A/N: This episode went through a massive redesign being that it was going to be Zane going on not one by five dates. I did mention this before Zane does have some serious plans for Valentine Day even through in real life, it's August. I'm missing the mark on the holiday episode but to be fair, I did this before with Christmas and New Years. Even if we go back farther, I did a Halloween episode in April. This isn't new for me and probably won't be stopping anytime soon.
The episode was going to be like Apu's plans for Manjura in the classic Simpsons episode I'm with Cupid except it's done within two to three days rather than a whole week of love. This changed for a multitude reasons being the main one is that I just wanted to show off the main conflict Zane is up against. It's the three way or would it be four way fight for control of Cypress Park. I say either three or four for reasons which you'll find out now.
The people who are fighting in this conflict are Andrew Collins aka Gold Commander, George Richard aka Mastermind, Reactor, and Zane Alvarez aka Legion Zero. One of these combatants are not like the other being that we don't know Reactor's real name. Reactor is his super villain name but what is his real name? We'll find out in this episode. We may know his last name since Connie ,aka Storm, is her father.
She could be adopted or perhaps, Reactor's last name is Dawson. Anyway, Zane is the odd one out in this conflict. Do note that Zane isn't taking over Cypress Park like the other three men in this conflict being that he's protecting Cypress Park from the three. That's why I say it's either three or four since four people are fighting with their allies. Andrew has his criminal syndicate/super villain team also known as the Outcast Syndicate and George Richard has the Battalion.
Zane's allies are pretty obvious so who are Reactor's allies? We have Connie and her group but will they have more allies? We'll just have to wait and see. Let's talk about Zane for a bit since I can and will. Zane is a father of three kids, a brother, a son, a boyfriend, a friend, a hero, and a business owner so he doesn't have a lot of free time to begin with. Zenith Industries has other scientists working there being that we've meet a couple of them already and heard about one of them.
He's been called eccentric by Lucifer and was about to burn something using water. Do note that I'm not a scientist but to me, that sounds highly improbable. It's like burning cereal but when there is a will, there is a way. My point here is that Zane will be trying his best to make sure that Valentine Day is going to be a success despite the looming threat of Andrew, George, and Reactor fighting for the control of Cypress Park.
Like I've mentioned before, Zane has a tendency to overwhelm himself being that's one of his weakness so lets see what happens to him. Before we begin our story, I have two things to talk about. One of them is about Apu and the other one is Phase 4 of the MCU. It won't contain any spoilers hopefully. These are just my initially thoughts about it before we see more information about it and my opinion will change on this matter. Lets begin with Apu and his possible leaving of the Simpsons.
I knew about this totally outrageous controversy thanks to a video by Hotdiggedydemon. I'll be putting a link to the video ,The Apu that I know, and despite the parts that are definitely not safe for work, it's a great video and shows a massive problem in our society right now. We're too PC and can't take a joke anymore if it involve race or sex. I mean comics have this problem being that just look for it online and I mean it.
I love comics but honestly, I'm not update to on most of it. Most things really don't catch my idea and also it's too political now. I'm not the biggest thing of politics because over time, I just stop caring about anything to do with politics. I'm not the biggest fun of Donald Trump and not because of what he is doing as a president but of all of the jokes about him. I think I hear a Donald Trump joke almost every day and honestly, the joke has ran it course. He's not great we get it.
I don't see him getting re-elected if the next Democratic candidate is better than him which may or may not be too hard to be possible. I'll also say that most comics now a today are tying to be too political correct by having characters who fit a certain group rather than being a character who can stand on their own as one. Diversity can work really well I fully believe this. However, you shouldn't just try to make a character appeal to minorities while insulting the target demographic of your media.
I'm not a fan of most if not all of the "new" and diverse set of Heroes from Marvel mainly because of lack of interest and others. I just don't care about them. I did go on a rant about making Iceman gary due to it being just something to be progressive. Why him? You could have made Angel or Beast gay with the latter being the most interesting to me. I would argue that Beast is the most famous member of the original five X-Men.
He's been on more teams that just the X-Men or other mutant related teams. I could be wrong about that but Beast has always been the X-Men to leave the group and help out other heroes. The mutants tend to focus in their own affairs most of the time. If something or someone from modern comics, I'll talk about it in great detail. Back to Apu because I tend to lose focus really it. Apu has been seen as a racist caricature before this controversy.
I'm not mincing words on that but here's the thing that may shock you. Most characters of the Simpsons are caricatures of stereotypes. I mean have you seen Luigi Risotto, a very clear stereotype for Italians or the Rich Texan aka a very clear stereotype for Republicans and fat cats. Could be wrong about that but that's what I see when I see this character. Also did you know that the Rich Texan's name is Richard "Rich" Texan according to the Simpsons Wiki.
I'm a Simpsons fan but honestly, I didn't know that and I find it fascinating to say the least. They're clearly racist caricatures but no one seems to care about them as much as Apu. Is it because they are white? Or is yellow? I don't hate Hari Kondabolu ,hopefully spelled that name right and if I did, I don't meant to offend, at all so I just wanted to say this before I get started with this rant. It's a safety net if you will.
I can see how people in the Indian American and also the South Asian diaspora ,here is the definition of that word if you don't know what I mean, community could be affected by Apu. To switch topics for a bit, you should check out Milo Murphy's Law. If you like Phineas and Ferb, you'll like Milo Murphy. Anyway. I honestly think that Apu should stay on the show and be voiced by Hank Azaria for a very simple reason. Apu is a FICTIONAL cartoon character.
He isn't real. Cartoons aren't real and mean to be silly. I mean do we take the antics of Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck as serious stories? Tom and Jerry? The animated version of Romeo and Juliet where they're gnomes? No. We don't. There are serious cartoons out there but most of the time, people see cartoons as a medium not to be taken as a serious form of media. That's just my perspective on the matter. That's a different problem and topic for a different time mind you.
I don't think Kondabolu's film is a bad thing or should be ignored. It should be a thing that we need to talk about. People bully other people because of them sharing the same name as a cartoon or being the same race as a cartoon. That's stereotyping and honestly, it's kinda sad. If they get rid of Apu because of political correctness or some SJW crap, I'll be just disappointed with how political correctness can change the things we love for the worse.
I'm sure that I'm not alone to say this. The Simpsons have been a part of our life and shouldn't be judged for being insensitive since the show was created in the 1980 not today. I actually stopped watching South Park because of PC principal. He's easily a great representation of that culture which I hate more than anything. I mentioned this before in my opinion on Iceman being gay. It could have worked but they're trying to make things diverse and talked about.
It isn't about making lasting stories. Characters shouldn't be judged by what their race or sex is but their actions. I think I should end this before I offend someone while is really easy to do now a days. I mean am I right Marvel fans? Female Thor is coming to the MCU and this will bring the way of SJW MCU according to comicsgate. Be prepared. I honestly don't mean that since honestly, I can see Female Thor working if done the right way.
I recently watch Comicstorian's video on Jane Foster being Thor and it was pretty good. I like where she hit Odin in the face with the hammer. It's the simple things for me. I think a huge problem that MCU Jane Foster will face is how she'll get a hammer in the first place. I'm sure that you can't really buy Asguardian weapons on Marvel's version of Amazon. I mean it could be that in the comics but I like to think that the government wouldn't allow it but can't stop it.
In the context of the MCU, I think it's the Dwarves who created Mijolnir or as Darcy Lewis calls it Mew-Mew/Myeu-Muh. I honestly love that joke because it just makes me laugh whenever I hear it and totally what I call it. My opinion on Female Thor ,in the MCU, needs only one thing to make it work for me. Give her a character and personality outside of the hammer since Jane didn't really have that in my opinion. Do that and you got a good character in my eyes.
My other thoughts on the MCU's Phase Four can be summed up into a couple of words. Meh, looks interesting but not my cup of tea and I may check it out since I'm a MCU fanboy. I do like a lot of elements of it being that Black Widow finally getting her own movie. It makes total sense to me and I honestly think it should have happen in Phase Three. I think Black Widow should have been the first female lead Marvel movie.
I really hate how a character who had a brief cameo at the end of Infinity War got a movie before the female who has been in the MCU since Iron Man 2. I don't like Captain Marvel for a number of reasons being that one of them is the fact that her movie is before Black Widow. People say that you should watch the movie to enjoy Endgame but spoiler alert to Captain Marvel, it's post credit scenes is the only thing connected to Endgame.
I saw Endgame and I can say this. You don't need to watch Captain Marvel to enjoy Endgame so if you want to skip it, you can. If we had Captain Marvel after Endgame, we could see if people would want a movie about the "strongest" hero in the MCU. I honestly hate that statement since I read comics and also I watched Death Battle. Hulk and Thor have done feats over the years that pretty much outshines Captain Marvel in several ways.
Is it because Captain Marvel is a woman? I really hope that isn't the reason since Endgame proved that theory dead wrong. Not saying anything about that movie but man, I enjoyed a certain moment in the movie. You may have noticed that I wrote that I watched Death Battle. Ever since that death battle which shall remain nameless, I just stopped watching it. I have no idea why I'm ignoring the series. Is it because I'm still salty about that death battle? I honestly think that's it and I shouldn't do this.
My point is that Captain Marvel shouldn't be the new star of the MCU because to those who knows about the comics alongside the landscape of diversity and political correct correctness, she's currently bringing trouble in her wake. I do like how Blade coming back is something I didn't see coming. He has been popular lately since he's an Avenger in the comics I think but making a movie about him is something to get people talking. Lets's talk about Doctor Strange's second movie.
I just really like that title and also the title design of the next Thor movie. I know that people are up in arms about Jane Foster being Thor but that title gives me some major He-Man/Thundercats vibes. I also like the idea of the What Ifs Disney Plus show because I love me a good what if or alternative universe story. Loki's show title isn't exactly the best though because it's written in four different types of fonts and hopefully gets a re design. I mean just pick a font and stick with it!
Sorry. I like things to be one font so I know what's going on. I think the Loki show will be good and maybe that can be a good way to show how Jane Foster becomes Thor in a way for people to get invested in the character in a natural way. Jane Foster ,at least in the MCU, has a long way to go before becoming a fan favorite character and trying to be the new Thor after Chris Hemsworth's performance. You have big shoes to fill.
That can be said for Phase 4 of the MCU as a whole in my opinion. I should explain how Zane's vambraces, Legionnaire Gauntlets, and Hyperion Mail. They are all connected and anything Zane can do with the vambraces, he can do it with either the Hyperion Mail or Legionnaire Gauntlets. I'm making this point. Anyway, enjoy a longer than normal episode and a whole lot of kissing since it's Valentine Day/Single Awareness Day.
I usually don't do this but why now. In the next couple of Author Notes, we'll be talking about Steven Universe since I binged the show in preparation for the movie, SJWs wants Spiderman to be gay, and why making a character gay just because can be a bad thing. Yeah. I'm not going to give you any context on any of that whatsoever. I have a lot to talk about being that it'll be an interesting Author Note. It won't be too long I hope because Fairy Legion's posts are usually longer because of my rants.
Zane P.O.V.
Fate is very confusing force within the Omniverse. I honestly thought that Valentine Day was going to a day off for me. Spend time with some of the women who loves me faults and fall but nope, there just had to be a war between three men ,more like children if you ask me, for control of Cypress Park through violence. Since I'm Cypress Park's protector and I'm sworn to protect it from anything that could hurt the people of the city, I'm caught in the middle of it.
I really just wanted the night off but I can't just ignore my other life as Legion Zero, protector of the innocent so easily. Being a hero requires me to make sacrifices and sometimes, I really want to ignore the cry for help to just spend time as Zane but I can't. I don't want anyone to go what I went through by losing people that were close to me. Sure. I got them back but most people never do and have to move on for better or worse. Anyway, lets begin a story of love and loss mainly the latter in my case.
Narrator P.O.V.
The sun was shining down on Cypress Park as its inhabitants went about their daily lives. Today was slightly different given that it was Valentine Day. Love with in the air with couples ,both young and old, celebrate and the people who were single were bonding with each other or not so subtlety glaring at the couples, wishing death upon them. Inside of Admiration Blossoms, there was a robbery which was to be expected this time of year. Admiration Blossoms is a very popular florist.
It usually has business all year around. However, Valentine Day is when the store get a lot of money from customers who are looking for flowers for their special someone. Zane ,as Legion Zero while in Mirror Form, stood inside as he looked at the two thugs who tried to rob this place at the same. This would have worked if they were working for the same boss and also not having a superhero in the general area.
Zane loudly sighed as he said,"Seriously. This is our fifth time I've stopped a crime like this and I really wish I was kidding but nope. I've stopped criminals from robbing florists not once but five times now in today alone.". He looked at the thugs, who were both trapped inside of a mirror construct of a giant Venus flying trap. Both men were glaring at each other as Zane crossed his arms and looked rather annoyed.
The mirror being looked at them as he said,"Look I know that this crime war is intense but really you guys. Couples really need this place and the florists to make sure that they don't get in trouble with their significant other, ending up in the doghouse which is usually pretty cramped but that depends on the type of dog the other has.". "Which is where you'll be for a long time if you mess up tonight Zane." said Cole.
He was hit by Azalea who said,"Don't worry Zane. I'm sure you'll be a good boyfriend for them tonight. Don't forget. Tonight is important to them as well.". "I still don't get why you can't see them until tonight at the restaurant. I mean it isn't bad luck to see your significant other before your date tonight. Is that a human superstition?" said Lucifer. "Nope. It's a new fad going on at Cypress High. It's stupid in my opinion but I don't want to invoke their fury." said Zane.
Lucifer nodded as he said,"Nice way of thinking. So I think those two are ready to reply to your comment. Took long enough.". "Shut up Zero. I don't care about this holiday at all." said the thug on the left. "Is it because you've never have a girlfriend or boyfriend before in your life? You have a total virgin vibe." said Zane, smirking. "No I'm not brat! This store is on the Commander's turf so I'm here to collect for him!" said the thug with a bright red face.
Zane rolled his eyes as he said,"Whatever ,am. You're still a kissing and handholding virgin aren't you pal?". The thug would have yelled at Zane but the other thug captured his attention. "He's dead wrong Zero! This place belonged to Reactor first and we're here to take it back for the true crime lord of Cypress Park not that bastard!" said the thug on the right. The two soon began arguing, ignoring the guy who captured them in the first place.
Twilight sighed loudly as she said,"Zane. Could you do me a favor? I know that I don't ask you a lot but would you?". Zane instantly nodded as the two arguing thugs were knocked out thanks to their prison sprouting two fists before going back into the prison. "Thank you." said Twilight. Zane then deactivated the form, staying in his costume. "I don't mind doing this for you Twilight since you're not like Cole who asks for a lot." said Zane.
Cole nodded as he said,"Hey! No I don't!". "Yes you do." said Athena, causing Cole to sulk. He heard the police heading to the shop as Zane said,"Have a nice day you two. I'm sure neither of you won't be lonely tonight if the cops decided to be nice.". "You know that they can't hear you right?" said Kane. "Yeah but it doesn't hurt to put a suggestion in their heads while they're out." said Zane. As the police arrived to the florist, Zane soon flew out of there, heading into the city.
This crime was number fifty in a similar pattern. Ever since Zane arrest four members of the powered up Tremendous, crime began to skyrocketed in Cypress Park. It was either small crimes like robbing a store in a turf which was either belonged to Andrew or Reactor at one point. There was sometimes a metahuman crime done by Mastermind's group but those were rather rare but whenever he did one, it involved technology.
Zane was pretty sure that George ,despite his Animus origins was using science for some strange reasons, was going to try building a weapon like he did during Christmas and New Years. The past couple of days for Zane were busy since he was either stopping crimes, trying to figure out George's master plan again, or running Zenith Industries. "Zane. I know that you're busy with everything going on but don't you need to make sure that the flowers are ready for tonight?" said Kane.
Cole said,"So why are you asking about that Kane? Is the fighter secretly a romantic?". He was soon hit by Kane who growled. "I think having a love for romance doesn't make you less of a warrior. After all, you care for Zane just like the rest of us and don't want any of his relationships to crash and burn." said Azalea. "Yeah. That. You've been growing specialized flowers for each of them in their personal garden inside of the tower." said Kane.
Kane stretched inside of Elysian as he said,"I know that you'll be going out with three of them since the rest are busy with other matters but I'm happy that you're going to be do something special for all of them after today.". "Zane is trying to be a good boyfriend to all of them but I have to ask you something. Why do you have a whole room of your tower dedicated to just gardening? It kinda makes no sense." said Sivarth.
Zane shrugged his shoulders as he said,"When I was redesigning the place, I decided to have one so I could have a fresh breakfast. It doesn't hurt to have a green thumb and to be prepared for anything that could happen. Since I'm immortal, I'm going to have a lot of hobbies and time on my hand so I decided to start now. You also didn't stop me for putting it in here when I was building this place so you don't have a right to complain.". "Fair." said Sivarth.
Zane stopped flying as he looked at a nearby flat screen. It plastered a giant heart shaped symbol with a arrow through it. Upon seeing the symbol, Zane felt something strange. This feeling was unknown to him but at the exact same time, very familiar. He had seen this symbol before since it's been used for Valentine Day for the past ten years. He's seen this symbol many times before but this time, it was very different.
Zane shook his head as he said,"Okay. That was weird. I mean I've seen the symbol before for some reason, I couldn't look away.". He soon looked to see that he wasn't in Cypress Park but somewhere completely different. He was slightly thankful that he wasn't in the barren wasteland of Savadran due to the lack of sand and Skull Plague's carnal. He floated down to the ground and noticing something interested about his surroundings.
The ground was currently covered in different sized craters and a couple of them had something inside of them. It was a strange glowing pool of liquid Impulse. He looked upwards being that the area's outer atmosphere being a toxic green color, he could see that he was in outer space. "Okay. If I remember my star charts right, I think I'm in the Gamma Anchor System. So do you think we could stop by Golax Prime MX Twilight?" said Zane.
He didn't get a response from the Vordlarin princess which was concerning since Twilight was quick to response to him. He wasn't in his Zenith costume but his normal casual outfit. "Okay. I'm all alone on a dead planet since beside myself, I can't sense any life." said Zane. He took a step forward and Crisis Judgement went off. Zane turned around to see an army heading toward him and he got ready to fight them. The army consisted of three different species.
Two of the three species had an equal amount of troops and there was a lone member of the final species with it being the strongest one of the bunch. Zane recognized the three species thanks to the Alliance database and Kane about the Omniverse War. These trio are the Atizagan, Kronsen, and Surrotan. All three worked with the Qlakrik during the war being that according to the Alliance database, they were wiped out during the Omniverse War by the Eazairvian.
Kane said that was wrong but they couldn't find any proof. The Omniverse War was several thousand years ago before the Omniverse began recording history and time so not much is known about the war except the destruction. Zane wasn't sure if he was back in time or they survived but he wasn't going to die. The Kronsen are giant ,about six to seven feet, and monstrous gorilla humanoids. They have muscular physiques with four arms and three black claws on each of its hands.
They have three eyes ,black sclera and blue pupils, with large black lips and a set of sharp crystal like teeth, which was protruding from their mouths. They have a pair of wings and four bactenophage like legs. According to Kane, they are known for their speed, strength, and fire power. They were quite destructive since they can breath powerful and huge fireballs. It can sprout powerful tendrils from its body that are powerful enough to cut the tops off mountains.
The Surrotan are giant ,easily six feet tall and wide, vultures like creatures. They are dark orange and blue with glowing purple eyes. They have two large normal wings with several tentacles hanging from the undersides. During the war, they were used as transport for the Qlakrik's side. Despite having no eyes, they are naturally blind and hunt their enemies by locking onto the Impulse in their bodies. It can use the tentacles as their limbs and fire blue energy blasts from its body
The Atizagan is a giant, emaciated humanoid being easily twenty feet tall. It's composed entirely of rough, crystal being a gold color. It has fairly long arms that ended in clawed, eight-fingered hands. It ribcage was clearly visible to Zane. It has two small, draconian heads with both heads being rather small compared to the rest of its body. Both heads has thick necks, a peculiar lower jaw with four very large, blunt teeth. Their eyes are barely visible but there was a noticeable green color.
Its legs are rather thin and durable at the same time. The Atizagan are known for its power being that a single one is capable of mass destruction and able to destroy a heavily populated city. Despite its rather thin body, it can withstand and persevere through a barrage of lethal strikes. It can strike down on a mountain and break it. It has multiple hearts but the Atizagan are known for a special power. It's called Barakah which is a gray energy.
This energy is destructive being that it can easily destroy anything that it comes in contact with it. It can fire destructive beams from their eyes which can be use to fatally wound their enemies. It can create powerful shockwaves with a single stomp or punch. It can breath its unique energy like its nothing at all. Kane says that the Atizagan's main weakness are its legs being that a powerful strike can knock it out and its blood is quite impressive.
Like Zane's blood, the Atizagan's blood has the ability to give immortality or a random superpower but a higher chance than Zane's blood. Their eyes were turn an eerie black and if the Atizagan's blood wasn't compatible with the consumer, the consumer could explode within seconds. "Okay. It's time to fight." said Zane, activating Omni Mode. He soon charged right toward the army with him saying,"I think I'll start with this.". Zane's body soon sprouted ten arms, similar to Sweet Bombardment.
These ten arms matched the appearance of Sweet Forge mixed together with one of his forms. The ten forms are Brawn Form, Cataclysmic Form, Diamond Form, Dinosaur Form, Drill Form, Gravity Form, Hulking Form, Liger Form, Titan Form, and Undergrowth Form. The ten fists went right toward the army, sending ten Kronsens flying off into the distance. The rest of the Kronsen looked at Zane as the teen said,"So what are you going to do about it?".
Zane turned intangible as several tendrils from the remaining Kronzen came right at him. "Oh wow. I guess I made you guys mad huh." said Zane. He soon made a giant wall of ice in front of him as it blocked a barrage of fire balls. The ice slowly melted, covered the area in smoke. The Kronzen was looking for Zane being that one of them spotted the hero and fired a fireball at him. However, the ball hit a Surrotan due to Zane grabbing it using his telekinesis.
The vulture like creature roared in pain, firing its energy beam at the Kronzen who hurt it. This soon started a in fight between the Kronzen and Surrotan with Zane standing there. "And here I thought that Kane was joking about the Kronzen and Surrotan hating each other. They only worked together under the mutual fear of the Qlakrik and since they're not here, I guess it's fair game." said Zane as he dodged a shockwave.
Zane turned to see the Atizagan glaring down on the Cross-Species. It fired three beams of Barakah right at Zane with the hero dodging two of them. "Let see if I can take this energy in since I can take Ardor no problem. I mean Barakah is pretty much Impulse right and I can do that. No pressure right? I mean if I don't, I'll die and that's so not happening. Just in case, lets make extra sure." said Zane, holding out his right arm.
He soon sprouted Fulmination Form's four antennas protrude from his arm, hanging out in front of him just as the energy was getting closer to him. "Void Absorption!" said Zane. Zane clenched his teeth as he was being pushed back by the energy and making divots in the ground. The four plugs touched the gray energy ,which reminded Zane of ice and lightning, and began absorbing it. It also had a white glow thanks to him using Predator State.
Zane nodded as he said,"Okay then. This Impulse is stronger than anything that I've absorbed before but I can do this!". The energy was soon gone being completely absorbed by Zane much to the giant's shock. No being has survived its Barakah before now since it's a powerful force of destruction. Zane looked up at the giant as his steel gray eyes glowed with power under his visor. "Okay. You had your turn and now, it's my turn!" said Zane.
His body was soon covered by an armor that looked like Diamond Prime and the giant crystal hand construct appeared in front of him. "Since you've been around since the Omniverse War, I'm sure you remember Mojo from the Vulcorian right?! Karmic Enlarged Limbo!" said Zane. The crystal hand soon fired out a giant black beam of Mojo at the Atizagan. The creature shivered in fear at the size of the beam, easily dwarfing it. It refused to die by this brat.
It fired Barakah from its mouth and hands to try and stop the giant beam. It did nothing to stop the giant beam, getting eradicated by the beam and the beam eradicated the rest of the army. It pierced right through the toxic green clouds that were above him and kept going, destroying several objects in its path. After the beam left his sight, Zane's crystal armor and giant arm alongside Omni Mode were gone as the teen went on his knees.
Zane smiled as he said,"Okay. That may have been a pain in the ass but I was able to destroy species that fought in the Omniverse War. I do feel bad about any planet that I destroyed in the process but I'll mourn later.". He soon lied down on the ground with him looking upwards at space through the hole that he made. "Okay. Let's recap. I'm somehow on this unknown planet which just so happened to be in the same star system as Twilight's home planet by myself." said Zane.
He clenched his fists as he said,"I also don't know how I got here or how I get back home but I need to get back home. I don't want to miss Valentine Day since I really don't want to be in the dog house with the girls. So what should I do now?". He looked at his watch as he said,"I wonder if Parker is tracking me and if he isn't, I'm thankful that we made maps of most parts of the Omniverse during our training huh Athena.".
The more mature A.I. was silent as Zane sighed. "So this is what it's like being all alone. Got to say. I don't like it but I won't force anyone on Team Legion Zero to stay inside of me so I'm probably awful company to be around mainly when I makes jokes." said Zane. As he made the holographic computer screens appeared, Zane sensed a figure approaching him and turned around to see the figure standing there with her showing interest in Zane. She clearly isn't human due to her golden skin.
It looked to be made out of metal but it was flesh from what Zane could tell. She stands at eight feet tall. Her skin has several silver stripes across her body with one running across the middle of her face. She has a slender, thin build with good amount of curves and muscles. It wasn't too curvy nor it wasn't too muscular. She has white hair that's in the shape of a flower with the bottom of it tied in a bun and noticeable navy blue eyes with diamond shaped pupils.
She's wearing a white top that's cropped in the middle to reveal her midriff with a gold trim and has silver, metal shoulder pads. She wears navy blue fingerless gloves. She wears a matching white skirt that goes to her knees and dark magenta thigh high boots. She's wearing a gold head band. The most noticeable thing to Zane was her lips. He didn't want to kiss them but they were clearly defined and she was smiling at him, looking gentle.
The woman didn't say anything to him at first as she sat down next to him. "So is she going to say anything to me or what?" thought Zane. "Isn't it pretty?" said the woman. "Um sure I guess. Wish the sky wasn't so green." said Zane. "Yes but that's the result of years of toxic dumping and well, the war changed this once beautiful planet into a battleground. I decided to leave my people to explore the Omniverse and learn what worked and what didn't for other species." said the woman.
She held out her five claw hand to Zane as she smiled. "It seems that I haven't yet introduced myself to you. My name is Janet, Queen of the Aphral." said Janet. Zane grabbed it and shook it. Despite his age, Janet could feel his strong grip. "Legion Zero but my name is Zane Vincent Alvarez. So do you know why I'm here exactly? I was on Earth and well, I have no idea why I'm here or where I am Janet." said Zane.
Janet shrugged as she said,"No idea. I'm sure you were brought here for a reasons. Perhaps it was us meeting on the ruins of the once beautiful Ithuna.". "Ithuna. So that's where I am." said Zane. "Yes. It once had a powerful star, giving the planet its beauty. However, this star eventually went supernova and this eradicating the planet completely. It was later used as one of the main battlegrounds of the Omniverse War." said Janet.
Zane nodded as he said,"So what were the name of the people that once lived on Ithuna?". "And why don't you look this up on your fancy watch?" said Janet. "You seem to know your history about this place and honestly, the Alliance has a tendency to over glorify the past. They claim the Eazairvian were the good guys in the Omniverse War but I've heard conflicting opinions from someone who was actually there and fought in said war." said Zane.
Janet smiled as she said,"Well okay then. They were known as Magnus and they were one of the first beings to use Impulse in many ways. Both the Eazairvians and Qlakriks wanted the assistance of the Magnus but they refused both sides of the conflict. I wonder if the Magnus still live on through their descendants or in another way?". "Who really knows? So is your planet in this star system?" said Zane. "We're travelers of the Omniverse and wanted to establish our presence on Earth." said Janet.
Zane looked at her as he said,"Um. I hate to the bearer of bad news Janet but humans aren't exactly friendly toward aliens. Hell, they aren't fans of people who don't fit the mood of a normal one. There are known two groups called Avalon and Swarm. Both of them are the twenty first century Nazis.". "I see. Well, I hope we can meet again Zane." said Janet. "And I would like that Janet." said Zane. Crisis Judgement went off as Zane looked down to see that his body was vanished in front of him.
Zane's eyes widened as he said,"Um. What's happened to me?!". "Don't worry." said Janet. "Don't worry?! Your body isn't vanishing in front of you! I kinda don't want to die since I promised a lot of people that I wouldn't!" said Zane, watching his right arm vanishing in front of him. "We'll meet again and I'm sure that you'll be a good help to us in our troubling time." said Janet, smiling. She was gone thanks to a blue portal and Zane vanished from the ruined planet.
Zane soon reappeared on a building rooftop back in Cypress Park and he puked his lunch. "Okay. I really hate how my stomach can't handle being teleported by something other than me." said Zane as he wiped away his puke. He looked down to see that he had vanished from Cypress Park for almost eight hours and about ninety minutes before his date tonight. Zane was also in his Zeta costume and he said,"So are you guys here with me or what?".
Twilight soon made herself come out of his chest as Zane jumped back. "Twilight!" said Zane, with him hugging the Vordlarin princess. "Um hi Zane. So are you really there? I mean you were acting weird even for you and your hug is actually hurting." said Twilight. Zane let her go as he said,"I'm here so where are the others?". "It's a long story. During your moments of weirdness, Parker came down to talk with the rest of the team." said Twilight.
Zane tilted his head as he said,"So they're on Saspra right?". "Yep. It's just the two of us for the rest of the night. Think we can handle anything that could happen to us on the most romantic holiday of the year?" said Twilight. "I'm game. I mean we can handle the ticking time bomb that is our city." said Zane, looking over the city. "I know that you think that Zane but mind telling me why again? I still don't get it." said Twilight.
Zane smiled as he said,"It's very simple really partner. The trio of Andrew, George, and Reactor are fighting each other in order to make Cypress Park into their own personal criminal empire or other in words playground. In the process, they're causing trouble for innocent people of Cypress Park caught in the crossfire. I'm not stupid to forget about Lilith and Rocco plus Empress. The three are clearly up to something.". "I can understand Lilith since she's controlling Price Co with Derrick." said Twilight.
Zane nodded as Twilight said,"So the Phantoms controlling the Price Co's board of directors aren't your biggest fans right?". "Yep. Pretty something bad is going to happen tonight. I really don't want to ditch those three tonight of all nights since it's a dick move." said Zane. "I'm sure that the girls will completely understand if you need to leave during your date tonight. They understand how important your job as Legion Zero and CEO of Zenith Industries are to you." said Twilight.
The princess sprouted a tendril from Zane's back and touched Zane's head. "All of us know about your great ideas which will help change the Prime Dimension forever." said Twilight. "Yep. Really don't want to do but I have a responsibility to this city. I really wanted to be the boyfriend and nothing else tonight but well, fate has a weird way of working." said Zane. "I'm sure you have something to say so speak your mind Zane. I'm willing to listen." said Twilight.
Zane nodded as he put his hands behind his head and said,"Since becoming Zero, I've been focusing my full attention on keeping Cypress Park safe and as of late, work at my company. I'm not my grandma. I can't see that far into the future like she can and to be honest, I'm scared of what could happen to me tonight. Death could happen to me any day now. I always put myself in danger just to protect anyone who needs my help regardless of their allegiance.".
The teen clenched his fists as he said,"I can't hurt the girls who love me faults and all. I'll do my best to keep anyone I care about from becoming like me. I was angry at not being able to save the triad of my dad, Aunt Isabel, and Uncle Nate from Skull Plague despite it not being my fault. I'm sure you know how this really affected. It wasn't pretty and I've keep a lot of secrets from everyone. I want to be there for the girls tonight so I can make memories with them just in case something happens.".
He sighed as he said,"I don't want to leave but I can't ignore someone in danger right? Nope. That's not the hero way and honestly, I can't see myself doing something that would let someone get hurt by my enemies.". Twilight was quiet as Zane and her soon looked over to a nearby flat screen. It was showed a crime going on with the most smug reporter ,in Isabel's honest opinion, Curtis Goodwin was reporting the event.
He's known for his signature smug and his strong opinions on pretty much everything you can think of. He's known for his aggressive behavior toward other people include his fellow journalists. He's willing to take drastic measures in order to get the scoop on the news that he wants rather than the news he gets such as clearly editing footage to maintain the "truth" of said event. He makes his opinion heard to everyone regardless if they want to hear it in the first place.
Even if there is something proving his opinion wrong, he ignores those facts. He'll do anything to stay in the public eye. He will denouncing individuals such as Legion Zero while praising others such as Roland Gordon for example. He likes to think that he's always right and when considered wrong, he makes it seem that he meant to say that and was right all along. He also likes to form ridiculous theories.
The thing that he hates the most in Legion Zero being that the hero indirectly stole his thunder during his biggest event for his news show known as the Apex Mind. This was during Christmas of last year. He's in his late forties being 48 to be exact. He has dark blond hair with it graying on the sides and brown eyes. He has fair skin, black eyebrows, and a square shaped chin which has been called block like before by his critics and fans.
He's wearing a black suit with a navy blue dress shirt and a red necktie. Zane was kinda shocked that Curtis Goodwin was reporting actually news since the Apex Mind is more focused on people's private and worst moments and also bashed his superhero identity constantly. The man had blamed Zero for being the cause of the city despite it being clear to most people that crime has existed in Cypress Park since the early days of Reactor.
He kinda had a point since it was mainly crimes done by humans but now, metahumans were running amok in Cypress Park until he showed up. It was going to happen eventually but Zane was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. The reporter began talking about four armed criminals ,with him claiming that they working for the Gold Commander but Zane wasn't too sure, who just robbed one of the cities's many banks.
They were being chased by the police department with Zane knowing exactly where they were at the moment and was heading toward. "Even though they're not working for Andrew, I have work to do and then get ready for tonight." said Zane, flying off into the direction and was in the zone. Twilight knew that Zane was back to his normal self and was thankful for that since she liked how he can be serious one minute and then acting like an idiot the next.
Meanwhile, the thug tetrad ,alliteration for the win!, were driving through Cypress Park. The strange thing about this group is that all of them were wearing masks, covering their face. The driver was wearing a brown/silver gargoyle mask, the person sitting shotgun was wearing a white thunderbird mask, the person sitting in the left passenger seat was wearing a red hellhound mask, and the person sitting in the right passenger seat was wearing a blue hippocampus mask.
These four men were given these masks by a strange man who offered them power if they completed a simple job for him being that they need to rob a bank and keep him busy. The four weren't sure if they could trust him but the opportunity of escaping the control of Gold Commander and possibly becoming the kingpins of Cypress Park was too tempted not to accept. Two of the car's windows came down with Hippocampus and Thunderbird aiming their stolen weapons at their pursers.
Their stolen weapons wasn't from Champion Tech but from their benefactor who had stolen them from Swarm. So instead of bullets, they were using Sibylline. It's basically Nether but it isn't at the same time. It's Impulse though. They aimed their persuader's tires, forcing a handful of them stopping in their tracks. Thunderbird smirked as he said while getting back into the car,"Heh. We're home free boys. Zero is too busy with those idiots serving Gold Commander and Reactor.".
After saying that, all four of them hearing a loud thump on top of the roof of the car. "What in the hell was that? It better not be him." said Gargoyle. "Dude! You're not supposed to say that shit!" said Hellhound. They soon got their answer as it was Cryptid Form, landing on the roof of the car and leaning his head down for the thugs to see him. The four knew Zane's forms decently since they all wore the black robe.
Zane smiled as he said,"While I may be busy with two of three crime boss in town, I always have time for the idiots who disturbs the peace of Cypress Park. Now stop the car or else, this will be really bad for you idiots!". "It's Zero! Why did it have to be that form?!" said Hellhound, shivering in place. He had a strong feat of cats since he pissed off Barbarian which was one of the worst days of his life and he's wearing a dog mask. Ain't that sad kinda.
Gargoyle said,"He can't stop us! Shoot him dead now!". Like before, Hippocampus and Thunderbird leaned out their respective windows and aimed their weapons at Zane. They were hoping to get rid of the pesky hero but just as they were about to fire, Zane soon fired two laser beams out of his mouth and aimed the beams at the weapons. They fell out of the thugs's hands, dropping to the street and breaking. "Sorry but this is going to hurt you more than it will me." said Zane.
The beast soon punched Thunderbird and smack Hippocampus behind him using his tail. The two were both stunned with Zane soon grabbing them. Hippocampus was held by his front legs and the mythological bird was held in the air by his tail. "Have a nice trip! See you next time you try to commit a crime in my city again!" said Zane. He soon threw the thugs away from the car, only to fire out some webbing from his mouth.
The thugs were caught by the webbing and then they were trapped in between two lampposts, trying to escape only to be surrounded by the police and they surrender. Zane turned toward the remaining occupants with a smile plastered on his face before webbing the windshield completely. "I can't see!" said Gargoyle, clearly losing control of the car. It soon began to serve back and forth, eventually tipping the car over.
The two masked foes closed their eyes as their car bounced ,doing a flip in the process, three times before stopping. They opened their eyes and they were shocked to see that they were sideways. They rolled down their windows and looked out shocked to see that they were hanging in the air by a larger than normal web between two buildings. Zane ,still in Cryptid Form, smiling at his handy work with him swapping out of the form and back to normal.
Zane crossed his arms as he said,"Okay. You guys made that too easy for me and I wish I was kidding but I'm not. So are you ready to surrender or do I have to bring out my big guns?" The two remaining men in the car had a different reaction at seeing Legion Zero standing there. Hellhound cowered in fear being that he was sure that Zane was going to turn into one of his feline forms just spite to him which Zane was thinking about doing but decided against it.
It wouldn't be heroic but it would be fun. Gargoyle opened the door and dropped down to make a getaway. Before he could go a step farther, a glowing red marble flew toward him and collided with the thug's back. The man was soon wrapped in bramble, falling to the ground. Zane stood there as he said,"You shouldn't have run man. At least your pal surrender with dignity or fear. It's the same thing when it comes to me.".
He got the thug on to his feet as he said,"So how about you tell me who you're working for since it's so obvious that you're neither working for the three toddlers fighting over Cypress Park like a toy that they can't share?". Before the thug could answer him, Zane sighed. The cowardly thug jumped down from the car with Zane said,"If it pleases you buddy, I retract my praise for your pal.". Zane's body soon sprouted an arm and threw the all too familiar candy syrup right at the cowardly thug.
It connected, trapping him in the sugar and was unable to move. "How did you do that man?" said the driver as he watched his friend getting dragged to them by a tendril, with his face grinding against the pavement in the process. It looked quite painful. "I've had a lot of practice catching runners before you guys. So about my question, answer it or I'll bring out my more violent side meaning that it'll hurt you a lot." said Zane, smiling as the thug began to talk.
A few minutes later, the police arrived with the other two members of the masked gang after cutting them down from their web prison. The job by the police was slightly rushed so the two thugs had pieces of webbing stuck on them. While they may be mad at Zero for stopping them, they were kinda thankful that they weren't stuck in the bramble or candy syrup since the former scratches the skin and the latter gets stuck in the hair.
The police thanked Zane for his assistance as normal with them taking the thugs away. "Well, I think that this is a good stopping point. I'll stop by Fantasia and grab us a slushie. It'll take about an minute to get ready. Thank the gods for my powers right?" said Zane. "Yeah. You've got a date and you need to be ready for it." said Twilight. "Yep. I will be and I'm looking forward to it. The girls are going to look beautiful and sexy, causing my face to lighten up fast." said Zane.
He soon launched himself into the air, flipping over some building and began to swing through the city. He didn't noticed that he was being watched by the Specter Samurai. He was asked to keep an eye on Lilith's greatest enemy not by Lilith but Anthony. The Phantom didn't like to serve humans since he found most of them to be the weaker species but there were a couple of exceptions. He can't refuse an order from his lord/lady. He flew off and was heading toward Champion Tech.
The Phantom was going to report directly to Lilith about Zane's plans for tonight and how he was going to be focus on the affairs of the crime war going on Cypress Park. He was also sure that the gang in masks were working for him aka the secret crime boss of Cypress Park. Lilith was making plans to handle him without alerting Zane since he would doubtingly cause a problem. However, the Omniverse decided to have a different plan for this Phantom as a shadowy figure attacked him.
Later, Danny was currently pacing back and forth outside of the restaurant where he and Zane were having their double date. It was Danny and Gwen as one couple with Zane and three members of his harem being the other couple. The techno-organic teen was wearing a black tuxedo that he got from Agent Mustang ,coming from Zero Shorts Episode 4, and a lagoon blue tie. His tie was to match his girlfriend's unique hair color but for Sorcerers, that's normal.
Danny sighed as he said,"Where the hell is he? He should been here by now but knowing him, he's probably trying to make a scene.". As his back was turned away from the street, Zane jumped down from the rooftop of the restaurant. The restaurant Vertigo Nomad was part of a hotel that was owned by Kristen's Uncle aka where Kristen lived so Zane knew this place like the back of his hand. While falling, his costume was changing thanks to Twilight's tendrils.
He's now wearing the same formal outfit that he wore during Zero Episode 103. Zane performed a very impressive and signature superhero landing which wasn't too bad on his knees. Danny turned around to see his best friend with Zane saying,"Hey there. Sorry I'm late. So why aren't you spooky to see me appear on the scene all ninja like?". "Yeah. I was at first but the shock kinda wears down after the seventh time you've done it." said Danny. "That's fair. So where's Gwen?" said Zane.
Danny shrugged as he said,"She's with your dates. They wanted to show up in style or something like that. I still don't get that superstition about us ignoring them until the date itself. It's like how you're not allowed to see your partner before the wedding.". "Yeah. I kinda stop questioning superstitions and this one is no such exception. I totally blame that one chick from Ultimate Showdown for starting this one." said Zane.
Danny looked at his best friend as he said,"You know that not everyone is on the show is a monster right? I'm sure Ray isn't a monster plus a couple of them.". "You're right but nine times, reality TV corrupts people. Rain also told me the world of acting is a battlefield being that most actors usually try to outshine others by cheap tactics." said Zane. A limo soon showed up as Danny said,"So do you know whose limo that belongs to?".
Zane shrugged his shoulders as he said,"No idea. Why are you asking me this?". "Since you spend most of your time dealing with the antics of the rich members of Cypress Park, I thought that you would know which limo belong to who." said Danny. "Nope. They all kinda blend together." said Zane. "Okay. Think it belongs to the devils?" said Danny. "Maybe but I really doubt Astrid and Chloe wouldn't dare spare a limo for Rae unless they were forced by Ignacio or me." said Zane.
Danny looked at Zane with him saying,"Now by forcing, you mean scaring them like you did to them before right?". "Yeah. Something like that." said Zane. "Okay then. So do you think it belongs to Roxy then?" said Danny. "Probably not. Her father hates me if you recall so why would he lend out one of his limos to one of his step daughter's friends. He might think it's for me so he isn't taking the chance. I think we know the driver though." said Zane.
Before Danny could ask what he mean, the limo's passenger side window opened up. Efren was sitting there in a limo driver uniform as he said,"Hey Captain and Danny! Good to see you guys.". "Efren is the driver?! Shouldn't you be working tonight?" said Danny. "He's right Efren. I mean the Velvet Spoon is going to be busy tonight since it's going to be packed with singles ready to mingle with the other singles." said Zane.
Efren smiled as he said,"I am you guys. The boss lady decided to help out her favorite customer with his love life.". "You're her favorite customer right?" said Danny. "Correct." said Zane. Efren was soon hit in the head by a piece of paper as he grabbed it. Efren nodded as he said,"Anyway, prepare to be amazed boys.". Danny and Zane soon watched the man leave the limo and run over to the passenger seat, opening it.
Gwen walked out of it with Danny's mouth opening. She's wearing a black dress with azure blue ribbons on her arms. "Hey. You guys look great." said Gwen. Danny was still in a stunned state with Zane slapping some sense into him by a "light" slap to the back of the head thanks to a tendril. Danny glared at Zane who whistled. "Zane. I would be mad at you but I'm sure you'll be getting the same thing." said Twilight, shrugging.
Danny walked up to Gwen as he said,"Ignore our immature friend Gwen. You look beautiful.". He hugged her as she returned the hug. "So are my dates in there too? I'll probably do the same thing as Danny except transforming into Liger Form, acting like an idiot and blowing my secret identity at the same time. You look nice by the way Gwen. Don't get jealous bro." said Zane, looking at Danny who rolled his eyes.
Gwen shook her head as she said,"Nope. It was just me and Efren. They decided to meet us in the restaurant. I know that you wanted to be with all of them but well, things happen for a reason. You'll just have to take them on a date. Oh thank you for the compliment Zane.". Danny quickly put his arm around her as Gwen said,"You're not jealous are you Danny? You know that I love you and you alone right?". "I know that. I just wanted to show you how much I love you." said Danny.
Zane nodded as he said,"Yeah. He does Gwen. Whenever I'm around a couple, the guy usually does something stupid like Brad. He does stuff to prove how much of a man he is despite Leigh liking him for his heart rather than his muscles. Whenever he does something stupid, Leigh or I promptly hit him and hopefully, he learns his mistakes eventually.". The trio walked inside of the restaurant as Efren smiled. "It's happy to see love. I miss you babe." said Efren. He entered the limo and drove off.
Meanwhile at the Cypress Park Amphitheater, people were heading there to see the surprise hit of the season the Queen Program which decided to play in Cypress Park longer due to the success of the comedy play. Fun fact, the pies that the play uses constantly is from the Mom and Pop store known as the Cuisine of Art which first appeared in Zero Shorts Episode 1. Kurt was heading up the steps to the amphitheater and unlike most guys here, he was wearing his normal outfit.
This is due to his date ,of a few weeks, being someone who likes to dress casual. "So I don't get why this show is so popular. I mean aren't most plays supposed to be dramatic and filled with death or something?" said Kurt. "You're not wrong but plays can be multiple genres just like film. This show is popular because it's a funny and engaging story. I'm just happy you agree to attend the show with me tonight Kurt." said a female voice.
Kurt around turned to see his date standing there. Her name is Abigail Watson but she likes to be called Abby since Abigail is too stuffy for her liking. She has long, wavy black hair and green eyes. She has a small button nose. She has violet red lipstick and matching colored eyeshadow. She wears a maroon ripped long sleeve blouse under a black romper with gray straps and silver buckles, showing off her midriff.
He was hit by Azalea who said,"Don't worry Zane. I'm sure you'll be a good boyfriend for them tonight. Don't forget. Tonight is important to them as well.". "I still don't get why you can't see them until tonight at the restaurant. I mean it isn't bad luck to see your significant other before your date tonight. Is that a human superstition?" said Lucifer. "Nope. It's a new fad going on at Cypress High. It's stupid in my opinion but I don't want to invoke their fury." said Zane.
Lucifer nodded as he said,"Nice way of thinking. So I think those two are ready to reply to your comment. Took long enough.". "Shut up Zero. I don't care about this holiday at all." said the thug on the left. "Is it because you've never have a girlfriend or boyfriend before in your life? You have a total virgin vibe." said Zane, smirking. "No I'm not brat! This store is on the Commander's turf so I'm here to collect for him!" said the thug with a bright red face.
Zane rolled his eyes as he said,"Whatever ,am. You're still a kissing and handholding virgin aren't you pal?". The thug would have yelled at Zane but the other thug captured his attention. "He's dead wrong Zero! This place belonged to Reactor first and we're here to take it back for the true crime lord of Cypress Park not that bastard!" said the thug on the right. The two soon began arguing, ignoring the guy who captured them in the first place.
Twilight sighed loudly as she said,"Zane. Could you do me a favor? I know that I don't ask you a lot but would you?". Zane instantly nodded as the two arguing thugs were knocked out thanks to their prison sprouting two fists before going back into the prison. "Thank you." said Twilight. Zane then deactivated the form, staying in his costume. "I don't mind doing this for you Twilight since you're not like Cole who asks for a lot." said Zane.
Cole nodded as he said,"Hey! No I don't!". "Yes you do." said Athena, causing Cole to sulk. He heard the police heading to the shop as Zane said,"Have a nice day you two. I'm sure neither of you won't be lonely tonight if the cops decided to be nice.". "You know that they can't hear you right?" said Kane. "Yeah but it doesn't hurt to put a suggestion in their heads while they're out." said Zane. As the police arrived to the florist, Zane soon flew out of there, heading into the city.
This crime was number fifty in a similar pattern. Ever since Zane arrest four members of the powered up Tremendous, crime began to skyrocketed in Cypress Park. It was either small crimes like robbing a store in a turf which was either belonged to Andrew or Reactor at one point. There was sometimes a metahuman crime done by Mastermind's group but those were rather rare but whenever he did one, it involved technology.
Zane was pretty sure that George ,despite his Animus origins was using science for some strange reasons, was going to try building a weapon like he did during Christmas and New Years. The past couple of days for Zane were busy since he was either stopping crimes, trying to figure out George's master plan again, or running Zenith Industries. "Zane. I know that you're busy with everything going on but don't you need to make sure that the flowers are ready for tonight?" said Kane.
Cole said,"So why are you asking about that Kane? Is the fighter secretly a romantic?". He was soon hit by Kane who growled. "I think having a love for romance doesn't make you less of a warrior. You've been growing specialized flowers for each of them in their personal garden inside of the tower." said Kane.
Kane stretched inside of Elysian as he said,"I know that you'll be going out with three of them since the rest are busy with other matters but I'm happy that you're going to be do something special for all of them after today.". "Zane is trying to be a good boyfriend to all of them but I have to ask you something. Why do you have a whole room of your tower dedicated to just gardening? It kinda makes no sense." said Sivarth.
Zane shrugged his shoulders as he said,"When I was redesigning the place, I decided to have one so I could have a fresh breakfast. It doesn't hurt to have a green thumb and to be prepared for anything that could happen. Since I'm immortal, I'm going to have a lot of hobbies and time on my hand so I decided to start now. You also didn't stop me for putting it in here when I was building this place so you don't have a right to complain.". "Fair." said Sivarth.
Zane stopped flying as he looked at a nearby flat screen. It plastered a giant heart shaped symbol with a arrow through it. Upon seeing the symbol, Zane felt something strange. This feeling was unknown to him but at the exact same time, very familiar. He had seen this symbol before since it's been used for Valentine Day for the past ten years. He's seen this symbol many times before but this time, it was very different.
Zane shook his head as he said,"Okay. That was weird. I mean I've seen the symbol before for some reason, I couldn't look away.". He soon looked to see that he wasn't in Cypress Park but somewhere completely different. He was slightly thankful that he wasn't in the barren wasteland of Savadran due to the lack of sand and Skull Plague's carnal. He floated down to the ground and noticing something interested about his surroundings.
The ground was currently covered in different sized craters and a couple of them had something inside of them. It was a strange glowing pool of liquid Impulse. He looked upwards being that the area's outer atmosphere being a toxic green color, he could see that he was in outer space. "Okay. If I remember my star charts right, I think I'm in the Gamma Anchor System. So do you think we could stop by Golax Prime MX Twilight?" said Zane.
He didn't get a response from the Vordlarin princess which was concerning since Twilight was quick to response to him. He wasn't in his Zenith costume but his normal casual outfit. "Okay. I'm all alone on a dead planet since beside myself, I can't sense any life." said Zane. He took a step forward and Crisis Judgement went off. Zane turned around to see an army heading toward him and he got ready to fight them. The army consisted of three different species.
Two of the three species had an equal amount of troops and there was a lone member of the final species with it being the strongest one of the bunch. Zane recognized the three species thanks to the Alliance database and Kane about the Omniverse War. These trio are the Atizagan, Kronsen, and Surrotan. All three worked with the Qlakrik during the war being that according to the Alliance database, they were wiped out during the Omniverse War by the Eazairvian.
Kane said that was wrong but they couldn't find any proof. The Omniverse War was several thousand years ago before the Omniverse began recording history and time so not much is known about the war except the destruction. Zane wasn't sure if he was back in time or they survived but he wasn't going to die. The Kronsen are giant ,about six to seven feet, and monstrous gorilla humanoids. They have muscular physiques with four arms and three black claws on each of its hands.
They have three eyes ,black sclera and blue pupils, with large black lips and a set of sharp crystal like teeth, which was protruding from their mouths. They have a pair of wings and four bactenophage like legs. According to Kane, they are known for their speed, strength, and fire power. They were quite destructive since they can breath powerful and huge fireballs. It can sprout powerful tendrils from its body that are powerful enough to cut the tops off mountains.
The Surrotan are giant ,easily six feet tall and wide, vultures like creatures. They are dark orange and blue with glowing purple eyes. They have two large normal wings with several tentacles hanging from the undersides. During the war, they were used as transport for the Qlakrik's side. Despite having no eyes, they are naturally blind and hunt their enemies by locking onto the Impulse in their bodies. It can use the tentacles as their limbs and fire blue energy blasts from its body
The Atizagan is a giant, emaciated humanoid being easily twenty feet tall. It's composed entirely of rough, crystal being a gold color. It has fairly long arms that ended in clawed, eight-fingered hands. It ribcage was clearly visible to Zane. It has two small, draconian heads with both heads being rather small compared to the rest of its body. Both heads has thick necks, a peculiar lower jaw with four very large, blunt teeth. Their eyes are barely visible but there was a noticeable green color.
Its legs are rather thin and durable at the same time. The Atizagan are known for its power being that a single one is capable of mass destruction and able to destroy a heavily populated city. Despite its rather thin body, it can withstand and persevere through a barrage of lethal strikes. It can strike down on a mountain and break it. It has multiple hearts but the Atizagan are known for a special power. It's called Barakah which is a gray energy.
This energy is destructive being that it can easily destroy anything that it comes in contact with it. It can fire destructive beams from their eyes which can be use to fatally wound their enemies. It can create powerful shockwaves with a single stomp or punch. It can breath its unique energy like its nothing at all. Kane says that the Atizagan's main weakness are its legs being that a powerful strike can knock it out and its blood is quite impressive.
Like Zane's blood, the Atizagan's blood has the ability to give immortality or a random superpower but a higher chance than Zane's blood. Their eyes were turn an eerie black and if the Atizagan's blood wasn't compatible with the consumer, the consumer could explode within seconds. "Okay. It's time to fight." said Zane, activating Omni Mode. He soon charged right toward the army with him saying,"I think I'll start with this.". Zane's body soon sprouted ten arms, similar to Sweet Bombardment.
These ten arms matched the appearance of Sweet Forge mixed together with one of his forms. The ten forms are Brawn Form, Cataclysmic Form, Diamond Form, Dinosaur Form, Drill Form, Gravity Form, Hulking Form, Liger Form, Titan Form, and Undergrowth Form. The ten fists went right toward the army, sending ten Kronsens flying off into the distance. The rest of the Kronsen looked at Zane as the teen said,"So what are you going to do about it?".
Zane turned intangible as several tendrils from the remaining Kronzen came right at him. "Oh wow. I guess I made you guys mad huh." said Zane. He soon made a giant wall of ice in front of him as it blocked a barrage of fire balls. The ice slowly melted, covered the area in smoke. The Kronzen was looking for Zane being that one of them spotted the hero and fired a fireball at him. However, the ball hit a Surrotan due to Zane grabbing it using his telekinesis.
The vulture like creature roared in pain, firing its energy beam at the Kronzen who hurt it. This soon started a in fight between the Kronzen and Surrotan with Zane standing there. "And here I thought that Kane was joking about the Kronzen and Surrotan hating each other. They only worked together under the mutual fear of the Qlakrik and since they're not here, I guess it's fair game." said Zane as he dodged a shockwave.
Zane turned to see the Atizagan glaring down on the Cross-Species. It fired three beams of Barakah right at Zane with the hero dodging two of them. "Let see if I can take this energy in since I can take Ardor no problem. I mean Barakah is pretty much Impulse right and I can do that. No pressure right? I mean if I don't, I'll die and that's so not happening. Just in case, lets make extra sure." said Zane, holding out his right arm.
He soon sprouted Fulmination Form's four antennas protrude from his arm, hanging out in front of him just as the energy was getting closer to him. "Void Absorption!" said Zane. Zane clenched his teeth as he was being pushed back by the energy and making divots in the ground. The four plugs touched the gray energy ,which reminded Zane of ice and lightning, and began absorbing it. It also had a white glow thanks to him using Predator State.
Zane nodded as he said,"Okay then. This Impulse is stronger than anything that I've absorbed before but I can do this!". The energy was soon gone being completely absorbed by Zane much to the giant's shock. No being has survived its Barakah before now since it's a powerful force of destruction. Zane looked up at the giant as his steel gray eyes glowed with power under his visor. "Okay. You had your turn and now, it's my turn!" said Zane.
His body was soon covered by an armor that looked like Diamond Prime and the giant crystal hand construct appeared in front of him. "Since you've been around since the Omniverse War, I'm sure you remember Mojo from the Vulcorian right?! Karmic Enlarged Limbo!" said Zane. The crystal hand soon fired out a giant black beam of Mojo at the Atizagan. The creature shivered in fear at the size of the beam, easily dwarfing it. It refused to die by this brat.
It fired Barakah from its mouth and hands to try and stop the giant beam. It did nothing to stop the giant beam, getting eradicated by the beam and the beam eradicated the rest of the army. It pierced right through the toxic green clouds that were above him and kept going, destroying several objects in its path. After the beam left his sight, Zane's crystal armor and giant arm alongside Omni Mode were gone as the teen went on his knees.
Zane smiled as he said,"Okay. That may have been a pain in the ass but I was able to destroy species that fought in the Omniverse War. I do feel bad about any planet that I destroyed in the process but I'll mourn later.". He soon lied down on the ground with him looking upwards at space through the hole that he made. "Okay. Let's recap. I'm somehow on this unknown planet which just so happened to be in the same star system as Twilight's home planet by myself." said Zane.
He clenched his fists as he said,"I also don't know how I got here or how I get back home but I need to get back home. I don't want to miss Valentine Day since I really don't want to be in the dog house with the girls. So what should I do now?". He looked at his watch as he said,"I wonder if Parker is tracking me and if he isn't, I'm thankful that we made maps of most parts of the Omniverse during our training huh Athena.".
The more mature A.I. was silent as Zane sighed. "So this is what it's like being all alone. Got to say. I don't like it but I won't force anyone on Team Legion Zero to stay inside of me so I'm probably awful company to be around mainly when I makes jokes." said Zane. As he made the holographic computer screens appeared, Zane sensed a figure approaching him and turned around to see the figure standing there with her showing interest in Zane. She clearly isn't human due to her golden skin.
It looked to be made out of metal but it was flesh from what Zane could tell. She stands at eight feet tall. Her skin has several silver stripes across her body with one running across the middle of her face. She has a slender, thin build with good amount of curves and muscles. It wasn't too curvy nor it wasn't too muscular. She has white hair that's in the shape of a flower with the bottom of it tied in a bun and noticeable navy blue eyes with diamond shaped pupils.
She's wearing a white top that's cropped in the middle to reveal her midriff with a gold trim and has silver, metal shoulder pads. She wears navy blue fingerless gloves. She wears a matching white skirt that goes to her knees and dark magenta thigh high boots. She's wearing a gold head band. The most noticeable thing to Zane was her lips. He didn't want to kiss them but they were clearly defined and she was smiling at him, looking gentle.
The woman didn't say anything to him at first as she sat down next to him. "So is she going to say anything to me or what?" thought Zane. "Isn't it pretty?" said the woman. "Um sure I guess. Wish the sky wasn't so green." said Zane. "Yes but that's the result of years of toxic dumping and well, the war changed this once beautiful planet into a battleground. I decided to leave my people to explore the Omniverse and learn what worked and what didn't for other species." said the woman.
She held out her five claw hand to Zane as she smiled. "It seems that I haven't yet introduced myself to you. My name is Janet, Queen of the Aphral." said Janet. Zane grabbed it and shook it. Despite his age, Janet could feel his strong grip. "Legion Zero but my name is Zane Vincent Alvarez. So do you know why I'm here exactly? I was on Earth and well, I have no idea why I'm here or where I am Janet." said Zane.
Janet shrugged as she said,"No idea. I'm sure you were brought here for a reasons. Perhaps it was us meeting on the ruins of the once beautiful Ithuna.". "Ithuna. So that's where I am." said Zane. "Yes. It once had a powerful star, giving the planet its beauty. However, this star eventually went supernova and this eradicating the planet completely. It was later used as one of the main battlegrounds of the Omniverse War." said Janet.
Zane nodded as he said,"So what were the name of the people that once lived on Ithuna?". "And why don't you look this up on your fancy watch?" said Janet. "You seem to know your history about this place and honestly, the Alliance has a tendency to over glorify the past. They claim the Eazairvian were the good guys in the Omniverse War but I've heard conflicting opinions from someone who was actually there and fought in said war." said Zane.
Janet smiled as she said,"Well okay then. They were known as Magnus and they were one of the first beings to use Impulse in many ways. Both the Eazairvians and Qlakriks wanted the assistance of the Magnus but they refused both sides of the conflict. I wonder if the Magnus still live on through their descendants or in another way?". "Who really knows? So is your planet in this star system?" said Zane. "We're travelers of the Omniverse and wanted to establish our presence on Earth." said Janet.
Zane looked at her as he said,"Um. I hate to the bearer of bad news Janet but humans aren't exactly friendly toward aliens. Hell, they aren't fans of people who don't fit the mood of a normal one. There are known two groups called Avalon and Swarm. Both of them are the twenty first century Nazis.". "I see. Well, I hope we can meet again Zane." said Janet. "And I would like that Janet." said Zane. Crisis Judgement went off as Zane looked down to see that his body was vanished in front of him.
Zane's eyes widened as he said,"Um. What's happened to me?!". "Don't worry." said Janet. "Don't worry?! Your body isn't vanishing in front of you! I kinda don't want to die since I promised a lot of people that I wouldn't!" said Zane, watching his right arm vanishing in front of him. "We'll meet again and I'm sure that you'll be a good help to us in our troubling time." said Janet, smiling. She was gone thanks to a blue portal and Zane vanished from the ruined planet.
Zane soon reappeared on a building rooftop back in Cypress Park and he puked his lunch. "Okay. I really hate how my stomach can't handle being teleported by something other than me." said Zane as he wiped away his puke. He looked down to see that he had vanished from Cypress Park for almost eight hours and about ninety minutes before his date tonight. Zane was also in his Zeta costume and he said,"So are you guys here with me or what?".
Twilight soon made herself come out of his chest as Zane jumped back. "Twilight!" said Zane, with him hugging the Vordlarin princess. "Um hi Zane. So are you really there? I mean you were acting weird even for you and your hug is actually hurting." said Twilight. Zane let her go as he said,"I'm here so where are the others?". "It's a long story. During your moments of weirdness, Parker came down to talk with the rest of the team." said Twilight.
Zane tilted his head as he said,"So they're on Saspra right?". "Yep. It's just the two of us for the rest of the night. Think we can handle anything that could happen to us on the most romantic holiday of the year?" said Twilight. "I'm game. I mean we can handle the ticking time bomb that is our city." said Zane, looking over the city. "I know that you think that Zane but mind telling me why again? I still don't get it." said Twilight.
Zane smiled as he said,"It's very simple really partner. The trio of Andrew, George, and Reactor are fighting each other in order to make Cypress Park into their own personal criminal empire or other in words playground. In the process, they're causing trouble for innocent people of Cypress Park caught in the crossfire. I'm not stupid to forget about Lilith and Rocco plus Empress. The three are clearly up to something.". "I can understand Lilith since she's controlling Price Co with Derrick." said Twilight.
Zane nodded as Twilight said,"So the Phantoms controlling the Price Co's board of directors aren't your biggest fans right?". "Yep. Pretty something bad is going to happen tonight. I really don't want to ditch those three tonight of all nights since it's a dick move." said Zane. "I'm sure that the girls will completely understand if you need to leave during your date tonight. They understand how important your job as Legion Zero and CEO of Zenith Industries are to you." said Twilight.
The princess sprouted a tendril from Zane's back and touched Zane's head. "All of us know about your great ideas which will help change the Prime Dimension forever." said Twilight. "Yep. Really don't want to do but I have a responsibility to this city. I really wanted to be the boyfriend and nothing else tonight but well, fate has a weird way of working." said Zane. "I'm sure you have something to say so speak your mind Zane. I'm willing to listen." said Twilight.
Zane nodded as he put his hands behind his head and said,"Since becoming Zero, I've been focusing my full attention on keeping Cypress Park safe and as of late, work at my company. I'm not my grandma. I can't see that far into the future like she can and to be honest, I'm scared of what could happen to me tonight. Death could happen to me any day now. I always put myself in danger just to protect anyone who needs my help regardless of their allegiance.".
The teen clenched his fists as he said,"I can't hurt the girls who love me faults and all. I'll do my best to keep anyone I care about from becoming like me. I was angry at not being able to save the triad of my dad, Aunt Isabel, and Uncle Nate from Skull Plague despite it not being my fault. I'm sure you know how this really affected. It wasn't pretty and I've keep a lot of secrets from everyone. I want to be there for the girls tonight so I can make memories with them just in case something happens.".
He sighed as he said,"I don't want to leave but I can't ignore someone in danger right? Nope. That's not the hero way and honestly, I can't see myself doing something that would let someone get hurt by my enemies.". Twilight was quiet as Zane and her soon looked over to a nearby flat screen. It was showed a crime going on with the most smug reporter ,in Isabel's honest opinion, Curtis Goodwin was reporting the event.
He's known for his signature smug and his strong opinions on pretty much everything you can think of. He's known for his aggressive behavior toward other people include his fellow journalists. He's willing to take drastic measures in order to get the scoop on the news that he wants rather than the news he gets such as clearly editing footage to maintain the "truth" of said event. He makes his opinion heard to everyone regardless if they want to hear it in the first place.
Even if there is something proving his opinion wrong, he ignores those facts. He'll do anything to stay in the public eye. He will denouncing individuals such as Legion Zero while praising others such as Roland Gordon for example. He likes to think that he's always right and when considered wrong, he makes it seem that he meant to say that and was right all along. He also likes to form ridiculous theories.
The thing that he hates the most in Legion Zero being that the hero indirectly stole his thunder during his biggest event for his news show known as the Apex Mind. This was during Christmas of last year. He's in his late forties being 48 to be exact. He has dark blond hair with it graying on the sides and brown eyes. He has fair skin, black eyebrows, and a square shaped chin which has been called block like before by his critics and fans.
He's wearing a black suit with a navy blue dress shirt and a red necktie. Zane was kinda shocked that Curtis Goodwin was reporting actually news since the Apex Mind is more focused on people's private and worst moments and also bashed his superhero identity constantly. The man had blamed Zero for being the cause of the city despite it being clear to most people that crime has existed in Cypress Park since the early days of Reactor.
He kinda had a point since it was mainly crimes done by humans but now, metahumans were running amok in Cypress Park until he showed up. It was going to happen eventually but Zane was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. The reporter began talking about four armed criminals ,with him claiming that they working for the Gold Commander but Zane wasn't too sure, who just robbed one of the cities's many banks.
They were being chased by the police department with Zane knowing exactly where they were at the moment and was heading toward. "Even though they're not working for Andrew, I have work to do and then get ready for tonight." said Zane, flying off into the direction and was in the zone. Twilight knew that Zane was back to his normal self and was thankful for that since she liked how he can be serious one minute and then acting like an idiot the next.
Meanwhile, the thug tetrad ,alliteration for the win!, were driving through Cypress Park. The strange thing about this group is that all of them were wearing masks, covering their face. The driver was wearing a brown/silver gargoyle mask, the person sitting shotgun was wearing a white thunderbird mask, the person sitting in the left passenger seat was wearing a red hellhound mask, and the person sitting in the right passenger seat was wearing a blue hippocampus mask.
These four men were given these masks by a strange man who offered them power if they completed a simple job for him being that they need to rob a bank and keep him busy. The four weren't sure if they could trust him but the opportunity of escaping the control of Gold Commander and possibly becoming the kingpins of Cypress Park was too tempted not to accept. Two of the car's windows came down with Hippocampus and Thunderbird aiming their stolen weapons at their pursers.
Their stolen weapons wasn't from Champion Tech but from their benefactor who had stolen them from Swarm. So instead of bullets, they were using Sibylline. It's basically Nether but it isn't at the same time. It's Impulse though. They aimed their persuader's tires, forcing a handful of them stopping in their tracks. Thunderbird smirked as he said while getting back into the car,"Heh. We're home free boys. Zero is too busy with those idiots serving Gold Commander and Reactor.".
After saying that, all four of them hearing a loud thump on top of the roof of the car. "What in the hell was that? It better not be him." said Gargoyle. "Dude! You're not supposed to say that shit!" said Hellhound. They soon got their answer as it was Cryptid Form, landing on the roof of the car and leaning his head down for the thugs to see him. The four knew Zane's forms decently since they all wore the black robe.
Zane smiled as he said,"While I may be busy with two of three crime boss in town, I always have time for the idiots who disturbs the peace of Cypress Park. Now stop the car or else, this will be really bad for you idiots!". "It's Zero! Why did it have to be that form?!" said Hellhound, shivering in place. He had a strong feat of cats since he pissed off Barbarian which was one of the worst days of his life and he's wearing a dog mask. Ain't that sad kinda.
Gargoyle said,"He can't stop us! Shoot him dead now!". Like before, Hippocampus and Thunderbird leaned out their respective windows and aimed their weapons at Zane. They were hoping to get rid of the pesky hero but just as they were about to fire, Zane soon fired two laser beams out of his mouth and aimed the beams at the weapons. They fell out of the thugs's hands, dropping to the street and breaking. "Sorry but this is going to hurt you more than it will me." said Zane.
The beast soon punched Thunderbird and smack Hippocampus behind him using his tail. The two were both stunned with Zane soon grabbing them. Hippocampus was held by his front legs and the mythological bird was held in the air by his tail. "Have a nice trip! See you next time you try to commit a crime in my city again!" said Zane. He soon threw the thugs away from the car, only to fire out some webbing from his mouth.
The thugs were caught by the webbing and then they were trapped in between two lampposts, trying to escape only to be surrounded by the police and they surrender. Zane turned toward the remaining occupants with a smile plastered on his face before webbing the windshield completely. "I can't see!" said Gargoyle, clearly losing control of the car. It soon began to serve back and forth, eventually tipping the car over.
The two masked foes closed their eyes as their car bounced ,doing a flip in the process, three times before stopping. They opened their eyes and they were shocked to see that they were sideways. They rolled down their windows and looked out shocked to see that they were hanging in the air by a larger than normal web between two buildings. Zane ,still in Cryptid Form, smiling at his handy work with him swapping out of the form and back to normal.
Zane crossed his arms as he said,"Okay. You guys made that too easy for me and I wish I was kidding but I'm not. So are you ready to surrender or do I have to bring out my big guns?" The two remaining men in the car had a different reaction at seeing Legion Zero standing there. Hellhound cowered in fear being that he was sure that Zane was going to turn into one of his feline forms just spite to him which Zane was thinking about doing but decided against it.
It wouldn't be heroic but it would be fun. Gargoyle opened the door and dropped down to make a getaway. Before he could go a step farther, a glowing red marble flew toward him and collided with the thug's back. The man was soon wrapped in bramble, falling to the ground. Zane stood there as he said,"You shouldn't have run man. At least your pal surrender with dignity or fear. It's the same thing when it comes to me.".
He got the thug on to his feet as he said,"So how about you tell me who you're working for since it's so obvious that you're neither working for the three toddlers fighting over Cypress Park like a toy that they can't share?". Before the thug could answer him, Zane sighed. The cowardly thug jumped down from the car with Zane said,"If it pleases you buddy, I retract my praise for your pal.". Zane's body soon sprouted an arm and threw the all too familiar candy syrup right at the cowardly thug.
It connected, trapping him in the sugar and was unable to move. "How did you do that man?" said the driver as he watched his friend getting dragged to them by a tendril, with his face grinding against the pavement in the process. It looked quite painful. "I've had a lot of practice catching runners before you guys. So about my question, answer it or I'll bring out my more violent side meaning that it'll hurt you a lot." said Zane, smiling as the thug began to talk.
A few minutes later, the police arrived with the other two members of the masked gang after cutting them down from their web prison. The job by the police was slightly rushed so the two thugs had pieces of webbing stuck on them. While they may be mad at Zero for stopping them, they were kinda thankful that they weren't stuck in the bramble or candy syrup since the former scratches the skin and the latter gets stuck in the hair.
The police thanked Zane for his assistance as normal with them taking the thugs away. "Well, I think that this is a good stopping point. I'll stop by Fantasia and grab us a slushie. It'll take about an minute to get ready. Thank the gods for my powers right?" said Zane. "Yeah. You've got a date and you need to be ready for it." said Twilight. "Yep. I will be and I'm looking forward to it. The girls are going to look beautiful and sexy, causing my face to lighten up fast." said Zane.
He soon launched himself into the air, flipping over some building and began to swing through the city. He didn't noticed that he was being watched by the Specter Samurai. He was asked to keep an eye on Lilith's greatest enemy not by Lilith but Anthony. The Phantom didn't like to serve humans since he found most of them to be the weaker species but there were a couple of exceptions. He can't refuse an order from his lord/lady. He flew off and was heading toward Champion Tech.
The Phantom was going to report directly to Lilith about Zane's plans for tonight and how he was going to be focus on the affairs of the crime war going on Cypress Park. He was also sure that the gang in masks were working for him aka the secret crime boss of Cypress Park. Lilith was making plans to handle him without alerting Zane since he would doubtingly cause a problem. However, the Omniverse decided to have a different plan for this Phantom as a shadowy figure attacked him.
Later, Danny was currently pacing back and forth outside of the restaurant where he and Zane were having their double date. It was Danny and Gwen as one couple with Zane and three members of his harem being the other couple. His tie was to match his girlfriend's unique hair color but for Sorcerers, that's normal.
Danny sighed as he said,"Where the hell is he? He should been here by now but knowing him, he's probably trying to make a scene.". As his back was turned away from the street, Zane jumped down from the rooftop of the restaurant. The restaurant Vertigo Nomad was part of a hotel that was owned by Kristen's Uncle aka where Kristen lived so Zane knew this place like the back of his hand. While falling, his costume was changing thanks to Twilight's tendrils.
He's now wearing the same formal outfit that he wore during Zero Episode 103. Zane performed a very impressive and signature superhero landing which wasn't too bad on his knees. Danny turned around to see his best friend with Zane saying,"Hey there. Sorry I'm late. So why aren't you spooky to see me appear on the scene all ninja like?". "Yeah. I was at first but the shock kinda wears down after the seventh time you've done it." said Danny. "That's fair. So where's Gwen?" said Zane.
Danny shrugged as he said,"She's with your dates. They wanted to show up in style or something like that. I still don't get that superstition about us ignoring them until the date itself. It's like how you're not allowed to see your partner before the wedding.". "Yeah. I kinda stop questioning superstitions and this one is no such exception. I totally blame that one chick from Ultimate Showdown for starting this one." said Zane.
Danny looked at his best friend as he said,"You know that not everyone is on the show is a monster right? I'm sure Ray isn't a monster plus a couple of them.". "You're right but nine times, reality TV corrupts people. Rain also told me the world of acting is a battlefield being that most actors usually try to outshine others by cheap tactics." said Zane. A limo soon showed up as Danny said,"So do you know whose limo that belongs to?".
Zane shrugged his shoulders as he said,"No idea. Why are you asking me this?". "Since you spend most of your time dealing with the antics of the rich members of Cypress Park, I thought that you would know which limo belong to who." said Danny. "Nope. They all kinda blend together." said Zane. "Okay. Think it belongs to the devils?" said Danny. "Maybe but I really doubt Astrid and Chloe wouldn't dare spare a limo for Rae unless they were forced by Ignacio or me." said Zane.
Danny looked at Zane with him saying,"Now by forcing, you mean scaring them like you did to them before right?". "Yeah. Something like that." said Zane. "Okay then. So do you think it belongs to Roxy then?" said Danny. "Probably not. Her father hates me if you recall so why would he lend out one of his limos to one of his step daughter's friends. He might think it's for me so he isn't taking the chance. I think we know the driver though." said Zane.
Before Danny could ask what he mean, the limo's passenger side window opened up. Efren was sitting there in a limo driver uniform as he said,"Hey Captain and Danny! Good to see you guys.". "Efren is the driver?! Shouldn't you be working tonight?" said Danny. "He's right Efren. I mean the Velvet Spoon is going to be busy tonight since it's going to be packed with singles ready to mingle with the other singles." said Zane.
Efren smiled as he said,"I am you guys. The boss lady decided to help out her favorite customer with his love life.". "You're her favorite customer right?" said Danny. "Correct." said Zane. Efren was soon hit in the head by a piece of paper as he grabbed it. Efren nodded as he said,"Anyway, prepare to be amazed boys.". Danny and Zane soon watched the man leave the limo and run over to the passenger seat, opening it.
Gwen walked out of it with Danny's mouth opening. She's wearing a black dress with azure blue ribbons on her arms. "Hey. You guys look great." said Gwen. Danny was still in a stunned state with Zane slapping some sense into him by a "light" slap to the back of the head thanks to a tendril. Danny glared at Zane who whistled. "Zane. I would be mad at you but I'm sure you'll be getting the same thing." said Twilight, shrugging.
Danny walked up to Gwen as he said,"Ignore our immature friend Gwen. You look beautiful.". He hugged her as she returned the hug. "So are my dates in there too? I'll probably do the same thing as Danny except transforming into Liger Form, acting like an idiot and blowing my secret identity at the same time. You look nice by the way Gwen. Don't get jealous bro." said Zane, looking at Danny who rolled his eyes.
Gwen shook her head as she said,"Nope. It was just me and Efren. They decided to meet us in the restaurant. I know that you wanted to be with all of them but well, things happen for a reason. You'll just have to take them on a date. Oh thank you for the compliment Zane.". Danny quickly put his arm around her as Gwen said,"You're not jealous are you Danny? You know that I love you and you alone right?". "I know that. I just wanted to show you how much I love you." said Danny.
Zane nodded as he said,"Yeah. He does Gwen. Whenever I'm around a couple, the guy usually does something stupid like Brad. He does stuff to prove how much of a man he is despite Leigh liking him for his heart rather than his muscles. Whenever he does something stupid, Leigh or I promptly hit him and hopefully, he learns his mistakes eventually.". The trio walked inside of the restaurant as Efren smiled. "It's happy to see love. I miss you babe." said Efren. He entered the limo and drove off.
Meanwhile at the Cypress Park Amphitheater, people were heading there to see the surprise hit of the season the Queen Program which decided to play in Cypress Park longer due to the success of the comedy play. Fun fact, the pies that the play uses constantly is from the Mom and Pop store known as the Cuisine of Art which first appeared in Zero Shorts Episode 1. Kurt was heading up the steps to the amphitheater and unlike most guys here, he was wearing his normal outfit.
This is due to his date ,of a few weeks, being someone who likes to dress casual. "So I don't get why this show is so popular. I mean aren't most plays supposed to be dramatic and filled with death or something?" said Kurt. "You're not wrong but plays can be multiple genres just like film. This show is popular because it's a funny and engaging story. I'm just happy you agree to attend the show with me tonight Kurt." said a female voice.
Kurt around turned to see his date standing there. Her name is Abigail Watson but she likes to be called Abby since Abigail is too stuffy for her liking. She has long, wavy black hair and green eyes. She has a small button nose. She has violet red lipstick and matching colored eyeshadow. She wears a maroon ripped long sleeve blouse under a black romper with gray straps and silver buckles, showing off her midriff.
She wears black capris with a gray belt and a thorn belt buckle to it and black knee high platform mary janes with a noticeable silver strap. She wears a red scarf around her neck which partially hides a silver rose thorn necklace. She also wears gold hoop earrings with maroon fingerless gloves. She has red nails and fake pointy teeth. Despite this, people like Atem, Uriel, Wolfram, and Zoey think that’s she’s a vampire despite her clearly not being one.
Kurt smiled as he said,"Yeah. I mean I didn't expect us to spend our month anniversary doing this though.". "And what do you expect our anniversary to be? Maybe you want to be knocked out again Kurt. Your brothers did find it funny to hear that's how we met." said Abby. "Yeah. You got lucky and I really wish those three didn't tell Zane about it." said Kurt. "True. So are you ready to be impressed Kurt?" said Abby. "Yep." said Kurt, walking into the amphitheater.
As the audience ,including Abby and Kurt, were taking, a rigoletto was starting up. Just above the crowd, there was a meeting of pure evil about to take place. Andrew stood there with his two main enforcers/lieutenants Carmen and Thomas standing to the left and right of him respectively. Andrew was wearing his normal outfit since it was considered formal wear. His two enforcers/lieutenants were also wearing formal wear as well but their formal wear was also built for combat.
Carmen is wearing a beautiful red kimono style dress. She's still wearing her trench coat, gray fingerless gloves that goes up to her elbows, black choker necklace, silver arm guards and leg guards, and brown knee-high boots. She had all of her weapons on her but one is well known. It's a powerful sword which goes by the name of Klinge. It's a medium sized long-handled double-edged Cruciform Broadsword with the blade being like a scythe and thorn like.
When she gets serious, her sword gains a gold aura. It’s blade can’t be destroyed by normal material and it gets repaired upon absorbing a liquid. Thomas ,like his boss, is wearing a black suit but he's still wearing his protective face mask. He's also wearing his black belt that has several grenades and black black thermal goggles that has red lenses and rest around his neck when not in use. "It's a darn shame that Taurus was unable to attend tonight's events." said Andrew.
Carmen giggled as she said,"It's totally because Zero's been screwing up Taurus's operations and that made the boss mad lately. He's so hot isn't he snowy?". "Yes he has but don't forget about those two also interrupting us." said Thomas who was looking at the clearly insane assassin. "Yes. Legion Zero is just one force of good that against our criminal empire. The other two forces are Crimson Spade and the demon. However, that isn't our biggest worry tonight. Things will be quite hectic." said Andrew.
The two nodded as the door to their private room opened up. The trio of Clair, Craig, and George stood there. The only one of the three to dress up is George but Craig is wearing a top hat so there was an attempt on his part unlike Clair. He's wearing a gold cape, held up by two silver clasps on both sides of his chest. "Mastermind. It's a pleasure for you to join us." said Andrew. He walked over to him and held his hand to shake it.
George looked at it with him saying,"Can the formality Collins. We're here for business not to play childish games.". "You're right but the start of a good relationship ,business or otherwise, should start off good." said Andrew. The two had a glare off as Craig and Thomas stopped their respective leader fighting each other. "So where's Reactor? He's supposed to be here right?" said Craig. "Boo! Why did you stop them fly boy?!" said Carmen.
Craig soon glared right at her as he said,"Because I don't want to fight unless it's needed and knowing the industry we work, a fight will happen.". The door behind the three members of the Battalion soon opened up. Connie stood there wearing the dress she wore in Zero Episode 123. "The true kingpin of Cypress Park Reactor has arrived." said Connie. A man walked into the room with Andrew then clenching his fists at seeing the once ruler of Cypress Park's criminal empire standing there.
Reactor aka Julian Dawson was the kingpin of crime in Cypress Park for many reasons with two reasons sticking out in particular. They were his ruthless tactics to maintain order and his radioactive personality. He's one of the first metahumans in Cypress Park but at the time, the term metahuman wasn't really a thing. He has ability to produce and control radiation but he's able to live outside of a radiation suit thanks to his radiation being unable to suffer health effects to exposure to radiation
He can project this radiation from his body as energy beams, fireballs, or waves of radiation. He’s also unable to feel the cold and touch of a woman no longer. That may seem confusing since his radiation isn't deadly. Lets just say Connie was motherless at a very young age thanks to Julian's enemies and leave it at that. He's a tall man with a very muscular physique. This is impressive despite his age. He was jail for a long time so he needed to do something to kill time other than rule it.
His appearance makes him look younger than he is. His body is divided into two halves, making him stick out no matter where he goes. The right side of his body has fair looking peach colored skin which reveals that he's Caucasian. He has short, white hair which looks professionally done and dark blue eye. He has a scar on his right cheek. The left side of his face isn't pretty so let me tell you why. His skull is clearly exposed with a navy blue glow to it.
He's wearing a black suit with an silver tie. Andrew could see two silver bracelets on his right wrist with the gold skinned man keeping a close eye on them. He was sure that the Engineer or one of the Alliance scientists made them for the man whose been in prison for a long time and has probably got rusty which he was going to use to his advantage. As the Maestro began the show below, the three crime boss sat there by their respective leader. "Let us begin." said Reactor.
Thomas stood there as he thought to himself,"Me and Carmen are more than capable of watching the Commander's back during the summit. My cold and her unique skills are able to take down the living wattage and the rest of them if they decided to fight. However, Randall is being quiet for a while now and that's concerning.". A butler ,who was clearly scared out of his mind, came in and served a drink to the three.
His fear is well earned since most of them are known super villains and the girl in the red dress was licking her lips. He was scared of Carmen the most. Reactor picked up his glass as he said,"To the Valentine's Day carna...conference.". "Wow. He isn't even subtle." thought everyone in the room with Connie internally facepalming at her father's slip up. The three crime boss soon clinked their glasses with each other, making a ding sound through the room.
Back at the Vertigo Nomad, two thirds of the Maelstrom Trinity ,which was coined by Kevin and this group consisted of Allen, Danny, and Zane, and Gwen were sitting at a fancy table. It could fit twenty people easy. "Yep. Kris was right. The place has amazing food." said Zane while skimming right through the menu. "I'm sure you're clearly ignoring how much everything cost. You should know that most people aren't made of money or have so many connections to it." said Danny.
Gwen placed a hand on her boyfriend's shoulder as she said,"You do know that Zane's dating the owner's niece right?". "Yep. Even though Kris and Sal are out of town due to family drama, we can eat here for free." said Zane. "Really Zane? Sal does know about your black hole stomach right?" said Gwen. "He does and according to our video call, it'll be fine." said Zane. "Okay. That settles that. So where is the rest of our group?" said Danny.
The techno-organic teen got his answer with Zane's face turn bright red and mouth drop to the floor literally. "Okay then. I didn't like that earlier did I?" said Danny. "No. Yours was cuter while his is more comical. We should probably bring him back to reality before someone noticed his jaw touching the floor." said Gwen. Danny punched Zane in the shoulder, returning Zane's jaw back to normal. The trio of Karen, Rachel, and Rain stood there.
Zane called all of his harem goddess who've graced the earth with their beauty. Karen is wearing a short spaghetti strap aqua-silver mini dress going to the middle of her thighs and black tights. She's wearing silver high heels that look rather expensive. Her hair is curled over her right shoulder and a black rose in her hair as well. Rachel's dress clearly shows off her womanly figure being the most provocative dress out of the group.
This makes sense given Rachel's bloodline since devils are known for being quite seductive. This is a strange thing to note since most if not all devils being completely idiotic fools in the matters of the heart. Her dress is a backless steel gray silk dress with matching heels and a molten gold sash around her waist. It was displaying a fortunate portion of her cleavage and her shoulders being that it was split in the front of the dress.
The hem of the dress reached her lower legs with a small slit going up the right side of the attire. Rain is wearing a simple, flowing light blue dress that seem to be sparkling. It reached the middle of her thighs and hugged her figure perfectly. She's wearing black expensive looking high heels. Her hair was tied in a bun. Zane had to force himself from not grabbing the trio, taking them back to his place and have some fun if you catch my drift. It isn't a game of pattycake.
Karen looked at Zane with her saying,"So is Zane okay? He hasn't said anything since we've arrived and I'm worried.". "And this is our Zaney right? He isn't a clone or robot duplicate that he has laying around his lab or tower. He has that right?" said Rain. "Nope. He's the real deal. I'm sure he's stunned by how beautiful all of you are." said Danny. "Yep. That's right!" said Zane with his face blushing red and was stuttering a bit.
Gwen smirked as she said,"Okay Zane. I guess you have your moments of weakness after all. You're real smooth.". "Be nice Gwen. It's one of his cute features." said Rachel, smiling. The girls soon sat down as Karen sat to the left of Zane, Rachel sitting next to Gwen, and Rain sitting next to Rachel which left the spot to the right of Zane open along with the other six seats. Danny sat next to Karen by the way. "So I have to ask you girls something." said Danny. "What?" said Karen.
Danny said,"So why aren't one of you girls sitting to the right of Zane? I'm sure that Karen sitting to the left of Zane must have been a brawl between the three of you.". "Yeah. Was there some mud involved or what? If so, I want to see it." said Zane. Danny and Zane were then hit by Gwen and Twilight respectively as the two girls said in unison,"Boys.". "It's fine Gwen. We decided who gets to set next to Zane through rock, paper, and scissors." said Rain.
Rachel smirked as she said,"And yes Zane. We did the fun way.". "Really? I have to see it. So who is sitting to the right of me then?" said Zane. Just then, Brad's group appeared from out of nowhere. His group consisted of Austin, Brad, David, Hannah, Leigh, and Vicky with the latter member shocking Zane since he hadn't really spoken to her outside of their costumed life. Austin, Brad, David, and Hannah are wearing their formal wear from Zero Episode 110.
In the case of Leigh, she's wearing the exact same dress she wore at the beauty pageant except it was now gold. Vicky is wearing a red strapless knee length dress with a neckline, exposing part of her chest but not too slutty. The upper half of the dress is a dark red color and the bottom of the dress is a pale red color. She's wearing a black cloth belt, diving the dress in half. She's wearing violet strappy heels with it exposing her painted indigo toenails that matched her lips and nails.
Before Zane could say anything, Brad said,"Oh wow! What a total surprise! Us romantic fools think alike don't we? Lets sit together since you got enough space!". Brad sat to the right of Zane with Leigh sitting next to her date. David and Hannah sat next to each other with Austin and Vicky sitting next to her. "Okay. I think I know why the spot to the right of you wasn't taken." said Thomas. "So how come you wanted to sit at the same table as Zane?" said Austin.
Hannah looked right at him with her saying,"It's fine. We've come to an agreement.". "Yeah. I'm still shocked that we aren't enemies anymore because I'll miss our arguments." said Zane. "You two were never enemies. You just disagreed a lot." said David. "That makes them enemies man." said Austin as Vicky was looking at Zane. He looked good and wondered if he and Karen were together since she was looking at him. Oh. Austin and Vicky are here as friends by the way.
Back at the Amphitheater, a disguised Gary ,who was in his butler disguise, was serving the three crime lords and most of their lieutenants. Carmen was the only one not stopping behind her leader since she was watching the show below and giggling whenever someone got hit in the face with a pie which happened a lot. Just as Gary was about to leave, he was stopped by Thomas who placed a cold hand on his shoulder.
Gary turned toward the cryokinetic who spoke,"So what are you doing here Joe or whatever name you're going by?". Thomas was slowly releasing some frost onto the man with Gary saying,"I'm only here for a quick fix!". Thomas smiled as he said,"Fine. Stay out the way. I don't want to see you get stabbed by the armored man or psychopath girl, blasted by electricity/energy, or just killed.". "Will do sir." said Gary.
The man soon leave the room clearly in fear as a remaining butler gave Thomas a folder. "What's this for kid?" said Thomas. "Someone left this for you Mr. Wright aka Cryonic." said the butler. He was gone as Thomas opened the folder. His eyes widened as he looked at the three man sitting there and talking. Connie looked at her former lover and could tell that something or someone pissed him off but the ones working for George weren't paying attention since they were focused on the show.
Back at the restaurant, the group there were talking with Brad picks up his fork and "accidentally" dropped it on the ground. Leigh looked at him as Brad said,"Oops. Guess I'm a pretty clumsy. Hey Alvarez. How about you help me buddy?". "Wait what?" said Zane, getting dragged by Zane below the table much to the confusion of Karen, Leigh, Rachel, Rain, and Vicky. "Listen. I need your help man." whispered Brad. "With what?" said Zane.
Brad looked at Zane who said,"I don't want Leigh to think I'm stupid!". "You're not stupid Brad. You just have more sports smarts than books smart. Just be yourself. I mean I told you this and also Kris did plus your brother and father. Your mother would say this too if she was around you." said Zane. "Didn't you save her from Downpour and then she slapping you?" said Twilight. "Yeah but she likes smart things and honestly, she knows who I am or was!" said Brad.
Zane rolled his eyes as he said,"Yeah. She does know that but she decided to go out with you after you've changed. Relax. Women can smell fear and also desperation.". "I know that but I'm scared man. Look do you have any idea on how to help me?" said Brad. "Nothing comes to me except by pinching you. If I see you do something stupid, I'll pinch you." said Zane. "Perfect! Thanks for the advice Alvarez!" said Brad, hugging Zane.
He was soon pinched by Zane who said,"You were doing something stupid. Just getting warmed up pal.". "And the sadist is here." said Twilight. Brad and Zane came back up, pretending like their unique conversation didn't happen. "Weren't you picking up the silverware?" said Leigh. "Why? I mean are you in.....? Ow!" said Brad, glaring at Zane who whistled innocently. Danny, Gwen, and Rachel knew that Zane's sadistic side was here.
Back at the Amphitheater, the play was going on along with the meeting. "Look here Drew or should I call you Gold Commander. I'm impressed with how you took over Cypress Park in my unexpected absence but here's the thing. Me and my family have been ruling this city for generations and you're not taking what belongs to me even though you and I once worked together. You were my number one guy and now, you're my biggest enemy." said Reactor.
Andrew shook his head as he said,"Times have change Julian while you haven't. You've always made everything about you. The criminal empire should be run like a business rather than a gang like it did under your rule. Under my better rule, we've been able to increase our money intake by pretending members of our society.". "You fools. You may think that your business will be stable even though he's making you two fight over scraps like rats." said George.
Reactor looked at the sorcerer and the man said,"I think you are taking about Legion Zero. Heard about him while in prison. He's quite powerful despite being so young. I thought you would have asked him to join your business Drew.". "He refused. Turns out that he can't be bribed by greed like the rest of the goons." said Andrew. "Legion Zero is a persistent pest. He has been focused on keeping all of us from reaching our true potential. I have a idea." said George.
Thomas crossed his arms as he said,"Which is what?". "It's simple. We'll split the city in three equal parts and work together to take down the hero and release that on the scene. Both of you know what I'm talking about." said George. The lieutenants were confused by what he was talking about except for Thomas who clenched his teeth. "You have such confidence to speak like that Mastermind. I now see why you would call this summit. It's due to that confidence of yours." said Andrew.
George looked confused as he said,"Hold on you gold-skinned fool. The relic did!". He pointed to Reactor with his eye and eye socket widened. "You can't play me for a fool boys! I was asked here by my former right hand to this summit!" said Reactor, pointing at Andrew. As the three men argued like children, Thomas got close to Connie. "I hope you weren't aware of the monster they were talking about." said Thomas. "What if I was snowy?" said Connie.
Thomas sighed as he went over to a nearby vase of flowers. He then picked up a flower from the vase, with him giving it to Connie who blushed. This was a shock to her since Thomas never showed her this kind of romance when they were dating and ever since she saw Thomas once again, she was slowly but surely falling for him. The two were about to kiss with Thomas grabbing her from behind and was holding a translucent tube.
It was filled with reddish-purple liquid. On one end, there was a plastic stopper and the other end had a needle. Most of the liquid went into her body as she smacked it away, breaking it. She soon glared at Thomas with her soon falling unconscious and toward the ground. Reactor's eye widen as he said with fatherly worry,"Connie!". "Wow! I didn't see that coming at all!" said Carmen. Craig flew into the air with Clair firing a stream of lightning at Thomas.
The cryokinetic made a ice shield, which blocked Clair's shot and directed the lightning right toward Craig whose eyes widened. The force of the electricity sent Craig into a wall. George soon removed his cape with him covering his body in silver Animus. "You fools made a big mistake crossing me and my organization!" said George. "We didn't plan on crossing you. Thomas, explain yourself right now." said Andrew, glaring at the metahuman who shrugged.
George glared at Andrew as he said,"Yeah right! What do you take me for?!". He blasted Andrew into the wall with Animus. Clair soon grabbed him, shocking him in the process. He soon threw him throwing against the glass window, cracking a bit upon contact with the businessman's body. This somehow didn't distracted the audience below since the show was hypnotizing being that the jester just threw a pie at the visiting noble after he insulted the jester's puns.
Yes. This show is mainly a comedy but has some serious moments. These moments are far and few between. However, there was someone who noticed the man crashing into the window. This someone was Kurt Alvarez being that the pyrokinetic looked up to see Andrew against the window. Kurt knew Andrew from his brother since the gold skinned man was his mentor. "Okay. I'm sure that something is going on and Zane likes that guy. I better go help him." thought Kurt.
He looked right at Abby who was laughing at the joke from the jester. "And I really don't want to leave her but I can't let my bro down." thought Kurt. After she finished up laughing, she looked at her date who was trying to leave his seat but wasn't for some reasons. Abby touched his shoulder, getting his attention. "Are you alright Kurt? I made sure to get us the comfy seats." whispered Abby. "I'm completely fine Abby. I'm grateful for the nice seats since I'm not that guy." whispered Kurt.
He soon pointed to another member of a crowd. This member was Zane's most harsh critic Curtis Goodwin who was clearly looking uncomfortable. "Yeah but he has it coming. Unlike the company I work for, I actually like Legion Zero." whispered Abby. "Yeah me too." whispered Kurt. He didn't like the man not just because he's a terrible reporter according to his aunt. It was mainly because he was constantly bashing Zane despite all of the good he did.
Back above, Andrew glared at three individuals. Clair who was firing a constant stream at electricity at Thomas who blocked it using ice walls, George who was holding him against the window, and his former right hand who betrayed him by knocking out Connie. Carmen would have helped him out but she was fighting against Cosmonaut. Reactor was holding his daughter's body and was unable to do anything about this.
Andrew sighed as he looked at his gold brass knuckles and nodded. He soon aimed his hands toward the Sorcerer with George's eyes widened at the sight in front of him. In all reality, the brass knuckles were actually a custom made Thompson .45 caliber machine gun and Sniper Rifle. This only came apparent when the knuckles turned into gauntlets. The weapons fired a barrage of gold energy bullets, forcing George to drop Andrew to protect himself.
Andrew landed and kept his barrage on George, dodging a chair thrown at him. Andrew soon fired a giant golden blast, jumping back. "Explain to me why you decided to this before I start attacking you as well." said Andrew. "You know what I'm talking about Collins. It's the Enigma project. I know that you're involved so I really don't hope you hate too much for this. I won't let you or anyone unleash a creature like that on the city!" said Thomas.
The man soon fired a wave of ice at Andrew and George with both of them. Reactor was holding his daughter's body while she loudly groaned in pain. She was clearly unable to fight back and whatever Thomas put in her was hurting her. He turned toward the trio of Andrew, George, and Thomas who were fighting it out. He placed his daughter against a nearby wall and he said while removing his suit jacket,"Don't worry sweetie. I'll get him back for hurting you.".
He pressed down on his bracelets with him saying,"Plus you were too good for him.". He was soon covered in brown armor that covered him from head to toe except for his face. It has bluish magma lining going through it. His gauntlets were five-digit sharp claws. He has a revolver in a holster slung on his right arm with two magma blades ,matching his armor in terms of design, hanging from a holster on his waist.
He charged right toward Andrew who was focused on keeping Thomas back using his gauntlets and the gold skinned man was pinned against a wall. Reactor then threw Andrew, blasting the man with radiation. "I never liked the pain your radiation gave me. I think it's time for me to give you payback for everything you've down to me." said Andrew, landing on the ground. Reactor ignored his taunt as he once against charged at Andrew.
Andrew tried to redirect the man but it failed as both he and George went through a wall, sending them down toward the ground. George caught himself by casting a levitation spell just as Andrew kicked Reactor in the chest and sent him toward the ground, breaking it. Andrew landed on the ground ,in a supervillan landing, as the three villains stood there glaring at each other. "And now, it's personal." said Reactor.
Back in the meeting room, Thomas looked down to see the three and he walked toward the somehow destroyed table. He sat down and ate some of the cake remaining there. He looked around to see that Carmen had warped both Clair and Craig out of there. "It seems that the C club is already gone. It's a darn shame that you couldn't joined them Connie. However, I did this to protect those innocent since the Sigma project doesn't discriminate." said Thomas.
He sighed as he said,"I wouldn't normally trust a folder given to me by the help but those people won't be hurt by that monster again.". He walked right over to where George sat and found a tablet on the table. "And with this, the Sigma project will be gone." said Thomas. Meanwhile, Gary pulled out his phone and removed his disguise. "Time to bring in the big gun." said Gary, hoping Scott would pick up and rely the message.
Back at the restaurant, Danny grabbed a napkin with him wiping some food off Gwen's mouth that had some food on it. "Yo Malone. You really scored a real mod....... Ow!" said Brad with Zane lightly hitting him in the arm. "Zane's enjoying punishing Brad isn't he?" whispered Rain. "What do you think?" whispered Rachel. Zane's cellphone soon rang as Zane said,"Son of a.... Excuse me.". He left the table as Hannah said,"So place your bets. Do you think it's his company of his family?".
David looked at his girlfriend with him saying,"Since when do you care about what's going on with Zane's life?". "Yeah. You two hate each other don't you?" said Austin. "I don't hate him. Sure, I do find his jokes really bad but he really does care about his friends." said Hannah. Vicky nodded to that as Danny overheard Zane's conversation. "Hey Scott. I'm sure I told you this but I'm on a date with.. I hope you're not joking because if you are, I'll hate you forever. Okay. I'll be there." said Zane.
He walked back to the table with him saying,"Well, I have to jet.". "Why? You do know what today is right?" said David. "Yeah. It only comes once a year. Can't Zenith Industries not need you for once a night?" said Vicky. "Sorry but this is something that can't be ignored. After all, I can't ignore any cry for help even though I don't want to." said Zane. He sent a psychic message to his harem, the other member of the Maelstrom Trinity Danny, and Gwen. The duo of Danny and Gwen nodded.
Danny stood up as he said,"And we have to get going too. Zane may need our help especially if it's that guy.". "He isn't that bad but just in case, we better get going." said Gwen. "Even though he wants to make this Valentine Day's special. He really can't ignored the crime war coming to a peak." said Twilight. "Oh and here's your flowers by the way." said Zane. He soon gave Karen, Rachel, and Rain three different flowered bouquets much to the other guys except Danny's shock.
Zane smiled as he said,"I actually handmade each bouquets since pretty much every florists in the city was robbed by either Gold Commander or Reactor's gang.". "Dude. Why did you have to show us up like that?" said Austin. "Well, get on my level. I'm sorry ladies." said Zane. He kissed the three members of his harem on the cheek, causing Vicky to blush. "Alvarez! Why are you three going right now?!" said Brad. "Brad. Just be yourself okay?" said Zane as the three heroes was gone.
Back at the amphitheater, Kurt heard a silent but loud bang and looked toward it. "Sorry but I have to go use the bathroom. Be right back." whispered Kurt, leaving. Abby was confused by this with her wondering what was up with Kurt. She then noticed Curtis leaving as well. "Okay. If those two are leaving, something is going on. I need to find out what's going on." thought Abby. She was also gone just as the pie throwing got really intense.
Outside of the Queen Program and inside of the amphitheater, there were currently two fights going on. One fight which consisted of Andrew, George, and Reactor and the other one fight consisted of Carmen, Clair, and Craig. Fun fact about the C fight, they're in Hall C. So many Cs. Andrew was firing gold energy bullets at George who soon grabbed a sofa to block the bullets. He soon made and then threw a large Animus construct of a double decker bus at Andrew.
Andrew dodged it as he said,"All of us were betrayed by Cryonic because of that project!". He soon fired his weapons at his two opponents with Reactor saying,"You honestly think that? I'm sure that he's loyal to you, too stupid to do anything without our guidance! You were and are the same!". The gold skinned man's bullets were blocked by Reactor's armor and Reactor fired a radiation beam right at Andrew, destroying Andrew's left gauntlet.
George smiled as he said while firing Animus at Andrew,"Indeed. You really do seem to have trouble controlling the peons below you "Commander". If you can't control him, what makes you think that you can control this city?!". Reactor pressed a silver button on his palm, releasing a huge radiation shockwave at Andrew forcing him to dodge it. Andrew turned toward where the radiation hit, seeing the pure destruction his former boss leaves.
He soon fired his left gauntlet at George who dodged the bullets by hiding behind a pillar. Unknown to him, Kurt was watching this from behind a sofa. "Yep. I was right for ditching the show. Time to power up!" thought Kurt as he pulled his costume in a box. Andrew continued to fire his gauntlet at Reactor who dodged them. His gauntlet ran out of ammo being that Reactor charged toward Andrew and was about to punch Andrew in the face.
Andrew dodged the attack by slamming the gauntlet into Reactor's chin. "That tickled. You've gotten stronger haven't you Drew?" said Reactor. Reactor grabbed Andrew, throwing him into the air. The gold skinned man soon threw a punch at Reactor who caught it. Before Reactor could do anything about this, both him and Andrew were smacked by two Animus tentacles. George stood there with him standing above the other two gang boss.
Reactor soon clenched his teeth as he said,"You're a real coward aren't you Mastermind?". "What can I say relic? When I see an idiot like you and the commander, I just have to make you two look even dumber." said George. "Oh wow. I finally get to meet Reactor. I really think between the three of you fighting for Cypress Park, I totally want to join in except I won't control anyone thought. Not my thing but do you guys mind if I get deal in?" said a voice.
The trio of Andrew, George, and Kurt knew this voice all too well as they turned toward a huge crystal chandler and saw Zane standing there. "If I can't, mind telling me whose win? I totally think it's half and half. No offense Mr. Collins but total offense to you Georgie." said Zane, smirking. "I'll show you my authority over all of you by ending the annoying pest!" yelled George, firing several missiles of Animus at Zane.
Zane jumped onto the ceiling as the missiles hit the chandelier, causing it to fall to the ground. Zane soon noticed that no one was there as he thought,"Okay. I guess Kurt's gone but I don't want to putt the people inside of the theater in danger.". He soon jumped down and transformed into Mummy Form with him stretching his right arm to grab the chandelier. The other arm was wrapped around the ceiling while Zane gently set down the huge object.
While Zane was doing this, George was in front of him and had two giant Animus buzzsaw. "Hey magician." said Reactor. He released a shockwave at George, making George go right through the chandelier and causing it to explode. Zane soon reformed from the damage as he said,"Seriously?! I was trying to keep this a private fight but no! I don't get that.". He soon began swing around the room, dodging several Animus blasts from George.
The mummy soon wield his staff and blasted George in the chest with a beam of energy. This sent George outside but George wasn't going alone. Andrew, Reactor, and Zane were grabbed in the process by three Animus hands. The three were thrown onto the ground with the people outside running away. George picked up Andrew into the air with the police arriving. Scott stood there as he said,"Keep everyone behind a barricade! Protect the citizens is our first priority!".
Reactor broke out of his Animus prison by blasting it away with radiation. "Hey wizard! Fight me man to man! No more tricks got it?!" shouted Reactor. He soon held his two swords with George nodding. He released Andrew onto the ground, letting him fall to the ground like a cat. However, the Sorcerer kept his Animus prison over Zane since he knew how deadly Zane could be. Andrew looked at the mummy with him thinking,"This is a risky move but it's a move I'm willing to take.".
Back at the restaurant, Austin said,"I just don't get why Zane would abandoned his significant others on Valentine Day.". "That isn't fair Austin. You know Zane. He wouldn't do it unless it was really important but this time it was." said Vicky. "I guess." said Austin. Brad was poking his fork which was some small snails. "So enjoying your mollusks Brad?" said Leigh. "Of course. I mean I just love eating this cr... Ow!" said Brad.
He glared right at David with Brad saying,"Really?!". "Zane told me to do it while he's gone and honestly, I wanted to do it." said David, smiling. Back at the amphitheater, George was pushed into the fountain as Zane watched. Before he could do anything, the Animus was gone thanks to Andrew hitting it with a trash can. Zane looked at Andrew who said,"This is only temporary since we have mutual enemies.". "I agree." said Zane.
Reactor punched George in the face with George returning the punch. The older villain slammed into a mail box with him throwing the mail box at George. The sorcerer dodged it and the box was about to hit some civilians. It was stopped in place as Zane stood there in Robot Form. He soon threw the metal box at Reactor and it was sliced clean in half by the metahuman's swords. "You're more than just a punk messing with these two fools. I have to say that I'm not impressed." said Reactor.
Zane floated toward Reactor with him saying,"Well, I'm just getting started old timer because I can juggle several things without using my arms.". He soon manipulated a nearby light post and wrapped it around Reactor. Reactor broke out of it and fired a beam of radiation at Zane. The robot dodged it as he said,"Note to self. Need better ways to keep Reactor down.". George watched the two fight with him matching two Animus tentacles.
He was about to stab both of them while they were distracted but Andrew slammed into him. "You won't be hurting them. I may have differing opinions on them but I won't let you hurt them while their backs are turned." said Andrew. "Your kindness is a downfall!" said George. He blasted Andrew off him and the man was sent in a light post, bending it in half. Zane was dodging Reactor's punches with Zane deactivating Robot Form and landed on his back.
Reactor smiled as he pressed down on a silver button on his palm. He soon released out a radiation shockwave which sent Zane back and onto the ground. Crisis Judgement went off and he dodged a punch to the stomach. However, Reactor fired a beam of radiation at Zane. The teen was sent flying into a statue of a president. Zane couldn't get a good image of said president being that he accidentally knocked his head off.
Zane blinked as he said,"Okay. If I ever become mayor, I'm totally pushing for more durable statues if this one isn't a clear example of the weak statues.". He was soon grabbed by an Animus tentacle and was hanging upside down by said tentacles. "You will pay for messing with my conquest of this city boy!" said George. "Sorry but messing with the bad guys is kinda my modus operandi. So do you mind paying for tonight? My wallet is another costume." said Zane.
He was soon thrown toward a police car with George and Tony helping the teen up. "Well, I think that he hates when someone forces him to pay for a meal. I can't believe that these three jerks are fighting each other and I'm forced to stop them. My luck am I right?" said Zane. "At least, it can't get any worse." said Tony. The three soon watched Thomas being punched out of the hole that George made earlier and slammed right into the statue that was in the center of the fountain.
The three crime boss looked at the super villain who caused them to fight in the first place. He looked like he was just beaten up by someone. Before they could question how he got here and what had happened to him, the three heard,"So Frosty tried to get rid of the three of you by making you fight each other but he forgot to factor in the secret final boss.". A creature soon walked out of the hole with it holding the unconscious Connie. It's a gigantic devil like creature with it looking male.
He's easily twelve feet tall with him having a large, muscular build. His body is covered in maroon green scales with large pointy ears. He has noticeable horns sticking right out of his chin, being a makeshift beard. His mouth was wide open, showing off his sharp fangs. His yellow eyes are bigger than normal with him having black sclera and no pupils. He has a pair of dragon-like wings which were currently sticking out of his back. Both of his hands and feet are webbed.
He wears a black full bodysuit that looks to be well fitting to his larger than normal body. He wears crimson red armor plating around his upper arms and his chest. He wears this with dark purple cargo shorts. He wears dark brown gauntlets and dark gold boots. "Isn't that Hellion Baron? He got juiced up!" said Zane. The devil threw Connie to the ground with Reactor running toward her and barely caught her. The two was soon hit into a nearby pillar, breaking it.
Above the pillar, there were people up there. Since said pillar was gone, the balcony was falling apart as people were hanging onto something. "I'll by ignore the return of my least favorite devil to do what heroes are the best at. Saving people." said Zane. He jumped into the air with him making a Green Nether slide. Some people landed right on the slide, sliding down and was taken away by the police before they were hurt. Reactor placed Connie to the side.
Behind the police blockade, the host of Apex Mind was trying to get his camera crew out here but it wasn't working since his phone wasn't getting a signal. George soon grabbed Zane with an Animus tentacle with the teen being pinned to the ground. He soon pointed an accusing finger at Zane. 'This is the cause for our problem! We can rule Cypress Park together or dividing it! We need to end this pest before that can happen!" yelled George.
The three villains (George, Hellion Baron, and Reactor) looked at Zane with Zane saying,"Okay. You really need to take a chill pill Georgie. I mean you're even louder than the fat lady and unlike her, I can't throw a pie at you to shut up.". "You just like antagonizing him don't you?" said Twilight. Zane shrugged as the three other villains walked toward Zane. "Hold him still so I can finish him off before I...." said Reactor, cocking back his fist.
Andrew soon kicked Reactor in the face, sending him back and then pulling back George's arms. By doing this, the Animus was gone. "Let me go you fool!" said George. Zane got back up and he said,"Oh wow. You're actually saving me. I guess you weren't lying about working together so I'll handle the baron.". He dodged the devil's swipe as Zane and the devil fought. "Sorry but there are too many witness. I can't be see working with super villains and gangsters." said Andrew.
George yelled,"Then you're weak and deserve to die!". He used a telekinesis spell and threw Andrew into a nearby statue. As Zane was dodging the devil's fireballs that was coming from his mouth and then exploded upon contact with the ground, he was soon grabbed by Reactor. He was then giving Zane a painful bear hug with Zane saying,"So why are you mad at me? I mean snowy and the devil hurt your little girl not me!".
Reactor ignored Zane as he covered his body in radiation, burning Zane's body. "You're weak and I am the ruler of Cypress Park not any of you!" said Reactor. "Um. You're wrong but whatever." said the devil, making two big fireballs. "So I know that you like girls since you had a daughter but with this hug and heat you're giving me, I think prison changed a lot of things about you." said Zane with him wishing that he was back at the restaurant at this moment.
Meanwhile in Hall C, Carmen was dodging the combined teamwork of Clair and Craig. "So how are you two working together? I mean you two aren't together right because it's pretty weird since fly boy is in his 50s and sparky is in her prime." said Carmen. Craig clenched his teeth as he said,"Shut up! I am not fifty! I'm thirty damn it!". He fired a barrage of missiles at her with Carmen dodging them and then got blasted in the back by Clair's lightning.
The electrokinetic smiled as she said with her holding Carmen,"So we defeat the planet's great assassin. Does this make us the best assassins?". Craig shrugged as he threw five feather/knives at Carmen with the assassin smiled. A twelve pointed star appeared and Carmen was gone as Clair was stabbed by the feathers. "Oww! What the hell?!" yelled Clair. "It wasn't my fault!" said Craig. The two were soon blasted by an azure blue energy blast, sending them flying into a couch.
The two got back up as they saw Danny and Gwen ,in costume, standing there. "So do you think these two alone?" said Danny, aiming his Spook Howitzer. Gwen soon blocked Carmen's sword with Time Rune as she said,"What do you think?!". The two swordswoman fought as Danny looked at the duo of Clair and Craig with the former covered in electricity and the latter flying in the air. "So we get Zero's sloppy seconds to fight instead of him?" said Clair.
Danny rolled his eyes as he said,"Whatever sparky. So how about you two surrender before I make you two look stupid than you already are?". Craig soon flew toward Danny with the techno-organic jumping over Craig and activating Spectral Busters, slamming it onto Craig. The man groaned with Danny kicking Craig away. Clair created an electricity construct hand and was about to create him but she was blasted by a black and white fireball.
Danny turned to see Kurt standing there in his costume. For a quick reminder, Kurt wears a black and white jumpsuit with his eyes covered by a silver bird-themed mask over his eyes. "Need an assist there Morph?" said Kurt, flying over to him using fire wings which sound delicious and painful at the same time. "Sure but what are you doing here?" said Danny. "Well, I was on a date before the super villain brawl went on." said Kurt.
Craig flew toward them as Danny said,"Oh. That sucks man. We were interrupted on our date too but...". Craig was about to strike them down only to be stuck. "What the? Why can't I move?!" said Craig, trying to move. He looked toward Danny whose arms had changed into his new inventions Deathly Talons and Eidolic Magnet. Danny's left arm was the Ediolic Magnet and his right arm was the Deathly Talons.
For a quick reminder, here's what they look like. The Deathly Talons are giant emerald green and silver claw like gauntlets that cover his arms up to his elbows. They also have small but very powerful tri-nozzled artillery cannons on them. The Eidolic Magnet is a giant red and white magnet that has an azure blue computer circuitry pattern. "You know that it's rude to interrupt someone's conversation like that right?" said Danny.
Kurt shook his head back and forth with him saying,"Villains have no respect Morph. You should know this by now.". "I know but it just so rude." said Kurt. Craig tried to escape with Clair about to fire a huge wave of electricity from her mouth at Danny. She threw the wave at Danny but Danny moved Craig in front of the wave. "Not again." groaned Craig, remembering the last time she did this to him. He screamed as his suit overload, causing him to be unconscious.
Before Clair could do anything about it, she was blasted by Danny's talons and then kicked into the back by Kurt who moved fast. Danny soon wrapped the two villains up in metal as Kurt said,"So is it just you or did you come with friends?". "He did and I'm sorry." said Gwen. The two looked at Gwen who stood there. "What's wrong?" said Danny, walking over to his girlfriend. "I was fighting Carmen before someone grabbed her and took her." said Gwen.
Kurt looked at the Sorceress as he said,"And by someone, who are you talking about?". "Remember the monster who captured us last year? The one who looks demonic." said Gwen. "Yeah. I sure do and I've been wanting to make him pay for hurting my family." said Kurt, releasing flames from his body. "Yep. He and Zane are totally family." thought Danny and Gwen. "So where is this guy?" said Danny. The three heard an explosion as they said,"Found him!". The three soon ran off.
Back at the Vertigo Nomad, the customers were dancing being that the couple of David and Hannah were dancing. Austin was dancing with someone but not with Vicky. This is due to her sitting there at the table with Brad, Karen, Leigh, Rachel, and Rain. Leigh looked at the dance floor and her date who smiled. "Brad. If your knee is still bothering you, we can just talk." said Leigh. "No! We'll dance Leigh!" said Brad.
Brad slowly stood up as Leigh looked at him. "Brad. I'm not the type of girl to force chance on her date to be different. Even though I thought you were a major jerk, you changed thanks to Legion Zero and being friends with Zane." said Leigh. Brad smiled as he placed his hands on her. "Then dance with me. It's honestly something I've wanted to do with you since we came here." said Brad. The two of them soon left the table, leaving behind the four girls.
Rachel sighed as she said,"Well, I'm going to dance.". "By yourself?" said Vicky. "I was going to dance with David as friends plus seeing Hannah getting jealous will be hilarious." said Rachel. "I'm sure you'll record it for Zane right?" said Karen. "Yeah. He'll like that." said Rain. "Why are you three not mad at Zane? I mean he abandoned you on the most romantic day of the year. " said Vicky. "He's always trying to be there for us even though he's busy." said Karen.
Before Vicky could say anything, there was a guy proposing to his lover who said yes as the two hugged and kiss. Everyone was cheering for them. Fun fact, these two are from Zero Episode 86 who Zane got together. The boy actually mentioned Legion Zero. Full circle. "Okay. I got to tell Zane about this. He loves romance more than anything." thought Rachel. Vicky clenched her teeth since she don't like Zero but like Zane. Ah love.
Back with Zane, Reactor was trying to crush and burn Zane's bones and body respectively. "So how about you let me go or else?" said Zane. "Or else what brat?" said Reactor. Reactor's face was soon covered in candy syrup, blinding him. "I can't see but I don't need my vision to end you!" said the armored man. "Oh wow. You're smarter than the average punk." said Zane. Reactor used his full strength, trying to crush Zane's bones.
Thanks to his hyper hearing, Zane could hear a faint sound coming from Reactor's armor. "So what's the plan Zane? We both hear the sound." said Twilight. "Time to dismantle the old man." said Zane as he turned into Inventor Form. He soon melted with Reactor's armor and Reactor noticed that the teen was gone. "Where did you?" said Reactor. Reactor's armor soon began beating itself up with it slowly shutting down. "No! Dam you! This can't happen to me! I'm Julian Dawson!" said Reactor.
He began firing radiation beams everywhere as he heard,"Dude. Calm down. I mean I did this to your daughter earlier so how about you just stop?". Reactor's armor soon punched Reactor in the face, knocking him out. Zane soon removed himself from Reactor's armor and reformed back to his normal form. Crisis Judgement went off as Zane dodged Hellion Baron's fireballs by sprouting plane like wings and the flames covered Reactor.
Zane was focused on fighting Hellion Baron as George walked toward Reactor. "I know that you hate when someone attacks another in the back but all fair in war." said George. He soon made an Animus chainsaw and began slowly cutting through Reactor's armor. George was soon hit in the face by a ball of mud. George was annoyed as he turned toward Zane who was in Swamp Form and Andrew. "So do you think he's mad at me?" said Zane. "Probably." said Andrew.
Crisis Judgement went off as Hellion Baron ripped open the ground in front of him and threw it at the duo of Andrew and Zane. Before it could hit them, Zane stretched out his arm and grabbed it. He then threw it back at the ground in front of George, breaking it. George fell into the hole and both Andrew and Zane were grabbed by two Animus tentacles. They were dragged into the hole and before Hellion Baron could go after them, he was stopped by a small mechanical tongue like whip.
He turned around to see Danny standing there with Spook Howitzer aimed at him. "Seriously? Why are you trying to stop me by yourself?" said Hellion Baron. The devil threw two fireballs at Danny with one getting sliced in half by Gwen and the other one was kicked into the fountain by Kurt. The entire area was covered in smoke as the fountain were gone along with Hellion Baron which is impressive given his size.
In the hole, George stood there and saw Andrew's hand in the rubble. Before he could do anything, he heard,"Hey Georgie! Don't forget about me!". George was soon punched in the face by Zane with the sorcerer firing several Animus bolts. Zane dodged them as he headed toward George, kicking him in the face hard. George was knocked to the ground and groaned out,"I hate you Zero". "Yeah I know." said Zane.
The plant being wrapped George in a plant prison which was the V.B.R.S. from Fairy Legion Chapter 39 but stronger. Zane walked over the pile of rubble and Crisis Judgement went off. Andrew then tried to grab Zane but it failed due to Zane being intangible. Zane let go of George's prison and he deactivate Swamp Form. Andrew slowly stood back up and he said,"It seems that you know what I'm going to do.". "Have a polite chat about girls we like?" said Zane.
Andrew chuckled at Zane's joke as he said,"We had a fight the first time we met so long ago. You were able to dodge my punches before punching me. I wasn't trying to fight you. This time will be much different since we have no witness.". Zane nodded as he said,"Yeah I do. This time, I won't go easy on you since I'm sure you won't be holding back on me.". Andrew tried to punch Zane with Zane grabbing his hand and throwing him away.
Andrew ripped out a pipe as Zane jumped toward him and was smacked by the metal pipe into a wall. Andrew threw the pipe at Zane with the teen dodging him. Zane was soon in the air with Andrew jumping into the air and was going to punch him. Zane dodged it as he kicked Andrew in the jaw. Andrew soon held two pipes and tried to hit Zane with them. Zane blocked most of them with his gauntlets before jumping backwards.
He soon sweep the leg of the gangster, sending him to the ground. Andrew recovered with Zane spin kicking the man into the wall. George soon watched the two fist fight with them being equal and was knocked out due to a piece of rubble that was a result of the two fighting. Zane soon directly kicked Andrew in the face with Andrew grabbing a large boulder. He threw it at Zane with Zane grabbing the boulder, forcing him back. He then threw the boulder back at Andrew, hitting him so hard in the face and knocking him to the ground.
Before Andrew could get back up, Zane trapped him in candy syrup. "You won't be fighting anymore since you're kinda stuck in your defeat." said Zane. "Even though your jokes are terrible most of the time if not all of the time, you deserve this victory my greatest rival." said Andrew with out cold as Zane sighed. He looked at George and then Andrew. Zane smiled as he grabbed George and threw him into the air through the hole.
A bit later, the police was throwing Reactor ,who was unable to move thanks to Zane shutting down his armor, into a police car and out of the hole, a tied up George came out and slammed into the ground. "Can't you be gentle with us hero?" said George, groaning. Danny walked up to him as he said,"Yeah. Zero isn't like that. So where is he?". He saw Zane dragging Andrew out of the hole and he said,"Hey Scott. Meet Andrew. He's the Gold Commander obviously.".
Scott nodded as he said,"Thanks Zero. Mr. Collins. You're under arrest.". "And totally not getting the special treatment any time soon." said Zane. "Castro! I'll give you five seconds to arrest Legion Zero and the rest of his super friends! They were probably planning on attacking this upstanding individual in the first place and take over Cypress Park! We all saw him save that ungrateful hero's life and he's a monster!" shouted Curtis.
Zane rolled his eyes as he said,"Yeah. I'm sure that guy is never going to like me.". "I think he hates you more than most of the criminal empire hates you." said Andrew. "And you're making jokes now too. I'm so proud." said Zane. Before Curtis could do anything, Abby punched him out cold. "You're a stupid man. Zero saved us." said Abby. Gwen looked at Kurt who mouthed,"That's my girl.". Andrew was being dragged to a police car as he said,"Hold on. Where's Cryonic?".
Scott looked right at him as he said,"Don't know. He vanished just like that demon.". The cops soon dragged Andrew to a police car and he turned around to face the heroes. "Thanks. I'm sure that isn't what you planned for Valentine's day but it was bonded to happen eventually." said Scott. "Yeah. We didn't but the night isn't over." said Zane. "Dude. TMI." said Danny. "I didn't say anything about what we're going to do." said Zane.
Danny looked at his best friend with him saying,"Yeah but I really don't want to hear about. We're going to get going.". Gwen nodded as the two were gone. Kurt was gone as Twilight said,"Pretty sure he was going to do something about ditching Abby.". "Yeah. Speaking of ditching, I hope the girls don't kill me for ditching." said Zane. "Yeah. They won't but you're already dead kinda." said Twilight as Zane chuckled. "Yeah but you know what I mean." said Zane. The teen flew off.
The next day at the Police precinct, Scott was in his office and typing something on his laptop. He heard a thump on the window and turned around to see Zane ,in costume, with him sticking onto the window. "So how are you doing son? In the doghouse?" said Scott. Zane soon threw a paper onto Scott's desk as Zane said,"Have you seen the paper?! Andrew made bail and he wasn't even in jail for a day! How corrupt is this society?!".
Scott looked at Zane with him saying,"I'm sure you know the answer to that question since you've been around the worst of it during class.". "Yeah but still. I was kinda hoping not to see or hear about him for a week." said Zane. "You did good kid. The entire world knows about his criminal past and will be constantly watched. His operation will be crippled in time and he'll be in jail for the rest of the year like Reactor." said Scott.
Zane nodded as he said,"That's fair. You think I could?". "Probably but you should know this. Thanks to your action, there is a power vacuum in Cypress Park and nature doesn't like a vacuum of any kind son." said Scott. "Indeed. Like with the last power vacuum, I'll be stopping any power vacuum that will happen in my city." said Zane, clenching his fist. "You seem confident. Something happened last night didn't it?" said Scott. Zane smiled as he said,"Yeah it did.".
Back in Collins Enterprise, Andrew entered it. He closed the door and turned around. "I'm sure you're well aware of my fall from grace thanks to your action. It seems that my desire to keep my control over the city lead to my downfall, leading to several new powers entering it. So are you going to do something about it Zero or should I saw Zane?" said Andrew. His chair turned around and revealed Zane, sitting there in his casual clothing.
The teen looked right at him as he said,"I'll stop it. I have plans for everything and I have my friends helping me out. It's called being part of a business. You taught me that. So when did you know about me being Zero?". "For a while now, don't worry. I'll keep your secret safe. Just keep doing what you do best. Be a man worthy of great power but doesn't let it corrupt you." said Andrew. "Thanks. So what is the Sigma Project?" said Zane. The two soon talked.
