Information about Nemesis, Chad, and Melanie

This post did come out right after Episode 144 but I need to change a couple of things around. There were very little changes yes but I just wanted to make sure that it looks right to me. 

The Vindicators:
Helios aka Perry Townsend. He’s easily the most arrogant member of the group with him very conceited in his own strength and he’s often seen taunting his enemies. His metagene activated, turning him into living light. This means that he doesn't require food or water to survive. He can fly through the air and generate high powerful beams of light that can easily slice through metal. He can turned himself into pure light with him becoming pretty much untrackable. He can make himself and others becoming invisible and with enough focus, he can make illusions. His overconfidence is usually seen as his main weakness. He can easily get overwhelmed by a stronger opponent and when in his light form, he can be trapped inside anything with a reflective surface such as a glass jar and mirror. The latter of which is kinda pathetic since he once got stuck in a house of mirrors for over a month. The only way that he can escape from this is when someone breaks the surface.

Meltdown aka Reinaldo Dunning. He has great physical strength being able to throw someone a great distance away. He can run, move, and react at an impressive speed. He’s far more durable than a normal human being that he can withstand high caliber fire, falls from tremendous height, and exposure to absolute temperature and extreme pressure. He’s able to fight for several days at a time. He’s able to jump incredible distances with a single bound. His metagene turned him into a living nuclear power plant. He’s able to fire beams of intense radiation from his body including his eyes. It can create a huge explosion which can incapacitated an opponent. These blasts can rob object of their inertia. He can make forcefields and deactivate machines. He can inflict others with nausea, dizziness, and radiation poisoning. He can absorb nuclear radiation without harm and covert into energy to increase his strength or recover any damage taken. Due to his powers, he constantly emit nuclear radiation at all times and can infect others with it. His suit can keep people from getting infected from his suit.

Empress Medusa aka Suzuki Harrison. She’s the adopted younger sister of Silver Moon aka Alyssa Harrison. She was a descendant of a family who was well known for their poison and assassins. When she was six years old, she was taken from her birth parents by the leader of Death Park and joined the private task force. She and her sister compete for the leadership role of Death Pack. Alyssa won this competition much to Suzuki’s dislike. When her sister got tired of this life thanks to meeting important people, Suzuki got the job but it didn’t feel like she personally earned. She’s an an elite intelligence operative and assassin. She's a natural when it comes to assassination, espionage, and seduction. She took her name of Empress Medusa due to her metagene giving her a snake like appearance and she likes being royalty. When Alyssa defected, Suzuki began to work with the Axis Powers and Nemesis. After her plan to try and bomb all of America’s capitals with a gas that was going to infect all Americans to have their metagene activated and under the control of Nemesis, she was sent to another dimension alongside Project Peacebringer. Her plan was stolen and altered by Countess Chimera back in the Prime Dimension when she found it. After placing Project Peacebringer into a stasis pod, she took over that dimension’s version of Nemesis and turned that version of Earth into a world ruled by Nemesis or to be more specifically, by her. She’s strong-willed, flirtatious, and independent woman. She’s strictly business, having no time for friends. She hates being compared to her older sister with her usually losing her cool if her sister is brought up in conversation. When she was in her early teens, her Metagene activate right alongside puberty. It gave an snake like appearance with her gaining an appearance of one. She’s resistant to aging and disease with her able to heal faster than normal. She can also regenerate faster than her sister and this includes lost limbs. Her agility is greater than that an Olympic gold medalist being able to coordinate her body with impressive balance, flexibility, and dexterity with ease. She’s able to mask her emotions perfectly and able to process multiple amount of information at once with her able to retain that knowledge. She’s a great actress and seduction. She’s a world-class athlete, gymnast, acrobat, expert martial artist using several styles of martial arts, marksman and weapons specialist, and extensive espionage and training. She knows several different languages being able to speak and swap accents and languages on the fly. She can generate and project purple venom bolts from her body. She can adjust the potency of her venom to temporarily paralyze, kill living organisms, and rust/destroy machines. This venom is strong enough to kill metahumans with ease. Her body secretes the venom through sweating so direct contact with her skin can be dangerous. She can use the blades on her arms to transfer her venom into a target. She can dislocate her jaw far enough to fit an Hippo and has enough strength to crush cinderblock. She’s able to detect the presence of anyone within the immediate area. Her costume comes heavily insulated in order to protect herself from any electricity and her venom can’t escape her body. All of the bones in her body are malleable and her muscle tissue is exceedingly resilient, making her extremely flexible. It’s impossible for her to break a bone or tear a muscle. She can survive impacts that would kill a normal human with no injury. She can get into very tight and small places by compressing her body. She can wrap herself around a person’s body and trapping her so she can inflict her venom to her close. Her grip is extremely hard to break out of. Her arms and legs can elongate to twice their normal lengths. When she does this, her muscle tissue swell to several times bigger than normal. She has superb muscle control being able to move her body in a manner that’s provocative and hypnotic. This dance can recharge herself and control her opponent ,male or female, for up to an hour. This is due to her releasing out powerful pheromones from her body as she dances. The latter effect doesn’t work on machines, anyone with strong will, or the blind. She’s still human and can be defeated by strong opponents. She also can’t handle low temperatures due to her snake like appearance. She has a crippling fear of spiders due to her being covered in them when she was a child. She also hates to lose mainly against her sister. Her hatred of her sister has blinded her to revenge and tends to focus on destroying her sister. This is shown in Episode 144. She could use her snake like abilities on her during her fight with Alyssa but didn't due to her wanting to destroy her sister.

Doctor Siegfried McIntyre aka Hijack. Like with Empress Medusa, he comes from the Prime Dimension. In the early parts of the 20th century, he was a child prodigy excelling in all areas of science and accepted into the best schools in Europe. He began the first human geneticist and his studies was focused on turning humans into gods. This was done by accessing a human’s latent powers later called the Metagene. During World War 2, he began supporting the Nazi Party and use his genius to help them during the war. He often made enemies of the Allies’s metahumans (Silver Moon, Stan Underwood, Torpedo, Warrior, and Orothos) with him wanting to create an army of metahumans by using the two strongest metahumans who worked for the Allies. This was his dream being that his two subjects that he was going to use were Orothos and Silver Moon. He disappeared after World War 2 and his legacy lived on through several supervillains looking up to him and his evil achievements. He actually went to another dimension alongside Empress Medusa and an unconscious Orothos to take over this dimension for Nemesis. His morality is unreliable being that he is willing to do anything that he can in the pursuit of science. He’s one of the most infamous scientific minds of the planet. He’s a proud sadist being that he often tortured subjects and enjoys creating world chaos. He has a strong desire to conquer and take over the world. He’s the top scientist of Nemesis, the Third Reich, and Wild Pack. He’s well known for his genius and innovation in the field of science. This is due to his Metagene ,which happened when he was in Kindergarten, granting him superhuman intelligence, giving him a computer like memory. He can retain and access large amounts of information at a moment’s notice. He can solve abstract problems within seconds and predict ,using math, the future. It isn’t perfect however since there is a margin of error. His fields of expertise ranges from cybernetics and genetics being that he’s capable of creating an exact clone of a person from a single strand of DNA. He created the army that Nemesis uses and their scientists. He can also create monsters that follow his order without question. He makes weapons for anyone who provides him a good paycheck. He designed many weapons ahead of his time and this is how Nemesis was able to win World War 2 by inventing the Atomic Bomb before it was build in this dimension. He enhanced his weak human body to the peak of human perfection since he couldn’t fight against people who are physically stronger than him. He’s able to cripple a man with just a single toss and survive an explosion with no injury. He can survive for several hundred years. He’s able to regenerate from any wound that he may suffered in battle being that he can regrow limbs post amputation. He’s nearly-impossible to destroy or kill since he can regrow from a single finger after suffering from massive damages and burns from the ozone layer. His body is able to mimic vocal patterns, fingerprints, fighting styles, and powers of a metahuman. Over his several years of life, he can mimic several metahumans powers. These powers mainly coming in the form of energy manipulation with it being a solid green color, flight, able to manipulate technology, and psionic powers. His technology manipulation allows him to manipulate any form of software, computer data, electronics, and hardware. He can telekinetically control it and its movements. He is unable to manipulate the Z.E.R.O. Watch much to his confusion. This is due to Parker not wanting to have some human mess with his masterpiece. He can easily mimic vocal patterns, fingerprints, and fighting styles easily but copying powers of a metahuman isn’t instant however. It takes up to a day being that Sieg needs to focus on studying the metahuman copy. His arrogance is one of his main weakness being that he tends to underestimate others. His main weakness is in his chest and the fact that he still the same pressure points as a human being.

Chadwick "Chad" Rosenberg aka Metanite’s Past and Power Description: Despite looking to be in his early to mid 30s, he’s over a hundred years old. He was born in the year 1917 with him being an Sagittarius. He met his best friend Melanie Navarro in third grade since he had defend her from some bullies and she defend him from some bullies. They were making fun of her for not acting like a typical girl and acting like a boy. After what happened at Pearl Harbor, both he and Melanie began training at the Labyrinth which was a local gym in Cypress Park. After getting some muscles, Chad decided to become a soldier in the Army and began fighting the Nazis alongside a group known as Nemesis for his country. During all of this fighting, he was constantly worried about Melanie since he had liked her for a long time. She had disguised herself as a boy and joined the Marines. She wanted to fight on the front line rather than behind a desk or on the sidelines. On a normal routine mission, he was captured by the enemy and taken to one of Nemesis’s labs. He was experimented on by one of the group’s head scientist Siegfried McIntyre. Chad had awake his metagene by the scientist. He was going to be used as the group’s secret weapon but they were stopped by a new metahuman known only as Orothos who Chad knew quite well. It turned out to be Melanie who gained super powers thanks to an experiment she did onto herself. After recovering and learning how to use his powers, he become a famous metahuman for the Allied Forces alongside Orothos, Psycho Soldier, Torpedo, and Warrior. He later lost Melanie after she gave up her life to stop Nemesis’s plan to bomb all of America’s capitals with a gas that was going to infect all Americans and have their metagenes activated and under the control of Nemesis. This ended the group Nemesis in the Prime Dimension with Chad unsure on what he is going to do with his life since he lost his best friend. Alyssa asked him to help take care of any leftover remnants of Nemesis with her and he agreed. He later joined the Alliance with him being considered a high ranking member and tends to wander around the globe, stopping evil wherever he can. He met Zane Alvarez for the first time when he helped the Protector of Earth defeat the latest wielder of the Amulet of Amarok. He heard rumors about the kid from Alyssa whom fell for him pretty hard since he treated her like a human being rather than a secret agent like most people have for her entire life. He was unsure that he should even trust him like everyone else did and Chad was well aware of Zane’s hometown being Cypress Park aka his hometown. After that encounter, Chad began to trust Zane and decided to help the kid out whenever he can since Zane reminded him so much of Melane whom Alyssa and Zane later brought back to him much to his joy. Chad is the type of guy to judge people by their worth rather than who their family is or how powerful they are. He will not stay silent whenever someone is being oppressed regardless of the reason and status of the perpetrator. He’s able to quickly take charge of a situation and deploy orders accordingly. He tends to be calm and collected in dire situations. He’s highly capable of analyzing and finding an opponent’s weakness even when he’s clearly outmatched by those stronger than him. He tends to be a no-nonsense type of person and tends to scold anyone that loses focus in an important situation. He also goes toward the source of the problem rather than dealing with any distractions along the way. Even though he has seen a lot of different things in his life, he is a skeptic of anything involving magic. He goes by a code that Melanie taught him. Nothing is impossible. His favorite thing to do is play poker with others. He tends to come off as a gruff, tough man with him showing no sign of joy in his life but he has a kind heart and well liked among others. He is well known for his stubborn behavior since he never gives up a fight. He tends to lightly tear up during emotional scenes. He is a mentor toward several younger women and has had failed romantic relationship since he can’t get over losing Melanie. He is well known for his fearless and brave nature with him always willing to take an enemy’s life if that enemy needs to die. He has trouble trusting people after losing Melanie with him only trusting Alyssa Harrison, Silas Mercer, and Zane Alvarez. He tends not to believe in gods even though he knows that they exist and will pray if he feels like it. He tends to be quite aggressive and quick to action. He is well known for being quite intimating and makes others around him feel uneasy around him. He doesn’t wear a costume like a normal superhero since he’s more for casual clothing to beat down punks in it. Having trained under several different masters, he’s a master of hand to hand combat and martial arts. He has a wide knowledge of the body and pressure points. He’s highly skilled in the use of military weapons such as firearms and grenades. In the army, he was able to blend into his surrounding and was used to spy on the enemy. He is fluent in many different languages due to his world travel and this includes languages that aren’t used anymore. Thanks to Siegfried, he had his metagene forcefully activated and this gave him the typical metahuman powers aka the supernatural condition. He’s able to hold his breath underwater for long period of time. He’s able to leap from building to building while dodging several explosions hitting him from all sides with ease. He can dodge gunshots at point-blank range easily and withstand high or low temperatures. His body is able to survive hits from beings much stronger than him, gunfire from high-caliber weapons and explosives do nothing to him, electrocution, and falling from several stories with no sign of injury. His special metahuman abilities are that he has a highly advanced healing ability, the ability to turn his entire body into a mercury like substances, and his heightened senses. According to Melanie, Chad has always had a strong sense of smell but gained powers made it even stronger. He used his nose to track down criminals and it helped him during his war days. His hearing, sight, and smell are extremely acute. He is able to see with perfect clarity at greater distances than normal humans or in total darkness. This is impressive due to him being blind and this was from Siegfried. He’s able to hear sounds that ordinary humans cannot and hear to great distances. He can use his sense of smell to track targets by this scent and he can track someone even they try to mask it over time. He is able to smell the difference between twins and shapeshifters. His sense of smell and healing can be used as a way to tell if someone is lying. If someone is lying, there is a faint chance in a person’s heartbeat and scent due to sweat. His rate of healing is much faster than a normal human being that broken bones, torn muscles, gunshots, knife wounds, and various injuries heal within minutes of acquiring them. It also gives immune to any diseases and infections alongside most drugs and toxins. He can be affected by some drugs but only if he’s exposed to a massive does of it. This also stops him from aging being that despite looking like he’s in his early 30s, he is actually over a hundred years old. His healing factor is able to regenerate damaged or destroyed tissue within seconds of damaging them. It also makes him extremely resistant to diseases, drugs, and toxins. He however can still suffer the effects of said substances in high amounts. According to him, he’s able to regenerate lost limbs but it takes him a good while to regrow limbs. His healing factor brings his aging process to a grinding halt and allows him to live far beyond the normal lifespan of normal humans. Despite being born in the early twenty century, he has the appearance, conditioning, health, and vitality of a man in his physical prime. He tends to heal and recover faster when he’s gravely injured or his life is in danger. He only survive being caught in the center of a nuclear explosion with his body tissue healing within minutes. His body is highly resistant to telepathic assault and probing due to his healing factor. His healing factor can prevent him from being turned into a werewolf or becoming a vampire. He’s able to create a silver mercury like substance and this mercury isn’t at all poisonous to his allies. To those he finds an enemy, it can be poisonous and prevent them from moving. His mercury can be used to manipulate nearby metal to use as an extra way to lay the beatdown on his enemy. His mercury cannot be melted by a powerful flame but can be frozen solid with relative ease. Despite having an impressive healing factor, said factor doesn’t suppress the pain that he endures while injured. He hates being injured but will do it to escape from a bad situation or to intimate an opponent. His healing factor can be negated or slowed down such as being injured by magical attacks and tends to require a great deal of protein during really intense healing wounds. Due to his upbringing, he is unable to swim and tends to find a way out of the water as fast as he can. Due to his body being able to turn into mercury, he’s highly susceptible to magnetic based attacks. Much to his close friends’s disapproval, Chad is a heavy drinker and smoker. These bad habits are getting over him trying to get over losing his close friend in the war. These habits still persist even after gaining Melanie back. He tends to indulge himself in prolonged binges. His senses can be overloaded with a loud enough sound, a blinding light, or strong enough smell. His skin can be injured and whatever injures him usually involves bladed weapons.

Zero Episode 144 Dictatorial Fall

A/N: Yep. This is the conclusion to Zane's adventure in a dimension that's ruled by the nazis. From the start, this is going to be a pretty short set of episode. This is due to me planning an arc that will be a good amount of episodes. Lets just say that we'll see the true power of Team Maelstrom and how far someone will go to save a friend. So this Author Note is going to be about the End line of comics that came out in 2019-2020, the Marvel Chinese Zodiac, and two random articles I found online.

Lets start with the two random articles. These two articles are pretty weird and news that doesn't involve the current president and his wacky antics. If you're sick to death of Trump being trump, I think you'll enjoy these articles. These articles are Mother of "Successful Kid" demands Steve King stop using his Meme and KFC apologizes for "sexist" Australian ad featuring boys ogling woman's butt, breasts. I wish I was kidding about this being a real thing but it is and it's amazing.

Lets start with the first one. One thing. I didn't know that the kid had a name being that I was just thought it was an image like the Hang on Cat but nope, it's a real life person. I really have not much to say about this but I really do enjoy finding articles like this. This applies to the KFC one since it sounds so stupid that you just want to find out more about it. The Marvel Chinese Zodiac is really interesting since I do enjoy both the Eastern and Western Zodiac.

It also brings attention to Asian based characters such as Shang Chi who is getting a movie in the MCU, Wong, and Jubilee from the 90s X-Men cartoon. I should mention that I'll be talking about my opinion on the change to X-Men. The main author note is about the End. This is a series of comics that follow possible endings for various Marvel characters in the future. Most of them are apocalyptic settings but some of these apocalypse are good.

I'll be talking about the ones that were written within the year of 2020. These stories involve the characters Captain America, Captain Marvel, Deadpool, Doctor Strange, Spider-Man (Miles Morales), and Venom. I would highly recommended you reading all of them since all of them are worth a read and purchasing them if you enjoyed them. I'll be listing the best to the worst out of these six stories.

The order is Deadpool, Captain Marvel, Doctor Strange, Venom, Captain America, and Spider-Man. I was shocked about Captain Marvel being the second best but honestly, it really does a good job at humanizing her. The worst one is easily the Miles story since it's honestly just the worst to look at for me and how we got to this apocalypse wasn't explained unlike the other five stories. All of this is just personal by the way.

This Author Note is over since I really want to get to the main story. I should inform you now that Zero may be taking over the blog for a while since I've been really wanting to write an arc on the same scale as Worst Future Ever for a while now. Fairy Legion may have just started with the Tower of Heaven Arc so I'll try to slice it in between Zero but it'll be the Zero show for most of the first part of 2020. This will be a long episode so enjoy. Lets begin.

Narrator P.O.V.
Zane was sitting in an empty room with him looking at the stasis pod. When Zane mentioned this to the Insurgency's leader, Dani told Zane to bring it here and try to figure out how they could use it to stop Nemesis's rule over the entire world. He looked down at his watch with him sighing. He was trying to figure out why his watch wasn't giving him the form that he asked for. It wasn't that big of a deal since Zane can adapt on the spot but it was still annoying.

This watch was a very clear symbol of Zane's destiny as Legion Zero. He could remove from his wrist but he could never escape the burden of being the hundredth Zero. Ever since he was born into the Omniverse almost twenty three years ago, he was thrown into a life filled with physical and mental heartache with a hint of death. It seemed no matter who close he could be to another being of the Omniverse, he would always hurt them in the end.

In the six years of him being Zero, he has suffered his fair share of injuries mainly in his fight against Basalt and Xiadur when he was eighteen and sixteen years old respectively. On the other hand, he could never forget how he could have prevent the deaths of Karen, Kristen, Nova, Rain, Roxy, and Sierra by Kilene and Bimbo but didn't since he refuses to use Astral Form unless there is no other choice in the matter.

The reason why Zane doesn't use Astral Form. It isn't out of fear or anything like that but the simple fact that Zane personally believes that no one being should have the power to decide what is right and wrong. He doesn't have the right to alter reality just because he can. Every form and power that he uses has a purpose. If Zane always used Astral Form to solve a problem, people would look to him as a judge, jury, and executioner. Every being in the Omniverse ,good or bad, has a right to choose.

Zane only said,"If I treat the Omniverse like it was nothing more than a toy, what kind of Omniverse would I be protecting? It wouldn't be genuine and in my opinion, I would be worse than the villains I fight.". The reason why he acts like a carefree hero is in order to be ready for whatever may hurt the people that he's sworn to protect and those who are closest to his Essence. Despite all of the pain that his life has brought him, he wouldn't give up on it.

Being a superhero has brought him great joy. He loved helping people becoming better than they would if he wasn't Legion Zero. He liked all of the power he had in his fingertips being that he feels invincible against his many foes big or small. He loves the feeling of the wind rushing right past his face as he flew or run at supersonic speed, the feeling of the water going past him as he swam at the speed of sound, and the feeling of the raw strength and power coursing his entire being.

Anyone who dare to hurt his friends, family, or innocent people would regret their life choices up to this point as he beat them up and crushed their plans. He always wondered what it would be like to be without any powers or just plain normal. "Yep. I really do hate my life sometimes but I won't give up the fight since there is always someone I need to protect so how about you work with me okay?" said Zane to his watch.

Zane lightly touched down on the faceplate, making the light purple holographic computer screen appear above his watch. He was about to touch the tab for Transformation to pick a form to use but the tab for Communication was going off. Someone was calling him being that he was tempted to let it go to voice mail but say that it was from Rachel. "She'll kill me if I don't answer her so you'll have to wait a little longer before I can free you." said Zane to the stasis tube.

He answered it by touching the cell phone icon. "Hey there Rae. You're probably wondering where I am in the Omniverse. I'm currently...." said Zane. "Zane. You don't need to tell me where you are in the Omniverse Zane." said Rachel. Her face appeared as a holographic image above his watch and she said,"When you didn't return home about your nightly patrol, I just presumed that you went to go do some hero business and I called Parker to inform me where you are.".

Zane looked at her with him saying,"Out of every being in the Omniverse, you went to Parker? And how is Cypress Park doing?". "Yep. Parker has the watch's location given to him at all times because he's worried about you. You're looking good but I have to ask. What happened to your beard? It made your sexiness more apparent but the clean shaven look looks good on you too." said Rachel. Zane nodded as Rachel sighed. "Are you feeling okay? You look terrible." said Rachel.

The hero rolled his eyes as he said,"Wow Rae. I'm hurt. Saying that your fiance looks terrible straight to his face.". "You know that I'm just worried about you. The Omniverse needs Legion Zero to be at his best in order to protect the Omniverse. Remember the first day you became Legion Zero." said Rachel. "Yeah I do. It was right after I defeated George and the Meat Baron. I couldn't sleep that night." said Zane.

Zane looked up as he said,"I've never felt like that before. I felt like there was something I had to do to help people. I was scared and hopeful for what the future had in store for me. I was sixteen years old and all of a sudden, I had so many lives resting upon my shoulders.". "Yeah. You called me at one in the morning so you could talk to me about this. Not your best friend Danny or your mom but me. I was kinda happy that you did by the way." said Rachel, blushing.

The devil smiled as Zane nodded. "Yeah. You told me that being a hero is something that I was born to do since I was always helping out the little guy and never let the A List walk over me. I always remember that whenever it's time to be a hero, I need to make that the only thing on my mind. My battle cry of Time to Power Up is just a way to remind myself of what I needed to do. But now, I don't know what I should do. Let me tell you what's going on Rae." said Zane.

Rachel nodded as she listened to her fiance explain to her whats been happening so far. "I don't know how I'm going to free an entire planet from a dictator. I'm just one guy even though I can do anything and everything with just a single snap of my fingers. Maybe I should....." said Zane. "Zane Vincent Alvarez! Don't you dare use Astral Form. A hero's job isn't about what's wrong and how to defend what's right. It's about protecting people and bringing hope to people who need it." said Rachel.

Zane nodded as Rachel said,"This isn't about being a hero. You've always been planning for whatever the Omniverse might bring you. You've been planning our wedding since the day we met and it'll be the best one. I always put my faith in you because you always make the right choices. You're Zane Alvarez and I know that the people of this dimension will be thankful for you giving your all to save them.". "Rae. I need to tell you something." said Zane.

Rachel nodded as she said,"What's up?". "When I get back from taking down Nemesis, I want you and I to be husband and wife. No more stalling. Is that okay with you Mrs. Alvarez?" said Zane. "Of course it is. I'm sure Danny and Kevin have been wanting us to finally have the wedding for years now but we've been stalling. Just get back here already hero boy and remember, I always love you Zane Alvarez and don't you forget." said Rachel.

She hung up as Zane smiled. "So you ready to save this dimension from Nemesis?" said a voice as Zane turned around. "I sure am Alyssa and thanks for letting me talk to Rae in private. Lets just say that I need to be alone." said Zane. Alyssa stood there with her in her casual clothing. "I kinda figured that you need some time to breathe. The Insurgency is filled with familiar faces and you must have been reminded of why you're the Protector in your short time here." said Alyssa.

Zane shrugged as he said,"A bit Alyssa but in the Omniverse, there is a counterpart for every being in the Prime Dimension. I was told this fact when I was sixteen so it shouldn't be a shock to see a female version of Danny but it's weird and great teasing material for Danny when I get back.". "So aren't you curious why I ask you to bring this here?" said Alyssa. The super spy pointed to the status pod and Zane nodded. Lets find out why with a flashback. 

Flashback Narrator P.O.V.
Zane ,in Swift Form, was currently running through the enemy base with Alyssa ,currently wearing nothing but a towel, in his arms. "So am I going the right way?" said Zane, passing right past two guards who were stunned by Zane running past him. "Yep. So do you think your fiancee will mind us being like this?" said Alyssa. "Honestly, she would back in the day when she was going through her jealous phase." said Zane.

Alyssa looked at Zane with her saying,"And what about now?". "Maybe. So do I take a left or a right? I rather not phase through walls with you." said Zane. "A left." said Alyssa as Zane turned to the left and ran into a room. "And we're here." said Alyssa. Zane stopped with him deactivating the form and throwing Alyssa into the air. The spy was confused by this but soon figured out why as she watched Zane crash into some boxes.

The spy landed on her feet ,like a cat, with her saying,"So I'm going to guess that your watch is acting up. I really doubt that you would have trouble using one of your forms.". "Yep. It's because of my dear old friend magic. I didn't have time to fix since Nemesis detected me coming and I was picked up by the Insurgency. So where is Kelly? I don't sense her but to be fair, Vordlarin's heartbeats are softer than most species." said Zane as he got out of the boxes.

Zane focus his hearing and he said,"I found her. She's right there.". He pointed to a door with him saying,"So do you want to do the honor or should....". He watched Alyssa kick the door down with ease and he said,"Never mind.". The two walked inside with Alyssa saying,"So where is she? Or the light switch.". The room was lit up by a azure blue glow with Alyssa turning around to see Zane with his left hand having a Zenith Sphere.

Alyssa blinked with her saying,"Yep. You really are the Swiss Army Hero.". "Let me guess. Silas gave me that nickname." said Zane. "Maybe. So where is she? I'm pretty sure that Siegfried would have her in a safe for an experiment later on." said Alyssa. "In there." said Zane, pointing to a metal locker in the corner. "Okay then. Mind opening it up for me?" said Alyssa. "Sure thing." said Zane as his knuckles have his silver steel spider-like stingers protruding from them.

They looked to be a foot long. "Huh. I've never seen your stingers that bigger before." said Alyssa as she watched Zane rip through the safe like it was nothing more than paper. "Yeah because it can be painful if I do but right now, I can handle a little pain. Oh and catch Alyssa." said Zane. He tossed her a glass jar and the spy saw that Kelly was inside of the jar. "Alyssa! You're okay! And Zane is finally here! Things are good now right?!" said Kelly.

Alyssa looked at her Vordlarin partner with her saying,"She knows that we can't hear her right?". "I think she doesn't but it doesn't matter right now." said Zane, covering his eyes. "Zane. I'm sure that Rachel won't mind if you take a peek." said Alyssa. She threw the jar onto the ground and it easily shattered, freeing the Vordlarin. "Yeah she won't but I rather not stare at you." said Zane. "You act like a gentlemen but I know you stare at my ass when I'm in my jumpsuit." said Alyssa.

Zane was quiet as Kelly covered Alyssa and changed her towel into her jumpsuit. "So do you have a way to contact Nigel and Savannah?" said Alyssa. "Let me try using my telepathy." said Zane with him touching the left side of his head. "So are you talking to them or what?" said Alyssa. "Nope. I'm only getting mental static. This place probably has a jammer for all forms of communication. Hijack is a genius right so he probably thought of something like that." said Zane.

The spy nodded as she said,"Probably Zane. So should we go around the entire base and try to find them or....". Zane put a finger on her mouth with him saying,"I think I hear someone coming. We may have missed a couple of guards.". "Right and you'll pay for touching a lady without her permission Zane." said Alyssa. "Whatever." said Zane. The two hid in the shadows as they heard,"Jesus. This has really gone to hell.".

A Nemesis soldier walked into the room with him saying,"I can't believe that I was sent to go make sure that the prized experiment doesn't wake up.". "Prized experiment?" thought Zane. Before the soldier could say anything, he was attacked by Alyssa. "What did you mean by prized experiment and you better tell me or else." said Alyssa. "I will but please don't hurt me! I've only been alive for about three days! And don't tell my creator about this!" said the soldier.

Zane sighed as he appeared from the shadows, shocking the soldier. "I guess you'll tell us what you meant by prized experiment if you just tell us what we want to know." said Zane. "But there in lies the problem! I can't tell you since my creator made sure that we would never tell the enemy anything even if we're being tortured!" said the soldier. "That does sound like something Sieg would do so what are we going to do?" said Alyssa.

The soldier and spy watched Zane transform into Bakeneko Form in their human form with the male sighing. "I was going for Psychic Form but you got this right Zara?" said Zane. "Yep. I hope you don't mind if I got into your mind but we're going to take down your empire and I'll bet one of my nine lives that this prized experiment will help achieve that goal." said Zara. She was moving her finger along the soldier's chest.

Alyssa looked at Zane with him saying,"What can I say? She likes to flirt and yes. It's weird but I'm more or less accepting of it. Just get the info we need already.". "You got it." said Zara as she began reading his mind. "So are you sure that this will work? Sieg is pretty through." said Alyssa. "I got faith in my other half's powers and everything can be broken." said Zane. The soldier passed out as Zara sighed. "And?" said Alyssa.

Zara turned to them with her saying,"I got the info about the prized experiment. It's Project Peacebringer.". "What?! You can't be serious! She went missing after she stopped Death Pack's plan to nuke several important cities of the Allies in World War 2." said Alyssa. "I remember hearing about that. It's one of the most important events during the war alongside D-Day and the day that the Atomic Bomb was dropped." said Zane.

Alyssa nodded as she said,"She along with the woman known as Empress Medusa went missing and Death Pack was disbanded. I going to guess that the Empress Medusa from this dimension is the same one as the one from the Prime Dimension since Sieg is from the Prime Dimension. So what else did you get Zara?". "I like how you call me by my name Alyssa. You already know about the new and improved Nemesis Drones but there is something call the Meta Bomb." said Zara.

Zane looked at Zara with her saying,"The Meta Bomb will affect humans by forcefully activate their metagene, turning them into metahumans not by choice. They would have the skills of Alyssa and power of Orothos or Project Peacebringer. It would also kill them if they disobey a single order of Nemesis. It's similar to the combined plan of Countess Chimera, Hyde, and Rocco but if we weren't here, it would go off without a hitch.".

Alyssa looked at Zara with her saying,"So when this is going to happen?". "They're going to release onto the world in five days from their main base on Granfair Island. It's off the coast of New York City. We need to tell the Insurgency this but we need to pick someone up." said Zara. "And that someone would be?" said Zane. "Project Peacebringer. Before we knocked out Sieg, they recently acquired her DNA. Lets go." said Zara. The two beings turned back into one aka Zane.

Zane looked at Alyssa with him saying,"You ready to go Alyssa? Zara got the information from the soldier.". "Right. So are you going to try and turn into Swift Form or what?" said Alyssa. "Nope. I'm going for Teleport Form." said Zane. He turned into Mirror Form with the glass being sighing. "After we get her back, you'll fix that right?" said Alyssa. "Yeah. So mind telling me about who we're going to save?" said Zane. "Sure." said Alyssa as the two were gone in a portal made out of glass.

The duo reappeared in a room with the soldiers shocked to see them. "Silver Moon escaped! And she's with some weird being made out of glass!" said a soldier. Before they could do anything about them, Alyssa knocked them using several tendrils. "Wow. Not bad." said Zane, deactivating the form and kicked a guard. "Thanks. Kelly and I have a lot of practice working together. So is she in here or what?" said Alyssa.

Zane nodded as he said,"From what the soldier knew, she was. Time to do some hacking.". The hero pointed to the computer that was in the room. Before he could transform once again, Alyssa stopped him. "Zane. I'll handle this. You keep an eye for any enemy guards. They'll probably come running as soon as I start hacking." said Alyssa. "Right. I can do that." said Zane, throwing her a thumbs up. The spy began hacking and Zane waited for anyone to come and stop them.

After five minutes, Alyssa smiled. "I found her. She's in the holding cells. Ten rooms down from this one. So are you ready to go?" said Alyssa. Alyssa watched Zane easily kicking a guy in the face and sending him flying into a group of them. "Yeah. I'm ready. Lets go save your pal before we save the rest of the dimension from Nemesis." said Zane. "Okay." said Alyssa. The two left the room with Zane saying,"So what are her powers?".

Alyssa looked at Zane with him saying,"I'm pretty sure that the history books left out her full set of powers. Dani will need to know what she can do and after this, we can probably bring her into the Centurions. From what you told me, she seems like the 40s version of myself and Warrior so she's totally worthy for the team.". "You have a point there. You really are full of surprises." said Alyssa. "I think that's a good thing but hey, I'm biased." said Zane.

The two eventually reached the room where Project Peacebringer was being held. The soldiers that were assigned to guard the room were knocked out by Alyssa's taser disc and the two Alliance agents walked inside. There was a single stasis pod in the center of the room. "So this is her huh? I would break her out but we need to meet up with the others." said Zane. He turned into Archer Form with Alyssa saying,"I'll carry her out. You cover me.". "Gotcha." said Zane.

Narrator P.O.V.
Zane nodded as he said,"Yeah Alyssa. I know that this thing contains Project Peacebringer but are you sure she'll help us?". "She will Zane. When I first met you, you reminded me of her. Both of you care others more than yourself. From what I remember about her, she does have less scars than you do. However, I don't know what Sieg and Suzuki did to her just to spite her." said Alyssa. "So who is Suzuki? I know Sieg but not Suzuki." said Zane.

Alyssa sighed as she said,"It's complicated.". "We got time to kill since Dani has practically forbid anyone from going out on missions after learning about Savannah being pregnant." said Zane. The spy shrugged her shoulders as she sat in the chair next to Zane. "Do you know about Death Pack Zane?" said Alyssa. "A bit. They used to be a private task force back in the early 1900s. They would offer their services to whoever pays better." said Zane.

The spy looked at him with Zane saying,"I got bored when I was at Zenith Industries so I decided to read through your file one day. You used to be a member of the group before getting bored of the life after meeting individuals on the side of good. Who wrote your file by the way?". "I think it was your grandmother. That's the rumor. I met Tyler and her." said Alyssa. "So does she have a name other than Peacebringer or Orothos?" said Zane. "Yes. Her name is Melanie Navarro." said Alyssa.

Alyssa looked at the stasis pod with her saying,"As you're probably aware, America began using all of its assets after Pearl Harbor and this including the women. While the men went to fight the Nazi scum, the women worked in defense plants and volunteered for war-related operations along with managing their houseshold. Some of them become soldiers and this was the case for Melanie who joined the Marine Corps when she was twenty one years old.".

Zane nodded with him saying,"That's interesting. So did she work as a radio operator or was she a soldier?". "A soldier. She disguised herself as a boy in order to fight the bad guys since she hated those who hurt others regardless of their race or gender. She reminded me of you a lot since you help anyone who is danger regardless of your personal opinion on them." said Alyssa. "Yeah. I sure do so how did she become one of the main forces behind the Allies winning?" said Zane.

Alyssa nodded as she said,"She become Orothos or the Peacebringer thanks to Nemesis.". "Okay then. Why would Nemesis make their greatest enemy? It probably wasn't on purpose right?" said Zane. "You're right. It wasn't on purpose or perhaps it was fate like it was yours to become the next Zero." said Alyssa. "Maybe. So mind telling me how Orothos came to be?" said Zane. "Oh sure. It all begin in 194......." said Alyssa. "Stop!" said a familiar voice to Zane.

Time froze as Zane ,turning into Chronos Form, turned to see Hourglass Universe floating in the room being that she appeared thanks to a giant grandfather clock. "Hey grannie. While I'm happy to see you, why did you pause time? I wanted to hear about Melanie's story." said Zane. "To show you what happened. It's a very interesting story and I know how you like to see things as it happen rather than hearing or reading about it." said Hourglass.

The Phantom smiled as Zane sighed. "You're right but do you think you can?" said Zane. "I would Zane but...." said Hourglass. "Yeah yeah. I know your gimmick by now. The rules of time travel are very strict and you can only show certain people the past rather than take anyone to the past before. Really hate all of these damn rules by the way." said Zane. "It's a pain but to keep the Omniverse from well imploding on itself, we need to follow them." said Hourglass.

Zane nodded as he said,"Yeah. I wish that Savant followed those rules but he tends to go with the flow rather than follow the rules. I tend to do that but I at least respect the many rules of time travel.". "Indeed. So are you ready to go Zane?" said Hourglass. "Yeah but do I need to stay in this form or what? You know the rules better than I do." said Zane. "Nope. You can go back to normal." said Hourglass. After deactivating Chronos Form, the two were gone.

The two reappeared inside of a laboratory with it being completely empty except for a couple of papers on a nearby desk and an tanning bed. The tanning bed stuck out like a sore thumb in Zane's opinion. "So where are we Hourglass?" said Zane. "Aren't you going to ask the obvious time travel question?" said Hourglass. "If I was still sixteen years old and naive to the Omniverse, I would but I'm not." said Zane.

Hourglass chuckled as she said,"We're in the year of 1943 and it's been almost two years since America entered World War 2 in the prime dimension. Today is July 3, 1943 and has been one hundred and thirty nine days since Melanie Navarro turned twenty five years old. She was born on February 14, 1918 to Armando Navarro, a proud Italian Man and Kendall Hampton, a English Woman.".

Zane nodded as Hourglass said,"Her father died in October 26th 1926 by a heart attack and lived for a proud 56 years. Melanie was a tomboy growing up being that she often picked fights with the boys in her hometown of Cypress Park much to her mother's dismay. She wanted Melanie to grow up to be a woman and doesn't want her acting like a man. Her father approved of this behavior. Yes. She grew up in your hometown Zane.".

The hero crossed his arms as he said,"That's great but why are you giving me an history lesson on her? I read the file that the Alliance had on her when Alyssa told me about her. It told me about her parents and their deaths. Kendall died on February 29 1932 due to lung cancer.". "Because it's nice to learn things being the Alliance tends to leave some details out such as how Melanie went to go live with her best friend/romantic interest Chadwick "Chad" Rosenberg." said Hourglass.

Hourglass contained on with,"She met him in the third grade or in 1926 when she defend him from a couple of bullies. This was after he defend her from a couple of bullies who just made fun of her for not being a typical girl and her acting like a boy probably caused her father's death.". "Okay then. Why is this important? I just love history lessons by the way." said Zane with him putting them behind his head.

The Phantom nodded as she said,"When Chad and Melanie learned about Pearl Harbor, the two begin training each other at the Labyrinth. You've been there before.". "Yeah. I have. It's a local gym. I went there when I was a kid. Me and Danny used to go there." said Zane. "The duo of Chad and Melanie went to the local recruitment office to become a soldier in the Army and Marines respectively." said Hourglass.

Zane looked at Hourglass as she said,"Melanie disguised herself as a boy because she want to fight on the front lines rather than behind a desk or on the sidelines. Chad was worried for his crush but he knew once she got an idea in her head, it was hard to change her mind. The two went off into their separate branch but kept in close contact with each other.". Zane nodded with him knowing that Hourglass loved to tell stories of the past and sometimes the future but the past.

The hero just knew that they didn't have time for it right now. "Okay. Can please you tell me why we're here already? I know that time is paused back from when we left but I rather get back there soon rather than later." said Zane. Before Hourglass could answer him, the two heard a soft but strong willed feminine voice,"I really hope that this works. I didn't spend an entire month in this place to be unable to save Chad from dying.".

Hourglass smiled as she said,"Zane. I would like you to meet Melaine Navarro before she became the female version of Warrior." . Zane saw a rather small looking human moving extremely heavy material for someone of their stature. This human looked to a young male ,in his late teens to early twenties, but Zane could see that this was a female. She has a slim yet trim build to her. She also barely looked to be 5 foot.

Zane guessed that this was due to her boots being that according to the Alliance file, Alyssa was 4 foot 7. Unlike Alyssa, Rachel, and most of the women that he knew, she had barely any curves to her. She was often made fun during her youth for having no breasts growing up. This did make her ability to disguise herself as a ,feminine looking, male was pretty easy due to her lack of breasts. She did have a natural but fair looking creamy skin.

She didn't wear any makeup since according to Alyssa and from Hourglass told him about her, she wasn't a fan of it. She had a couple of crooked teeth being that she got into a lot of fights growing up in her youth. She has strawberry blond hair that went past her shoulders ,to her shoulder blades, but was currently in a loose ponytail that went over her right shoulder and held there by a teal elastic band. She had normal brown eyes.

This woman wouldn't be attracting any attention from her physical appearance I can tell you that much. She wasn't wearing the typical male soldier outfit of that time since she was currently off duty and no one was around at the moment. She's wearing a more masculine outfit. Do note that I tried my best to keep it accurate to 1940s fashion but I'm not too familiar with military clothing so take her outfit with a massive and giant grain of salt.

She's wearing a dark green military jacket ,with it currently open, and black button up shirt tucked into her blue denim jeans. Her jeans have a feminine yet fashionable red belt. She's wearing dark green army boots that fit her small feet and slim ankles. She pushed back up her rectangular black/golden frame glasses due to her not having the best eyesight. "I still can't believe my odds and here I thought this wasn't going to be a good thing." said Melanie.

When she and Chad had enlisted, she had shipped out with a ground unit. She wanted to believe that she was making a different but fate had other plans for her. She was stationed at a base far from any actually fighting. The place was so out in the boonies that it wasn't on any map and would take at least eighteen months before she finally got some action unlike Chad who sent letters about him fighting against the Nazis and Nemesis.

The enemy eventually came to fight being that the base didn't do so good since most of the soldiers there lost their lives. Melanie was lucky to have survive without any serious injuries except for her vision getting lightly destroyed by a stray bullet. This injury would have deemed her unfit for duty but she was able to convince her superior officer to let her stay in the way. Despite her short stature being less than five feet tall, she's a very determine and selfless woman.

She didn't let anyone push her around. She wasn't the type of gal who let others fight her battles for her and stand by while innocent people are getting hurt. He allowed it being that she was assigned to check out a recently abandoned Nemesis base by herself. Eager to serve her country in any way that involved fighting, she accepted. Melanie had no idea on what she was getting herself into being that it was pretty much a ghost town here

It was more away from the combat she wanted than her previous location was. According to some notes that she found while cleaning the place up, the scientists here were trying to create a soldier that could stand a fighting chance against the trio of Psycho Soldier, Torpedo, and Warrior. This was before Alyssa joined sides. According to their research, they were really close in accomplishing their goal and had a working sample of the serum ready for trial.

However, Nemesis practically banned all genetic experiment unless it worked by testing it on animals and them surviving for at least thirty days. Frustrated by her lack of real action and learning that Clad was trapped behind enemy lines, Melanie Navarro decided to put a plan of hers in action. Since being assigned here, she began figuring out how Nemesis were going to create their metahuman soldiers to stop the allies.

Melanie smiled as she said,"You know. I'm kinda thankful that this place is so far out in the middle of nowhere since the notes of how to do are still intact.". "She decided to put her plan into action on July third being that she couldn't let her best friend die when she could do something. You know what that's like don't you Zane?" said Hourglass. Zane nodded as he watched Melanie began gathering everything and connecting what was needed.

She then infused the serum ,doing it just as the notes mentioned, into the chamber aka the tanning bed. "Okay. I got everything I need to save Chad and the other soldiers from the enemies but why haven't I done it yet?" said Melanie. She looked at her left arm with her seeing that it was shaking like a dog in the rain. "So why hasn't she become Orothos yet?" said Zane. "Isn't it obvious? She's scared Zane." said Hourglass.

Zane looked at her as she said,"Despite her confidence, she is worried about if she'll die. From what she found out during her research, every test subject died shortly after the serum was injected into their bodies. She'll also be betraying the Allies by doing this being that if they found out about this, they still won't save Chad and the other soldiers. The Allies and the Alliance are working on stopping the duo of Nazis and the group Nemesis.".

Hourglass sighed as she said,"The chances of success were high but she's willing to do this just to save the only person in her life that she cares greatly about." Zane watched as Melanie strengthen her resolve to serve her country and save her best friend from the enemy. Melanie turned on the self-time for about two minutes to begin the procedure and allowing her to settle in the chamber. "Oh wow. This is really comfy." said Melanie.

As the chamber door closed in front of her, she said,"If this is where I'm going to die, I'm dying in comfort. Beats sleeping in the cots they got here." . The machine began to roar with life as she was hit with several jabs from syringe needles that were filled with a blue, gold, red, and purple liquid. Her vision was covered by blue, gold, red, and purple colored gas and this caused her eyes to fell like they were on fire.

She was unable to see and couldn't get a proper breath in as she began coughing like nothing else. "So is she okay in there? She's coughing up a storm in there." said Zane. "Don't worry Zane. She'll be fine. We didn't see it earlier but she in fact did take a rather strong sedative before. However, it isn't nulling the plan that she's feeling." said Hourglass. As the assault of gas and needles affected her, the machine began to shot circuit.

Warning alarms began going off through out the building and Zane said while putting his headphones over his ears,"So is this because of the experiment or what?". "Yes and no. It is the lab's security system. Upon Melanie activating the experiment, it instantly went off. A group of Nemesis Soldiers are heading here to kill the idiot who decided to enter one of Nemesis's labs through out Europe." said Hourglass.

Zane nodded as he said,"So why isn't Melanie doing anything about this? I mean this alarm is pretty loud even for the 40s.". "The chamber makes anyone inside unable to hear what's going on outside and watch out." said Hourglass. Despite him being unable to affect the past and the past was unable to affect him, Crisis Judgement went off. Zane turned toward the chamber and it began to producing an unhealthy amount of sparks before exploding.

The combustion from the machine caused the surrounding area to catch on fire. Things only got worse as the flames got slowly closer to the extremely flammable chemicals stored in the room. They eventually exploded and the entire base was engulfed in flames. Other than Hourglass, Melanie, and Zane, the building was empty and the flames began gorging anything in their path. When things finally stopped, there was hardly anything left.

Most of the laboratory was currently ash. When the Nemesis soldiers ,with them looking the exact same as they do in the present, arrived, they were unable to determined the cause of the incident. It was ruled as a electrical fire that was done by some kind of animal eating through the wire or something. It was only made worse thanks to the chemicals inside igniting and causing the research that was left behind to be lost to history.

Zane watched them find the chamber but they was nothing there. "Hold on a sec. Where did Melanie go? She was in there before things went to shit." said Zane. "Let us go back a bit and find out what happened to her." said Hourglass. The Phantom grabbed Zane as Zane watched time go in reverse and they were back in the burning laboratory. Everything in the past five minutes had been a blue to Melanie. Trapped within the fire, she was unaware of this happening.

Unknown to her, she began to pry her left fingers into the metal chamber. The metal was bending around her and with her right hand, she balled her fist. Some type of blue energy was forming around it. It had been building up for a few seconds and grow to be slightly bigger than a volleyball. Melanie released it where it shot forward and blasted the chamber's door into the side of the wall. The metal door had a layer of frost around it being the area where her energy beam hit it.

Melanie slowly made her way out of the chamber with her feeling like she was having a hangover. As this was going on, the flames licked against her and she made her way out of the laboratory. As she was walking, her lack of hips were swaying back and forth. She barely managed to get out before being knocked into the nearby bushes due to a rather big explosion. She eventually recovered and turned back around to seeing the Nemesis Soldiers.

They were looking over the ruins of the laboratory. Instead of fighting them like she would have before, she ran away from them. "Oh wow. She's really changed. She literally " said Zane with Hourglass nodding. "Yes. The experiment worked but at the moment, she didn't noticed this. She will in due time though." said Hourglass. "I got you. So where is she going?" said Zane, watching her leave. "No idea but she'll find her way eventually." said Hourglass.

Melanie was running as far as her body would allow her to go. "Hold on. I've never been able to run this long before without hyperventilating." thought Melanie. She finally stopped by a large tree with her seeing that she was at least ten miles from the laboratory. She did something that practically impossible for her or any male to do at the rate she was going. She sat down with her back resting against the tree and began gathering himself from everything that just happened to her.

She took a deep breath as she leaned against the tree. "I'm lucky to have survive. Not only the experiment that killed over two hundred soldiers and the fire would have killed me but why did I survive?" said Melanie. There was a haze linger over her eyes being that she guessed that it was due to her still begin affected the glasses. However, her vision was 20/20. She could see everything perfectly well as her glasses were slipping down her nose being that it was close to falling off.

Melanie pushed them back up but instead of clearing her vision, it made her vision even worse. She decided that there weren't necessary anymore and held them in her left hand. She placed her hand on her stomach, noticing that it felt different. Due to her training alongside Chad, she was much stronger than your average girl. Her stomach as smaller and firmer being that she could feel that she now had a well-defined six pack.

As she began to relax, she had a lean but muscular build. Her muscles didn't hide the fact that she was indeed a woman unlike before where she worked the tomboy look so well that most people that she was a boy. She leaned back too hard being that the tree behind her broke. "Oh fiddlesticks." said Melanie. The woman grabbed onto the tree with her fingers firmly implanting themselves into the wood.

She began using the tree as a slide while she went down the hill that she found herself resting on. As this was going on, her spine began to shift into a new position. It gave her a more sexual posture with her ass and chest sticking out prominently. She eventually saw that the tree was heading straight into a lake and she was about to jump off but couldn't. She felt a great pain mainly around the lower half of her body. "What's happening to me?!" said Melanie.

The woman and her tree crashed into the lake, making a massive splash. "Okay. I know that she's in danger but that's cool." said Zane. The Cross Species sat at the top of the cliffside with Hourglass floating beside him. "Yes. It seems that having a normal superhero origin is nothing more than a pipe dream huh." said Hourglass. "I guess so but is she going to be okay?" said Zane. "Don't worry so much. She'll be fine." said Hourglass.

Zane turned away from the Phantom with him seeing Melanie swimming back to swore. "Really happy that the water isn't cold." said Melanie. As she swam to shore, she didn't noticed that she had a hourglass figure with her hips were more pronounced and curvy than they were before she entered the water. She eventually reached shore and rested on her back. As she was catching her breasts, she didn't noticed that her butt was growing in size.

Zane nodded as he said,"Yep. I rather not have her kill me in the present after seeing her like this in the past.". "Smart way of thinking." said Hourglass. The two watched Melanie's pants finally rip and freed her lower body. "Okay. That felt good. My lower half changing must be due to the serum. I guess it must work differently on women than it does men. I haven't died yet of a never ending fever or having my skin bubbling like a bubble bath yet." said Melanie.

She looked at her reflection to see that due to her pants ripping, her undergarments were exposed and seemed to have lost her glasses during her swim earlier but she didn't care about that right now. Her main focus was on her chest. She was a low A cup being that she had a cup size much smaller than most women her age and girls going through puberty. Mass was slowly building up in her chest being that she was growing breasts.

As she was watching her breasts grow more than three sizes today, her face began to change. Her face softened with any slight imperfections such as her crooked teeth. Her slightly chipped fingernails had grown to about an inch longer with them matching her lips in terms of color. As her face was changing, her hair had began grown until it reached the lower back. It looked to be silky and soft to the touch like a waterfall. It looked to have a healthy looking sheen being that it was doused in a conditioner.

Some of her hair was elegantly covering her right eye. Her strawberry blonde hair was now golden blonde with three bangs with one bang being blue, one bang being red, and one bang being purple resting on her forehead. Her eyes stayed brown but had a bluish green hue to it. Her face finished its upgrade being that she began breathing heavily. "Oh god. I think it's finally over." said Melanie with her noticing the provocative quality to it.

She looked down to be confronted by a pair of breasts that look to be large Ds, maybe Es. Even with their impressive size, they held high on her chest with little to no dip. They felt right. She held them in her hands being that despite them sticking out like a sore thumb, they felt nice on her. She could guess that she would have trouble seeing past them. Her chest was now much larger than what her mother had and from what she had seen from other girls.

Melaine looked determined as she said,"I guess that this will help me save you Chad. I just hope that you don't mind being saved by the brand new.". She flexing her biceps and began walking off to the location where Chad was rumored to be. Zane looked at Hourglass with her saying,"Yes Zane. We're going to see her in action. Melanie Navarro died in that fire that day and Project Peacebringer aka Orothos took her place.". "Cool. Now lets go already." said Zane.

The area around Zane changed from the forest to an building that reminded Zane of where he found Alyssa and Melanie in the first place. There were several Nemesis soldiers firing their energy weapons at one single enemy. "Mayday. Mayday. We're under attack. We're under heavy fire and needed assistance ASAP. It's a Meta!" said a soldier into a radio on his uniform. He and his fellow clones were exchanging shots with the enemy that had torn through their base.

Despite having the advantage and numbers, the single enemy was slowly tearing through them with ease. The enemies was a meta being that the soldiers were blasted by a blue, gold, red, and purple energy beam that froze them upon contact, electrocuted them upon contact, burned them upon contact, or blasted them upon contact. Getting no answer, the soldier grabbed his rifle. This would be the final battle for these men if not for the shouts of surprise that were heard coming from the enemy nearby.

The man watched as one of his fellow clones came flying toward him and landed on the ground unconscious. "I should feel bad about that boys but honestly, I really don't. So how about you tell me where you're keeping the prison or I'll have to hurt you a good deal." said a voice. The remaining cloned soldiers turned to see a young blonde hair woman standing there with her fists glowing purple and looked ready to fight.

She has a slim yet curvy figure but it’s toned. She’s more of an soldier than a model being that she has a muscular yet voluptuous body, toned broad shoulders, buxom breasts, firm buttocks, and long muscular legs. She's wearing a navy blue skin-tight turtleneck bodysuit that hugged nicely to her body. It looked to be practically painted on her body. The upper portion covered her neck, shoulders, and upper chest were gray with a gold outline.

It was showing off her perfectly toned body. She has two thick gray lines running parallel down her torso. It was thinning as they went inwards below her breasts and outwards around her stomach. She has white armored knee, elbow and shoulder pads with her shoulder pads having a seven pointed gold star planted on them. Her mouth is covered by a navy blue ,with a gold trim, cloth that wrapped around the lower part of her head, covering up to the bridge of her nose.

Her eyes were covered in a black mask that covered the upper half of her face but allowed her hair to go free. Her eyes were protected by white lenses. She's wearing black thigh-high boots with high heels and black opera length gloves. Her gloves and boots have navy blue highlights on the bottoms of her boots and the palm of her gloves. Her outfit did little to hide the allure her body had being that her chest and hair weren't covered.

The former is due to a seven pointed gold star shaped opened on the center of her chest. Her larger than normal assists were caused the cloned soldiers to ogle her as blood began rushed to their faces rather face. Hourglass and Zane stood nearby with Zane saying,"Wow. For someone who just got her powers maybe a few hours ago, she's using them as a pro.". "She's good at adapting to a situation just like a certain superhero I know too well." said Hourglass.

Zane shrugged as he said,"Okay then. I'll take your word for you.". "I know that my costume isn't exactly fit for a soldier but for a superhero, it fits me just fine. So how about instead of gawking at me, you should probably answer my question before I send you and your identical looking partners in crime." said the woman, cracking her knuckles. "Who are you?!" said the soldier as he tried to blast her only to have his weapon blasted away from her thanks to a purple energy beam.

She smiled as she said,"I think I'll call myself Orothos or Project Peacebringer but I was a Sergeant Major before I turned into this.". "That's Melanie right?" said Zane. She moved her hands down her body, causing the soldier's nose to bleed. "I'm here to rescue the allies from the enemy which is you guys. So how about you tell me where they are or else." said Melanie. "Okay. There are about fifty meters to the east." said the soldier.

Melanie smiled as she said,"Thanks. You've been a real doll. Time to give you a reward for being so nice." said Melanie. She grabbed the soldier being that her grip felt like a vice and tossed him into the side of the base. It broke as Melanie walked inside. Zane looked at Hourglass with him saying,"Let me guess. We're going back now.". "Yes. I would like you to see the rest but we need to get you ready for what's to come." said Hourglass. "And what would that be?" said Zane.

Hourglass said,"All Melanie wanted to is serve her country that she could to do. She swore to stop Nemesis so imagine what she'll do when she finds out that Nemesis has taken over another dimension, that other dimensions exists, and the fact that she has been in permanent stasis for almost eight years." said Hourglass. "Ah. That's going to be fun." said Zane. The two were gone as they return to the present day with Hourglass unpaused time as she vanished.

Alyssa looked at Zane with her saying,"So are you actually listening to me or what?". "Yeah. I just got the story about Melanie from Hourglass Universe." said Zane, standing up. "Wait. The Phantom of Space and Time was here. Did she already leave? And why was she?" said Alyssa. "To show how Melanie became Project Peacebringer or Orothos. So I have to ask. Is her superhero name Orothos or Peacebringer? Either one works." said Zane.

The spy shrugged her shoulders as she said,"No idea. She went by either name back in the day so how are you going to get her out of the stasis pod? From what I know about Sieg, he wouldn't want anyone to break her out of her prison before he can finish experimenting on her.". "Trust me. I'm not just a pretty face." said Zane. He turned into Cartoon Form with Alyssa crossing her arms. "While I may find this form to be adorable, I doubt it's a tech expert." said Alyssa.

Zane smiled with him saying,"Of course I ain't but I can turn into someone who is. If my watch is giving me the wrong form, I'll just turn into the form that can multiple itself and get the form that I want that way.". Alyssa saw Zane multiply himself until there were five Cartoon Forms within the room. "Okay boys. On my signal, we turn into a genius form okay?" said Zane. "Aye aye Prime!" said the four clones. "Yep. This one is like a cartoon but resourceful." thought Alyssa.

The quintuplets turned into Archfiend Form, Brain Form in his frog form, Cetacean Form, Inventor Form, and a brand new form that Alyssa had never seen Zane turn into before. This is Armadillo Form. He looks like a mixture between several different animals but he looked like an armadillo. He grows to twelve feet tall. His skin is grayish red color and dark green/purple eyes. His body is covered in orange exoskeleton like armor which covers his arms, chest, legs, and shoulders.

His claws ,five on his hands and feet, are very much like shovels. He wears a black and orange construction like helmet over his head with his eyes sticking out. The armor covering his body reveals that he’s wearing clothes under it. He’s wearing a black shirt with white stripes, forming the symbol of Pie aka the math equation. He’s wearing a pair of black pants but no shoes. "Okay. This isn't bad. I only didn't get Terrapin Form but this works fine." said Zane.

Alyssa looked at the frog with him saying,"Is that you Zane or are you a clone?". "Nope. I'm the real deal. Okay you guys. Time to free Project Peacebringer. Cetacean. You stay and tell Alyssa what the plan is." said Zane. The trio of Archfiend, Inventor, and the new form began to mess with the stasis pod alongside Zane with Alyssa going over to Cetacean. "So mind telling me what you guys are doing?" said Alyssa.

Cetacean looked down at her with him saying,"Simple really. We're going to wake her up from her almost eighty year slumber. Sieg may be a genius but no one in the Omniverse is perfect. Once she wakes up, she may be a little cranky. Mind helping us once we get to that point?". "Yep. She will calm down and we tell her what's going on, we're going to stop Nemesis like we did before." said Alyssa. "Now that sounds like an amazing plan." said Cetacean.

In the conference room aka the room where Dani had her chat with Zane from last episode, the rest of the Insurgency (Adriana, Dani, Geneva, Hudson, Nigel, Savannah, Tucker, and Wilder) were talking about what happened on the rescue operation for Alyssa, Kelly, and Melanie. "You and Savannah are now mother and father to some kid." said Hudson. "Yeah. She told me that after telling me why she didn't trust Zane even though he's been a great help." said Nigel.

Savannah rolled her eyes as she said,"Sorry about that Nigel. I'll say sorry to him once he and Alyssa come back from making out or whatever they're doing. I didn't want you to die Nigel because you decided to trust someone you just met not even twenty four hours ago with your life.". "She kinda has a point." said Tucker. "Instead of thinking about what happened, we should focus on what we're going to do about Nemesis." said Dani. "And what you two are going to name the baby!" said Geneva.

Wilder looked at her with him saying,"Maybe we should focus on what we're going to do. According to the data we got from the Nemesis base and what Zane told us, they're planning on turning the entire planet into their army and taking over another dimension. We can't let that happen!". "You're right but what are we going to do? We're just eight metas against an army of cloned humans and manufactured machines." said Adriana, looking depressed.

Hudson looked at her with him saying,"We fight until we save the planet from Nemesis.". "You can't be serious bomb for brains. The odds of that plan succeeding has a 0.00001% of success. We'll die doing that." said Tucker. "That's more than enough. We can keep on fighting since we just got the two things we need to save the Earth from Nemesis." said a voice. The eight turned to see Alyssa standing there with her smiling.

Dani looked at the spy with her saying,"What are you saying? Did you free whoever is inside of that stasis pod?". "We did or should I say Zane did. He's with her now and trust me when I say this. She hates Nemesis just as much as you guys do if not more. We have five days to come up with a plan to stop the Meta Bomb from going off and preventing another dimension from being under the rule of Nemesis. So are you ready to fight for the world itself?" said Alyssa.

Five days has passed. "Keep firing! He's just one being!" said a Nemesis soldier. He and three dozen others were firing their weapons on a singular target. It happened less than ten minutes ago. An alarm alerted them to an intruder who intruded onto their bass and was approaching their main base on Granfair Island. A group of soldiers reported in that they were under attack from a single unknown being.

The sound of energy projectiles fired and screams of terror was heard in the background before the call ended. After that, the soldiers were on red alert and deployed their fellow clones to fight against the fool. The force consisted of clone soldiers with energy weapons and some of them were inside of the organization's special battle suits that were used to end a issue without any trouble. These suits were dark maroon colored with them shaped like colossus.

The suits are ten feet tall. They have gray armored plates for shoulders pads that have lasers and missile launches attached to them. The shoulder pads have a black N covered in flames. They have round and flat circular black heads with a thick maroon visor on its face. It's legs are bulk with four long tones on each of its flat feet. The hands are ten barreled rocket launchers. In the back, there have rocket exhaust ports for fly. 

They send a team ahead to deal with the threat but due to the fact that the enemy had made it to the front entrance of the base, they failed badly. This lead to the current problem at hand since they were currently assaulting the intruder with enough ammunition to rival a nuclear bomb. A large cloud of fire and smoke obscured their sight before he had enough. "Stop the assault!" said the leading clone as the others followed his orders.

The ground in front of them was covered in fire, smoke, burned earth, and multiple small craters. "Do any of you have the target in your sight?" said the leader. One of the clones inside of the battle suit used its scanners to see if anyone was still alive inside of the smoke. The radar picked up a life sign still inside. "I'm picking up on something still alive." said the clone. His voice was broadcasting for the others to hear making their weapons ready as they fire.

As they watched the smoke clear up, the soldiers saw an interesting site. Before the intruder had been a human whose scream sent them flying away but now, there was something else in its place. It was a creature made out of dark indigo slime. "What the hell is that?" said a random clone. "Whatever it is men. We'll get rid of it before it causes more problems." said the leader. "Scans says that it can't scan whatever this thing is, it isn't a meta!" said the suit wearing clone.

Before anyone could do anything about this information, there was a bright purple glow and the ground began shaking like nothing else. "Look out! Something is happening!" said a soldier before getting sent flying into the air by something hitting in the chest. It was a giant drill being the ground behind the drill was ripped open. "Kill the target!" yelled the leader. They began opening fire with the drill turning into Drill Prime.

Zane smiled with him saying,"It's cute how you think you can stop me when I'm serious about making a scene!". He charged right through their assault without slowing down. The construction form was breaking through all of the barricades. He slammed both of his hands into one of the suit wearing clones. Zane's arms were buzzsaws and he said,"This should work since buzzsaws still have blades to them. Dividing Slash!".

He slashed forwards in an upward "X" motion, slicing the suit and revealing the clone inside. The suit was destroyed as the clone looked up to see Zane looking down on him. "Boo." said Zane with the clone out cold due to fear. Zane chuckled as he deactivated the form with him turning into Kitsune Form. The fox smiled with him saying,"I hope you clones burn fast and well since you made an dummy like little old me mad.".

Zane held his katana, instantly covering the blade in flames. "Cataclysmic Slash!" said Zane. He rushed toward a Colossus with him slashing the suit vertically and it caused the suit to be engulfed in a massive flame. The pilot to the suit came crawling out with Zane grabbing him. "So are you and your identical siblings ready to die by the flames of wrath?" said Zane. He was unable to get an answer due to him getting hit in the back by energy bullets.

The fox turned around to see the pilot's identical siblings firing at him. The shots were nothing more than an annoyance. "Quit being cowards and fight me like the men you claim to be! Cataclysmic Wave!" said Zane. He threw the pilot into the air as he aimed his blade toward the target. A massive firestorm captured them and burned all of the Nemesis clones that were shooting at him. Zane put his sword back and turned into Gravity Form.

Zane smirked with him saying,"Time for you fools to learn your place!". His hands glowed crimson red as a large group of soldiers fired their weapons at him. He cocked his left arm back with him sayinghim sending the wreckage of the two Colossus that he destroyed earlier at the ones shooting and caused an explosion. As the smoke covered the soldiers, Zane appeared in front of one and struck him with his large fist.

This caused the clone to be sent flying a fair distance away. Before the soldiers could do anything, they felt light. They were floating in the air like they were in space. "I wonder if your creator made you all ready for outer space. Lets find out. Human Centrifuge!" said Zane. Before they could do anything, they began spinning in a circle with the speeds that they were going increasingly rapidly and not slowing down for a second. They were nothing more than blurs of maroon.

Zane looked to see another group of clones heading toward them with the rock making the gravity around them increase by five times. The gravity pulled them down with them being in a ten feet deep hole. The ground around them cracked and cave inwards. He sent the clones and Colossus caught in his attacks flying in every directions. Zane looked to see that the remaining clones were standing there and clearly scared of him.

They were pointing their weapons but not firing. They were slowly waking away with Zane smiling at the sight. "It's a good thing I can do this within my forms. Empyrean Rush!" said Zane with him focusing his energy. He create a circular purple wave of energy. It's a violent shockwave of energy that extends for miles around him. The clones were sent flying back with Zane turned to see the base entrance. "You've probably locked it tight to keep me out but it won't work." said Zane.

Zane charged at the large door with him saying,"Galactic Punch!". He cocked his right fist back with it covered in steel gray energy. He slammed his fist into the large door, making a small dent but it was not budging an inch. "Okay. This door is stronger than normal doors but it doesn't matter since I'm here to end Nemesis!" said Zane. Before Zane could throw another punch onto the door, Crisis Judgement went off.

The superhero turned into Rubber Form and jumped away as a blast of radiation struck the door and made the dent Zane made earlier slightly bigger. "So you're quick on your feet aren't you intruder. It matters not since you're going to die for trying to end Nemesis's rule." said a voice. Meltdown stood there with his arms crossed. "I was asked to take care of you so come out and face me like a man rather than a mouse." said Meltdown.

As he finished saying that, he heard,"Sure thing. Sweet Punch!". Zane's fists landed directly in the back of Meltdown's head and sent him flying into the door. This made the door still stand but had a Meltdown shaped dent. "Oh wow. You're a huge lightweight despite being a walking nuclear power plant." said Zane. Meltdown turned to see Zane standing there with a smirk on his face. "You will pay for that." said Meltdown.

Zane smirked with him saying,"You should know that I've heard that exact line so many times from my enemies so much time but they usually never do make me pay for being me.". The villain ignored Zane's taunts as he fired two beams of radiation from his eyes and hands. The rubber being jumped away from the beams with him stretching his left arm and twisted it around a destroyed Colossus. "Catch!" said Zane.

Meltdown saw a giant Colossus heading toward him and blasted it apart with radiation. "Avalanche Punch!" said Zane as Meltdown saw a giant fist heading toward him and his eyes widened. He made a radiation force field around himself to try and block the fist. However, this failed. The fist broke through the force field and it caused Meltdown to collided with the door. This broke the door and sent Meltdown flying through the hallway. "And it's time for phase two." said Zane, jumping inside.  

Inside of the base, a soldier said,"The intruder has broken his way inside of the base and heading down passageway C-9.". He was talking to his superior with him showing Zane on one of their screens. They watched as the hero was taking out all of the soldiers he came across while fighting against Meltdown who wasn't going easy on the rubber being. Some of them were sent flying into the nearby walls by Zane's attacks or hit by Meltdown's attacks.

The latter of the two was most painful. "What are we going to do about him? It looks like Meltdown isn't going to last ma'am?" said the soldier while addressing the leader of the room.  Their supervisor wasn't a clone like the rest of the Nemesis Soldiers. It's a 5 foot 9 Asian ,with her hailing from Singapore, woman. She has tan skin with it looking like silk. She has a buxom yet toned slender figure. Her abdominal muscles are quite obvious.

Her stomach looks like a wall of solid steel. She has long, wavy black hair ,with gray tips, with it going to her waist. She has noticeable fuchsia eyes with thick eyelashes that curl at the end. She has a large and noticeable scar on her chin. She has full lips with a confident yet devilish expression on her face and red lipstick on them. She wears a black sleeveless jumpsuit with black combat boots. She has a white spider-shaped pattern ,with a jagged gray outline, on the sides of her legs and hips.

The suit has an opening above her chest, revealing cleavage. She wears a gold choker with silver diamonds on the sides. Her arms are covered by red gauntlets with fuchsia leather gloves with outward finger inserts. Her eyes are currently/usually covered a pair of red visor like goggles/sunglasses with silver lenses. She has red-painted fingernails and toenails. She wears small gold studded earrings on her ears. She's currently smoking a cigarette. This woman is Freda Carlson aka Howlia.

Freda is Nemesis's prime torturer since she'll hurt anyone who dares to threaten Nemesis's rule over the Earth. If someone disagrees with her, she would smash the person with her fists. She hates things that annoy her. She didn't answer her subordinate being that she quietly watched Zane make his way through the compound. She wasn't too worried about Meltdown since the meta could handle a great deal of physical abuse before falling over.

Just barely a week ago, Nemesis learned about a new meta joined up with the only group who dared to fight them. This one wasn't your typical Meta. According to Hijack who's able to copy any powers from metahumans, this meta wasn't able to be copied. Something like this was unheard since Sieg has copied over a hundred powers in the eighty years of ruling this Earth. The group Nemesis had started their rule in 1944 after winning World War 2.

Sieg mentioned that this shape shifting superhero went by the name Zane when he along with the two members of the Insurgency Defender and Fuse took down one of Nemesis's main bases in the United States. They defeated Sieg, freeing Alyssa Harrison aka Silver Moon and her Vordarlin partner, and stole the stasis pod containing Project Peacebringer. All three of these events pissed off Medusa a good deal and caused Freda to torture Sieg for messing up.

Ever since that incident, the Insurgency got their second wind due to them taking down Nemesis's base and freeing several cities from their country. The shape shifting superhero was their main force  and seeing him fighting Meltdown got the torturer excited. Not in the same manner as Linda but she wanted to fight him. "So is he alone? I doubt the Insurgency would send their best man by himself into Nemesis's main stronghold. Extremely foolish move if you ask me." said Freda.

She wasn't an idiot being that the Insurgency were determined to take them down and wouldn't make such a reckless move like this. "Give me a full view of the entire island. Make sure that no stone is left unturned." said Freda. The Nemesis technician ,aka a clone soldier, hit some keys on the board where the screen showed all rooms, chambers, and hallways of the base. It later showed an aerial view of every corner of the island.

Their scanners detected no other intruders other than Zane. "There is no sign of any intruders other than the shapeshifter." said the clone. "Damn. They really did send him by alone. Guess they got complete confidence in him taking us down. It won't happen. Inform the leader that we'll take care of him before we begin our final operation. Send a Nemesis Behemoth after him." said Freda. "And what are you going to do ma'am?" said a clone. "To deal with the fool." said Freda, leaving.

Back with Zane, the hero had switched forms from Rubber Form to Psychic Form. He did this to keep some Nemesis Soldiers away from his fight with Meltdown by throwing them into the ways using his telekinesis while slamming his weapon into Meltdown. However, the nuclear based meta had disappeared after getting an order from someone. Zane could tell this due to his hearing ,even in a form that doesn't have his hyper hearing, picking up a faint noise coming from his head.

Zane looked up with him saying,"So how about you tell me where your boss is before you follow in the footsteps of your identical siblings.". The hero was talking to a clone that was currently implanted into the ceiling thanks to Zane's telekinesis. "I'll never you tell you anything!" said the clone. "You don't have to tell me anything since there is more than one way to get information from an enemy. I learn that from a professional." said Zane.

The clone was confused before he was thrown down the hallway. "I guess Sieg didn't build them to handle telepaths." said Zane, putting his weapon on his back. He began making his way through the base and eventually found himself in a room. "If this isn't the boss room, it's at least the mini boss room so I'm going to find the woman running this group and take her down." said Zane. The hero found himself in a large, circular room with small lights lining the walls.

Zane felt that the room had a faint yet ominous glow to it. There was a constant dripping sound that echoed throughout the room being that this noise would send chills down a weaker man's spine. The chains were hanging from the ceiling like vines. To the right of him, there was a staircase that went upwards. To the left of him, there was an entrance connected to the ocean. Zane guessed that this is where ships and ships could enter and leave but there were none there at the moment.

Due to his training, Zane noticing that the only thing beside for him was inside of the water. The water was bubbling and palpitating. "Okay. Something is either waiting for me or something just left for me." thought Zane. As the hero walked into the room, Zane heard the sound of footsteps. "Sorry for making you wait but as you're aware, this base is quite the maze." said a female. Zane turned to see an entryway on the other side of the room.

Zane saw a woman aka Freda slowly approaching him. She wasn't one of the many clone soldiers that he had taken down earlier but was more like Meltdown in terms of having strength. "I do hope you said your goodbye to your pals in the Insurgency since you're going to die here." said Freda. "And that's where you're wrong. I'm not dying here since I got to fulfill a promise that I made to a very special lady and I won't be breaking that promise ever." said Zane.

During his very short time in this dimension, Zane had done his research on Nemesis. He knew that this woman was one of the elites of Nemesis. Her name is Freda Carlson aka Howlia. Despite being with the group for less than five years, she was a high ranking member and one of the best fighters in their little group. Even though she wasn't on the same level as say Empress Medusa or Meltdown, the biggest mistake he could make is underestimate her.

Freda chuckled with her saying,"I see but you entering our main base of operations means that you really want to die. So ready to fight?". Zane nodded as he turned into Combat Form and charged at the woman. Zane jumped into the air with him saying,"Devastating Roundhouse!". Freda jumped back to avoid a roundhouse kick to the face. As she landed, she darted forward to attack Zane with her fingers aimed toward Zane.

The feline didn't know what she was planning but he wasn't going to let whatever she was planning come to be. "Leopard Trunk!" said Zane. He kicked her hand away from him and went behind her to land a punch to her back. She didn't have a chance to dodge his attack but she did recover from the punch and landed a kick of her into Zane's chest. This hit made Zane flinch but only for a second as Freda took a chance to counter.

She sent a right hook toward Zane's head but Zane caught the arm using his tail. "Time for you to learn the meaning of personal space!" said Zane. Zane tossed the woman a good distance away with the feline covering his arms in dark gold energy. "Impulse Slice!" said Zane with him placing both of his hands to the side. The energy that covered his arms moved to the palms of his hands and the feline began focusing them into a solid shape.

Zane made the energy form a shield like shape and upon completion, the energy shield begin to spin extremely fast. He threw them toward Freda with the woman dodging the attack by kicking the air and the energy shields sliced through the chains. "How did she do that? It was like she used Gravity Drive but I'll figure that out later." thought Zane as his legs glow cobalt blue for a brief second. He jumped toward the woman with him spinning rapidly in the air, becoming like a tornado.

With a serious look, the feline said,"Seismic Dropkick!". He landed a powerful dropkick onto Freda, sending her into the ground hard with her making a crater around her impact. The impact hurt the woman a great deal but thanks to her training, she could handle a little pain. She instantly recovered and crossed her arms in front of her. She jumped toward Zane with her vanishing upon getting close to him and appearing behind him. "Wicked Crosscut!" said Freda.

Zane's chest was sliced by air in the shape of a cross with Freda smiling upon seeing Zane land on the ground. This attack of her usually caused her enemy's chest to split open and blood coming out like a waterfall. It usually came with a loud scream but she turned to see Zane's chest perfectly fine with him just looking at her. "That's impossible. My attack can cut through reinforced steel but you took it with no problem whatsoever." said Freda with her landing on the ground.

The feline smiled as he said,"Oh. It did work but I've survived my chest being burned alive by magma and acid plus some pretty strong swords. Your attack is nothing more than a insect especially compared to the power and strength of Time Rune.". "Time Rune?" said Freda. She didn't hear her ears but those two words together meant something to her. Before she had time to think about it, she saw Zane reappear in front of her but in a different form.

Zane was now Ram Form with her on the defensive. She knew that she was pretty strong but she was nothing compared to the monsters that she knew too well. It was time for Plan NB aka the bigger guns of Nemesis. She backflipped away from his horns that he fired at her before coming back. She was against the wall of the room before backflipping off and over Zane who tried to punch her . Zane turned around with him seeing the smile on her face.

The caprine dodged her kick by going to the right and was about to land a powerful uppercut into her side. "Oh. You're quite the lethal fighter huh." said Freda. She blocked his fist with her foot. "Not bad but you're going down!" said Zane. The two glared at each other. Freda went back with her sliding across the ground before coming to a stop. "He's pretty strong that's for sure. Guess I shouldn't have expected anything less from this guy." thought Freda. 

Freda looked at him with her saying,"While I may be stronger than the riftraft you faced, I'm nowhere close to the truly strong such as Meltdown and that monster I trained under. I wonder how you would do something against him but for now, you'll have to fight them.". She whistled and Crisis Judgement went off. Zane looked up to see that pieces of rubble was falling toward him and the caprine was soon buried within the rubble.

The woman knew that this wasn't going to last for more than a second since she saw steel gray energy cover the rubble and a leg came out of it. Zane jumped out of the pile and looked to be annoyed with what just happened. "Is that the best you can do? For someone who calls herself an elite of this  world controlling group, you're nothing more than a slightly more agile goon." said Zane. "If that's the case, you'll probably like this one instead." said Freda.

She snapped her fingers and the ground around them began to shake like an earthquake had just reached them. "Dam my luck. There's something in the water." thought Zane with him turning his attention to the water. The surface was bubbling and palpitating, indicating that something or someone was coming from the underwater depths. There was a large shadow under the water but for a second being that a creature came out and it didn't look at all friendly.     

The new resident of the room was a gigantic robot. It looked to be a mechanical dark maroon colored bull/elephant/rhinoceros. The front and the left and right sides of its body has a black ,with a gray, skull pattern on it. The skull like pattern over its face looks like a domino mask. It's head is in the shape of a large crest. looked to be scowling at him. All four of its legs are covered by a black metal band. It has three chunky looking tails 

All of them end in a large, spiked club with five drill like spikes on it. It's body has black zigzag patterns running down its body and two gold slits ,in the shape of a N, in the center of its back. It has a very large gray drill-like horn over each of its red eyes with a slightly small gray drill like horn over it's nose. The left and right side of its body had four small drills on it. It has a beak-like mouth. The robot has four legs with five short claws on each foot and helping it stand firm. 

There looks to be a high tech cannon of some kind attached to its back. There were six barreled missile launchers that were connected to its back and covered the cannon. The robot looked to be easily more than forty feet tall. Under any other circumstance, this would be really cool but he was pretty sure that the machine was here to kill him. Freda smiled with her saying,"I hope you find the Nemesis Behemoth to be a worthy challenger for you shape shifter since I have somewhere to be.". 

She was heading toward the way she came in with Zane not trying to stop her. He knew that for the plan to work, he had to take this machine down since he was one of two beings in the group that could do the job. The other being was needed to be kept a secret in order for their plan to work. Zane stretched his body with him loudly cracking his neck. He punched his left fist into his open right palm, cracking his knuckles. 

Zane smiled as he said,"And I'm going to guess that this beauty are the new and improved Nemesis Drones huh. If that's the case, I should be in a stronger form.". The ram was gone as String Form was in his place. "Lets get to work shall we?" said Zane. He launched toward the giant robot using string as a slingshot. When he got close to the robot, he opened his mouth and spit out a good deal of acid at the robot.

This eroding material caused it to tremble a bit but it didn't fall over. It fired a concentrated beam of maroon/white energy from its cannon. The beam missed its target due to Zane creating a string shield in front of him. The impact of the beam hitting the shield caused Zane to be sent flying into the wall and the form fell down to the ground but thanks to a string glove catching him, he didn't break any bones whatsoever.

Zane cracked his neck with him looking up at the robot. "Okay. You're much stronger than the countless Nemesis Drones I've taken down in my time here but you're going down." said Zane. The robot's back began firing out a barrage of missiles at Zane. The hero easily dodged it and grabbed a couple of them using string. The hero fired missiles back at the melted face of the robot, pushing it back a great deal.

Crisis Judgement went off as the robot fired three of the small drills on its side at Zane. Zane dodged them by either moving the way out of the drill that pierced the ground or launched himself over the robot using one of the drills and his string as a springboard. As he landed right behind the giant robot who was looking for Zane, the hero covered his arms in his string with him having giant string construct arms. "Time for a classic but slightly altered. Monstrous Hammer!" said Zane.

The enlarged appendages went toward the robot, slowly gaining an electrical aura around it. Upon coming in contact with anything, it fires out a massive shockwave and caused a huge amount of destruction. This made the Nemesis Behemoth to be pushed backwards and the robot's three horns on its face and head hit the ground. Once it was trapped in the ground, Zane jumped onto it with him slicing the robot using string.

Crisis Judgement went off as several missiles went flying at Zane but Zane dodged it. Instead of hitting him, Zane made the missile hit the large cannon and destroyed it. The robot was free from the ground and once that happened, the drills on the robots side came flying at Zane. Rather than letting the drills hit the robot like he had done such times now, Zane jumped off the machine. While in the air, he changed forms into Equinox Form.   

He flew around the room with the robot trying to lock onto Zane but it wasn't working. The rock like being was moving too fast and irrational. Its sensors couldn't get a clear shot on him. In a second, the form grabbed several metal objects and threw them at the robot. As the robot was blasting away the metallic rubble, something was coming toward the robot and fast. It was a large orange ball and the ball crashed into the robot's head.

The impact of the attack left a huge opening in the forehead and looked it was killed by a really big girl. The orange ball uncurled, revealing Zane in Armadillo Form. He saw that he was in wires and other hardware that controlled the machine. "Fascinating. I wonder if I can use this thing to take control of it and use it against the enemy." said Zane. The form began rewiring the robot and upon doing what he need it from it, he exited out of the robot from the hole that he created.

Zane looked up with him saying,"With that done, I should probably get to the point where the others will arrive.". Before he could leave, the ground shook once again. "Son of a biscuit." said Zane. The armadillo turned around to see the water move and out came six more Nemesis Behemoths that looked angry. "And with that, I'll be late for my mission. It's a good idea I came up with a plan b no?" said Zane.

The six robots didn't answer him with Zane turning into Chaos Form. He crackled his knuckles with Zane saying,"Okay. I think it's time for me to activate Plan B. With these six new friends, I'll be late and they'll understand why but we can't be making any mistakes. This is war after all.". As he said this, he launched himself right toward the six robots using a giant rock hand. "Time for you to learn your places robot bastards!" said Zane.

Meanwhile on a open field on the island, there was nothing there. Something eventually appeared with it having an eerie green glow to it. The glow stopped with it turning into Nano Form. "I guess having me take care of Nemesis's security system while the Boss keeps Nemesis busy." said Zone. This Nano Form is a clone of Zane with the clone switching into Hair Form. The form made his hair turn into fire and it formed into a portal.

Four people walked out of the fiery portal with Zone saying,"Sorry for the wait you guys but like we planned, the Prime is currently keeping Nemesis busy. I think he's fighting against one half to Nemesis's master plan.". The four people who walked out of the portal were members of the Insurgency. It's Alyssa, Dani, Geneva, and Hudson. "Yeah. He's really good at keeping people busy and he volunteered for this responsibility." said Alyssa.

Dani nodded with him saying,"That's a good thing. Our numbers are lower than Nemesis and we can't make any mistakes.". "Hold on a second. Where is the secret weapon? Can she not handle portals like Zane?" said Geneva. "Nope. She loves to make a dramatic entrance and probably going to help out Zane fighting against Nemesis." said Alyssa. "Ah. She doesn't want to lose another friend. Okay. So are you guys ready to go?" said Hudson.

The three women nodded in agreement to this as Zone said,"And with you guys being here, I'll be returning to the Prime. Good luck. We got this.". The clone disappeared as the four went toward the castle where Zane was fighting. They didn't have the worry of Nemesis finding about them being there because of Zone disabling the camera and security systems. During the past five days, the duo of Alyssa and Zane had been stealing information from Nemesis.

The organization was unaware of the Insurgency doing this in the first place. Zane made sure to keep their attention on him while Alyssa was stealing their information. Speaking of Nemesis, the group had come across the clones that Zane had taken down earlier. Upon seeing them, Geneva cast a spell on the clones that were slowly waking up. If they woke up, they would be shocked by a high amount of voltage.

The duo of Dani and Hudson restrained them properly so they wouldn't be coming for help. "So how do you think he's doing? I'm sure the boss lady is pissed about what Zane has done." said Hudson. "I have no idea but knowing Zane, he's just fine." said Alyssa with the spy smiling. Dani and Geneva looked at Alyssa with it being obvious to the couple that Alyssa had feelings for Zane. According to Alyssa, she and Zane have been working together for three years and nine months.

Alyssa and Zane have been partners in the Alliance ever since Zane took down Derrick Price aka Hellion Baron. During their mission, Alyssa got to see Zane in action since his file did him a grave injustice. He was clearly more powerful than most metahumans in the Prime Dimension being that the only other being who could possibly defeat Zane is Warrior. It didn't matter if Zane was in one of his forms or not. He was powerful.

Whenever she had some free time, she spared with him. He used Raptor Form with her besting him after a very close match of hand to hand combat. This didn't last for too long being Zane used the avian's secret trick aka a sonic attack to free himself from the hold she put him in. Before she had a chance to recover, she was trapped within vines thanks to Vine Form. Alyssa began hanging out with Zane when she isn't on missions.

It wasn't like they were dating being that Zane had his Essence set on one girl and that girl is the next ruler of the Akostar clan of Devils. They're well known for having the power of Ardor which is an demonic version of Impulse. When Rachel was in her teens, she had no control of this power that she was given. This changed within four years being that after meeting Alyssa and the Massacre, the spy began to train the devil royalty in how to use her powers.

Alyssa was confused by why Rachel wanted to train her rather than her fiancé whom she loved the most. She didn't have the ability to generate Impulse whatsoever but he did. Rachel told her that she wanted to protect her friends no matter what which required her to be trained to her limits and surpassing them. Alyssa could understand this reason with Rachel mentioning that Zane is a complete sadist when it comes to training.

The spy didn't doubt the devil on that since everyone in the Alvarez Family ,or least the ones in the Alliance, are known for being a bit sadistic when it comes to training. Rachel wanted to become stronger in order to repay her friends for saving her from her arranged marriage mainly Zane since she owes him a great deal. Even when the two girls aren't training, they're just hanging out. Usually involving Zane being used as a packmule.

Alyssa did spare against Zane for fun and a good way of staying fit. She enjoyed those spars due to Zane using a different form and combat style each time to keep the fight between them engaging and always unpredictable. With his forms, he only used Brawn Form, Canine Form, Ram Form, Raptor Form, Shredding Form, Vampire Form, and a form called Assassin Form. The latter of these forms was easily the most deadly out of the ones used.

He always used one to two forms for each one of their spars being that whenever she figured out how Zane fights, he switches it up. Despite their close friendship with Rachel and Zane, neither of them seen her true self. It was something that the spy kept close to the vest since she still had her training installed despite leaving Wild Pack eighty years ago. Zane could easily see behind the mask she puts on thanks to his training or his natural ability to read people.

Unlike with most other people, he doesn't try to pry into her past since her past is filled with blood and death. Every being deserves to have their secrets. She was thankful to Silas for partnering her up with Zane being it was always a good time to go on missions. Zane is a fun loving person who knows how to enjoy life while at the same time, he knows when to take things serious. She was sure that this change in personality is because of what happened to the young being at six. 

Alyssa was pretty sure that as Zane grows up to become the best damn hero for people to look up and try to become the best being they could be, he'll never forget what it means to stay in touch with your inner child. To an outside perspective, they may seem Zane as a man child and someone who can never move from the bad moments. Alyssa and the people who do know Zane see someone who tries to look on the positive, tries to have fun, but knows when to become a hero. 

The spy knew that one of her biggest personal weakness is the inability to loosen up and spending time with Zane and the friends he gather is helping her do that. "Hey. I think I see the distraction coming to meet up with us." said Hudson, breaking the spy from her thoughts. She looked up to see Zane ,in Chaos Form, heading toward them on a wave of earth. The hero landed in front of the group with him saying,"Sorry for not meeting up with you guys but I got held up.".

The hero smiled with Dani saying,"By what exactly?". "The new and improved Nemesis Drones. I think Nemesis called them the Nemesis Behemoths. Pretty strong robots but I took them using the ground on which they stand." said Zane. "I'm really happy that you're on our side rather than the enemies." said Geneva. "Same. So I guess that I should tell you what I did other than just destroyed overgrown tin cans." said Zane.

Alyssa nodded as she said,"Probably.". "The base is clear of clones being that I must have taken out over fifty of them. However after I took down the Nemesis Behemoths, I found out that the Empress isn't here alongside the rest of her metahuman groupies." said Zane. "So do you know where they went or did they erase all of their data?" said Hudson. "I do even after they erased all of their data. Thank the gods for Brain Form." said Zane.

Geneva looked at Zane with her saying,"That's the frog one right? I thought your watch was giving you trouble.". "It was but I fixed it using my genius." said Zane, smiling. "So what's the plan? We need to stop Nemesis before the Meta Bomb goes off. Did you find out when they're going to set off the weapon?" said Dani. "According to my hacking of the first Nemesis Behemoth, they're going to do...." said Zane.

Before Zane could continue, the group was getting a call from their base through a communicator in their ears. Zane didn't have a communicator like the rest of the group did since his watch was his communicator. "Um hey boss. We have a bit of a problem." said Wilder's voice. "And that would be what exactly?" said Geneva. "Let just say that we have quests over and they're not the friendly kind. I think you guys need to get back here now!" said Wilder.

Alyssa looked at Zane with him saying,"Already on it Alyssa. We can't let them get her after she's almost back to the land of living.". Zane turned into Hair Form with him making a portal using the combination of electricity and hair. "Not going to lie. Your powers are creepy." said Hudson. "Now isn't the time to comment!" said Dani, pushing him through the portal. The rest of the group follow shortly as Granfair Island exploded.

The five landed in front of the Insurgency's base with Hudson having a less than desirable land aka his face hitting the ground. "Really feeling the love here boss." grumbled Hudson. The explosion meta looked up and he said,"Oh fuck.". The entire base was destroyed with there being several unconscious Nemesis clones and destroyed Nemesis Drones. "At least, they went out fighting rather than cowering. They weren't playing around. Neither side was." thought Zane.

Dani turned to Zane with her saying,"Zane. You told all of us that you have every power in the book right?". "I do but I think there is only us and one other person here." said Zane, pointing in front of him. The group saw Wilder walking over to them with him holding his right arm. It didn't take super intelligence to tell that Wilder's arm was broken. "Wilder!" shouted Geneva. She ran over to him as Wilder said,"Hey there gang. How did the mission go?".

Hudson looked at him with him saying,"Fine. One of our aces in the hole kicked some serious ass so what happened here and is anyone else here?". "Nemesis attacked us being that they managed to find a way to deactivated our force field and defenses. Probably one of their metas. Everyone fought as they best could but everyone was captured except for yours truly." said Wilder. "So why did they leave you behind?" said Hudson.

Zane looked at Hudson with him saying,"To lead us into a trap. They want us to come fight them in their home turf and I doubt our previous plan will work.". "So what do you suggest we do? If I know you, you're going to suggest that we attack them head on." said Alyssa. "And why would he suggest that?" said Geneva with her using magic to heal Wilder. "It's obvious Geneva. He's a headstrong fool Geneva. So lets get them back." said Dani.  

In the Nemesis New York Base aka the Empire State Building, an injured Tucker was being carried down a hallway by two Nemesis clones. Tucker was barely conscious but could see that he was cornered. "You're quite the durable meta Mr. Wright or would you like me to call you by your codename instead?" said Freda. Tucker looked at Nemesis's prime torturer with him saying,"I don't care what you call me. Still cant' believe that we were betrayed like that?".

Freda smiled as she said,"Yes. Unlike the ones who fought against us with such bravery, one of you was quite the rat. I bet you want to go get revenge on him don't you but you can't. If you try and fight us, I'll eliminate one of the Insurgence we captured. I was thinking of starting with the one with child since it's a two for one deal." said Freda. "You're seriously messed up lady. No wonder why Nemesis hired you as their way of dealing with issues that they're too lazy to handle." said Tucker.

The woman looked at him with her saying,"Oh. I'm touched that you think that way. Take the others to the dungeon. I think the boss lady wanted to have a private chat with the cold one.". As he was being dragged away, Tucker watched the clones take away Adriana, Nigel, and Savannah. A door was opened at the end of the hallway with the two clones tossing Tucker inside before standing guard as Freda smiled. "Have a nice fall?" said Freda.

Tucker would have reply to her but he was looking at something. It was Melanie's stasis pod but it was protected by an energy barrier. "I'm sure you were hoping for her to come out and save you huh rebel scum but nope. We put in a sleep that's going to last for at least a hundred years. Hijack made sure of that." said a voice. Tucker looked up to see Empress Medusa standing there with the trio of "heroes" aka the Vindicators Calvin, Helios, and Meltdown.

The cryokinetic growled as he jumped toward her. "You'll pay for this bitch!" said Tucker with him making a giant ice hammer and slamming it down on her. This created a cloud of dust with Tucker turning to see the four villains protected by Meltdown's radiation barrier. "So can we fight him or what? He's starting to get annoying." said Calvin. "I would let you fight Paratrooper but I think the icecube has an opponent." said Empress.

Tucker rushed toward them but was blocked by Freda. "While I may not been able to fight against the shapeshifter, I'm sure I can take you down." said Freda. Freda dodged all of Tucker's punch alongside his ice attacks. She eventually caught his left fist with her saying,"Wicked Crunch.". She crunched his hand with him screaming out in pain as his bones were about to be broken. "Oh my god! She's taking forever!" said Helios. He fired a beam of light at Tucker with it sending him flying.

Meltdown sighed as he said,"Be grateful that you can't be hurt like a normal soldier boy. She'll be mad about you stealing her kill.". "This is familiar to you isn't it rebel? We defeat you and your friends once before but now, you're going to die for going against it. I should tell you that I've spend decades planning for every thing that could destroy Nemesis. Your little group was nothing more than an annoying pain that I'm just willing to get rid of." said Empress.

Before Tucker could say anything, he felt his arm being pulled behind him by Freda. "Ask her a question or I'll give you a broken arm." said Freda. "Fine. Why did you decided to conquer our dimension?! That's right! We know about you and the nerd being from another dimension!" said Tucker. "Because this dimension need leadership. From what the good doctor has learned, the Prime Dimension is lacking the leadership that made this dimension the utopia it is." said Empress.

The leader walked over to a window and the window was looking over the city. "I saved all of you and this is how you treat your savior. Pretty rude. All disease had been killed off, ending off world hunger, stopping crimes before they become an issue.All I asked is for simple faithfulness but no, I had people who resisted me." said Empress. "You make it sound so nice but you were controlling us like your slaves! We needed to stand up and fight back! Humans deserve to be free!" said Tucker.

Empress laughed as she said,"And what does freedom offer Tucker? It allows humanity to make stupid mistakes that cause more issues than harmony. The saying knowledge is power is something we believe a great deal in Nemesis. Thanks to Siegfried, we have all of the knowledge and that means we have the power.". "My leader. The bombs have gone off. We lost the island but we took care of the five who decided to invade our island." said Freda.

Calvin looked at Meltdown with him saying,"Hold on. I thought it was only one idiot who decided to invade the main base and you blew it up?". "I only saw one and before I could fight him using my full power, I was called to handle the Insurgencies which you and the glow stick couldn't handle whatsoever." said Meltdown. "They just got lucky!" said Helios. "Silence!" shouted Empress with the Vindicators shutting up.

Empress sighed as she said,"I can't believe that the three of you were the best metas that we could have used. So how is the Meta Bomb going Sieg?". Tucker turned to see a holographic Siegfried with him saying,"It's going amazing. Wish I had more Nemesis Behemoths but no. We had to send them to handle a single meta!". "This meta is a protector of the Omniverse as the whole. You know how much the big boss fears him." said Empress.

Sieg scoffed with him saying,"Yeah but I'm sure that the explosion killed him off along with the great spy Silver Moon. It's a good thing we got her DNA on file now. So what are you going to do with the snowcone? I mean we could always use them as a way to break the remaining Insurgency who were lucky enough to survive Helios, Meltdown, Paratrooper, and the rest of the mindless drones's assault earlier.". "Some of them survived?" said Freda.

The hologram shrugged as he said,"Probably. I mean we know that the Insurgency was a thorn in our side for at least ten years now. They're like cockroaches and even when we destroyed a whole nest of them for fun, a couple remained.". "That's a good idea Siegfried. Freda. Take him to where we have the others and then to Siegfried's lab. I hope you enjoyed your freedom because it's going to be gone soon enough." said Empress. She smiled as Freda dragged Tucker away.

The duo of Calvin and Helios left the room as it was only Empress and Meltdown. Meltdown walked over to her with him saying,"So do you think the shapeshifter died?". "Who knows? I'm sure she was with him. We killed two birds with one stone. In a hour, have Calvin guard our special guest and tell Helios to meet us on the platform. I think it's time to address our loyal subjects about how there is no one left to fight for freedom." said Empress. "Yes Empress." said Meltdown, bowing to her.

An hour later, everyone on Earth was getting ready to listen to one of Nemesis's speeches and the execution of four members of the Insurgency. Nemesis ruled over every human on Earth with an iron fist being that no one ,except for the Insurgency and a couple of idiots, had tried to break the hold they have over the blue marble. There was no victory against Nemesis. "People of Planet Earth. I became your leader not out of power but because you need me." said Empress.

On the platform, Empress stood there with Freda, Helios, Meltdown, and Siegfried behind her. There were a good amount of Nemesis Clones and Nemesis Drones with them just in case. "Humanity was doomed if I didn't step it and take you over. All of you are weak and rotten to the core. Without my leadership, you would be dead from each other." said Empress. Anyone who tried to ignore Empress were killed by a Clone or Drone.

A executioner stood in front of a minigun, with him aiming at a specific target. "And those who dare to fight back against me, they'll be killed. Bring them out!" said Empress. The crowd below began to boo the group of Adriana, Nigel, Savannah, and Tucker. All four of them were in cuffs that blocked the ability to use their powers. It's like the Negation Collar except worse. All four of them were tied to posts being that the Insurgency didn't try to fight back.

Empress was about to continue when she and everyone on Earth heard,"Sorry but you're so wrong about Humanity needing you as its ruler.". "Who dares backtalk me?!" said Empress. No one said anything with the voice saying,"Humanity listen to me loud and clear! Some may say that humans are nothing more than weak and their only use is to be a test subject for some sick experiment but they're so wrong!".

The crowd listened as the voice said,"But I showed them wrong for six years! I've dedicated myself to protecting everyone in the Omniverse good or bad! I believe in the strength and power humans have! Even though being a hero comes with its fair share of hardships, I don't regret becoming the Protector of my Earth! All of you are better than this! Powerful! Willing to fight no matter what the obstacle may be! Fight back humanity!".

As the voice stopped, the entire human population was silent. "I don't know who you are but you're nothing more than an idiot. They will not fight as you want them to. Humans are nothing more than weakling." said Empress. The posts holding the Insurgency members turned around to face the man behind the gatling gun. The crowd chanting Nemesis as the executioner turned on the gatling gun and got ready to fight.

The voice said,"Fine! If no one is willing to fight, I'll start! Thousand Dragon Ton Smash!". Before anyone could stop this attack, the Nemesis Clones and Drones were hit by an air compressed projectile and that turned into dragons. Freda looked at Empress with the sadist smiled. She kicked her in the back, sending her flying into the gatling gun and destroying it. "Sorry there Suzuki but you won't be controlling humanity any more." said Freda.

Freda backflipped over to the executioner with him turning into Wilder and Zane appeared but as Legion Zero with him holding Espada, Forsaken Dirge, Lazarus Soul, and Spectral Sun with the Snake Clan's Blade and his soul's sword being held in his aura. "I rather be with my friends. Did you really think this victory was going to last? After all dear Empress, I've always beaten you ever since we were kids." said Freda. "That isn't Freda right you guys?" said Helios.

Meltdown looked at him as he said,"Of course not.". He went to help Empress up. "Then who is she then? I wonder." said Siegfried. The scientist was hit directly in the head by a disc, causing him to get shocked. Freda was covered in silver ,with emerald green lining covering it, tendrils with Empress hearing,"No more games Suzuki. You've lost and it's time for you to give up peacefully or me and my friends will beat you until you beg for mercy.".

Empress growled as the torturer was gone, leaving Alyssa in her place. "We've been under your rule for too long. According to her, people who aren't threatened by you are something you truly fear." said Wilder. "And also mongooses since you're a snake lady. Remember the plan Wilder?" said Zane. "Yeah but can you two handle fighting all of them by yourself?" said Wilder. "Of course we can because I got a trick up my sleeve. Time to bring out the pain. Archon Zero Master!" said Zane.

The hero jumped toward a Nemesis Drone with his fist cocked back. He punched the robot straight in the chest, sending it flying backwards toward ten Nemesis Clones and knocking all of them down with the robot. "Strike! Lets go for a turkey!" said Zane. Crisis Judgement went off as Zane jumped back as several beams of light appear. They came from Helios with him saying,"You're the bastard who punched me the other day aren't you?!". "I sure am." said Zane.

Helios screamed as he turned into light and charged at Zane. "You won't do it again!" said Helios as Zane smiled. "No you fool! Stop!" said Meltdown. Helios heard his friend's plan too late as before Helios could hit him, Zane vanished. "You're right. I think I'll kick you instead. Giant Stomp!" said Zane as Helios was hit in the back by Zane's gigantic feet. The ground below Helios began to crack as the light meta began falling to the ground.

Zane looked at Alyssa and Wilder with him saying,"You two got this. Remember what we're fighting for and you'll win!". The hero was gone as Empress growled. "Meltdown and Siegfried. Go after Helios and take down that heroic pest. I'll handle her." said Empress. "While I get that you sisters have your rivalry and all, what about that other guy?" said Siegfried. "The others will handle it. Now go!" said Empress as the two men followed her orders without question.

Alyssa looked at the leader of Nemesis who was fuming. "So how does it feel to be losing to me again Suzuki?" said Alyssa. "You fools honestly think you can stop me? I've planned for every single eventuality and that includes you ruining this! I have all of the power and you have nothing!" said Suzuki. The snake looking woman rushed toward Alyssa with her jumping into the air, preparing an axe kick but it was blocked by two tendrils.

Suzuki followed the tendrils to their origin with it coming from Alyssa's back. "I think our last spar was in 1945 Suzuki. You always forget this about humans. We tend to get stronger in order to protect the ones we love. You always thought power makes you strong but that's wrong. Using that power to protect others is what makes you strong." said Alyssa. "I can't believe my ears! Father is rolling in your grave as you talk sister!" said Suzuki.

Wilder watched the two women fighting each other with him saying,"Huh. Those two are sisters. I can kinda see it but it's still hard to believe.". He shook his head as he looked at his four comrades that were tied up. "Don't worry. You guys will be free in due time." said Wilder. The meta reached into his stomach and held four keys. He undid their cuffs with the four Insurgency looking at him with a blank stare. "Okay. Here is the plan. We need to....." said Wilder.

The meta's right arm was frozen by Tucker with him saying,"Um. What the hell is wrong with you man?". Nigel charged toward Wilder with the earth metahuman holding him in a cage of earth. "As you can see, I planed for every single eventuality. You know what makes this fun. Watching your friends beat you up." said Suzuki. She was about to strike Alyssa but was blasted in the back by a missile.

She was about to fall off the building but was saved by a Nemesis Drone catching her. Suzuki looked up to see Paratrooper flying above them with him holding a remote. "You! What are you doing?! You are supposed to be working for me!" said Suzuki. "You're right about me supposed to work for you but I quit. I may have been working for you to make my inventions possible but I've been helping the Insurgency take you down since they made me a much better offer." said Calvin.

The suit wearing man pressed down on a button with him saying,"And that offer is freedom!". The quartet of Adriana, Nigel, Savannah, and Tucker screamed in pain with Wilder looking at Calvin who landed. "Did you have to do that? They're my friends." said Wilder. "I did because the bastard who made these mini controlled chips implanted them in their body and this is the only way to free them from their control." said Calvin.

Adriana shook her head as she said,"Oh god. My aching head.". "Yeah. We're really grateful to you freeing us from being puppets despite you being part of the force that killed most of my friends." said Savannah. "Savannah." said Nigel. "Okay. So what's the plan?" said Savannah. "We're going to meet up with the boss ladies and Hudson. They're going to break free Peacebringer from her sleep." said Wilder. "I thought she would have waken up by now." said Tucker.

Before the group could do anything, they heard laughter. "You fools! Do you honestly think that one of you could have freed the sleeping heroine?!" said a voice. Siegfried floated above them with a bruise on his left cheek. "So how did you escape from your beatdown?" said Tucker. "The other two fighters have a grudge against him even more than I do." said Siegfried. "Ah. So you ran away didn't you?" said Savannah.

The scientist fired a green energy bullet at her but it was blocked by a wall of earth. "Sorry but you won't be hurting my friends anymore. Ready you guys?" said Wilder, turning to Nigel and Tucker who nodded. "Yeah man. We got your back. Calvin. I need you to do me a very high favor despite you trying to kill us for many years in order to keep your allegiance with Nemesis in tact." said Nigel with him looking at Calvin.

Wilder blinked with him saying,"Hold on. You knew about him being a member of the Insurgency before today.". "Yeah. I've known that information since I've joined the Alliance." said Adriana with Savannah nodding. "Idiot." said Tucker. "If you want me to protect your recently announced pregnant wife, I will since I owe you guys a favor. Now get going. I think Sieg is due a beatdown." said Calvin as the trio of Nigel, Tucker, and Wilder nodded.

Sieg glared at them with him firing several energy beams at them. In his anger, he ignored the group of Adriana, Calvin, and Savannah. Suzuki would have stopped them but she was focused on taking down Alyssa. The energy beams were blocked by ice walls as Wilder made his right arm much bigger and grabbed Nigel. "Ready old friend?" said Wilder. "Yeah. Throw me already!" said Nigel. Wilder threw Nigel toward Sieg with the scientist getting punched in the face by Nigel.

Inside of the room containing Melanie, Dani, Geneva, and Hudson were fighting off against the combination of Clones and Drones. "I thought the others would have made these idiots focus on the gang instead of us." said Geneva. She cast a spell that produced lightning bolts, short-circuiting the Drones that got close to her girlfriend. "I guess Empress sees Melanie as a bigger priority than us. Kinda stupid but she's an idiot." said Dani, bringing out the Phantom Smashers on some clones.

As she was doing this, she was about to be shot in the back by a Drone. This was stopped by the drone getting absorbed into the ground, its head getting kicked of by something invisible, and the rest of the robot exploding. "Thanks" said Dani with her turning to see Adriana, Hudson, and Savannah standing there with the girls smiling. "No promise boss. So where is our second secret weapon?" said Savannah. "I think she's still asleep. We need to put this flashdrive into her tube." said Dani.

The leader held the drive with Adriana saying,"That's going to be really hard since I think there will be more clones and drones coming after us just to prevent that from happening.". "Not with my help since I was the best at crowd control on the Vindicators." said Calvin. The man flew into the room with him firing several missiles at the clones and drones. "Fuse. Destroy all of the ways in and out of the room. That should stop them for now." said Geneva.

Savannah nodded as she used her powers to barricade the five inside. "So what's the plan? Put the drive in already." said Hudson. "Right." said Dani. She walked up to the stasis tube and placed the flashdrive inside of it. The stasis tube began to open up with smoke coming out. "And here comes the fun part." said Savannah. "Which is what exactly lady?" said Calvin. "Explaining to her what has happened in the past seventy nine years." said Adriana.

On the ground, the crowd of people watched in awe as one person was fighting against the Nemesis Clones, Nemesis Drones, and two members of the Vindicators by himself. He had returned three of his four swords back to his pocket dimension with him leaving behind Espada. "Time for the Maiden Clan's Secret Technique! Rotation Kick!" said Zane. Zane got on his hands with him twisting his body and turning his body into his liquid form.

The hero released himself and turned into a living spinning top. He fires off several rapid fire kicks upon release. The duo of Helios and Meltdown dodged them but the clones and robots were turned to stone upon contact and broke from the sheer pressure of the kicks. "This kid is strong even without his ability to shapeshift. We need to work together on taking him...." said Meltdown. Helios was above Zane with him saying,"Take this! Lantern Monsoon!".

The light metahuman moved his hands like crazy with several beams of light coming out of his body and began falling toward Zane. It's like the game Kerplunk with all of the straws removed and the marbles were coming down on him. Zane smiled with him saying,"Emerald Melody!". Zane held his sword with him focusing his sword and a turtle shell shaped emerald barrier formed around Zane as the beams of light hit him.

Helios saw that Zane was covered in smoke and he began laughing. "Sucker! You can't defeat me because I'm a god! No one can touch me!" said Helios. As he said this, Meltdown saw something coming out of the smoke and head toward Helios. "Move you idiot!" said Meltdown. Helios was hit by the nine spheres that Zane had around him. Helios watched as the spheres covered his body and the light metahuman crashed into the ground.

Meltdown looked at his comrade being that his body was covered in the nine spheres except for his head. "Hey! Get me out of these thing!" said Helios. Meltdown aimed his right hand at the spheres with him about to fire a radiation beam at them. He was however stopped by a black ,with dark indigo flame like outlines, chain covered fist in the gut and side of the head. Meltdown looked to see Zane standing there with him having several arms covered in chains protruding from his back.

Zane smiled with him saying as the nine spheres returned,"Your friend was captured by my Archon Zero Detainment and you were hit by my Astral Fist.". "Damn you. You're going to pay for this act of rebellion!" said Meltdown. "Am I though? I mean neither you or the human light bulb have given me serious damage." said Zane. Before Meltdown could blast him, he was hit in the back of the head by a metal can.

The walking nuclear power plant turned around to see a little boy standing there. "What are you doing son? Can't you see that I'm taking care of the rebel scum?" said Meltdown. "Shut up! You can't control me any more! Just look!" said the boy. Helios and Meltdown turned to a TV screen with them seeing Alyssa and Suzuki were fighting with Suzuki losing the fight. There was also Siegfried who were fighting Nigel, Tucker, and Wilder. Like their leader, the scientist was losing.     

Meltdown growled with him hearing someone laughing. "Who's laughing?!" said Meltdown. "I am because I find it really funny. Your impressive organization is falling apart and by only a couple of people. That's really pathetic if you ask me." said Zane. Meltdown charged at Zane with him cocking back his left fist. "Die bastard!" said Meltdown. Zane caught his fist with the crowd and Helios watching this in awe.

Helios's eyes widened with him saying,"Impossible. No one has ever caught his fist when he's really angry!". "News flash light bulb. Nothing is impossible." said Zane. Zane tossed Meltdown a good couple of feet back with him taking a deep breath. The only thing that Zane was focused on was Meltdown and his sword. Zane closed his eyes as he said,"I figure out your Fatal Flaw!". Zane opned his eyes and he sliced the air.

He slowly sheathed his sword with him saying,"Fall.". Meltdown was cut in the chest by a massive sword slash and fell onto the ground. "You idiot! You broke his containment suit! He is going to kill all of us!" said Helios. "That would be the case but I didn't break the suit. Time for you to take a nap." said Zane, slamming the hilt of his sword into the sides of his head. Zane looked at the duo of Helios and Meltdown with him figuring a way to get these two back to the platform.

Above him, Sieg looked at the trio of Nigel, Tucker, and Wilder. The genius was being beaten by these three and this wasn't going to last a moment longer. "You fools have gotten lucky! This attempt at rebellion is over! Prepare to die!" said Sieg. He used his powers to pick up the destroyed Nemesis Drones using Telekinesis with him about to throw it at the trio. Before that could happen, several flashbangs appeared in front of Sieg with the scientist saying,"Son of a...!".

The scientist was blinded by light with someone grabbing his head and slamming him into the ground with this impact knocking him out. The light cleared as the trio of Nigel, Tucker, and Wilder saw their friend Hudson holding Sieg's head to the platform. "Hey guys. Sorry for stealing the finishing blow but well, I need someone to hit." said Hudson. "It's cool. Got faith about the hero defeating those two so I guess we have the leader left right?" said Tucker.

Suzuki couldn't believe her eyes. In only a couple of minutes, Nemesis was falling apart thanks to the Insurgency plus Alyssa and some hero from another dimension. "Damn you to hell Alyssa!" yelled Suzuki. She charged toward Alyssa with her getting tripped by a tendril.  "Sucker! You shouldn't forget about me!' said Kelly, flipping her off. "You do know that she can't hear or see you right?" said Alyssa. Kelly was silent as Alyssa sighed.

Alyssa looked at Suzuki with her saying,"So how about you give up? You got no other tricks left up your sleeves. All of your men and forces have been defeated by my friends. If you keep on fighting like this, you'll be the one to really make the old bastard upset.". Suzuki stood up with her began to laugh. "You don't get it. I still have the Nemesis Behemoth and Meta Bomb! You're going to lose this time sister!" said Suzuki.

She was about to enact her plan but her entire body ,except her head, was frozen thanks to a blue beam of energy. "Sorry but your almost eighty year of ruling these people ends tonight Suzuki Harrison." said a familiar voice. "No. It's impossible. Sieg made sure that you wouldn't leave." said Suzuki with her teeth shattering. Alyssa turned to see the Insurgency standing there with Melanie as she looked the same as she did in 1940s. Thanks Stasis Tube for keeping her young.

Melanie looked at Alyssa with her saying,"I guess you girls weren't lying about her being here. So where is this Zero character? I owe him a great deal. He was able to out hack Siegfried.". "Right here and it's no problem Mel." said a voice. Zane landed on the platform with an unconscious Helios and Meltdown. "Nice job kid." said Calvin. Zane nodded as he said,"Alyssa. Do you mind doing the honors?". "Sure." said Alyssa. She punched Suzuki out cold with Nemesis's rule ending.

A couple of minutes later, Zane ,back in his casual wear with his beard regrown, was standing there with the Insurgency. "Okay. Good news. Reports are coming in from all over the globe. Nemesis is being dismantled from every inch of Planet Earth. We did it you guys." said Dani. "I hate to be that guy but what are we going to now? I never thought we would get this far." said Nigel. "You'll become the heroes that the world needs to save them rather than rule them." said Zane.

Savannah groaned loudly as she said,"Enough with the tacky speeches. We get it okay?". "Sorry but it's kinda a force of habit. So do you mind if we take those four with us back to our dimension? It's a souvenir.". The hero instantly pointed to the unconscious group of Helios, Meltdown, Siegfried, and Suzuki with Alyssa and Melanie standing beside them. "Sure take them. We don't want them. Still can't believe Calvin is on our side from the start." said Wilder.

Calvin rolled his eyes as he said,"I still can't believe that you're the only one who didn't know about me being the secret mole. I mean Helios was apart of the group for fame and Meltdown had his reasons.". "Take them Zane and make sure that they get punished for their crimes." said Dani. She held out her hand with Zane holding it. "I will if you make sure that the world is back to being free when I come back." said Zane. "Sure thing!" said Geneva.

Zane smiled as he said his goodbyes to the Insurgency. He walked over to Alyssa and Melanie with Alyssa saying,"So are you ready to go Melanie?". "Yeah. I really want to leave this place. Zane. From what Alyssa told me about you, you and I are very alike." said Melanie, smiling at him. "Is it how we're both physically attractive and can easily destroy an army with relative ease?" said Zane, earning a giggle from the girls.

Melanie said,"No. It's how we both have hearts or in your case, Essence ten times bigger than the normal heart. We care a great deal for others but won't die since if we die, we'll hurt the people closest to us. Like my best friend Chad always said, no one was born to be alone. Our friends and family will always be with us even if they're alive or dead.". "Yeah. So get ready to see how the Omniverse has grown in the past handful of years." said Zane. The group was gone by a portal.

On a nearby building, Freda looked at them with her sighing. "It's a darn shame how my mission was a total bust. Going to gloat about it or what?" said Freda. She turned to see the duo of Lust and Pride standing there. These two are both from Zero Episode 109 and yeah, they're back. "We would Envy if not for the fact that while you spend six years trying to hunt her down, we found the real one and going to take her down." said Pride.

Lust nodded as it said,"Yeah! Still kinda upset how we wasted so much of her eternal lives trying to find her.". "At least you guys are immortal, I'm the only one whose still mortal." said Freda. "I'm quite sure that Greed will make you an immortal in due time. He told me so. Ready to go you two?" said Pride. "Yep! This dimension is super boring!" said Lust. Freda nodded as the trio of them were gone within seconds.
