This post is a part of Fairy Legion Royal Chapter 3 and has been put into a separate post mainly due to the original post being unable to edit for reasons described in this update post. This post here has been written in December 2021 but will be uploaded before Fairy Legion Royal Chapter 3. This is to mainly improve the amount of posts produced within a certain time frame or other reasons.
Yeah. He didn't see that coming. "Hands off her Loke! She isn't one of your fangirls!" said Lisanna with Grace ,back in her underwear, kicking her. "That's for your boyfriend undressing me earlier!" said Grace. "Aye." groaned Happy with him currently on the ground. He had a large comically bruise on his head due to him being tossed away the guild hall like a pinball earlier. The guild's brawl was getting rowdy as veins appeared on Freed's forehead as he took a deep breath.
Freed drew his sword as he said,"That's enough all of you. I suggest you all stop right now or else, I will use force.". "He is right. You guys are really ruining my drink." said Cana who held up a card and a magic seal appeared. "Says who?" said Grace as she stuck a combat stance. A icy blue magic seal appeared shortly after. Elfman roared as a purple magic seal formed over his arm and turned it into an arm covered in steel like spikes. "Fine then! You forced my hands!" said Lisanna.
Like her brother, her arms were covered in a pink magic circle and forming sharp cat like claws. "You punks are such a pain in my ass sometimes." said Loke, grabbing one of his rings. "Oh yeah! I'm fired up now! Bring it on!" said Natsu who covered his fists in flames. Lucy took the chance to hide behind Levy who stood there calmly. "So do they always fight like this Levy?" said Lucy with her slowly getting disillusioned in her idols. "Yep. Welcome to Fairy Tail." said Levy.
Frosch looked at her as he said,"So why aren't you worried? Or joining in on the madness.". "You get used to it and well, I'm not in the mood today Frosch." said Levy. "So why aren't you stopping them or joining in on the fight Zane?" said Astaroth. "Because of the huge gap between us and well, I don't need to." said Zane. However before the magic could start flying, the fight was stopped dead in its tracks thanks to a giant creature appeared in the guild much to the surprise of Lucy.
To be fair, he did appeared from out of nowhere. "That's enough you brats!" said the giant in a slightly altered masculine voice with the entire guild looking up at the creature and the fighting stopping. The only people not effected by said creature's presence was Frosch, Levy, and Zane. "Wow. He's a giant right?" said Havoc. "We've met giants before and this guy is nothing compared to them. Zane's attack earlier was more giant like than him." said Astaroth. "Yeah." said Matrix.
Lucy however hasn't seen a giant before today. "A giant?!" shouted Lucy as she stared in comical fear at the giant man. "Oh hi there master. I didn't know you were still here. Thought you left for the day or you were drowned in booze and paper work." said Levy in a very nonchalant tone. "That's the guild master?!" said Lucy as the giant turned toward her, giving her a menacing stare. It made Lucy's entire body turn white like a sheet. "Your skin is white like a ghost Lucy!" said Frosch.
The giant looked down at her as he said,"So we got a couple of new recruits then?". "Somewhat Master." said Levy. She placed her hand on the shaking blonde and Frosch's shoulder. "The blonde is Lucy. She's a Celestial Spirits wizard like Tyrell except he's out cold thanks to Grace flashing him again and the boy here is Frosch. He's full of surprise just like his partner who went missing." said Levy, who was looking for Zane who vanished. "It's very nice to meet you sir." muttered Lucy in a scared tone.
Frosch smiled brightly as he said,"Hi! My name is Frosch! You're really big sir!". Natsu began laughing triumphant. "Man. Talk about a bunch of babies! Look like I won this round you guys." said Natsu as he was punted into the ground by a giant arm made out of vines. The vines vanished as Tyrell stood there with him having tissues in his nose. "That's for making me bleed you pink haired idiot." said Tyrell. "To be fair, it was Grace's Triple L." said Lisanna. "I don't care Lis." said Tyrell as he sat down.
The giant began laughing with him shrinking in size and Lucy's eyes widened at what she said in front of her. In front of her, a shortly elderly man stood there and was holding some papers. He looked to be in his late 80s being eighty eight and he's three foot 8. He has black eyes with him growing bald except for the outer rims of his hair having white hair. He has a thick white mustache with a joyful look. He's wearing an orange hoodie over a white undershirt.
In the center of it, it has a black Fairy Tail insignia at its center. He's wearing orange shorts and wearing an orange and blue stripped jester's hat to him. "Nice to meet the two of you. Welcome aboard to our family." said the man. "He's so tiny!" said Lucy. "I thought he was a giant. Lame." said Frosch, sulking a bit. "This is Fairy Tail's third guild master Makarov Dreyar. And you really shouldn't judge him based off his size Frosch. Don't judge a book by its cover no matter how small it may be." said Levy.
Lucy blinked as she said,"Wait? We don't need to take any kind of test.". "Nope. If you were part of that guild, you probably would need to." said Makarov. "And your proportions will be a welcomed assets to the guild." thought Makarov with him eyeing her breasts, hips, and legs. Levy noticed this with her giving off a dark aura and her eyes glowed. "Master. I'm pretty sure you have something important to tell us right?" said Levy as she spoked calmly.
This freaked Makarov out as he jumped into the air and performed several flips in the middle of the air all the way to the banister of the second floor balcony. It would have been really impressed except he didn't land the jump and his back collided with the banister. He only just barely kept himself from falling. "That was something." said Frosch. "Yeah. He tries to look all flashy and that happens." said Cana. "At least, it wasn't his balls this time." said Alzack with Max agreeing with the cowboy.
After recovering from that, Makarov cleared his throat and took a good hard look at the wizards below him. "You've gone and done it again idiots! Just look at how much paperwork the Magic Council sent me this time around since only a handful of you don't like destroying everything around yet! This is the biggest pile of complaints yet! Grace!" said Makarov, holding a stack of papers. "What master?" said Grace. "You did good rounding up those smugglers." said Makarov.
Grace smiled as Makarov said,"But you then stumbled into town in your underwear and if a guy decided to flirt with you, you froze them on the spot. I'm just thankful that Tyrell wasn't there to make things any worse.". He ,along with the rest of the guild, was well aware of how Grace loses all of her clothes mainly when Tyrell is around. "I wonder if Zane knows of a way for her to keep her clothes on permanently." thought Frosch.
As Frosch ponded this, Makarov continued his lecture. "Elfman and Lisanna! While you two were performing bodyguard service, your brother attacked the VIP! You're supposed to keep your brother in check when Mira isn't around Lisanna." said Makarov. "The guy made a comment about sis so it just happened." said Elfman. "Yeah. He had it coming." grumbled Lisanna. "Cana! You drank thirty kegs of alcohol at a tavern and send your bill to the council." said Makarov.
Freed whistled as he said,"Oh wow. That's a new record for you.". "Thanks Freedy but I tried to sent it to that one guild with the asshole who stole my bra once. What was his name again? Dionysus sounds right but I could be wrong." said Cana, trying to remember who it was. "Loke! You seduced the granddaughters of both Council Member Leiji and Michello and we've been given a report about damages done at a talent agency." said Makarov with Loke whistling.
Makarov looked at the groaning Natsu as he said,"And then we have the wildfire Natsu himself. You destroyed SEVEN private homes, Tuly Village's historic clock tower, the town of Freesia's church, a section of Lupinus Castle, and almost burned down Hargeon again!". "Oh wow. You really fit the name of trouble maker don't you Natsu?" said Frosch with Natsu shrugging at this. "All you kids do is get the higher members mad at me." said Makarov, taking a deep breath and his eyes were shadowed.
His rage was slowly growing as the guild members looked away disappointed, Lucy looked scared, and Frosch didn't care. "But.." said Makarov as flames sprung from his hands and ignited the papers. "Screw the Magic Council!" said Makarov, tossing the burning papers toward the ground and Natsu jumped into the air, catching it in his mouth. Lisanna giggled at his action with everyone turning toward Makarov who started to speak.
Makarov smiled as he said,"Listen up kids because I'm only going to say this once. Any power that surpasses reason still comes from reason, right? Magic isn't some kind of miraculous power. It's a talent that only works when the flow of energy inside of us and the flow of the natural world works in perfect synchronization with our hearts and souls. To perform magic, one must have a strong mind and the ability to focus. It takes over your soul and comes out of it in waves!".
With a healthy neck cracked, Makarov said,"If we spend time worry about following the rules, we'll never grow. Don't let those old fools hold you back. Follow your path you believe in!". He rose his right hand in the air with his index finger extended and his thumb pointed out to the side. The back of his hand facing outward. "That's what it means to be a Fairy Tail Wizard and we're number one!" said Makarov. After this speech, the guild cheered and mimicked the old man's hand gesture.
As they cheered, Lucy smiled at Levy with the blonde feeling that she was going to like it here. The cheering eventually died and the members went back to their normal business. However, Makarov began feeling an all too familiar presence appear. It couldn't be sensed by his children but he knew it all too well. "No. It can't be. This energy makes Gildarts look like a simple B-Class wizard! He can't be here right?!" thought Makarov as he felt something resting on his shoulder.
Makarov slowly turned around as he heard,"Come on Pippoko. I'm sure you missed little old me didn't you?". Something bit down on his ear with this causing Makarov to fall to the ground and this alerted the guild instantly since it happened from nowhere. "Gramps/Master!" shouted the guild hall. Makarov looked up to see Zane appearing from out of nowhere and standing there ,on thin air, with him seeing that all too familiar smirk.
It was something he could never forget due to him mainly seeing a lot during his youth. "Oh wow. I totally didn't expect you to jump off like you did but I guess you're still a sensitive guy when it comes to me biting your ear huh Makky? Nice speech by the way. You didn't get that from your old man. He was awful at public speaking. I remember this one time when he was forced to give a speech and he was shaking like a dog the entire time." said Zane, floating down to the first floor.
Zane smiled as he said,"Your old man even managed to make the grumpy one laugh which happens once in a blood moon.". "You! What are you doing here?!" said Makarov. He sounded slightly nervous of Zane which confused the guild since they have never heard Makarov scared before. Angry yes but scared is new. Levy was the most confused since she was the first member of the guild to meet Zane and was unaware of his connection to Makarov.
The Cross Species looked hurt as he said,"I'm really hurt Makky. You're breaking my oh so fragile heart with that rudeness of yours. I thought you would be happy to see me again. How long has it been? I mean I remember the last time I saw you except you had more hair. So as you grow older, do you keep losing your hair and shrinking? I mean you've always been a shorty which is confused since your dad was quite the tall man. Hell, I think the fairy herself is taller than you.".
Zane placed his hand on Makarov's head as he said,"Regardless, it's good to see you squirt.". He began ruffling his hair much to the shock of the rest of the guild. "Must you always remind me of that when you come to visit me?! I'm sorry that I wasn't blessed with your height. Not everyone was blessed with your inhuman luck you know" grumbled Makarov. "That's true but my very good luck has its downsides as well." said Zane.
Levy looked at Makarov and then Zane as she said,"Master do you know Zane somehow?". "And is he an enemy of yours?" said Natsu, getting into a fighting stance. Despite her being confused about how Zane knows Master Makarov, it reminded the blonde of him and Aquarius back in Hargeon. She just hoped he didn't kiss like he did with the celestial spirit. It won't happen. "Stand down my children. He's an old friend of mine. You still go by the name Zane right?" said Makarov.
Zane nodded as Makarov said,"Even after all of the time you five spent together, they didn't know your last name.". "The reason for that is simple. I couldn't up with a good last name which suited me at the time. Oh and the fairy knew but she promised that she wouldn't tell anyone." said Zane. "That's your reason?" thought Makarov. "One of the names I had in mind has quite the bad rap in Ishgar. I should do this because she would be mad if I didn't." said Zane with a smile on his face.
The guild was confused due to how vague that sounded from Zane who may be older than what his appearance looks like. He made a red rubber squeaky hammer appear in his hand and he said with a deadpanned expression,"And this is for being horny Makky. Horny Bonk.". He bonked Makarov on the head and it made a very distinct bonk sound. "You need to be subtle about your perversion. Women are the best at detecting it so learn to be subtle or you'll be in trouble." said Zane.
Makarov sighed as he said,"Zane. Come with me. We have a lot to discuss. Lisanna my dear. Do you mind helping Frosch and Lucy with their initiation into the guild?". "Sure." said Lisanna who was still stunned. "Okay then Frosch. Be good for me and show them who you really are okay little buddy? I already made an interesting impression on them when I caused dear Makky here to fall on his bum earlier. Hilarious scene by the way." said Zane as he followed Makarov up to his office.
Frosch nodded as he said,"Okay!". He began glowing and turning into his cat form, shocking the guild once again. Up in Makarov's office, Makarov sat in his chair and motioned for Zane to take a seat in front of him which he did. "So how are things with you Makky? Got any juicy gossip for me? Come on and dish girlfriend!" said Zane. "Sometimes. Why are you here Zane?" said Makarov, getting to the point.
Zane looked confused as he said,"What could you possibly mean? Is it wrong for a man to come and visit one of his godchildren randomly, out of the blue, and without warning whatsoever?". "Yes it is since I haven't seen you in over three years." said Makarov. "So exactly how many times have you been here in Earthland? I mean don't most Eazairvians not give a damn about their created dimensions and move onto something else?" said Havoc.
Matrix shrugged as she said,"A lot of times apparently and Zane isn't like a normal Eazairvian. He and Daddy share that trait of being unable to leave their creations alone even if they're in safe hands or an era of peace from what I can tell.". "Well, I got my reasons Makky. It isn't exactly for everyone to hear so good on you for bringing us to your office. It seems that you've gotten stronger and smarter over the years. Don't think I didn't notice the magic runes appearing once we entering the room." said Zane.
Makarov nodded as he said,"Yes. I love all of my children and while I hate keeping any secrets from them, I do it for their protection.". "Yeah. I can sense one of those secrets downstairs and it's a big one! So do you know what it is partner?" said Astaroth. "Nope but I probably know in time. Now isn't that time." said Zane. "So mind telling me why you're here." said Makarov. "Okay. Have you ever heard of the Order of Rukinity?" said Zane.
Zane looked at Makarov who winced a bit due to Zane's stare. "Yes I do. They're a rather small cult consisting of wizards who praise a woman by the name of Krota." said Makarov with him remember hearing the name before at meetings. "Yeah you're right. While they may be small time here in Fiore and Ishgar as a whole, they have recently done some true criminal acts that make the Balam Alliance like they're nothing more than children." said Zane.
Makarov stared at Zane with him knowing that his godfather's jokey nature can be telling the truth but you have to look for it. "Like what exactly? The Magic Council does consider them to be a dark guild yes but they aren't associated with the Balam Alliance just like another guild I'm all too familiar with Zane." said Makarov. "Yeah. So what is he talking about?" said Havoc. "I'll tell you about the history of the Dreyar family later." said Matrix.
Zane clenched his fist as he said,"Taking away a wizard's free will and force them into the cult. A wizard of Blue Pegasus and a former wizard of the Dullhan Head guild were taken a year ago to join their group.". "I see. Second Master did always mentioned how you care greatly for others especially when their freedom is taken. That relaxed nature vanished with you getting serious. Do you happen to have the names of those two wizards by chance?" said Makarov. "I do but why?" said Zane.
The master pointed to a stack of paper with him saying,"Among the countless stacks of bills I get from the Magic Council Zane, I do get information about the activity of dark guilds mainly those from the Balam Alliance.". "So do they tell you about any missing persons case?" said Zane. "Yes. There is also how two previous missing wizards just randomly appeared the other day in Crocus right in the center of the Flower Light Palace: Mercurius." said Makarov. "From a portal right?" said Zane.
Makarov nodded as he said,"According to the reports, they appeared out of thin air much to the utter confusions of the guards. After they were taken into custody, both of them reported to have amnesia and no knowledge about the past year. The royal army was able to figure out the duos name and identity thanks to the princess being a big fan of Sorcerer Weekly.". "Their names are Dib Mochilt and Lila Seedlea. Dib is a horse and Lila was a former knight's head correct?" said Zane.
The man looked at Zane as the Cross Species said,"I'm not too familiar with the names of Fiore's guilds just yet since I tended to stick to its darkness rather than its light when I'm here. Heck, the only guilds I knew back in the day were Blue Skull, Red Lizard, and Sylph Labyrinth but that was because of Mavis and the three stooges.". "So who would be Moe gang? My guess is Precht." said Astaroth. "I'm going to say Curly for Yuri." said Matrix. "And that leaves Warrod being Larry." said Havoc
Zane shook his head at the trio inside of him. "Yes. Bob was happy to see Dib once again despite said man being confused about why his master was crying his eyes out." said Makarov. "And did Lila make her way back to Blossom Village?" said Zane. "Yes. I'm sure that she made it back okay. However, this wasn't the only sight of the Order in the past couple of days." said Makarov. "Go on." said Zane. "You may not know them but there was a dark guild called Dark Outriders." said Makarov.
The Cross Species looked at Zane with him saying,"You mentioned was? What happened?". "They along with a group of the "elite" Rosewood Squadron were wiped out by a single wizard in order to prove himself to the Balam Alliance. The only thing known about this wizard is that he wore a silver dog themed mask.". "That sounds like the silver mask guy Zane fought." said Havoc. "Yeah. I guess Krota is planning something here in Fiore and it involves the dark guilds." said Matrix.
Zane nodded as he said,"I see. Does the council happen to know what guild the Dark Riders operated under? I'm guessing that one of the three pillars of the Balam Alliance wanted more power against the other two so they asked the Order for assistance.". "That's what Belno thinks as well. Dark Outriders worked for Grimoire Heart and dog mask was seen with some of the well known members of Oracion Seis. The Council presumes that Oracion Seis is truly to gain more power in the alliance." said Makarov.
Makarov looked at Zane with him saying,"So do you happen to know anything about this masked wizard?". "Not much but I can say this. He isn't a load of hot air like most dark guilds. I'm sure if members of Fairy Tail challenged him, it would be an interesting fight. There will be some causalities no doubt. His magic or his body can absorb kinetic energy meaning that the destructive power that Fairy Tail brings to the table can be used against them if went up against him." said Zane.
He sighed as he said,"Look Makky. I'm not sure what the Order is planning to do but I can promise you this. If dog mask and the Order comes to attack Fairy Tail, I'll do everything in my power to protect the guild that the fairy and the stooges worked so hard to create. Bulldog aka the dog mask doesn't seem like the person to kill for pleasure but I only met him twice. I plan to stick around for a while and keep my ears open to any news involving the organization.".
Despite knowing Zane for his teasing, Makarov was well aware of how strong Zane really was and could easily defeat anyone who stood against him. He also never aged with his strength never stop growing. "Okay. I'll allow you to fight this battle but don't forget what Fairy Tail stands for." said Makarov. "We'll always welcome all into our home. Your enemies are our enemies and your friends are our friends. I know what Fairy Tail stands for countless times thanks to Mavis." said Zane.
There was a smile slowly appear on his face. "She made it her life's goal to install Fairy Tail's message into my mind ad nauseam. She started doing this even before the guild's founding after hearing about some of my adventures over the year. She wanted to build a guild that is a family for those who truly desire one. Every member within the guild is one who has a past which haunts them but within the guild, they will never be alone." said Zane.
He clenched his fist as he said,"Mavis told me that there will be times where all hopes is lost and not have any strength to stand. However with the strength of your family, we'll keep moving forward. We will keep on fighting through the hard times and face everything that fate throws at with a smile. She told me that she got the idea for the entire guild after hearing about a single story of mine.". "Zane. I may not know you like the first, the second, and the other founders do but I know this." said Makarov.
The older male looked at Zane with the Cross Species being reminded of a grandfather which was rather fitting. "I worry for you like I do with all of my children. Do not forget about us when you're in trouble with the Order. Being a hero isn't a bad thing but always putting yourself in danger and not asking for help is a bad thing. That isn't how a family does things got it?!" said Makarov. "Oh wow. I've heard this speech in several different forms and they all involve you partner." said Astaroth.
Zane sighed as he said,"Of course I do. I learned that lesson a long time ago. Don't worry Makky. You'll lose more of your hair and shrink more than you already did. In terms of your appearance, it's confusing how you're Rita and Yuri's kid. I mean I can see it but those two. They were great people and it was sad to see both of them go the way they did. However on the other hand, your magic power is like another story.".
Makarov nodded as he said,"So since we got the more serious stuff out of the way, mind answer two questions of mine?". "Sure thing. As long as these questions about my three sizes. We're not at that point in our relationship yet. Maybe one day but not right now." said Zane with him winking and this caused Makarov sighed. "Not that Zane. Do you mind telling me how you meet the four founders of Fairy Tail?" said Makarov.
The Cross Species looked at him as he said,"But it will be the cliff notes version.". "Yeah. We may not even do that story just yet." said Havoc. "I'm sure that we've been affected by Cartoon Form's fourth wall breaking ability in some regards but do you think it'll be able to survive us break it so many times by now." said Havoc. "We'll be fine. Don't worry so much. Just relax." said Astaroth. "Sure thing Makky. I met Mavis all those years on in X679." said Zane.
He sighed as he said,"I had just landing on Tenrou Island and it had just gotten attacked by the Blue Skull, leaving only a single survivor. The first master Mavis Vermillion. She became a good friend of mine even though she had trouble trusting me at first. I mean I did appear from out of nowhere and take care of the fire that burned her village with no problem. She presumed me to be a Blue Skull Wizard but after telling her that I wasn't going to hurt her, she slowly began to trust me and open up to me.".
Zane smiled as he said,"This was after crying on me for what seems like hours. I knew that I should have told my friends about where I was but well, I didn't want to overwhelm her with all of the new faces that appeared from out of nowhere like I just did and I was in no way leaving her side.". "So what happened next?" said Makarov. He may have grown older but he always looked back fondly on Zane's stories about his countless adventures.
The Cross Species nodded as he said,"Oh. I spent seven years with her and saw her as my cute little sister. I often told her about my adventures and what the word family truly means. She absolutely loves those stories of mine like you do. We used to play hide and seek a lot which I always won.". "I bet you did with your eyes closed. Uncle Wolfram says you used to do that whenever you played with him back in the day when he was a puppy. He also claimed that you cheated." said Havoc.
Zane smirked as he said,"I won't say that I did since well, I like to keep something a secret.". "So how did you meet the other three founders?" said Makarov. "Precht never told you how we met. I'm hurt but well, that man along with your dad Yuri and the giving tree were a strange trio. They were treasure hunters looking for treasures on Ternou Island in the year X686. Me and your old man didn't get along at first since well, I couldn't let Mavis get hurt." said Zane.
Makarov nodded as he didn't know his dad well but from what Precht and Warrod told him, this was something Yuri would do. "However, Mavis easily defeated your father using her brain due your dad not being the smartest. After a life changing adventure, the group decided to stay together and founded Fairy Tail." said Zane. "So why aren't you a member Zane? I mean I've never seen the guild mark on you like I did with the others." said Matrix.
Zane sighed as he said,"It's a bit more complicated than you may think Matrix. I decided to not join back then since well, I was planning on leaving Earthland for a while. My other friends were getting worried about me and after promising to come by once in a while, I left Earthland. Mavis or Yuri didn't want me to leave with Precht of all beings convincing them that Zane will never truly leave them due to the bond that we share.".
The Cross Species smiled as he said,"It was the pragmatist Precht who told them that much to their shock. I eventually came back to see Mavis becoming the Fairy Tactician and Yuri's marriage to little Makky here.". As he was talking to the AI, Zane was giving Makarov a noogie. "Quit it! What if one of the brats see us? They'll probably get themselves killed trying to fight you." said Makarov. "Okay fine but I'm hurt that you never told them about me Makky." said Zane.
Zane looked away as he said,"I know that both Precht and Warrod leave the guild for two very different paths. I heard about the human tree Warrod and his title. Good for him. He also got married and had a kid who eventually had Tyrell. Precht is another story since I doubt he would get married any time soon but I could be wrong.". "What do you mean by that?" said Makarov. "I'm not sure yet but well, I'll figure it out. So why am I not known among the fairies?" said Zane.
Makarov looked away as Zane said,"The council knows about me but that's because of us working together for many years.". "Yes. You're known among the guild but as a rumor. The records do mention there to be a rumored fifth founder of Fairy Tail and how he's the older brother figure of the first master but you didn't exactly leave a lasting impact." said Makarov. "Huh? That's impossible since Zane is someone who makes an impression wherever he goes." said Astaroth.
Zane agreed as he said,"That makes sense. So how is your brat doing? Ivan right? Didn't see him around the guildhall, Lynn, or his and Lynn's kid yet. I don't remember the gender on the last one.". "Ivan was kicked out due to him hurting Fairy Tail and he has formed his own dark guild in order to take revenge on us I presume. Don't worry. I've been keeping a close eye on that greedy and arrogant brat for a while now. Lynn is somewhere downstairs and my grandchild is out on a job." said Makarov.
Havoc looked at Zane as he said,"So did you noticed how not even he mentioned the child's gender Zane. Very suspicious.". "I'll figure it out. So what's his second question?" said Matrix. "So now onto my second question. Why did you leave the Magic Council? You were the leader of the relatively obscure council's black ops unit aka the Zeroth Custody Enforcement Unit. You were willing served the council and Fiore from the shadows for many years." said Makarov.
Makarov looked at Zane with him saying,"You were perfectly willing to execute anyone whom the council deem to be a problem. You did all of this by turning invisible, move through the area without making a sound, phase through most physical objects, and his immense versatility when it comes to combat.". "Yeah. To make a long story short, one of the frogs found me in bed with one of the council members." said Zane.
The elderly man looked at Zane with a perverted look as he said,"Go on Zane. Tell me who it was?". "I guess he's a pervert just like Astaroth." said Matrix. "Hey! I'm proud of who I am. Not going to deny that." said Astaroth. "Take a wild guess. The two of us were naked or something along those lines. The blue haired prick wanted me gone for a while now so this was the perfect chance. Oh and the council member was female. It was also not the first time she snuck into my room." said Zane.
Makarov looked at Zane with him saying,"Zane. Please tell me that you aren't planning on trying to get with any of my children.". He was well aware of his godfather's ability to attract both men and women of all ages thanks to Precht and Warrod. "Maybe but don't get wrong here Makarov. I'm not the type of guy to just sleep around with any cute girl or handsome boy over the age of sixteen. Precht may have told you that I would have because he's jealous of my luck of the ladies." said Zane.
The man nodded his head as he was well aware of sixteen being Fiore's age of consent for relations and was thankful that Zane wasn't like that. "My mom didn't raise me to be like that. She taught me to find beings who I'm willing to spend my life, give everything I had to be with them, and just good. So don't worry about that. If one of your children just so happen to fall for me, I promise to treat her like a princess or queen. Whichever title she likes more." said Zane.
Makarov looked at Zane as he said,"Okay. I trust you since even though second master was worried about you screwing over half of Fiore's young women, first master wasn't since you weren't like those guys. Despite your jokey nature and playboy nature, Zaney is a good person. That's what first master called you by the way.". "That does sound like her. We should probably get back downstairs. Don't want them to take Frosch from me." said Zane.
The man looked at Zane as he said,"So be honest, how was she? The council woman.". "Like I tell my friends back in the day, a gentleman never kisses and tells. I mean you could try getting with her but well, both of the council women are hard to please." said Zane. "I see. Do you mind answering some more questions?" said Makarov. "Sure." said Zane. Meanwhile in the guild hall, the guild was still reacting to Frosch not being a boy but a cat like Happy except cuter somehow.
Do note this is a reference and will be repeated once again maybe. I can't predict the future. Frosch smiled as Grace ,missing the top half of her clothing and had a lollipop in her mouth, looked right at Frosch. "So let me see if I got this right. You're Frosch right?" said Grace. "Yep! I think so too!" said Frosch. "So you can turn into a human right?" said Grace. "Yep. Zane taught me how to kick some serious butt." said Frosch with him performing martial moves.
This caused some of the females to squeal in glee. "Okay then." said Grace as she picked up Frosch up to eye level. "You're such a cutie Frosch!" squealed Grace as she hugged Frosch. "Aww! You are too miss!" said Frosch as he smiled as Grace began cuddling Frosch. "Just seeing you makes me happy and you're automatically better than the furball we have now. Please tell me you're joining our guild." said Grace. "Me and Zane are joining!" said Frosch. "Sweet." said Grace, hugging Frosch tighter.
Levy sighed as she said,"I know that Frosch is adorable but have some self respect.". "I'm sorry but I can't help myself Levy. He's bringing joy to my cold heart." said Grace pinching Frosch's cheeks and she giggled at this action. "So cute." thought Tyrell. "Seeing you acting like this Grace requires me to drink." said Cana. "What doesn't you require to drink?" said Warren. "Good question. I honestly don't know to be honest with you." said Cana.
Back in the office, Makarov looked at Zane. "So Yaji was right. You did have to fight against the ninth seat of the Council and Iron Rock Jura by yourself during your time with the council." said Makarov. "I sure did Makky and well, it was an okay fight." said Zane. "So I'm guessing that you gave the ninth seat the nickname blue haired prick. His real name is Siegrain and despite him being the same age as one of my children, he isn't weak. So why did you fight them?" said Makarov.
He looked at Zane with the Cross Species sighing. "Do you remember how that frog found me with the council woman? As "punishment" for sleeping with my superior, I was forced to fight both of them. The council member who came up with this was Gandalf and he wanted me to fight that flashy prick but Bell, Drippy, and Yaji wanted me to fight against Rocky instead since he recently became a wizard saint unlike flashy." said Zane.
Makarov looked at Zane with him saying,"So did you win?". "Makky. Do you really think that I would lose two children in a fight? I mean I had to make Gandalf look bad so I decided to put in a bit more effort than I normally would. From what I remember, Rocky was strong but lacked speed. That's normal for terrakinetics but well, I expect he's improved since then. The prick on the other hand had a good balance of power and speed but well, I'm better." said Zane.
The guild master looked at Zane with him nodding his head. "However, I did noticed something off about the prick. In the fight, it felt like he was only half there and was a Thought Projection. This did bother me but well, I didn't care that much about solving this problem. I wanted to get some ramen instead. So since you know how strong I really am, do you think you should give me the title of your guild's ace or what?" said Zane with Makarov looking thoughtful.
He looked at Zane with him saying,"Like you said, I'm well aware of your true strength but the others except your cat don't. They may not take it lightly so perhaps a test is in order. May I ask why you would want that title? You stayed in the shadows for so long and becoming the guild's ace or an S-Class Wizard will only draw attention to yourself.". "I can accept that but well, I decided to join my little sister's dream come true and I have a plan. Don't worry okay?" said Zane.
Makarov accepted this as he said,"Okay then. I'll trust you. Given that our current ace is out, perhaps you can fight against some of our S-Class wizards. I think Titania would be a good start since I doubt you would want to fight Levy. The other four wizards may want to fight you as well if your fight with Titania goes the way I expected it too.". "You got it. We should go back to the others." said Makarov as Zane nodded.
The two eventually reached the main hall with Zane seeing Frosch in Grace's arms. "That stripper better not be taking my Frosch from me!" said Zane with clenched fists and his eyes were glowing. Makarov sensed this and stepped away from him. "Hey partner. I'm pretty sure that I don't have to tell you this but EVERYONE loves Frosch." said Astaroth. Zane calmed down as he and Makarov returned to the others. "Give me back Frosch." said Zane.
Grace looked at Zane with her saying,"Calm down man. You don't need to get so upset.". She let go of Frosch. "I think so too! We're family and never going to leave your side! We're a team!" said Frosch as he hugged Zane much to Grace's glee. She's a fangirl of Frosch. "I know that Frosch trust me I do but how many times have I told you not to get into a stranger's arms?" said Zane as he held Frosch in his arms. "I'm sorry." said Frosch.
Zane nodded as he said,"It's fine little buddy. You've been a good judge of character like me so are you a member yet princess?". He was looking at Lucy. The guild had officially calmed down after Makarov said that Zane wasn't an enemy but a member of the guild which got everyone's approval. "Not yet. I think everyone was still retracting to Frosch being a cat like Happy except less noisy and more adorable plus your actions earlier." said Lucy.
The Cross Species nodded as he said,"Yeah. Frosch tends to draw attention to himself just like me.". "I think so too!" said Frosch. "So are you three ready to become members of our Fairy Tail family?" said Lisanna with her holding a magic stamp with her left hand. "Yes please!" said Lucy with her beaming with joy. She was happily dance in place and swirling around the room. Out of everyone that Zane has ever met in his life, she would be one of the most dramatic hands down.
This included Ivan or Liv/Olivia who have literally cried at the drop of a hat. She was also the loudest but it wasn't on Hannah or the howler monkey's level being that she probably couldn't break glass with her voice right? We may find this out. The induction ceremony to join Fairy Tail was much less difficult compared to what Lucy thought since all you had to do was ask. "So you want it here Lucy? You can change it at any time." said Lisanna with her holding the stamp over the back of Lucy's right hand.
Zane looked at the nearby Levy who was reading. "Has that ever happened ever before Levy?" said Zane. "Yeah. Grace had hers on her right breast when she was a kid but changed it to her ankle." said Levy. "Good to know." said Zane. "Yes please!" said Lucy as a grin was plastered on her face. "And for the love of the gods, do you have to be so loud princess? So gods damn annoying." said Zane with him glaring right at her. Frosch ,who was still in Zane's arms, tried to comfort Zane.
Blissfully ignoring Zane's anguish, Lisanna said," So what color would you three like? We have so many colors to choose from.". "And you can do two or more colors. It's just not very common." said Levy. Lucy looked around the guild for some inspiration with her eyes located Natsu who sitting nearby and eating a plate of ramen that was on fire. Happy was nearby him with him nibbling on a fish that Lisanna gave him earlier. "I'll go with pink." said Lucy with a huge smile. "Pink?" said Lisanna.
She had noticed the busty blond looking at Natsu with a small smile. "Okay then." said Lisanna as she stamped the symbol on Lucy's right hand, making her a member of Fairy Tail. "I guess joining the most popular guild isn't that too hard after all Lucy." said Zane. Lucy couldn't contain her excitement as she went over to Natsu with Levy looking at Lisanna. "I'll handle Frosch and Zane's initiation if you want to make sure Natsu doesn't bolt on you. He drank one of Lynn's potions." said Levy.
Lisanna nodded as she said,"Sure.". She handed the magic stamp over to Levy and walked over to where Natsu was. As this was going on, Lucy arrived where Happy and Natsu were. "Natsu look! I'm finally a member of Fairy Tail!" said Lucy. "That's real great Luigi." said Natsu in a bored tone as he kept eating his ramen and was treating her excitement as nothing special. "Yeah. Way to go Loony." said Happy. "It's Lucy you two!" said Lucy.
Within seconds, Lisanna punched both Happy and Natsu on the head with the two glaring at her. "What was that for Lis?" said Natsu. "I'm still recovering from Levy's attack on us. She's so mean." said Happy. "If you two didn't forget about her to begin with, that wouldn't have happened." thought Lucy as she shook her head. "For being rude to our new member and secondly, I heard from Levy that you drank one of Lynn's potions." said Lisanna.
Happy nodded as he said,"Not by choice mind you. I had to shove it down his throat in order for him to leave the train.". "So you two know what means right?" said Lisanna. "We have to go get a new one from her? I think I should take a job then." said Natsu. "Aye. Her potions cost a lot of Jewels and she doesn't offer any discount." said Happy. "You do know that since you're a member, you get it for free right?" said Lisanna. "Since when Lis?!" said the two looking at her.
The white hair girl looked at them as she said,"Forever. You're members of the guild.". Hearing this caused the two to be shocked. "So is this normal for them?" said Lucy. As the two were sulking for a bit, Lisanna looked at the new girl. "Yeah it is but it isn't something I'm against at all." said Lisanna. "So is Erza in town Lis?" said Natsu. "Nope. She went on a job just after you and Happy left to meet up with Levy. She wanted to kill some time as she puts it." said Lisanna. "Ah." said Happy and Natsu.
As this was going on, Levy looked at Frosch and Zane with the feline currently sitting on Zane's head at the moment. "And what about the two of you?" said Levy. "Let me see." said Zane as he began taking off his coat and shirt, exposing his well-toned body thanks to several centuries of training. Levy along with most of the female Fairies ,except those who had crushes on another, signature others, and those who swung for the other team, stared at him like he was a piece of meat.
The only think on their mind is this. "Oh wow. He's ripped." thought Levy and the rest of them. The Wordstar had a full-on blush on her face with its color rivaling the shade of Titania's infamous hair and required her to look away for a moment before she died of blood loss like Tyrell almost did when they were kids. Yeah. The female version of Grace's stripping is stronger than the males version. I mean imagine someone like Ur stripping all of the time if she had joined the guild.
Yeah. There would be a lot of spilled blood. Some females had blood spilling from their noses after seeing Zane shirtless and a couple were licking their lips at the sight. After taking a deep breath to calm herself, Levy's eyes started from his face to his stomach. She easily noticed all of the scars ,mainly the prosthetics and the most recent set of scars with it being three scars across his stomach from a beast of some kind, and wondered how he got them.
It was an impressive sight as she bit the left part of her lower lip. She had a bit of drool starting to drip out from the side of her mouth. If it isn't obvious by now, Levy really likes Zane's body. This will happen once again. Zane smirked as he saw this going on and came up with something to tease her just a bit. "Levy my dear. I'm very well aware of hot and sexy I am but here's a news flash. If you take a picture, it'll last just a bit longer." said Zane with a charming smirk.
The guild ,mainly some of the females gawking at him, looked away embarrassed at what they have just done. Some of the females didn't. Like I will say to my last breath, females are perverts too. They're just more subtle about it compared to males. Levy's blush exploded and looked away from a really appealing image. "Please put on a shirt Zane! You can't just strip in front of a girl!" cried Levy in noticeable embarrassment.
She was trying her best not to look at his muscles but failing. "Sigh. I guess you're okay with female stripping but not males. I'm not sure if that is double standards or not but whatever. I totally get you Levy." said Zane as he put back on his shirt much to the disappointment of the girls who didn't try to hide what they were doing. As this was going, Levy was having a mental breakdown about what was going on with her.
As she was wiping any evidence of her drool away, Levy thought,"What the hell is going on with me?! I can't believe I was looking at Zane like that! I was molesting him with my eyes! I was acting like those guys staring at Erza and Mira before both of them break their eyes!". If possible, she was tempting on running back to her room at Fairy Hills and dive under her blanket to hide her shame. Ever since she met Zane, she was making a fool of herself and was wondering why.
She had never once acted like this in front of a guy ever before and she was really good friends with not one but two of Fiore's most eligible wizard bachelors. Why was Zane making her do this? I wonder why. "Okay Levy. I'm wearing a shirt now. You can look at me now." said Zane. "Thanks." said Levy with her feeling conflicted. She was wondering why she was disappointed on how she couldn't see Zane's body any more.
Cana saw all of this go on and like Zane, she had an idea on how she could tease Levy about her growing feelings. "So why did you strip for us rookie? Not that Levy is complaining or anything as you can plainly seen. I mean she's really likes how much you work out. She's not alone with that by the way ain't that right ladies?" said Cana as she was sipping some booze. Unlike a certain bookworm, she wasn't at all shy and had no issue saying what she liked about the new guy.
Knowing what Cana was doing, Levy punched the brunette as Zane shrugged. "Simple. We had Grace strip earlier which was fanservice so to balance things out, I stripped so we have manservice." said Zane. "Manservice? What the hell is he talking about?" thought Cana and Levy. "That makes no sense whatsoever." said Havoc. "But for Zane it does." said Astaroth. "He's right." said Matrix. "Yeah. I really wish that it didn't." said Havoc.
Zane ignored their conversion as he said,"Hey Matrix. Mind allowing the Fairy Tail mark to go onto the combat form of the Z.E.R.O. Watch as well? Havoc. I'll need you to put it on under it using your powers since I'm not sure that the stamp will work on me. Magic and my body works in different ways than a sorcerer and magic when it comes to their body. Do this once Levy puts on the stamp." "You got it. I'll be stitching your symbol onto your clothing later. We'll discuss that later through." said Havoc.
Matrix sighed as she said,"I may not be the biggest fan of having that mark on me but it's better than nothing I guess.". "What about his forms? I think it will be a bothersome situation if it don't show up." said Astaroth. "Don't worry about that. I'm already prepared for that and Zane better be prepared for a lecture from Daddy about this." said Matrix. "Yeah. Lucky me." said Zane. "So where would you like your guild mark you two and what color?" said Levy.
Zane held out his left arm as he said,"I'll take it on my left bicep and make mine a platinum color. Can you make the outline a carmine red color?". "That's fine. What about you Frosch?" said Levy. "I'll take mine on my chest and make mine the same color. Just without the outline though." said Frosch as he took off his frog costume. "Wow! He's actually a cat!" said Droy. "Did you seriously think that he was a frog or what?" said Max. "A bit yeah. I mean I'm still doubting that he's a boy." said Droy.
Jet and Laki looked at their teammate with them saying,"Same.". Levy placed the stamp just on his left bicep and it was right below his elbow. She was also blushing a bit due to how warm and strong his arm was since she had to hold in order to place the stamp on him. When it was removed, the Fairy Tail guild mark was there. It was also present on the Z.E.R.O. Watch on its combat form. Levy did the same thing with Frosch as he put back on his costume. "Sorry for staring." said Levy with Zane patting her head.
Looking up at him, Zane smiled. "No prob. Just ask next time okay? I'll give you a show for free if you want." said Zane. This only made Levy's blush getting bigger. Cana ,who sat nearby, smirked at the sight of seeing the new guy getting Lucy to blush like that. To think that Levy would feel so many things from this person. Maybe the books were right. Love at first sight is possible. "I'll make sure to make the guild proud." said Zane. "She would be angry if you didn't." said Makarov.
The guild master sat nearby the trio with him saying,"So Zane. Do you mind telling me how to go invisible?". "Master." said Levy in a warning tone and had a good death stare on her. "I'm not going to lie. That's really hot." said Astaroth with Havoc shaking his head."What? It's a very interesting ability!" said Makarov. "It is Master but I'm sure that you and every other pervert in our guild would use this to try to sneak into the girls' bath." said Levy.
With an all too familiar red aura around Levy, she said,"If I find out that you taught him or anyone else this Zane, you'll regret it.". "Will do Levy. Don't worry. I won't be teaching them how to go invisible but if they learn how to do it from say a how to guide, don't blame me. Blame the guy who wrote the book not me." said Zane. "I will." said Levy. "Okay then. So I got to ask since I'm a member. You're a model right?" said Zane.
Levy narrowed her eyes at him as she said,"No I'm not. Who told you that?". "No one really. I just presumed so since well, you're so gorgeous. I mean if anyone say that you're not, they should really give up their man card. Right Frosch?" said Zane. "I think so too! She's also really strong!" said Frosch with a smile. There was a lethal silence filling the air as everyone around Frosch and Zane slowly backed away from them.
The Cross Species shrugged as he said,"What? Am I about to get pounded into the dirt for something I said because trust me, it isn't the first time someone has tried to do that to me.". "It all depends. Did you actually mean all of that? And I do mean all of the flirting you've done with me since we met." said Levy in a quiet tone. "Yep. I mean I usually don't hold back when it comes to speaking my mind and flirting especially with cute girls. As a wise man once said, it's a very deadly combo." said Zane.
Levy laughed slightly as she smiled at him, making his Essence beat just a bit. "I guess you're different from the others after a while. If you're still in town, I have a job with you and Frosch. It'll be worth your while." said Levy. "Take her up on it Zane! If you don't, I won't be happy!" said Astaroth. Before Zane could answer him, the door opened up. "Let me and my babies go right now Freed!" said a teen's voice. "Sorry Romeo but that isn't happening until you calm down." said a familiar voice.
