This post is a part of Fairy Legion Chapter 39 and has been put into a separate post mainly due to the original post being unable to edit for reasons described in this update post. This post here has been written in December 2021 but will be uploaded before Fairy Legion Chapter 39. This is to mainly improve the amount of posts produced within a certain time frame or other reasons.
Natsu weakly stood back up since that his blue fire and lightning had drained his magic storage. On the other hand, Gajeel was still at its peak after consuming that iron. Natsu ,who had the advantage during the early stages of their fight, was getting his butt whopped. Boze was about to strike him but was hit in the face by Stella. "Earth Dragon Roar!" shouted Stella, with her firing a barrage of rocks right toward Boze and Sue.
The latter of the two made a large mirror appear in front of Boze and absorbed the rocks. "You know what's going to happen but just to make sure you learn your place." said Sue from within the mirror that protected Boze. A mirror appeared above Happy and Lucy with the rocks trapping the duo inside of a cage of rocks. Happy screamed as Lucy was unphased by this. as she said,"I call upon thee in the world of the Celestial Spirits. I beckon you to my side at once, pass through the gate....".
A golden light flared from the blond's feet as she shouted to no one specific,"Open! Gate of the Archer! Sagittarius!". A spirit appeared being that despite his strange choice in clothing, he's oddly the most normal one among Lucy's spirits. I mean one is a perverted bovine, a cool crab, maid who likes to be punished, and a mermaid who has a mood problem. He's a tall, black-haired and lanky man sporting a horse costume. His status as a furry is unconfirmed but if you want to think that, go nuts.
He's wearing a green vest with yellow trims over a white dress shirt, followed by a red and yellow pair of striped pants and purple frills. His weapon of choice, a large bow ,being a longbow, is fastened to his back by a red strap along with an equally large quiver. "Horse! Well, howdy-doo my lady!" said Sagittarius, saluting Lucy while doing so. "Yes! It worked!" said Lucy. "So what's with the horse's costume and the saluting?!" said Happy, with his mouth agape.
Stella shook her head as she said,"Yep. It's official. Celestial Spirits are weird.". "Ah! It's good to see you Lady Sly. Is Lord Zane here as well? I wish to have a shooting match with him in the very near future. He's quite the shot especially with Archer Form." said Sagittarius. "We'll have to do that a little bit later. Can you either make fire or lightning?" said Lucy, pleading to Sagittarius for help. "Not at all my lady! But I'm quite well in archery! I can shoot an apple off a person's head!" said Sagittarius.
He was facing forward as he saluted the air. "Yes, indeed!" said Sagittarius. "Um okay then." said Lucy as she sighed. "Who does he think that he's saluting over there?" said Happy. "Luce!" said Natsu as this got the blonde's attention. He was panting heavily, wiping blood from his mouth. "You really need to get out of here! It's way too dangerous, and the last thing I want is for you to get hurt any further." said Natsu.
Sue was distracted by the horseman with Stella broke the rocks holding the trio inside of it with her punching Sue in the face and freeing Sly from her mirror prison. "Right Natsu!" said Lucy with her dragging Sagittarius out of the way. "Why am I so useless right now?!" said Lucy on her knees as Happy held a sign saying,"Disillusioned.". "Stay positive!" said Happy. "Yes sirree!" said Sagittarius as he saluted no one in particular.
Natsu began digging deep into his reserves with his body engulfed in blue flames. "Fire Dragon Sword Horn!" shouted Natsu. He launched himself at Gajeel, hitting him in the abdomen with a powerful headbutt. "Is that it Salamander but you're pretty pathetic when you're hungry like the wolf." said Gajeel with a wicked grin on his face. He karate chopped Natsu into the ground and slamming him into the floor.
Gajeel grabbed Natsu's head and extended his arm, dragging Natsu's face across the ground. "How about you get some iron in your tummy?!" shouted Gajeel. Tears formed in Lucy's eyes ,with her hands covering her mouth, when she saw Natsu cough up a mouthful of blood. "Man, Gajeel is not holding back with you anymore." said Sue. Gajeel threw Natsu across the room, his body landing near the hole in wall. "I think I'm doing playing with this toy. So get lost Fairy trash!" said Gajeel.

With tears flowing down her cheeks, Lucy said,"He's down!". The blonde tightly clenched a hand over her heart with her whimpering out,"Natsu can't lose to him.". "Hey Avalanche! Lets go!" said Gajeel with him taunting Stella to fight him. Stella didn't want to interfere with the fight between Gajeel and Natsu but she needed to do something. Stella vanished into the ground with Gajeel looking for her. "I've been around Sol before and he does this sinking shit all the time!" said Gajeel.
He picked something out with him saying,"Iron Dragon Lance Demon Logs!". Several metal spears pierced the ground in front of him with Stella easily dodging them while under ground. She popped out of the ground with her saying with her feet aimed at Gajeel,"Earth Dragon Obelisk!". Two stone pillars slammed into Gajeel, creating the hall in a thick cloud of dust. During the chaos, he cloaked figure ,from Chapter 37, jumped into the room.
Sly noticed him being that she was tempted to stab Gajeel right in the face with her claws. By being a member of Zane's team since she was born or being around Zane, she had seen true horror. Gajeel was nothing more than a scumbug but she knew that Zane would give him a second chance. Zane believed that everyone has a chance to do some good so they shouldn't be judged based of their past actions. He even made friends with old enemies.
There is one thing Sly knows about Zane. While he may forgive his enemies, Zane always told them if they did anything evil ever again, he would no hesitate to bring them down. No one ,other than Sly of course, noticed the cloaked figure being that Gajeel looked through the hole in the wall to see the giant ball monster in the distance. "Hey! Take a good hard look at your guild hall fairies! We're doing redecorating!" mocked Gajeel.
Back at the guild hall, Laki said,"Take cover! It's coming down!". Natsu weakly opened his eyes being that it widened in shock upon seeing the guild hall finally collapse on itself and fall apart. It was nothing more than a pile of broken stone, wood, and roofing materials. It was even worse than how it was before Zane used the combination of Alchemy and Osmosis Form to fix back to normal. Gajeel tilted his head and let out a loud, maniac-like crackle.
Upon seeing the guild hall fall to pieces, Natsu's heart momentarily stopped. He spent seven long years here at Fairy Tail. This was the guild where he met his best friends and forged everlasting friendships with them and the guild he called home was now a pile of rubble on the horizon. Natsu could hear the cries of his nakama as they wept bitter tears. He couldn't believe what he was seeing, Fairy Tail had fallen to Phantom Lord.
I mean if we're being technically here, the building fell not the guild itself. A building is nothing with people inside and to me, a guild is the way it is because of the members not the building where they take residence in. Personal opinion by the way. "No. It can't be." said Natsu, tears stinging the corner of his eyes. As Natsu watched his home crumble, his fist clenched tightly as a huge amount of memories began rushing through his head.
First coming to Fairy Tail with Erza, his first encounter with Gray and Lynn, Erza teaching him how to read and write rather painfully, and his experiences with Lisanna replayed in Natsu's mind. He also had some recent memories of meeting Lucy and Zane with the latter's fight coming to mind and also Makarov losing his magic, forcing him to show his age to his family. "Lisanna. Lynn. I'm so sorry. I couldn't do it." said Natsu, trying his best to hold in his sobs.
As he berated himself, Natsu said,"They destroyed our home. I wasn't strong enough. I couldn't stop them. It's all my...". He stopped himself before he could finish. He remembered what Zane had said to him a few days ago, his words hitting hard. "I get that you feel bad about this dump being destroyed but here's the thing. It really wasn't. Look around you dunderhead. Fairy Tail isn't some building but the people that call this buildings its home is what makes Fairy Tail truly what it is." said Zane's voice.
Slamming his fist into the ground, Natsu said,"You're damn right Zane. I may not be able to protect the guild anymore, but I can still protect my nakama because Fairy Tail isn't some building but the bonds we build together." Amazingly, Natsu slowly rose to his feet on weary legs. His entire body ached as he stood back up. Natsu's breaths were heavy and labored when he took a weak step forward. "Giving up isn't happening! I will protect them!" shouted Natsu.
His arms were dangling on his exhausted body. "That's enough Natsu." whispered Lucy. Upon a single look at the battered and beaten Natsu caused her heart to break. "Let's just give them what that they want. They'll leave you alone." said Lucy, trying to hold back her tears but failing. "Lucy. Natsu and Zane are very much alike. Once they set their minds on something, they never give up no matter the odds. That's what makes them heroes." said Sly.
Happy nodded through tears as Lucy smiled at them. "I know that but." said Lucy. "Natsu isn't just fighting for you but all of Fairy Tail. He won't give up Lucy so don't give up Lucy." said Stella. "Your guild is ruins at this point. Just let it go man. You're looking more sad than Sol when he gets rejected by Juvia harder than Gajeel's iron." said Sue with Gajeel crossed his arms. "Fuck you. The fight isn't over until I draw my last breath because I'm a Fairy Tail Wizard!" said Natsu.
His voice was hoarse and weak. "Well since you're a glutton for punishment, I'll make that happen then!" said Gajeel backhanding Natsu across the face. The pink-haired dragon slayer was sent back but he was quickly on his feet again. "I can't watch this anymore!" said Lucy, covering her face but more importantly her eyes. "Just stay down Salamander. I'm not one to hold back like you fairies except for him. He's a real ruthless bastard." said Gajeel.
Natsu was trying to get back up as he coughed up a mouthful of blood. "I mean he's a real wizard that I want to pound his face in harder than I'm doing for you." said Gajeel. "Natsu took down Jupiter with Gray's help and fighting that weird Sol guy! Natsu had used too much magic power!" said Happy as a few angry tears escaped his eyes. "If he had some fire or lightning to eat, Natsu would win for sure and be a real man!" said Happy as he screamed aloud.
Sly looked over at Sagittarius being that a light bulb appeared over his head. "So long kid. Have fun meeting your maker." said Gajeel holding Natsu by his scarf and his other hand turned into his Iron Dragon Sword, spinning. "So did you finally figure it out?" said Sly. "Indeed I have Lady Sly. I've made quite the blunder today since I didn't understand on what you were asking me to do! I shall be punished for it later." said Sagittarius.
The horse man readied his bow, taking aim at the large machine behind Gajeel and Natsu. He had an arrow in his bow as he said with a stern smile,"I thought you asked if I could produce fire or electricity but sadly, I can not. I can however generate it if my old friend would help me out.". "Yeah and you better help out too!" said Sly as the cloaked figure stood next to her. "Man. You're just like your partner girlie. Freaky good senses." said the figure.
Lucy blinked as she shouted,"Who are you?!". "Doesn't matter. Okay. Here's the plan. Dragon Girl and I will blast that machine to bits along with your arrow horsey. Understand?" said the cloak figure, holding his weapon. "Indeed! Lets go my friends!" said Sagittarius. "This is your final moment!" yelled Gajeel as he was about to swipe down on Natsu. "No!" shouted Happy. Just as the words left Happy's mouth, a barrage of arrows struck the machinery.
Instantly, the terminal began to spark and sputter thick black smoke. The machine exploded with it engulfing Natsu in a large fireball. "Now!" said the cloaked figure. He fired his weapon being that it was a powerful energy shot and Sly released a stream of fire and lightning. "Nice shot you three! Way to go! And who are you?" said Happy, pointing to the cloaked figure. "So this is the other cat Zane knows pretty well? You're so damn annoying." said the cloaked figure.
Stella and Sue weren't here being that they were fighting and couldn't listen to them. "You guys found a way to create both fire and electricity at once!" said Lucy. "Indeed! Depending on the force at one applies when shooting an arrow and the trajectory that the arrow follows. A wooden arrow can easily pierce steel with ease. The power of science and archery are amazing!" said Sagittarius. Gajeel stood near the scorching flames, scowling at the trio.
With a glare, he said,"For crying out loud! If it wasn't bad enough that I had to deal with Avalanche and that bastard's dragon partner, I got horse face to deal with too! You're dead blondie!". "You're amazing Sagittarius! An archery master!" said Lucy, flashing Sagittarius a large smile. "Well, I aim to please after Lord Zane taught me everything he knows about archery when I became Sagittarius over five hundred years ago!" said Sagittarius, saluting no one.
Yeah, I like Sagittarius. "So who are you saluting to?" said Happy. Natsu began to greedily ingest the flames and electricity. His once depleted reserves were restored back to full strength. He burped a little as he finished being that he smiled. "That was good. Thanks for the meal. You really rock Luce, creepy horse guy, Sly, and cloaked dude!" said Natsu, throwing them a thumbs up. Lucy returned Natsu a thumbs up as she said,"Thanks me later! You have to kick Gajeel's ass!".
Gajeel roared as he charged at Natsu. "Don't get cocky just because you ate some fire and shit! I'm still stronger than you!" said Gajeel. Upon getting close to him, Natsu released a powerful stream of fire in front of him being that Gajeel was caught in the crossfire. I made that joke earlier but I've done repeated jokes before so this is nothing new for me. Gajeel slammed into the giant's horn, cracking it and shaking the entire room.
Natsu glared at Gajeel with his anger growing more intense by the second. "Levy! Jet! Droy! Gramps! Lucy! Erza! Lisanna! Zane! And all of my friends in Fairy Tail!" said Natsu. "Iron Dragon Roar!" shouted Gajeel. To Gajeel's utter shock, Natsu deflected his breath attack with his bare hands and not his bear hands. "H-He deflected it?!" shouted Gajeel. Natsu glared at Gajeel with his eyes glowing red and face shadowed.
He clenched his fingers as he said,"How dare you lay a damn finger on any one of them with that stupid fucking grin on your face?!". He rushed toward Gajeel as Gajeel said,"Impossible. I can't lose to this punk from Fairy Tail!". He had already lost twice being to the same person technically and taking a turkey when it comes to losing wasn't something he would be proud of. Natsu's head was covered in veins, bearing his sharp teeth.
Said dragon slayer shouted,"I'm going to make you pay for what you did to my friends! I'm here to fucking collect! You're gonna wish you never even heard of Fairy Tail!". "If he was here, he would probably stop the chapter here." said Sly with her noticing the horse costume. "I see Lady Sly. Being one of the two most powerful species aka the Eazairvian gives you that power without question! Well, I guess I won't be saying,"Guess we'll see you later Alligator!"." said Sagittarius.
He did salute the fourth wall being that Lucy, Happy, and the cloaked figure were confused. I really love that line in the English Dub anime but like I said, I'm not ending it here. The fight is just getting good but like Demon wiggle waggle, I had to include it once. Anyway, lets get back to the fight with this fight reaching its climax. The other fight is still going on and just getting starting. "Lightning Dragon Talon!" said Natsu kicking Gajeel in the back of the head.
Without missing a beat, Natsu shouted,"You still need to learn your place damn it!". "He stole that from Zane." sweatdropped Happy and Lucy. "Indeed! Zane lives to make fools learn their place! Mainly with Taurus." said the horseman earning a nod from Sly. "So how do he knows Zane?" said the cloaked figure. "We'll tell you when you're older." said Sly. "I'm old enough!" said the cloaked figure. Before Gajeel could even hit the ground, Natsu grabbed him and shouted,"Fire Dragon Wing Attack!".
Natsu set Gajeel's entire body ablaze as he was sent flying across the room. The iron dragon slayer crashed through a wall being covered in rubble. "I'll make you regret fighting me! Iron Dragon Hard Fist!" yelled Gajeel. The two dragon slayers clashed fists with Gajeel's scales cracking upon contact with Natsu's fist. "Impossible! I'm the strongest!" thought Gajeel. "This fight is over and it's time for you to learn your place!" yelled Natsu, sending Gajeel into the roof and flying out of it
Outside of the Fairy Tail Guild hall, the defending wizards were all surprised to see an explosion ring out from Phantom Lord's guild hall. Billowing smoke belched from a large hole near the top of the giant guild. "Hey Alzack. I know you're not Bisca when it comes to long distance but can you see what's going on?" said Cana, wiping the tears from her eyes. "Sure. Oh, I'll be the bigger person and ignore that insult." said Alzack.
He pulled out a magic rifle with him scoping in on the hole in the wall. He was surprised to see a man falling from it. "It looks like a Phantom Lord wizard got blow out of that hole! Wait a minute! That's Gajeel!" said Alzack. "Someone's beating Gajeel!?" said Wakaba. "Who is it?!" said Nab. "They must be pretty strong to be beating the Iron Dragon Gajeel!" said Laki. "Hold up! Someone's going after him!" said Alzack with him spotting a second figure leaping after Gajeel.
A few seconds later, the cowboy's eyes widened when he recognized the figure. "It's Natsu! He jumped out after Gajeel!" said Alzack. "WHAT?!" said the guild. "What's that idiot doing?!" shouted Cana as she ran up next to Alzack. He was shocked to see Natsu with blue fire and electricity. "So when did he get blue fire and also electricity? He's going to attack Gajeel!" said Alzack with everyone crowded around Alzack.
Alzack watched as Natsu clapped his hands over his head, forming a massive ball of blue above his head. "Holy shit..." said Cana when she saw the ball of magic. The raging ball of magic was almost as large as Fairy Tail's guild hall and they could feel the heat from where they were standing. The lush brunette rubbed her eyes to make sure she wasn't seeing things. "I must be drunk." said Cana as his attack hit, causing a flash as bright as the Sun.
The explosion created by the spell created a massive shockwave which sent all of the defending Fairy Tail mages onto their asses. When the heatwave from the explosion hit, Cana could feel the fringes of her bikini topping singeing off. "Okay, I know I'm not drunk now." said Cana. It's a good thing no one was looking her way at that moment being that her bikini is the only thing holding back her girls and well, blood would be everywhere upon that happening.
Said explosion also destroyed the Shade Troopers: Jellyfish Form ,which is the name of the spell, due to its intense light. "What the.. Phantom Lord's Guild has been..." said Macao. The defending Fairy Tail wizards watched in awe, as most of Phantom Lord's guild hall collapsed and crumbled into the waters bellow. Many of the Fairy Tail wizards stood in stunned silence for a few moments before a loud cheer broke that silence.
Elfman pumped his cheast as he shouted,"Natsu's a real man!". "He took out Gajeel and most of their guild!" said Macao with a proud smile on his face. "You and Zane are really special Natsu." said Cana with her wiping a tear from her eye. The lush brunette couldn't help but smile as she listened to her Nakama holler and cheer at Natsu's victory. "I'll have to think of a way to thank you for everything you've done the past few days huh Zane." thought Cana.
Earlier with Gajeel and Natsu, Natsu shouted,"Fire Dragon Secret Art: Hellfire Zenith Sphere! This is for Levy, Jet, Nab, Macao, Gramps, Erza, Zane, and LUCY!". Natsu hurled the massive whirling ball of blue fire at Gajeel. The iron dragon slayer was completely consumed by the roaring flames as upon contact, a huge explosion rang out; causing a blinding flash and incredible wave of heat. All around Natsu, Phantom Lord's guild hall collapsed and descended into the water below.
With a sickening crunch, Gajeel smashed into a still stable part of Phantom Lord's guild. The iron dragon slayer was bleeding heavily and was severely burned on a majority of his body. He looked half dead for all intents and purposes, only the steady rise and fall of his chest indicating that he was still alive. "I can't lose. Not again." said Gajeel with going unconscious. "And that's what happened when you mess with me or Fairy Tail punk." said Natsu.
Boze blinked as he said,"I can't believe what just happened! Gajeel lost!". Natsu released a heavy sigh and plopped down onto the ground. "Damn, that last attack drained me." said Natsu. "Where is he Happy?!" shouted Lucy. "I don't know!" said Happy, carrying the blond. Sagittarius went back as Sly carried Stella and the cloaked figure was long gone. "Way to go Natsu. He's a ticking time bomb." said Stella as she saw the outcome clear as day.
The two girls landed nearby as Natsu said with a toothy grin,"Hey Luce! Did you see how awesome I was?!". "Natsu! You're okay!" said Lucy, enveloped him in a tight hug. Tears began to flow from Lucy's eyes as she quickly buried her head into the crook of Natsu's neck. "Thank you...Thank you so much for saving me." said Lucy. "Yeah and way to go on the destruction my fellow dragon slayer so all we have left is Jose." said Stella.
Sue watched from a distance as she said,"That guy's insane. He defeated Gajeel. I thought that kid and his pet robot were the only one to do that. This place was wrecked. Fairy Tail ain't half bad and pretty cool.". She looked toward where her master was fighting being that she decided to check it out. "Mirror Magic: Warp!" said Sue, opening up a mirror and leaving the scene of the crime. "I will always rescue you Luce." said Natsu, wrapping his arms around the blonde tightly.
Stella smiled at this scene being that it was real cute to say the least. "Do it now. Show her much you care for her. The timing is perfect. Go on and kiss the girl." said the voice in Natsu's head. It sounded like Igneel to Natsu but what could this mean? "You're my princess, Luce and I'm your guardian dragon." said Natsu with Lucy's eyes to widen. The blonde celestial spirit wizard slowly pushed away from Natsu and locked eyes with him.
Lucy said with a bright crimson blush covering her face,"Natsu.... What are.....". Lucy was cut off when Natsu suddenly pressed his lips against hers. It wasn't the perfect kiss, because it was the first for both of them. I mean between two kissing virgins, the first kiss is always the worst one unless you have a latent talent for it such as Shrek, the prince from Snow White who is called Prince Florian or Prince Ferdinand, and Prince Philip from Sleeping Beauty.
I'm also pretty sure you didn't know the names of the last two princes did you? However, the passion and love Lucy was feeling from Natsu took her breath away. It took Lucy a few moments to fully comprehend that Natsu was actually kissing her but once it registered, she returned the kiss with just as much passion. "So they do know we're here right?" said Happy. "Not really. Lust is blinding. Zane did this back in the day much to the annoyance of Kevin." said Sly.
Said Akostar sighed loudly as she said,"I mean he had someone but it took him a while to notice her affections.". Lucy was shocked when Natsu suddenly pushed her away. "I'm sorry Luce that I can't do this." said Natsu with him avoiding Lucy's eyes. "What? What are you talking about Natsu?" said Lucy as she cupped his cheek. "Natsu. I love you. I've had a crush on you ever since we met and my feelings for you have only grown since. Please tell me you love me. If you don't, why kiss me?" said Lucy.
The female dragon slayer nodded as she said,"She has a point pinkie.". "I do love you Luce but you're not the only girl I love." said Natsu. This statement widen Lucy's eyes upon hearing this. "Not the only girl. Natsu I understand. I know that you'll love other girls and I'm okay with it." said Lucy, causing Natsu's eyes to widen. "You do? How?" said Natsu, earning a light giggle from the blonde. "That's where we come in. Mira and I showed a book from Levy about dragons and dragon slayers." said Sly.
Natsu looked at the human dragon as she said while Lucy wrapped her arms around Natsu's neck,"In the book, it goes in great detail on how dragon mating customs transfer over to dragon slayers. However, the rituals change for dragon kings like Igneel. Dragon kings can take more than one mate, up to three each and sometimes four but that's rare. Dragon kings often instinctively picked a mate at first sight after all.".
With her noticing Natsu's confusion, Stella said,"Natsu. They often feel an connection to their chosen mate and would do everything in their power to make their mates happy." Natsu's eyes slowly widened upon hearing this as Sly continued the explanation. "And since you were raised by a dragon king, your magic is driving you claim at least four mates max but most likely three." said Sly. "So this pull feeling was because of my magic. I can be with Erza too?" said Natsu, earning a nod from Lucy.
Lucy nodded as she said,"Natsu. I'm pretty sure that Erza will be a little harder to convince. Mira and Sly thinks once she sees you with me or her, it will open her up to the idea of sharing you. Zane came up with that idea.". "Yeah. If there is something bad about Erza, she's really possessive. What? Zane knows about this?" said Natsu, scratching his cheek. "Yeah. He did wanted you to kiss you or Erza in front of everyone and use it for blackmail remember?" said Sly.
Happy smiled as he chirped,"That's Zane for you!". "Well, I knew that he was a good guy. So what should I do about Erza?" said Natsu as his face started to burn red. "We'll worry about that later. For now, just kiss me again." said Lucy with a bright smile spreading across her face. "My pleasure." said Natsu before he locked lips with Lucy once again. This time Lucy felt a little more daring and slipped her tongue into Natsu's mouth.
This briefly took Natsu by surprise at first but he quickly recovered and was tongue wrestling with the blonde. Both wizards were so engrossed in their kiss that they didn't notice the trio of Happy, Stella, and Sly off to the side with the male floating with his mouth agape. Suddenly the blue cat began to giggle hysterically. "They like each other." said Happy as he flew up to the new lovers. "Yes Happy. I do like her." said Natsu, pressing his forehead against Lucy's.
Lucy smiled as she said,"And I like him.". "So Sly, I know that you arrived to the command center or whatever that room is with Natsu. Did you see Erza and Mira by chance?" said Stella. "Wait?! Erza is here! Is she fighting Jose?" said Natsu. Lets pause this scene being that we're heading back to Cana's group being that this was right after the blinding light had died down and smoke had cleared. "So what's going on now Alzack?" said Cana.
While looking through the scope of his rifle, Alzack said,"It's hard to see Cana but I'm sure that Natsu is the winner! Gajeel is down! Natsu won!". "Yeah! Natsu defeated Gajeel! He avenged both Droy and Jet!" said Nab. "You do know that Droy and Jet didn't die right?" said Macao. "That's because he's a real man!" shouted Elfman. "Wait. Here comes Lucy and Happy." said Alzack watching the blonde celestial spirit wizard land in front of the pink-haired dragon slayer.
Alzack smiled as he said,"That's pretty cute I think. She's giving Natsu a hug for saving her from that......". Cana was confused on why the cowboy stopped talking. Gazing down at Alzack, the brunette card wizard was surprised to see a fierce blush spreading across the man's face. "So what happened Alzack? You got real quiet like that time you accidentally peeped on Bisca and Laki and your face looks like a tomato. So what did you see?" said Cana, tapping the cowboy's shoulder.
The cowboy lowered his rifle as he said with his blush darkening,"It isn't your business Cana. I mean what those two do to show their feelings is their business and I shouldn't say anything about it.". "I really want to do that to a girl. I mean me and Bisca are just friends. She's fallen hard for Zane." thought Alzack. "You're absolutely right Alzack. I should respect their privacy as their friends but I'm really curious." said Cana.
She snatched the rifle from Alzack's hands. The cowboy tried to take the rifle back but Cana managed to hold him back using her magic. The spell she used was the Sexy Lady Card. I mean it did effect Freed but he might have been faking it to let Cana and Lucy win. Alzack is another story. Peering through the scope, Cana didn't see anything too strange. "What are you blushing for? It looks like Happy is teasing them. Natsu is pressing his forehead against Lucy's.." said Cana.
Cana stopped as she said,"Oh my god!". Cana couldn't believe what she was seeing. Natsu and Lucy were kissing, and the lush brunette swore that she could see some tongue! "Cana! Don't you dare tell anyone! We have to keep what we saw a secret until they're ready!" said Alzack, trying to escape his boob and butt prison to get his rifle back. I'm sure that no one man would want to escape that prison except if they swung for the other team. There is nothing wrong about that by the way.
She smiled as she said,"Oh don't worry. Their secret is safe with me.". He handed the rifle back to Alzack and undid her spell. "Good." said Alzack. He was slinging the rifle over her shoulder being that he didn't noticed the smirk the spread across the busty brunette's face. "Heheh. I'm sure me and Zane are going to a field day with this." thought Cana, as she imagined all of the ways she could tease both wizards about this.
Anyway, lets get back to Natsu's group for one reason. After this, it's all Jose vs Zane. As on cue, a a large explosion sounded off from nearby them as they saw a ray of purple magic energy came rushing out of it. It was revealed to be Jose with him using his magic to fly and holding some kind of magic sword. He stood there being that he growled. It was another one of his attacks why he flew out being that he waited for Zane to come out and fight him.
Lucy shook as she said,"It's him!". "Yeah. I'm sure that he's out here because of Zane. We need to get out of here and please help us with her Natsu." said a voice. The four turned to see an exhausted Gray and Juvia heading toward them with a very angry Erza. She looked like the Red-Hot Habanero being that she was still tied up in her vine prison. Her vines were now covering her body except for her eyes and forehead. She was knocked out and angry. "Erza!" shouted Natsu.
He ran over to the trio as he said to Gray,"Who did this?!". "It was Zane not anyone in Phantom Lord since He didn't want her to bother him. Nice job on this place by the way." said Gray. "Oh wow. You defeated Gajeel Kun." said Juvia looked at the down form of Gajeel. He had suffered three defeats in the span of two to three days. She felt bad for him. "Yeah. I didn't even break a sweat!" said Natsu with him looking proud of that.
No one believed him since his injuries spoke other wise. Before anyone could call him out on his bullshit, the ground shook and making the building terrible. "What was that?" said Happy. Sly placed her ear to the ground, not moving an inch. Everyone watched as Sly was doing this with Natsu saying,"So what are you doing? Taking a nap?". "Be quiet. I'm trying to detect the vibrations so shut up now!" said Sly in a strong tone, freaking out Natsu a bit.
With a smirk, Gray said,"Oh wow. You scolded by Sly. I mean she may be obedient to Zane but she's still a dragon after all.". "Don't make me hurt you pervert snowcone! Quiet!" said Sly with her glaring right at Gray which scared him. Everyone was dead silent as Sly focused on the vibrations. After a good fifteen seconds, she looked at the group. "Zane is fighting Master Jose as we speak with someone who'll shock you due to her being someone who doesn't seem like a fighter." said Sly.
Everyone watched Zane ,who was out of Zombie Form, clashed with Jose's Shade Sword using Lazarus Soul. The two weapons clashed being that Zane broke the stalemate with a arm sprouting from his back and punching Jose's face. It sent Jose skidding across the air a good distance away. Both combatants kept a strict combat stance. "Oh wow. Beloved is just the best. He's making Master look so sad." said Juvia, gushing over him.
Lucy sweatdropped as Gray said,"She's here because of Zane.". "Ah." said Lucy. "I think someone is with her!" said Happy. Everyone watched as a single fighter exited the hole in the wall and made their way to Zane's sides. It was Mira being that all members of Fairy Tail ,except for Lucy and Stella, was shocked to see that Mirajane Strauss was currently hovering in the air with her demonic wings. "Is that Mira?!" said Gray.
Natsu wondered how Mira somehow managed to access her crazy amount of magic power again after Lisanna's death being that it would have a bad thing at first. He still had shivers of the old days involving Mira being that she was the sadist back in the day when it came to tease him and Lisanna to no extent much to the annoyance of Erza. However, Natsu had a feeling that Mira using her magic was the result of something Zane did.
Despite being here a month and a few days, the Cross-Species had done so much for the guild and Natsu continued to do so in the future. "Well, we better get out of here. I mean Zane has Mira by his side." said Natsu as he smiled. "Um Natsu. You may be wrong." said Stella. Natsu looked up to see Mira flying toward them as she smiled at them, scaring Gray and Natsu due to past experiences. "Hi there you guys. So how is Erza doing?" said Mira.
Without missing a beat, Juvia said,"She knocked herself out three times thanks to Beloved's vine prison. So why are you here exactly?". "Zane told me that he's going to finish this fool off and well, he told me that I could fight alongside him until he feels like I could die." said Mira. The ground beneath them began to shake once again, signifying Zane's fight with Jose was heating up. "It isn't safe here. We need to get back to the guild and stay out of the way." said Sly.
Natsu turned to look at the others as he said,"You're right Sly. We need to get out of here. Zane is going to kick Jose's ass.". He had complete faith in Zane being that he knew that Zane never lose. They did feel bad for leaving him behind but they had faith in him. "Happy. Mind flying Lucy back to shore for me?" said Natsu, looking at Gajeel. "Aye sir!" said Happy, grabbing Lucy and flying her back to the mainland.
Gray looked at Mira with the barmaid saying,"I'll carry Erza. You two did good.". Gray and Juvia made a pathway that lead downwards ,using ice and water, as Erza was held by Mira. Sly looked at her partner being that if she has learned anything, trust Zane when it comes to fighting. "Hey. I know you're awake." said Natsu, walking up to Gajeel. "I can't believe I had to see you two suck face. Don't you know about PDA?" said Gajeel, weakly turning his head to look glare at Natsu.
Stella looked at Natsu who said to Gajeel,"I'm not done with you yet. Once Zane is easily finished with your master, I have some questions from you. So don't go anywhere.". "Like I can move anyways. You put me on fucking fire pinkie." said Gajeel, looking down at the burns littering his body. Both Natsu and Stella were gone as Sly went after them by flying them back to the Fairy Tail guild hall ruins. The reason for why Jose and Zane are in the air shall be told right now.
Lets go back about a few minutes just before Salamander got his second wind. Jose was furious at the confidence and determination that didn't falter in the slightest as Zane was facing against a stronger than him opponent. He hated opponents who never give up being that Zane's mouth was making Jose hating him more and more. "I'm the guild master of Phantom Lord. The number one guild in Fiore and I won't lose against him!" thought Jose.
His body began shaking with renewed vengeance with his body glowing with new powers and around this time, the shades outside were vanishing or either forming the giant jellyfish. Jose had multiple skulls manifesting around him with all of them laughing maniacally. His body was engulfed in the darkness as the skulls laughed and swirled around Jose before they seem to merge with him. The duo of Mira and Zane tense up at the change in Jose's demeanor.
Mira blinked as she said,"Zane. His magic power is rising and transforming!". "Yeah. It's time for you to leave if this goes in the direction I'm thinking." said Zane with him stopping the dancing being that he deactivated Zombie Form. "Take heed Fairy Tail. You're about to see something that no one else has seen and live to tell the day." said Jose. The ground began to violently shake once again. Unknown to the duo and pretty much everyone inside the giant, dark clouds were forming outside.
It formed outside over the giant in a spiraling motion like a tornado. A storm was coming as wind picked up and began to form small waves that trashed against the shore line and large waves kept coming from the giant with large ripples. No one noticed this because they were either focused on the giant jellyfish, couldn't see it, or in the middle of something. It was also gone as it appeared and it was gone upon Gajeel showing Natsu and his group the remodeled Fairy Tail guildhall.
Mira and Zane watched this scene with horror and interest respectively. Jose's form was enveloped in his magic and it was like he was inside of a cocoon of dark magic. However, this didn't last before a new form began to materialize around him. The darkness around Jose began to grow bigger and bigger by the second. A pair of large skeleton like hands came out of the dark before gaining a flesh like appearance.
It formed a more organic appearance which was later followed by a skeletal face and neck. It then formed over the torso and was wrapped in flesh like the rest of its body. The entire building flashed in a burst of dark light which completely blinded Mira. Zane was focused completely on Jose and his developing shadowy figure. As the light died down, Mira opened her eyes and widened in horror at what she saw.
Jose stood there being that he was inside of a demonic looking entity. It was like Lucifer but at the same time, it was very different. It was standing at easily over twenty feet tall with a pair of arms that had the end of it ending in claws. It had several bones like spikes sticking out of its shoulders along with its rips and spine. Think like Joker on Titan. It's head is a demonic look skeleton head not of a human but of a goat.
It had no eyes in its sockets as they merely gave off a red flash of light from the inside. This means that it's evil obviously. It had no legs as it had been formed from the waist up. It also had a giant katana ready to use at a moment notice. Its entire body was made entirely out of darkness and glowed with magic power that coursed through its body. In the center of its body was none other than Jose who was grinning with madness and satisfaction.
He did this at Mira's reaction but was disappointed at Zane's lack of fear. "Well, it would seem that I have one at a loss for words." said Jose with him enjoying the silent reactions being that one of them didn't really care. "Yep. It's a lamer version of Astaroth" said Zane slamming his closed right fist into his open left palm. Jose looked at him with annoyance being that instead of feeling fear upon seeing his most powerful spell, he felt no fear but he decided to mock him.
Zane's body should be covered in goose bumps with all of his hairs standing up like an angry looking porcupine or when you sticking a fork into an outlet which you should not do. "This is the very symbol of the guild. It's the thing that gave existence to our guild along with it being the greatest representation of power. It's the Phantom of Darkness!" said Jose. The phantom then raised its left arm and swing it forward at great speed.
The Fairy Duo jumped to the side with Mira barely pulling it off. However, Mira saw the phantom's right arm swung toward her and couldn't dodge in time. "Hands off Mira you damn dirty Phantom! I won't let you hurt her! Sweet Wall!" shouted Zane. He generated an enormous torrent of his candy syrup from his body and it slowly forms into a wall. It’s very durable. Jose was expecting this attempt at defending the barmaid but much to his shock, it was bounced back upon contact.
Seeing this, Jose shouted,"Damn you brat! You'll die by my hands!". He made both of his Phantoms arms swung forward to nail them both. "If you want to think that, then go right ahead. However, me dying isn't going to happen for a long time! Colossal Vulcan Smack!" said Zane. He stretched both of his arms behind him beginning to inflate to a massive size. He send them toward the other giant hands with him smacking them away thanks to a massive open palm.
As his giant hands and Jose's Phantom hands were linked together, Zane said,"Mira. You need to leave right now! I'll send him outside and when you see anyone from the guild or Juvia, tell them to get away from the giant. Upon reaching the main land and when the sky turns dark, close your eyes tight. Don't open up them got it?!". "You honestly think I'm going to let that happen!" said Jose with the Phantom's arms adding more force into destroying Zane.
However, they were trapped inside of the turquoise candy syrup that was Zane's blood. Mira nodded as she flew toward another wall that lead outside of the giant. The Phantom was struggling more against its restraints being that the candy syrup was slowly spreading over its body. "You're not leaving here alive brat!" said Jose with his Phantom roaring. It's body began glowing intensify being that the candy syrup was cracking and shattering from the pressure.
Jose extended his hand toward the fleeing Mira being that the Phantom mimicked his every move and extended its own hand. It swung and extended toward as it attempted to grab her and pull her back to her execution. Zane was ahead of him being that Jose was that type of guy. He rushed toward Jose and slammed both of his fists together. Both arms were covered in Vulcan Emperor aka reddish black ,being metallic, scales with a flame like pattern to them.
He send both of his fists toward Jose himself, hitting him at a rapid fire rate. It looks like he is using two fists but it's like being hitting with multiple fists at once. Upon finishing the attack, Jose and Zane were caught in a massive fiery explosion. The man was sent flying back being that he was outside of the guild hall. He had to deactivate his ultimate spell but made Shade Sword to replace it and use it to block Zane's Lazarus Soul. And now, we're back to the present day.
Back at the guild hall, Laki said,"Take cover! It's coming down!". Natsu weakly opened his eyes being that it widened in shock upon seeing the guild hall finally collapse on itself and fall apart. It was nothing more than a pile of broken stone, wood, and roofing materials. It was even worse than how it was before Zane used the combination of Alchemy and Osmosis Form to fix back to normal. Gajeel tilted his head and let out a loud, maniac-like crackle.
Upon seeing the guild hall fall to pieces, Natsu's heart momentarily stopped. He spent seven long years here at Fairy Tail. This was the guild where he met his best friends and forged everlasting friendships with them and the guild he called home was now a pile of rubble on the horizon. Natsu could hear the cries of his nakama as they wept bitter tears. He couldn't believe what he was seeing, Fairy Tail had fallen to Phantom Lord.
I mean if we're being technically here, the building fell not the guild itself. A building is nothing with people inside and to me, a guild is the way it is because of the members not the building where they take residence in. Personal opinion by the way. "No. It can't be." said Natsu, tears stinging the corner of his eyes. As Natsu watched his home crumble, his fist clenched tightly as a huge amount of memories began rushing through his head.
First coming to Fairy Tail with Erza, his first encounter with Gray and Lynn, Erza teaching him how to read and write rather painfully, and his experiences with Lisanna replayed in Natsu's mind. He also had some recent memories of meeting Lucy and Zane with the latter's fight coming to mind and also Makarov losing his magic, forcing him to show his age to his family. "Lisanna. Lynn. I'm so sorry. I couldn't do it." said Natsu, trying his best to hold in his sobs.
As he berated himself, Natsu said,"They destroyed our home. I wasn't strong enough. I couldn't stop them. It's all my...". He stopped himself before he could finish. He remembered what Zane had said to him a few days ago, his words hitting hard. "I get that you feel bad about this dump being destroyed but here's the thing. It really wasn't. Look around you dunderhead. Fairy Tail isn't some building but the people that call this buildings its home is what makes Fairy Tail truly what it is." said Zane's voice.
Slamming his fist into the ground, Natsu said,"You're damn right Zane. I may not be able to protect the guild anymore, but I can still protect my nakama because Fairy Tail isn't some building but the bonds we build together." Amazingly, Natsu slowly rose to his feet on weary legs. His entire body ached as he stood back up. Natsu's breaths were heavy and labored when he took a weak step forward. "Giving up isn't happening! I will protect them!" shouted Natsu.
His arms were dangling on his exhausted body. "That's enough Natsu." whispered Lucy. Upon a single look at the battered and beaten Natsu caused her heart to break. "Let's just give them what that they want. They'll leave you alone." said Lucy, trying to hold back her tears but failing. "Lucy. Natsu and Zane are very much alike. Once they set their minds on something, they never give up no matter the odds. That's what makes them heroes." said Sly.
Happy nodded through tears as Lucy smiled at them. "I know that but." said Lucy. "Natsu isn't just fighting for you but all of Fairy Tail. He won't give up Lucy so don't give up Lucy." said Stella. "Your guild is ruins at this point. Just let it go man. You're looking more sad than Sol when he gets rejected by Juvia harder than Gajeel's iron." said Sue with Gajeel crossed his arms. "Fuck you. The fight isn't over until I draw my last breath because I'm a Fairy Tail Wizard!" said Natsu.
His voice was hoarse and weak. "Well since you're a glutton for punishment, I'll make that happen then!" said Gajeel backhanding Natsu across the face. The pink-haired dragon slayer was sent back but he was quickly on his feet again. "I can't watch this anymore!" said Lucy, covering her face but more importantly her eyes. "Just stay down Salamander. I'm not one to hold back like you fairies except for him. He's a real ruthless bastard." said Gajeel.
Natsu was trying to get back up as he coughed up a mouthful of blood. "I mean he's a real wizard that I want to pound his face in harder than I'm doing for you." said Gajeel. "Natsu took down Jupiter with Gray's help and fighting that weird Sol guy! Natsu had used too much magic power!" said Happy as a few angry tears escaped his eyes. "If he had some fire or lightning to eat, Natsu would win for sure and be a real man!" said Happy as he screamed aloud.
Sly looked over at Sagittarius being that a light bulb appeared over his head. "So long kid. Have fun meeting your maker." said Gajeel holding Natsu by his scarf and his other hand turned into his Iron Dragon Sword, spinning. "So did you finally figure it out?" said Sly. "Indeed I have Lady Sly. I've made quite the blunder today since I didn't understand on what you were asking me to do! I shall be punished for it later." said Sagittarius.
The horse man readied his bow, taking aim at the large machine behind Gajeel and Natsu. He had an arrow in his bow as he said with a stern smile,"I thought you asked if I could produce fire or electricity but sadly, I can not. I can however generate it if my old friend would help me out.". "Yeah and you better help out too!" said Sly as the cloaked figure stood next to her. "Man. You're just like your partner girlie. Freaky good senses." said the figure.
Lucy blinked as she shouted,"Who are you?!". "Doesn't matter. Okay. Here's the plan. Dragon Girl and I will blast that machine to bits along with your arrow horsey. Understand?" said the cloak figure, holding his weapon. "Indeed! Lets go my friends!" said Sagittarius. "This is your final moment!" yelled Gajeel as he was about to swipe down on Natsu. "No!" shouted Happy. Just as the words left Happy's mouth, a barrage of arrows struck the machinery.
Instantly, the terminal began to spark and sputter thick black smoke. The machine exploded with it engulfing Natsu in a large fireball. "Now!" said the cloaked figure. He fired his weapon being that it was a powerful energy shot and Sly released a stream of fire and lightning. "Nice shot you three! Way to go! And who are you?" said Happy, pointing to the cloaked figure. "So this is the other cat Zane knows pretty well? You're so damn annoying." said the cloaked figure.
Stella and Sue weren't here being that they were fighting and couldn't listen to them. "You guys found a way to create both fire and electricity at once!" said Lucy. "Indeed! Depending on the force at one applies when shooting an arrow and the trajectory that the arrow follows. A wooden arrow can easily pierce steel with ease. The power of science and archery are amazing!" said Sagittarius. Gajeel stood near the scorching flames, scowling at the trio.
With a glare, he said,"For crying out loud! If it wasn't bad enough that I had to deal with Avalanche and that bastard's dragon partner, I got horse face to deal with too! You're dead blondie!". "You're amazing Sagittarius! An archery master!" said Lucy, flashing Sagittarius a large smile. "Well, I aim to please after Lord Zane taught me everything he knows about archery when I became Sagittarius over five hundred years ago!" said Sagittarius, saluting no one.
Yeah, I like Sagittarius. "So who are you saluting to?" said Happy. Natsu began to greedily ingest the flames and electricity. His once depleted reserves were restored back to full strength. He burped a little as he finished being that he smiled. "That was good. Thanks for the meal. You really rock Luce, creepy horse guy, Sly, and cloaked dude!" said Natsu, throwing them a thumbs up. Lucy returned Natsu a thumbs up as she said,"Thanks me later! You have to kick Gajeel's ass!".
Gajeel roared as he charged at Natsu. "Don't get cocky just because you ate some fire and shit! I'm still stronger than you!" said Gajeel. Upon getting close to him, Natsu released a powerful stream of fire in front of him being that Gajeel was caught in the crossfire. I made that joke earlier but I've done repeated jokes before so this is nothing new for me. Gajeel slammed into the giant's horn, cracking it and shaking the entire room.
Natsu glared at Gajeel with his anger growing more intense by the second. "Levy! Jet! Droy! Gramps! Lucy! Erza! Lisanna! Zane! And all of my friends in Fairy Tail!" said Natsu. "Iron Dragon Roar!" shouted Gajeel. To Gajeel's utter shock, Natsu deflected his breath attack with his bare hands and not his bear hands. "H-He deflected it?!" shouted Gajeel. Natsu glared at Gajeel with his eyes glowing red and face shadowed.
He clenched his fingers as he said,"How dare you lay a damn finger on any one of them with that stupid fucking grin on your face?!". He rushed toward Gajeel as Gajeel said,"Impossible. I can't lose to this punk from Fairy Tail!". He had already lost twice being to the same person technically and taking a turkey when it comes to losing wasn't something he would be proud of. Natsu's head was covered in veins, bearing his sharp teeth.
Said dragon slayer shouted,"I'm going to make you pay for what you did to my friends! I'm here to fucking collect! You're gonna wish you never even heard of Fairy Tail!". "If he was here, he would probably stop the chapter here." said Sly with her noticing the horse costume. "I see Lady Sly. Being one of the two most powerful species aka the Eazairvian gives you that power without question! Well, I guess I won't be saying,"Guess we'll see you later Alligator!"." said Sagittarius.
He did salute the fourth wall being that Lucy, Happy, and the cloaked figure were confused. I really love that line in the English Dub anime but like I said, I'm not ending it here. The fight is just getting good but like Demon wiggle waggle, I had to include it once. Anyway, lets get back to the fight with this fight reaching its climax. The other fight is still going on and just getting starting. "Lightning Dragon Talon!" said Natsu kicking Gajeel in the back of the head.
Without missing a beat, Natsu shouted,"You still need to learn your place damn it!". "He stole that from Zane." sweatdropped Happy and Lucy. "Indeed! Zane lives to make fools learn their place! Mainly with Taurus." said the horseman earning a nod from Sly. "So how do he knows Zane?" said the cloaked figure. "We'll tell you when you're older." said Sly. "I'm old enough!" said the cloaked figure. Before Gajeel could even hit the ground, Natsu grabbed him and shouted,"Fire Dragon Wing Attack!".
Natsu set Gajeel's entire body ablaze as he was sent flying across the room. The iron dragon slayer crashed through a wall being covered in rubble. "I'll make you regret fighting me! Iron Dragon Hard Fist!" yelled Gajeel. The two dragon slayers clashed fists with Gajeel's scales cracking upon contact with Natsu's fist. "Impossible! I'm the strongest!" thought Gajeel. "This fight is over and it's time for you to learn your place!" yelled Natsu, sending Gajeel into the roof and flying out of it
Outside of the Fairy Tail Guild hall, the defending wizards were all surprised to see an explosion ring out from Phantom Lord's guild hall. Billowing smoke belched from a large hole near the top of the giant guild. "Hey Alzack. I know you're not Bisca when it comes to long distance but can you see what's going on?" said Cana, wiping the tears from her eyes. "Sure. Oh, I'll be the bigger person and ignore that insult." said Alzack.
He pulled out a magic rifle with him scoping in on the hole in the wall. He was surprised to see a man falling from it. "It looks like a Phantom Lord wizard got blow out of that hole! Wait a minute! That's Gajeel!" said Alzack. "Someone's beating Gajeel!?" said Wakaba. "Who is it?!" said Nab. "They must be pretty strong to be beating the Iron Dragon Gajeel!" said Laki. "Hold up! Someone's going after him!" said Alzack with him spotting a second figure leaping after Gajeel.
A few seconds later, the cowboy's eyes widened when he recognized the figure. "It's Natsu! He jumped out after Gajeel!" said Alzack. "WHAT?!" said the guild. "What's that idiot doing?!" shouted Cana as she ran up next to Alzack. He was shocked to see Natsu with blue fire and electricity. "So when did he get blue fire and also electricity? He's going to attack Gajeel!" said Alzack with everyone crowded around Alzack.
Alzack watched as Natsu clapped his hands over his head, forming a massive ball of blue above his head. "Holy shit..." said Cana when she saw the ball of magic. The raging ball of magic was almost as large as Fairy Tail's guild hall and they could feel the heat from where they were standing. The lush brunette rubbed her eyes to make sure she wasn't seeing things. "I must be drunk." said Cana as his attack hit, causing a flash as bright as the Sun.
The explosion created by the spell created a massive shockwave which sent all of the defending Fairy Tail mages onto their asses. When the heatwave from the explosion hit, Cana could feel the fringes of her bikini topping singeing off. "Okay, I know I'm not drunk now." said Cana. It's a good thing no one was looking her way at that moment being that her bikini is the only thing holding back her girls and well, blood would be everywhere upon that happening.
Said explosion also destroyed the Shade Troopers: Jellyfish Form ,which is the name of the spell, due to its intense light. "What the.. Phantom Lord's Guild has been..." said Macao. The defending Fairy Tail wizards watched in awe, as most of Phantom Lord's guild hall collapsed and crumbled into the waters bellow. Many of the Fairy Tail wizards stood in stunned silence for a few moments before a loud cheer broke that silence.
Elfman pumped his cheast as he shouted,"Natsu's a real man!". "He took out Gajeel and most of their guild!" said Macao with a proud smile on his face. "You and Zane are really special Natsu." said Cana with her wiping a tear from her eye. The lush brunette couldn't help but smile as she listened to her Nakama holler and cheer at Natsu's victory. "I'll have to think of a way to thank you for everything you've done the past few days huh Zane." thought Cana.
Earlier with Gajeel and Natsu, Natsu shouted,"Fire Dragon Secret Art: Hellfire Zenith Sphere! This is for Levy, Jet, Nab, Macao, Gramps, Erza, Zane, and LUCY!". Natsu hurled the massive whirling ball of blue fire at Gajeel. The iron dragon slayer was completely consumed by the roaring flames as upon contact, a huge explosion rang out; causing a blinding flash and incredible wave of heat. All around Natsu, Phantom Lord's guild hall collapsed and descended into the water below.
With a sickening crunch, Gajeel smashed into a still stable part of Phantom Lord's guild. The iron dragon slayer was bleeding heavily and was severely burned on a majority of his body. He looked half dead for all intents and purposes, only the steady rise and fall of his chest indicating that he was still alive. "I can't lose. Not again." said Gajeel with going unconscious. "And that's what happened when you mess with me or Fairy Tail punk." said Natsu.
Boze blinked as he said,"I can't believe what just happened! Gajeel lost!". Natsu released a heavy sigh and plopped down onto the ground. "Damn, that last attack drained me." said Natsu. "Where is he Happy?!" shouted Lucy. "I don't know!" said Happy, carrying the blond. Sagittarius went back as Sly carried Stella and the cloaked figure was long gone. "Way to go Natsu. He's a ticking time bomb." said Stella as she saw the outcome clear as day.
The two girls landed nearby as Natsu said with a toothy grin,"Hey Luce! Did you see how awesome I was?!". "Natsu! You're okay!" said Lucy, enveloped him in a tight hug. Tears began to flow from Lucy's eyes as she quickly buried her head into the crook of Natsu's neck. "Thank you...Thank you so much for saving me." said Lucy. "Yeah and way to go on the destruction my fellow dragon slayer so all we have left is Jose." said Stella.
Sue watched from a distance as she said,"That guy's insane. He defeated Gajeel. I thought that kid and his pet robot were the only one to do that. This place was wrecked. Fairy Tail ain't half bad and pretty cool.". She looked toward where her master was fighting being that she decided to check it out. "Mirror Magic: Warp!" said Sue, opening up a mirror and leaving the scene of the crime. "I will always rescue you Luce." said Natsu, wrapping his arms around the blonde tightly.
Stella smiled at this scene being that it was real cute to say the least. "Do it now. Show her much you care for her. The timing is perfect. Go on and kiss the girl." said the voice in Natsu's head. It sounded like Igneel to Natsu but what could this mean? "You're my princess, Luce and I'm your guardian dragon." said Natsu with Lucy's eyes to widen. The blonde celestial spirit wizard slowly pushed away from Natsu and locked eyes with him.
Lucy said with a bright crimson blush covering her face,"Natsu.... What are.....". Lucy was cut off when Natsu suddenly pressed his lips against hers. It wasn't the perfect kiss, because it was the first for both of them. I mean between two kissing virgins, the first kiss is always the worst one unless you have a latent talent for it such as Shrek, the prince from Snow White who is called Prince Florian or Prince Ferdinand, and Prince Philip from Sleeping Beauty.
I'm also pretty sure you didn't know the names of the last two princes did you? However, the passion and love Lucy was feeling from Natsu took her breath away. It took Lucy a few moments to fully comprehend that Natsu was actually kissing her but once it registered, she returned the kiss with just as much passion. "So they do know we're here right?" said Happy. "Not really. Lust is blinding. Zane did this back in the day much to the annoyance of Kevin." said Sly.
Said Akostar sighed loudly as she said,"I mean he had someone but it took him a while to notice her affections.". Lucy was shocked when Natsu suddenly pushed her away. "I'm sorry Luce that I can't do this." said Natsu with him avoiding Lucy's eyes. "What? What are you talking about Natsu?" said Lucy as she cupped his cheek. "Natsu. I love you. I've had a crush on you ever since we met and my feelings for you have only grown since. Please tell me you love me. If you don't, why kiss me?" said Lucy.
The female dragon slayer nodded as she said,"She has a point pinkie.". "I do love you Luce but you're not the only girl I love." said Natsu. This statement widen Lucy's eyes upon hearing this. "Not the only girl. Natsu I understand. I know that you'll love other girls and I'm okay with it." said Lucy, causing Natsu's eyes to widen. "You do? How?" said Natsu, earning a light giggle from the blonde. "That's where we come in. Mira and I showed a book from Levy about dragons and dragon slayers." said Sly.
Natsu looked at the human dragon as she said while Lucy wrapped her arms around Natsu's neck,"In the book, it goes in great detail on how dragon mating customs transfer over to dragon slayers. However, the rituals change for dragon kings like Igneel. Dragon kings can take more than one mate, up to three each and sometimes four but that's rare. Dragon kings often instinctively picked a mate at first sight after all.".
With her noticing Natsu's confusion, Stella said,"Natsu. They often feel an connection to their chosen mate and would do everything in their power to make their mates happy." Natsu's eyes slowly widened upon hearing this as Sly continued the explanation. "And since you were raised by a dragon king, your magic is driving you claim at least four mates max but most likely three." said Sly. "So this pull feeling was because of my magic. I can be with Erza too?" said Natsu, earning a nod from Lucy.
Lucy nodded as she said,"Natsu. I'm pretty sure that Erza will be a little harder to convince. Mira and Sly thinks once she sees you with me or her, it will open her up to the idea of sharing you. Zane came up with that idea.". "Yeah. If there is something bad about Erza, she's really possessive. What? Zane knows about this?" said Natsu, scratching his cheek. "Yeah. He did wanted you to kiss you or Erza in front of everyone and use it for blackmail remember?" said Sly.
Happy smiled as he chirped,"That's Zane for you!". "Well, I knew that he was a good guy. So what should I do about Erza?" said Natsu as his face started to burn red. "We'll worry about that later. For now, just kiss me again." said Lucy with a bright smile spreading across her face. "My pleasure." said Natsu before he locked lips with Lucy once again. This time Lucy felt a little more daring and slipped her tongue into Natsu's mouth.
This briefly took Natsu by surprise at first but he quickly recovered and was tongue wrestling with the blonde. Both wizards were so engrossed in their kiss that they didn't notice the trio of Happy, Stella, and Sly off to the side with the male floating with his mouth agape. Suddenly the blue cat began to giggle hysterically. "They like each other." said Happy as he flew up to the new lovers. "Yes Happy. I do like her." said Natsu, pressing his forehead against Lucy's.
Lucy smiled as she said,"And I like him.". "So Sly, I know that you arrived to the command center or whatever that room is with Natsu. Did you see Erza and Mira by chance?" said Stella. "Wait?! Erza is here! Is she fighting Jose?" said Natsu. Lets pause this scene being that we're heading back to Cana's group being that this was right after the blinding light had died down and smoke had cleared. "So what's going on now Alzack?" said Cana.
While looking through the scope of his rifle, Alzack said,"It's hard to see Cana but I'm sure that Natsu is the winner! Gajeel is down! Natsu won!". "Yeah! Natsu defeated Gajeel! He avenged both Droy and Jet!" said Nab. "You do know that Droy and Jet didn't die right?" said Macao. "That's because he's a real man!" shouted Elfman. "Wait. Here comes Lucy and Happy." said Alzack watching the blonde celestial spirit wizard land in front of the pink-haired dragon slayer.
Alzack smiled as he said,"That's pretty cute I think. She's giving Natsu a hug for saving her from that......". Cana was confused on why the cowboy stopped talking. Gazing down at Alzack, the brunette card wizard was surprised to see a fierce blush spreading across the man's face. "So what happened Alzack? You got real quiet like that time you accidentally peeped on Bisca and Laki and your face looks like a tomato. So what did you see?" said Cana, tapping the cowboy's shoulder.
The cowboy lowered his rifle as he said with his blush darkening,"It isn't your business Cana. I mean what those two do to show their feelings is their business and I shouldn't say anything about it.". "I really want to do that to a girl. I mean me and Bisca are just friends. She's fallen hard for Zane." thought Alzack. "You're absolutely right Alzack. I should respect their privacy as their friends but I'm really curious." said Cana.
She snatched the rifle from Alzack's hands. The cowboy tried to take the rifle back but Cana managed to hold him back using her magic. The spell she used was the Sexy Lady Card. I mean it did effect Freed but he might have been faking it to let Cana and Lucy win. Alzack is another story. Peering through the scope, Cana didn't see anything too strange. "What are you blushing for? It looks like Happy is teasing them. Natsu is pressing his forehead against Lucy's.." said Cana.
Cana stopped as she said,"Oh my god!". Cana couldn't believe what she was seeing. Natsu and Lucy were kissing, and the lush brunette swore that she could see some tongue! "Cana! Don't you dare tell anyone! We have to keep what we saw a secret until they're ready!" said Alzack, trying to escape his boob and butt prison to get his rifle back. I'm sure that no one man would want to escape that prison except if they swung for the other team. There is nothing wrong about that by the way.
She smiled as she said,"Oh don't worry. Their secret is safe with me.". He handed the rifle back to Alzack and undid her spell. "Good." said Alzack. He was slinging the rifle over her shoulder being that he didn't noticed the smirk the spread across the busty brunette's face. "Heheh. I'm sure me and Zane are going to a field day with this." thought Cana, as she imagined all of the ways she could tease both wizards about this.
Lucy shook as she said,"It's him!". "Yeah. I'm sure that he's out here because of Zane. We need to get out of here and please help us with her Natsu." said a voice. The four turned to see an exhausted Gray and Juvia heading toward them with a very angry Erza. She looked like the Red-Hot Habanero being that she was still tied up in her vine prison. Her vines were now covering her body except for her eyes and forehead. She was knocked out and angry. "Erza!" shouted Natsu.
He ran over to the trio as he said to Gray,"Who did this?!". "It was Zane not anyone in Phantom Lord since He didn't want her to bother him. Nice job on this place by the way." said Gray. "Oh wow. You defeated Gajeel Kun." said Juvia looked at the down form of Gajeel. He had suffered three defeats in the span of two to three days. She felt bad for him. "Yeah. I didn't even break a sweat!" said Natsu with him looking proud of that.
No one believed him since his injuries spoke other wise. Before anyone could call him out on his bullshit, the ground shook and making the building terrible. "What was that?" said Happy. Sly placed her ear to the ground, not moving an inch. Everyone watched as Sly was doing this with Natsu saying,"So what are you doing? Taking a nap?". "Be quiet. I'm trying to detect the vibrations so shut up now!" said Sly in a strong tone, freaking out Natsu a bit.
With a smirk, Gray said,"Oh wow. You scolded by Sly. I mean she may be obedient to Zane but she's still a dragon after all.". "Don't make me hurt you pervert snowcone! Quiet!" said Sly with her glaring right at Gray which scared him. Everyone was dead silent as Sly focused on the vibrations. After a good fifteen seconds, she looked at the group. "Zane is fighting Master Jose as we speak with someone who'll shock you due to her being someone who doesn't seem like a fighter." said Sly.
Everyone watched Zane ,who was out of Zombie Form, clashed with Jose's Shade Sword using Lazarus Soul. The two weapons clashed being that Zane broke the stalemate with a arm sprouting from his back and punching Jose's face. It sent Jose skidding across the air a good distance away. Both combatants kept a strict combat stance. "Oh wow. Beloved is just the best. He's making Master look so sad." said Juvia, gushing over him.
Lucy sweatdropped as Gray said,"She's here because of Zane.". "Ah." said Lucy. "I think someone is with her!" said Happy. Everyone watched as a single fighter exited the hole in the wall and made their way to Zane's sides. It was Mira being that all members of Fairy Tail ,except for Lucy and Stella, was shocked to see that Mirajane Strauss was currently hovering in the air with her demonic wings. "Is that Mira?!" said Gray.
Natsu wondered how Mira somehow managed to access her crazy amount of magic power again after Lisanna's death being that it would have a bad thing at first. He still had shivers of the old days involving Mira being that she was the sadist back in the day when it came to tease him and Lisanna to no extent much to the annoyance of Erza. However, Natsu had a feeling that Mira using her magic was the result of something Zane did.
Despite being here a month and a few days, the Cross-Species had done so much for the guild and Natsu continued to do so in the future. "Well, we better get out of here. I mean Zane has Mira by his side." said Natsu as he smiled. "Um Natsu. You may be wrong." said Stella. Natsu looked up to see Mira flying toward them as she smiled at them, scaring Gray and Natsu due to past experiences. "Hi there you guys. So how is Erza doing?" said Mira.
Without missing a beat, Juvia said,"She knocked herself out three times thanks to Beloved's vine prison. So why are you here exactly?". "Zane told me that he's going to finish this fool off and well, he told me that I could fight alongside him until he feels like I could die." said Mira. The ground beneath them began to shake once again, signifying Zane's fight with Jose was heating up. "It isn't safe here. We need to get back to the guild and stay out of the way." said Sly.
Natsu turned to look at the others as he said,"You're right Sly. We need to get out of here. Zane is going to kick Jose's ass.". He had complete faith in Zane being that he knew that Zane never lose. They did feel bad for leaving him behind but they had faith in him. "Happy. Mind flying Lucy back to shore for me?" said Natsu, looking at Gajeel. "Aye sir!" said Happy, grabbing Lucy and flying her back to the mainland.
Gray looked at Mira with the barmaid saying,"I'll carry Erza. You two did good.". Gray and Juvia made a pathway that lead downwards ,using ice and water, as Erza was held by Mira. Sly looked at her partner being that if she has learned anything, trust Zane when it comes to fighting. "Hey. I know you're awake." said Natsu, walking up to Gajeel. "I can't believe I had to see you two suck face. Don't you know about PDA?" said Gajeel, weakly turning his head to look glare at Natsu.
Stella looked at Natsu who said to Gajeel,"I'm not done with you yet. Once Zane is easily finished with your master, I have some questions from you. So don't go anywhere.". "Like I can move anyways. You put me on fucking fire pinkie." said Gajeel, looking down at the burns littering his body. Both Natsu and Stella were gone as Sly went after them by flying them back to the Fairy Tail guild hall ruins. The reason for why Jose and Zane are in the air shall be told right now.
Lets go back about a few minutes just before Salamander got his second wind. Jose was furious at the confidence and determination that didn't falter in the slightest as Zane was facing against a stronger than him opponent. He hated opponents who never give up being that Zane's mouth was making Jose hating him more and more. "I'm the guild master of Phantom Lord. The number one guild in Fiore and I won't lose against him!" thought Jose.
His body began shaking with renewed vengeance with his body glowing with new powers and around this time, the shades outside were vanishing or either forming the giant jellyfish. Jose had multiple skulls manifesting around him with all of them laughing maniacally. His body was engulfed in the darkness as the skulls laughed and swirled around Jose before they seem to merge with him. The duo of Mira and Zane tense up at the change in Jose's demeanor.
Mira blinked as she said,"Zane. His magic power is rising and transforming!". "Yeah. It's time for you to leave if this goes in the direction I'm thinking." said Zane with him stopping the dancing being that he deactivated Zombie Form. "Take heed Fairy Tail. You're about to see something that no one else has seen and live to tell the day." said Jose. The ground began to violently shake once again. Unknown to the duo and pretty much everyone inside the giant, dark clouds were forming outside.
It formed outside over the giant in a spiraling motion like a tornado. A storm was coming as wind picked up and began to form small waves that trashed against the shore line and large waves kept coming from the giant with large ripples. No one noticed this because they were either focused on the giant jellyfish, couldn't see it, or in the middle of something. It was also gone as it appeared and it was gone upon Gajeel showing Natsu and his group the remodeled Fairy Tail guildhall.
Mira and Zane watched this scene with horror and interest respectively. Jose's form was enveloped in his magic and it was like he was inside of a cocoon of dark magic. However, this didn't last before a new form began to materialize around him. The darkness around Jose began to grow bigger and bigger by the second. A pair of large skeleton like hands came out of the dark before gaining a flesh like appearance.
It formed a more organic appearance which was later followed by a skeletal face and neck. It then formed over the torso and was wrapped in flesh like the rest of its body. The entire building flashed in a burst of dark light which completely blinded Mira. Zane was focused completely on Jose and his developing shadowy figure. As the light died down, Mira opened her eyes and widened in horror at what she saw.
Jose stood there being that he was inside of a demonic looking entity. It was like Lucifer but at the same time, it was very different. It was standing at easily over twenty feet tall with a pair of arms that had the end of it ending in claws. It had several bones like spikes sticking out of its shoulders along with its rips and spine. Think like Joker on Titan. It's head is a demonic look skeleton head not of a human but of a goat.
It had no eyes in its sockets as they merely gave off a red flash of light from the inside. This means that it's evil obviously. It had no legs as it had been formed from the waist up. It also had a giant katana ready to use at a moment notice. Its entire body was made entirely out of darkness and glowed with magic power that coursed through its body. In the center of its body was none other than Jose who was grinning with madness and satisfaction.
He did this at Mira's reaction but was disappointed at Zane's lack of fear. "Well, it would seem that I have one at a loss for words." said Jose with him enjoying the silent reactions being that one of them didn't really care. "Yep. It's a lamer version of Astaroth" said Zane slamming his closed right fist into his open left palm. Jose looked at him with annoyance being that instead of feeling fear upon seeing his most powerful spell, he felt no fear but he decided to mock him.
Zane's body should be covered in goose bumps with all of his hairs standing up like an angry looking porcupine or when you sticking a fork into an outlet which you should not do. "This is the very symbol of the guild. It's the thing that gave existence to our guild along with it being the greatest representation of power. It's the Phantom of Darkness!" said Jose. The phantom then raised its left arm and swing it forward at great speed.
The Fairy Duo jumped to the side with Mira barely pulling it off. However, Mira saw the phantom's right arm swung toward her and couldn't dodge in time. "Hands off Mira you damn dirty Phantom! I won't let you hurt her! Sweet Wall!" shouted Zane. He generated an enormous torrent of his candy syrup from his body and it slowly forms into a wall. It’s very durable. Jose was expecting this attempt at defending the barmaid but much to his shock, it was bounced back upon contact.
Seeing this, Jose shouted,"Damn you brat! You'll die by my hands!". He made both of his Phantoms arms swung forward to nail them both. "If you want to think that, then go right ahead. However, me dying isn't going to happen for a long time! Colossal Vulcan Smack!" said Zane. He stretched both of his arms behind him beginning to inflate to a massive size. He send them toward the other giant hands with him smacking them away thanks to a massive open palm.
As his giant hands and Jose's Phantom hands were linked together, Zane said,"Mira. You need to leave right now! I'll send him outside and when you see anyone from the guild or Juvia, tell them to get away from the giant. Upon reaching the main land and when the sky turns dark, close your eyes tight. Don't open up them got it?!". "You honestly think I'm going to let that happen!" said Jose with the Phantom's arms adding more force into destroying Zane.
However, they were trapped inside of the turquoise candy syrup that was Zane's blood. Mira nodded as she flew toward another wall that lead outside of the giant. The Phantom was struggling more against its restraints being that the candy syrup was slowly spreading over its body. "You're not leaving here alive brat!" said Jose with his Phantom roaring. It's body began glowing intensify being that the candy syrup was cracking and shattering from the pressure.
Jose extended his hand toward the fleeing Mira being that the Phantom mimicked his every move and extended its own hand. It swung and extended toward as it attempted to grab her and pull her back to her execution. Zane was ahead of him being that Jose was that type of guy. He rushed toward Jose and slammed both of his fists together. Both arms were covered in Vulcan Emperor aka reddish black ,being metallic, scales with a flame like pattern to them.
He send both of his fists toward Jose himself, hitting him at a rapid fire rate. It looks like he is using two fists but it's like being hitting with multiple fists at once. Upon finishing the attack, Jose and Zane were caught in a massive fiery explosion. The man was sent flying back being that he was outside of the guild hall. He had to deactivate his ultimate spell but made Shade Sword to replace it and use it to block Zane's Lazarus Soul. And now, we're back to the present day.
Jose looked at Zane with him saying,"It seems that it's just the two of us left. However, this bothers me not since I wanted you dead the most out of the entire group of fairies!". "Seriously? I mean everyone and their grandma knows that the term for a a group of fairies is a flutter." said Zane with this quip earning a growl from Jose. "And you still have your disrespectful attitude even after your allies left you all alone." said Jose.
He outstretching his right pointer finger at Zane with him saying,"Dark Beam!". Several beams of darkness went toward Zane with him smiling. "If you really want to try and hit me, do so already. I mean you aren't getting any younger here." said Zane with him easily dodging them. Jose growled with him increasing the fire power on his spell. Zane made Espada appear in his left hand as Lazarus Soul was held in the right hand with him saying,"Snake Clan: Grotto Slice!".
Zane focused energy into the Snake Clan's blade. Without missing a beat, he sliced the air in front of him. The energy transformed into a massive wave of snakes. Instead of falling to the ground, they were flying toward the darkness and devouring it whole. Zane rushed toward Jose with him shouting,"Vortex Shredder!". He began spinning his swords, going clockwise. He rushed toward Jose and was planning to slice him with full speed and power.
Espada was stopped by Jose's Phantom. He had summoned its arm to block the sword being that the guild master sickening smirked upon seeing this. However, his smirk was gone with him seeing Zane stretching his neck backwards and his entire head was covered in Vulcan Emperor. Zane landed a powerful headbutt into Jose's face with him shouting,"Sweet Vulcan Gong!". Jose went back a bit being he was going to threaten the superhero by hurting the crowd below.
However, he was stopped by focusing his magic blade to block an incoming strike from Lazarus Soul being that Zane returned Espada upon hitting Jose in the face. Jose's nose was also broken causing blood to come out. "Sorry Jose but we're going back to the giant. I find it fitting for you to fall there. I mean it's totally fitting don't you think. Sweet Onslaught!" said Zane. Jose was sent flying back into the giant with Zane going in after him.
After returning back to the giant, Zane found out that they were back in the hallway that he fought Aria and started his fight with Jose. "Oh wow. You went full circle." said Athena. The Cross Species found Jose being that he erupted from the pile of rubble that he was sent into and his body was covered in the Phantom of Darkness once again. "So are you going to give up? I mean I can keep going for weeks but you're going to run out of magic energy eventually." said Zane with holding his blade.
Jose scoffed as he said,"And here's that cocky nature of yours rearing its ugly head. Your magic is nothing like I've ever seen before. I find it fascinating. You're the first wizard to last this long against me in the heat of battle.". As he spoke, his Phantom swiped right toward Zane with the superhero cutting the arm clean off. "You know what I can't stand about Fairy Tail? A wizard as strong as you side with Makarov! Where does he find people like you?!" said Jose.
The other arm of the Phantom held its arm with it firing a Dark Beam but it was far stronger than before. Zane sliced it in half with the two halves destroying the wall behind him. "Since I doubt you will be tempted to join Phantom Lord at this point, there is only way for this fight to go down." said Jose with him focusing his magic into both of the Phantom's hands. He fired ten Dark beams with Zane jumping around them as they created dust clouds.
Zane jumped into the air with him hearing,"Shade Entangle!". Zane saw six ghost-like tendrils erupt from the Phantom with him casting Hellfire Emperor Substitution being that each copy of his was destroyed upon contact with the dark spell and caused the field to erupt in dust. "Time for a Primordial Torrent!" said Zane's voice from within the dust cloud being Jose soon dodged several energy ,being a turquoise color, beams heading toward him.
Jose soon scowled as he shouted,"You're beginning to annoy me!". "Aww and here I thought we were becoming good friends." said Zane. He rushed toward Jose with the guild master using his Phantom to fire beams at him which Zane easily dodgedd them. The area in front of him was covered in dust being that he shouted,"Silent Lotus!". Zane aimed his sword at Jose with him moving at a speed that can’t be tracked.
Upon reaching Jose, he was slashed once again and was shocked to see him being sliced by an unknown force many times. Zane reappears with him snapping his finger, causing Jose and his Phantom to be cut over several times. Jose got a punch directly in the face being that a loud smack echoed through the battered room as he went careening back. This went on until he crashed into a wall for the umpteenth time now and deactivating his Phantom.
After whistling, Zane said,"Wow. You and that wall are really close aren't you Second Place? So when's the wedding?". Jose leaped from the wall being that he was pissed. He had been slammed around so many times being that he wanted to end the boy who made him look so foolish. He rushed toward Zane at an impressive speed being that his fists were charged with darkness magic. Zane smiled as he ran at Jose, cocking back his fist with him charging Black Mojo into his arm. "Zenith Punch!" shouted Zane.
The two collided fists being that there was an explosion of energy that sent both of them flying to opposite sides of room being that Jose was heading toward the wall yet again. Zane stopped just before it as he smiled. "Okay. I think you and I are going to have a lot of fun but it's time for me to do a new trick." said Zane. "Oh? Is it the return of that dancing fool? Or perhaps something else. Are you getting scared about fighting against me?!" said Jose with a deadly smile.
Zane looked at Jose with him saying,"Seriously? I mean I know that you've been told that you're scary by the ladies but me being scared of you? That isn't happening because by the end of this, you'll be scared of me and everything in between us.". He fired two energy beams ,one being Tyrannus Nether and the other being Mojo, right at Jose's feet. This caused a dust cloud to obscure his vision with Zane transforming into Vampire Form.
This form changed alongside its Prime Form thanks to the Zenith Core being that the bat stayed the same. His vampire appearance is the only one to change. He has pale white skin with white ,shark like teeth, being that two of them stick out of his mouth and works as his fangs. He has bat like ears with bright red, slit eyes. He's still seven feet tall. He wears a black jumpsuit with a cowl like hood that he wears over his face.
It covers his entire face ,except for his chin, with his silver bangs sticking out of the cowl. He loses the chest plate. He has crimson red markings on his chest/stomach area, legs with it being two stripes, and shoulders. He wears steel gray metal like gloves ,that goes down to his ankles, with crimson red fingers that looks like sharp claws. He has metal knee pads. He has black flaps ,under his arms, which can extend outward like bat wings.

His outfit was torn in places with his body covered in cuts and slightly bruised all over. "Don't mess with me or the people I'm caring about! You can hit me with your best attack because I’ll strike you with my attack which will hurt." said Zane. He began abusing Jose being that the wizard saint felt like he was being beaten up by the force of gravity itself. Jose was dizzy while in the air. This was due to Zane ,in Vampire Form, being really good at owning his enemies.
Zane punched Jose into the ground, increasing the size of the crater from earlier. Zane gathered by the crater's rim, looking down into it. As the dust cleared, Jose was lying on his back. His clothes were tattered and his body was covered in bruises and cuts in various sizes. Jose rolled over and weakly returned to his feet. Zane was slightly impressed with his stubbornness. "The people in this dimension are quite durable. I mean surviving a Vampire Form beatdown is impressive." said Lucifer.
Jose glared at the highly-adaptive and versatile warrior in front of him being that a good amount of blood was trickling down his face. The anger and hate he felt toward Zane was extreme and rather justified. "So are you a glutton for punishment or what? I mean your plan failed hard. So why didn't you bring you all to the fight from the start? I have and well, I'm kicking your ass hard and fast. If you want to bring despair, let me show you why I’m a monster.” said Zane.
Jose smiled malicious as he cackled madly. "Do you know why I can't stand Makarov and why I let him live?" said Jose. He fired a ball of violent magic at Zane being that the vampire punched it. "Because you felt bad for the old man? I mean in my opinion, both of you are men with some serious flaws, decent wizard, decent leaders, and other shit. But do go on. I care to hear your reason for you being a petty man." said Zane.
Jose smiled ,with it being rather twisted, as he said,"I'm far better than Makarov could ever be. I've destroyed his precious home and his nakama killed! It will be so glorious! I'll make him suffer until the very end of his pathetic life!". "Okay then You really need a therapist and a restraint jacket like yesterday." said Zane. "For as long as I can remember, Phantom Lord has been at the top guild in the land of Fiore." said Jose.
He smiled as he said,"We had the most powerful wizard with the strongest spells, we also had more capital and members, but however, Fairy Tail has began to catch up. Our position as leader.". "Oh fan freaking. It's the typical bad guy monologue. Could you speed this up? I got I have a hair appointment and I dare not be late for that. Blood is so hard to get out of my hair since it's kinda red not a full red like Prude Knight's." said Zane.
Jose fiercely glared right at Zane with him saying,"Names like Laxus, Mystogan, and Titania have became wildly known in Fiore even in my hometown! Stories of Salamander spread across the land like wildfire. However, you're the biggest name in the past month!". The room quaked as Zane said,"Oh do tell about how I make you just triggered.". Jose glared and pointed his finger at Zane with rage boiling.
Magic power was growing around him as Jose said,"Don't play dumb with me boy! The guild masters in Clover caught side of you defeating the demon Lullaby by yourself, several dark guilds have fallen under you alone, and all of that shit that you have done against me! You're a wizard who can use more magic than a wizard should have in his arsenal!". "I know that I'm better than you but hey at least you're a wizard saint until I kicked your ass. I get your title when I defeat you right?" said Zane.
Jose growled at him like a rapid dog. "Phantom Lord and Fairy Tail are seen as equal being that I can't stand for this! I refuse to be on the same level as the shitty Fairies!" shouted Jose. He activated Phantom of Darkness with him roaring alongside his Phantom. The giant hand went toward Zane being that the vampire easily dodged it. "Time for you to learn your place Second Place!" said Zane as he rushed toward Jose.
He swung a punch at Jose with the man vanishing. The force behind Zane's punch broke the stairs in front of it. Jose landed on some rubble with the Phantom of Darkness. "So I'm fighting in a war because you were jealous of some fairies? Dude. That's sad. You need a real hobby like sooner rather than later." said Zane. "Jealously? That isn't it. We wanted to prove to the kingdom of Fiore on who is the stronger guild and we decided to use make that point rather painful." said Jose.
The Phantom's hand slammed Zane into the ground being that he delivered a numerous amount of punches onto Zane. The vampire just glared at him before turning into a bat. The vampire flew behind Jose with him being focused on pounding the vampire into a bloody pulp. "So did I hit you too hard or what Second Place? I mean I'm a very petty person but this is sad. Lets see how you like this Jose." said Zane.
Zane fired out a small dark blue ruby shaped object with light blue eyes, little horns, and black bat like wings. It landed on Jose's forehead being that the man screamed upon it hitting his forehead and his Phantom was gone. Jose stood extremely still being that Zane went back into his vampire form. Jose's head snapped up with Zane's grin growing widened. "Let me see. What should I do with you? Oh. I know. Summon your Phantom for me." said Zane.
Jose made Phantom of Darkness appeared with Zane saying,"And now, punch yourself.". The Phantom and Jose began punching themselves. "So tell me why are you hitting yourself? I'm sure that this is looking really sad for you." said Zane. Jose's eyes glowed with magic being that the bat on his head exploded alongside the giant. "Did you honestly think that you could control me?!" yelled Jose.
Zane shrugged as he said,"Hey. It was worth a try and it was funny.". Zane kicked Jose in the face being that he was launched back a few feet as he tumbled. He pushed himself back up. "You! You're a huge pain in the ass!" shouted Jose. "Seriously? I mean I know that I've made you my bitch but you can call me names. I honestly do not care." said Zane. "Darkness Barrage!" said Jose as he fired a barrage of ghosts at Zane.
The hero dodged them being that he said,"To be honest, all of the Wizard Saints I've met so far don't deserve that tacky medallion! That includes the old coward you hate so much!". "You will die now! Phantom of Darkness and Dark Pulse!" said Jose. He and the giant Phantom created a large chain of explosion, focusing Zane to put an a solid crimson red energy shield. He was still sent flying through the wall, landing on the wall just before contact.
Zane looked up to see Jose standing there with his Phantom being that the two aimed their hands right at Zane. "Oh. I'm so scared. Hit me with your best shot and fire away." said Zane with him taunting Jose. "Fine. Shade Void!" said Jose, firing a massive beam of energy from him and the giant. Zane only turned into a bat, evading the massive attack. It nearly destroyed the room being that Jose could easily see Fairy Tail being that the guild had been destroyed.
He looked over the edge to see the vampire standing there. "So you missed me again." said Zane. He began jumping from rock to rock, back up to Jose. Jose wasn't happy about this. He made his way back up being Zane launched himself upwards. He cocked his right arm with Jose making his phantom clash fists with Zane once again. It created a massive explosion of energy once again. Zane flew around in a circle before flying down to Jose.
Jose tried to swipe Zane with his Phantom but Zane dodged the massive hand easily. He managed to punch Jose ,not the avatar, forcing him back being that the man was not happy about this. "Eat this! Vulcan Emperor Kaiser Storm!" said Zane with him deactivating Vampire Form. He compressed both arms into his body with him slowly sprouting several cannons like objects from his body. The cannons formed around Zane, completely covering him from all sides.
He then beginning firing off a flurry of continuous punches that match Vulcan Emperor Kaiser Magnum in terms of appearance onto Jose. Jose was having trouble focusing on keeping is construct intact as it was being pounded by the massive fists. Jose's magic power was used to regenerate its lost pieces. The punching barraged stopped as Zane said,"And this is from Natsu to you since he couldn't have a chance on fighting you. Blazing Punch!".
Zane covered his entire body in his signature flames. The flames that were around his feet and hands ,specifically, are highly concentrated. He launches himself toward Jose and his Phantom ,which is not even close to Josie and the Pussycats, thanks to the flames around his feet. Jose was caught off guard by the sudden burst of speed. He kicked Jose in the side of the head and then the Phantom's stomach. Both Jose and the Phantom got launched back.
The Cross Species gathered up all of the flames into his right arm which he used to fire off an enlarged fist of fire being that he sends it rather toward his targets. The two is engulfed in flames upon contact with Zane smirking. The two unleashed simultaneous roars of what were pain and anger. The two were sent through numerous pillars before slamming into the ground being that there was a massive smoke cloud upon impact.
