, your enemies won't show any mercy on you just because you're cute." said Conner.
Wolfram barked as Conner chuckled. "That's the spirit doggy! You'll do good especially with that new way of fighting that Zane taught you! You and Sly will be working together and please support each other." said Conner, tapping one of the robots and it transform. It soon grew shorter with it soon holding a book. "This one here will help you improve your techniques Sly while Wolfram's robot will be fighting hand to hand or in his case, paw to paw." said Conner.
He soon looked at the teens with him saying,"We'll start with the physical aspect at a later date but our goal is to make our weakness into our strength. Oh and Heidi's weakness is very much like a mixture between Gwen and Rachel.". All of them soon had a determined look on them with the man saying,"Okay then. Lets go." . He soon snapped his fingers with all of Team Maelstrom and robots disappearing into a different part of the dimension.
Conner smiled as he said,"You come out now. I doubt that they sensed you. You're good at hiding your power despite how much you have". Zane soon appeared as he said,"Yeah. So do you think they're going to be okay Conner? You didn't get any Revised that are programmed to fight against my grandpa and Theron.". "Don't worry so much Zane. Gray hair would totally ruin your image and I got this all planned out. So how is your soul searching going?" said Conner
Zane shrugged as he said,"Honestly, I haven't found anything yet. I even asked my grandma about it and she said that I'll find it once I accept something. I really wish that I just got a straight yes or no answer than some cryptic crap.". "Yeah. So do you want to watch how their training is going down? I got front row seats." said Conner. Several screen images appeared with Zane saying,"Sure and maybe you can give me some advice on some stuff.". "Sure thing kid." said Conner.
Kevin was fighting against his opponent nearby a lake that's surrounded by grass. Kevin was having a hard time being that the robot moved faster than he could dodge his attacks and for every attack landed, it hurt a lot. "This robot is faster than I could ever be but I'm smarter than it." said Kevin. He soon went toward the lake being that the robot charged at him. Kevin dodged it ,barely, and landed his left hand on the robot, slowly decay it before getting bitchslapped into a tree.
In a location that has several small waterfalls around it, Wolfram was fighting his robot in his humanoid wolf form with Sly covering his back and also fighting against her robot. The two were working good together being that they were used to work with each other. Gwen and Heidi weren't in the same location at first but their area of a sandy garden ,with several different sized rocks planted into the sand, was rather big.
Both of them were using their weapons to block their opponents but their weapons were much bigger and forced the girls to use either the elements of magic to hit them since the direct approach isn't working. Danny was watching the robot sitting in a medium-sized pool of water being that Danny set it flying upon arriving here thanks to the Phantom Smashers. He was about to strike the robot but it was soon gone.
He was soon hit with a barrage of hits, breaking through Danny's defense and causing him pain. Allen was having trouble abandoning his honer just like that being that he was taught since birth to face any challenge with complete respect to them. However, his opponent didn't feel the same thanks to the area where they were fighting in had several sharp stalactites hanging from the ceiling. The robot kept kicking them toward Allen, forcing him to defend from the attack and get hit by the robot.
Conner and Zane were half watching this due to their conversation taking up most of their attention at the moment. "So I was thinking about something." said Zane. "And that would be?" said Conner. "I guess it would be if I can get stronger. I know that there are strong enemies out there and I need to be able to protect my treasure." said Zane. "Whatever you're planned, I'm sure that the duo of Allen and Danny will do the best to catch up with you." said Conner.
Zane smirked with him saying,"Yeah. They will. It does seem like both of them aren't doing so good against the Revised though.". "That's a fair assessment. However, Allen has a lot of raw power behind his hits and Danny has his inventions. They'll win.". "Makes sense. So what do you know about the Chirotirian?" said Zane. "Well, the species went extinct ago or were reborn into the devils. It's big news that an Chirotirian is even around and living inside of you rent free." said Conner.
Zane nodded as he said,"Yeah. So have you noticed something off about Rae?". "Beside her barely used any of the potential inside of her, I don't think she's fought her opponent using her magic power at all yet. I mean I'm happy that she's using her impressive physical strength that comes with being a devil but you should use everything that you can in a fight." said Conner. The two looked at Rachel's screen which showed her in a forest and fighting against her robot.
Zane nodded as she said,"As a technique fighter, she's should be able to use her powers in a unique manner but right now, she's acting like a power fighter.". "True. I think it's some type of trauma in her past. So how much do you know of her family?" said Conner. "Well, I know her grandma and the fact they are loaded. She also has this royal aura to her." said Zane. "I see." said Conner. Conner turned back to Rachel with him thinking,"The fact that he doesn't know who you really is concerning.".
Rachel soon aimed her hand at the robot, with her firing a beam of energy toward her. It was a scarlet red color with Zane noticing it. Conner looked at Zane with him thinking,"Did he figure it out? I know that we taught him or Spiro taught him about the different species that live in Terrarune mainly the devils.". Instead of the beam of energy hitting the robot, the beam hit the tree next to the robot and caused the tree to hit the robot instead. "Wow. So did she miss on purpose or what?" said Zane.
Conner sweatdropped as he said,"I doubt that she planned that. Look around the field Zane.". Zane soon noticed that several holes and craters around the robot. Rachel tsk loudly as she said,"Why can't I make this power work for me instead of the other way around?!". She was shaking. "Wow. She has no control over the power that made Ignacio so amazing." said a voice in her head. "Oh wow I can't believe it sister. You're nothing but a waste of life." said another voice in her head.
She clenched her fists with her saying,"I'll show you and the rest of them wrong!". She soon fired a scarlet red lightning bolt right toward the robot being that it missed just before it could hit the robot directly. "Dam it!" shouted Rachel. Crisis Judgement soon went off as Rachel was soon covered in a giant scarlet red sphere of spiraling/whirling energy. It floated in the air as several spirals of energy were coming out of the sphere, destroying the ground and robot around it.
The rest of Team Maelstrom ,who were brought back from their training spot, saw this with Heidi said,"So what's that?". "I think that's Rachel." said Allen. "Her demonic energy has gone out of control. She's not using her staff to be s a medium. If we don't stop her now, she could die due to the demonic energy taking control of her." said Conner. He looked at Zane with him saying,"I think you know what to do right Zero?". Zane nodded as he was gone.
Back with Rachel, she couldn't hear or see anything that was going around her. "I can't believe it. I did it again!" thought Rachel. She had kept her devil heritage a secret from the others being that for her entire life, she had been rejected by her own family for having little no control over her power. In her family, she was born with an incredible amount of demonic energy which came in the form of scarlet red energy called Ardor.
It's extremely powerful and can completely annihilate things when used correctly. However, she had no idea on how to control this power. She was often teased about this problem of her by her two older siblings ,both sisters, being that her eldest brother was very well accomplished using the exact same power as them. She wanted to prove them wrong but she often goes overboard in her training, usually either destroying the training area or she goes unconscious.
Outside of the sphere, Zane looked down with him saying,"Wow. This looks a serious problem and it seems like you were lying to us again Rae. However, you probably have a very good reason for doing it. I'll make sure that you come back to us.". He made the sword that he used in Predator State with him jumping toward the sphere. He soon dodged several spirals of energy with him landing on top of the sphere with him saying,"Cardinal Etcher! It's feeding time! Hope you're hungry!".
Zane stabbed the sword into the sphere with it slowly shrinking in size and loses its power. Rachel was soon expunged from the sphere with Zane sliding down the sides of the sphere. He was using his sword and he caught her ,bridal style, as he held onto his sword. "You're saved Rae." said Zane. The sphere was soon gone with Zane noted that the blade was much heavier than it was before. He placed Rachel on the ground with him firing a air slash of energy.
It sliced through several trees as Zane said,"Wow Rae. You're very strong. I expect great things from you.". He soon put his latest sword back in his pocket dimension with him looking at the unconscious Rachel. He soon warped back to the beach with Team Maelstrom and Conner looking at the two upon them arriving. "Hey. So what happened back there?" said Danny, earning a shrug from Zane. "Let me tell you kids the tale of the social hierarchy of devils." said Conner.
Rachel soon woke up with her noticing everyone looking at her. "You waste of space." said a voice in her head. "Great. I bet they are going to be mad at me for lying to them and not have any control over my power." thought Rachel. Zane smiled as he said,"Hey Rae. I have something to tell you.". "What is it?" said Rachel. "You're super powerful! To be honest, I've never seen that much demonic power in a single devil before. I mean once you learn how to control it, you'll be invincible." said Zane.
Rachel looked at him with him saying,"I mean I had to train to get this good but you were born this amazing. It's kinda cool.". "So you have trouble controlling your power? You should have told us your highness. I mean we're your friends. You lying to us about you being royalty and having no control over your powers is not an issue to us idiot." said Danny, flicking her forehead. "I'm just happy that you're safe Rachel." said Gwen.
Heidi smiled as she said,"Don't worry Rachel. We'll help you gain control over your powers because I'm really good at that kind of stuff.". "And I can help upgrade your staff to help you control your powers." said Kevin. Wolfram barked as Sly nodded. Rachel cried for a bit with her face red. "Thanks you guys. I was so worried about telling you all this." said Rachel. Zane smiled as he hugged her and her blush grew bigger.
Gwen and Heidi noticed this with Danny shaking his head. He knew that Zane had a tendency to go out of his way to comfort others using kind words or hugging. "Don't worry Rachel. I mean I've lied countless time and you forgave me for it. Lets getting stronger so we can protect each other from the dangers of the Omniverse as a team." said Zane. Rachel nodded as she said,"Okay but don't get that big of an ego because me and the others will stop you.".
Zane nodded as he let her go. He soon put a hand on his right arm with him saying,"Okay. I think it's my turn to get some training done! Whose up for sparing?". "Sorry but you do remember that you have a group date tonight with your harem right?" said Rachel, crossing her arms. Zane's eyes soon widened as Allen said,"I'm sure that our genius leader forget about it due to him trying to figure out his currently unknown potential that was unlocked by breaking a door.".
Sly sighed as she said,"I forget how much of a scatterbrain Zane can be when it comes to mastering or learning about powers.". "I promised them several times that I would make sure that you wouldn't overwork yourself which you do often plus I wouldn't flirt with you." said Rachel. "Is it bad that I can understand why they are worried about those two flirting?" said Gwen. "Yep. Rae and Zane have been flirting with each other like this since middle school." said Danny.
Zane sighed as he said,"Even though I've told them countless time that it's nothing serious and that I won't cheating on them. I'm not that type of guy.". "Best get going. Don't want to make the harem mad Zane because that's really bad for your rep among the Omniverse and the Zero System." said Conner as Zane vanished. "He may be a training loving idiot but he's a really good guy, I hope the other girls know this." thought Rachel.
Upon seeing his master leave, Wolfram barked. "You're right Wolfram. Since the elephant has left the room, I have a question for you Rae." said Heidi. "What's up Heidi?" said Rachel. "So what do you really think about Zane?" said Heidi. The dimension was soon silent as Wolfram barked. "The topic of Rachel and Zane is complicated." said Conner with Sly sitting on Wolfram's back. Rachel looked at her as she said,"What do you mean? Zane is my best guy friend.".
Heidi rolled his eyes as he said,"Really? Do you really think that?". "What are you saying? Zane and I are just friends." said Rachel. "Not at all. You like him in a romantic way Rae." said Gwen, with her agreeing with Heidi. "Rae. I know that you don't want to hear it but it's kinda obvious how you feel about our idiot and a idiot like Zane will notice it eventually. Remember when you were teasing him about letting him touch your breasts and also letting him see you naked." said Danny.
Allen blushed as he said,"Oh wow Rae. You're so bold.". "And that's saying a lot. Devils are well known for their seductive nature." said Kevin. "I was teasing him you guys! Out of all people, you know when I'm teasing someone Danny." said Rachel. "Yeah I do but I'm sure that normal teasing doesn't make our stone-cold friend blush. I mean his face is pretty funny to look when it goes full blush but you're easily doing that even more than Roxy and Sierra do." said Danny.
His right cheek was soon punched by Gwen as she said,"And how exact do you know that Danny Malone?". "Because Zane told me about it once to make me jealous and then Roxy showed me a picture of Zane's face because he tries so hard to hide it." said Danny with Kevin laughing at his misery in the background. She let go of his cheek with her saying,"I don't think that I'm the jealous type of girlfriend but unlike Zane's harem, I rather not share you with anyone else.".
Danny kissed her forehead as Gwen blushed. "Don't worry Gwen. Me and Zane were raised not to cheat on the ones we love." said Danny. Conner clapped his hands as he said,"So I hate to be the buzz kill but if you want to return back to Cypress Park, please head through this magic portal.". A magic portal soon appeared with the group soon heading through it, leaving behind only Conner and Rachel as Conner said,"So why did you staying behind Rae? Want to learn how to control your energy?".
Rachel shook her head no as she said,"Not really. I mean I want to learn how before my birthday and I'm sure you know why.". "Yep. I didn't tell your pals about your certain problem because I think that is something that you should do. You and Zane really do remind me of Natasha and Shawn. I mean I get why Heidi thought why you like them. You two look and act like a couple who is in love with each other plus he's way better than that guy isn't he?" said Conner.
Rachel slowly nodded as she said,"And how do you know of him?". "I know everything because it is good to keep yourself well informed. So why do you like Zane more than say that guy? I mean I've not met himself but he's well known for the wrong reasons mainly his personality." said Conner. "I'm sure that everyone know it but I think I like Zane." said Rachel. "Wow. So what made you admit it huh your highness?" said Conner.
Rachel looked at him as she said,'Well, I know that he can't possibly hear me. I think the reasons why I fell in love are rather simple. He's really loyal to anyone that he cares about, him being good around kids, his extremely selfless nature, and he doesn't care about what others thinks about him. He doesn't let others decided his actions for him. I think I'm too late in admitting my feelings.". "Oh wow. You really love him don't you? I mean don't get why it's too late you." said Conner.
Conner shrugged as he said,"I get why you don't because of those two but I'm sure that Ignacio would want you to be happy. I doubt you're against sharing Zane since you've seen his harem and they seem pretty happy. In my time, I've never actually seeing a harem work. It may be because Zane has the experience of the previous Zeroes messing up. It's more like ninety three since seven of them weren't failures. Zane is one of the Zeroes who hasn't messed up". "
Rachel looked at the man with her saying,"So do you mind helping me telling them the truth?". "I'll help you but you're telling Zane. I'm not telling you how you should live your life but you're out of time. You got this." said Conner. "Thanks. You're not a bad guy like everyone says." said Rachel. "Yeah. I'm like an older Zane." said Conner. "Not really but keep thinking that." said Rachel. "Harsh but fair." said Conner. The two noticed a snow white magic circle and Rachel frowning upon seeing it.
Later that night and in Cypress Park, Zane was currently heading back home after his group date. He yawned as Cole said,"So how are you feeling your highness?". "I'm fine. I'm just thinking about some stuff and to be honest, I don't know who to talk about it. It involves the devils." said Zane. "Maybe Lucifer. He seems to be a expert when it comes to devils given that according to him, Chirotirian are the ancestors to the modern day devils." said Twilight.
Zane nodded as he soon entered the park ,that was nearby Zenith Tower, with him saying,"Good idea partner. I'll do that after he's done with Kane. Those two have been fighting like crazy inside of me and well, it's making my eventual goal harder and harder with each fight.". Zane soon put his hands in his jacket pocket with Athena saying,"So when are you going to ask out Rachel? I mean from what I can tell, the girlfriends are expecting it at this point.".
Zane sighed as he said,"Eventually. I'm sure that me and her aren't exactly friends at this point but we have a big hurdle in front of us.". "You're right about that. You're not scared of a relationship due to you dating six beauties in both inner and outer beauty. You and her are going to be together for a long time since devils live for millenniums." said Lucifer. "I'll ask her out once we clear away that hurdle for good. So how did the fight between you and Kane go?" said Zane.
Lucifer was quiet as Zane said,"I don't mind if you guys wreck Elysian because it's a dump. I really do on plan on cleaning it one of these days but every time you guys destroy it during a sparing match isn't helping my eventually clean up.". "Lets just say that it was a draw Zane and also, good luck on the cleaning. You're going to need it because it's a mess due to all of us being killers and that includes you Zane." said Kane. "I know that but that doesn't mean I like it." said Zane.
After a few minutes walking around, Zane soon noticed that he was the only one walking through the park. It was normal due to the sun having seen set but he couldn't sense or hear anyone which also includes the animals. "Okay. This is sure as hell not suspicious." said Zane. He sensed someone as he said,"Okay. You think that you're being like a ninja but you're not. Come on out and if you do within a minute, I won't hurt you too much.".
A female voice giggled as she said,"And here my master thought you sensing his familiar was luck but it seems that you're different from a normal human.". A female soon appeared from behind a tree. She's a beautiful and tall woman with a voluptuous figure with her looking to be in her twenties. She has glowing red eyes with long platinum blonde hair that went up to her shoulders and it's hiding her right eye.
She's wearing a midnight blue dress with a wide collar which resulted in a good amount of cleavage being shown and goes toward her knees. She's wearing gold high heels. She smiled seductively at Zane with her saying,"Oh wow. You're quite the handsome human and from what I've seen, you're an interesting one.". "So explain to me how she doesn't sense your other energies? I mean you're only 25% human at this point." said Cole.
Lucifer chuckled as he said,"It's because Zane's bracelet idiot. It's suppress his aura and powers from others being that to the supernatural who doesn't know about Zane, he looks like a normal human. So how bad are we going to humiliate her? I hope it's good.". He soon felt a hot wind coming from the woman with Zane not caring about her heat. "I'm also a fighter than a runner so your attempts are scaring me isn't working." said Zane.
The female said,"Okay then. Since you're being so stubborn, I guess as the "5" of my lord's cadre of devils, I'll have to eliminate you.". She soon raised her left arm with her hand currently open and all around her, several fire spears appeared. She soon sent them right toward Zane who said,"Wow. You really are a stupid one aren't you. This is going to be a pain.". Zane soon created an enormous torrent of his candy syrup from his body.
It slowly formed into a wall, blocking the fire spears and they were stick inside of it. The devil was shocked by this as she heard a condensing voice from the other side,"Yeah. You may be thinking that fire would work on it but your fire is rather weak to be perfectly frank,". She soon growled as Zane's voice from the other side said,"Wow. Resorting to growl when I tell you the truth about yourself. At least you aren't cackling. Along with Mohawks, it's super unattractive.".
The fire spears soon went toward the wall with Zane saying,"By the way, you can try this for the rest of the night but this syrup won't melt because of your devil flames. You're probably ignoring me so I'll just wait until you're willing to listen.". Zane soon leaned against the wall with the fire spears soon hitting the wall, trapping it upon contract. This went on for a hour as Zane finally hear her stop. Zane peeked his head over the wall as he saw a shocked devil.
She soon heard,"So I told you this earlier but you just didn't believe me. You should know that even if you're using magic against little old me.". She took Zane's honest statement as an insult to her. "Don't mock me human scum. If you think that I'm weak, I'll show you the real fire power of the Salamander clan!" said the female with venom in her voice. She created a large flame spear and then flew over the ice wall by sprouting bat wings from her back.
Zane looked above him with him saying,"Yep. You're a devil alright. I mean the bat wings are a dead freaking giveaway.". She soon rushed toward him from above. She was aiming for his smart mouth being that her lord wanted his head for daring to be friends with what rightfully belongs to him. Just before making contact, the fire spear was soon stopped by Zane. He held the spear in his right hand as he said,"Huh. This fire is indeed hot but nothing compared to my flames.".
Zane's left fist was soon covered in gold flames with him saying,"Let me give you a taste of them since I bet you're curious. Hellfire Emperor Wicked Punch.". Her face was soon punched by Zane's left fist being that she was sent flying in the air ,with the added effect of being on fire, and was sent flying toward the fountain. She crashed into it and broke it into piece. The female laid in the broken fountain, shocked.
Ever since she became a member of the Salamander Clan of devils, fire shouldn't have been able to effect her but this human's flames did. His punch also had a good amount of strength behind it despite him showing a lack of effort in it. She soon watched Zane who was holding his fire spear, covering it with a white glow around it. She soon watched it being absorbed into his body and Zane said,"Wow. I have to say this but your devil flames aren't very good.".
Zane soon stretched as he said,"I'm thankful that quick snack but honestly, it was pretty bad.". "What was that?! You're just a human!" said the devil. She was backing away from him due to the fear of the seemingly normal looking human. "Huh I wonder. You really think that the city would start building much better fountains due to them getting destroyed so many times." said Zane, ignoring her. "You will answer me dam it!" said the devil. firing a barrage of fire ball at him.
Zane easily dodged them with him saying,"I'll let you leave but tell you lord this. Rachel Powell doesn't belong to him or anyone else. Forest Emperor Drowsy Hypnotic.". A giant flower soon appeared from the ground nearby the female, releasing pollen from it. She was soon knocked out with Zane saying,"Well. I hope nothing bad happens to you until your pals arrive kinda.". He walked away from her as he thought,"Well, that was fun I guess.".
Zane was about to reach his apartment as Cole said,"So are we going to tell anything about our encounter with the devil?". "Not planning on it. I'm sure that the lizard from last week and that devil are related to the Salamander Clan. Out of the five royal families of devils, the Salamander Clan are well known for their pyrokinetic abilities. According to the Alliance's knowledge on them, their flames are said to rival the flames of an Akostar." said Zane.
Sivarth rolled his eyes as he said,"Ha! I doubt that incredibly Zane. That female you fought had weak flames compared to the proud and noble Akostar flames! However, I'll admit that the devils of the Salamander Clan are planning something and it involves Rachel. The devil mentioned her being a property of her lord and also that the lizard was watching her movements like a god damn hawk.".
Zane nodded as he said,"Despite me not believing in stereotypes, there is always one being that proves the stereotype correct. I mean I just learned that Rae is devil royalty but from an unknown clan and has trouble controlling her powers. She's also been smiling less and spacing out more than normal. I hate when anyone of my friends show a sad face especially the females.". Twilight soon patted Zane's head as she said,"That's why you're the perfect partner for me Zane.".
Zane was quiet as Twilight said,"You've shown respect toward women and trust me, Darth wasn't very PC. You treat both genders equally which is rather rare. When the devils start their plan, we'll stand be by your side without question.". "She's right. So lets get some sleep and then relaxing in the sauna maybe. Hot water helps the mind think about stuff bothering them." said Kane. Zane nodded as he landed on his bed and went to sleep for a quick nap.
Dream Narrator P.O.V.
At a church, an organ was playing. "Wow Zane. I knew that you were amazing with the ladies but this is something else." said Danny's voice. Zane was talking with Danny and Kevin ,with the both of them wearing tuxes, with the latter saying,"I never thought you two would actually get together but I guess you two were acting all lovey dove for years now.". Instead of a tux, Zane was wearing something else. It’s a dark blue royal like cloak/coat held together by a golden chain and clasp. He wears this over a charcoal gray formal vest with a dark purple long sleeved buttoned up dress shirt and a silver tie, black/charcoal gray dress pants, and his black dress shoes. "Don't act stupid idiot! It's your wedding day!" said Danny, shaking Zane back and forth. "I thought that I wasn't going to cry but I'm totally lying." said Kevin with him crying.
Zane looked confused as he said,"Wedding?! That isn't supposed to happen until much later.". "Oh. I do hope that we get another grandchild honey." said a female voice. Zane turned to see his mom and dad with the former crying. "I'm sorry that I was gone for most of your life son but you're making me proud to call you my son." said Shawn. "So were you not proud of me before or what old man? I would like to have a word with you." said Zane, cracking his knuckles.
The Cross Species heard,"I know that I have to share you but for right now, you belong to me Zaney.". Zane tensed up and turned to see Rachel in a wedding dress with her looking beautiful to him. Do note that I'm not an expert in fashion at all and lets just say we'll be seeing this dress many more times. It's a white floor-length off the shoulder strapless formal lace mermaid style wedding gown. It bare the top of her breasts and her shoulders for him. It shimmers with gems and sequins.
She's wearing white elbow length fingerless evening gloves with a indigo rose adorning the gloves. She has her hair styled in a bun with long bangs and her hair going down her back. She's wearing a white wedding veil on her head decorated with a molten gold dragon like design. The veil went down to her shoulders, making her look amazing. She's wearing white crossed medium heels. She was currently holding a bouquet of red roses. "You look amazing. I'm going to be marrying you. Sweet." said Zane.
She looked at him with a sly smile as the pastor was doing something. Zane however wasn't paying attention with him thinking,"How the hell did this even happening? I mean I'm happy don't get me wrong but how did I even get marry? I just want it to be the wedding night.". "You may now kiss the bride." said the pastor. Rachel turned to Zane with her waiting for the kiss. Zane was about to kiss her before he heard Sivarth saying,"And here is where I got to stop you kid.".
Zane soon saw that he was no longer in the chapel but an empty void as he said,"Okay. So where the hell are you Sivarth? I know you're here.". Zane soon saw Sivarth with him saying,"I'm really sorry about doing that partner but you know what this means right?". "That you're the Omniverse's biggest cock blocker?" said Zane in a slightly annoyed tone. "No Zane. You're close to finding the potential that was given you to the Omni-Door and it involves Rachel." said Sivarth.
Narrator P.O.V.
Zane ,in his sleep wear, was currently sitting at his desk being that he just got out of his sauna. Even after taking Kane's advice about the sauna, he was still thinking about the issues at hand. This issues consist of his most recent dream, his most recent fight with a servant of the Salamander Clan of devils, and the lizard familiar that he met a week ago. He leaned back in his chair ,which was right next to his desk, and was absentmindedly strumming his guitar.
He had been finding himself lost in his thoughts ,much to the visible worry of others, being that most of his thoughts was usually about his powers being that it involved Predator State. He really thought that Predator State was the result of his potential but as his most recent dream and Lucifer saying that it wasn't, he still hadn't found it. He wanted to talk with Ryoka about it because she was the Zero that he could talk with since she actually accomplished something in her life.
There was also Vito but Zane just trusted Ryoka more but Sivarth and her have a troubled past. The last time that he went to go see Ryoka, Sivarth and her argued for a good hour being that Zane got nowhere in finding out his potential. He was the type to figure out how to use his powers in situations that could happen. He did this when he got his Z.E.R.O. watch. He spend an unhealthy amount of time, thinking about each form and what they could do.
He soon rested his guitar against his shoulder with him turning his chair in order to look out the window, seeing the clear night sky with the stars and moon lighting up. "Sivarth. Can we talk?" said Zane, looking at his left hand. His hand soon had a crimson red glow appearing over it as Sivarth said,"What's up?". "Mind telling me what I should do about this whole potential problem and devil problem?" said Zane, stretching his back to find a more comfy posture in his chair.
Sivarth sighed as he said,"Zane. This is your life not mine. You're smart enough to figure out this problem and whatever your potential is. You may think that talking to others would help but you need to figure this out by yourself." .Zane sighed as he said,"But you guys often tell me that my ability to work with others has helped me be a better Zero at least once a day. So why shouldn't I ask for advice? I'm also still mad at you for cock blocking my dream by the way.".
Sivarth sighed as he said begrudgingly,"Yes we have but you're the one who decides your future and not us. Fate is a bitch but you can't let it control you. As living beings, we have a choice meaning that we choose what happens to us. You'll figure it out but for right now, just relax kid. You're still young. If you don't start relaxing and keep stressing out more, you'll get gray hairs so relax. You'll figure out.". "Okay." said Zane.
The glow was gone as Zane picked back up his guitar and started to play a random song. He decided to put the problem with his powers on hold for now being that he went back to the problems with the devils and involved Rachel. It had been a week since he saw that lizard and he's been noticing that Rachel hadn't been the girl that he liked a lot more than most of his female friends like Gwen and Heidi.
He was also sure that he loved her like he did with Karen, Kristen, Nova, Rain, Roxy, and Sierra but did she like him the same way as he did? He could use his emotion reading powers to figure it out but he didn't want to find out her feelings that way. He also tried to figure out what was wrong with her being that whenever Zane pressed the issue, she tried her hardest to change the issue with her saying that she was fine being rather stubborn about it in his opinion.
Zane knew that Rachel had her moments of being a stubborn rich person but this was an example of someone bottling their issues and having it explode on them rather than talking about it with the people close to them. He did this as well mainly when it came to his secret identity and his fear of having everyone in danger because of who he is. He was pretty sure that the others were slowly picking up on it mainly Danny and Heidi.
Danny is one of her closest friends and Heidi is really good at reading people without using any kind of empathic abilities whatsoever. Rachel had a problem and she didn't want to tell a single person about it, much to everyone's concern. Just as Zane was about to leave for some nightly patrol, he soon heard the very faint sounds of a teleportation circle forming in the center of his room with a fair glow covering the room.
This soon alerted Zane being that it was rather late ,about two in the morning, and hoped that he wouldn't be getting any uninvited guests after install his defense system. It's an air tight defense being that not even magic can break through its defense. Just as he was about to transform into Zero or one of his forms, he felt her aura. It was Rachel with him thinking,"Why is she here?!". Zane soon noticed that she looked concerned being that Zane focused on her face and not her body.
Zane thought,"Yep. She's here because of her problem isn't it?". "Hey there Rae. What can I do for you exactly?" said Zane. She soon walked over to him with her placing her hands firmly on his shoulders. The chair was soon titled backwards a bit with her learning into him. "So how are you doing Rae?" said Zane. "How did the date go?" said Rachel. "It went good like all of my dates go. So why did you come over this late at night?" said Zane.
The air between the two was tense being that you couldn't even cut it with a knife. "Zane. I don't think that it's just been the two of us since we met. Remember back then?" said Rachel. Zane nodded as he said,"Yep. You were being bulled by Sam who was and is a total bitch. I was your first real friend.". "Yep. I thought that you were really cool back then. I mean I still think that you're really cool. Lets just say that I'm willing to let you do whatever you want to me." said Rachel.
Zane's face blushed heavily with him saying,"Say that again Rae?". Rachel soon firmly placed her hands on his shoulders and she said with a trouble look on his face,"I'll make this perfectly clear. I want you to take me. I need you to take my virginity right now. We can do it here or on the bed but we need to fuck right now.". Upon her saying this, Zane dropped the guitar out of his hands and hit the ground noisily.
His mind was currently malfunctioning and needed to shut down. Even though he's a god, Zane is still a teenager and lets his desires get the better of him most of the time. What comes to your mind when you hear the name Rachel Angelise Powell." said Rachel. As she was saying, she was slowly stripping.

Zane took a deep breath with him letting her go for a moment. "Rachel Angelise Powell. I'm pretty sure that it's extremely obvious but I love you even though you never told me about your middle name which I will be teasing you about a later day." said Zane. Rachel was stunned silent as she soon went in for a hug, with her large breasts squished upon hitting Zane's chest. Zane had to do his best not to let the blood flow out of nose and he heard Rachel gritting her teeth upon hearing his claim toward her.

This may have been because of his fire based powers but she didn't care at the moment. She soon brought her own arms around Zane's chest and rested them against his back. "So do you think I'm beautiful Zaney?" said Rachel, using his nickname that was used by people who loved him. "Well, I think you're beautiful." said Zane. Rachel blushed as Zane slowly stretched his head back to normal as he soon placed his hand on her shoulders.
Zane said,"You're so caring toward others being that you really care about your friends. You're also snarky like me which is something that I admire about you but lately, you've been a different person from the woman I admired. I'm sure that everyone and their grandma has noticed this change about you so if you're worried about something, let me be you so let me help you okay?!". Rachel's eyes widened being that she was shocked from Zane.
She was frozen at his sudden confession being that tears began running down her face. She did like him in the same way as Karen did for him but she never had a chance to express them until now due to her not wanting to lose her friendship with Karen and eventually the other girls in Zane's harem but now, it was all out in the open. "Okay. We need to talk. Lets go to the living room." said Zane with him covering her with his blanket.
They were soon in the living room with Zane in the kitchen. He soon looked over at Rachel who was sitting on his couch ,with his blanket covering her, and Wolfram ,who had woke up upon hearing his master move toward the kitchen, was sitting on Rachel's lap, trying comforting her. "Okay. I didn't expect to have Wolfram here during our private chat but he does make things easier to talk about. I need her to come back." thought Zane, getting determined.
He soon walked over to her with two cups of hot chocolate. This is due to two reasons. Wolfram may a Phantom but Zane didn't want to test what would happen if he had chocolate due to him still being a dog and chocolate making kids hyperactive so giving an hyperactive dog that is a bad idea. "Here. It's the Alvarez hot chocolate. Out of everyone I know, you've always liked it. It's a trade secret on how we get it just right and amazing." said Zane, sitting next to her.
Zane wrapped his arm around her and pulled her in for a tight embrace. "Thanks Zane. Your family does make it the best." said Rachel with a blush as she took a small sip. Wolfram looked at Zane with Zane saying while holding his cup away from the dog,"Not chocolate for you boy.". The dog sulked for a bit with Rachel said,"I never thought I would see the day that you reject something from Wolfram.". "Well, I rather not go all around town chasing him again." said Zane.
The dog whistled with Zane shaking his head. "Sometimes little guy. Anyway, you should now that I'll never force you or anyone to do something that they're not comfortable with. I may say things that you need to hear but forcing you to act upon is another story entirely. I may do it in the future but right now, I won't force you to do anything." said Zane. Rachel smiled with her looking down a bit as she said,"You really are too kind. You haven't changed in the almost nine years.".
Wolfram barked as Zane said,"You're right Wolfram. Me and Rae have been friends since the third grade.". "Yeah and I'm turning eighteen in twelve days. My eighteenth birthday is the reason why I did that to you earlier." said Rachel. Zane blushed as he said in a sarcastic tone,"Oh yeah. I guess that was a bad thing that just happen.". He soon scratched the back of his head being that Rachel sighed tiredly at Zane.
Zane soon looked at her with him saying,"So why doesn't your birthday matter? I mean I don't think you're going to fall into an never-ending sleep when you turn eighteen years old. That only happens on your birthday.". After saying that, his eyes soon widened."You're not going into a never-ending sleep are you? If you did, I would have rushed to your side and done everything I can to free from your eternal sleep in a second." said Zane with Wolfram nodding in agreement.
Rachel giggled as she said,"Shut up Zane. I'll explain to you what's going if you let me okay?". "Will do ma'am!" said Zane with him and Wolfram saluting her. "I'm engaged Zane." said Rachel, giggling at them "You're engaged as well?! We learned this along with your middle name in the same night! What other secrets are you hiding from your best friend Zane and favorite A.I. partner Cole!" said Cole with him being slapped by Zane who remained quiet.
Wolfram's eyes widened upon hearing this with him barking. "His name is Blaze Ingram and yes, his name does sound straight out of an action flick but he isn't an action star at all." said Rachel with her hating that she said his name to begin with. "He's the first son and right now, he's the current lord of the Salamander Clan. As you know, the Salamander Clan is one of the highest ranking devil clans in Terrarune who is known for their fire manipulation." said Rachel.
Zane nodded as he said,"So which one of the five clans do you come from?". "The highest rank clan being the ones who can manipulating devil/demonic energy itself known as the Akostar Clan. Our clan was actually based of Sivarth being that before being sealed away, he rampaged through the Omniverse. To be honest Zane, I never thought that I would met Sivarth myself since we thought that he was sealed away in the depths of Terrarune." said Rachel.
Rachel took a deep breath as she said,"Anyway, the Salamander Clan has great potential when it comes to the manipulation of fire. Blaze is said to be the strongest heir in recent years being that he can burn an Akostar whose scales are quite durable.". Zane nodded being that he didn't need to see the future to know that Sivarth was currently going off about him and the entire Akostar race being much stronger than this Blaze guy even through they haven't met you.
Wolfram barked as Rachel said with a sad smile,"My older sisters set me up with him out of jealously. They've always been jealous of my potential. As you already know, I have the power to wipe out legions of enemies with a single blast being that I'm even strong than the eldest son Ignacio who is the currently lord of our clan. Ignacio has been trying to keep me from marrying Blaze but I'm out of time. When I turn eighteen, I belong to Blaze.".
Zane clenched his right fist ,with his stingers coming out and piercing him, with him thinking,"Rae is going to be force to marry this guy just because her older siblings are jealous of her?! Her blush was soon stronger as she felt his body's immense warmth. She heard about it from Karen who said that thanks to Zane's powers, he's a warm source and makes for a great cuddling partner. Wolfram barked in agreement with Rachel's eyes widening more than normal being that tears were flowing out of her like a waterfall. She hugged Zane with the hug being rather tight, not wanting to let him go. Wolfram sneaked his way into the hug as Rachel said,"Zane. My handsome Zane. Zane smiled as he said,"Even if you and your love are apart by dimensions, you two will always be together. There is always another way so we'll find it together. We'll get the gang tomorrow and figure out a plan I promise.". He soon began patting Rachel's head gently in order to soothe her. "I don't want to see you shed a single tear. Tears are a real man's weakness after all. I'll find a way to save you don't worry okay? When I'm serious, nothing can stop me." said Zane.
The two stayed like this for a while with Zane saying,"So are you feeling better Rae? I think me and Wolfram here are perfectly happy in our currently situation but if one of my girls shows up, I'm going to lose the little humanity I have left.". Wolfram barked as Rachel giggled. He snapped his fingers as a magic circle soon appeared in the living room. It was a snow white color with a figure soon stepped out of it. She's an attractive and curvaceous woman. The one thing that Zane knows about devils is that they maintain a certain age and appearance using magic. Kane and Lucifer told him don't mention their true age and appearance ,mainly the females of the Omniverse, unless you really want to die. In his opinion, she looked to be in her mid 20s but her real age is unknown.
She has long silver hair ,with a lilac tint to it, that almost reached her knees. Loose bangs that were covering her forehead and side bangs that framed her face. She has light green eyes that were brighter than the clearest emerald. She also has pointed elf like ears. She has a really pretty face despite the scar that goes vertically down her chin. Her chest was on the par with Rachel's with her backside being rather pleasing.
To him, this lady was giving off the vibe of a secretary ,thanks to the glasses and nothing else, and sister in law. Zane didn't have to deal with that yet being that his elder brothers didn't share Zane's talents with attracting ladies in the slightest. She's wearing a long sleeve black blouse with it missing the left sleeve. with the sleeves being rolled up to her elbows and it was open, revealing her black and white fishnet tank top under it.
She's wearing blue skinny jeans that were hugging her figure like it was her second skin and a white belt. She's wearing a mint green scarf around her neck and shoulders with it going to her hips. She's black expensive looking high heel boots that goes above just above her knees. She wears a silver bracelet/watch on her right wrist. "Sorry for being late. This building has a impressive magic barrier around it. I doubt that a normal devil or sorcerer would be able to break into it." said the female.
She smiled as she said,"It took someone of my level about ninety minutes to break it.". "Actually, I let you in." said Zane. She ignored him with her soon looking at the two teens. "Really? This is the length that you'll go into getting out of your engagement." said the woman with a stern tone as she approached the bed. Wolfram growled as Zane calmed him down. "You would make me and your big brother sad if you did this." said the female, picking up Rachel's clothing.
Rachel soon looked at her with her getting off the bed ,causing Wolfram to fall onto the ground, with her standing to face the mysterious woman. "My chastity will be give to whoever I want Gayle. Did my family or the rest of our clan approve of your marriage to my brother?" said Rachel with her being firm and defiant. Gayle looked at Zane with her saying,"So this is Zane. You've mentioned him in your letter but to me, he's a lowly human.".
Rachel placed her hands on her hips, glaring at Gayle. "Gayle. I don't care if you make fun of me and my inability to control my powers but don't make fun of my best friend! He isn't just a lowly human but the person I trust with my life! I also acknowledge him as the man who will kill the terror of the Omniverse Skull Plague!" said Rachel. Zane placed a hand on her shoulder, trying to calm her down being that he said,"It's fine Rae. I don't mind being insulted by her.".
He said that but his pride was hurt and instead of lashing out on her, he was going to show her and the entire species of devils what he was made of in due time. Rachel slowly calm down with Gayle soon noticing that Rachel ,like her stubborn and known for his temper husband, was being soothe by this boy. She soon bend down to pick up her jacket, draping it over her shoulders and failed miserably at covering her impressive chest completely.
Zane blushed a bit with Gayle said,"Fine but remember that you're the heiress to the Akostar Clan so have some respect for yourself.". She turned toward Zane with her saying,"So have you two done the deed?". The two teens blushed as Zane said,"No! We've just kissed ma'am. I mean I was thinking that we'll have sex one day but not until much later into our relationship.". Wolfram barked with Zane saying,"Yeah! I ain't scum like that guy!".
Rachel shook her head as she said with her hands on her hips,"Zane. You should probably stay quiet for now because this is my sister in law. I love how you speak your mind regardless of others think of you but I need to fight this battle myself.". Zane nodded with Wolfram jumping into his lap. "Very interesting. It seems that your letters were right about him Rachel. My name is Gayle Powell, I'm the wife of the current Lord Ignacio Powell. We'll be out of your hair now." said Gayle, bowing to him.
Zane waved his hands in front of him as he said,"You really don't need to bow to me. I mean I already get that enough and it's so annoying.". He was having a bit of trouble processing it all being that this was straight out of a romantic drama. "So can you defeat Blaze?" said Gayle. Behind her, Rachel was changing back into her clothing. "Yep. I may have not met him before but he's a pyro which means I got easily three ways to handle him." said Zane, smiling.
Gayle giggled as she said,"Interesting. You should know that your friend is currently engaged to the current lord of the Salamander Clan. He's really strong.". "Don't worry. If you think that I'm weak, I'll be proving you wrong once I kick the crap out of Blaze plus Rachel's bastard older siblings who put her into the mess in the first place." said Zane. Rachel soon pinched his cheeks lightly being that Zane said,"Ow. You hurt me.".
He noticed that she was fully clothed with his blanket on the floor. "Zane. I'm sorry for bothering you with my problems." said Rachel. "Nah. It's all good. Me and Wolfram don't mind right boy?" said Zane as he smiled. Wolfram barked as Rachel walked over to Gayle. "Really? You have so much faith in him Rachel. Interesting." said Gayle. She looked at him with curiosity with him saying,"So what are you doing?". "She's trying to determined if you can defeat Blaze." said Rachel.
Gayle finished as she said,"I'm not sure if you can defeat Blaze but I have faith that you can save my sister in law from her engagement.". "I will Gayle because someone of Rachel's beauty doesn't belong with Blaze who sounds like a real douche." said Zane. "He reminds me of a young Spiro. According to Rachel, his power is overwhelming and he can change how one thinks even though he's so young so I hope you can do it." thought Gayle.
Rachel soon got her sister in law's attention as she said,"Gayle. If we're going to talk, I want to have Conner there is that alright?". Zane raised his eyes with Gayle said,"Even though I find him annoying Rachel, he's a good person to talk with important matters.". "We're totally talking about the same Conner here aren't we?" thought Zane. Rachel turned back to Zane with her leaning down and kissed him on the lips, much to the shock of Gayle.
It wasn't a deep and passionate kiss like before but a soft but gentle one. Rachel smiled as she said,"I know that I'm not your first but you were mine. I'll be treasuring it for the rest of my life.". Zane soon smiled as he said,"Yeah me too. I promise you that we'll have many more.". Rachel shook her head as she said,"Oh Zane. Don't change.". The two were soon gone with Zane touching his lips. "Yep. I have no idea about what's going on but if I can have more kisses like that, I don't care." said Zane.
Wolfram barked, getting his master's attention. "You're right Wolfram. I know that I haven't figured out my potential just yet but right now, we need to become stronger so are you ready Wolfram? We are going to master your new technique." said Zane. Wolfram raised his paw into the air with Zane saying,"Okay then. To the training room!". The two were about to head there but their stomachs both growled. "After some food." said Zane, with Wolfram barking in agreement.
Later that day being sometimes in the afternoon, the group of Danny, Sly, Wolfram, and Zane were reading toward Rachel's house. They were asked to meet up there after they finished up patrol. After meeting up with Danny, Zane told him about what happened this morning ,being that he kept more of the racy details to himself, because the trio of Danny, Rachel, and Zane has been together for a long time and he deserved to know.
The rest of their team was already there as Danny said,"You're right man. Something is bothering her being that it's super obvious.". "Yeah. So are you and Rachel together?" said Sly, in her salamander form with her resting on Zane's head. "Yeah. You two have been more than friends for a long time since I think fifth grade." said Danny. The three walked toward the front door of the Powell abode being upon reaching the door, Danny soon noticed something. "Wow. I never really how strong Conner really is." said Danny. "Yeah. He tends to give off a powerful presence." said Zane. He opened the door with the four soon heading into the living room/parlor. They soon saw the rest of Team Maelstrom (Allen, Gwen, Heidi, and Kevin) sitting there with them on one of the two couches in the living room.
There was a coffee table in the middle of them. Behind a desk, Rachel had a very unpleasant aura to her being upon seeing Zane, she smiled a bit. Gayle stood nearby as Andrea did as well. "So where is Conner? I sensed him here. It's good to see you Gayle." said Zane. Allen ,who was smiling like normal but with a serious look on him, said,"He's currently late. It's busy at the coffee shop but Gayle here explains the details about Rae's problem.".
Rachel soon stood up with her saying,"Since everyone's here, I really hope I don't have to explain myself more than once.". "Do you mind if I speak my mind Rachel?" said Gayle. "I don't think she minds since she's "friends" with the most blunt person in the Omniverse." said Andrea, pointing at Zane who was currently eating some of the snacks that were provided. ". Before Rachel could say anything, Crisis Judgement went off.
Zane turned around to look at the floor with this attracting everyone's attention. "Someone's coming and I doubt he's friendly. Get ready for a brawl, fast." said Zane. The members of Team Maelstrom plus the two females widened their eyes. Gayle looked at Zane with her thinking,"Very interesting. I don't think any one has the ability to detect when someone is going to be teleporting into a room before the spell has already cast.".
An bright red magic circle soon appeared and glowed on the floor. Flames soon came right out from the circle with Kevin saying to Andrea,"Your house is fire-proof right?". "Yep. My family are demons after all." said Andrea. The room temperature increased being that to Zane, these flames barely gave him an image of a bird. A silhouette of a man soon appeared inside of the flames. The flames soon disappeared as the man swing his arm to the side and dispelling them.
He looks to be a tall and quite handsome man who looked to be in his early twenties. He has medium-length blonde hair and black sclerea with red irises but no visible pupils. He has a rather sharp looking chin, eyes, and nose. He's wearing a crimson red blazer with white pants that has a flame like pattern near the end of them and black dress shoes. He has his blazer open with it revealing his rather toned chest, white dress shirt, and the flame like gem in the center of his sternum.
To everyone in the room, he looked like an obnoxious yet handsome asshole. The man soon spoke with him having a pompous sounding voice,"Ahh. It's seems that Blaze Ingram has finally arrived on Earth and in his domain. This is going to be fun. My beloved Rachel. You must be happy to see me in this filthy place you call a home.". Zane was angered being that he soon fired a beam of Tyranuus right at the devil, causing him to duck.
The beam went right through the house, causing a noticeable hole. Zane clenched both of his fists as he said with a noticeable growl at the end,"So you're the douche bag clod who's been promised Rae due to her bastard siblings.". No one tried to stop him from acting on his anger being that once they heard the news about Rachel this morning, everyone in this room wanted to sock this guy in the face a few times.
Blaze ,trying to control his temper, choose to be the bigger person and ignore Zane and his insolence toward him. "And who is this? A servant of.... hold on, he's the fool that Spiro gave his throne to just because of some stupid Phantom tradition! What is this worthless fool doing in....." said Blaze before he got cut off by another energy blast being that it was stronger and faster than the first. The devil just barely dodge this one.
Zane glared at him with him saying,"Don't take shit about him or my species again or I'll kindly make you leave Earth by breaking your bones ONE by ONE.". He cracked his knuckles to make his point clear as Gayle said,"Blaze. I would listen to him. He tends to be serious about his threats. You're also clearly in his territory. This "gentleman" is Lord Blaze Ingram. He's the head of the Salamander Clan and also Rachel's fiance.".
Zane crossed his arms as he said,"Hey Rae. You've got a really bad fiance. Just my opinion.". Blaze glared at Zane for his comment but Zane just flipped him off. "Forgive me beloved. Let me say this though. Keep your friend in check." said Blaze. Blaze soon had a metal stinger on his Adam's apple with Zane saying,"Don't call her that again or else, that will be your last mistake you ever make in this Omniverse. I swear to the gods on this.".
Rachel walked over to Zane with her saying,"Zane. Please. Don't do anything too stupid okay? I know you're trying to protect me but I'm a big girl. I don't need you always protecting me. I want to fight so will you let me?". She placed a hand on his shoulder with her face telling him to calm down and Zane did. "Fine but next time, he's getting a beatdown." said Zane. A bit later, Blaze was sitting down on the sofa.
He had his arm draped over Rachel and his hand was going through her hair. Zane was watching this being that he didn't like this guy because of what Rae told him last night but seeing him do this to her was getting his blood boiling. "This tea isn't that bad. You're alright for a human I guess." said Blaze, drinking the tea that was made for him by Heidi. "Thank you I guess." said Heidi. She soon walked over to the rest of the team.
Team Maelstrom were standing on the other side of the room, nearby the fireplace as Gayle stood behind the two devil royalty. Zane could tell that Rachel wasn't happy about having his fingers touching her so familiarly being that he soon began grinding his teeth, glaring at Blaze with his eyes flickering between storm gray and red rapidly. Upon seeing him rubbing her thighs, Zane's eyes went solid red and was about to charge on him.
He was held back by Allen and Danny being that even though they felt the exact same thing but could only hold him back for so long. The veins on his neck were apparent on how mad Zane was. After being forced back, Zane was leaning against the wall and thought,"Rae may have made this guy sound like an asshole but in real life, he's an even bigger asshole than all of the A List times ten! I can't let this lizard boy marry Rae!".
Kane nodded as he said,"Got to agree with you there partner. Just say the word when you want to kick this devil's ass. We'll go all out on him no pulled punches like we do with pretty much every one you've fought due to their endurance. However, lets play a prank on him since it's so fun to make prideful idiots look stupid.". "I agree. It's weird how he hasn't noticed how you noticed him stalking Rae through his familiar and how his servant tried to kill you." said Twilight.
Before Zane could answer her and respond to Kane, he reached his limit as Blaze went too far in his opinion. He was about to go further up the thigh but was stopped by Zane. The room went dead silent as Blaze said,"Don't you dare touch me you....." said Blaze.
He soon lost his confidence being that he remember hearing about the human who captured his familiar a week ago and the person who defeated Cecilia, leaving her with a mark that said,"Screw you lizards" on her face. "It's him?!" thought Blaze. He soon shook himself of Zane's grip being that the Cross-Species wasn't really trying to hold him. Blaze pointed at Zane with his index finger and backed away from Zane a bit. "It's you?!" said Blaze as this caught Rachel's attention.
Rachel said with her arms crossed,"So how do you know him and you don't need to fight my battles for me Zane. I just told you that didn't I?". "I know Rae but the way he was touching was pissing me off and I've never seen this douche in my life. So where do you know me from?" said Zane. Blaze looked away as he dusted his hand at the part where Zane grabbed him. He didn't like how he was touched by a lower being.
Zane smirked as he said,"While I've never seen him before, I've heard all about Blaze before and none of it is positive.". Rachel faced Blaze as she said in a fair tone,"Do I have to remind you that I'll never marry you Blaze? Even if you were the last guy in the entire Omniverse.". Her face had veins popping out of it. "Wow. Those two are so similar and nice job Rae." thought Danny as Zane walked over to where the tea was set.
Blaze chuckled as he said,"Rachel my beloved. It's been decided by your beloved older brother and sisters that our two houses are to be wed. Quit this childish behavior. It's unbecoming of royalty to act like the savages you surround yourself.". "She isn't selfish!" thought Zane. He was about to charge at Blaze and punch him in his smug face with Liger Form but was held by Kane who said,"Zane. Calm down. You know what to do right?". "Yeah but dam it. I really want to hit him!" thought Zane.
Blaze smugly smiled as he said,"I man you don't want to bring shame to Ignacio being that he's the only reason why you weren't killed as a child you mistake of the Akostar clan.". "I will not bring shame to him since he wants me to marry who I love and that isn't you!" said Rachel, glaring at Blaze. "Wow. She really doesn't like him." whispered Kevin. "Yeah. He seems like Mack but much worse." whispered Gwen.
Danny nodded as Blaze shook his head. "You still don't get it you stupid bitch." said Blaze. He soon rose from his seat and moved toward Rachel, getting too close for Zane's liking. He cupped her chin and forced Rachel to look at him. Zane ,while holding a cup of tea, was seconds away from losing his cool but focused on his prank. "You don't have a choice or get a choice. You're talking to the lord of the Salamander Clan." said Blaze.
He then said,"While at first, I was not happy about having my family name being tarnished by you since you are the trash of the Akostar Clan. However, I saw how you evolved from an ugly ducking to a beautiful swan.". "Excuse me, you lovebirds." said a voice. Blaze, Rachel, and everyone in the room looked at Zane with the Cross-Species smiling. Danny could tell that Zane was holding back and was planning on doing something stupid.
Danny gave his best friend his approval ,by just nodding his head, with Zane saying,"I think we got off the wrong foot here so I prepared a special family blend of tea just for you to make amends.". He soon offered him the tea with Blaze chuckling. "It seems that one of you has some sense and sees how amazing I really am as royalty...." said Blaze, taking a sip of the cup. His eyes widened as he spit out the drink in a comical manner.
The tea also got all over his clothes as well with all of the room ,even Andrea and Gayle, laughing being that the look on his face was priceless. Zane walked over to an empty bottle off the tea cart and said,"Oh. I'm so sorry your highness. It's seems that I accidentally grabbed the bottle for the totally awful drink Noxious Nightmare aka the first and only drink consist of canned tuna, Mayonnaise, and the dreaded Avocado Toast.".
Zane smiled as he said,"If you want to blame anyone for this being created, blame millennials. We're just the worst.". "So Cole level question here. What the hell is Noxious Nightmare and Avocado Toast? The latter just sound weird." said Lucifer. "It has no nutritional value whatsoever with it claiming to have that. It claims to be concentrated but in all reality, it's a very sloppy, mushy like liquid. It's like puke to be honest Lucifer." said Athena.
Cole nodded as he said,"Yeah and over 100,000,000 customers claim that it's awful and they would rather drink acid or magma than another can of Noxious Nightmare. So how did you get it in the first place Zane? It's banned in not one but half of the United States banned it.". "I got it from breaking a raid the other night. I was gonna use for poison or pranking Sam but this works too." said Zane as Kane chuckled. "Nice." said Kane.
Blaze was not happy at all being that his eyes were sharp and blazing hot, glowing with anger and power. A deadly combo. "YOU DAMN BASTARD! You dare to make me drink that shit!" I'm a noble devil who rules over flames and having me here just makes me want to burn it all down to the ground starting with your friends and him!" howled Blaze. He was soon covered in fire, making his killing intent and hostility known to everyone in the room.
Team Maelstrom got into a fighting stance with Zane smiling. "If you do that, I'll make your life end faster than you can say sorry." said Zane, making Lazarus Soul appear in his hands. Before anyone could do anything, Gayle said,"That's enough of this childish behavior from both of you.". She spoke with a simple, yet intimating tone and demanding respect. Blaze ignored her with the fire soon going toward his back and forming fire wings.
He soon raised his left hand into the air with the fire starting to accumulate and cover his hand. He soon aimed his hand at Team Maelstrom with him firing a massive fireball that was easily going to engulf the group. Gayle was about to interfere being Zane just smiled upon seeing it. Zane walked toward it being that he was going to the ball for fire to give a huge hug. "Zane!" yelled Andrea due to her not knowing that Zane does this kinda stuff normally.
Blaze was confused why the human was getting himself killed, being that he was going to try and fail to protect his beloved's friends. "Ha! It seems that the human is willing to die for his friends!" said Blaze. He soon began laughing as he said,"You seriously think that friends are your power but here's some cold hard truth for you! It doesn't because they're tools to be used!". The fireball collided with Zane being that instead of exploding, the fireball was shrinking and covered in a white glow.
Blaze's eyes widened with the fireball shrinking. It was slowly getting absorbed into Zane as he said,"Void Absorption plus Predator State's ability to eat. A deadly combo. The fire was soon long gone with Zane saying,"To be honest Blaze, I'm getting rather annoyed with the Salamander Clan's fire. I mean first there was that devil who tried to kill me last night with her weak ass flames and your pompous ass flames reminds me of hers.".
Zane looked at Blaze with him saying,"Does anyone in your lame ass clan have any good flames? I mean this is like barely two stars on a food reviewing site. I'm also being extremely generous to you since you're a "noble" devil.". Blaze soon looked at Zane with him saying,"You human scum! How dare you disrespect me?! You're nothing more than human! You're part of the weakest species in the Omniverse!".
Zane rolled his eyes as he said,"Yeah yeah. I get it okay? Devils are better than humans in every way imaginable. News flash. You're weak as shit. I've heard that exact speech from racist scumbags like a hundred times since I've been born. I don't care about who you are because ll I need to know is that you're a pompous dickbag and a stalker. You had me targeted since I'm your beloved's special pal or as I call us, best friends.".
The room was silence for a few minutes being that Gayle and Rachel couldn't believe what Zane was saying. "You dam scum! What gives you the gall to call me a stalker?! You're nothing more than a plaything to my beloved and you should learn your place in your pathetic life." said Blaze. "So what are you talking about Zane?" said Rachel, with her completely ignoring Blaze's threat toward Zane who ignored it like normal.
Zane smiled as he said,"It was last week being that I saw him looking at you through his familiar. I think it was a gecko of some kind. I mean it was so pathetic and kinda weak looking. I mean Sam looked stronger than it.". "Lets see if this idiot will fall for the bait and if we punch him, can you go Akostar on him please?" said Sivarth. "Yeah. Good idea." said Lucifer. "It isn't a gecko! That's a noble salamander you scum!" shouted Blaze.
Zane smiled as he said,"And there's my proof your honor in how Blaze here is a stalker plus an idiot but we all knew that.". Blazer quickly covered his mouth with his hands. Rachel consciously wrapped her hands around her body and the girls and guys looked at Blaze with great disgust. Danny shook his head as he said,"And I thought that this guy couldn't get any worse. Got any proof of him sending someone to kill you bro?".
Zane shrugged as he said,"Just look at my memories once this is all done and over with.". "I'm not a stalker! I'm an observer!" said Blaze. "Yeah but what you were doing is the prime example of stalking your lordship." said Gwen. "Plus trying to kill me since I'm so lovable." said Zane with Blaze glaring deathly at Zane with Zane giving the oh so clever middle finger as a response. "Oh. I need to do this by the way." said Zane.
He soon grabbed Blaze by the shirt of the devil and threw him into the fireplace. "He's fast for a human and has the ability to absorb flames. He isn't a normal human." thought Gayle. "Listen to me you flaming douche bag. I don't give a fuck about you being the leader of some clan. If you hurt or touch my friends in a way I don't like, I'll destroy you." said Zane. Blaze recovered as he said,"You dare to threaten me?! You insult me by making fun of me, my fire, and my pride!".
Zane yawned as he said,"I did but you boring me. Can you get to the point already?". "You'll die by my hands!" yelled Blaze, holding two balls of fire being one in each hand. "Finally. You're making sense." said Zane. His arms were soon covered in reddish black ,being metallic, with a flame like pattern to it scales with his hands now being long and sharp black claws. He was about to rush at the devil before Gayle said,"That's enough you two.".
The two looked at her with her saying,"I'm here to prevent bloodshed between Lady Rachel and Lord Blaze. So no fighting understand?". "He started it!" shouted Blaze. "And here's another example of the seemingly noble devil acting more childish than actually children." said Zane. Gayle glared at the two with her eyes just begging them to fight. Blaze slowly made the fire go out as he said,"When told such a thing from the Snow Queen herself, a wise devil will stop fighting.".
Zane coughed as he said,"Coward!". Zane didn't turn his arms back to normal and his comment earned him a glare from Blaze. ""She may have not been giving off any form of killing intent like Blaze was but if you attack Blaze, you and her would fight. I'm sure you'll win since you know the main weakness of devils. However, I don't think pissing off the devils is a good idea. But since I know you, you'll be teasing the crap out Blaze aren't you?" said Sivarth.
Zane smiled as he said,"You know me so well Sivarth.". Zane looked at Blaze and then Gayle with him saying,"Since I kinda respect you ma'am, I'll ask a super simple question and kinda obvious in my opinion. Since Rachel is the beautiful bride to be, she should have a right to say no to the ugliest groom in the Omniverse.". Rachel smiled with her knowing that Zane is right. "Sorry but you have no say in the matter Cross-Species." said Gayle in a matter of fact tone.
She was asserting her authority being that Rachel was about to step up to defend Zane. She could deal with being insulted by her species but no one makes fun of her real family. However, she remembered that Zane had the ability to roll with the punches given to him. "But I'm a king and a totally higher rank than the fiery chicken here. Couldn't I just marry her and stop this shit show?" said Zane with Heidi breaking out into a laughter fit.
She fell to the ground with her saying,"Zane just proposed to Rae! I totally called it!". "Yeah yeah. I was wrong but hey, we really shouldn't bet on him." said Kevin. "Yeah but it makes thing fun to be fair mate." said Allen, helping Heidi up and Rachel's face was red. "Ignacio expected this. Conflict was a likely option if communication breaks down." said Gayle, ignoring Zane and spoke to Blaze with Zane smiling as he had a perfect response.
Zane said,"There was communication here? All I heard was an idiot aka our least favorite chicken and the being that actually drank Noxious Nightmare.". He pulled out his phone with him saying as he bowed,"And now, I play you the sound of your people your highness.". His phone soon played the chicken dance song that Cole downloaded at the suggestion of Athena. It was at this point, all of Team Maelstrom and Andrea officially lost it.
Allen, Heidi, Kevin, and Wolfram were on the floor laughing with Andrea, Gwen and Sly clutched their sides as they gigged. Danny and Rachel couldn't help but smile at their best friend being himself and also Blaze getting more and more mad. Blaze's teeth was clenched so hard that a couple of them shattered being that this being was mocking him. He wanted to turn this fool into ash but the Snow Queen ,who was biting her lip to preventing herself from laughing, was here.
He was clearly made being that Zane stopped the song. "Thank you all. I'm so happy that you got to hear the song of the Salamander Clan. I mean it would fits birds better but as you've seen, Blaze here is more chicken than salamander which makes his ancestors cry." said Zane. "If you're done with the childish antics." said Gayle. "He isn't Gayle. You might as well speak." said Rachel, knowing Zane all too well.
Gayle nodded as she said,"Since Rachel and her entourage clearly refuses the marriage, you'll need to settle it with Lord Blaze in a game of Domination.". This earned a shocked expression from Rachel and Zane tched. "Domination. Where have I heard that before?" said Kevin. "It's a game that devils and most species can play with each other. Four teams of thirteen players each battle it out in a free for all battle royal." said Gwen.
Kevin nodded as he said while his right hand gently hammering his left palm,"Oh that's right. It's pretty much anything goes right? We got this. I mean we got a fighting machine on our side.". "Yeah I wish that were the case but we got a problem. Despite having no rules, they have a single rule being that Phantoms can't compete due to some bullshit." said Danny, shocking Heidi, Kevin, and Wolfram with all three of them shocked for different reason.
Sly soon sighed as she said,"Which means that Wolfram and Zane can't compete due to them being Phantoms.". Zane nodded with Kevin saying,"Seriously?! That's so unfair.". "Them's the break of our situation Kevin but I'm sure that you guys can do it without us. So what will happen to Rae if she wins?" said Zane. Gayle soon widened her eyes with her staying calm. "If she wins, she gets to choose what happens to her in terms of who she decides to spend her entire life." said Gayle.
Blaze loudly laughed as he said,"That's only a dream done by foolish beings! I've played many games of Domination and won. My precious Rachel has played not one of them since her siblings are quite awful toward her.". "That isn't fair your highness since only matured beings can even play this game to begin with." said Danny. "Yeah and that introduce a problem. In what dimension or timeline is this chicken gecko popular?" said Zane, pointing to Blaze who growled.
Blaze has been around for a long time but no being in his eternal life has annoyed him like this damn Cross-Species. "So why are you antagonizing him man?" said Allen. "Because it's honestly fun." said Zane, shrugging as an answer. "Your attempts at defending the trash with your childish insults is quite adorable boy but it's time for you to shut your filthy mouth. Compared to my group, this group of humans is more pathetic than anything I've ever seen." said Blaze.
Zane rolled his eyes as a voice in Rachel's head said,"Hey Rae. Can you hear me?". Rachel instantly recognized it as it belonged to Zane. "Zane. Are you talking in my head?" thought Rachel. "Yeah. I'm really good with my mind powers. Just repeat what I'm going to tell you. I know that you want to stand up for yourself but honestly, you're acting more childish than Blaze." thought Zane. "Okay. What's the plan? And are you sure about this?" thought Rachel with a head nod.
The Cross Species was quiet as Rachel thought,"I know that you believe us but Blaze is something else. If I lose to him, I can't...". "Rae. Listen to me. If that happens, I have a plan for it. Don't doubt the guy who has and will keep doing things for every outcomes for everything. You remember last night right and we have been together for how long? I never go back on my word and all of us are family. I'll fight for my family and will you fight for yours?" thought Zane.
Rachel blushed, remember what happened the previous night. She shook her head with her looking at Blaze with determination in her eyes. "Sorry Blaze but you're dead wrong. Your team is nothing to mine. We have a powerful elementalist, a genius creator, a being made out of energy, a amazing sorceress, a real Akostar, and two powerhouses. Gayle. Tell my brother that we'll settle this marriage in Domination and we will win." said Rachel.
Andrea smiled as how confident her granddaughter is with the older devil thinking,"And that's just the reason why Zane makes a good friend for her and a great source of confidence for her.". "Well then, what about you Lord Blaze?" said Gayle. Blaze smirked with him saying,"Of course I will. I mean I have far more experience than you in these games unlike you.". His arrogance was slipping with him soon hearing a voice saying,"Don't you dare doubt my friends.".
Blaze turned to the threatening voice being that it belonged to Zane who was glaring at him with his pupils slit and his irises constricted with them slowly turning gold. He was very much pissed off being that Danny knew Zane had a short fuse and this fuse was lit. His eyes were covered by his hair with his power and anger coming out of his body. This soon caused everyone in the room to back away from him.
He had cruciform shaped veins above his eyes with them twitching. He smiled dangerous giving everyone in the room feeling a shiver going down their spine. "Zane. Calm down. Remember your current position." said Gayle in a calm tone. "Not in the mood for that by the way." said Zane as he kept his current appearance. "Know your place you scum Phantom! You have no power to threaten me!" said Blaze with his pride and arrogance blinding him obviously.
Gayle sighed as she said,"Lord Blaze. You're very lucky that King Zane is unable to compete in the game of Domination. Zane has easily more power than you and that display from earlier wasn't even showing ten percent of it I gather.". "Impossible?! This Phantom scum isn't even close to my power at all!". Gayle looked at the group with her saying,"I'll be in charge of the game between the two clans. Is that okay with the two of you?". "I'm fine with it." said Rachel.
Gayle said,"I see. Good luck both of you.". She soon teleporting away in a burst of snow. As she left the room, Blaze looked at Rachel and her team smirking, earning the ire of the group in the room. "So can we kick his ass already." said Lucifer. Blaze began laughing confidently with him snapping his fingers. Another magic circle soon appeared in the room, matching the one from earlier being much bigger. "Compensating much?" said Twilight.
Blaze said through laughter,"This match is a joke! I'll be destroy you and your precious friends since they don't stand a chance against me and my adorable servants! I have a full set of thirteen devils compared to you seven.". Twelve shadowed figure soon appeared from the magic circle with all but one of them being female. The fire soon disappeared with Zane noticing that one of them was the devil who tried to kill him yesterday being that she had a noticeable bruise around her face and arm.
I won't be going into detail on all of them being at the end of the episode, I will have their full appearance. Zane soon looked at Blaze's group with him forcing himself not to laugh. From a single glance, he could tell that Blaze here gathered them for one reason. They were all beautiful being that thanks to his ability to sense power, none of them would be worthy of his time except for the male and maybe the one wielding the giant sword.
Blaze heard this with him looking at Zane and glared at him. "It seems that you need to teach your friend here to respect his betters." said Blaze. Zane chuckled again with him saying,"Yeah. I do once you stop being a stalker which will never happen plus I'm actually shocked.". "Shocked about what you Phantom Scum?! Don't call me a stalker! That is no way for a lowly Phantom to talk to the better Devil race!" said Blaze.
He pointed his finger at Zane with him saying,"We should be ruling over Terrarune not your kind. Do you even try to discipline him beloved?". "Even if I try, he won't listen." said Rachel. "Okay then. I could go with chicken gecko. No. I got it! You're a cocky gecko!" said Zane. The room is in complete silence with Kevin saying,"Wow. You really like doing that don't you?". "Yeah. You got any good nicknames then? I'm for suggestions." said Zane.
Kevin said with his arms crossed,"I was thinking Worst Womanizer because he has a harem you do but wow, they are so not attractive.". Zane nodded with Rachel laughing being that she tried to cover it up with both of her hands. The rest of Team Maelstrom tried hard not to laugh but failed. This pissed off Blaze and his group with the former wanting to kill Zane on the spot for all that he has said to him.
Zane smiled being that he could tell that his taunting was clearly getting to him and Blaze decided to get back at the Cross-Species. Blaze soon called one of the group over to him with it being a woman with pink hair and began to make out with her. This not only disgusted not only the girls of Team Maelstrom but the guys as well. Zane was in a polygamous relationship being that all of his family and friends ,who knew about it, accepted it but this was just the worst.
Kevin was actually thankful that Zane and his harem are subtle about it and he treats the girls with respect unlike Blaze who was kissing another woman in front of his fiancee. It was clear to the group that Blaze was doing this as an intimation/provoking envy tactic. He even played with the woman's breasts as they continued on, she was even moaning as well. When they finally stopped, Blaze looked over at Zane being that a being like him couldn't handle that display without feeling jealous.
Zane looked at the man with no emotion with him slowly turning toward Gwen. "Permission to do something Gwen?" said Zane. "Sure. Go nuts." said Gwen in the nicest tone that she could give since she was clearly pissed at Blaze at the moment. "Thanks Gwen. Listen I don't usually shame being on their kinks but I do question people when they're clearly porking their little sister." said Zane. "This isn't my sister, you idiotic human!" yelled Blaze, clearly angered.
Blaze was clearly losing his temper with Zane saying,"No shit Sherlock. I was taking about the short blond over there and the one that clearly looks related to you. I mean you could be just into dudes and hiding it by making out with pinkie here and your sister to hide it. You should be proud of yourself and I won't judge for you liking guys since I hate you for your awful personality. I'm sure that you're such a great devil when you treated woman like they are tools.".
Blaze ,while continuing to grope the pink haired woman, said,"You should learn to keep your mouth shut in my presence. You're lucky to even be lucky to in the same room as me!?". "Nah. I'm good. I talk this way to rich humans constantly. I think not matter what species you are, the rich are just the worst beings." said Zane. "How dare you speak to me in this tone? You're not more than garbage and a mistake of the Omniverse got it?!" said Blaze, having enough of the human.
Zane sighed as he said,"Okay. I don't give a flying fuck about who you or anyone thinks of me since I don't care. I like myself unlike you and the rest of your incest-loving group! I feel so dam bad for them since they fell in love with a monster like you. I wouldn't consider myself to be a real man but those girls deserve to get treated by a real man but instead, they were taken by the claws of a horny and sad gecko.".
Blaze got in Zane's face with him saying,"You are nothing more than a weak being that should stay out of the affairs of your betters!". "Nope. I don't respect people just because they're a higher rank than me. Here's a news flash for you. You're nothing compared to Rae." said Zane, getting Blaze's attention. One more jab and the fire within him would burst out. Zane folded his arms in a very confident pose as he came up with the perfect jab.
Zane said,"The team Rae picked isn't because of how beautiful/handsome or powerful they they are since we're friends. We're friends. I'm also Rae's special pal and I don't see her as a object. She's a person first and well, we're closer than you two could or would ever be. To be honest with you all, all of you beside maybe the guy and the giant swordswoman are pretty weak.". Zane soon dodged a fireball coming from a growling Blaze.
He tossed the pink haired girl aside with his attack shattering the window. "It seems that I pissed off the gecko." said Zane. "Shut your mouth in my presence understand?!" yelled Blaze, clearly pissed off at Zane. "Nope. I won't since I always have something to say. You treating people like they're nothing to you just piss me off. A real man treats people he cares about with respect and as an equal not an object!" said Zane. "Silence!" yelled Blaze, clearly ready to kill Zane.
Zane clenched his fist with him saying,"Fuck you! I'm been waiting to punch your smug fucking ass off since we met! If you lay a finger on Rachel again, I'll personally break your fingers off one by one and repeat this until you beg me for forgiveness!". No one had ever stopped up for Rachel ever since she was promised to Blaze being that she could only stare at Zane. He usually spoke with honestly but now, she could feel the conviction and genuine care for her feelings.
Rachel's heart was beating faster being that she knew that Zane was the person for her and was going to fight for him. "Kill this bastard now Bernice!" said Blaze. Like I said many times before, their appearance will be seen at the end of the episode. "Yes master." said Bernice with her charging right toward her target. Zane stood there with him smiling and not moving. Within three seconds, Bernice brought her down to strike Zane. Zane summoned a pair of gauntlets over his arms, blocking her.
Zane's left gauntlet is crimson red, looking like dragon scales and it looks to match Sivarth’s scales but more metallic in nature. The left and right sides of this gauntlet have short, sharp steel gray spikes protruded down the length of the gauntlet. They can expand in size and can have silver steel spider-like stingers from his knuckle and the bottom part of his wrists. The stinger from his wrist are longer than his knuckle stingers.
His fingers are replaced with dragon like claws and the back of his hand has a very interesting looking object there. The object is the same thing that belong to the Z.E.R.O. watch aka a black and round faceplate with a steel gray band/dial switch around the faceplate. The faceplate has molten gold stripes, forming an “LZ” outline. The right gauntlet is obsidian black, with it having a unique pattern to it. It’s a crimson red web pattern.
It has a fingerless glove design to it. Before everyone could react to this, Zane soon transformed into Water Form which changed. He grows to eight feet being that he’s still a dark red ,fish inspired, living armor showing no sign of damage. He still has a hood connected to the armor and his face is the visor that's connected to the hood. On the visor, Zane has four glowing green eyes which works as his eyes and doesn't have a mouth but can still talk.
He now has black mask-like markings around his eyes. The chest part of his armor looked like a crab. It has two matching green eyes ,which do not work, on the chest piece and legs forming into a rib cage. The chest color itself is a pure gray color. On his hands, he has a hole with his forearms having a unlimited supply of water going through him much like blood. He has five claw fingers and represent dactyls aka the moveable finger of a crab claw.
Sticking out of his back, he has a long crab like pincers which can be used as a makeshift tail and cannon. He lose the giant dark blue fin on his back very much like a dolphin and the barnacle bracelets that were around his hands and shoulders. The girl soon looked at Zane with him soon picking her and sent her flying back toward the group with great force, sending them crashing to the floor from the impact of the throw.
Zane cracked his knuckles as he said,"Now do you know who I am you Cocky Gecko?". "Wow. I've never seen Zane so serious before." thought Rachel. Blaze ignored Zane's taunt with him saying,"So you're Zero huh. I guess you're a mistake like the rest of them being that you die quite easily.". "So are you willing to fight me this time? I mean you're so strong aren't you Cocky Gecko?" said Zane, smirking. "That's enough Zane." said Rachel.
Zane said,"But Rae! I really want to punch him! He's totally asking for it and everyone knows it!". "So how about we have our match in ten days? I think we'll have our fight the day right before our wedding aka your birthday." said Blaze, ignoring Zane. Rachel also ignored Zane at the moment with her saying,"Are you giving me a handicap?". "Yes because you're nothing." said Blaze with Zane wanting to blast him but was stopped by Rachel.
Blaze said,"Once I defeat you, I'll be making you my bride and you're never see your oh so precious friends again you beautiful mistake.". He soon made his magic circle appear around him and his group with him taking a final look at Zane who had deactivated Water Form. He noticed the pure rage in Zane's eyes with Blaze thinking,"He's going to attack me even though he can't.". He and his group was gone with Zane saying,"Okay. I got a question.".
Zane said,"Okay so does anyone have any idea why his brother and sister are in his group?". "No clue but you really made this a big mess here." said Heidi, with her shaking her head at the violence she just watched. "She's right Zane but I'm happy that he did it. I've never liked him." said Andrea. "You were so freaking badass." said Kevin, throwing him a thumbs up. Wolfram barked as Allen said with a smile,"Really wished Zane punched him too pup.".
Rachel sighed as she bowed. "Thank you guys. I couldn't do this without your help." said Rachel as Zane smiled. "Don't worry so much Rae. We're your friends and friends do this kind of stuff for each other." said Sly. "Even though you two can't compete, we can have you and Zane training with us huh pup." said Gwen. "We can win!" said Zane. "Yeah!" shouted the team and raising their fists into the air and Andrea smiled at the friends that her granddaughter made.

Team Maelstrom begins its training with Zane revealing more new powers to his team and Wolfram has a new technique. With this training, can Rachel win back her freedom? This and more next time on Zero!
Domination. This game is played between four different teams, with each team consisting of thirteen players and equaling a full deck of cards. This game is played all over the Omniverse being that there are very little rules except for one. Phantoms are unable to play. A player is eliminated if they are unable to battle any longer or their pendant is destroyed by an opposing player. Upon the pendant being destroyed, it covers the player in a blue or red liquid depending on what team they are.
Blaze's Group. All members of his group can use the Salamander’s Clan flames being most of them use to burn things or regenerate from any wounds given to them.
Ace: Blaze Ingram. The owner of this voice soon belonged to a tall and quite handsome man who looked to be in his early twenties like Gayle. He has medium-length blonde hair and black sclerea with red irises but no visible pupils. He has a rather sharp looking chin, eyes, and nose. He's wearing a crimson red blazer with white pants that has a flame like pattern near the end of them and black dress shoes. He has his blazer open, revealing his rather toned chest, white dress shirt, and the flame like gem in the center of his sternum. To everyone in the room, he looked like an obnoxious yet handsome asshole.
King: Archie Ingram. Despite looking older, he’s the younger brother to Blaze being the middle child. He’s married to Sonja. He looks to be in his mid twenties with him having a gold and muscular build. He has broad shoulders with a noticeably thin waist. He has rather thick arms being that he’s called Iron Man. He has short buzz cut blond hair with pale blue eyes. He’s wearing orange-red armor which ends in a metallic kilt. His armor doesn’t covers his arms and legs with a gold belt around his waist. He wears knee-handle sandals with flame-shaped straps. He does have the power of fire like his brother and sister but on a much lower level. He does have the ability to control gravity within his field of vision.
Queen: Rhoda. She’s a very busty woman with long, wavy sakura pink hair that falls all the way down her back and piercing purple eyes. She wears a orange/red sleeveless tunic top which shows off much of her cleavage and her shoulders being held with a gold strap. She wears this with a matching colored skirt with sides, revealing her thighs. She wears black high heels with matching thigh-high stockings. She carries around a staff like scepter being a gold color with a red-orange jewel inside of it.
Jack: Avril Ingram. She’s the younger sister of Blaze Ingram with her being around the same age as Zane and the rest of Team Maelstrom. The rest of his group is around Blaze’s age except for one of them. She’s quite beautiful with dark blue eyes. She has long blond hair with a ponytail coming out of the side of her head with blue ribbons keeping them in place. She has several bangs hanging over her forehead. She’s wearing a black ,with hot pink stripes, crop top which was showing off her stomach. She’s wearing blue jeans with a purple lizard like pattern on them. She wears expensive looking black high heels. She's wearing pearl earrings along with red lipstick and noticeable mascara.

Those two have been fighting like crazy inside of me and well, it's making my eventual goal harder and harder with each fight.". Zane soon put his hands in his jacket pocket with Athena saying,"So when are you going to ask out Rachel? I mean from what I can tell, the girlfriends are expecting it at this point.".
Zane sighed as he said,"Eventually. I'm sure that me and her aren't exactly friends at this point but we have a big hurdle in front of us.". "You're right about that. You're not scared of a relationship due to you dating six beauties in both inner and outer beauty. You and her are going to be together for a long time since devils live for millenniums." said Lucifer. "I'll ask her out once we clear away that hurdle for good. So how did the fight between you and Kane go?" said Zane.

I really do on plan on cleaning it one of these days but every time you guys destroy it during a sparing match isn't helping my eventually clean up.". "I know that but that doesn't mean I like it." said Zane.
After a few minutes walking around, Zane soon noticed that he was the only one walking through the park. It was normal due to the sun having seen set but he couldn't sense or hear anyone which also includes the animals. "Okay. This is sure as hell not suspicious." said Zane. He soon felt a hot wind coming from the woman with Zane not caring about her heat. "I'm also a fighter than a runner so your attempts are scaring me isn't working." said Zane.
The female said,"Okay then. Since you're being so stubborn, I guess as the "5" of my lord's cadre of devils, I'll have to eliminate you.". She soon raised her left arm with her hand currently open and all around her, several fire spears appeared. She soon sent them right toward Zane who said,"Wow. You really are a stupid one aren't you. This is going to be a pain.". Zane soon created an enormous torrent of his candy syrup from his body.
It slowly formed into a wall, blocking the fire spears and they were stick inside of it. The devil was shocked by this as she heard a condensing voice from the other side,"Yeah. You may be thinking that fire would work on it but your fire is rather weak to be perfectly frank,". She soon growled as Zane's voice from the other side said,"Wow. Resorting to growl when I tell you the truth about yourself. At least you aren't cackling. Along with Mohawks, it's super unattractive.".
The fire spears soon went toward the wall with Zane saying,"By the way, you can try this for the rest of the night but this syrup won't melt because of your devil flames. You're probably ignoring me so I'll just wait until you're willing to listen.". Zane soon leaned against the wall with the fire spears soon hitting the wall, trapping it upon contract. This went on for a hour as Zane finally hear her stop. Zane peeked his head over the wall as he saw a shocked devil.
She soon heard,"So I told you this earlier but you just didn't believe me. You should know that even if you're using magic against little old me.". She took Zane's honest statement as an insult to her. "Don't mock me human scum. If you think that I'm weak, I'll show you the real fire power of the Salamander clan!" said the female with venom in her voice. She created a large flame spear and then flew over the ice wall by sprouting bat wings from her back.
Zane looked above him with him saying,"Yep. You're a devil alright. I mean the bat wings are a dead freaking giveaway.". She soon rushed toward him from above. She was aiming for his smart mouth being that her lord wanted his head for daring to be friends with what rightfully belongs to him. Just before making contact, the fire spear was soon stopped by Zane. He held the spear in his right hand as he said,"Huh. This fire is indeed hot but nothing compared to my flames.".
Zane's left fist was soon covered in gold flames with him saying,"Let me give you a taste of them since I bet you're curious. Hellfire Emperor Wicked Punch.". Her face was soon punched by Zane's left fist being that she was sent flying in the air ,with the added effect of being on fire, and was sent flying toward the fountain. She crashed into it and broke it into piece. The female laid in the broken fountain, shocked.
Ever since she became a member of the Salamander Clan of devils, fire shouldn't have been able to effect her but this human's flames did. His punch also had a good amount of strength behind it despite him showing a lack of effort in it. She soon watched Zane who was holding his fire spear, covering it with a white glow around it. She soon watched it being absorbed into his body and Zane said,"Wow. I have to say this but your devil flames aren't very good.".
Zane soon stretched as he said,"I'm thankful that quick snack but honestly, it was pretty bad.". "What was that?! You're just a human!" said the devil. She was backing away from him due to the fear of the seemingly normal looking human. "Huh I wonder. You really think that the city would start building much better fountains due to them getting destroyed so many times." said Zane, ignoring her. "You will answer me dam it!" said the devil. firing a barrage of fire ball at him.
Zane easily dodged them with him saying,"I'll let you leave but tell you lord this. Rachel Powell doesn't belong to him or anyone else. Forest Emperor Drowsy Hypnotic.". A giant flower soon appeared from the ground nearby the female, releasing pollen from it. She was soon knocked out with Zane saying,"Well. I hope nothing bad happens to you until your pals arrive kinda.". He walked away from her as he thought,"Well, that was fun I guess.".
Zane was about to reach his apartment as Cole said,"So are we going to tell anything about our encounter with the devil?". "Not planning on it. I'm sure that the lizard from last week and that devil are related to the Salamander Clan. Out of the five royal families of devils, the Salamander Clan are well known for their pyrokinetic abilities. According to the Alliance's knowledge on them, their flames are said to rival the flames of an Akostar." said Zane.
Sivarth rolled his eyes as he said,"Ha! I doubt that incredibly Zane. That female you fought had weak flames compared to the proud and noble Akostar flames! However, I'll admit that the devils of the Salamander Clan are planning something and it involves Rachel. The devil mentioned her being a property of her lord and also that the lizard was watching her movements like a god damn hawk.".
Zane nodded as he said,"Despite me not believing in stereotypes, there is always one being that proves the stereotype correct. I mean I just learned that Rae is devil royalty but from an unknown clan and has trouble controlling her powers. She's also been smiling less and spacing out more than normal. I hate when anyone of my friends show a sad face especially the females.". Twilight soon patted Zane's head as she said,"That's why you're the perfect partner for me Zane.".
Zane was quiet as Twilight said,"You've shown respect toward women and trust me, Darth wasn't very PC. You treat both genders equally which is rather rare. When the devils start their plan, we'll stand be by your side without question.". "She's right. So lets get some sleep and then relaxing in the sauna maybe. Hot water helps the mind think about stuff bothering them." said Kane. Zane nodded as he landed on his bed and went to sleep for a quick nap.
Dream Narrator P.O.V.
At a church, an organ was playing. "Wow Zane. I knew that you were amazing with the ladies but this is something else." said Danny's voice. Zane was talking with Danny and Kevin ,with the both of them wearing tuxes, with the latter saying,"I never thought you two would actually get together but I guess you two were acting all lovey dove for years now.". Zane looked at his two friends with him saying,"I didn't expect it either so what are you two talking about?".
Instead of a tux, Zane was wearing something else. It’s a dark blue royal like cloak/coat held together by a golden chain and clasp. He wears this over a charcoal gray formal vest with a dark purple long sleeved buttoned up dress shirt and a silver tie, black/charcoal gray dress pants, and his black dress shoes. "Don't act stupid idiot! It's your wedding day!" said Danny, shaking Zane back and forth. "I thought that I wasn't going to cry but I'm totally lying." said Kevin with him crying.
Zane looked confused as he said,"Wedding?! That isn't supposed to happen until much later.". "Oh. I do hope that we get another grandchild honey." said a female voice. Zane turned to see his mom and dad with the former crying. "I'm sorry that I was gone for most of your life son but you're making me proud to call you my son." said Shawn. "So were you not proud of me before or what old man? I would like to have a word with you." said Zane, cracking his knuckles.
The Cross Species heard,"I know that I have to share you but for right now, you belong to me Zaney.". Zane tensed up and turned to see Rachel in a wedding dress with her looking beautiful to him. Do note that I'm not an expert in fashion at all and lets just say we'll be seeing this dress many more times. It's a white floor-length off the shoulder strapless formal lace mermaid style wedding gown. It bare the top of her breasts and her shoulders for him. It shimmers with gems and sequins.
She's wearing white elbow length fingerless evening gloves with a indigo rose adorning the gloves. She has her hair styled in a bun with long bangs and her hair going down her back. She's wearing a white wedding veil on her head decorated with a molten gold dragon like design. The veil went down to her shoulders, making her look amazing. She's wearing white crossed medium heels. She was currently holding a bouquet of red roses. "You look amazing. I'm going to be marrying you. Sweet." said Zane.
She looked at him with a sly smile as the pastor was doing something. Zane however wasn't paying attention with him thinking,"How the hell did this even happening? I mean I'm happy don't get me wrong but how did I even get marry? I just want it to be the wedding night.". "You may now kiss the bride." said the pastor. Rachel turned to Zane with her waiting for the kiss. Zane was about to kiss her before he heard Sivarth saying,"And here is where I got to stop you kid.".
Zane soon saw that he was no longer in the chapel but an empty void as he said,"Okay. So where the hell are you Sivarth? I know you're here.". Zane soon saw Sivarth with him saying,"I'm really sorry about doing that partner but you know what this means right?". "That you're the Omniverse's biggest cock blocker?" said Zane in a slightly annoyed tone. "No Zane. You're close to finding the potential that was given you to the Omni-Door and it involves Rachel." said Sivarth.
Narrator P.O.V.
Zane ,in his sleep wear, was currently sitting at his desk being that he just got out of his sauna. Even after taking Kane's advice about the sauna, he was still thinking about the issues at hand. This issues consist of his most recent dream, his most recent fight with a servant of the Salamander Clan of devils, and the lizard familiar that he met a week ago. He leaned back in his chair ,which was right next to his desk, and was absentmindedly strumming his guitar.
He had been finding himself lost in his thoughts ,much to the visible worry of others, being that most of his thoughts was usually about his powers being that it involved Predator State. He really thought that Predator State was the result of his potential but as his most recent dream and Lucifer saying that it wasn't, he still hadn't found it. He wanted to talk with Ryoka about it because she was the Zero that he could talk with since she actually accomplished something in her life.
There was also Vito but Zane just trusted Ryoka more but Sivarth and her have a troubled past. The last time that he went to go see Ryoka, Sivarth and her argued for a good hour being that Zane got nowhere in finding out his potential. He was the type to figure out how to use his powers in situations that could happen. He did this when he got his Z.E.R.O. watch. He spend an unhealthy amount of time, thinking about each form and what they could do.
He soon rested his guitar against his shoulder with him turning his chair in order to look out the window, seeing the clear night sky with the stars and moon lighting up. "Sivarth. Can we talk?" said Zane, looking at his left hand. His hand soon had a crimson red glow appearing over it as Sivarth said,"What's up?". "Mind telling me what I should do about this whole potential problem and devil problem?" said Zane, stretching his back to find a more comfy posture in his chair.
Sivarth sighed as he said,"Zane. This is your life not mine. You're smart enough to figure out this problem and whatever your potential is. You may think that talking to others would help but you need to figure this out by yourself." .Zane sighed as he said,"But you guys often tell me that my ability to work with others has helped me be a better Zero at least once a day. So why shouldn't I ask for advice? I'm also still mad at you for cock blocking my dream by the way.".
Sivarth sighed as he said begrudgingly,"Yes we have but you're the one who decides your future and not us. Fate is a bitch but you can't let it control you. As living beings, we have a choice meaning that we choose what happens to us. You'll figure it out but for right now, just relax kid. You're still young. If you don't start relaxing and keep stressing out more, you'll get gray hairs so relax. You'll figure out.". "Okay." said Zane.
The glow was gone as Zane picked back up his guitar and started to play a random song. He decided to put the problem with his powers on hold for now being that he went back to the problems with the devils and involved Rachel. It had been a week since he saw that lizard and he's been noticing that Rachel hadn't been the girl that he liked a lot more than most of his female friends like Gwen and Heidi.
He was also sure that he loved her like he did with Karen, Kristen, Nova, Rain, Roxy, and Sierra but did she like him the same way as he did? He could use his emotion reading powers to figure it out but he didn't want to find out her feelings that way. He also tried to figure out what was wrong with her being that whenever Zane pressed the issue, she tried her hardest to change the issue with her saying that she was fine being rather stubborn about it in his opinion.
Zane knew that Rachel had her moments of being a stubborn rich person but this was an example of someone bottling their issues and having it explode on them rather than talking about it with the people close to them. He did this as well mainly when it came to his secret identity and his fear of having everyone in danger because of who he is. He was pretty sure that the others were slowly picking up on it mainly Danny and Heidi.
Danny is one of her closest friends and Heidi is really good at reading people without using any kind of empathic abilities whatsoever. Rachel had a problem and she didn't want to tell a single person about it, much to everyone's concern. Just as Zane was about to leave for some nightly patrol, he soon heard the very faint sounds of a teleportation circle forming in the center of his room with a fair glow covering the room.
This soon alerted Zane being that it was rather late ,about two in the morning, and hoped that he wouldn't be getting any uninvited guests after install his defense system. It's an air tight defense being that not even magic can break through its defense. Just as he was about to transform into Zero or one of his forms, he felt her aura. It was Rachel with him thinking,"Why is she here?!". Zane soon noticed that she looked concerned being that Zane focused on her face and not her body.
Zane thought,"Yep. She's here because of her problem isn't it?". "Hey there Rae. What can I do for you exactly?" said Zane. She soon walked over to him with her placing her hands firmly on his shoulders. The chair was soon titled backwards a bit with her learning into him. "So how are you doing Rae?" said Zane. "How did the date go?" said Rachel. "It went good like all of my dates go. So why did you come over this late at night?" said Zane.
The air between the two was tense being that you couldn't even cut it with a knife. "Zane. I don't think that it's just been the two of us since we met. Remember back then?" said Rachel. Zane nodded as he said,"Yep. You were being bulled by Sam who was and is a total bitch. I was your first real friend.". "Yep. I thought that you were really cool back then. I mean I still think that you're really cool. Lets just say that I'm willing to let you do whatever you want to me." said Rachel.
Zane's face blushed heavily with him saying,"Say that again Rae?". Rachel soon firmly placed her hands on his shoulders and she said with a trouble look on his face,"I'll make this perfectly clear. I want you to take me. I need you to take my virginity right now. We can do it here or on the bed but we need to fuck right now.". Upon her saying this, Zane dropped the guitar out of his hands and hit the ground noisily.
His mind was currently malfunctioning and needed to shut down. Even though he's a god, Zane is still a teenager and lets his desires get the better of him most of the time. Zane was unable to do anything being that this whole thing seemed like a dream but it was reality. "Zane. You need to tell me something and no jokes okay? I can't hear it. What am I to you? What comes to your mind when you hear the name Rachel Angelise Powell." said Rachel. As she was saying, she was slowly stripping.

He soon looked back up at Rachel being that she was being forced to do this being that even though he wanted to eventually have sex, Rachel didn't need this right now. "So will you take me?" said Rachel in a pleading tone. Zane was soon brought out of his stupor being that she was clearly desperate and knew that this was a bad idea.
Zane thought,"I'm sure that isn't what she wants right now because your first time should be special and you should do it with the person you truly love.". Zane soon sat up and wrapped his friend in a tight hug. He soon placed his right hand on the back of her head with her saying,"What are you doing?". "Rae. I know that you're nervous and you can't hide that from me." said Zane. "What are you saying?" said Rachel.
Zane took a deep breath with him letting her go for a moment. "Rachel Angelise Powell. I'm pretty sure that it's extremely obvious but I love you even though you never told me about your middle name which I will be teasing you about a later day." said Zane. Rachel was stunned silent as she soon went in for a hug, with her large breasts squished upon hitting Zane's chest. Zane had to do his best not to let the blood flow out of nose and he heard Rachel gritting her teeth upon hearing his claim toward her.
Rachel said,"Are you serious Zane? I hope that you're not just saying that to get me to stop. Am I not good for you Zane?!". She was staring to cry but was stopped by Zane who stretched his head to be in front of hers. She soon saw Zane smiling at her being that he said,"Of course I am Rae. You know that I'm not the type of guy to lie like that.". Her eyes were still in a state of shock with her not wanting to let him go due to him being rather warm.
This may have been because of his fire based powers but she didn't care at the moment. She soon brought her own arms around Zane's chest and rested them against his back. "So do you think I'm beautiful Zaney?" said Rachel, using his nickname that was used by people who loved him. "Well, I think you're beautiful." said Zane. Rachel blushed as Zane slowly stretched his head back to normal as he soon placed his hand on her shoulders.
Zane said,"You're so caring toward others being that you really care about your friends. You're also snarky like me which is something that I admire about you but lately, you've been a different person from the woman I admired. I'm sure that everyone and their grandma has noticed this change about you so if you're worried about something, let me be you so let me help you okay?!". Rachel's eyes widened being that she was shocked from Zane.
She was frozen at his sudden confession being that tears began running down her face. She did like him in the same way as Karen did for him but she never had a chance to express them until now due to her not wanting to lose her friendship with Karen and eventually the other girls in Zane's harem but now, it was all out in the open. "Okay. We need to talk. Lets go to the living room." said Zane with him covering her with his blanket.
They were soon in the living room with Zane in the kitchen. He soon looked over at Rachel who was sitting on his couch ,with his blanket covering her, and Wolfram ,who had woke up upon hearing his master move toward the kitchen, was sitting on Rachel's lap, trying comforting her. "Okay. I didn't expect to have Wolfram here during our private chat but he does make things easier to talk about. I need her to come back." thought Zane, getting determined.
He soon walked over to her with two cups of hot chocolate. This is due to two reasons. Wolfram may a Phantom but Zane didn't want to test what would happen if he had chocolate due to him still being a dog and chocolate making kids hyperactive so giving an hyperactive dog that is a bad idea. "Here. It's the Alvarez hot chocolate. Out of everyone I know, you've always liked it. It's a trade secret on how we get it just right and amazing." said Zane, sitting next to her.
Zane wrapped his arm around her and pulled her in for a tight embrace. "Thanks Zane. Your family does make it the best." said Rachel with a blush as she took a small sip. Wolfram looked at Zane with Zane saying while holding his cup away from the dog,"Not chocolate for you boy.". The dog sulked for a bit with Rachel said,"I never thought I would see the day that you reject something from Wolfram.". "Well, I rather not go all around town chasing him again." said Zane.
The dog whistled with Zane shaking his head. "Sometimes little guy. Anyway, you should now that I'll never force you or anyone to do something that they're not comfortable with. I may say things that you need to hear but forcing you to act upon is another story entirely. I may do it in the future but right now, I won't force you to do anything." said Zane. Rachel smiled with her looking down a bit as she said,"You really are too kind. You haven't changed in the almost nine years.".
Wolfram barked as Zane said,"You're right Wolfram. Me and Rae have been friends since the third grade.". "Yeah and I'm turning eighteen in twelve days. My eighteenth birthday is the reason why I did that to you earlier." said Rachel. Zane blushed as he said in a sarcastic tone,"Oh yeah. I guess that was a bad thing that just happen.". He soon scratched the back of his head being that Rachel sighed tiredly at Zane.
Zane soon looked at her with him saying,"So why doesn't your birthday matter? I mean I don't think you're going to fall into an never-ending sleep when you turn eighteen years old. That only happens on your birthday.". After saying that, his eyes soon widened."You're not going into a never-ending sleep are you? If you did, I would have rushed to your side and done everything I can to free from your eternal sleep in a second." said Zane with Wolfram nodding in agreement.
Rachel giggled as she said,"Shut up Zane. I'll explain to you what's going if you let me okay?". "Will do ma'am!" said Zane with him and Wolfram saluting her. "I'm engaged Zane." said Rachel, giggling at them "You're engaged as well?! We learned this along with your middle name in the same night! What other secrets are you hiding from your best friend Zane and favorite A.I. partner Cole!" said Cole with him being slapped by Zane who remained quiet.
Wolfram's eyes widened upon hearing this with him barking. "His name is Blaze Ingram and yes, his name does sound straight out of an action flick but he isn't an action star at all." said Rachel with her hating that she said his name to begin with. "He's the first son and right now, he's the current lord of the Salamander Clan. As you know, the Salamander Clan is one of the highest ranking devil clans in Terrarune who is known for their fire manipulation." said Rachel.
Zane nodded as he said,"So which one of the five clans do you come from?". "The highest rank clan being the ones who can manipulating devil/demonic energy itself known as the Akostar Clan. Our clan was actually based of Sivarth being that before being sealed away, he rampaged through the Omniverse. To be honest Zane, I never thought that I would met Sivarth myself since we thought that he was sealed away in the depths of Terrarune." said Rachel.
Rachel took a deep breath as she said,"Anyway, the Salamander Clan has great potential when it comes to the manipulation of fire. Blaze is said to be the strongest heir in recent years being that he can burn an Akostar whose scales are quite durable.". Zane nodded being that he didn't need to see the future to know that Sivarth was currently going off about him and the entire Akostar race being much stronger than this Blaze guy even through they haven't met you.
Wolfram barked as Rachel said with a sad smile,"My older sisters set me up with him out of jealously. They've always been jealous of my potential. As you already know, I have the power to wipe out legions of enemies with a single blast being that I'm even strong than the eldest son Ignacio who is the currently lord of our clan. Ignacio has been trying to keep me from marrying Blaze but I'm out of time. When I turn eighteen, I belong to Blaze.".
Zane clenched his right fist ,with his stingers coming out and piercing him, with him thinking,"Rae is going to be force to marry this guy just because her older siblings are jealous of her?! What the fuck?! Family should be there for each other not treat them as property!". "I agree Zane but at least we know why that lizard was watching her. I know that it's mostly likely a salamander but honestly, it's doesn't look like one to me. You also need to calm down." said Lucifer.
Zane nodded as he slowly undid his stingers. His candy syrup blood stopped coming out of him much to the dismay of Wolfram. "I never wanted to marry that man but what should I do?" said Rachel. She was gripping the emptied cup in her hands tightly with her teeth gritted together. "Then why don't you just tell them to fuck off? If you don't marry him, then don't. It's your life not theirs." said Zane with crossing his arms.
Wolfram mimic his master's actions much to the giggling of Rachel. "I wish that I could do that Zane but I can't. It's because I'm a Powell and according to the other devils, I'm a failure since I can't at all control this power. Upon being born, devils only see me as Rachel from the Akostar Clan wherever I go." said Rachel. "Yep. I guess those born into royalty and money have their problems despite most of them being entitled assholes." thought Zane.
Rachel took a deep breath as she said,"Every single devil sees me as the mistake of the Akostar Clan being that they don't try to get to know me at all. That's one of the reason why I left with my grandma to come live among humans. All of you see me as Rachel Powell, just your normal teenager and I love that. Blaze sees me only for my power and my looks. That's why I hide who I truly was from you guys until last week. You guys and my life here in Cypress Park are my greatest treasure.".
She was shaking with her eyes closed tight, tears coming out of them. She was crying being that she was emotionally overwhelmed. She had kept her true emotions hidden being that only her grandma knew of her granddaughter's pain which was a result of her older siblings being jealous devils. Zane soon looked at Wolfram who nodded. Wolfram cuddled deeper into Rachel's lap. "Zane. What should I do? I don't want to leave you guys." said a shaky sounding Rachel.
For once, Zane was quiet. He soon placed his left hand on top of her head. She blushed as his face got closer to her. Her eyes widened as she felt Zane's forehead touch her forehead. Her blush was soon stronger as she felt his body's immense warmth. She heard about it from Karen who said that thanks to Zane's powers, he's a warm source and makes for a great cuddling partner. Wolfram was also trying his best to help but Zane's warmth overpowered his. He entwined his fingers with hers.
Zane soon spoke seriously with a gentle sounding voice and his signature smile,"Rachel. I like you as Rachel not the Rachel from the Akostar clan. I didn't even know about you being royalty until today but that doesn't matter to me at all. You're a being that I'll give my all for so I'll help you carry the burdens that were holding you down your entire life. I'll never leave your side. So don't worry okay Rae? Me and Team Maelstrom will free you from this curse no matter what!".
Wolfram barked in agreement with Rachel's eyes widening more than normal being that tears were flowing out of her like a waterfall. She hugged Zane with the hug being rather tight, not wanting to let him go. Wolfram sneaked his way into the hug as Rachel said,"Zane. My handsome Zane. I guess I have to thank you for being here with me right now.". "I'll always be with you Rae. Like my dad says, the person who you love will always be inside of your heart no matter what." said Zane.
Zane smiled as he said,"Even if you and your love are apart by dimensions, you two will always be together. There is always another way so we'll find it together. We'll get the gang tomorrow and figure out a plan I promise.". He soon began patting Rachel's head gently in order to soothe her. "I don't want to see you shed a single tear. Tears are a real man's weakness after all. I'll find a way to save you don't worry okay? When I'm serious, nothing can stop me." said Zane.
The two stayed like this for a while with Zane saying,"So are you feeling better Rae? I think me and Wolfram here are perfectly happy in our currently situation but if one of my girls shows up, I'm going to lose the little humanity I have left.". Wolfram barked as Rachel giggled. "Don't worry Zaney. I'll protect you from your jealously harem. Don't worry Wolfram. I'll protect our idiot." said Rachel with Wolfram smiling and wagging his tail.
Zane smirked as he said,"I doubt that me dying by the women I love is something to laugh about but whatever. I'm just happy that you're back Rae.". After being let go, Zane soon readjusted the blanket that covered Rachel. "So Zane. I know that you admit your feelings to me and I should tell you that your love toward me is mutual." said Rachel. She smiled warmly as she replayed the scenario in her head.
Wolfram looked at his master with him barking. "Yes Wolfram. I did admit that my feelings to her but we had a lot of tension between us for the past couple of years later. It was bound to happen anyways Wolfram. At least, it was in private. I really do prefer a private confession." said Zane. Rachel smiled with her saying,"I'll explain to them what happened here so you don't die by them. Didn't most Zeroes before die by a jealous lover?".
Zane sighed as he said,"About three of them die that way and beside six others, most of them were killed by the Form Morpher.". "So once we done with preventing the engagement, we're going to be have a talk about how we're going to show affection to you in public. I have a couple of ideas." said Rachel. "Great. That's going to be fun." said Zane. "Oh. It will be because as a devil, I have a couple of tricks for the one that I love and it's usually a blast." said Rachel.
Zane blushed as he thought,"Good. She's back to normal so that's good.". Rachel soon looked around the living room as Wolfram barking. "So what's up? You look for dust? I've you know that I'm a decent cleaner. Just don't ask me to clean Elysian. I'm still working on that but I plan on cleaning it eventually." said Zane. "She should have shown up by now. I mean I've been here for an hour now Zane." said Rachel.
Zane soon slammed his closed left fist into his open right palm as he said,"Oh. You mean that you're talking about the devil who has been trying to get inside of Zenith Tower for a while now? Yeah. She would have gotten in here if not for my killer defense system.". Rachel looked at him as he said,"The only people who can get in or out of the tower are my friends being that it has to be them 100%. It's just like with my watch.".
Zane pointed to his Z.E.R.O. Watch as he said,"It can't work on anyway other than me being people like Malik or Zoey can't use it despite being a different dimension counterpart and clone of me respectively.". "Well, do you mind letting her in? She's my sister in law being the wife of my eldest brother Ignacio." said Rachel. Wolfram barked as Rachel said,"No. He's the good sibling Wolfram so Zane.". "Fine but if this blows up in your face, I blame Kevin." said Zane.
He snapped his fingers as a magic circle soon appeared in the living room. It was a snow white color with a figure soon stepped out of it. She's an attractive and curvaceous woman. The one thing that Zane knows about devils is that they maintain a certain age and appearance using magic. Kane and Lucifer told him don't mention their true age and appearance ,mainly the females of the Omniverse, unless you really want to die. In his opinion, she looked to be in her mid 20s but her real age is unknown.
She has long silver hair ,with a lilac tint to it, that almost reached her knees. Loose bangs that were covering her forehead and side bangs that framed her face. She has light green eyes that were brighter than the clearest emerald. She also has pointed elf like ears. She has a really pretty face despite the scar that goes vertically down her chin. Her chest was on the par with Rachel's with her backside being rather pleasing.
To him, this lady was giving off the vibe of a secretary ,thanks to the glasses and nothing else, and sister in law. Zane didn't have to deal with that yet being that his elder brothers didn't share Zane's talents with attracting ladies in the slightest. She's wearing a long sleeve black blouse with it missing the left sleeve. with the sleeves being rolled up to her elbows and it was open, revealing her black and white fishnet tank top under it.
She's wearing blue skinny jeans that were hugging her figure like it was her second skin and a white belt. She's wearing a mint green scarf around her neck and shoulders with it going to her hips. She's black expensive looking high heel boots that goes above just above her knees. She wears a silver bracelet/watch on her right wrist. "Sorry for being late. This building has a impressive magic barrier around it. I doubt that a normal devil or sorcerer would be able to break into it." said the female.
She smiled as she said,"It took someone of my level about ninety minutes to break it.". "Actually, I let you in." said Zane. She ignored him with her soon looking at the two teens. "Really? This is the length that you'll go into getting out of your engagement." said the woman with a stern tone as she approached the bed. Wolfram growled as Zane calmed him down. "You would make me and your big brother sad if you did this." said the female, picking up Rachel's clothing.
Rachel soon looked at her with her getting off the bed ,causing Wolfram to fall onto the ground, with her standing to face the mysterious woman. "My chastity will be give to whoever I want Gayle. Did my family or the rest of our clan approve of your marriage to my brother?" said Rachel with her being firm and defiant. Gayle looked at Zane with her saying,"So this is Zane. You've mentioned him in your letter but to me, he's a lowly human.".
Rachel placed her hands on her hips, glaring at Gayle. "Gayle. I don't care if you make fun of me and my inability to control my powers but don't make fun of my best friend! He isn't just a lowly human but the person I trust with my life! I also acknowledge him as the man who will kill the terror of the Omniverse Skull Plague!" said Rachel. Zane placed a hand on her shoulder, trying to calm her down being that he said,"It's fine Rae. I don't mind being insulted by her.".
He said that but his pride was hurt and instead of lashing out on her, he was going to show her and the entire species of devils what he was made of in due time. Rachel slowly calm down with Gayle soon noticing that Rachel ,like her stubborn and known for his temper husband, was being soothe by this boy. She soon bend down to pick up her jacket, draping it over her shoulders and failed miserably at covering her impressive chest completely.
Zane blushed a bit with Gayle said,"Fine but remember that you're the heiress to the Akostar Clan so have some respect for yourself.". She turned toward Zane with her saying,"So have you two done the deed?". The two teens blushed as Zane said,"No! We've just kissed ma'am. I mean I was thinking that we'll have sex one day but not until much later into our relationship.". Wolfram barked with Zane saying,"Yeah! I ain't scum like that guy!".
Rachel shook her head as she said with her hands on her hips,"Zane. You should probably stay quiet for now because this is my sister in law. I love how you speak your mind regardless of others think of you but I need to fight this battle myself.". Zane nodded with Wolfram jumping into his lap. "Very interesting. It seems that your letters were right about him Rachel. My name is Gayle Powell, I'm the wife of the current Lord Ignacio Powell. We'll be out of your hair now." said Gayle, bowing to him.
Zane waved his hands in front of him as he said,"You really don't need to bow to me. I mean I already get that enough and it's so annoying.". He was having a bit of trouble processing it all being that this was straight out of a romantic drama. "So can you defeat Blaze?" said Gayle. Behind her, Rachel was changing back into her clothing. "Yep. I may have not met him before but he's a pyro which means I got easily three ways to handle him." said Zane, smiling.
Gayle giggled as she said,"Interesting. You should know that your friend is currently engaged to the current lord of the Salamander Clan. He's really strong.". "Don't worry. If you think that I'm weak, I'll be proving you wrong once I kick the crap out of Blaze plus Rachel's bastard older siblings who put her into the mess in the first place." said Zane. Rachel soon pinched his cheeks lightly being that Zane said,"Ow. You hurt me.".
He noticed that she was fully clothed with his blanket on the floor. "Zane. I'm sorry for bothering you with my problems." said Rachel. "Nah. It's all good. Me and Wolfram don't mind right boy?" said Zane as he smiled. Wolfram barked as Rachel walked over to Gayle. "Really? You have so much faith in him Rachel. Interesting." said Gayle. She looked at him with curiosity with him saying,"So what are you doing?". "She's trying to determined if you can defeat Blaze." said Rachel.
Gayle finished as she said,"I'm not sure if you can defeat Blaze but I have faith that you can save my sister in law from her engagement.". "I will Gayle because someone of Rachel's beauty doesn't belong with Blaze who sounds like a real douche." said Zane. "He reminds me of a young Spiro. According to Rachel, his power is overwhelming and he can change how one thinks even though he's so young so I hope you can do it." thought Gayle.
Rachel soon got her sister in law's attention as she said,"Gayle. If we're going to talk, I want to have Conner there is that alright?". Zane raised his eyes with Gayle said,"Even though I find him annoying Rachel, he's a good person to talk with important matters.". "We're totally talking about the same Conner here aren't we?" thought Zane. Rachel turned back to Zane with her leaning down and kissed him on the lips, much to the shock of Gayle.
It wasn't a deep and passionate kiss like before but a soft but gentle one. Rachel smiled as she said,"I know that I'm not your first but you were mine. I'll be treasuring it for the rest of my life.". Zane soon smiled as he said,"Yeah me too. I promise you that we'll have many more.". Rachel shook her head as she said,"Oh Zane. Don't change.". The two were soon gone with Zane touching his lips. "Yep. I have no idea about what's going on but if I can have more kisses like that, I don't care." said Zane.
Wolfram barked, getting his master's attention. "You're right Wolfram. I know that I haven't figured out my potential just yet but right now, we need to become stronger so are you ready Wolfram? We are going to master your new technique." said Zane. Wolfram raised his paw into the air with Zane saying,"Okay then. To the training room!". The two were about to head there but their stomachs both growled. "After some food." said Zane, with Wolfram barking in agreement.
Later that day being sometimes in the afternoon, the group of Danny, Sly, Wolfram, and Zane were reading toward Rachel's house. They were asked to meet up there after they finished up patrol. After meeting up with Danny, Zane told him about what happened this morning ,being that he kept more of the racy details to himself, because the trio of Danny, Rachel, and Zane has been together for a long time and he deserved to know.
The rest of their team was already there as Danny said,"You're right man. Something is bothering her being that it's super obvious.". "Yeah. So are you and Rachel together?" said Sly, in her salamander form with her resting on Zane's head. "Yeah. You two have been more than friends for a long time since I think fifth grade." said Danny. "Kinda. I think we have to get past the whole engagement thing before we're together." said Zane.
Wolfram barked as Danny said,"The pup's right. How are you going to explain this to the girls? I'm not an expert on women at all but I think adding more and more women is a bad idea.". "Yeah but you'll figure it out partner." said Sly. "Thanks. So what do you think about this whole thing?" said Zane. "It's terrible but we'll help her won't we bro?" said Danny. The two fist bumped with him saying,"Of course we will man.".
The three walked toward the front door of the Powell abode being upon reaching the door, Danny soon noticed something. "Wow. I never really how strong Conner really is." said Danny. "Yeah. He tends to give off a powerful presence." said Zane. He opened the door with the four soon heading into the living room/parlor. They soon saw the rest of Team Maelstrom (Allen, Gwen, Heidi, and Kevin) sitting there with them on one of the two couches in the living room.
There was a coffee table in the middle of them. Behind a desk, Rachel had a very unpleasant aura to her being upon seeing Zane, she smiled a bit. Gayle stood nearby as Andrea did as well. "So where is Conner? I sensed him here. It's good to see you Gayle." said Zane. Allen ,who was smiling like normal but with a serious look on him, said,"He's currently late. It's busy at the coffee shop but Gayle here explains the details about Rae's problem.".
Rachel soon stood up with her saying,"Since everyone's here, I really hope I don't have to explain myself more than once.". "Do you mind if I speak my mind Rachel?" said Gayle. "I don't think she minds since she's "friends" with the most blunt person in the Omniverse." said Andrea, pointing at Zane who was currently eating some of the snacks that were provided. ". Before Rachel could say anything, Crisis Judgement went off.
Zane turned around to look at the floor with this attracting everyone's attention. "Someone's coming and I doubt he's friendly. Get ready for a brawl, fast." said Zane. The members of Team Maelstrom plus the two females widened their eyes. Gayle looked at Zane with her thinking,"Very interesting. I don't think any one has the ability to detect when someone is going to be teleporting into a room before the spell has already cast.".
An bright red magic circle soon appeared and glowed on the floor. Flames soon came right out from the circle with Kevin saying to Andrea,"Your house is fire-proof right?". "Yep. My family are demons after all." said Andrea. The room temperature increased being that to Zane, these flames barely gave him an image of a bird. A silhouette of a man soon appeared inside of the flames. The flames soon disappeared as the man swing his arm to the side and dispelling them.
He looks to be a tall and quite handsome man who looked to be in his early twenties. He has medium-length blonde hair and black sclerea with red irises but no visible pupils. He has a rather sharp looking chin, eyes, and nose. He's wearing a crimson red blazer with white pants that has a flame like pattern near the end of them and black dress shoes. He has his blazer open with it revealing his rather toned chest, white dress shirt, and the flame like gem in the center of his sternum.
To everyone in the room, he looked like an obnoxious yet handsome asshole. The man soon spoke with him having a pompous sounding voice,"Ahh. It's seems that Blaze Ingram has finally arrived on Earth and in his domain. This is going to be fun. My beloved Rachel. You must be happy to see me in this filthy place you call a home.". Zane was angered being that he soon fired a beam of Tyranuus right at the devil, causing him to duck.
The beam went right through the house, causing a noticeable hole. Zane clenched both of his fists as he said with a noticeable growl at the end,"So you're the douche bag clod who's been promised Rae due to her bastard siblings.". No one tried to stop him from acting on his anger being that once they heard the news about Rachel this morning, everyone in this room wanted to sock this guy in the face a few times.
Blaze ,trying to control his temper, choose to be the bigger person and ignore Zane and his insolence toward him. "And who is this? A servant of.... hold on, he's the fool that Spiro gave his throne to just because of some stupid Phantom tradition! What is this worthless fool doing in....." said Blaze before he got cut off by another energy blast being that it was stronger and faster than the first. The devil just barely dodge this one.
Zane glared at him with him saying,"Don't take shit about him or my species again or I'll kindly make you leave Earth by breaking your bones ONE by ONE.". He cracked his knuckles to make his point clear as Gayle said,"Blaze. I would listen to him. He tends to be serious about his threats. You're also clearly in his territory. This "gentleman" is Lord Blaze Ingram. He's the head of the Salamander Clan and also Rachel's fiance.".
Zane crossed his arms as he said,"Hey Rae. You've got a really bad fiance. Just my opinion.". Blaze glared at Zane for his comment but Zane just flipped him off. "Forgive me beloved. Let me say this though. Keep your friend in check." said Blaze. Blaze soon had a metal stinger on his Adam's apple with Zane saying,"Don't call her that again or else, that will be your last mistake you ever make in this Omniverse. I swear to the gods on this.".
Rachel walked over to Zane with her saying,"Zane. Please. Don't do anything too stupid okay? I know you're trying to protect me but I'm a big girl. I don't need you always protecting me. You're alright for a human I guess." said Blaze, drinking the tea that was made for him by Heidi. "Thank you I guess." said Heidi. She soon walked over to the rest of the team.
Team Maelstrom were standing on the other side of the room, nearby the fireplace as Gayle stood behind the two devil royalty. Zane could tell that Rachel wasn't happy about having his fingers touching her so familiarly being that he soon began grinding his teeth, glaring at Blaze with his eyes flickering between storm gray and red rapidly. Upon seeing him rubbing her thighs, Zane's eyes went solid red and was about to charge on him.
He was held back by Allen and Danny being that even though they felt the exact same thing but could only hold him back for so long. The veins on his neck were apparent on how mad Zane was. After being forced back, Zane was leaning against the wall and thought,"Rae may have made this guy sound like an asshole but in real life, he's an even bigger asshole than all of the A List times ten! I can't let this lizard boy marry Rae!".
Kane nodded as he said,"Got to agree with you there partner. Just say the word when you want to kick this devil's ass. We'll go all out on him no pulled punches like we do with pretty much every one you've fought due to their endurance. He soon lost his confidence being that he remember hearing about the human who captured his familiar a week ago and the person who defeated Cecilia, leaving her with a mark that said,"Screw you lizards" on her face. "It's him?!" thought Blaze. He soon shook himself of Zane's grip being that the Cross-Species wasn't really trying to hold him. Blaze pointed at Zane with his index finger and backed away from Zane a bit. "It's you?!" said Blaze as this caught Rachel's attention.
Rachel said with her arms crossed,"So how do you know him and you don't need to fight my battles for me Zane. I just told you that didn't I?". "I know Rae but the way he was touching was pissing me off and I've never seen this douche in my life. So where do you know me from?" said Zane. Blaze looked away as he dusted his hand at the part where Zane grabbed him. He didn't like how he was touched by a lower being.

Rachel faced Blaze as she said in a fair tone,"Do I have to remind you that I'll never marry you Blaze? Even if you were the last guy in the entire Omniverse.". Her face had veins popping out of it. "Wow. Those two are so similar and nice job Rae." thought Danny as Zane walked over to where the tea was set.

Danny nodded as Blaze shook his head. "You still don't get it you stupid bitch." said Blaze. He soon rose from his seat and moved toward Rachel, getting too close for Zane's liking. He cupped her chin and forced Rachel to look at him. Zane ,while holding a cup of tea, was seconds away from losing his cool but focused on his prank. "You don't have a choice or get a choice. You're talking to the lord of the Salamander Clan." said Blaze.
He then said,"While at first, I was not happy about having my family name being tarnished by you since you are the trash of the Akostar Clan. However, I saw how you evolved from an ugly ducking to a beautiful swan.". "Excuse me, you lovebirds." said a voice. Blaze, Rachel, and everyone in the room looked at Zane with the Cross-Species smiling. Danny could tell that Zane was holding back and was planning on doing something stupid.
Danny gave his best friend his approval ,by just nodding his head, with Zane saying,"I think we got off the wrong foot here so I prepared a special family blend of tea just for you to make amends.". He soon offered him the tea with Blaze chuckling. "It seems that one of you has some sense and sees how amazing I really am as royalty...." said Blaze, taking a sip of the cup. His eyes widened as he spit out the drink in a comical manner.
The tea also got all over his clothes as well with all of the room ,even Andrea and Gayle, laughing being that the look on his face was priceless. Zane walked over to an empty bottle off the tea cart and said,"Oh. I'm so sorry your highness. It's seems that I accidentally grabbed the bottle for the totally awful drink Noxious Nightmare aka the first and only drink consist of canned tuna, Mayonnaise, and the dreaded Avocado Toast.".
Zane smiled as he said,"If you want to blame anyone for this being created, blame millennials. We're just the worst.". "So Cole level question here. What the hell is Noxious Nightmare and Avocado Toast? The latter just sound weird." said Lucifer. "It has no nutritional value whatsoever with it claiming to have that. It claims to be concentrated but in all reality, it's a very sloppy, mushy like liquid. It's like puke to be honest Lucifer." said Athena.
Cole nodded as he said,"Yeah and over 100,000,000 customers claim that it's awful and they would rather drink acid or magma than another can of Noxious Nightmare. So how did you get it in the first place Zane? It's banned in not one but half of the United States banned it.". "I got it from breaking a raid the other night. Blaze was not happy at all being that his eyes were sharp and blazing hot, glowing with anger and power. A deadly combo. "YOU DAMN BASTARD! You dare to make me drink that shit!" I'm a noble devil who rules over flames and having me here just makes me want to burn it all down to the ground starting with your friends and him!" howled Blaze. He was soon covered in fire, making his killing intent and hostility known to everyone in the room.
Team Maelstrom got into a fighting stance with Zane smiling. "If you do that, I'll make your life end faster than you can say sorry." said Zane, making Lazarus Soul appear in his hands. Before anyone could do anything, Gayle said,"That's enough of this childish behavior from both of you.". She spoke with a simple, yet intimating tone and demanding respect. Blaze ignored her with the fire soon going toward his back and forming fire wings.
He soon raised his left hand into the air with the fire starting to accumulate and cover his hand. He soon aimed his hand at Team Maelstrom with him firing a massive fireball that was easily going to engulf the group. Gayle was about to interfere being Zane just smiled upon seeing it. Zane walked toward it being that he was going to the ball for fire to give a huge hug. "Zane!" yelled Andrea due to her not knowing that Zane does this kinda stuff normally.
Blaze was confused why the human was getting himself killed, being that he was going to try and fail to protect his beloved's friends. "Ha! It seems that the human is willing to die for his friends!" said Blaze. He soon began laughing as he said,"You seriously think that friends are your power but here's some cold hard truth for you! It doesn't because they're tools to be used!". The fireball collided with Zane being that instead of exploding, the fireball was shrinking and covered in a white glow.
Blaze's eyes widened with the fireball shrinking. It was slowly getting absorbed into Zane as he said,"Void Absorption plus Predator State's ability to eat. A deadly combo. The fire was soon long gone with Zane saying,"To be honest Blaze, I'm getting rather annoyed with the Salamander Clan's fire. I mean first there was that devil who tried to kill me last night with her weak ass flames and your pompous ass flames reminds me of hers.".
Zane looked at Blaze with him saying,"Does anyone in your lame ass clan have any good flames? I mean this is like barely two stars on a food reviewing site. I'm also being extremely generous to you since you're a "noble" devil.". Blaze soon looked at Zane with him saying,"You human scum! How dare you disrespect me?! You're nothing more than human! You're part of the weakest species in the Omniverse!".
Zane rolled his eyes as he said,"Yeah yeah. I get it okay? Devils are better than humans in every way imaginable. News flash. You're weak as shit. I've heard that exact speech from racist scumbags like a hundred times since I've been born. I don't care about who you are because ll I need to know is that you're a pompous dickbag and a stalker. You had me targeted since I'm your beloved's special pal or as I call us, best friends.".
The room was silence for a few minutes being that Gayle and Rachel couldn't believe what Zane was saying. "You dam scum! What gives you the gall to call me a stalker?! You're nothing more than a plaything to my beloved and you should learn your place in your pathetic life." said Blaze. "So what are you talking about Zane?" said Rachel, with her completely ignoring Blaze's threat toward Zane who ignored it like normal.
Zane smiled as he said,"It was last week being that I saw him looking at you through his familiar. I think it was a gecko of some kind. I mean it was so pathetic and kinda weak looking. I mean Sam looked stronger than it.". "Lets see if this idiot will fall for the bait and if we punch him, can you go Akostar on him please?" said Sivarth. "Yeah. Good idea." said Lucifer. "It isn't a gecko! That's a noble salamander you scum!" shouted Blaze.
Zane smiled as he said,"And there's my proof your honor in how Blaze here is a stalker plus an idiot but we all knew that.". Blazer quickly covered his mouth with his hands. Rachel consciously wrapped her hands around her body and the girls and guys looked at Blaze with great disgust. Danny shook his head as he said,"And I thought that this guy couldn't get any worse. Got any proof of him sending someone to kill you bro?".
Zane shrugged as he said,"Just look at my memories once this is all done and over with.". "I'm not a stalker! I'm an observer!" said Blaze. "Yeah but what you were doing is the prime example of stalking your lordship." said Gwen. "Plus trying to kill me since I'm so lovable." said Zane with Blaze glaring deathly at Zane with Zane giving the oh so clever middle finger as a response. "Oh. I need to do this by the way." said Zane.
He soon grabbed Blaze by the shirt of the devil and threw him into the fireplace. "He's fast for a human and has the ability to absorb flames. He isn't a normal human." thought Gayle. "Listen to me you flaming douche bag. I don't give a fuck about you being the leader of some clan. If you hurt or touch my friends in a way I don't like, I'll destroy you." said Zane. Blaze recovered as he said,"You dare to threaten me?! You insult me by making fun of me, my fire, and my pride!".
Zane yawned as he said,"I did but you boring me. Can you get to the point already?". "You'll die by my hands!" yelled Blaze, holding two balls of fire being one in each hand. "Finally. You're making sense." said Zane. His arms were soon covered in reddish black ,being metallic, with a flame like pattern to it scales with his hands now being long and sharp black claws. He was about to rush at the devil before Gayle said,"That's enough you two.".
The two looked at her with her saying,"I'm here to prevent bloodshed between Lady Rachel and Lord Blaze. So no fighting understand?". "He started it!" shouted Blaze. "And here's another example of the seemingly noble devil acting more childish than actually children." said Zane. Gayle glared at the two with her eyes just begging them to fight. Blaze slowly made the fire go out as he said,"When told such a thing from the Snow Queen herself, a wise devil will stop fighting.".
Zane coughed as he said,"Coward!". Zane didn't turn his arms back to normal and his comment earned him a glare from Blaze. ""She may have not been giving off any form of killing intent like Blaze was but if you attack Blaze, you and her would fight. I'm sure you'll win since you know the main weakness of devils. However, I don't think pissing off the devils is a good idea. But since I know you, you'll be teasing the crap out Blaze aren't you?" said Sivarth.
Zane smiled as he said,"You know me so well Sivarth.". Zane looked at Blaze and then Gayle with him saying,"Since I kinda respect you ma'am, I'll ask a super simple question and kinda obvious in my opinion. Since Rachel is the beautiful bride to be, she should have a right to say no to the ugliest groom in the Omniverse.". Rachel smiled with her knowing that Zane is right. "Sorry but you have no say in the matter Cross-Species." said Gayle in a matter of fact tone.
She was asserting her authority being that Rachel was about to step up to defend Zane. She could deal with being insulted by her species but no one makes fun of her real family. However, she remembered that Zane had the ability to roll with the punches given to him. "But I'm a king and a totally higher rank than the fiery chicken here. Couldn't I just marry her and stop this shit show?" said Zane with Heidi breaking out into a laughter fit.
She fell to the ground with her saying,"Zane just proposed to Rae! I totally called it!". "Yeah yeah. I was wrong but hey, we really shouldn't bet on him." said Kevin. "Yeah but it makes thing fun to be fair mate." said Allen, helping Heidi up and Rachel's face was red. "Ignacio expected this. Conflict was a likely option if communication breaks down." said Gayle, ignoring Zane and spoke to Blaze with Zane smiling as he had a perfect response.
Zane said,"There was communication here? All I heard was an idiot aka our least favorite chicken and the being that actually drank Noxious Nightmare.". He pulled out his phone with him saying as he bowed,"And now, I play you the sound of your people your highness.". His phone soon played the chicken dance song that Cole downloaded at the suggestion of Athena. It was at this point, all of Team Maelstrom and Andrea officially lost it.
Allen, Heidi, Kevin, and Wolfram were on the floor laughing with Andrea, Gwen and Sly clutched their sides as they gigged. Danny and Rachel couldn't help but smile at their best friend being himself and also Blaze getting more and more mad. Blaze's teeth was clenched so hard that a couple of them shattered being that this being was mocking him. He wanted to turn this fool into ash but the Snow Queen ,who was biting her lip to preventing herself from laughing, was here.
He was clearly made being that Zane stopped the song. "Thank you all. I'm so happy that you got to hear the song of the Salamander Clan. I mean it would fits birds better but as you've seen, Blaze here is more chicken than salamander which makes his ancestors cry." said Zane. "If you're done with the childish antics." said Gayle. "He isn't Gayle. You might as well speak." said Rachel, knowing Zane all too well.
Gayle nodded as she said,"Since Rachel and her entourage clearly refuses the marriage, you'll need to settle it with Lord Blaze in a game of Domination.". This earned a shocked expression from Rachel and Zane tched. "Domination. Where have I heard that before?" said Kevin. "It's a game that devils and most species can play with each other. Four teams of thirteen players each battle it out in a free for all battle royal." said Gwen.
Kevin nodded as he said while his right hand gently hammering his left palm,"Oh that's right. It's pretty much anything goes right? We got this. I mean we got a fighting machine on our side.". "Yeah I wish that were the case but we got a problem. Despite having no rules, they have a single rule being that Phantoms can't compete due to some bullshit." said Danny, shocking Heidi, Kevin, and Wolfram with all three of them shocked for different reason.
Sly soon sighed as she said,"Which means that Wolfram and Zane can't compete due to them being Phantoms.". Zane nodded with Kevin saying,"Seriously?! That's so unfair.". "Them's the break of our situation Kevin but I'm sure that you guys can do it without us. So what will happen to Rae if she wins?" said Zane. Gayle soon widened her eyes with her staying calm. "If she wins, she gets to choose what happens to her in terms of who she decides to spend her entire life." said Gayle.
Blaze loudly laughed as he said,"That's only a dream done by foolish beings! I've played many games of Domination and won. My precious Rachel has played not one of them since her siblings are quite awful toward her.". "That isn't fair your highness since only matured beings can even play this game to begin with." said Danny. "Yeah and that introduce a problem. In what dimension or timeline is this chicken gecko popular?" said Zane, pointing to Blaze who growled.
Blaze has been around for a long time but no being in his eternal life has annoyed him like this damn Cross-Species. "So why are you antagonizing him man?" said Allen. "Because it's honestly fun." said Zane, shrugging as an answer. "Your attempts at defending the trash with your childish insults is quite adorable boy but it's time for you to shut your filthy mouth. Compared to my group, this group of humans is more pathetic than anything I've ever seen." said Blaze.
Zane rolled his eyes as a voice in Rachel's head said,"Hey Rae. Can you hear me?". Rachel instantly recognized it as it belonged to Zane. "Zane. Are you talking in my head?" thought Rachel. "Yeah. I'm really good with my mind powers. Just repeat what I'm going to tell you. I know that you want to stand up for yourself but honestly, you're acting more childish than Blaze." thought Zane. "Okay. What's the plan? And are you sure about this?" thought Rachel with a head nod.
The Cross Species was quiet as Rachel thought,"I know that you believe us but Blaze is something else. If I lose to him, I can't...". "Rae. Listen to me. If that happens, I have a plan for it. Don't doubt the guy who has and will keep doing things for every outcomes for everything. You remember last night right and we have been together for how long? I never go back on my word and all of us are family. I'll fight for my family and will you fight for yours?" thought Zane.
Rachel blushed, remember what happened the previous night. She shook her head with her looking at Blaze with determination in her eyes. "Sorry Blaze but you're dead wrong. Your team is nothing to mine. We have a powerful elementalist, a genius creator, a being made out of energy, a amazing sorceress, a real Akostar, and two powerhouses. Gayle. Tell my brother that we'll settle this marriage in Domination and we will win." said Rachel.
Andrea smiled as how confident her granddaughter is with the older devil thinking,"And that's just the reason why Zane makes a good friend for her and a great source of confidence for her.". "Well then, what about you Lord Blaze?" said Gayle. Blaze smirked with him saying,"Of course I will. I mean I have far more experience than you in these games unlike you.". His arrogance was slipping with him soon hearing a voice saying,"Don't you dare doubt my friends.".
Blaze turned to the threatening voice being that it belonged to Zane who was glaring at him with his pupils slit and his irises constricted with them slowly turning gold. He was very much pissed off being that Danny knew Zane had a short fuse and this fuse was lit. His eyes were covered by his hair with his power and anger coming out of his body. This soon caused everyone in the room to back away from him.
He had cruciform shaped veins above his eyes with them twitching. He smiled dangerous giving everyone in the room feeling a shiver going down their spine. "Zane. Calm down. Remember your current position." said Gayle in a calm tone. "Not in the mood for that by the way." said Zane as he kept his current appearance. "Know your place you scum Phantom! You have no power to threaten me!" said Blaze with his pride and arrogance blinding him obviously.
Gayle sighed as she said,"Lord Blaze. You're very lucky that King Zane is unable to compete in the game of Domination. Zane has easily more power than you and that display from earlier wasn't even showing ten percent of it I gather.". "Impossible?! This Phantom scum isn't even close to my power at all!". Gayle looked at the group with her saying,"I'll be in charge of the game between the two clans. Is that okay with the two of you?". "I'm fine with it." said Rachel.
Gayle said,"I see. Good luck both of you.". She soon teleporting away in a burst of snow. As she left the room, Blaze looked at Rachel and her team smirking, earning the ire of the group in the room. "So can we kick his ass already." said Lucifer. Blaze began laughing confidently with him snapping his fingers. Another magic circle soon appeared in the room, matching the one from earlier being much bigger. "Compensating much?" said Twilight.
Blaze said through laughter,"This match is a joke! I'll be destroy you and your precious friends since they don't stand a chance against me and my adorable servants! I have a full set of thirteen devils compared to you seven.". Twelve shadowed figure soon appeared from the magic circle with all but one of them being female. The fire soon disappeared with Zane noticing that one of them was the devil who tried to kill him yesterday being that she had a noticeable bruise around her face and arm.
I won't be going into detail on all of them being at the end of the episode, I will have their full appearance. Zane soon looked at Blaze's group with him forcing himself not to laugh. From a single glance, he could tell that Blaze here gathered them for one reason. They were all beautiful being that thanks to his ability to sense power, none of them would be worthy of his time except for the male and maybe the one wielding the giant sword.
Blaze heard this with him looking at Zane and glared at him. "It seems that you need to teach your friend here to respect his betters." said Blaze. Zane chuckled again with him saying,"Yeah. I do once you stop being a stalker which will never happen plus I'm actually shocked.". "Shocked about what you Phantom Scum?! Don't call me a stalker! That is no way for a lowly Phantom to talk to the better Devil race!" said Blaze.
He pointed his finger at Zane with him saying,"We should be ruling over Terrarune not your kind. Do you even try to discipline him beloved?". "Even if I try, he won't listen." said Rachel. "Okay then. I could go with chicken gecko. No. I got it! You're a cocky gecko!" said Zane. The room is in complete silence with Kevin saying,"Wow. You really like doing that don't you?". "Yeah. You got any good nicknames then? I'm for suggestions." said Zane.
Kevin said with his arms crossed,"I was thinking Worst Womanizer because he has a harem you do but wow, they are so not attractive.". Zane nodded with Rachel laughing being that she tried to cover it up with both of her hands. The rest of Team Maelstrom tried hard not to laugh but failed. This pissed off Blaze and his group with the former wanting to kill Zane on the spot for all that he has said to him.
Zane smiled being that he could tell that his taunting was clearly getting to him and Blaze decided to get back at the Cross-Species. Blaze soon called one of the group over to him with it being a woman with pink hair and began to make out with her. This not only disgusted not only the girls of Team Maelstrom but the guys as well. Zane was in a polygamous relationship being that all of his family and friends ,who knew about it, accepted it but this was just the worst.
Kevin was actually thankful that Zane and his harem are subtle about it and he treats the girls with respect unlike Blaze who was kissing another woman in front of his fiancee. It was clear to the group that Blaze was doing this as an intimation/provoking envy tactic. He even played with the woman's breasts as they continued on, she was even moaning as well. When they finally stopped, Blaze looked over at Zane being that a being like him couldn't handle that display without feeling jealous.
Zane looked at the man with no emotion with him slowly turning toward Gwen. "Permission to do something Gwen?" said Zane. "Sure. Go nuts." said Gwen in the nicest tone that she could give since she was clearly pissed at Blaze at the moment. "Thanks Gwen. Listen I don't usually shame being on their kinks but I do question people when they're clearly porking their little sister." said Zane. "This isn't my sister, you idiotic human!" yelled Blaze, clearly angered.
Blaze was clearly losing his temper with Zane saying,"No shit Sherlock. I was taking about the short blond over there and the one that clearly looks related to you. I mean you could be just into dudes and hiding it by making out with pinkie here and your sister to hide it. You should be proud of yourself and I won't judge for you liking guys since I hate you for your awful personality. I'm sure that you're such a great devil when you treated woman like they are tools.".
Blaze ,while continuing to grope the pink haired woman, said,"You should learn to keep your mouth shut in my presence. You're lucky to even be lucky to in the same room as me!?". "Nah. I'm good. I talk this way to rich humans constantly. I think not matter what species you are, the rich are just the worst beings." said Zane. "How dare you speak to me in this tone? You're not more than garbage and a mistake of the Omniverse got it?!" said Blaze, having enough of the human.
Zane sighed as he said,"Okay. I don't give a flying fuck about who you or anyone thinks of me since I don't care. I like myself unlike you and the rest of your incest-loving group! I feel so dam bad for them since they fell in love with a monster like you. I wouldn't consider myself to be a real man but those girls deserve to get treated by a real man but instead, they were taken by the claws of a horny and sad gecko.".
Blaze got in Zane's face with him saying,"You are nothing more than a weak being that should stay out of the affairs of your betters!". "Nope. I don't respect people just because they're a higher rank than me. Here's a news flash for you. You're nothing compared to Rae." said Zane, getting Blaze's attention. One more jab and the fire within him would burst out. Zane folded his arms in a very confident pose as he came up with the perfect jab.
Zane said,"The team Rae picked isn't because of how beautiful/handsome or powerful they they are since we're friends. We're friends. I'm also Rae's special pal and I don't see her as a object. She's a person first and well, we're closer than you two could or would ever be. To be honest with you all, all of you beside maybe the guy and the giant swordswoman are pretty weak.". Zane soon dodged a fireball coming from a growling Blaze.
He tossed the pink haired girl aside with his attack shattering the window. "It seems that I pissed off the gecko." said Zane. "Shut your mouth in my presence understand?!" yelled Blaze, clearly pissed off at Zane. "Nope. I won't since I always have something to say. You treating people like they're nothing to you just piss me off. A real man treats people he cares about with respect and as an equal not an object!" said Zane. "Silence!" yelled Blaze, clearly ready to kill Zane.
Zane clenched his fist with him saying,"Fuck you! I'm been waiting to punch your smug fucking ass off since we met! If you lay a finger on Rachel again, I'll personally break your fingers off one by one and repeat this until you beg me for forgiveness!". No one had ever stopped up for Rachel ever since she was promised to Blaze being that she could only stare at Zane. He usually spoke with honestly but now, she could feel the conviction and genuine care for her feelings.
Rachel's heart was beating faster being that she knew that Zane was the person for her and was going to fight for him. "Kill this bastard now Bernice!" said Blaze. Like I said many times before, their appearance will be seen at the end of the episode. "Yes master." said Bernice with her charging right toward her target. Zane stood there with him smiling and not moving. Within three seconds, Bernice brought her down to strike Zane. Zane summoned a pair of gauntlets over his arms, blocking her.
Zane's left gauntlet is crimson red, looking like dragon scales and it looks to match Sivarth’s scales but more metallic in nature. The left and right sides of this gauntlet have short, sharp steel gray spikes protruded down the length of the gauntlet. They can expand in size and can have silver steel spider-like stingers from his knuckle and the bottom part of his wrists. The stinger from his wrist are longer than his knuckle stingers.
His fingers are replaced with dragon like claws and the back of his hand has a very interesting looking object there. The object is the same thing that belong to the Z.E.R.O. watch aka a black and round faceplate with a steel gray band/dial switch around the faceplate. The faceplate has molten gold stripes, forming an “LZ” outline. The right gauntlet is obsidian black, with it having a unique pattern to it. It’s a crimson red web pattern.
It has a fingerless glove design to it. Before everyone could react to this, Zane soon transformed into Water Form which changed. He grows to eight feet being that he’s still a dark red ,fish inspired, living armor showing no sign of damage. He still has a hood connected to the armor and his face is the visor that's connected to the hood. On the visor, Zane has four glowing green eyes which works as his eyes and doesn't have a mouth but can still talk.
He now has black mask-like markings around his eyes. The chest part of his armor looked like a crab. It has two matching green eyes ,which do not work, on the chest piece and legs forming into a rib cage. The chest color itself is a pure gray color. On his hands, he has a hole with his forearms having a unlimited supply of water going through him much like blood. He has five claw fingers and represent dactyls aka the moveable finger of a crab claw.
Sticking out of his back, he has a long crab like pincers which can be used as a makeshift tail and cannon. He lose the giant dark blue fin on his back very much like a dolphin and the barnacle bracelets that were around his hands and shoulders. The girl soon looked at Zane with him soon picking her and sent her flying back toward the group with great force, sending them crashing to the floor from the impact of the throw.
Zane cracked his knuckles as he said,"Now do you know who I am you Cocky Gecko?". "Wow. I've never seen Zane so serious before." thought Rachel. Blaze ignored Zane's taunt with him saying,"So you're Zero huh. I guess you're a mistake like the rest of them being that you die quite easily.". "So are you willing to fight me this time? I mean you're so strong aren't you Cocky Gecko?" said Zane, smirking. "That's enough Zane." said Rachel.
Zane said,"But Rae! I really want to punch him! He's totally asking for it and everyone knows it!". "So how about we have our match in ten days? I think we'll have our fight the day right before our wedding aka your birthday." said Blaze, ignoring Zane. Rachel also ignored Zane at the moment with her saying,"Are you giving me a handicap?". "Yes because you're nothing." said Blaze with Zane wanting to blast him but was stopped by Rachel.
Blaze said,"Once I defeat you, I'll be making you my bride and you're never see your oh so precious friends again you beautiful mistake.". He soon made his magic circle appear around him and his group with him taking a final look at Zane who had deactivated Water Form. He noticed the pure rage in Zane's eyes with Blaze thinking,"He's going to attack me even though he can't.". He and his group was gone with Zane saying,"Okay. I got a question.".
Zane said,"Okay so does anyone have any idea why his brother and sister are in his group?". "No clue but you really made this a big mess here." said Heidi, with her shaking her head at the violence she just watched. "She's right Zane but I'm happy that he did it. I've never liked him." said Andrea. "You were so freaking badass." said Kevin, throwing him a thumbs up. Wolfram barked as Allen said with a smile,"Really wished Zane punched him too pup.".
Rachel sighed as she bowed. "Thank you guys. I couldn't do this without your help." said Rachel as Zane smiled. "Don't worry so much Rae. We're your friends and friends do this kind of stuff for each other." said Sly. "Even though you two can't compete, we can have you and Zane training with us huh pup." said Gwen. "We can win!" said Zane. "Yeah!" shouted the team and raising their fists into the air and Andrea smiled at the friends that her granddaughter made.

Team Maelstrom begins its training with Zane revealing more new powers to his team and Wolfram has a new technique. With this training, can Rachel win back her freedom? This and more next time on Zero!
Domination. This game is played between four different teams, with each team consisting of thirteen players and equaling a full deck of cards. This game is played all over the Omniverse being that there are very little rules except for one. Phantoms are unable to play. A player is eliminated if they are unable to battle any longer or their pendant is destroyed by an opposing player. Upon the pendant being destroyed, it covers the player in a blue or red liquid depending on what team they are.
Blaze's Group. All members of his group can use the Salamander’s Clan flames being most of them use to burn things or regenerate from any wounds given to them.
Ace: Blaze Ingram. The owner of this voice soon belonged to a tall and quite handsome man who looked to be in his early twenties like Gayle. He has medium-length blonde hair and black sclerea with red irises but no visible pupils. He has a rather sharp looking chin, eyes, and nose. He's wearing a crimson red blazer with white pants that has a flame like pattern near the end of them and black dress shoes. He has his blazer open, revealing his rather toned chest, white dress shirt, and the flame like gem in the center of his sternum. To everyone in the room, he looked like an obnoxious yet handsome asshole.
King: Archie Ingram. Despite looking older, he’s the younger brother to Blaze being the middle child. He’s married to Sonja. He looks to be in his mid twenties with him having a gold and muscular build. He has broad shoulders with a noticeably thin waist. He has rather thick arms being that he’s called Iron Man. He has short buzz cut blond hair with pale blue eyes. He’s wearing orange-red armor which ends in a metallic kilt. His armor doesn’t covers his arms and legs with a gold belt around his waist. He wears knee-handle sandals with flame-shaped straps. He does have the power of fire like his brother and sister but on a much lower level. He does have the ability to control gravity within his field of vision.
Queen: Rhoda. She’s a very busty woman with long, wavy sakura pink hair that falls all the way down her back and piercing purple eyes. She wears a orange/red sleeveless tunic top which shows off much of her cleavage and her shoulders being held with a gold strap. She wears this with a matching colored skirt with sides, revealing her thighs. She wears black high heels with matching thigh-high stockings. She carries around a staff like scepter being a gold color with a red-orange jewel inside of it.
Jack: Avril Ingram. She’s the younger sister of Blaze Ingram with her being around the same age as Zane and the rest of Team Maelstrom. The rest of his group is around Blaze’s age except for one of them. She’s quite beautiful with dark blue eyes. She has long blond hair with a ponytail coming out of the side of her head with blue ribbons keeping them in place. She has several bangs hanging over her forehead. She’s wearing a black ,with hot pink stripes, crop top which was showing off her stomach. She’s wearing blue jeans with a purple lizard like pattern on them. She wears expensive looking black high heels. She's wearing pearl earrings along with red lipstick and noticeable mascara.
10: Sonja. She’s the wife to Archie. She’s a tall young woman with long black hair with a dark brown tint and red eyes. She wears a full set of silver armor with flame like accent. She’s wearing a chest plate with it giving off a view of her breasts and cleavage, gauntlets, greaves, hip plates, and shoulder guards. Under her armor, she wears a black top with white flame like patterns and black shorts. She’s wearing armored, brown knee-high boots with matching gauntlets. She’s equipped with a giant Zweihander that’s mounted on her back which is a black blade with silver edges and has a black hilt with a gold handle. She has a broadsword held in a brown belt slung around her hip. It has bandages on the handle with a gold jewel in the pommel.
9: Wilma. She’s a woman with short, blue hair with gray eyes. Her hair has five red highlights going across it. She’s wearing a black jacket with a wide collar and it’s slightly open. This reveals her rather-large breasts and cleavage. Her jacket is cut off at her midriff. She’s wearing blue leather jeans with brown leather boots. Parts of her jeans are cut, revealing her thighs and rear end. She wears black fighting gloves.
8: Bernice. She has shoulder-length brown hair and green-gray eyes. She looks to be of Chinese descent with her bangs forming an upside down flame shape across his forehead. Like Belle, she’s wearing the same uniform as well. She wears a school uniform which consists of a gray blazer, a white long-sleeved button-down shirt and a gray bow tie being that it’s open and giving view to her breasts and cleavage, gray skirt with black accents, and black low-heeled dress shoes. She wears black armguards.
7: Leticia. She’s a pale-skinned teenage with a slender, yet curvy figure. She has short dark red hair with sharp red eyes and visible freckles. She wears a silver helmet with angular sides and a gold circle in the center of the forehead. She wears a red long sleeved collared blouse with white outlines around the collar and helm. She wears a silver breastplate and pauldrons over her blouse. She wears a red skirt which goes down to her knees. She wears tight blue leggings with red high-heeled shoes. She’s also carrying a broadsword on her being that she can use it for a fencing like style.
6: Belle. She’s a young girl with bright red hair and dark brown hair. Her bangs frames the side of her face. She wears bandages on her forearms and shins, with black guards over her hands. She wears a school uniform which consists of a gray blazer, a white long-sleeved button-down shirt and a gray bow tie, gray skirt with black accents, and brown dress shoes. They also wore a gray beret.
5: Cecilia. She's a beautiful and tall woman with a voluptuous figure with her looking to be in her twenties. She has glowing red eyes with long platinum blonde hair that went up to her shoulders and it's hiding her right eye. She's wearing a midnight blue dress with a wide collar which resulted in a good amount of cleavage being shown and goes toward her knees. She's wearing gold high heels.
4: Jenna. She’s a young woman with long amber brown hair and green eyes. She has a noticeable tan to her with her wearing an interesting outfit. She’s wearing a bikini being that it’s a turquoise metallic underwire brassier and a silk loincloth, exposing her sides. She wears dark purple high heel sandals. She has on diamond orb earrings along with dark blue lipstick. She has a transparent red veil over her face. Her lips are locked in a permanent sneer.
3: Eloise. She’s a rather young girl being around sixteen compared to the older looking members of the group. She has turquoise hair with bright blue colored eyes. Her hair is tied in a braid ponytail with a red bow tied at the end. She has noticeable cat ears ,with black stripes, sticking out of her head with two gold earrings sticking out of both her human and cats ears. She has two fangs sticking out of his mouth. She may be younger than the other girls but she’s quite curvy. She wears a white t-shirt which reveals her shoulders and lower breasts. She wears a short blue skirt with black leggings under it. She’s wearing half blue and red fighting glove and leg guards. She’s currently carrying a dual-sided chainsaw with one chainsaw being red and the other being blue.
2: Nadine.She’s a young woman whose dressed like a maid. She has shoulder length black hair with bright blue eyes. She’s wearing a sleeveless French maid uniform with a white laced design on the edges of it. This exposed her breasts cleavage. She wears a standard maid head piece, cuffs, white half-apron and forearm length fingerless gray gloves with matching colored stockings.
